I have purchased 1 ton ac on 31st may 2018 and through this one year i havent been able to use the ac at all. For most part of the year whenever we tried to use the machine, entire electrical connection in the house was tripping. Every time a service engineer came, they said it is an electrical issue and not an ac issue. March'19 we again logged a complaint and on service engineer visit we organised a senior electrician as well. Ultimately it was find out engineers have done wrong wire connect... Neutral with earthing and vice versa. Once this issue is fixed, we are now constantly facing the issue of gas leakage. It was fixed on 11th april 2019 after which we went on holiday. Again the same issue when we came back from holiday on 1st june 2019. Practically we havent been able to use the ac even for 1 day because of some or the other issue. I have 4 ac, 1 freeze and 1 washing machine. This is one amongst the ac which has been absolute disaster. Now the service team wants to charge me for all the fault they have been doing so far. This is just ridiculous. Please arrange for a replacement of the machine or fixing it for once and for all. There should be minimum waiting period to see the issue doesnt recur otherwise samsung engineers in a rush to do temporary fix and run away.in this peak summer in hyderabad one room we cannot use as the ac is not working.

    The subject ac was purchased on april 20, 2018 at hyderabad. Within 6-7 months of its purchase the gas in the ac had leaked.
    Upon complaint the gas was filled up again however at that it was felt that the work of refilling and checking where from the gas had leaked wasnt done properly.
    Now again the gas has leaked n there is clear evidence that the gas had leaked once again suggesting that the workmanship was not proper resulting into gas leakage. The ac usage wasnt there for the past months.
    Since the problem had occured twice on account of improper workmanship of samsung service persons, samsung may resolve the complaint.

      We shifter homes in noida trombone apartment to another. The dismantling and installation both were done by samsung service engineers but for some reason the installation request shows as cancelled in the samsung records.
      Wrong installation has led to water leakage from the indoor unit and complaints are not addressed. Installation complain 1# [protected]
      Problem complain 1 # [protected]
      Second complain# [protected]. The second complain onwards samsung team is not even visiting the site to address the complain. Even after multiple complaints the same has not been addressed and the last one has not even been assigned to a service engineer.

      Gas leakage happened when defroze. Samsung refused to repair it without any cost even though my fridge is in warranty period. We have told them many times that it was not damaged by us and it was due to poor plastic used in freezer. Multiple people i talked but no one agreed to fix it and asked me to pay 2500 INR for it.

        We bought a refrigerator from a retailer of Sheopur (MP) 1 month ago.First 27 days It worked very well but after 27 days It doesn't able to provide cooling inside the fridge. We put the temperature at maximum But We didn't find any difference in cooling before set the temperature at maximum.We called at service center but The agent only said that, "Please check your voltage" But We told him that our voltage is correct but he is not listening to us. We said him that, "Give me your mobile number so that I can send a picture of our voltage meter"But again he was not listening
        As we know, The right voltage is between 180 to 220 And our voltage is 220 or 210 And we told him that our voltage is correct but he said that, "Call tommorow after check voltage" After call There is no respond from samsung service center

          I bought a new mobile handset a70 from chroma (Oberoi, goregaon). Right from the first day i had quality issues with the product. I submitted the phone to samsung service centre in goregaon west. My call is closed forcibly so that my 14 days replacement policy can lapse and then it goes into repair channel rather than replacement. It is done forcibly by executive megha & sawant in the goregaon service center stating there is no technical issue. For them even voice fluctuation is not part of technical issue.

            I am rahul garg. I have purchased the samsung 55 inch led tv from samsung retail store but at the time of installation of led your service engineer demands the money for the same. This is the type of customer harassment that i have experienced. Samsung is the big brand but this type o[censored]nsatisfactory behavior from company side.               After update my phone camera clearity is not as per specification.
              Phone clarity is blue after zoom a photo. Face clarity also no coming.
              Given mobile at service center also as my mobile was in warranty period.
              They have changed camera also but still mobile clarity is not good.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I purchased product 6 months back and the internal parts of the refrigerator door compartment is having crack and vegetable compartment is also had a damage while i have not even removed the complete seal of internal compartments. This is really ridiculous that sumsung is giving us such a low quality product. Earlier also i had a samsung refrigerator only, which i used for almost 10 years but never ever seen any crack or got broken. I am not happy with the product been delivered to me. This is a defective piece i received which is showing a bad quality of product which is getting damaged before a year only.
                  I logged a complaint via croma for defectiveness of the product after that engineer came to my place and checked the product and looking at the condition of the product agreed in front of me that this a damage only bcz seals of the internal compartments are as it is still there is crack is been raised in the door compartment and vegetable trolley had a damage so early. After 2 day i got a call from samsung stating that this a physical damage and i have to pay for this. If m receiving such a low quality product with paying so high cost only for brand then why should i buy samsung product when they don't have quality of their products
                  I always trusted samsung alot for quality alot but this lost trust on samsung.

                    1. I have complained to samsung about non functioning of my refrigerator for over 5-6 weeks. I was alloted service order number of [protected] on 06 may 2019. No action was taken and subsequently again, i was informed on 20 may 2019 that the part has been re ordered. Then on 27 may 2019, i was told my samsung company that ' thank you for contacting samsung. We hope your query was answered satisfactorily. For future reference kindly quote [protected] at 180040-samsung[protected]"
                    2. This is continuous harassment by the samsung company and its service representatives. During summer months, it is extremely difficult to be without a refrigerator. Their customer care number is also not reachable... You can keep on trying to no avail.

                      I had registered a complaint on the 28 may 2019. Request number:[protected]. The service centre took 2 days to call. The technician arrived today and he says to fix the leakage it will take another 2 days. So how many days should a customer to fix the issue? Balaji from customer care and balaji the service centre manager were very rude and they were stubborn not to provide the service on time. Balaji from customer care is not ready to provide the branch or the area service manager numbers. Looks like there is a kind of corruption involved

                        I had purchase samsung iconx ear bud through amazon. Just after purchase it started malfunctioning. I took it to sansung service center in haldwani. Now its almost 15 days still the problem is not resolved i requested them to replace it as it is under warranty period, but they are rectifying it.

                            I have purchased one refrigerator in 2017 which is covered by 10 years warranty for compressor. The product is faulty since beginning. On our complaint for less cooling the compressor has already been replaced by the company. Now in 2019 the complaint has again arisen. The engineer from the service center has inspected the product and told that the compressor is not working due to choking of gas. He is demanding rs. 1800/- to repair the refrigerator. My complaint is that why i should bear the cost for faulty product sold by the dealer and that to within the warranty period. Kindly look into it.

                              I have purchase a washing machine (WA65N4260SS Top Loading with Digital Inverter motor 6.5Kg) on 1/1/2019 from Ajay Trading Co (5/5 Jacubpura, Near Girls Govt School Gurgaon 122001).and this is defected product and when I complaint to Samsung for service/replace then Samsung told me that there are no serial number in this machine.
                              After that I follow to Ajay Trading but 2/1/2019 to till now there is no action.
                              I am still waiting for replace my machine.
                              When I call to Ajay trading, Sachin and Gurpreet always told me that your case is in process and still in process no action taken in last 5 months. Sales executive is Mr. Bhardwaj.

                              I complained to Consumer forum and my complaint number is 1256869

                              Please replace my machine otherwise I will go to Consumer court for this issue. I have followed last 5 month and no one help me. Is it my fault to purchase a Samsung product. Who is responsible for this Samsung, Because I purchase a Samsung produce.

                                I purchased samsung s10+ from samsung opera house brigade road bangalore in the month of march, while purchasing they told if i buy two mobile they will give the smart watch offer that rs, 29, 999 i will get for rs, 9999/-, i ragged and purchased two mobile and paid cash of 1, 32, 000/-. The same time informed them that the mobile will be not used in india, they sales consultant mr. Vishal committed that no problem i can avail the offer through the link which will be sent from samsung, i am keep on followupping with them now and i sent several mails to support+[protected]@sielhelp. Zendesk.com,,,, shikha. [protected]@samsung.com, this many mail ids and three times visited opera house, but no response & they re not at all bothering, before buying the mobile they was very polite & nice, now that sales consultant marked my number in black list. Please get result for me, samsung cheating me indirectly. Since more then two months i am behind them but all are neglecting,

                                  I bought a 5in1 convertible refrigerator for ₹45, 490 from a shop named nandilath g-mart situated in adoor, pathanamthitta, kerala on 23rd of this month in exchange of an old refrigerator named kelvinator. One day after the installation (Before the arrival of the demo person) i realised that the things that i kept in the fridge is not getting sufficient coolness. Its a 5in1 refrigerator and i increase the temperature of the fridge from 3°c to 1°c. And im getting the same result. My old refrigerator is much better than this brand new one. And when the demo person came i told him about this issue and he called the samsung service center and they said that they will send a technician at the day itself to check it out. No one came...! This incident is on 25th of this month (May). I called the service center again to get the response they told me that he will be checking that on monday only. I waited till monday in between that things and eatables i used to kept were gone worst and throw it away because of the low cool. Then monday technician arrived and he checked he is telling that fridge has the sufficient cool that means 7°c, default setting was 3°c and he is getting 7 throughdiagnostics, he and company is not agreeing to me they are sticking to same sentence that "fridge has sufficient cool" i. E 7°c, for this model its having top cool of 1°c. And i called the customer service center and they are initiating another chief technician to check this issue tomorrow[protected].

                                  This is the way of samsung india's service please all mind that, do not promote these type of scams and all. For me its a faith, may be tomorrow they will be telling that the fridge has the sufficient cool, i dont know. Folks dont go for samsung..

                                  One of the Samsung's engineer reached my home twice and saying that it has the normal temperature, but the food items that iam keeping in the fridge is getting worse and specially the vegetables kept in the vegetable tray are rotten and iam throwing it away.A service executive named Soniya who was handling this case assured me that she will find a solution an reach me before 3 pm today[protected], she didn't called me and I tried to call her she is not answering.I don't think so, Samsung is not gonna do anything for our case.I wasted my time for waiting for the official procedures, better i will file a case against Samsung's Refrigerator and irresponsible customer service.

                                    Hello, my name is adithya. I own a galaxy note 8 and was a proud user of the same. After 8 months I noticed a screen burn in issue on the phone and couldn't take it for repair so by the time I went I had missed warranty by 3 days. And I have heard stories of Samsung service centre helping out in such situation but nothing was done. I was fine with that, I was told that the screen and battery had to be changed and it will cost 19000 and everything else was fine when I gave it for this.

                                    From the day I got the phone returned I had network issues and battery drain. I thought the network was because of Airtel and had raised a complaint to them and they even installed a new tower in my area. When nothing worked I changed from Airtel to Vodafone and the problem continued. The same SIM worked very well in every other phone. Now when I go back to them and tell the problem they say the motherboard is gone and it will cost 22k. Everything was fine with network before giving it to them and since the day it was returned this happened and they refuse to accept the fault is from them and tell "if you want we will do and pay us the money if not you can take back" and on top of that they charge money just for checking.

                                      I've purchased samsung galaxy m20 handset on march 23rd and started using it a week later after putting back case and temper glass for it. Mobile front camera was zoomed and there was no proper settings to clear it. After 3 weeks, few grains popped up on display and so i asked for a replacement. But the service center pointed to customer care, customer care pointed out to service center and so i've mailed to samsung ceo office to rectify it. Again they pointed out asking what the service center has told me. There is no proper solution for my problem and the person from ceo office is convincing me to go for service which i have neglected in the initial stages itself. They have provided me a defective mobile, which was even accepted by the service through word of mouth and now they wanted to use the serviced mobile. It's been a week i've handed over the mobile to service center. I don't want samsung products anymore. I need refund for my mobile and compensation for the time they have wasted.

                                      I need immediate solution other than servicing the same mobile.

                                      I do not need the defective mobile.
