I bought s10+ from samsung shop online, also i exchanged my iphone 6 as there was offer going on, when i reached the payment page, there was no offer for emi, they do support buy advertising emi and exchange offer, but when you buy using exchange offer they do not have give emi as an option. I still ordered it, and when the person came for exchange, he checked the phone, my phone was perfectly working fine. Display, touch, camera, etc everything was in perfect condition, but they still rejected the device because the screen from the bottom left was lose according to them and also they told me that i have got it open from outside (Which i never did), i wasn't at home, so it was my dad at home, he couldn't do anything about it. I took my iphone to service centre to get it check, they themselves told me that this is not an issue, as iphone before 6s, did not use to have any glue under the screen to hold it together, so it does become lose with time, but it's not something that will hamper device or its performance, even he fixed it in just 2 mins.
I chose samsung s10+ over oneplus 7 pro. Worst decision i guess. They just fool you in name of offers and so, they will actually reject your device anyway, also don't forget there false advertising about emi and exchange as they do not provide emi on exchange. Never gonna buy a samsung product from now on.
Will buy oneplus 7 pro now.. Worst experience.

    Samsung is now started cheating their customers, as i bought samsung galaxy a70 worth rs 28, 990 and was expecting real 32mp camera but later on i came to know that its only 8mp in both front & back and they used pixel binding technology so that they can show the specifications of 32mp camera. With a price range of 30k why the company cheats their customers by not informing earliest? I need to return this product at the earliest. Shame on you samsung, this is the reason why people prefers different chinese brands instead of you now a days, atleast they are transparent or they are charging less comparatively.

      Extremely pathetic service, i got a hugs fridge and it stopped working after 3 yrs, where as warranty is for 10 years, any ways they said they will refund money after depreciation and will pick up fridge. Since one month fridge is standing in my living room as if its samsung’s godown, and people working at samsung have no curtesy forget professionalism to even take the call.
      Now i want to speak to concern person and have this solved immediately.
      Otherwise i do have other plans to fix them up.

      Pathetic service... Will make sure no one buys samsung at least in my area.

        I have purchased an ac on 7th may delivered on 08th may and installed by 9th may. After installation few dats ac is working perfectly after 3, 4 days it is showing error code e22 like that. I approched to the service station there is problem. Eventhough i have registered complain through customare care on 18th of may they have send on complain register no [protected].
        After receiving service request no one more message received from service center about the technician no. Technician arrived and asking question to us that who has installed what is the name of technician we said we do not know you enquire with your service station after making some calles here and there he left and promise me tmrw morning i will come with my manager and rectify from that day they are making a false statement. Yet no one has come to resolve the issue

          Dear sir,

          Yet not get the resolution of my ac issue still service center doing only the formality call and ask for gas refill of new ac purchase which is really sad to see with a big brand not seeing the customer issue which really genuine.

          Let me know on which date i will get the resolution or a response from your team members without doing the formality actually work on the issue.

          Purchase ac in 18march 2019. Need immediate action bcuz my family is really suffering from heat and new ac is not at all cooling since purchase.
          Number or time service engineer came but unable to resolve the ac cooling now they ask to refill the gas but i want the replacement as it's a defective ac which is a genuine concern.

          If any medical issue faced by my family who will the responcible samsung company or me who has chosen samsung product.

            I purchased this fridge around 3.5 years ago. This is a digital inverter technology fridge with 10 years warranty on compressor.

            The fridge is not cooling since last 4 days. I raised a service request with samsung customer care to get this checked. A technician visited my residence and examined the unit on 17th may. He suggested that main pcb is faulty and needs a replacement. Before he goes ahead with replacement, he recommended us to switch off the fridge for atleast 24 hours. We did what he asked us to do but, that's didn't resolve the cooling issue. Even after waiting for 7 hours (In powered on condition) the fridge wasn't cooling as expected. I logged yet another service request and service technician visited once again. This time he said, even compressor isn't working and will have to be replaced along with pcb in order to make it work. He gave us an estimate of rs 15000 for parts replacement and service charges.

            I am largely disappointed with the way our case has been dealt with by samsung service center. Even though compressor carries a warranty of 10 years however, company isn't willing to replace it free of cost. This leads to our frustration. We thought buying a good brand with huge market share will prove to be a great experience and it will be a long lasted relationship with the company but, in the end, we are left with deprived and hugely dissatisfied with samsung service. Could we ask for a better attention from samsung service team/managers to handle this case with utmost importance?

              I have trusted on samsung for long life product. I have taken samsung curved smart tv on 2yr 1 month back with cost 60, 000/-. Now we got technical issue. That is panel issue. It is cost of 21000. Just 1 month back my warranty expire. Now samsung team saying we will give only 50% discount. But even 11, 000/- rupee also difficult for me. Could you please help me for free panel replacement.

              Even thought i have chance to take other brand tv with lowest cost. Due to trusted on samsung product. I have taken, but now i feel bad on samsung product. If possible please help me for free panel replacement.

                  I bought note 9 few months ago.. The phone slipped off my hands and its fragile screen broke.. Now they are way too much money for only a front screen.. The phone is even under warranty.. It is such a cheating.. I advice everyone to buy apple.. Samsung is a cheat.. I feel like throwing the phone away.. If wvery part of it is gonna cost this much.. It is just the front display

                    I bought my new samsung a20 on 30th april and it started giving problems. The main problem I'm facing is a red dot in the center of the screen. As my phone was under guarantee period so i visited the service center they kept phone with them for few days then they said there is no hardware problem but again and again I'm facing the same problem of the red dot on the middle of the screen. I searched on internet and I read about dead pixels.i visited service centre phase 5 mohali, punjab 3 times but they didn't repaired or helped me. I just want that the store should refund my money or exchange the phone. I am very disappointed with the services as they are not supporting and helping the customer to give right services. I'm using samsung from last 6 years this was the first time I faced such a hectic customer service. I request you to take a notice on it.

                        I purchase samsung note 8 in september 2016 on launching
                        After a year i extended my warranty for one year today i was facing a problem with the touch screen as well as on the back glass
                        When contact the customer care ceneter here at mandi gobindgarh they ask me to pay 4000 because the back glass is broken and they denied to change the touch
                        Why it is so i have already paid for the extended warranty why should i pay more 4000
                        Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise i will go through this case by my lawyer

                            We have bought samsung double door fridge dated 6th may 2014 (Bill attached). From one year onwards, it started creating problem, in cooling. Its upper section gets the frosting and doesnt allow the cooling go to downward section. As, it is no frost fridge. The frosting should not happened. But, sometimes tecnician comes, change some or other sensors.
                            But, our problem did not get resolved. Than lastly, they confirmed that there is a quality issue in this fridge. As, it should not frost. But is start frosting, which is now not repairable.

                            Now, they are just killing the time. We want replacement of this fridge. We suffered alot due to non performance of this fridge. We bought this fridge with good faith and renowned name of company "samsung".
                            At the time of buying, we have been confirmed, that this fridge have lot of good features, like no frost, 10 years compressor warranty, 15 years of life, inverter friendly. (Pics of all these features attached).

                            But, sorry to say till now we have suffered alot. None of above things are seems comply to commitments of samsung. As, in spite of confirming that the fridge is having quality issues, and now it cannot be resolved. They are just killing the time and making us suffers physically and mentally.

                            We complaint many times (More than 50 times) to samsung customer care. But, now we are forced to go further for complaining.
                            We want the replacement of this fridge. You are requested to do the needful. Company is giving me 40% of the invoice value but i will not accept that as there product is faulty and non repairable. I am already sufffering and suffered a lot just because of samsung.

                              I have trusted on samsung for long life product. I have taken samsung curved smart tv on 2yr 1 month back with cost 60, 000/-. Now we got technical issue. That is panel issue. It is cost of 21000. Just 1 month back my warranty expired. Now samsung team saying we will give only 50% discount. But even 11, 000/- rupee also difficult for me. Because i have taken this tv on emi for 1 year, again i need to pay 11000, it is very difficult for me. I am very small employee, i cannot bear that much amount again now. Could you please help me for free panel replacement.

                              I dnt understand is samsung product will work only 2 year, after that customer need to pay high amount for display & repair.

                              Even thought i have chance to take other brand tv with lowest cost. Due to trusted on samsung product. I have taken, but now i feel bad on samsung product.

                                Hi. I was trying to place an order on samsung.in. I made the payment via google pay. The transaction status on google pay showed paid, even my account got debited, but samsung canceled the order stating that no payment was received by them. I’d raised a complaint but no response from them. I talked to the bank and they said the payment has been transferred but samsung says no payment received. Attaching photos for reference.

                                  Ii have purchase samsung mobile j8 in month of oct 18, after two month screen goes blank. I approach to service centre for repair the above set. But they charged me of rs 6350/- stating that display is damaged. Again after two month of repair, again same problem occured again service centre person demanding service charges. This couses my lot of immbrassment to me and lot of inconvinience to me. Kindly look into the matter to repair my set in warrenty period, since set is in warrenty.

                                    I lost my original bill of samsung refrigerator and my refrigerator is also not working n engineer said for bill to repair the fridge n they want to see the bill is in warranty period or not.
