I bought note 9 few months ago.. The phone slipped off my hands and its fragile screen broke.. Now they are way too much money for only a front screen.. The phone is even under warranty.. It is such a cheating.. I advice everyone to buy apple.. Samsung is a cheat.. I feel like throwing the phone away.. If wvery part of it is gonna cost this much.. It is just the front display

    I bought my new samsung a20 on 30th april and it started giving problems. The main problem I'm facing is a red dot in the center of the screen. As my phone was under guarantee period so i visited the service center they kept phone with them for few days then they said there is no hardware problem but again and again I'm facing the same problem of the red dot on the middle of the screen. I searched on internet and I read about dead pixels.i visited service centre phase 5 mohali, punjab 3 times but they didn't repaired or helped me. I just want that the store should refund my money or exchange the phone. I am very disappointed with the services as they are not supporting and helping the customer to give right services. I'm using samsung from last 6 years this was the first time I faced such a hectic customer service. I request you to take a notice on it.

Really pathetic when I call customer care they are really irresponsible and they say it will be done on 21st as they don't have people.. having less people is Samsung's concern not mine. One of the worst service ever 😭.. I want them to be suied for this

        I purchase samsung note 8 in september 2016 on launching
        After a year i extended my warranty for one year today i was facing a problem with the touch screen as well as on the back glass
        When contact the customer care ceneter here at mandi gobindgarh they ask me to pay 4000 because the back glass is broken and they denied to change the touch
        Why it is so i have already paid for the extended warranty why should i pay more 4000
        Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise i will go through this case by my lawyer

            non repairable refrigerator

            We have bought samsung double door fridge dated 6th may 2014 (Bill attached). From one year onwards, it started creating problem, in cooling. Its upper section gets the frosting and doesnt allow the cooling go to downward section. As, it is no frost fridge. The frosting should not happened. But, sometimes tecnician comes, change some or other sensors.

            Hello sir/madam

            Greetings!

            This is regrading consumer helpline docket number: 1296251

            I have trusted on samsung for long life product. I have taken samsung curved smart tv on 2yr 1 month back with cost 60, 000/-. Now we got technical issue. That is panel issue. It is cost of 21000. Just 1 month back my warranty expired. Now samsung team saying we will give only 50% discount. But even 11, 000/- rupee also difficult for me. Because i have taken this tv on emi for 1 year, again i need to pay 11000, it is very difficult for me. I am very small employee, i cannot bear that much amount again now. Could you please help me for free panel replacement.

            I dnt understand is samsung product will work only 2 year, after that customer need to pay high amount for display & repair.

            Even thought i have chance to take other brand tv with lowest cost. Due to trusted on samsung product. I have taken, but now i feel bad on samsung product.

              Hi. I was trying to place an order on samsung.in. I made the payment via google pay. The transaction status on google pay showed paid, even my account got debited, but samsung canceled the order stating that no payment was received by them. I’d raised a complaint but no response from them. I talked to the bank and they said the payment has been transferred but samsung says no payment received. Attaching photos for reference.

                Ii have purchase samsung mobile j8 in month of oct 18, after two month screen goes blank. I approach to service centre for repair the above set. But they charged me of rs 6350/- stating that display is damaged. Again after two month of repair, again same problem occured again service centre person demanding service charges. This couses my lot of immbrassment to me and lot of inconvinience to me. Kindly look into the matter to repair my set in warrenty period, since set is in warrenty.

                        Support staff is not able to log a complaint. They wont transfer the call to their lead or manager who can at least try to understand why their team is not able to log the complaint.
                        I have called them four times in two days (14th and 15th may) to log complaint. They are taking all the details including the address but no response. When i call them again they say there is no such address and no call logged.

                        Request no. [protected] & [protected], i have received on my mobile. Not sure what they meant for.

                        I have never seen such worst support team for local brands also. Still my ac complaint is not registered and resolved.

                        As one of the shopkeepers told me, samsung's after sales service is worst.

                          I had pre-booked an order for galaxy A70 with exchange of old phone on 23rd April, 2019. This was then shipped by Samsung's logistics on 30th April 2019.
                          But, I didn't get the order delivered till date. Also, on 7th May 2019. Svx logistics guy comes just to verify if my old phone is eligible for exchange and rejects it for some unseen reason.

                          It's been more than 7 days now and there is no further updates on what happened to my order. In fact I tweeted and reached Samsung help desk several times just to hear a regret for delay and nothing else.

                          Samsung is creating unnecessary delay in order cancellation here for a payment of 26590 rupees. I expect immediate refund As they are taking interest on my money without fulfilling the service.

                            Two days earlier my refrigerator was repaired by samsung executive because it was not cooling properly. But after two days the same problem is comming. It is not cooling properly.
                            And i have called samsung care four times.. But they did not resond, they put my call on hold every time for 15-20 minutes. So please get it repaired as soon as possible.

                              I unfortunately purchased samsung a50 mobile wasting my huge amount rs19990. A50 mobile stop working yesterday. I gave it to samsung service centre m/s gayatri enterprise they told me that they will dismental new mobile and replace some part.. With in one month a50 mobile got defect and dismentalled then why i should to use defective a50. It is use and throw electronic mobile. I need immediate replacement..

                                I purchased a galaxy s10 phone on 28th april 2019 and it had a defect in proximity sensor. The phone wakes up regularly during the calls resulting in unwanted touches to mute/speaker buttons. If i use my friends s10, then i do not face any such issue. The problem was highlighted to service center but they are not admitting the problem and asking me to take the same phone. The phone is not so old and is lying in service center from last 10 days.
                                If the problem can't be fixed, then ideally it should be replaced.

                                I got very poor response from samsung executives, they are not listening to the customer's of their premium smart phone. I hardly used the phone for 3-4 days and since then it's there in the service center. Very poor service.

                                You have not provided any resolution rather you have not admitted the problem itself. I am not even able to use basic calling functionality in your so called prime smartphone. Pathetic service. Shameless creatures.

                                DO NOT BUT SAMSUNG GALAXY S10e/S10/S10+. It has a product fault which Samsung is not admitting.
                                I have bought a double door referigerator in January 2014 from Sakchi, jamshedpur and we have lost the bill. Hence, request you to kindly help us in this.

                                  I used to be a proud owner of samsung refrigerator since last 9+ years till last week when i needed the service. The gasket in the fridge had gap so i called samsung india service centre and lodged complaint no. [protected] on 11-May. Engineer visited on 13-May evening and replaced a washer in the door. I paid him service charge also but when i woke in the morning refrigerator wasn't cooling at all. It looks the engineer had introduced this issue while fixing the original door gasket issue. I called your customer care again and was assured that this will be fixed today itself but no one turned up. In the evening when i called up they had no record of my earlier conversation and raised another ticket no. [protected] saying this will be attended today. No one turned up. I also got a false assurance from your twitter team also but no sign of any engineer.

                                  I want samsung to own up that this issue has been introduced by incompetence of their staff and fix this issue asap at no extra cost

                                      Product: Samsung refrigerator Purchase date: 7/10/2017 Warranty: 1 year on Refrigerator, 10 year on compressor Samsung India complaint reference number: [protected] Refrigerator stopped working on 11/05/2019. Complaint lodged on: 12/05/2019 Samsung engineer visited on: 13/05/2019 & informed that compressor is jammed & needs to be changed. Compressor will be replaced free but I'll have to pay 1330 extra for gas charge. Samsung service center people tell that whenever compressor is changed or repaired, gas needs to be charged again. Now when my compressor is under warranty and you're changing it, why do you put that gas charges burden on consumer. Its a kind of hidden charge that was NOT informed at the time of purchase. The issue is with compressor and you have to change it. So while changing it, whatever you have to do or cost bearing, its on you, not on customer.
