I have booked service request on 20.06.19.Then this day technician name, no also share by service provider.But the technician doesn't come to repair my washing machine. 6days gone no response from service provider. I 3times call to costomer care only they forward a msg to district service provider. I also call to Samsung District service providers daily morning they say technician go today but no one come. I haven't going my office due to this problem bcz no one in my home.

What is my status of my complain. Really very poor service for repair case.
I have very bad experience with samsung eco bubble 6 kg washing machine service, last 12 days three times their service representative visited, each time charging for the same. They have taken the machine to their repair center, changed parts but still problem persists, coupled to that the standard response each time is very frustrating.

    First, of fall, i am very disappointed. It not an impeccable product experience at samsung. I don't think that product pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized with 100%. With my bad experience, i don't believe samsung products stand out as best in terms of quality and service of the products. This is a 2nd product i am facing the issue.
    Having said that by you and always believe that our customers are the best judge and may help with improving our products. Course customers are the best judge and analyze and give hands-on experience about the product good or bad. With my previous samsung tv issue also your engineer's were not able to resolve the issue for 6 months. Later they had to refund the amount because they know that particular model had an issue.
    Yes, i do expect a replacement in lieu of the product. Product has a technical fault which your engineer hasn't done the proper analysis, hope samsung is not in the 80s or 90s generation (Refrigerator was having compression noise) now we are in modern technology, another company refrigerator comes with noiseless. Can you justify how this is the product is not faulty? When i raised a service ticket on 17th may 2019. During first visit itseft your engineer should be certified stating that product is not faulty, but your engineer failed to analyze properly, again i have received sms on 22nd may 2019 dear customer, service engineer suman, contact# [protected] has been assigned against your service request [protected]. For support please call 180040-samsung[protected] but the same engineer visited again failed to analyze properly and told that we will raise this issue the backend team. Again i have received sms on 29th may 2019 dear customer, service engineer rudreesh, mobile number [protected] has been assigned against registered service order [protected]. After multiple calls to the service center manager and sending whatsapp video but there was no purpose response from them. Later the same engineer visited to take a recording of the refrigerator noise. During that time i have escalated about the refrigerator door closure issue with is not closing properly. Which your engineer analyze and told that we will replace the door closure. Again i have received sms on 30th may 2019 dear customer, your service order [protected] part has been ordered, the engineer will re-visit in 3~5 days. For any support please call 180040-samsung[protected]. Till date, there is no update on this from the service center. After multiple calls to the service center manager and engineer. Today have received sms dear customer - thanks for availing samsung service. Amount payable against your request no. [protected] is inr 424.80 i don't know why i should pay 42.80? Now you tell me product pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized with 100%. Products stand out as best in terms of quality and service of the products. Can you justify this? Attached is the video link which was taken by me and shared to service center manager.

    Vegetables not maintained fresh. gets rotten as water moistures absorbs and vegetables remain wet due to water particles.everything in the freeze gets damaged. Worried about the freeze as it is not helping help to solve the problem

      On 11 april, 2019 i have purchased a refrigerator from your showroom. And bill no. Is 542. After installation it was working fine for a week but then its cooling system has broken down and refrigerator is making a loud noise
      I first made a verbal complaint about the issue but no action was taken for about a week. Then again i complaint about the problem and one of your engineers came and did the inspection. As there was some technical problem with the cooling system which could not be fixed permanently.
      Therefore, i request you to kindly change the refrigerator as it is still in the warranty period. I am enclosing the copy of the bill and other documents for your reference and hope that my request will be entertained very soon. And we have complaint to samsung care no but take no action.

      To resolve the problem I would appreciate if you get the refrigerator checked properly by a qualified
      technician. Since, it is under warranty period, I request you to kindly send someone to replace it as it
      seems to have some manufacturing problem.
      A faulty product from such a reputed showroom as yours is a gross disappointment. I look forward to

        I have purchased a fridge 3 years before and now it's not working and came to know that it's an issue with compressor. I have lost my fridge bill and the samsung outlet is also closed now from where i have purchased.

        It was a direct samsung out let and it's closed now... Now the service engineer is not considering my product under warranty. But my product is covered 10 years warranty. It's mentioned on my fridge - 10 years compressor warranty.

        Service engineer is also aware that it's within warranty... But he is asking bill copy to work on this request...

        I can share you the serial no and compressor number etc...

        So what's the solution for this issue? Please help

          Dear Sir or Madam,

          My name is Vineeth P and a few days ago I bought a Samsung mobile phone (A70) from an authorized dealer.

          Next day, I was exercising and I kept my mobile in my waistband (where I usually keep my mobile every day). I exercised for an hour and after taking a few minutes of rest I took my mobile from the waistband. Then I noticed that there was some moisture content on the front camera of my phone and the faceid was not working. Later the SIM cards were not been detected anymore. I switched off my phone and it never woke up again.

          The very next day I took my mobile to Samsung Service Center. They looked into it and told me that sweat had swept into the phone and the motherboard circuit were burned. And then told me that since its a water damage they won't give me any warranty and I have to pay close to 8, 000 rupees to fix it.

          The phone which I spend close to Rs 30, 000 to purchase was damaged because of sweat within a day and now I have to another Rs 8, 000 to fix it. I am really disappointed with the build quality of your mobile phones. This will be my last Samsung product and will not recommend your products to anyone from now onwards.

          Hope you understand the terrible experience that I had with your product. I will be waiting for an answer from you soon.

              Hi Team,

              This is in regards to the complaint of your Samsung Air Condition bearing Model No. AR18HV5NFWKNNA, serial 0BK0PDCF401991F. I had raised the complaint on 16/05/2019 that the outer unit is not working properly. Service number [protected]. Within 15 days of service, the AC again stopped working.

              I have bought this premium quality AC (as mentioned by Samsung) by investing a lot of money and not even 3 years o[censored]sage facing repeated problems in its functioning. Every time the engineer visits charges no less than Rs 700 and even before investigating the issue suggests changing parts worth NOT LESS THAN Rs 8000. Whenever we have challenged him to always did some workaround and the AC temporarily started working.

              I have again raised a complaint on 08/06/2019, service number [protected]. The service centre executive mentioned that not to worry and the "Senior Engineer" will visit premises today to sort out the issue. Today morning the service centre in charge (named Sanjay) informed me that the request is raised under incorrect category and cannot be serviced under it is raised under the correct category. I again contacted the service centre chat service and they mentioned that it is raised under the correct category and they have intimated to send a "Senior Engineer"

              Complaint Points:

              Why your premium product which goes under quality check stops working in just 3 years?
              Why there is tremendous miscommunication between your chat service and the service centre?
              Why every time the engineer who visits asks to change parts which is ideally not required? Do they have any commission based on changing parts which are not even 3 years old?
              Why the engineer (Nizam) filled gas to sort out the issue last month and billed me a lump sum amount, however, he did not even show me what is the exact amount he filled? Do your engineers work like this?
              Why even after highlighting the incident on 06/08/2019 and getting a confirmation from the chat executive to get a senior engineer the service centre in-charge told me today morning that he cannot send any senior engineer? He even mentioned that he is DOING A FAVOUR TO ME by sending an engineer?
              Is Samsung doing a favour to their customers by giving service to their faulty products? Why every year I have to raise a complaint to the highest level to get the issue sorted? Last year same time I had escalated to the higher level for this pathetic service from your service centre?
              Solutions I require:
              I need this product to be replaced as I am so bloody frustrated contacting your persons and getting a rude reply from Service centre head (Sanjay) and inefficient senior engineer (Nizam). I have been a loyal customer of Samsung and never thought to invest Rs 50K+ in a faulty product.
              If that is not possible please send the team of best engineers available in my state (West Bengal). I am irritated with the monopoly services I received from the lone service centre available in my location
              Being a Senior citizen, getting repeatedly harassed by Samsung and its executives I have all rights to raise this in consumer forum and sue your company for not providing adequate service and JUST DOING A FAVOUR.

              I will look forward to an immediate response from your end and if that is not possible from your end please connect me to your CEO to get "ANOTHER FAVOUR". I hope at least he will be able to value his company's reputation.

              I have already reached out to you thrice from the company portal "write to CEO" page. However, never got a chance to speak to you directly.
              From your desk, I have spoken to Deepika Chauhan, Sushma and 1 more guy who did nothing apart from giving scripted assurances which are of no use to me
              Swarti did try to help me however, she also stopped communicating when we complained about duplicate parts being provided in the name of Samsung.
              His manager Naren Singh reached out to me 2 days back and promised to sort out the issue by yesterday. As obvious, no response from his end till date and pretty evident how irresponsible he is in his task.
              From the beginning, I have marked The service head and the president in my mail communication. I think they are dormant and never check even escalation mail.
              Burdwan Service center is one of the worst I have faced till now. Sanjay, Nizam, Dipankar, Giyasuddin, and Bumba are the most inefficient and abusive person Samsung has recruited,

              Dear All,

              As per last week's discussion with Naren and Swarti I feel Samsung is least bothered to resolve the issue. Anyways I am used to the regular unprofessional approach

              towards the escalation from all of the customer support team. This is the 4th time I am mailing to the unprofessional CEO.

              1st Intimation - July 4th - Handled by Swati (CEO Desk) - No resolution

              2nd Intimation - July 5th - No Response - No Resolution

              3rd Intimation - July 8th - Handled by Shikha (CEO Desk) - No resolution

              4th Intimation - July 10th - Awaiting response and resolution

              CAN ANYONE IN THE ENTIRE SAMSUNG UNIVERSE LET ME KNOW WHAT THE HELL THIS SAMSUNG CEO DESK IS FOR? IS IT JUST TO GIVE FALSE CONSOLATION AND HARASSMENT TO A CUSTOMER??

              IS YOUR ### CEO SO DUMB THAT HE CANNOT EVEN RESPOND TO THE ONGOING ESCALATION IN 6 WEEKS OF TIME?? DOES YOUR ESCALATION DEPARTMENT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO IGNORE

              YOUR MESSAGES IN CASE IF IT IS GETTING FORWARDED TO THEM??

              After wasting 6 weeks of time with the most inefficient team of Samsung, I am formally informing that I will be registering a case against Samsung tomorrow and its

              management for bluffing customer (Section 370), improper service and cheating customer (Section 420), deceiving customer (Section 415) and fraudulent service (Section

              390). You all will receive a legal notice from my advocate and will be asked to show cause for this continuous improper service LEADING to the harassment of a loyal

              customer.

              As I have repeatedly mentioned my frustration you all have turned a deaf ear to the issue and instead of sorting the issue tried to give me a FAVOUR for your fault (by

              giving minimal refund of the invoice value). Do you think Samsung customers are beggars and wait to get a refund for purchasing the company's faulty product? As a VERY

              VERY LAST OPTION to redeem yourself getting into the legal mess as discussed I am giving you all the last options to choose from.

              1. Replace the entire AC with a new one as there is no point for me to have an AC in my home whose part has "disappeared" from the world. This is an absolute "USE AND

              THROW" Chinese product with value that of garbage. So take back your "premium" AC and install an AC of similar value whose parts will be available in the near future

              (at least 5-10 years)

              2. I can give consent to change the condenser with alternate parts available as Naren and entire Samsung CUSTOMER CARE mentioned that the original part matching the

              exact size is not available. I will not be paying a single penny for this alternate part as the engineer will have to "forcibly" fit the part by beating and deforming

              with a hammer. Also, I need a written consent that Samsung will provide me a lifetime free service (engineer charge + any parts charge) for ANY future problem with

              this AC unit.

              3. If the above mentioned the two options are not possible as mentioned by Swarti the very last option I can opt for is 50% refund on the invoice value and just 5

              times free service on your "USE AND THROW" premium machine. This free service should include no engineer visit charges, gas filling charges and no charges on any part

              replacement which I belive will not be available globally anyways.

              You just have today to choose which option you want to agree and provide written consent for that. As Naren and Swarti mentioned that he has limited authority so I

              want the person with unlimited authority to look into this and reply to me immediately in case if you want to settle this outside court affair.

                Today i have received the customer support team that today between 12 to 1 pm engineer will visit the customer place but till the evening he has not visited the place customer was waiting and engineer was done false commitment everytime, this is so unproffesional and irresponsible behaviour of samsung support team, there is no value of customer's time. Worst product service commitment.

                    Dear sir/Madam,

                    My mobile number registered in samsung care -[protected]. I have registered issue for not giving cooling my Ac from 4th jun itself & engineer visited twice but not able to identify the issue. Am repeated following with samsaung care to send experienceed engineer but customer care saying engineer will visit today or tomorrow. But while calling engineer he is not responding properly. Am very much fade up with samsung service. Even today I called but same issue no response.

                    Dear team pls help to resolve my issue or else guide me what step to be taken.

                      From the very first day, I am complaining to Samsung regarding the speaker issue of the phone. After raising the concern on cosumer forum and giving the handset at service center asking for replacement.

                      A person from Gurgaon HO (Sandeep Singh) called up and given me an assurance that they are giving me the phone after software upgrade.However, if the problem persists they will take every possible step to replace it.

                      Speaker issue still exists, but now neither he nor anyone is responding to my emails. They have given me in writing that they will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue. No one in samsung value customer satisfaction and give faulty products to customers and no one is ready to take responsibility of same.

                        We have a Samsung frontload washing machine purchased in 2015. The display is showing 4E error and the water is drained out automatically. The Samsung technician inspected and informed that the motherboard and water pressure sensor are malfunctioning. The appliance would have to be taken to the service center and would cost around INR[protected] of repairs.
                        I researched the 4E error on Google and found that this could be because of a broken water pressure pipe, damaged wires to water pressure sensor or the faulty water pressure sensor itself. This should not cost us more than INR 750.
                        The initial complaint was made on Friday June 14th 2019 and the technician visited us on Saturday June 15th 2019 and we ended up paying the visiting charge for no good.
                        We've been requesting Samsung to send a senior technician since Sunday June 16th 2019. Every time the customer care assures us that a senior technician would be visiting us. I've made at least 6-7 calls to them. Today they closed our original complaint stating that the necessary drain pipe cleanup is done and there's no issue with the appliance.
                        The issue has not been resolved yet.Why does such a big brand like Samsung ripping off customers like that. I hope the issue gets addressed soon.

                          Dear Grievance Team,
                          I have purchased a branded Samsung refrigerator on 1st Oct 2018 from Balaji Electronics Aurangabad MH, soon after 1 Month o[censored]se, from Nov 2018, It Stopped Working, I have contacted to dealer and informed about the issue, he contacted Samsung care and sent one repair agent to solve the issue, the agent replaced the back plate of my refrigerator, and informed me the issue is solved, but it didn't work well and after 1 month again the refrigerator got stopped working, again I contacted the dealer and the same story, still now the issue is not resolved, and after several calls and complaints to customer care, no one is responding and solving the issue, not sending anyone to repair the refrigerator, as the warranty of 3-4 months still left, the Samsung officials and other senior officials ignoring the issue and not talking properly and not resolving the problem.

                          I request the grievance team, to take strict action against the Samsung company and also against the dealer for not taking the problem seriously.

I went the the service center and they just looked at the phone and said it got bend because I put my phone in my pocket.                               I bought Samsung A10 2 months ago and from the starting day it is heating without reason...such a worst phone!! While complaining about it they said that its bcz of new phone but now 2 months late...same situation is going on..I seriously want new piece or I will go to court or u will clear my loss ... and really after using for few minutes It is heating.. this is very horrible that if a person is trusting your company products you are showing such a waste products and selling In this nation...accept my problem and clear it as soon as possible or else you will have to pay for this

                                  I had purchased from your exclusive dealer FUNDAMENTAL ELECTRONICS PVT LTD UNDER invoice no FECC/19-20/00986 DTD 2/6/19 one fridge RT28R3753DU and 1 soloMWO MS23K3513AK but these products are not delivered till date. The dealer is making false promises every day regarding delivery. Lastly they promised to deliver the goods yesterday at MIDNIGHT which is absurd still I waited till midnight but no one turned up. Still working with such dealer is a black spot on SAMSUNG. Pl try to resolve the problem.

                                      This is Dr Kiran Mann possibly the most enthusiast supporter of Samsung considering the fact that i purchased two machines for myself and recommended to so many colleagues of mine.
                                      But this is to my utmost dissatisfaction that i have not been even heard once by the Samsung people even after repeated reminders.
                                      The machine is a failure.
                                      Not only the hardware but the software is [censored].
                                      The calculations are all wrong.
                                      Even the RMPs make fun of the wrong date calculations.
                                      It hangs so frequently that i donot know how to go about it.
                                      And it has not been even one year and it has worried me so frequently that i sometimes am so angry and frustrated i cannot explain.
                                      The only mistake on my part was to trust samsung and then go about politely about all the problems.
                                      I should have really used all the social media and contacts that i have to urge everyone to boycott the rubbish that samsung is selling
                                      My language might seem harsh at the moment but keep in mind it is coming from someone who has actively promoted the company for such length of time.

                                        We are Saurat Auto tech Pvt .Ltd, Jamshedpur. we would like to intimate you in our organization we are using 35 nos of Split AC Including our both plants & residence . Out of 35 nos currently 6nos Ac are frequently getting Break down . Which we already conveyed many times to local distributor & Service person But no one is giving response . Due to this reason last week we procure 2nos AC in VOLTAS Make .

                                        Our Another Plant is going to open within two Months, If Same continue then we will Procure VOLTAS Make AC For our New Plant.
