This is complaint i have written to the samsung ceo.

Hello samsung ceo,

This is to bring to your notice about my samsung fully automatic machine which was taken for servicing on 4th april 2019 to your service center and the case is still pending at high level.

Let me provide you little background on the case.in the month of january 2019 is the first time the samsung took my machine for servicing as there was some noise issue, during that time they did a complete diagnosis of the machine and came out with the list of parts to be replaced and i agreed with them and paid around rs.3000 for the washing machine service. The day when they delivered the machine to my place and while checking we heard a very weird noise in the machine and it was never there before and informed the engineer who has come to deliver the machine and he said since there are new parts replaced in your machine it would take sometime for the parts to get set with the machine and gradually the noise will reduce. Since he is a engineer and specialist with machine technologies i agreed with him and said will wait and watch. But i noticed the noise was increasing day by day rather getting reduced so i called up service center engineers and they always said wait for few more days and things will be fine. But that never happened so i had to escalate the call to service center lead and he said i need to raise a call with samsung customer care which i did. After the call was raised the engineer came and said we need to take back your machine to service center to have a proper diagnosis. I agreed with them and took the machine to service on 4th april 2019. Now after the diagnosis they informed me that there is some more parts need to be replaced and that would cost rs.4000/- i said why should i bear that cost for no mistake of mine. Samsung took the machine for the first and they didn't do the service properly and which cost the other problems in the machine. So i had to escalate the call back to the supervisors.
I made numerous call to service center to samsung customer care and everytime they would say i would get a call back which never happened. After me being strict on the call they had no other option to connect the call to your supervisor ms. Pooja jain. She went through my case and gave a call back after 3 days (Suppose to be 24 hours sla) and said we can give you the discount of rs.1200/- i said to her madam samsung has taken 40 days to provide such unsatisfactory solution. Infact i had gone through so much of pain without washing machine for last 40 days instead of providing compensation you are penalizing me. I asked her to please have a check with your higher authority to look into the case and provide a satisfactory solution to the customer. I never got a call back again from samsung and i have been reaching samsung customer care and they say i will get a call back.

Requesting you to please look into the case and understand my pain.

      Am ramprasath, note 8 user. Bought on march 9 2019. I have battery issue from the date of purchase. I went to service center 4 times in this 2 months. Every time my mobile get flashed and software updated. Recieved comments from service centre like your device is ok. But really am getting 5 hours of battery back up (Power saving mode on, night mode on, sync off, all apps put in sleep mode).
      This time on 9th of this month i went to service center for same issue they asked to me take backup to update software and handed over my mobile for observation, now mobile is like newer one without any datas. Service centre people told that after played 2 hours of video drained only 20%.
      I challenge him if i use with datas it will drain from 100 to 0 in maximum of 5 hours, he told that its possible. Today on 11th i collect my mobile and used inside the service center 50% of drained in 2 hours. Then he told its normal one. Really i won't accept this. I need solution for this. Kindly take action on this problem.

        I had purchased a samsung gear sport watch through my friend raju v r r g gottumukkala, order #[protected] above, on 3rd nov 2018
        My contact details are [protected] and the watch has been registered with the same number.

        I had been facing minor issues with the watch since the beginning but resetting the watch would normally fix the issue.

        A few weeks ago, after an ota software update, my watch got stuck in a reboot loop and i took it to the samsung service center (Details below).

        The team inspected my watch and told me that there's an issue with the watch and they replaced the motherboard in warranty the same day.
        I took the watch back home, charged it and wore it to my gym as i normally do but post coming back from the workout i noticed that the buttons on the watch stopped working, the following day the bezel also stopped working.
        I visited the service center again but they told me to deposit the watch with them and they'll revert in a few days.

        After keeping the watch for 9 days, i was told that the watch is not functioning properly due to liquid log as per the ldi sticker and it can't be fixed under warranty.

        So my point here is, if you claim that one can take the watch for swimming then how can sweat cause the watch to malfunction.
        I have been struggling to explain this to azhar, neither do i swim nor has there been any water contact other than sweat due to workout.
        How is it possible that the liquid log issue happened?
        From what i see is that during the motherboard replacement the watch was not put back together properly which is the only way minimal sweat could make the watch malfunction as it happened the same day.

        I want you to consider the detail above and fix my watch under warranty or give me a replacement watch

        I checked on your website for product description, I see that the watch is water resistant upto 50 metres = 165 Feet, Nowhere in hyderabad is there a water body that deep.
        I do not swim and only use the watch for workout so it can't be anything else but sweat.. So are you telling me that the watch is not able to serve the only main purpose it has, tracking workout!!
        I have spent a lot of money on this and i will not back down till i get a new watch or this issue is resolved.

            Hi,

            I had purchased a samsung fridge in jan 2014.
            For the last few days the fridge is not functioning properly and it is not cooling
            We called the samsung call centre and they send a technician. The technician confirmed that the compressor needs replacement.
            As it's not 10 years since we bought the fridge so ideally the compressor should be replaced for free.
            The issue is that we have lost the bill and the store we purchased this from is also closed.
            The samsung tech is adamant that he needs a bill to get the compressor replaced.
            According to me this is not an ideal customer experience as it is possible that the bill will be lost and it is not in our hands that the store is closed
            We need samsung to respond to our query and resolve our issue asap.
            Our fridge details given in snapshot below.
            Also the technician claims that even if the compressor is replaced for free we have to pay 2200 for the gas refill. This is beyond logic as the compressor is as good as a mere box without gas, so the gas refill should be covered in warranty.
            We hope samsung addresses this just in the manner a big brand should respond i. E. Professionally...

            Samsung India Customer Support interacted with us few times and they were telling us that the compressor holds five and not ten years warranty.
            This being said even though the snapshot we have provided clearly mentions 10 years warranty on compressor.

                I ordered a battery of samsung galaxy note edge (Sm - n915g) at bangalore 's indira nagar, cmh road service center last friday 3rd may. They are not giving battery without producing phone in front of them.

                Its not a in-built battery (Can be replaced by anyone) and i purchased the same, around 2yrs ago from the same place without producing phone in front of them as phone is in use at different town and can't be make available.

                Samsung phones have known battery drip issues. Its a ~50k phone. How can they refuse to provide accessories to their customers.

                If they can't do this i want to return the phone itself and want the full money back.

                  We have complain against samsung refrigerator.

                  We have raised complain that our refrigerator is not working so we have checked with local engineer and they said you have to change compressor and we are in warranty but company denied to give compressor as well they denied to repair.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have purchased samsung mobile seven months back and my mobile is under warranty.

                    I contacted your service center regarding charging issue but they said my mobile effected with fungus and need to pay 9500/- to repair. I wonder how fungus will form without any liquid damage.

                    Later i written a mail to your representative for better resolution but i couldn't get any positive response from him and he is bargaining me to pay some 3k inr rupees.

                    My logic is that why i need to pay even after my mobile is under warranty.

                    I hope you will respect my complaint and do the needful.

                      Complaint no: [protected]

                      I was experiencing ghost touches in my recently purchased samsung mobile. I have attached invoice for your reference.

                      There are no scratches found on the phone, but still, they registered complaint saying it is physical damage. Samsung is such a big company known for its quality and durability, is it how it responds to its customer. When genuine reason was given, but still executives registered my complaint on non - warranty. If it was physical damage, the phone would have stopped immediately

                      Scenarios when i experienced ghost touches
                      1. When the battery indicator shows lower than 20, the phone starts killing apps and ghost touch starts. It's like someone randomly touching the screen so, i enabled touch pointer to see where actually it happens. It was at the down left corner of the phone.
                      Nothing wrong with the hardware.
                      Rotation (0' vertical)

                      2. The grey bar eventually shows up on the new screen, too.
                      Because, according to repair pros, the problem isn’t the screen at all.
                      It’s the two touchscreen controller chips, or touch ic chips, on the logic board inside the phone.

                      3. One micro soldering pro i spoke to speculated that the chip — one of the two touch ic chips on the board — has a manufacturing defect.
                      But the most popular theory i heard is that touch disease is the unanticipated, long-term consequence of a structural design flaw.

                      5. When you turn it on, you can see that it is sensing touch in one area and causing apps and screens to open. Makes it impossible to use.

                      6. Hardware issue-randomly presses areas on the screen.
                      When swiping to my other pages, it will zoom in and out and then twitch.
                      When surfing a web page, it won't scroll very far if i'm trying to scroll down to the bottom. It stops after maybe a 1/4 of the page has scrolled.
                      Touch location gets really messed up.

                      7. Ghost touches while using the phone in the sunlight.

                      8. Whenever i try to use my phone in sunlight apps start to open and close automatically,
                      If i were typing something, keys get pressed without my interference. I have already updated my profile.

                      9. I m facing the problem of randomly and automatically switch off of my phone likewise at the time of watching online videos, taking pics and chatting on fb and some other activities.
                      It has also one more problem ie auto touch, it starts touch work automatically and frequently.
                      Whenever i have to call someone it automatically touches the last one and continuously touches the screen without my action.

                      10. Ghost touch while charging too even though i used the same charger.

                      What am i supposed to do in this situation? Why your company not accepting the mistake. Why do i need to pay for the not mistake of mine? Why your executives were so rude to customers. Is this the goodwill gesture. Why my queries are not answered in a decent way.?

                        I love all samsung appliances. Because samsung provide a believable products.
                        So, i have purchased two 32" led of your samsung company.

                          My self deepak kumar.. Ihave visited to garg distributer located at ab-7 1st floor commenity center safdarjang cnclave new delhi..110023. I am a loyal cstomer of samsug since 2012.. I have never faced such disputed in samsung before.. I brought my samsung note 9 to service center at 2 may and they said they didnt have the defective part and asked me to come again. And after 3 days i called them and asked if they received the part they refused again.. And next day they called me up to come to service center.. I went there and a executive attended me.. Suddenly a person named akhilesh garg called me to a private room where 2 person were already there.. And they started asking me unneccesery question
                          I asked them i am just a customer help me out then they started misbehaving me like i will not allow to repair your phone as u have logged so many complaints.. What is this #.
                          You should be happy that i am your customer and in my family all are using samsung.. I always refer samsung products to my colleuges and friends and family but from now i will stop using samsung products and will always share this type of complaints to everyone if the action is not taken againts akhilesh arag.. I reuest you to pls take my complaints seriously or else i will go to consumer court. And you know further..

                            I placed request for installation of my side by side door referigrator (Which has in built ro and ice maker) on 4 may service no [protected]. Service engineer yasin visit my place on 5 may but made excuse that as he is not carrying pipe for ro connection so he will get that and after that only do installation. But next on 6 may i kept calling yasin (Made 3 calls) till evening where kept on giving assurances. But to my surprise i received sms from samsung stating that my request is canceled.
                            I called up customer care to check they gave me 2 different reasons for cancelling
                            1. Couldn’t reach to me on phone.
                            2. I refused to pay service charges.
                            Both reasons are contradictory.
                            But i again registered request again but all in vain as i am calling customer care again again inpiste of calling 3 calls, 01 of which was 1 he long. Neither they are permitting me for getting installation done from anyone else as warranty of samsung will expire. I have suffered following losses due irrattic and non responsible behaviour of samsung service center
                            1. Water bottle 1 ltr - 45 no - 900
                            2. Food wasted (3 days) - 3000
                            3. Fruits vegetables and milk spoiled 1100.
                            4. Harassment and speaking explain my case from customer care executives to floor managers to avm of samsung and listening and pleading for resolution. - 30000
                            Total - 35000
                            Kindly take action against service provider

                            02 more days shameful conduct of Samsung service provider continues still no engineer visited inspire of personal assurance by Mr Sanjay Bhatt Area Service Manager. Only difference everyday call centre guy used to say sorry in evening, this time it was Area Service Manager who was feeling ashamed for not able to provide Engineer visit . Samsung top management needs to look as there seems to serious administrative issues in servicing side. Either all engineer who have been recruited are dons / goons as they damn bother to seniors, Area Manager or seconded ring executive staff is too soft or negligent that they are least bothered about conduct and output of lower staff . Mr Sanjay Bhatt is an example. Anyhow that just a thought for top management but my complaint is still pending it’s been 6 days now

                                I have a 1.5 ton ac which does not provide cooling. The samsung service technician checked and told there is a leak in the coil in the indoor unit that cost rs.10000 and later he told the part is out of available and stopped. While i understand and agree totally that samsung cannot make the parts totally available so many years. But i wish they should have a solution that they take part of the responsibility. I do not really like to pay rs.45000 to buy a new ac because samsung do not have the parts to fix my ac for just rs.10000.

                                  I have bought samsung 65 inches mu 7100 from casio electronics
                                  They delivered it an put it on table top then the person on the tv and it was perfect then the next day samsung services center send 2 engineers for fitting on wall they they have done their work then they on the tv n again it was perfect this was done at 5.00 o'clock then they were gone after some time when we hv seen carefully at the tv there was a scratch first we thought it was some ordinary scratch but then we called mr. Mohamad who came to fit the tv but he dint pick my call the next day again i called him bhi told him that you were two engineers you bot dint noticed a scratch on tv
                                  He replied "maine dhyaan nahi diya" so i told him to come back i have called the casio electronics person to come n check the tv what he told me is that i'm out of mumbai will came back after 3 days will not be able to pick up the call. Then the casio electronics owner mr. Usman was fighting with the distributer on same matter at the end after 4 day he told me it's not working the distributer is nt accepting it the mr. Usman told me to contact samsung services center i called them they quickly send their engineer mr. Rasia he was send to me by mr. Akram. So now mr rasia checked it he said that the nail is touching the screen itz not your fault it might be the fault of the person who hv send the tv or the one who hv fitted it on wall then i told him the 2 engineers who came to install the tv they might hv done because he is nt picking up my call and telling me lie that he is not in mumbai so mr. Rasia told me when samsung person comes to install the tv they were gloves they check the entire tv the screen the back of tv every thing then the install the tv so i replied to mr. Rasia they they were not wearing any king of gloves they dint even saw the tv properly dint even checked it properly they just kept the tv on the box screen side down without keeping any kind of protection under it they remove the table stand and drilled the wall mounting and put the tv on there n started the tv as the distance from me watching the tv is almost 15 to 17 feet so when the t is on it is not visible and when the tv is off still you can't find out but if you go near the tv you see the scratch then i talked to mr akarm he said we will do the needful they mailed to the higher authority what answer i got is they rejected it then i talked to mr anupam gaikwad he told me that i have given mr usman a solution that you take the tv from the customer and give it to the dealer because it can be replaced only through dealer not from customer but mr usman dint agree they again started arguing with each so now mr usman called me and said i got a call from samsung mr anupam gaikwad he told me that we will give you samsung 40 inches tv for rs 5000 only you set tell the customer to keep the 65 inch tv as well and 40 inch aso gift the close the matter
                                  Now between both of them as a customer i m suffering
                                  I would like some high level to take the matter in their hand and solve it for me
                                  As im irritates now
                                  Plz do the needfull
                                  If itz dealers fault or if itz samsung engineers fault
                                  I need my problem to be solved

                                    My mobile edge s7 battery got damaged and mobile has expanded in 2part.
                                    My wife has purchased this samsung galaxy edge s7 in 2018 where i have another 2 month warranty now, when i went to service center to fix this issue. I got to know this mobile actually purchased in 2016 june & there is no more warranty now.

                                    I have raised a ticket on this as well and it is pending with head quarter (Sangeeta) but nobody is has addressed so far. I have called so many time now but no body has responded so far. Please escalate. Im going to consumer court soon to make complaint on this.

                                      I bought an samsung split ac about 2 months back. Last week (30th april) i called the support team regarding an issue that developed in the ac, within 2 months!. I was told a service technician would visit on the 2nd of may. I am a working professional, i still took a leave that day to attend to your service technician. To my surprise, i did not receive any call or message from the service technician about the visit. I wasted my entire day waiting for the service guy.

                                      Today (Saturday, the 4th) i have made at least 7-8 calls to your support team to get to someone who can help me. The standard response i have been getting from the people on the call that they have sent an email to the service team but did not hear from them. The entire day was wasted. I was told i would get a call from the supervisor before 3:30 pm and yes, i was not surprise they noone called. So, i called again around 4. The support rep told me the service was declined from the service center. What a shocker! No reason was given to me why this was declined.

                                      Eventually, after so many attempts, i did get a call from a supervisor named sushma. She assured me the service technician was assigned on it and that the technician would call me to fix an appointment today. Guess what! This was a lie too. I never got any call from the service technician.

                                      I called around 9:15 pm again today to enquire about these service (After having wasted yet another day). Bappi picked up the call and i was told simply he could not help me and the only thing he could do is arrange another call back from supervisor ratish. I enquired if there was a supervisor available on the floor and i was told there were none. What a surprise! Samsung support works without a supervisor. No wonder the service is a pain. I asked for the email address for ratish and was denied. I the meanwhile, someone at the back was laughing at the ordeal i have been facing as a customer.

                                      So net net, i bought a provide 2 months back. It fails withing two months. I wasted 4 days waiting for the service technician to visit and was only given false promises. The supervisor lies to me. The support people have complete lack of empathy. And hey, i am still sitting with a broken product.

                                        I just bought a samsung a30 from a mobile store. After couple of days i came to know that display is flickering and mobile is getting hanged and getting heated lot. I contacted samsung but they are helpless and not even responding to me properly. Now im helpless here. I want samsung to solve my issue. I want my money back and samsung is indirectly cheating customers.
