I have ordered samsung on7 pro from amozon website 25th july 2018. With ordered no[protected]. They invoiced me on7 pro with invoice no - del4 57721, invoice details - hrdel[protected], dated[protected].
Samsung on 7 pro (Black) boiddp83fm

5 days ago my phone stopped working. Though my mobile comes under warranty. Local samsung care (Authorize service center) suggest me to do extendable warranty of my mobile then only they will entertain me. I going to file consumer case against this. My contact no - [protected]. Please solve this issue.

After posting complain in this forum initiation taken under pressure by local services center at Prayagraj & came forward to listen end use customer complaints but sorry to say this they(Local service center) interpret all the thing as per their convenient (Please refer attached file ) .They must be samsung franchises/channel partner whose short term business motive badly affect company Brand Image .They don't even bother that due to their activity company brand image is hamper.
Samsung post sales service is very bad .In my opinion " SAMSUNG" must take care and work proactively for retention of their valuable customer .

Previously my phone was inspected by local service but at that time they will denied to cover my mobile under warranty and suggested me to buy the extended warranty service from them but after posting this complain(Samsung India — regarding some problem in my samsung on7 pro mobile) they will again inspect my phone and declare mobile is dead not a single part is in good condition . I bought this mobile on 30th july [protected]@ Rs. 6990 but after this incident . Local Samsung customer care ( or we can say Samsung money care ) demanded me to pay Rs. 8868 against repair of my mobile .
This is complete nonsense . What one can expect more from local service center because I'm complaining about their attitude towards covering Warranty of product . In return they declare my phone is complete dead and not eligible for Warranty. I'm going to raise this issue in another forum also.

It's better to resolve this issue on urgent basis.

    Hi,

    I have ordered a galaxy watch 42mm from samsung estore with cash on delivery as payment option, order no - [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered by 2-4 days. But till now its now even shipped.

    On the other hand my friend ordered the watch on same day and got the delivery today with online payment option instead of cod.

    I have tried to reach customer care 8-10 times they are saying its going to be delivered by expected time. The expected time is long gone.
    As per the customer service representative they have escalated the matter to another team and i was supposed to receive call. But they never showed up.

    If samsung estore going to discriminate people depending on the payment mode. Then that payment mode should not be available at first place. I would have made the payment online.

    I have attache all the communication from samsung estore doing fake promise to deliver the watch and the order details from samsung portal.

    Please resolved the case as soon as possible.

    Very irresponsible behavior by samsung e-store.

      Dear team,

      This is first product from samsung in my to life but very wrost experience.
      I've purchase samsung level bluetooth on nov 12.2018. As per company warranty one year is not complete. But last 2 month same issue for regarding bluetooth charger and clear voice related.
      Hence i'm service employee than not possible to visit service centre and discuss from last two month than delay for service.
      Last week visited your borivali west service centre and request raised by sonu gupta and asked me same will be update next 24 -48 hours csr print date is may 22.2019.
      I still waiting for response samsung customer care team but not any revert from last 4 days than i call to service centre she's call attend one lady neelam swami and told me mail revert on yesterday it's means 27 may. By bishvajeet (It's internal manager) but after today wednesday.

      May 29. Visit borivali service centre again than check internally mail print than mail receive back from higher authority on 25th may than however my time waste to 3 days only mail responding.

      And major concern my bluetooth only colour fad than company saying not considered warranty how can this if than it's regular usable product than colour fade is not thinking and where is cable disconnected.

      Centre branch manager told me it's not in under warranty than why asked customer is one year replacement warranty it's internal damage.
      It's very crucial and not properly way to customer support and handle for future business. It's my life 10-13 mobile handset and laptop with electronics product used but this is first product buyer fro. Samsung and same is happening this.

      If company asked to only colour fade is reason for not considered in warranty than this is same issue raised in consumer court about this.

      I'm not happy this type service by samsung.

      Need your positively response.

        Dear team,

        I had purchased samsung galaxy j4 mobile from lavi communication on november 25, 2018. From last month i am facing very low sound issue during call in this phone. My phone is under warranty so i had approached samsung kashipur service center (Area pincode: 244713). Service center had submitted my phone for one day and informed me that we have replaced the phone speaker. I request them to provide the job sheet or job sheet reference number but they denied and informed me that as per their process they are not supposed to provide the job sheet or details to customer. Now i am facing more issues with my phone after service. After service call now incoming call sound is very less and i am also facing heating issue.

        I request you to look into this matter and resolve my issue asap or to change my phone as it is in guarantee period. Also provide me proper documentation of this phone repairing history.

          It's my request, it is very difficult for me to effort 11, 000 rs for panel replacement. My concern is repair my samsung tv for lowest price. I hope you will provide same for me. Otherwise i need to kept exchange my samsung tv for 5000 rs & purchase mi 32 inch tv. It is really painful for customer like me. Because i dnt have another option.           The samsung s9+ is waterproof though when i used 1 st time in water the phones charging pin has been damaged coz of that i feel the phone is not worth and ur cheating on us about the phone and charging us huge amount

                Last i have purchased double door refrigerator samsung. On the day of demo and installation noise is observed. Samsung engineer and customer care told me to wait three to four months (No call recording available now i wonder why. Because in ever customer care call at start we hear saying call will be recorded) post four months that noise still persisted and i raised complaint again.. This time after two to three engineer vist finally they agreed it's a defect of compressor and changed it. (I could have raised request for replacement at the time of installation itself but samsung engineer misguided me and as it is my first refrigerator i did not know how it works). Now again cooling issue is observed. Ice is forming milk or any liquid we keep in fridge area and water is dripping from door. Raised complaint again and again engineer visited he cut paper foil from freezer compartment and stick it lower walls. Asked me observe for few days.. My question is why so many repairs needed for new refrigerator.. If so many repairs are needed then it means it is defective product but engineer not ready to listen itself.. What should i do.. I paid 26000 through emi to purchase it.. If that demo engineer and customer care executives did not misguided me i could have replaced it on that day itself.. What can i do now.. Samsung engineer saying replacement not possible only repairs.. Second hand fridge is better then buying new samsung fridge.

                Customer care and engineer visited suggesting to set temperature at -19 and 3.. and not use any other temperature option, if I ask why other are given on them...there is no answer for that and in user manual to no where it is mentioned that we have to set at -19 and 3 temperature option.

                  I purchased samsung s9 128gb on 30.12.18 and since day one i observed my phone was getting heated while browsing and battery was getting drained even on idle condition. Based on your customer service instruction i gave my phone to service center rohini delhi. I have submitted the phone in the month of feb and they returned the phone on after 2 days afternoon. The motherboard kit was replaced. I was shocked that, samsung s9 is a premium phone and most costier phone of the samsung mobile and within two months the motherboard was replaced. After that in month of april the phone was again heated and the batter was getting drained fast so i again submitted the phone in samsung care in the month of april and regarding this i already filed a consumer case in the hon'ble district forum salimar bagh new delhi.in the moth of april when i again submitted the pone in month of april i do not know what they did. They did not even update the latest safety patch while handing it over to me and again and again this phone give me very phone and get heats very fast. Please give importance to customer complaint. I am advocate and had used all samsung phones. Please look into my problem and my genuine request.

                    Dear Sir/Mam,

                    I have purchased my mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 9 on 17/09/2018.
                    and was facing issue of Display yellowish.

                    I have visited samsung service centre Bhiwandi (Dist-Thane) Maharashtra, on 12 July 2019, Samsung Service Centre executive told me that ur mobile is in full warranty we will repair ur mobile within one day, u can come and collect the same on next day.

                    when i called next day for update they told me that ur mobile is not ready.

                    till now whenever I have contacted samsung Customer care or Service Centre they don't have answer when it will get ready, they only have one fix answer that repair work in process, How irresponsible this people, Don't you think they must have to give me some fix date or time.

                    Samsung Customer care staff even not ready to understand that because of their delay/laziness what kind of lose facing by customer, Now they are saying that we have policy that it take 20 days for repairing, if we may accept that, it is true then why it is not mentioned in Samsung Acknowledgement which they gave me at the time of Mobile Accepting for Repairing. if they can mention 30-35 lines in small words as terms and conditions then why this condition is not mentioned in that?

                    I told Customer care staff till today i[censored]r not able to resolve the issue, then kindly refund my money on that also they don't have proper answer they just casually answer that we can't refund ur money.

                    can we consider that this Samsung company can do repair mobile as per their convenient time? we can’t do anything on this?

                      It is very much difficult for me to pay 11, 000 rs . If i am really capable to pay 11, 000rs . why i need to choose Samsung panel replacement with that cost and 0 warranty . Better i can go for new MI TV with that cost for 2 year panel warranty. You guys need to understand customer situation . i have already invested high amount on Samsung TV 60000/- rs and with in short time you guys demanding again 11, 000 rs for my panel repair. actually my issue is very small compare to you cost. Please provide me better service. otherwise 60, 000 rs Samsung TV need to exchange for 5000rs. Really it is painful for customer like me . But due to your worst service . i dnt have another option for me. I hope you provide best solution for me.

                        I have trusted samsung products and i kept 60000rs. But you guys provide me worst service to me. I have request you guys from past few months for resolve my issue with less price. You guys didn't understand customer situations and demanding high amount from us. So my money is completely wasted, due to your cheap quality product fails after 1 year. I am planning to kept this tv on exchange and planning take mi 32 inch tv.                         It is very much difficult for me to pay 11, 000 rs . If i am really capable to pay 11, 000rs . why i need to choose Samsung panel replacement with that cost and 0 warranty . Better i can go for new MI TV with that cost for 2 year panel warranty. You guys need to understand customer situation . i have already invested high amount on Samsung TV 60000/- rs and with in short time you guys demanding again 11, 000 rs for my panel repair. actually my issue is very small compare to you cost. Please provide me better service. otherwise 60, 000 rs Samsung TV need to exchange for 5000rs. Really it is painful for customer like me . But due to your worst service . i dnt have another option for me. I hope you provide best solution for me.

                            I have taken samsung tv on mar 2017 with cost of 60000/-. I am not capable to kept that much amount. I though it is one time investment and taken via bajaj emi. Even i have chance to taken other brand tv with very lowest price. By seeing samsung brand i have taken this tv. But with in 18 months samsung tv got panel issue on edge. I have requested samsung for free replacement & i will pay for technician charges. But now there provided 50% discount and saying you need to pay nearly 11000. It is not small amount. Because i am small employee, i cannot bear that much amount now. Please repair my tv by changing led strips

                            There closed my case with comments customer refused 50% discount. Now i am helpless. Because i am common man. If this issue resolve, i will be happy. Otherwise my investment is wasted & i will be helpless, i can use this tv for few day. After that i need to thrown into dustbin. Because i cannot effort that amount.

                                  I have got a Samsung side by side refrigerator with the model number : RS21HSTWA1/XTL which was bought on 18th of April, 2015. The refrigerator is really a high cost one as you know but the time took for it to stop working is really less. The fan stopped working in the month of March this year which we got repaired and now to my surprise it stopped working completely as a whole. I complained and got back a technician from Samsung again and he informed the fridge cannot be repaired any more. There is some internal cabling fault and the company doesn't have any way to repair it. So, as a customer I trusted Samsung as a brand and bought such a high cost fridge which lasted just for 4 years! On top of that it cannot be repaired. If the company doesn't repair it, is it the customer's fault? Things could have been still manageable if it would have been a average valued refrigerator but this one is not acceptable at all. I as a customer just cannot throw such a high cost fridge in just 4 years because the company itself cannot repair it.
                                  I would request you please look into the matter as this kind of product and service is not expected from a brand like Samsung. I have got many other products of Samsung but if things goes like this, it will not allow me to trust Samsung in the future.

                                    We purchased a samsung refrigerator on 26/06/2019 from naval canteen vizag. Model no rt39m553 of 394 litre capacity. The mechanic came to install it on 27/06/2019 and insisted upon us to use 5 amp switch which burnt out after 2 days. We then installed an 15 amp switch.

                                    Right from first day the lower door of fridge was making a knocking sound each after 2 or three opening. We tried to empty entire fridge and check it. The sound continued.

                                    At last we made an official complaint to their service centre on 09/07/2019. The mechanic came to attend the complain on 13/07/2019 after 4 days. He checked the door and declared that the door is defective and that an screw is to be cut and door has to be installed again.

                                    We didn't agree with cut and paste method and asked for the replacement of the fridge. We asked the mechanic to provide us the phone number of the higher officials to talk. The mechanic denied it instantly.

                                    From then onwards till today no official from samsung has bothered to contact us. The same mechanic and then one mr sathyanarain have been insisting to allow them to repair the door and asking us to use the defective piece.

                                    We are aghast. We have just shifted to vizag on 26/06/2019 and from then onwards so amny mental torture are being faced by us.

                                    Please look into the matter and replace the fridge immediately. We do not want to compromise on any level lesser than a replacement.

                                      Samsung as brand they services is very pathetic. Following observations are as given below:

                                      A) contracts had given to the third party for services related complaints.
                                      B) contracts executive were dealing in a personal way at the time of resolving complaints about the personal benefits & lesser amount compare to service center charges.

                                      C) when you discard executive deal, you wish to that your problem should be rectified from “samsung” side & when you make a complaint on customer care no for the same.

                                      Absolutely shocked and disappointing with this service. Really really poor service. Maybe samsung says they cannot and will not do anything to resolve the situation. I'm so disappointed. How pathetic that i sent a mail but there is no one can resolve this issued.
                                      Samsung:- your senior customer support team is totally unacceptable and i will not be buying another phone from you when i've finished this issued however still last 5days facing with samsung service center.

                                      You've lost yourself to very loyal customers! I won't be upgrading to another samsung handset again.

                                      It is very disappointing that we have to write this letter to you. I have used the Samsung J7 Handset and having/had troubles with the defective my phone. Their policy will not allow for any replacement or half of compassion, however, I have faced this issued last 6days from Service Center (Advance technology) but they did not resolve the issue also intentionally the amount of repair estimate has high.

                                      They did already perform a service which was ineffective. Having brought the matter to the Office of President, customer service, the regret is that Samsung displays continued ineffectiveness at the highest level of escalation! So, it is my view that always buyer beware before buying any Samsung product.

                                      I am hoping that I am writing to the highest level in the Samsung Customer Service. It has been a painful experience until now to deal with the support team you have. I have had several conversations, and points of online interactions in dealing with the problems I am facing with your senior executive Mr. Sumit, he did not try to resolve this issued also his commitment has failed after sending my previous warranty certificate and invoice copy.

                                      All said, my time has been wasted so much that I am very concerned if it is worth the time again to send this email to the office of the president. However, now that I have a defective unit in hand, I need to take the steps necessary to have it replaced and justify my investment. I do not think it is worth my time and efforts to have the unit sent again for "diagnosis" or "repair", and wait for it to arrive.

                                      I am going through a horrible experience as well.

                                      I've been a long-time customer of Samsung products, but Samsung Electronics of Indian customer service is rock bottom as well as its service/warranty policy.

                                      NOTE:- Requests to speak with Tier II or Tier III technician just get you a long hold time and the same person comes on the phone with some other silly thing to try that doesn't fix anything. I eventually asked to speak with a senior customer support team member and that was also ignored until I repeated the request.

                                      I have been doing a lot of on-line research on Samsung and it has been an eye-opening experience. I quickly noticed a very common pattern: -

                                      1. SAMSUNG DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

                                      2. SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT.

                                      3. SAMSUNG IS VERY INCONSISTENT IN HANDLING COMPLAINTS.

                                      4. IT IS A BIG MISTAKE TO BUY SAMSUNG.

                                        My Samsung M30 mobile screen started spreading the colour near sim tray after 2 days off purchase. It was progressive, one day all of sudden the mobile screen went bluish. I went to nearby customer care service centre. I complained there also. The engineer there observed a small hair crack which cannot be seen by Eyes and even I also came to know that day that there is a small hair crack on screen which would be probably appeared during delivery time. That is the reason why colour start spreading near hair crack.This is not be first time that I am complaining.There should be a single point solution. First I complained in customer care service store in my vicinity then I called customer care then hi registered a complaint with management team now the management team is telling that for the Goodwill we are giving you 25% discount. Why should I pay 75% for the defect which has probably happened during delivery time. Either you should cover the defect in warranty otherwise I will throw the mobile in garbage seeing my experience with Samsung and I am not going to use Samsung anymore.
                                        I am facing difficulty In logging in Samsung store that's why I couldn't attach invoice.
