Hello dear,

On 28th oct 2018 i bought a note 9 model number imei1 – [protected]/01 and sn – rz8k919ndon mobile phone from reliance digital bangalore. Myself and my friends have discovered that the phone has the following problem. I have copied 2 of my friend who uses note mobile phones.

I have been facing call disturbance every time i call my friends who have similar note series and s series phones. Many times the call gets dropped and we hear static issue. To my great disappointment the quality of the mobile phone is incredibly poor. We have contacted customer support who has directed us to use the phone in safe mode. This model is famous for its revolutionary application and if we use the phone in safe mode than we will not be able to use any kind of advance features. So the module turned out to be faulty. This has created irritation among us and made a bad impression on the company.

Hence need your support to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Otherwise i will be well within my right to request for a complete refund.

    I have purchased new sumsung mobile model no j8 in month of oct 2018 after one month it start giving trouble and its screen goes blank this process started for one and one fine day it completely blank, i approach service centre and they charge me 6325/- rupees for repair by telling that screen is defective does not covered in warranty. So i pay them. After two month from repair again same problem arises now again they start telling that this not covered under warranty but they told me at the time of repairing that display comes under warranty for three month now they refuse to repair in warranty.

      Hi,

      This is to inform you, dealers on olx are selling chinese mobiles on name of note 8. It is increasing fraud of samsung mobiles.
      We need a help from your side. I m sending the seller detail below
      It is a fraud case. We ordered a phone using olx from olx regeistered number [protected] named magan bhai.
      He told us to send a courier and pay using cash on delivery. Because of this we believed on him. He asked us to do intially 500 paytm on phone number [protected] and rest on cash on on 4th april.. It was delivered to us on 7th by ecom express courier. When we opened the courier it was fraud and a samsung chinese phone in note8 box is founded.

        I bought my samsung refrigerator with 10 years warranty on the compressor. The compressor for my fridge is not working i lost my original bill copy, can you produce the duplicate copy to avail the warranty. I bought in the name of kumaran from bangalore., i have a sticker which says the model, model code, power, compressor, and serial number. I bought it 4 years ago.

          Hello,

          Good morning!

          I have bought a samsung a50 mobile on 22-mar-2019. I had a problem with my mobile within 14 days. So, i reached the service centre. They have updated the software but still, it didn't work out well. After 2 days, i reached the service centre again and they have given the advice to change the sim card, but no use.
          Finally, they have registered the complaint on 23rd april bill no: [protected]. Yesterday, they called me and confirmed that the phone's motherboard has some issue.

          Meanwhile, i called customer care officers and explained all the issue. During that time, they have agreed to replace my phone with a new one if it has a motherboard issue. Today, i called them to explain the situation, now they are hesitating to replace my phone.

          I would expect a good resolution against my issue. They are hesitating to replace my phone though i reached the service centre within 14 days. It is really frastruating for me. Kindly do needful.

          My mobile is not working again even after the motherboard changes have been taken place.

          Can anyone look into the issue and provide some solution as early as possible. I totally frustrated with the mobile.

              My name is albin varghese. Samsung gave the assurance about waterproof capability of samsung note 9. They told that they can take photos underwater and can dip the phone till 1.5m. But when i dipped my phone to take photos underwater less than 1 feet, now my phone got switched off and also water enters inside the camera, touch is not working properly. Samsung customer care is not at all responding, they attend the call and listens the problem, then they put the call on hold and there’s no response from them. The most intresting thing is that i purchased this note 9 on last month. I have my warranty left and got the insurance also. Is this how samsung treats its customers? I bought note 9 for 67900rs and now i believe its not worth it if things are happening this way. Kindly do the needful.

                  Sir we bought a samsung fridge but the freezer is cooling heavily and everytime we have to take out the water at the back which is waste of our time and that too sensor was not fixed till date. While other fridge water evaporates this doesn't have the facility which is main drawback. Ice once forms was not melting due to sensor not fixed. Please help to resolve this issue.

                  Samsung fridge compressor issue. Samsung people are not ready to fix it even in warranty period...they are saying that compressor is tampered. It was never touched by anyone before. I don’t know why samsung people are giving false reasons for this.

                        I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator 321Lts RT34M5518S, Invoice No: 1206T[protected] from Metro Wholesale on 6th March. I have received the product on 8th March which I not opened. When the Samsung representative he clearly told us that the product is a damaged piece and the leg got broken and since then I was in touch with both the Samsung team and Metro team none of them are resolving the issue. Metro team are saying it goes to Samsung we can't do anything and Samsung people are saying that I need to contact Metro people for replacement. As I have received a damaged product I request for a replacement. Its been almost two months and my issue is not resolved. Almost of 4-5 times the Samsung Executives are visiting my place and taking photographs but the issue is not getting resolved.

                        Kindly look into this issue and do the needful.

                            Had the worst user experience ever at samsung service center in borivali west. The service person mr. Sonu gupta was soo rude that being a lady, no body had ever talked to me like that.
                            I suppose the job of the service center guys is make customers life simple but that person (Mr sonu gupta) unncessary complicated things for me and rather than solving problem started saying that i should use phone properly, it will cost the company 15000 to change the motherboard, etc.

                            Note for samsung india "you should really keep video recording of how your guys are behaving with customer like call centers keep audio records. This will help you weed out bad customer executives. My service request number is [protected] generated in service center and complaint number [protected] (Regarding mr sonu gupta).

                            My husband bought samsung a50 (6 gb) on 6th march 2019 and withing a months time the phone had stopped working completly. My husband has been using samsung flagships since last 10 years, but this time decided to buy a budget samsung phone since it looked like a nice deal.

                            Today 22 april i visited their service center at borivali mumbai. Their mr sonu gupta was assigned as the service person. Before even opening the phone he started saying that this looks like water damage (He said" phone me pani gaya hoga he hoga"). I told him thats not possible then after making the same argument some more time he informed me that there is some charge that i will have to pay if it was water damage. However after opening he agreed that there is no water damage but some fault in motherboard and some charging part.
                            Then i asked him why did such problem occurred since it's just a month old phone and we never experienced any such issues with our other samsung phones. And to my amazement he replied that i should use my phone properly. (He said"aapko phone acche see use karna chahia).

                            There were a lot of other stupid talk that happened in between (He said "electronics part hai, kharab too hoga he") and i knew that this guy will not be of any help, so i ask him to just fix the phone and give it back, to which he told me that they don't have that part available and i have to give phone to them for 2 days (Samsung india, please check if this is the case).
                            I told him that i don't trust him and would rather get it fixed in front of me after two days when he will have the parts with him. He told me that's ok and i left the service center.
                            Now in the evening i get a call from him that i will have to submit the phone only then he will be able to fix it and that is the only way it's done by samsung. He should have told me this in the morning itself.
                            I got two more calls from the service center after that (One from the same guy and one from a lady) stating the same but the thing i don't understand is why couldn't they inform me this when i was there.
                            Will try to go there in a few days but all i want to say with that being a consumer centric company samsung should insure that their customers don't have to face things like these which are easly avoidable.

                              We have purchased Samsung refrigerator in the year 2016.
                              Form the beginning the refrigerator was not working properly. When the Senior service engineer had visited our place several times and he found that the Mainboard has been changed, So the service people had came 3 to 4 times but the problem has not been rectified. Due to this problem Groceries has been totally spoiled. We are suffering with this issue since 3 years. Nobody is responding properly. The visakhapatnam service centre Incharge "Mr.Seshagiri Rao", he is very arrogant towards the customers, he is not providing service to the customers more over he is creating problems. We had put a request to him to rectify the problem but he is not responding and more over he is saying that if you have any problem " you go the court " in that manner he is behaving with customers. Because of "Mr.Seshagiri Rao"your company reputation is getting spoiled. The service engineer came to our home he has wantedly removed the working sensor fan wire in front of me and wantedly he asked me to pay money for a new fan. We are very unhappy with the service providing by your Visakhapatnam service center (Akkayapallem). Please take immediate necessary steps to rectify the manufacturing defect of the Samsung refrigerator. Thanking you.

                                I purchased samsung a 50 from janakpuri new delhi from singh mobile. After 2 day usage i realised charger problem i. E fluctuation and slow charging (15 watt fast charger) there is nothing fast aboit this charger provided with samsung a50 it is not able to charge for even after 3 hours of charging. And the worst experiemce i got from samsung service center, when we tried to explain the issue of the charger the guy responded by saying factory reset kar lo thik ho jayega and told various other reasons but not at all for a minute talked about the problems i m faving with the charger.

                                  I purchased a refrigerator from vijay sales make samsung.
                                  The price was around 70k.
                                  Purchased this in 2014.
                                  I made a service call in march 2019 as the cooling had stopped completely.
                                  The samsung person took his own sweet time of 3 days to inspect the fridge.
                                  On inspecting the refrigerator by the samsung technician i was told the gas charging and change of drier needed to be carried out.
                                  For that i had to wait for 2-3 days.
                                  Later, on charging the gas and replacing the drier it still didnt work and was concluded that it needed nitrogen flushing.
                                  So the technician left promising the work to get over within 2-3 days as the nitrogen had to be ordered from samsung gurgaon office.
                                  10 days after calling him & his team leader for 100s of times.
                                  Finally after 10days another tech. Arrived with the nitrogen which probably was from a samsung service associate. Now he inspected and told that it was the faulty compressor that was the culprit and nitrogen flushing was not necessary.
                                  So after 3 days he replaced the compressor.
                                  On replacing the compressor the refrigerator still did not work. Now i was told that the problem was some blocked capillary and which had to be cleaned.
                                  Now i am still waiting for the repairs to be completed.
                                  All this process took only 1000s of calls, a waiting period of 22 days, false promises, chasing people, a lot of mental suffering in summer.
                                  Now today (22/04/2019) i have been told that even cleaning the blocked capillary will not help. And that this refrigerator is non repairable.
                                  And now that this case has been forwarded samsung office and i am at their mercy and have to wait for a solution if at all.

                                    This is the fourth time when my phone got faulty. Its audio jack is not working now. Its been 14days registered my complaint to change the audio jack however due to unavailability of part, delhi, okhla service center unable to do anything and asking me to wait for more days.

                                    I have extended warranty of my phone but it is no use. I have logged a complaint in consumer court against you since my 65000 rupees expensive phone is getting faulty in evry quarter and now they don't have part available.

                                    This time i want you to change my phone else i'll not accept anything.

                                      I bought this mobile on 15 august 2018. Yesterday i found it's touch screen and sim slot was not working, i visited your samsung authorized service center situated at shree vardhan complex indore, where i met mr. Jitesh gangare, id no: [protected]. He opened the mobile checked it and said it got liquid damage, dont go for repair because it will cost you 11000 aprx, and packed it again and gave it me, when i checked the mobile at center it's touch screen and sim slot started working, i went again to him and said it's touch and sim started working but the bottom buttons like home button, back button, recent app buttons was not working. He said yes sir your phone will not work anymore. Then i visited other center and they opened my phone they said your motherboard was broken from the bottom side, it may be happened when service engineer was during opening the mobile he broke the motherboard from the bottom side, i went back to him again and said you have broke my motherboard yesterday, he denied, i told him that yesterday it was working before i came here, but he didn't agree.                                         On 11th april my washing machine stops working, so i called samsung service center to take a look for this issue. Next day, two people come to my house to repair my machine and, due to the water issue we weren't able to confirm whether it's working or not so they told us that we have 1-month time for free repair. Next day, my machine broke again after a single use. We call them for 5 consecutive days for the issue, but they didn't bother to help us after calling them several times they send someone and that employee not only misbehave and broke our machine.
