I have registered complaint on 10th June19 for attending to my Samsung Washing machine service request number [protected]. Since no one attended again registered complaint on 14th SR No: [protected]. Follow up made on 15th, however they have raised one more SR No; [protected]. Also follow ups made from 15th till date, no one has attended the complaint at home. One Mr. Dennis Service Engineer has refused to attend the complaint as per the allotted job to him on 15th Saturday.

Please help.

    This regrading my Compliant on Samsung in consumer helpline ( docket id[protected].

    Invoice No:- FS/MT/2307 ( purchased on Girias Investment pvt ltd showroom )

    My compliant is regrading my TV got panel issue on 6month back . I am requesting your team from past 1 month for free replacement . Actually i have trusted Samsung product and purchased TV with 60000/- .Even though i am not capable to spend that much amount. but i feel it is one time investment and taken via Bajaj EMI . Now with in less than 2 year, i got panel issue. I have requested for free panel replacement . now your team provide for 50% discount that means i need to spend near 11, 000 rs. It is high amount for me. because i cannot effort that much amount now. But your Samsung team saying your "out of Warranty", Even i dint purchased Samsung TV for 1 year warranty. I dnt understand that Samsung product will work only 2 year. after that we need to kept high amount. How common man will trust Samsung products as a Brand product.

    My request is free panel replacement . please help on this case. Samsung assigned one contact person ( Nihal Bhat - Desk Phone +[protected] EXT:1530 )

    Please find below email, i am requested your team for free replacement many times. They answer is only 50% discount on replacement. I cannot effort for that amount. Now i have only one solution is use this TV for few day . After that i need to throw into dustbin. I think Samsung Management expecting from customer same.

    HI Samsung Team, We have required from past 2 months for resolve my issue by repair . but you asking 11000 rs for panel replacement . I cannot effort that much now. i dnt want panel replacement. please help me for repair. if you change two led strips. my issue will be resolved. I dnt know why you guys treating customer like this way and demanding high amount.
    I have Trusted Samsung, now Samsung is demanding high amount of 11, 000 rs with 50% discount. I am not captable to spend that much amount. My request free panel replacement. i hope you support me.

    I feel very bad. This Samsung team cheated me with cheap quality . it better to buy other brand like MI, VU . there providing good TV with Samsung repair cost. I will not suggest others Samsung TV . i will highlight this issue on social media. because i dnt want other guy suffer like me after purchasing Samsung TV.

    Samsung gave very worst experience . I trusted Samsung & it is cheated me . i dnt purchased Samsung product any more. even i will inform everyone about my issue. It is not customer friendly company.
    Please dnt trusted Samsung TV. I am suffeing alot for resolve my issue. Please dont buy Samsung Product. There cheating us provide cheap quality products. Better choose other lower brand product like Mi, VU. Because same warrenty provide. Even repair cost also very less. If purchase Samsung product due to brand.
    There demading high amount from customer. You guys also suffer like me. I dnt want other suffer like me. Samsung gave very bad experience. My money is wasted now.

      My washing machine not working since 4th June. I have raised and complain.. No-one has contacted me yet.. Everyday I call up customer support says service engineer will visit today... But this today has not come since 1 week now.

      Washing machine is in warranty period. Everyday same standard answer by the customer support that engineer will visit today.

        Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge exploded in my wife's hand on 11.Jun.2019 when she was in meeting and holding her mobile phone in her hand.

        It caused serious burn on her thumb and back cover of mobile had exploded out exposing disintegrated battery and foil like substance.

        As first step called up the samsung customer care and gave the details. complaint no : [protected].
        Product S/N :RZ8HADN94HY
        Model Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

        I got a call from Samsung product liability team and they arranged for pickup of the phone for analysis. It was picked up on 12.Jun.2019 and acknowledgement with Bill No : [protected] was given. I have also shared the images of exploded phone and injury details

        I was informed that within 24 hours i would get the call from Samsung HO and my issue would be resolved.

        I never got any call from the Samsung on 13.Jun and when I called up their customer care, they indicated that its been escalated and HO team will contact within one day. The same repeated again, no call from Samsung on 14th June also. In the evening when called up their customer care number and asked for status, they repeated the same that its been escalated and i would get the call from Samsung HO.

        When I insisted on talking to floor manager to get clear commitment, they suddenly where able to talk with HO and very conveniently indicated its broken issue and does not come under product liability.

        I realized that Samsung is wishing away this and doesn't want to own up to its product failure.

        Its clear case of taking customer for ride. I purchased this Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge by trusting that its from Samsung and their product will have highest safety standard.

        My wife escaped with burn on her thumb, what if she was talking on phone and it had exploded on face/ eyes burnt.

        A genuine case of phone exploding has been wished away as broken issue by Samsung.

        I have already written to service head of Samsung India and there is also no response from the organization.

        My expectation is right resolution in terms of damages both physical, material and data.

          We have bought an AC on 10/03/2019 for Rs/35000. Model no. is ARI8NV3PAWKNNA. On 9/06/2019 we registered a complaint to call center as AC was not working. No cooling was there. A person came to our place & said some part is not working. since then we are asking call center people when will we get the part ? they said its coming from Madras !!! No part available in capital Delhi !!! Today they said you call the person, he must have got the part. The person (Mohsin) said we will get the intimation from call center only . He still has not got the part. So I said the person to put me to some senior person & my phone got disconnected. This has happened for 3 times. no senior person talking to me. Not getting the part. After spending 35000/ We are not able to enjoy AC even in 48* . I think I should go to consumer court as I have all the recordings with me. If Samsung people can't afford a warehouse in Delhi, they should sell their products in Madras only & not in Delhi. I will not recommend to anyone to buy any of Samsung product. There after sell service is ZERO.

          Main apne mobile phone ke speaker ki complaint 4 bar laker ja chuka hu phir bhi center vale mere phone ke speaker ki sahil nahi ke pack rage hai more phone ke speaker main sound about kam data hai as compassion to other same mobile

            Ac bought in 2013, now compressor failed, your Samsung service Salem tell us it will cost nearly 10, 900/ to change compressor, and gas filling, but warranty for the new compressor is only 30 days, your product is made for use only for 6 yrs? And your new compressor you r supplying for your service center will work only for 30days, how a customer will spent huge amount to repair for your product .

              Complaint : Shared Number of mails and phone calls with samsung but no concrete solution for dead mobile phone despite repeated requests for almost 3 months.
              Have all the communication in my email. If required, can share all.

              Finally, They have told to replace my dead phone to a brand new phone and asked me to return the dead phone to their service center, but now finally they are not giving me any confirmation or attending me, it seems they are ignoring me and getting advantage from me.

              Please help me out and get me relief on urgent basis.

              final conclusion from my side (already shared the same with Team Samsung and they are in agreement) is that provide me with a brand new phone in lieu of my dead Samsung phone. at present point in time, i am not interested in getting any type of compensation for the harassment i am facing for so long, but it nothing turned positive soon then i may go further on this.

              this is the last step i am taking after getting frustrated talking and sharing email to them.

                This is to inform you that I have Purchased AC from Bajaj Electronics.(15 MARCH 2019) product MODEL AR18RV3HETYNNA

                I had raised for cooling complaint on 26th MARCH 2019.

                Till Now more then 10 Technicians have come for Servicing for the AC.

                It looks like I have purchased a second Hand AC with full Price.

                Technician comes and goes but still the issue was not resolved,

                One Techinicain says cooling issue, other says Gas issue.

                FYI- Technicains from SAMSUNG

                Technician – Asif- [protected]

                Technician- Who again visited – Ahmed number- [protected]

                [protected]( Another Technician)

                .One says Gas issue But gas was perfectly okay. But Cooling was not coming.

                Are the Samsung Technician not aware of the AC Product.

                Post which another technician came and finally he said there is a problem with the AC and will arrange for replacement and pls find the attachment of AC COOLING TEST

                You guys are fooling with customers,

                We have trying to follow up with Customer contact Centre. Spoken with Arun/Lucky but in vain no results.

                I had called up CCC-kept in call waiting for half an hour/.

                Customer Contact Centre- Arun /Lucky Tells will arrange call back,

                When asked to them to connect to their manager they say they are busy on another call-For Half an hour they are busy. What kimd of service is this.

                Nobody has contacted from Samsung CCC Since last Friday.

                I want to cancel the AC and refund the amount at any cost.
                SAMSUNG IS CHEATING PEOPLE .THEIR CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE IS WORST..
                I WANT THE AC AMOUNT REFUNDED AT ANY COST

                Its been 10 days since i complaint about the temperature fixed on 24 degree and not decreasing to the temperature it should be. 2 times the engineer had came to fill gas even after the filling of gas, the temperature is still fixed on 24 degree

                  I had bought s10+ 128 gb from profectus electronics noida uttar pradesh on 6th june 2019 when i unboxed the mobile phone i faced heating issues mic and reciever and fast battery drainage when contacted the customer support they a simply neglecting my query so that my replacement period can go and my warranty period to start they even have rude and bad behaviour towards me i simply need my phone to get replaced with the new one failing to which ill be appealing to the higher authorities

                  I am one of the users of S10+. I visited your workshop regarding the error (white line on display) on my phone. But your technician| said that it won't be changed under warranty. It's not broken or fallen by me then why aren't you replacing it? If you replace it then fine otherwise I have to take legal action & Media against you.

                    I buy samsung refrigerator 2 years back, its not cooling now, service agent told me that compressor is not working, u have to spend rs4000, although compressor is under warranty

                      I purchased a j7 pro on 2018 & after 2 month its display got damaged & raised complaint against you in consumer forum & posted the same on all social medias like twitter fb & others. from the conversation with your senior executive CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE named KAMLESH Desk Phone:[protected] Extn 1639 @ the 24th day i get confirmation from him that will replace the handset & got that with in 1 week. but unfortunately the new handset also shows the same display complaint again within 4 months & then they replaced the display & extended the warranty for me. dates - (This is in regards to the complaint of your Samsung Mobile with Model Number:- SM-J730GZKWINS, bearing serial number RZ8K20LHERA
                      As discussed four months extended warranty has been provided.

                        Facing blank screen issue with Samsung TV (6months old). Logged complaint ([protected])with Samsung customer care requesting for service executive to fix the issue. CC promised me to send their SE on 8th Jun 2019 before 8PM and shared same message through SMS with service engineer number. I waited for SE till 6PM and dialed SE number no response..later called CC again to around 8:15PM asking no one turned up and engineer is not answering the phone.. CC executive gave different phone number and asked me to dial after 10min..I did no response.. I again called CC on Sunday (09 Jun 2019) ..as usual they promised me to send SE before 12PM.. again same story.. it's never-ending.. this morning again I called to check why no one turned up..they again promised saying before 4PM SE will visit.. it's 4:26PM no one turned up..now CC saying before 6PM.. I'm wondering bloody what Samsung service thinking about customer..no respect to customer time ? They spoiled my 3days.. when you can't send SE why the hell you commit time with the customer?

                            It's been almost 2 years since I am using S8, but after receiving Android 9 with One UI my phone is showing few issues which was not there earlier.

                            Like, in the call receive option, camera, fast charging, Bixby voice, audio controller in locked display etc. But, against all I am facing an issue with the fast charging. Lately after the June 2019 security patch update it is showing fast charging while I connect to charger, but now it takes over 2 hours to Make it to 100%.
                            Recent example: I plunged in the charger with 1% battery at 1.05 PM and it was merely at 37% at 2.49 PM, and after that stopped checking the time. Why it is taking hell lots of time by showing fast charging in the notification panel and didn't mention any time remaining anymore.
                            Can you check and resolve this issue. I was never expected this kind of error from Samsung.
                            Hope you will resolve this issue and don't ignore this.

                              I am using samsung A30. And it has big issue to lake during dial call.when i called to someone it shows dilling display after 4 -6 second.
                              And now yesturday i update it firmware which samsung given.and now U-knotch has gone invissible even i changed this setting to developr mode so there will only shows option to change knotch but it will not give effect. Plz samsung solved this both issue very soon.

                                Samsung provide new innovations... But it's very late because vivo and oppo and some Major brands gives the new technologies very quickly but samsung was very late... Cost of the mobile compare to others samsung was very high... Then how can I purchase samsung ... All the peoples are convert very easy from Samsung to others... I love samsung very much... But I think samsung didn't love his customers...Pls understand the market situation and give a tough compatetion to other brands by using samsungs new technologies like camera, battery, processor, design, display and etc.,
                                If samsung gives 5000 and above battery it was awesome... Camera was very important part... Processor, design, new technologies was very important focus it... Pls give new features mainly at low segment like 10k-20k

                                  Samsung is allowing fraudulent sites to attend their customer service requests.
                                  4/6/2019 - I tried calling Samsung customer care toll free number[protected]. The number was not reachable so I searched on web & found another site which states that they are Samsung Service Centre Chennai (Ph:[protected], Web: http://www.samsung-co.in/). The site looked official & I did not suspect any foul play. Two persons came to my home to resolve the issue & charged Rs.2950 for replacing a faulty sensor. They asked us to wait for a few days to verify that the issue is fixed & to call them up again if it persists. The issue was not resolved even after 3 days & I called the Samsung toll free number on 8/6/2019 to place a follow up request for service. A new person came to my home on the very same day to resolve the issue & said that the previous persons who did the service on 4/6 were not from "Official Samsung" & they have cheated us as the sensor replacement should cost only a few hundred rupees not nearly 3000.

                                  It is Samsung's responsibility to ensure such fraudulent sites do not exist to cheat customers. I understand from the Official Samsung customer service agent that this is not the first such cheating incident & that Samsung is well aware of it but has still not taken any action to remove such fraudulent customer service sites.

                                  Samsung should take responsibility for this issue & should compensate customers like me for causing undue distress.

                                    Air conditioner purchased online from flipkart on 5 may 2018 and installed a week later
                                    They have provided one service that too on my remember nearly after six month. Now again I reminded them on 6th June 2019 for free services they are telling you have to pay for service, you should have reminded on time.
                                    This is company excuse that I haven't reminded them on time . However it is not mentioned in warranty certificate that customer should remind them for their services

                                      I have purchased the AC 3 months back and all-most from 2 Months I am facing the issues.

                                        I am a user of samsung since i am using mobiles ...i owe samsung galaxy s7 edge mobile and it was a pain in ass since i bought it but this time its just too much...how can u guys not ashamed o[censored]rself about not giving proper service...there is a pink line on my display which is increasing day by day and many of the edge users suffer the same problem clearly suggest that this is a compony fault...so isnt it your duty to give proper service for your mistakes ...instead you guys have no shame to ask for 15k as a payable amount to clear the problem...you should make it free ...SHAME ON YOU SHAME ON YOU...you ...

                                        I complaint about this to some employee of yours named sonia(extension number 1509) betrayed me all over again saying thay my issue is resolved and service centre told me that she lied company didnt apptove the request yet so call her back and now she is not receiving calls...cheaters you all are cheaters...shame on you...shame on u sonia mam
