I got a problem with my ac... It shows error e154... I told service engineer... He told problem with fan motor and he checked and told problem with board... He told it ll take time... He got advance... Now last three days i was calling him... He s not responding to my call... Not even picking up call... This s the way samsung service to customers i hope...

    Dear sir/Madam,

    My mobile number registered in samsung care -[protected]. I have registered issue for not giving cooling my Ac from 4th jun itself & engineer visited twice but not able to identify the issue. Am repeated following with samsaung care to send experienceed engineer but customer care saying engineer will visit today or tomorrow. But while calling engineer he is not responding properly. Am very much fade up with samsung service. Even today I called but same issue no response.

    Dear team pls help to resolve my issue or else guide me what step to be taken.

      From the very first day, I am complaining to Samsung regarding the speaker issue of the phone. After raising the concern on cosumer forum and giving the handset at service center asking for replacement.

      A person from Gurgaon HO (Sandeep Singh) called up and given me an assurance that they are giving me the phone after software upgrade.However, if the problem persists they will take every possible step to replace it.

      Speaker issue still exists, but now neither he nor anyone is responding to my emails. They have given me in writing that they will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue. No one in samsung value customer satisfaction and give faulty products to customers and no one is ready to take responsibility of same.

        We have a Samsung frontload washing machine purchased in 2015. The display is showing 4E error and the water is drained out automatically. The Samsung technician inspected and informed that the motherboard and water pressure sensor are malfunctioning. The appliance would have to be taken to the service center and would cost around INR[protected] of repairs.
        I researched the 4E error on Google and found that this could be because of a broken water pressure pipe, damaged wires to water pressure sensor or the faulty water pressure sensor itself. This should not cost us more than INR 750.
        The initial complaint was made on Friday June 14th 2019 and the technician visited us on Saturday June 15th 2019 and we ended up paying the visiting charge for no good.
        We've been requesting Samsung to send a senior technician since Sunday June 16th 2019. Every time the customer care assures us that a senior technician would be visiting us. I've made at least 6-7 calls to them. Today they closed our original complaint stating that the necessary drain pipe cleanup is done and there's no issue with the appliance.
        The issue has not been resolved yet.Why does such a big brand like Samsung ripping off customers like that. I hope the issue gets addressed soon.

          I have purchased a branded Samsung refrigerator on 1st Oct 2018 from Balaji Electronics Aurangabad MH, soon after 1 Month o[censored]se, from Nov 2018, It Stopped Working, I have contacted to dealer and informed about the issue, he contacted Samsung care and sent one repair agent to solve the issue, the agent replaced the back plate of my refrigerator, and informed me the issue is solved, but it didn't work well and...

          I brought my Samsung galaxy A50 in march but unfortunately my phone got bent on its own. I went the the service center and they just looked at the phone and said it got bend because I put my phone in my pocket. And the just told me to change the display and they told me I have to pay for it. The device has no scratches on it. Please help sir.

            I bought Samsung A10 2 months ago and from the starting day it is heating without reason...such a worst phone!! While complaining about it they said that its bcz of new phone but now 2 months late...same situation is going on..I seriously want new piece or I will go to court or u will clear my loss ... and really after using for few minutes It is heating.. this is very horrible that if a person is trusting your company products you are showing such a waste products and selling In this nation...accept my problem and clear it as soon as possible or else you will have to pay for this

                I had purchased from your exclusive dealer FUNDAMENTAL ELECTRONICS PVT LTD UNDER invoice no FECC/19-20/00986 DTD 2/6/19 one fridge RT28R3753DU and 1 soloMWO MS23K3513AK but these products are not delivered till date. The dealer is making false promises every day regarding delivery. Lastly they promised to deliver the goods yesterday at MIDNIGHT which is absurd still I waited till midnight but no one turned up. Still working with such dealer is a black spot on SAMSUNG. Pl try to resolve the problem.

                    This is Dr Kiran Mann possibly the most enthusiast supporter of Samsung considering the fact that i purchased two machines for myself and recommended to so many colleagues of mine.
                    But this is to my utmost dissatisfaction that i have not been even heard once by the Samsung people even after repeated reminders.
                    The machine is a failure.
                    Not only the hardware but the software is [censored].
                    The calculations are all wrong.
                    Even the RMPs make fun of the wrong date calculations.
                    It hangs so frequently that i donot know how to go about it.
                    And it has not been even one year and it has worried me so frequently that i sometimes am so angry and frustrated i cannot explain.
                    The only mistake on my part was to trust samsung and then go about politely about all the problems.
                    I should have really used all the social media and contacts that i have to urge everyone to boycott the rubbish that samsung is selling
                    My language might seem harsh at the moment but keep in mind it is coming from someone who has actively promoted the company for such length of time.

                        Hello,
                        i recently purchased Samsung S10 and yesterday all of a sudden my display starts flickering and turns into green color with that there's an issue of overheating in phone and as soon i visited Samsung service center they are telling me to get display changed free of cost as they won't be able to replace the phone because it has been more than 14 days since the purchase of the phone but this is totally unacceptable and i won't let any engineer to open my phone as i have not spent 60k on this phone just to get repair within 4 months of purchase even that without my fault.I never expected this kind of service from Samsung for it's the latest flagship phone. Kindly fix the issue ASAP so that i don't have to knock the doors of higher authorities because i don't want to suffer because of Samsung's fault.

Now with in less than 2 year, i got panel issue. I have requested for free panel replacement . now your team provide for 50% discount that means i need to spend near 11, 000 rs. It is high amount for me. because i cannot effort that much amount now. But your Samsung team saying your "out of Warranty", Even i dint purchased Samsung TV for 1 year warranty. I dnt understand that Samsung product will work only 2 year. after that we need to kept high amount. How common man will trust Samsung products as a Brand product.

                              I feel very bad. This Samsung team cheated me with cheap quality . it better to buy other brand like MI, VU . there providing good TV with Samsung repair cost. I will not suggest others Samsung TV . i will highlight this issue on social media. because i dnt want other guy suffer like me after purchasing Samsung TV.

                              Samsung gave very worst experience . I trusted Samsung & it is cheated me . i dnt purchased Samsung product any more. even i will inform everyone about my issue. It is not customer friendly company.
                              Please dnt trusted Samsung TV. I am suffeing alot for resolve my issue. Please dont buy Samsung Product. There cheating us provide cheap quality products. Better choose other lower brand product like Mi, VU. Because same warrenty provide. Even repair cost also very less. If purchase Samsung product due to brand.

                                  Model Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

                                  I got a call from Samsung product liability team and they arranged for pickup of the phone for analysis. It was picked up on 12.Jun.2019 and acknowledgement with Bill No : [protected] was given. I have also shared the images of exploded phone and injury details

                                  I was informed that within 24 hours i would get the call from Samsung HO and my issue would be resolved.

                                  I never got any call from the Samsung on 13.Jun and when I called up their customer care, they indicated that its been escalated and HO team will contact within one day. The same repeated again, no call from Samsung on 14th June also. In the evening when called up their customer care number and asked for status, they repeated the same that its been escalated and i would get the call from Samsung HO.

                                  When I insisted on talking to floor manager to get clear commitment, they suddenly where able to talk with HO and very conveniently indicated its broken issue and does not come under product liability.

                                  I realized that Samsung is wishing away this and doesn't want to own up to its product failure.

                                  Its clear case of taking customer for ride. I purchased this Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge by trusting that its from Samsung and their product will have highest safety standard.

                                  My wife escaped with burn on her thumb, what if she was talking on phone and it had exploded on face/ eyes burnt.

                                  A genuine case of phone exploding has been wished away as broken issue by Samsung.

                                  I have already written to service head of Samsung India and there is also no response from the organization.

                                  My expectation is right resolution in terms of damages both physical, material and data.

                                    We have bought an AC on 10/03/2019 for Rs/35000. Model no. is ARI8NV3PAWKNNA. On 9/06/2019 we registered a complaint to call center as AC was not working. No cooling was there. A person came to our place & said some part is not working. since then we are asking call center people when will we get the part ? they said its coming from Madras !!! No part available in capital Delhi !!! Today they said you call the person, he must have got the part. The person (Mohsin) said we will get the intimation from call center only . He still has not got the part. So I said the person to put me to some senior person & my phone got disconnected. This has happened for 3 times. no senior person talking to me. Not getting the part. After spending 35000/ We are not able to enjoy AC even in 48* . I think I should go to consumer court as I have all the recordings with me. If Samsung people can't afford a warehouse in Delhi, they should sell their products in Madras only & not in Delhi. I will not recommend to anyone to buy any of Samsung product. There after sell service is ZERO.

                                    Main apne mobile phone ke speaker ki complaint 4 bar laker ja chuka hu phir bhi center vale mere phone ke speaker ki sahil nahi ke pack rage hai more phone ke speaker main sound about kam data hai as compassion to other same mobile

                                      Ac bought in 2013, now compressor failed, your Samsung service Salem tell us it will cost nearly 10, 900/ to change compressor, and gas filling, but warranty for the new compressor is only 30 days, your product is made for use only for 6 yrs? And your new compressor you r supplying for your service center will work only for 30days, how a customer will spent huge amount to repair for your product .
