I put samsung microwave on 12th july from vijay sales chandan nagar pune.in first week and in first use itself it got burned. I raised complaint with samsung immediately, first service person suggested to take replacement as many parts got burned, the second person who visited from samsung told us to pay for the parts which got burned and he told we will not get replacement.

Then we informed vijay sales also, and they also gave irresponsible answer, they said if you raised complaint with vijay sales instead to samsung we could have given you replacement​. What a nonsense answer. I told them that you can check complaint number raised with samsung along with date of complaint. But leady from vijay sales was not at all helpful.

Finally i decided to go with consumer court and consumer forum.

    Hello support team,
    Myself anoop dubey. I have purchased samsung a50 mobile on july 2nd 2019 from croma store, karol bagh and seriously i am very frustrated with the quality of samsung mobile phones that samsung india is offering in india. This a50 mobile phone stopped working just in 22 days. First is started to show a message of overheating even when i am not operating the phone from 1 hr. And then it stopped to get charge and finally switched off due to the low battery. After that i have tried to switch on this dabba mobile so many time but it was like samsung turned into sanpsungh (In hindi – saanp soongh gaya samsung ko).
    After getting that message i have searched tips related to the overheating issue and then i have disabled the mobile data, location tracking and even disabled he second sim card into my brand new samsung a50. I seriously i made it similar to the nokia 1100 and was feeling like i have purchased a normal multimedia phone for rs 20000. Then i have visited to the croma store to make a complaint against this issue but they have told me to visit the samsung authorized service centre, patel nagar. I went to that service centre and made a complaint for the same issue and the service executive told me that they have to change the pub board of this phone. Oh wow… what a brand samsung which stopped working just within a month and put you like kha beta dhakka kha. Anyways at that time i tried to manage this blunder and convinced myself to accept this as a normal technical problem. I made myself so called ok with the suggesting solution and the assurance from the service centre executive that it will work fine after pub change. After 1.5 hr they have changed the pub board and returned my great samsung a50.
    Now the phone is turned on started to work properly but wait bro… it was like a happiness of fey hours as this phone was tuned on the same condition of overheating and then stopped working again. After having this again i have called samsung customer service and talked about the issue and made my complaint to the service satisfaction follow-up that samsung generally does whenever any customer visits the service center (Trust me it was just show off from samsung india team). The service center executive told me to visit that service center again. I did the same, again visited that place with the same problem (Overheating and permanent switched off due to not charging). They have checked this brilliant machine and told that they have to change pub again. Somehow i made myself ok again with a thought that may be this revolutionary mobile phone will start working fine. But after sometime she came back again and this time that girl at service center explaining me that there is some moisture issue in to the mobile phone and i have to pay the price for this repair nearly 11k.
    Ahh now i was totally surprised with that moisture on the pub board and how they can say that there is a moisture issue when there is no evidence of water entrance from charging point, from the speaker’s & earphone holes. My point is if phone will fall under the water or water falls on the mobile phone what are these areas from that water can enter into the phone. That may be speaker of the phone, may be the charging points, buttons or may be water entered from the audio connecter point right?? As i have asked these questions to that executive but now she told me that it can be due to the sweating issue.

    Ohh now i got the point that whenever we purchased the great samsung mobile phone we should laminate it first and only then we can use it.
    Now i have another question for the samsung india, is your phones are not capable to stop the normal water entrance (Sweating as that executive trying to justify the moister entrance from the sealed portion) from the dug taped (Sealed) portion. Or after the first repair these people not packed my phone properly. What is that i am not able to understand this moister entrance from the packed part when the complete phone is dry?
    After listening their illogical explanations i told them to return my phone in the same condition. But when i got my mobile phone back i have again tried to charge it and now the display also not working. I made the question related the same and she told me that there is a moisture in the display as well.
    After getting the overheating issue phone will switch off automatically but when you connect it with charger there will a message appears of charging caution and will show that phone is overheating and please unplug the charger to let it cool. Means display is fine that’s why we are able to see that messages and all on the display…na? Seriously it’s a service center fault and they are doing it knowingly to make more money.
    But when i got my phone back the display also stopped working. I have made several complaints on the customer care no. But not getting any satisfying response from the samsung india’s brilliant team.
    Frauds are sitting in the service centers and providing fake services to the customers.
    Samsung you need to make your customer service desk more transparent so that customer can see when the technician opening the phone.
    And please start mentioning a warning on the samsung phones as ‘samsung loves your sweat so be careful when you sweating. Laminate your samsung first and then use it.’
    Please do the needful to resolve this issue asap. Or return my money otherwise i will file a case against you. I have all the recordings of customer care service center and discussion that i have done with the service center executive and customer care support executive.

    Plz solved the customers problem

    your service center does not open at proper time 10am
    i am waiting from 30min for staff comming
    and your staff comnication is very poor special miss RAJNI YADAV
    she is saying jisko mobile diya h usko pta kro
    but RAJ and anil employ is provide good service
    Complaint of fridge not working was made. engineer came and advance of rs. 500/- was taken as mentioned in attached scan but the problem has not yet been resolved after a lapse of a month.

      On 20/july/2019, i went to service center "care & care", "samsung authorized" service with "no charging" problem, when i received my mobile phone samsung j2 (2016) on 22/july/2019, i found out that few more problem have been added to it, (1.) home button not working, (2.) microphone dead. When i reached home and inserted sim card i realized about two problems, on that very day i called about this malfunctioning, they stated that mobile will now cost rs 3800 to changed the whole board whereas i had already paid rs 400 to them for charging problem, (I do have audio recording of that conversation) i filed number of complaints on net to samsung india but no one bothered to get that problem get resolved, i spoke to call center for 30-30 min regarding problem but they haven't resolved that problem.

      So for god's sake punish the offenders as soon as possible and let justice be remark of that of that.

        I ordered samsung m 20 from "samsung india official website" with order id: [protected], when i used mobile i got to know that mobile phone has some manufacturing defect;
        (1.) when i call, back panel starts vibrating like dj panel.
        (2.) mobile phone voice is not clear.
        (3.) sometimes during call sound volume lowers.
        (4.) heating problem.
        I contacted service help on 1st of this month they didn't help, when i went to service center they said file a complaint on net they will replace the mobile phone, called and mailed again (Ticket no.: 1480384) but "no help" i received.

        I want justice, i want problem free mobile phone as soon as possible as my priorities have been already been disturbed by this injustice by this samsung fellows.

          Hi,

          I have samsung washing machine. Technician visited home after requesting for 4 days and he didn't fitted the drain and inlet pipes. When i called him he said you can fix by your own, if not i will come. But he didn't came. I raised complaint to customer care for 5 days and escalated so many times but till nobody visited. Samsung customer care and service is very very bad. Don't ever buy samsung washing machine.

            With reference to this complaint, https://www.consumercomplaints.in/samsung-india-tv-start-issue-freezes-on-start-... there is still the same issue existing, and when checked on internet i found this issue is actually a samsung manufacturer default issue for such tv units.

            I would like to request to provide a support team to handle this issue or i need to take this case further to consumer court as samsung is selling defected electronic equipments to consumers.

              My phone display was not working properly so i went to service centre as it was in warranty.
              They told for screen replacement and gave me 10 days to wait. After 10 days i went they said again wait for 5 days. After 5 days i went they said come after 7 days.
              They are not listening and talking rudely.
              When i told them i will complain at upper level they said you can do anything you want. They are not listening at all. It has been 20 days and still they told to come after 5 days.
              All time money is wasted.

                I requested for the repair of the subject tv, which was taken by customer support centre khanpur new delhi 110062. To be returned back after change of back light. Yesterday i had a phone conversation with the service center informing of some additional defects which were not existing in the set. I was informed that the set can work with a line on the screen. They were to come and install my tv after repairs. You kept us waiting for the whole day in our house. We tried to contact you many number of times but unfortunately numbers given on the service slip kept on ringing without any response. This is very unprofessional and is least expected from a company like samsung. Please look into this professionalism from your service centers. Thanking you

                    As i let you know that i visited to your service centre varanasi as per your discussion but i totally got disappointed by the behaviour of your employee mr. Salinder where he did
                    Misbehave with me the incident is as follows:-

                    As i visit and meet with mr. Salinder and handover my article and original invoice bill to him where he said that we are not going to get returned your article under warranty because in your invoice product code is not mentioned where he told me to get change the invoice from dealer, as i let you know that i make a purchase aforesaid product in december not recently how the dealer should get change the invoice.

                    Not only this but also i make a request for replacement but he did misbehave with me by saying i am not going to replace the aforesaid product.

                    In which i also told that i am going to move a consumer court where he replied that i don’t have any affaried of court what do you want you can do it’s none of my business...

                    He also disobey the judiciary of india and i finally decided to move a labor court along with entire mail copy and original invoice.

                    Dear Samsung Team,

                    Yesterday I get visited to the dealer of “SAMSUNG LEVEL U” from where I got purchased aforesaid article where he denied to get rectified the GST INVOICE of my product because as per him he already paid GST along with my bill so he said it’s not possible for my to get rectified and neither I am going to get mentioned through pen and get it stamped because it’s a GST INVOICE not a manual one.

                    He also told me that if I am going to do any changes the government is going to get canceled my TRADE CERTIFICATE of my dealership.

                    So, I let you know that it’s not my fault and neither I am a dealer of aforesaid product so which I can get rectified the aforesaid INVOICE.

                    As, I again requested you to make a other solution to get replaced my article which is running under warranty...

                    DEAR RTI& TRAI,

                    As I would like to inform you that from more then 1month have been passed but Samsung company India is not ready to get return my LEVEL U which is running under warranty period they asking me to get stamp on GST BILL of dealer along with the Samsung LEVEL U product code which is not possible for dealer to get do so because it’s a GST where dealer can’t get change the bill because he already submitted his GST return on my name.

                    Not only this but also dealer asked me that there is no issue of getting return product as we already provided you a GST bill.

                    So, I request you kindly take an initiative action against Samsung company INDIA...

                    As per discussion held with you i already send the JOB SHEET after getting visit to your service centre.

                    But still didn't received any call confirmation from your side...

                    Only company is getting harrased we day by day, instead of getting resolve my matter...

                    Not only this but also your service centre executive mark a tick that my product is comes out of warranty but its totally wrong...

                    So, i have decided to move consumer court against customer court...

                      Hi there,

                      This is to notify you that i purchased a samsung refrigerator on 9th sept 2018 and from next two month of purchasing, i am facing some or the other issue with this refrigerator for which i have complained you n number of time and n number of times your engineers visited to me to check the issue and every engineer has given me a different reason, every engineer excepted this that there is issue going on with this refrigerator, at last i got the conclusion that the refrigerator is working fine, but the issue is same as it was earlier.

                      Below are some list of visit and reasons given by the engineers:

                      1. On first visit, the engineer confirms that it’s a moisture issue and we need to keep the refrigerator open for next 5 hrs without an electricity, and the same has been confirmed by the customer care executive at the time of trouble shooting with this issue which i did but no result.
                      2. On second visit the engineer confirmed that the circuit board of the refrigerator is heating up due to which the problem is there and he replaced the circuit board.
                      3. On third visit the engineer confirmed that due to the voltage the problem arises so we need stabilizer for this refrigerator, however it has been mentioned clearly that this is a stabilizer free refrigerator also the same has been confirmed to me at the time of purchase.
                      4. On forth visit, the engineer confirms that the refrigerator pipe at the back is chocked with ice and they need to open and clean it.
                      5. On fifth visit, the engineer confirmed that this is the issue of excess cooling and he open a panel from inside and minimize the cooling, after which the cooling completely stops.
                      6. On sixth visit the engineer visited and open the cooling panel as he also confirmed that the fifth engineer that visited auctioned wrongly, but the same issue occurs again.
                      7. On seventh visit the engineer came and he only takes the temperature of the refrigerator and confirmed that there is some issue with the refrigerator, but later we have been confirmed that the refrigerator is working fine
                      8. On eighth visit the senior engineer visited and he takes the temperature of the refrigerator and confirmed that this is the issue of excess cooling as the refrigerator is doing reverse cooling due to which there is less cooling at the upper side of the refrigerator but excess cooling at the lower part of the refrigerator, then he applied an electric tape to the cooling panel to minimize the cooling which is still there, he also clicked the snap of the same.
                      9. Then another two visit happened in which they have only taken the tempreture of the refrigerator.
                      10. Then i got a call and mail from mr. Shantanu (Mail attached fyi), where he stated that he is from head office and the person is going to visit from head office, however after that the two visit happened, where the engineers came only to take the reading of the refrigerator

                      After these many visit the problem is still same and the engineers keeps on disturbing for each and every visit as i always get late for the office. Apart from this i have shown the conditioned of fruits and vegetables to every engineer in every visit.

                      After a long time i received a call from mr. Shantanu that your refrigerator is working fine as per our report, however mr. Shantanu keep me updated that we are still in process to have a decision what to do after a regular period of time.

                      According to the engineers & mr. Shantanu, if the refrigerator is working fine, then why are the parts got replaced by engineers?, why the electric tape has been applied as jugaad method to stop the excess cooling, is this kind of quality service that you are providing to the customers after purchasing samsung product.

                      The attached pictures of the vegetables has been taken today, as i bought these vegetables two days back, just see the condition of the vegetables and decide that is my refrigerator still working fine? As, according to you on paper its’ working fine, but you are not admitting it in reality.

                      I haven’t asked you to give my money back, but i request you to please get the refrigerator replaced as i have been fighting with the issue from around last 10 months and if you think that the refrigerator is still working fine then please provide the record with the number of visit that happened with date and time also please provide me the complete details and what are the actions taken in each visit, which i previously asked with mr. Shantanu but he denied to give me saying that he didn’t have that, unfortunately he did not have the complete record and on the basis of that record he is committing that the refrigerator is working fine.

                      This is to notify you that after so many calls and complaints, your Samsung officers (Mr. Shantanu & Ms./Mrs Bhawna) deny to look after the problem that is occurring in my refrigerator as it’s a defective piece provided by Samsung to me and they are only providing the unsatisfactory answer that according to us your refrigerator is working fine, without any facts and figure .

                      For further escalating this matter to consumer court, I asked them to provide me the complete details of the engineer’s visit that happened for this refrigerator and the action required and taken to detect the problem of this refrigerator, they completely denied to share the details of my refrigerator, as previously they said that they don’t have the complete details of this refrigerator, but now they are saying that they are not authorized to share the report of my refrigerator with me, which shows that what level of service they are providing to the customer, if the customer raise his voice for something which went wrong also the calls that they do to the consumers they don’t listen to what customer is saying, they keep on raising their voice and pressurizing me to accept that the my refrigerator is working, which is not (calls attached) . Attached are the next sort of pics that I have taken today, I bought on Sunday and vegetables is with ice with fungus .

                      I really appreciate if it can be a written communication instead of verbal communication.

                          I bought a samsung digital inverter split ac (Model ar18hv5nbwk) in dec 2014 for rs 42, 950.00. Due to multiple defects between sep 2018 to jun 2019, rs 18, 941.00 (44% of cost price) was paid to samsung on repairs. Almost all major parts including compressor (Warranty for 10 years) were replaced. Additionally rs 5, 800.00 was also incurred on carriage, fitment and accessories to make the ac operational at site. Ceo of samsung electronics, india was approached for replacing the defective ac. An offer has been made to return the defective ac and collect its depreciated value to settle my grievances. The depreciated value (As per samsung rs 16, 321.00) amounts to 38% of the purchase price of ac. Liability at the consumer end is rs 67, 691.00 (42, 950.00 + 18, 941.00 + 5, 800.00) besides time, effort and harassment endured for buying, fitting & getting the faulty ac rectified. Against this liability samsung’s offer is rs 16, 321.00 and approximately 1580 days (Till jun 2019) of ac usage. It is apparent that the policy of samsung insulates and incentivises itself against faulty products and absolves itself of any liability towards its consumer. Beneath the veneer of a so called multinational company which boasts of “delivering true innovation and convenience to valued consumers” the company engages in undermining their bonafide needs and protecting its financial interests blatantly.

                            I have a samsung galaxy c9 pro (Sm-c900f) handset which is 1.5 years old and out of warranty. I rooted my phone and was using my own software (Rom). But unfortunately my display got braked last week and went to samsung authorized service center.
                            * meanwhile - there is a new samsung policy which is, any rooted phone or a phone with unofficial software or the knox if tripped will not be repaired at any cost. If the customer still wants to repair it, then the person have to pay additional money for the working mother board to get it replaced with a new one at full cost to repair the device and close the call. *

                            Now at the samsung service center, they checked/investigated my phone and said that okay, we can fix this device by manually submitting, that means, submitting to them to fix the phone without coming to samsung's notice. I again asked them, will it get fixed as its rooted a knox is void? They said yes it will get fixed but make sure your device is alive and working. If after installation we find that the device is not working then we will not be responsible for that and we will charge you for the display. I said that yes the device is working as i am using it via sidesync (Samsung screen mirroring on windows pc). So they asked me to wait for sometime, they will investigate the phone and will provide the details of final charges. Also they said that the display is in stock. So after spending 1 solid hour that is 2:30 pm, i went to the counter to ask the status. They just forgot my phone and came in 10 mins and said i will be charged rs. 7300/- for the display and the charger port as that is also not working including the buttons. I said ok go for it, but is the phone working with the new screen? They said yes your phone is all right and working perfectly. This is what happened on 29th july, 2019.

                            Now on 2nd august, 2019, in the evening around 4.30 pm, i received a call from the service center that the parts have been aarrived and we will make the phone ready in an hour. I said okay take your time and fix it, i will be there in an hour or 2 to collect the phone after paying. They said ok.

                            After almost 30 mins, i received a call again from the engineer and told me that he can't fix the phone due to the policy i mentioned earlier above. He also mentioned he was just trying to do it manually but failed to do it thats why he accepted my phone. Is that a matter of joke or my phone is a piece of experiment? When i said at the tim eof submitting the phone you havn't told me about all the experimental things and now you are telling you were trying? He paused for a couple of seconds and then said no your motherboard is dead.

                            I was on my way to the center and received a call from the manager and started blaming me that at the time of submitting the engineer told me about this. So i went to the center and requested for something. Not the phone or not to fix the phone, just give me the proof from cctv that the engineer told me that they will try this. She again started blaming me and also started giving threats not to argue.

                            This is not what i expected samsung. I promise she will come in some problems definitely for what she did with me.

                              I bought the samsung galaxy a50 and when i put it on charging the display went off and touch was working. When i went to the samsung service center, they asked me to pay 7800 rupees for the display. I asked them that the phone is in warranty period, they said there is some internal damage and cannot come under warranty. But i said there is no physical damage and it happened when i put it on charging. They asked me to call customer care. Customer care people told me that the phone display can go when we put some pressure on the screen. That shows how weak and delicate are samsung phones. When i asked for discount they are not courteous towards customers. Now if i get it repaired and again if the display goes off what should i do. Please help me to get the display for free. And i request everyone not to buy samsung phones please.

                              I purchased Samsung M20 from Amazon.in on 23.04.2019. On 10.05.2019 a black spot appeared on the left bottom part of the screen and was expanding. I took it to the Samsung service centre on 11.05.2019 and they replaced the lcd sreen and repaired it free of cost. Now the same problem occurred on 07.08.2019 and when I took it to the service centre they refused to service and repair it free of cost stating that it is caused by impact. There is no visible damage or scratches on the screen but still they are refusing to repair it. To me it seems to be a manufacturing defect which is occurring again and again. To save their own face they are spinning some technical jargon to avoid the responsibility on their part. Please help me to get it repair for free and stop buying SAMSUNG products.                               After lodging complaint in "Consumer complaints" the company recalled me at their service centre and replaced the defective part free of cost. Now, only time will tell whether it is satisfactory or not.

                                  New tv went out of order within 30 months. After sales service very costly.
                                  The service engineer was not found honest. He took away two replaced spare parts without my knowledge and permission. Even after his guptaassurances he failed to return the same. Samsung not replying my emails dt 28th june, 3rd,
                                  4th. 10th, and 11th july 19. They are not taking any action in this regard.
