I had purchased a washing machine from bismi home apliances kottayam. The spec are 6.2 kg - tl wa62k4000hd-ktmg13108_00001. From the first month itself it has a serious complaint of completing the wash with additional time. It is completing the task with 30 or 40 minutes extra time. This can never be tolerated as i had spent an amiunt of17550. Moreover we could not expect this much poor performance from samsung product. As i had made repeated complaints at samsung service suppoert at vadavathur, kottayam they refused to do the rellacement or refund. They insist on main pcb replacement. They arrived on this decision after i had made several complaints. Then i agreed to replace main pcb on a condition that i have to get assurance from the authorities that the problem wilm never be repeated if they replace my main pcb which is the heart of it. But they never made me a call after that. So i am considering this as cheating me. Such a worst and irresponsible serive support from the ver famous brand samsung. Such a shame for you people

    My refrigerator stop working suddenly and we have raised our issue with your customer service team. After that your service team came to our house and said that the mother board needs to be replaced and we paid around 5000 rs and changed the same. Again after couple of days fridge stopped working and again we raised our concern. Like wise in last three weeks your representatives came to our house five times and for each time they used to charge service charges but the issue is still not resolved. We are really fed up with this and loosing our confidense on samsung product. Request your team to urgently resolve the issue or replace my product without any further delay. Am attaching one of the receipt fyr.. Kindly do the needfull urgently

      I bought samsung 55 inches led tv in january 2018 my tv is still in warranty but samsung pathetic service centre team denied repair my tv there is no physical damage on my tv but still they denied to repair what a pathetic service i ever seen they want to claim money from the customer's that's what they denied to repair my tv minor scratches which is made by the samsung executive when he tried to open my tv that time he made that scratch on my display now he is saying we are not able to repair the tv because warranty is void because of the minor scratch which scratch made by the samsung executive itself they are completely cheating on the customers so many products i bought from the samsung but never ever buy any product from the samsung samsung very pathetic company i ever scene samsung completely don't provide customer service at all my tv is very expensive samsung is trying to cheat me my tv is in warranty if anyone can provide me any solution how to contact with to higher authority of samsung i want to contact them very very bad customer service in india of samsung..         On 20th Jun 2019, our double door Samsung fridge stopped cooling, as fridge lights were working and our fridge does not make sound we did not come to know that it has stopped cooling. This happened in the night and it remained that way till after noon of 20th when we noticed that every thing in freezer was melting. That is when we logged the complaint call Samsung customer care number[protected]. But loss was done all, stuff in the fridge had wasted and we had to throw it away.

        Since then after repeated calls and follow up with the Samsung customer care we could manage to get one engineer on 3rd July 2019 replacing the faulty part with assurance that issue is rectified, again on 08th July we face the issue that cooling reduces so much so that ICE was not getting formed, engineer comes on 9th July 2019 and replaces the filter, but by evening fridge shows signs again that its not cooling to its potential. Water was not freezing in freezer and it was just cool. Giving impression it would fail any time. I informed the engineer again, I hope he visits us tomorrow and solves the problem once and for all.

        I am not sure why people are not able to diagnose the problem in one go !!
        I do't know how long this ordeal would continue !!

          Dear Sir
          I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 15th April'19 under the scheme of 15% cashback on icici credit card. Firstly the dealer with whom I did this transaction took payment on 15th April and delivered my refrigerator on 26th April which was really a pathetic delivery service from Samsung or so called dealer 'MS Electro Plaza', NIT, Faridabad.
          Suddenly after two months I received a mail from Samsung which shows that your transaction of refrigerator got cancelled and we are taking back our Samsung smart club points which I ignored because I was least bothered about those points.
          But as my 90days are going to be over soon, when I contacted Samsung Customer Care for the cash back, they say that they will get back to me soon but still no reply from there side.
          Kindly do the needful and resolve my problem of cash back as early as possible.

            I recently brought a new Samsung A70 mobile with my hard earned money in May 2019. My happiness was short lived as the Phone suddenly stopped working after 20 days.
            There was no physical damage to the phone as it suddenly got heated one day and never switched on since then.

            I went to the Service Centre the next day and after “inspection” the Service Centre claimed the Phone had Water Logging issues and Warranty would be Voided.

            I was initially quoted around 10, 000 Rupees for the Repair charges due to the “Water Logging Issues” and replacement of the damaged parts/
            Mind you, this is not even a month old phone and I assured them there was no Water Logging which they were quoting. For a second opinion, I visited another Service Centre who quoted me 12, 500 Rupees
            for the same Water Damaged phone.

            At this point, I had escalated to one of the Supervisors Mr. Ashok Rajendran who assured me he will get back with a proper solution after checking with Head Office.
            I never received a call again from him. However I kept receiving calls from your Customer Care who keep asking the same question again and again that annoyed me a lot!

            I received another call from a Supervisor called Mr.Lokesh last Monday who said the Service Centre is quoting 23, 500 Rupees for replacing all the parts of the Phone.
            Is this a Joke which I cannot understand? This is the 3rd quote I have received for the same Phone and this time it is more than 80% of the Mobile cost itself.

            What kind of a Company would extort money in such a way from the Customer himself? Do you know the Customers are that gullible?

            I am so frustrated with Samsung at this point for the run-around I have received from your Customer service so much that I have resorted to this email. Sorry to say this but you have the WORST customer service! So, imagine my disappointment when I sent a phone to Samsung for warranty service, only to have them tell me that the Phone has reported Water damage!

            What concerns me is that when I contacted your Service Centre for assistance, all I received was an apology and request that I contact Samsung Voice support for any queries.

            Is that a proper way of treating a Value Customer? I can only tell they are notorious for being unhelpful and having no escalation procedure. I feel cheated!

            I'm willing to bet that there are many others like me who have had phones returned with "water damage" but have actually fallen victim to Samsung trying to save a few bucks because they
            know that people don't have the technical expertise to dispute their claims.

            It is surprising that Samsung is so unwilling to put any effort into my concerns. However, unless they are willing to resolve my concerns I will be leaving the brand forever and making sure that all of my friends and family members are aware of how poorly Samsung treats their customers!

              This is regarding complaint: [protected] which we have reported on 05-Jun-2019. The refrigeratore we bought 11-Dec-2016 model:Samsung RT39K54586 had first reported issue in 5-Dec-2018 since then every month it stops cooling and we have registered about 6 complaints till now. Problem with goods started when it was under 2 yr warranty period (We had bought 1 yr extended warranty from Reliance together with 1 yr company warranty). Every month we have this issue persisitent we have many of their technicians visiting every time and all that they do is refill gas and leave it in working stage for another month.

              We are very disappointed with the Samsung Managers and Team leaders who have made false promises when each time we are seeking a permanent solution. They say they have sent the best tech every time and they promise that will resolve the issue but all I see is a labour in rags visiting and refilling gas.

              We now seek a replacement of our Refridgerator as it is about 5 days the Fridge is in the facility of Samsung Service Center Kharadi, Pune, MH. I got a latest status update from the service center that they need 48 hrs more to diagnose even the problem. They are just buying time since past 5 days and not providing any commitment on the timelines when they can fix the problem.

              During monsoons we do not have an alternative to refrigerate the perishable foods at home, please help us out of this torment. All we want is a Refund or a replacement that too at the ealriest. We cannot be suffering for last 7 months.

              Please note the complaints have been registered in the Name of Vinit.V.Patil and Sandhya Padmanabha with Samsung Service Care.

                  I bought a washing machine from Amazon and it was delivered on 2nd July 2019. Amazon already sent a request to Samsung for installation for which I have received the SMS confirmation also. Later, they automatically cancelled. When I contacted, they said that I only asked the installation people that installation not required. That's a LIE.

                  Secondly, I again requested for installation. Again, after 3 long days, the same they repeated shamelessly. They simply cancelled!

                  Thirdly, once again I raised a request. This time the person contacted after 1 day and said that he will come. Again, he has not come.

                  It has been more than a week and 3 requests have passed and the experience with Samsung is WORST ever. Customer Care people are simply irresponsibly and replies with their ready-made fancy replies.

                  What's the use of a washing machine without installation? I didn't buy it for a show-case.

                    Samsung launched corporate special offer which is started on 14th december and ended at 28th december. I have confirmed with team that samsung a7 is eligible for corporate cash offer using hdfc credit card and with registration of corporate email.

                    Then i have purchased samsung galaxy a7 with order id :[protected] in corporate special offer with cashback. And my mobile has been successfully delivered on 22-dec-18. I spoke to one of samsung customer representative team regards cash back. They said that i will getting back in month of april. Again i contacted that support team in the month of may, now they are saying that it is not eligible. I have raised complaint on this issue again. They have promised that your issue will be fixed soon. The still i haven't received my eligible cashback. I am really disappointed with their service. Please consider this issue and it's been seven months almost over.

                    I don't want to disclose my mobile no and email address. Please trace my order item with given orderid to see my mobile no and email address. I have attached proof of screenshot where you are able to see offers list in the complain. I have bought it for rs.19855 in that corporate offer now it is availabe for rs.15719 over. Even i am not happy with mobile samsung galaxy a7 which is not performing well. I have attached reference bill with orderid. Samsung support team suggested me to use my corporate email to avail that service. So as they said i have used my corporate email and hdfc credit card to avail that service. But team has failed to providing better service.

                    Acknowledge me on this issue and kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                      Waiting to talk to ms pooja ramani for over a month now. No response from her to my numerous emails.. And no call back too!!
                      Only she knows about my problem??
                      Is that how samsung works that no one else can help!!!
                      Does samsung only believe in selling their products???.. And zero after sales service in case of a defective product delivered to customer??
                      I have been through severe harassment and false commitments for last 3 months.

                        Samsung launched corporate special offer which is started on 14th december and ended at 28th december. I have confirmed with team that samsung a7 is eligible for corporate cash offer using hdfc credit card and with registration of corporate email.

                        Then i have purchased samsung galaxy a7 with order id :[protected] in corporate special offer with cashback. And my mobile has been successfully delivered on 22-dec-18. I spoke to one of samsung customer representative team regards cash back. They said that i will getting back in month of april. Again i contacted that support team in the month of may, now they are saying that it is not eligible. I have raised complaint on this issue again. They have promised that your issue will be fixed soon. The still i haven't received my eligible cashback. I am really disappointed with their service. Please consider this issue and it's been seven months almost over.

                        Acknowledge me on this issue and kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                        Hi, I don't want to disclose my mobile no and email address. Please trace my order item with given orderid to see my mobile no and email address. I have attached proof of screenshot where you are able to see offers list in the complain. I have bought it for Rs.19855 in that corporate offer now it is availabe for Rs.15719 over. even i am not happy with mobile Samsung galaxy A7 which is not performing well. i have attached reference bill with orderid . samsung support team suggested me to use my corporate email to avail that service. so as they said i have used my corporate email and hdfc credit card to avail that service. but team has failed to providing better service .

                          I have brought an ac two years ago. The engineers or installation workers installed the ac. But they have not block the gap in the wall between the indoor unit and outdoor unit of the ac. So the wire enterring pathway have space/holes. The rodents came to that pathway from outside and enter the ac, cut the wire of the ac and we are suffering from it. The workers are not say us about this at the time of installation and we are suffering for the damage. Kindly take steps about it.

                            Subject – complaint regarding the newly bought samsung washing machine

                            Dear sir/ madam
                            This is to bring to your kind notice, that i bought a samsung washing machine (Fully automatic), model no. Wa90j5710sg/tl on date[protected] from hariom retail pvt ltd, lajpat nagar, delhi for which the invoice copy has been attached.
                            This machine was unpacked and installed by an engineer from samsung on 2nd december 2018. The engineer also advised us to buy a machine base stand as well as a water filter which were also provided and installed by him, paid for by us.
                            Apparently, i am writing this letter to inform you that from the first full wash it was noticed that the clothes are not getting washed properly. They were found twisted with dirt in between their creases, some of them faded after a few washes with cloth fibers coming off from them, the natural shine of the cloth is now gone.
                            Detergent has been found in the machine box many a times after the whole wash cycle is finished. That came as a surprise to us, because the box is made to put the detergent only. We have taken pictures as a proof.
                            We have complained 4-5 times and every-time a new executive arrived from samsung, but no one gave us a genuine sensible answer for our problem. Some of them agreed to us that such problems are there to some extend when we showed them the pictures and the clothes fibers that gets collected in the filter after every wash. They saw our spoiled clothes, cloth fibers which we have collected, took pictures of them, but no one told us the reason and no one gave us a written status. They told us that it’s a company policy to not give anything in writing their observations. However very unprofessionally, everyone gave a different suggestion.

                            • the first engineer who responded to my complaint said that he would need to change some part of the machine which i did not allow.
                            • the other one said use warm water to wash the clothes instead of the normal/cold.
                            • some other came and said, turn around the clothes and then wash, otherwise the dirt/fibers will accumulate on the front sides of the clothes.
                            • other one said don’t put the detergent in the box directly, instead mix it in water in a mug and then pour in the machine.
                            It did not made sense but we still tried some because we were in a desperate situation. Nothing helped, nothing, the situation till date is the same. Many of our new clothes have lost their shine and now we are washing them ourselves manually. Lastly an official (Mr. Sunil) from samsung informed that an engineer would come and do a wash up process. It was done in april 2019 by an engg named sahil, that too on quickwash settings. Yet again on asking to provide his findings in written, he refused to do so saying it is not a company policy.

                            We called your customer care senior executive and his response was also very unprofessional. He told us either take a replacement for another washing machine or take a voucher. It is very clear that we do not want a samsung washing machine now. Neither we are willing to buy anything else from samsung. We’ve had enough harassment. We have lost faith in samsung. We want our money back. Our trust on the product and the company has faded away also after the irresponsible behavior for all the complains we have done. It is not an apparel shopping we have done from a shopping mall that we take a voucher back.
                            We are talking about a huge amount which we have invested as a middle class family who was planning to buy a fully automatic washing machine from a few years.
                            I would like to mention here that i have neither received even a single written observation report from samsung even after multiple complaints and requests, nor any of your technicians actually know what the problem is.
                            I would request samsung to provide me 100% refund of the amount as per the bill within an appropriate time period else i am forced to take a legal action.
                            Thanks for wasting my hard earned money and my time.

                                I have purchased Samsung 1.5 Ton Inverted AC on 03-April-19. It was working fine for 2.5 months and suddenly its stopped working. I have called customer care and complained ([protected]) about it on 17-Jun-19. There was a service engineer visited and checked the AC. He said the outdoor unit compressor choked and it needs replacement. Since its under warranty they can order but he told me I need to pay Rs. 3600 for service charges. He took Rs. 1000 advance (I have the receipt) and said they have to get the Compressor from Chennai and once they get it they can come back and replace. It came back after a week and another technician came, checked and said there is no problem with compressor, instead the gas was completely leaked and they have to refill it. So he said why simply to replace brand new compressor which came from the original purchase and said he cannot send back the replacement as-is. So he swapped the sticker between compressors (I did not understand this concept but I did not care as all I needed was my AC to work), worked for a day and refilled the gas etc. But still the AC did not work :( He said an expert engineer need to visit since there is a small technical problem somewhere inside the outdoor unit and that is causing to show gas is empty though it was full.. blah blah. Finally he said he will talk to his supervisor and come back with expert engineer.

                                Meanwhile my complaint was closed stating it's resolved and also no 'expert' engineer visited. When I called the supervisor, he said they cannot keep the complaint for long time and they closed it since the new compressor is replaced. I understand there is an SLA to close a complaint and how can mark it resolve and close when the problem still exists. When I asked the same, he said no need to worry they will come and fix it. 2 more days passed and no one came. So I called customer care and asked about the same. They said they will re-open the case instead they created a new one ([protected]). I thought its fine as long as the problem is resolved. This time the so called 'expert' engineer came after few days, spent half day and did some stuff (vaccum, gas fill blah blah) but still it did not work. Finally he said, they have to take the AC to service center and do some flushing... So he removed the entire AC unit and kept outside my home (in Balcony) and said their service van will come the same day evening and pick it up. It will be services at their service center and fixed.

                                Meanwhile a week passed and no service van came and the dismantled AC unit still lying in my balcony. I called customer care few times and they said they will put a reminder. Also I got few calls from customer care about feedback of my complaint and ensure its resolved. I said the same story to everyone and ofcourse they said the same thing to me that they will escalate and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                I was furious and frustrated and called customer care on 05-Jul-19 to escalate to their supervisor or someone and I got response saying currently the manager is busy and they will schedule a call back within in 2 hours. As usual no call back or no response. And surprise, they created a new complaint ([protected]). Not sure if they have closed the previous complaint as well.

                                Overall its brand new and 3 months old AC, there are 3 complaints and it'e been more than 20 days and not resolved. I felt like I was cheated big time by Samsung and also their entire customer service is a big scam to loot people. I don't think Samsung will really read my concern and take any action but I am hoping it helps atleast some people to be cautious before they buy these SAMSUNG WORST PRODUCTS.

                                      They are selling product and not providing service it’s worst company serving in india.
                                      I have bought ac and they said installation will be free, when i called them they are charing good money for installation, can any body guide me how to deal with them. I want to return their product and buy from different company.

                                      I am getting calls from seniors explaining bogus policies for taking money.

                                        I purchase a proudct juicer mixer grinder from a person, he says that he is a company employees of samsung. His candidate person name sonu thakur true caller name (Sarun alvi) [protected]
                                        For their expenses they sell some products like that. He showed me samsung juicer mixer grinder cost around rs.4200.

                                        The total package is samsung box. And samsung warranty card, samsung mixy, no one can't believe it is a fraud product, he said that we are giving at half of the price, finally he said that i will give u at a cost of rs. 1500.
                                        I purchase as three products 1500 in to 3 buy in 4500 rupees.
                                        I bought that as a middle class person, it comes as cheap by price. After he left, i come to know there is no cleaning brush in the box as it is mentioned in booklet.

                                        When i gone to purchase that one, i come to know there is no such mixer grinders from samsung.
                                        Then i come to know, i got cheated.
                                        Be aware my friends, dont believe anyone, like this frauds are happening
