Dear Sir/Madam,

I have submitted the below grievance to Samsung customer care whose response is not yet received. i have purchase Samsung mobile phone on 09/06/2019 which is a defected phone. I have requested Samsung customer care to replace or refund the phone/money. They are not helping me on this rather they are repairing the phone and asking me to visit their service center again & again..

Sir, i have purchased new cell phone with my hard earned money against which this company is giving me defected phone. Hope you will understand my concern and assist me in replacing the phone.

Your kind assistance is required to resolve the issue.

Grievance reference no.[protected]-Please note that i have purchase Samsung mobile phone model no SAMSUNG Galaxy A30 on 09/06/2019 (attached is the purchase invoice). The phone started giving me trouble from the very next day. Issue is the phone take auto restart. I visited your service centre on 19/06/2019 (service centre acknowledge slip attached for your reference), your team took my phone for service and i had to re visit to pick up the phone on 22/06/2019. The technician told me there is no problem in handset, he has updated software which will help me. However until now my phone is with same issue. I revisited service centre, told him problem is not resolved he again asked me to submit the phone to them and wait.

I am working professional i cannot take the tedious job of visiting your service centre again and again for the newly purchased cell phone. I request you to replace this damage hand set or refund me the money i have paid.

Dear Samsung Team,

Refer discussion had and confirmed by Mr. Yogesh Sharma he asked me to visit the service centre again on 06.07.2019 and asked me to submit the mobile hand set.

I visited and submitted the mobile hand set.

Mr yogesh assured me that he will revert on Tuesday, on 09.07.2019 but I did not received any reply.

I am facing too much problems without any mobile set. I paid Rs 15590/ to purchase a new mobile hand but it sold me a defective set which creates problem from the day one. And now it is almost one month and I am not getting any solution.

I am disappointed with the sale services rendered by the Samsung.

I look forward to get my money refund at thee earliest.

    I ordered a m30 galaxy phone through shop. Samsung web site in india. The delivery was suppose to be in 1-2 business days (Ie. Today or before today). Tracking the order in the courier service page shows the order was yet to be picked up but samsung sent me an email saying that the item is shipped. Moreover, there is no option also to cancel the order. So i am in uncertain situation.

        I would like to say that i have purchased a new samsung washing machine. But till now no technician has arrived. Now let's come to the point. The problem is that this washing machine model is different from the others. This requires a rat pad to be installed. If not installed then insects, rats, cockroaches, etc may enter inside the system and damage the wires. And the so called rat pad was not installed in the washing machine at the time...

        Dear sir, i want you to inform that my level u bluetooth headset was under warranty and i was facing a sound problem in the left side, therefore i decided to send the device to service center. The service center has a delivery and pick boy who visit every saturday for delivery and pickup of products. I contacted him and sent the product for repair, but the fraud service center called me and told that the product is not covered under warranty beacuse it is tampered. I told it is impossible but if you have seen any sign of tampering please return my product and let me see what is exactly happened. They sent me a totally damaged product. It was not mine, i refused to accept such an old and damaged product. If the product was tempered then why the delivery boy picked up? If the product was tempered then why they are not providing job sheet. I called customer care they talked with service center (Ref no-[protected]) they told we can only lodge a complaint against the service center thats all. If my product doesnot cover warranty then who gave permission to service center to open and repair my product? (Voice recording of service center boy is with me). The service centre boy told that he repaired my product but without my permission why? He has not repaired my product but he replaced my product with totally damaged one. I want my product new as before. Please have a look into the matter asap. Samsung service center employees are fake and fraud

            Sir,
            I have complained regarding ac not cooling on17 june19, 20 june19 and today from nawada bihar but no action has been taken while i have called several time to customer care to fix above issue. Further more as per customer care on 22nd june service team has visited at location and fixed the problem while non of them have been visited to see the problems.
            Hence being a customer we are worried to buy any other product from samsung.

              Dear samsung,

              Greetings for the day.

              Hi i am abhishek from india working with brand oyo as agm. This mail is to inform you that i have experienced worst customer support after buying your machine 'samsung galaxy s10'. I was a huge fan of samsung mobiles. I have used almost every single machine from this series even i have used galaxy note 7 as well. But after buying this phone i have started getting troubles in it. The phone started malfunctioning from the next day of buying itself. First problem comes when its speaker started distorting every time i call somebody or play music on it. That problem has been resolved by repairing the part by giving personal visit to the service center. Then it was not properly closed by the technician and a scratch found inside the camera module. Then again its resolved be repairing the machine. Then couple of days back its 3.5mm headphone jack stopped working. Again the machine got repaired by the technician. Now its battery is discharging very quickly, calls connected but shows ringing screen only, sometimes calls get connected and no audio comes from the phone but when i disconnects, it keeps showing the call running time only. There are lots of other problems as well but i understands android cant provide lag free experience to their users. There are many manufacturing defaults in it i know. I have spend almost 1, 000$ on this machine and this is the experience i am getting. You guys selling premium phones with this kind of services; not acceptable at all. If there is any problem in this 1, 000$ machine then it must be get replaced with a new one but what are we offered with is repairing solutions. I also work with a brand oyo and our main focus is to deliver best and immersive experience to their customer and i think every company motive is the same right? I think this is the right time to raise the voice against this. I want this machine to be replaced or full refund. This is not acceptable at all to get a repaired device every time when you spend that much of amount on a smartphone. Kindly look into this and do the needful as soon as possible or please let me know if you are unable to provide me that so i can escalate the matter to consumer board, govt of india.

                I have purchased my samsung split ac a year ago and now we have faced some issue and called engineer.

                Engineer saying that pcb board of outdoor unit has been destroyed. We have to order this and you have to pay around 4000 + other charges total proud 8000.

                I request to you please get this amount paid by samsung as a customer satisfaction with respect to uses of home appliances.

                We have already paid around 48000 to buy this now just after 1 year ac is not working and we have to pay around 8000.

                Please get this amount paid by samsung and do the resolution on urgent basis as you know the weather condition.

                  The following complaint was lodged on 21.06.19

                  Against our above complaint ([protected] dt 28.03.19) we had got our a/c serviced from your aithorised service center & after a long harassment they finally installed our a/c on 8th of april 2019. They said they have charged the gas & checked the entire unit is perfectly ok. We were out of country for full month of may 19. Today is 21st june & again the a/c is not giving the cooling effect at all. We feel the gas pressure has again comedown. We don't understand what kind of service is provided by your authorized service center. Within 2 months the newly charged gas leaks off again? Please look into the matter & help us out in sorting out this problem

                  Further our complaint on 21.06.19, they gave us the above complaint no & since then every day mr. Rakesh form samsung calls me up & says that their technician will be attending to check our problem the next day. Now its 3 days have passed no one has come to check the problem we feel samsung does not have any control over their service stations at all. With this kind of service support how can we buy any samsung products?
                  We had messaged your service center 5 times in the last week of april to give the invoice & collect the payment, but they did not turn up. Now we feel good that we did not pay, because within 2 months again the gas pressure has come down. Like this we will have to keep on charging the gas every two months? Such a poor service is from samsung!

                  Yesterday (27th June) Samsung service technician visited & without doing anything just collected the charges & when we asked to clean the blower fan even he refused that saying the indoor unit needs to be chemically cleaned. Which we have got it done last year ( we have filed a consumer case notice) against you & then got our init ! Today your service centre had called us up saying chemical cleaning charges are 1200/- & again service charges are 500/- ( which they have collected Your technician visited us on 30.03.19 & without doing any servicing just collected Rs.550/- from us ( receipt no 10302) saying there is a leakage of gas hence the unit has to be sent to service centre. )
                  Although its less than 3 months they are again asking for service charges !! Secondly when they had taken our unit on 2nd April 19 & returned on 8th April 19 have they not cleaned it? What have they done then?
                  We are scrapping the Samsung A/c & buying either LG or Panasonic. Also putting this horrible experience on social media, Consumer forum .

                    Purchased a samsung fridge in dubai in 2014. Shifted to india recently and fridge was not working. Called samsung service center several times during the process however most of agents were not aware whether compressor will be under warranty or not as it is purchased from dubai. A lack o[censored]nderstanding and knowledge. Engineer visited said that pc and compressor needs to be replaced. However on checking with local engineer he stated that compressor is working but pc needs to be replaced and since its international variant product will be available with samsung only.

                    In process called many agents who gave false assurances of speaking to service center, calling senior representative and many other false assurances.

                    The poor service provider samsung with bad customer services with no knowledge. You now need to service without any charges for your poor customer service

                      This is in regard to double door refrigerator (Rt42m5538s8) purchased on 30th apr 2019. From day one it has following defect :

                      1. It’s freezer is not getting turn off even after selecting the option to turn it off.
                      2. Even after turning off its making ice in the freezer and ice is in solid form in off freezer option.
                      3. Pcb and sensor of freezer has already been changed by your engineer after 1st visit ad i don’t want any further repair of this fridge.
                      4. As per your senior engineer the freezer will make ice in off situation also, so he suggested to put vegetable in freezer and it also get iced. He promised to call me after 24 hrs but failed to do so, then i called him and whatsapp him the pics of frozen vegetable. Then also no action taken from his side even after receiving the pics.
                      5. 3-4 visits have already been made to repair the product by your junior and senior engineer.
                      6. I made request for replacement but didn’t get any reply for the replacement procedure. Every time your executive promise to arrange a call back with senior within an hour but get no reply. 3 days have already passed in this procedure and no reply till date.
                      7. Really bad service and really bad product. Regret to invest so much money in samsung refrigerator.
                      8. Wasting my time and money by chasing you people and getting no response. We have don’t have all the time in the world just to chase you people. We are working class professional people but because of your defective product and worst service our peace of mind is disturbed and fetching all our energy on this useless task all day.

                      This refrigerator is beyond repair and i want a replacement of the same immediately or refund my money i don’t want a headache in name of fridge.

                        I have booked service request on 20.06.19.Then this day technician name, no also share by service provider.But the technician doesn't come to repair my washing machine. 6days gone no response from service provider. I 3times call to costomer care only they forward a msg to district service provider. I also call to Samsung District service providers daily morning they say technician go today but no one come. I haven't going my office due to this problem bcz no one in my home.

                          First, of fall, i am very disappointed. It not an impeccable product experience at samsung. I don't think that product pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized with 100%. With my bad experience, i don't believe samsung products stand out as best in terms of quality and service of the products. This is a 2nd product i am facing the issue.
                          Having said that by you and always believe that our customers are the best judge and may help with improving our products. Course customers are the best judge and analyze and give hands-on experience about the product good or bad. With my previous samsung tv issue also your engineer's were not able to resolve the issue for 6 months. Later they had to refund the amount because they know that particular model had an issue.
                          Yes, i do expect a replacement in lieu of the product. Product has a technical fault which your engineer hasn't done the proper analysis, hope samsung is not in the 80s or 90s generation (Refrigerator was having compression noise) now we are in modern technology, another company refrigerator comes with noiseless. Can you justify how this is the product is not faulty? When i raised a service ticket on 17th may 2019. During first visit itseft your engineer should be certified stating that product is not faulty, but your engineer failed to analyze properly, again i have received sms on 22nd may 2019 dear customer, service engineer suman, contact# [protected] has been assigned against your service request [protected]. For support please call 180040-samsung[protected] but the same engineer visited again failed to analyze properly and told that we will raise this issue the backend team. Again i have received sms on 29th may 2019 dear customer, service engineer rudreesh, mobile number [protected] has been assigned against registered service order [protected]. After multiple calls to the service center manager and sending whatsapp video but there was no purpose response from them. Later the same engineer visited to take a recording of the refrigerator noise. During that time i have escalated about the refrigerator door closure issue with is not closing properly. Which your engineer analyze and told that we will replace the door closure. Again i have received sms on 30th may 2019 dear customer, your service order [protected] part has been ordered, the engineer will re-visit in 3~5 days. For any support please call 180040-samsung[protected]. Till date, there is no update on this from the service center. After multiple calls to the service center manager and engineer. Today have received sms dear customer - thanks for availing samsung service. Amount payable against your request no. [protected] is inr 424.80 i don't know why i should pay 42.80? Now you tell me product pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized with 100%. Products stand out as best in terms of quality and service of the products. Can you justify this?                             On 11 april, 2019 i have purchased a refrigerator from your showroom. And bill no. Is 542. After installation it was working fine for a week but then its cooling system has broken down and refrigerator is making a loud noise
                            I first made a verbal complaint about the issue but no action was taken for about a week. Then again i complaint about the problem and one of your engineers came and did the inspection. As there was some technical problem with the cooling system which could not be fixed permanently.
                            Therefore, i request you to kindly change the refrigerator as it is still in the warranty period. I am enclosing the copy of the bill and other documents for your reference and hope that my request will be entertained very soon. And we have complaint to samsung care no but take no action.

                              I have purchased a fridge 3 years before and now it's not working and came to know that it's an issue with compressor. I have lost my fridge bill and the samsung outlet is also closed now from where i have purchased.

                              It was a direct samsung out let and it's closed now... Now the service engineer is not considering my product under warranty. But my product is covered 10 years warranty. It's mentioned on my fridge - 10 years compressor warranty.

                              Service engineer is also aware that it's within warranty... But he is asking bill copy to work on this request...

                              I can share you the serial no and compressor number etc...

                                My name is Vineeth P and a few days ago I bought a Samsung mobile phone (A70) from an authorized dealer.

                                Next day, I was exercising and I kept my mobile in my waistband (where I usually keep my mobile every day). I exercised for an hour and after taking a few minutes of rest I took my mobile from the waistband. Then I noticed that there was some moisture content on the front camera of my phone and the faceid was not working. Later the SIM cards were not been detected anymore. I switched off my phone and it never woke up again.

                                The very next day I took my mobile to Samsung Service Center. They looked into it and told me that sweat had swept into the phone and the motherboard circuit were burned. And then told me that since its a water damage they won't give me any warranty and I have to pay close to 8, 000 rupees to fix it.

                                The phone which I spend close to Rs 30, 000 to purchase was damaged because of sweat within a day and now I have to another Rs 8, 000 to fix it. I am really disappointed with the build quality of your mobile phones. This will be my last Samsung product and will not recommend your products to anyone from now onwards.

                                Hope you understand the terrible experience that I had with your product. I will be waiting for an answer from you soon.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    This is in regards to the complaint of your Samsung Air Condition bearing Model No. AR18HV5NFWKNNA, serial 0BK0PDCF401991F. I had raised the complaint on 16/05/2019 that the outer unit is not working properly. Service number [protected]. Within 15 days of service, the AC again stopped working.

                                    I have bought this premium quality AC (as mentioned by Samsung) by investing a lot of money and not even 3 years o[censored]sage facing repeated problems in its functioning. Every time the engineer visits charges no less than Rs 700 and even before investigating the issue suggests changing parts worth NOT LESS THAN Rs 8000. Whenever we have challenged him to always did some workaround and the AC temporarily started working.

                                    I have again raised a complaint on 08/06/2019, service number [protected]. The service centre executive mentioned that not to worry and the "Senior Engineer" will visit premises today to sort out the issue. Today morning the service centre in charge (named Sanjay) informed me that the request is raised under incorrect category and cannot be serviced under it is raised under the correct category. I again contacted the service centre chat service and they mentioned that it is raised under the correct category and they have intimated to send a "Senior Engineer"

                                    Complaint Points:

                                    Why your premium product which goes under quality check stops working in just 3 years?
                                    Why there is tremendous miscommunication between your chat service and the service centre?
                                    Why every time the engineer who visits asks to change parts which is ideally not required? Do they have any commission based on changing parts which are not even 3 years old?
                                    Why the engineer (Nizam) filled gas to sort out the issue last month and billed me a lump sum amount, however, he did not even show me what is the exact amount he filled? Do your engineers work like this?
                                    Why even after highlighting the incident on 06/08/2019 and getting a confirmation from the chat executive to get a senior engineer the service centre in-charge told me today morning that he cannot send any senior engineer? He even mentioned that he is DOING A FAVOUR TO ME by sending an engineer?
                                    Is Samsung doing a favour to their customers by giving service to their faulty products? Why every year I have to raise a complaint to the highest level to get the issue sorted? Last year same time I had escalated to the higher level for this pathetic service from your service centre?
                                    Solutions I require:
                                    I need this product to be replaced as I am so bloody frustrated contacting your persons and getting a rude reply from Service centre head (Sanjay) and inefficient senior engineer (Nizam). I have been a loyal customer of Samsung and never thought to invest Rs 50K+ in a faulty product.
                                    If that is not possible please send the team of best engineers available in my state (West Bengal). I am irritated with the monopoly services I received from the lone service centre available in my location
                                    Being a Senior citizen, getting repeatedly harassed by Samsung and its executives I have all rights to raise this in consumer forum and sue your company for not providing adequate service and JUST DOING A FAVOUR.

                                    I will look forward to an immediate response from your end and if that is not possible from your end please connect me to your CEO to get "ANOTHER FAVOUR". I hope at least he will be able to value his company's reputation.

                                    I have already reached out to you thrice from the company portal "write to CEO" page. However, never got a chance to speak to you directly.
                                    From your desk, I have spoken to Deepika Chauhan, Sushma and 1 more guy who did nothing apart from giving scripted assurances which are of no use to me
                                    Swarti did try to help me however, she also stopped communicating when we complained about duplicate parts being provided in the name of Samsung.
                                    His manager Naren Singh reached out to me 2 days back and promised to sort out the issue by yesterday. As obvious, no response from his end till date and pretty evident how irresponsible he is in his task.
                                    From the beginning, I have marked The service head and the president in my mail communication. I think they are dormant and never check even escalation mail.
                                    Burdwan Service center is one of the worst I have faced till now. Sanjay, Nizam, Dipankar, Giyasuddin, and Bumba are the most inefficient and abusive person Samsung has recruited,

                                    CAN ANYONE IN THE ENTIRE SAMSUNG UNIVERSE LET ME KNOW WHAT THE HELL THIS SAMSUNG CEO DESK IS FOR? IS IT JUST TO GIVE FALSE CONSOLATION AND HARASSMENT TO A CUSTOMER??

                                    IS YOUR ### CEO SO DUMB THAT HE CANNOT EVEN RESPOND TO THE ONGOING ESCALATION IN 6 WEEKS OF TIME?? DOES YOUR ESCALATION DEPARTMENT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO IGNORE

                                    YOUR MESSAGES IN CASE IF IT IS GETTING FORWARDED TO THEM??

                                    After wasting 6 weeks of time with the most inefficient team of Samsung, I am formally informing that I will be registering a case against Samsung tomorrow and its

                                    management for bluffing customer (Section 370), improper service and cheating customer (Section 420), deceiving customer (Section 415) and fraudulent service (Section

                                    390). You all will receive a legal notice from my advocate and will be asked to show cause for this continuous improper service LEADING to the harassment of a loyal

                                    customer.

                                    As I have repeatedly mentioned my frustration you all have turned a deaf ear to the issue and instead of sorting the issue tried to give me a FAVOUR for your fault (by

                                    giving minimal refund of the invoice value). Do you think Samsung customers are beggars and wait to get a refund for purchasing the company's faulty product? As a VERY

                                    VERY LAST OPTION to redeem yourself getting into the legal mess as discussed I am giving you all the last options to choose from.

                                    1. Replace the entire AC with a new one as there is no point for me to have an AC in my home whose part has "disappeared" from the world. This is an absolute "USE AND

                                    THROW" Chinese product with value that of garbage. So take back your "premium" AC and install an AC of similar value whose parts will be available in the near future

                                    (at least 5-10 years)

                                    2. I can give consent to change the condenser with alternate parts available as Naren and entire Samsung CUSTOMER CARE mentioned that the original part matching the

                                    exact size is not available. I will not be paying a single penny for this alternate part as the engineer will have to "forcibly" fit the part by beating and deforming

                                    with a hammer. Also, I need a written consent that Samsung will provide me a lifetime free service (engineer charge + any parts charge) for ANY future problem with

                                    this AC unit.

                                    3. If the above mentioned the two options are not possible as mentioned by Swarti the very last option I can opt for is 50% refund on the invoice value and just 5

                                    times free service on your "USE AND THROW" premium machine. This free service should include no engineer visit charges, gas filling charges and no charges on any part

                                    replacement which I belive will not be available globally anyways.

                                    You just have today to choose which option you want to agree and provide written consent for that. As Naren and Swarti mentioned that he has limited authority so I

                                    want the person with unlimited authority to look into this and reply to me immediately in case if you want to settle this outside court affair.

                                      Today i have received the customer support team that today between 12 to 1 pm engineer will visit the customer place but till the evening he has not visited the place customer was waiting and engineer was done false commitment everytime, this is so unproffesional and irresponsible behaviour of samsung support team, there is no value of customer's time. Worst product service commitment.
