Hi, i had registered the complain that my fridge shelve is broken and would like a replacement for it.
On this the customer service executive informed me that an engineer would visit and check and charges would be applied and then he would order the shelf and i have to pay additional cost of the shelve too...

Complain lodged dt 11 feb vide no [protected], attended by service centre on 11, 14, 15 16, 17, first pcb was replaced, then two way valve was replaced and fresh gas was filled, problem remained same. Then fridge was taken to service centre workshop. Till date it has not yet been rectified. Now till wed time is being asked. Some new type of pcb which will come from somewhere will be replaced then it will be put on trial.

Cooling is not working. Instead after cooling up to 25 celsius the temperature rise automatically uptown 31or32 celsius. It also seems that the out side unit replaced is not mine. Almost 4days back samsung technician visited our home for washing machine not working properly. Where he found that the capacitor need to be replaced. He said after 3days part will be available. But yet no response from there side. Is this type of service samsung providing to customer. I am unable to wash the cloth.
By this way they are spoiling the company name.

Fridge RT 42, complaint no [protected], top compartment full cooling, bottom compartment 25%cooling, attended by service centre, first PCB was replaced, no effect, then two way valve replaced, fresh gas charged, still condition same .
Less cooling in bottom compartment, Samsung customer care was informed on 11feb vide above mentioned complaint no. attended by service center on same day and informed that bottom valve is not getting...

I had purchased samsung level u neckband through paytm in october 2018, which was working fine for last four months but is now getting disconnected again and again since last few days. I purchased one lcd tv in the year 2011 with model no la32d550k and serial no. 19993znb602300.
The display is damaged now. It shows white strikes throughout the display screen.
The service engineer told me that approx. Rs. 20, 000/- is the repairing cost of the display.
I think that the price of a new tv is less than the amount mentioned. So it is just a funny policy to repair and rather insist indirectly to buy a new...
