I have trusted on samsung for long life product. I have taken samsung curved smart tv on 2yr 1 month back with cost 60, 000/-. Now we got technical issue. That is panel issue. It is cost of 21000. Just 1 month back my warranty expired. Now samsung team saying we will give only 50% discount. But even 11, 000/- rupee also difficult for me. Because i have taken this tv on emi for 1 year, again i need to pay 11000, it is very difficult for me. I am very small employee, i cannot bear that much amount again now. Could you please help me for free panel replacement.
I dnt understand is samsung product will work only 2 year, after that customer need to pay high amount for display & repair.
Even thought i have chance to take other brand tv with lowest cost. Due to trusted on samsung product. I have taken, but now i feel bad on samsung product.
