My mobile edge s7 battery got damaged and mobile has expanded in 2part.
My wife has purchased this samsung galaxy edge s7 in 2018 where i have another 2 month warranty now, when i went to service center to fix this issue. I got to know this mobile actually purchased in 2016 june & there is no more warranty now.

I have raised a ticket on this as well and it is pending with head quarter (Sangeeta) but nobody is has addressed so far. I have called so many time now but no body has responded so far. Please escalate. Im going to consumer court soon to make complaint on this.

    My product support number is [protected].
    I bought your product in hyderabad.

    I bought an samsung split ac about 2 months back. Last week (30th april) i called the support team regarding an issue that developed in the ac, within 2 months!. I was told a service technician would visit on the 2nd of may. I am a working professional, i still took a leave that day to attend to your service technician. To my surprise, i did not receive any call or message from the service technician about the visit. I wasted my entire day waiting for the service guy.

    Today (Saturday, the 4th) i have made at least 7-8 calls to your support team to get to someone who can help me. The standard response i have been getting from the people on the call that they have sent an email to the service team but did not hear from them. The entire day was wasted. I was told i would get a call from the supervisor before 3:30 pm and yes, i was not surprise they noone called. So, i called again around 4. The support rep told me the service was declined from the service center. What a shocker! No reason was given to me why this was declined.

    Eventually, after so many attempts, i did get a call from a supervisor named sushma. She assured me the service technician was assigned on it and that the technician would call me to fix an appointment today. Guess what! This was a lie too. I never got any call from the service technician.

    I called around 9:15 pm again today to enquire about these service (After having wasted yet another day). Bappi picked up the call and i was told simply he could not help me and the only thing he could do is arrange another call back from supervisor ratish. I enquired if there was a supervisor available on the floor and i was told there were none. What a surprise! Samsung support works without a supervisor. No wonder the service is a pain. I asked for the email address for ratish and was denied. I the meanwhile, someone at the back was laughing at the ordeal i have been facing as a customer.

    So net net, i bought a provide 2 months back. It fails withing two months. I wasted 4 days waiting for the service technician to visit and was only given false promises. The supervisor lies to me. The support people have complete lack of empathy. And hey, i am still sitting with a broken product.

      I just bought a samsung a30 from a mobile store. After couple of days i came to know that display is flickering and mobile is getting hanged and getting heated lot. I contacted samsung but they are helpless and not even responding to me properly. Now im helpless here. I want samsung to solve my issue. I want my money back and samsung is indirectly cheating customers.

        I bought a samsung note 9 in the month of jan 2019 from samsung byod website, at the time of placing order, samsung offered 6000 cash back if purchased using hdfc card and free insurance worth 3999. The invoice and insurance details were send to my official mail id. I left that organisation and lost details.

        Contacted customer care multiple times, in this week, the customer care simply mentions that they cannot get the duplicate copy on the insurance copy.

        I have been samsungs loyal customer for 5 years, never expected bad experience from them.

            I bought a samsung s9+ from airtel under one of their lucrative schemes.
            Two days after using the smartphone, i realized that the touchscreen had issues and i was not able to type a couple of letters at one go, which i initially thought was a touch sensitivity issue.

            Later on when the problem started to increase, i visited the airtel centre to complain, wherein they asked me to put a complaint on the airtel app for redressal through its airtel secure programme. My complaint was rejected citing that it is a manufacturer's defect and needs to be taken to samsung.

            Over the past couple of months, the problem became severe. I was not able to type anything properly without random keystrokes happening on its own. Can't press backspace. Random touch and actions happening on its own became normal. Post which i decided to go to samsung. Since my office is in gurgaon, i went to the samsung service centre in sector 15, where a certain mr. Naveen tyagi attended to my smartphone.

            He told me that even though the defect may have been a manufacturing defect, they can't rectify it under warranty because now there is damage in the back glass of the smartphone.

            The two incidents are unrelated. I did not ask them to change the back glass. The phone is inside a cover and it doesn't matter. But they should repair/change the front glass. This is not done. He cited that it's company policy that if there is any damage to the smartphone, then nothing is covered under the company warranty, even if the problem may have existed from before.

            The service center engineer told me that it would cost me rs. 21000 + taxes for the repair. This is unfair. First i spent 60, 000 + taxes on the smartphone. Then because of a manufacturing defect, i now have to spend rs. 21000 more? What is the point of a warranty if the company does not cover it's manufacturing defects?

            If this is not cheating, i don't know what is. Samsung needs to take into account what their fault is repair what ideally should be covered in warranty.

              Hello,

              First of all samsung called when i place complaint on consumer forum then they told they take care of your my mobile issue samsun a8. They keep my mobile for 5 to 6 days after that samsung told you have to pay for repair... But because its wasn't my fault they pay some that amount and paid some of that... Some parts were changed. But samsung told if you r facing some issue after repair your mobile they will help me for sure... But the thing is that i facing touch issue which is started from mobile repair they even won't recieve my calls and also not replied to my mails. Miss kamna was handling my request she is also not recieveing calls i also for voice msgs [protected] and extenssion is 1519. Then tell me samsung where is supposed to go for that issue which is totally your concern and its created after your mobile repair i gonna attach some videos regading this issue refer this... And samsung should take care of things which they have repierd altleast
              And its all happend after repair... And its totally your concern... I want that issue to be resolved... I already paid for this

              I can show this issue to samsung... And i want it to be resolved befor my mobile touch is stop working... And anyone can see its repaire issue

              there was no issue with my mobile touch issue with my mobile After Repair i faced issue regarding mobile its just repair mistake i know its just a loos contact because i am not facing it continuous basis.

              after repair i visited samsung care engg. he told me its continuous issue so just make video recording when facing that issue so i can show it to the maneger.

              now today i visited to samsung care again with videos and mobile having issuse in front of them but engg. said manager is not available so can't help

              so tell me samsung what can i do now ...I dont want to replace my screen its good but just look in to this where is the loose contact or prblem...if phone stop working then u will say you are not responsible for that

                    We bought 4 samsung acs for our four rooms spending close to rs 2 lakhs,, we are from bangalore and one of the 1 ton ac is not cooling right from day one, i have given enough complaints to customer care but they only send the service person who says sometimes system is not ok and other times just gives a report that it is fine, it is most pathetic feeling, when we are having one of the 4 acs not performing and not cooling we are genuinely complaining and samsung has to replace the same since the service is not helping and from installation there is no cooling, it has an inherent system problem, repeated requests go to no ears, what should i do, i will have to complain to consumer forum, bad mouth about samsung brand and ensure none known to me buy samsung anytime in future, do you want this?                     Compressor issue still the service person has not come to resolve this. We are continuously follow up with customer care but no response. For compressor we have 10 years warranty.this peoduct we have to take out the water at the back each and every time.Is there any option for water evaporation

                      It is way back 20th march 2019, when i bought samsung a50 handset.

                      Within 2 days i came to know that my handset not working properly and i also came to know that samsung authorised dealer - akshara, durgapur. Issued an invoice with an intention to evade gst.

                      I complained about everything to samsung and then finally their accounts team gave me a refund voucher of rs.22, 990 with a condition that i can buy only samsung products that too from their authorised dealer (Plaza shop).
                      I told their accounts team that in raniganj there is no shop where i can redeem the same but then also they issued the same ignoring my concern completely.

                      Today i am without phone and my money also gone and it's with samsung.

                      I lost my money, interest on that money, my precious time with no results.

                      I urge to each and everyone of you all, boycott samsung because it is a chor company who just know how to cheat customers by issuing false invoice & giving wrong mobile and products.

                      Please help me to get the justice.

I am continuously following with samsung team for installation technician's visit. There are giving false commitments that technician will visit within 30 min or so for demo. It has been 4 days and no one has turned up till date. Team is least bothered about customer service.

                          Very frustrating experience with samsung. I want to return the product and get my money back.

                            I bought 3 samsung s10 on 26th april'19 at 8pm and was informed about the offer where i can buy a samsung watch for rs 9999 before 30th april'19. I had put the sim in my phone on 27th april (In all 3 phones) and have not been able to redeem it since then. I was informed by the customer care that the offer was withdrawn on 26th night however the dealer did not inform me or gave me any information and was informed that i could redeem it before 30th april'19. I'm expecting them to allow me to redeem the offer and buy the samsung watch. The offer is still mentioned on the samsung shop application however they straight away refused. Worst experience ever. If not resolved, i will try to take this up further. Not only do i regret switching from apple to samsung, i will never recommend anyone buying samsung in case not provided with expected solution

                                I did not receive my refund it’s over a month i am without a refrigerator. The careless coe team so irresponsible i have tried calling them on there extension and no one ever answered more over they set false expectations about the time not sure if this is going to help me.
                                All this while i have been writing emails and following up with samsung however no one knows the status exactly the local on-site supervisor does not wants to answer my call nor does he call me out of courtesy not sure what service kind service is this.                                   I have a samsung front load washing machine with model no. Wf600b0bhwq/tl within warranty period. For last 8-9 months it has been showing 4e error for some modes of operation. I have called the samsung service providers two or three times. They only clean the outer pipes and say how they have to be cleaned. I have been constantly facing the issue but nobody came and opened the machine to check its water inlet pipes which should be checked. Today i had again faced the same problem, called them, but still a technician is yet to be assigned. This is harassment. Because my machine is within warranty period they are not checking the actual parts of the machine for defects in fear of changing the costly parts free of cost!!

                                    My samsung split ac had gas leakage issues and i ordered a repair request from samsung helpline. They assigned comfort ac solutions team to look into this who are the authorised samsung service center team.
                                    The team came in and dismantled my ac and took the indoor and outdoor units to their service centre for testing. They responded back and told me that both the units and worki g fine and they came to a conclusion that the pipes were faulty without even checking the pipes. I gave in to their conclusion as they were experts and asked them to change the pipes and which they did and charged me 7500 for that and gave a guarantee for the next 2 months. Next two days the ac stopped working, they gain came in and said capacitor is not working which they already tested in their service center and was working fine.
                                    Again i paid rs 300 for the capacitor and after one week gas leaked again.
                                    Ac is now not cooling and as a customer after spending around 8000 bucks and valuable time i am still suffering.

                                    Samsung people said they will call me back and they haven't and comfort solutions service center and not repairing my ac.

                                        Sir, yesterday also i called customer service but no response till now. Either replace the compressor or we will return your product and refund the money so that we will buy another product.

                                        Now the fridge is in unused condition and how long the customer will wait.

                                        Hello without resolving any issue why are you creating consumer complaint site?. Just to fool the customers. I have updated my complaint many times what is the use. Even customer service and consumer complaint are making people fool.
                                        Samsung is such a worst product. Godrej is giving best service and resolving issue within 2 days. For the past one week am following till now no response from your end.
                                        I have raised my complaint in consumer forum. You will get a mail. Atleast please do response for that. Hereafter i will not wait either replace the compressor or take your product and refund the amount to buy best product. If i haven't received any response by tomorrow i will file a case in court to refund my amount and your brand name will get lost.
                                        Again please do not ask for mail id, mobile no and complaint ref no. Already all details given. Please do not fool the customers.

                                        Sir our complain refrigerator has been assigned to Mr. Ashok from headquarters till now we haven't received any response. How long the customer will wait.

                                        For one product i[censored] people keep on delaying and not able to resolve the issue then what is the use. Already samsung has many complaints like service is very bad.

                                        If i didn't get a call back, i will file a case and your brand will get lost in the market.

                                        Daily we have to give a call back to the customer service.really wexed.

                                        I have never seen such a worst service like samsung.

                                        Customer has to keep on following with your team to resolve the issue. Your team people will not escalate and customer has to escalate this to high level and you people will not give discount then what is the use in servicing.if you people resolved the issue within short span of time i will not ask any discount. But you people took more than 12 days and mistake is from the company side and the company will not accept this and give discount.

                                        Samsung is such a worst service.
