This message is true or false i don't know. When i saw this message i got shocked, i don't believe such a message. Can you tell me about this msg true information....

I have purchased one refrigerator in 2017 which is covered by 10 years warranty for compressor. The product is faulty since beginning. On our complaint for less cooling the compressor has already been replaced by the company. Now in 2019 the complaint has again arisen. The engineer from the service center has inspected the product and told that the compressor is not working due to choking of gas. He is demanding rs. 1800/- to repair the refrigerator....

I had raised a request for washing machine repair service on 15th of May. Today is 22nd and no resolution yet. I have followed up multiple times with the customer service team, and each time they "assure" me by saying that service engineer will come on that day; however, nobody has even visited my place .
