Sir my name is ajay kumar i purchased samsung mobile a50 model no. A505f/ds from a retailer shop in sector 22 chandigarh. Sir i faced problem very first night of purchase mobile. Its screen turns into black and white mode and supersonia fingerprints as samsung say not working properly due this i face a lot problem about my work because my work is related to graphics design but there is no color in mobile and i can't work for my company and next day i got mail from my company in this mail they warned me about my laziness which is not good for my profession. After this i got to samsung care nearby me in sector 22 and i gave them the detail about my worst experience with samsung and i demand a new model of same mobile but begins to make excuse e. G. Advance setting, fingerprints not working because temper glass etc. After that they update software which i not understood a new mobile and software is not updated then he gave me mobile and says now there no problem with this model and you need to remove temper glass which is no sense temper glass's problem with supersonic fingerprints i said okay and they gave me time till 4th april 2019 if any problem detect on your model then we change the phone and last night i faced same problem but this time screen turns in black and white mode and i restart mobile and screen turns into normal mode. Now sir i want to replace my model or my money back

    1. The technicians don't have any dress code
    2. No particular time to call or to service
    3. Service charges are very high for only checking
    4. Cost of gas filling price is said by technician is 4000
    5. I have called another person who is head of technician told 3500
    6. We said it is very high and we don't need and they changed 3500 to 2500 and at last 2000, why is this going on are they technicians or vegetable sellers or fruit seller to bargain, such bad service from samsung, i didn't expect this

      I am using samsung galaxy j6 plus from dec 26th, 2018.
      Incident 1: i am observed bleeding from my ears from 15th march 2019.
      Incident 2: screen is getting on with a delay of 10 sec when the phone is ringing. Unable to get options like phone answering, speaker button, immediately.

      Due to this situation, i am worried a lot. I handed over my phone in samsung service center on 28th march 2019.

      I am afraid to use this mobile, and i am requesting for new peace or refund of my money back.

        I have purchased a samsung double door refrigerator in 2014 and from 2015, i am facing issues in it.in 2016 multiple engineers visisted the premises and could not able to resolve the problem. An engineer visited the premises and refilled the gas in 20 minutes without the proper kit and for this repair company is saying that we have not done this repair. However, i have shared and instant email to the ceo email address and received the confirmation of the same. Now, again i am facing issue in the refrigerator and company is saying that i have to pay 3500 rupees for the repair. I would request the forum to validate the case and take the strictest action against samsung india. There has been several other instances with other customer where samsung is found guilty and replaced the fridge of the customers who filed the case in the consumer forum

        Refrigerator is still not working. Cimpany changdd the two parts and said it is working fine. But i am facing the same issue and engineer visited the house and said there is no gas in it and company is saying that i have to pay for the gas charges

        Hi there, after spending more than a month Samsung Engineers have marked the refrigerator as Non Repairable and tild me that head office will contact me for firther details. Its been very long that i am facing the issue in this fridge.

        My problem is not solved and SAMSUNG is stuck on giving 40% of the invoice value and i will not accept that. I will soon file a case against them. SAMSUNG is not reverting to the government authority - National Consumer Forum where i have registered my complaint

          From day 1 out of box after 2 hours o[censored]sage i had issue with front speaker on My Note-9 and i had complained to showroom they said its working fine but they did not accept the distortion in it, i just left it i knew there is a problem.

          after some months i had got very bad issue in rear camera the rear camera failed to shift to second lens and the motor sounds like and shaving trimmer.

          i took it to service centre and told front speaker and rear camera issue and they acknowledged there is issue and agreed to fix it and they fixed it under warranty

          Now the actual problem starts with service centre,

          they fixed the product and gave me at 1 hr and i received the product and after 2 hrs o[censored]sage the front speaker gave same problem as the day 1 issue i had and i saw mist build up in front camera when the device was hot during when i was restoring the device data at evening itself i complained to Samsung customer support and next day at 10:00AM sharp i went and told the issue in service centre and also told them to see the sim card water mark sheet it had X marks clearly and pink in colour

          they literally washed there hands stating ip68 test was passed and device test was completed, then they put job sheet stating this device is out of warranty and they opened the device and found from the front speaker the water is entered and the sim card water mark sheet is pink, the device is functioning perfectly and passed all test again but this time now they did not do again IP68 water test they said if we do it now it will fail the test, they just gave me the device back and call customer care itself

          after multiple trips to Samsung service centre i got no help from them and the customer care cant even understand what i am telling and service centre staying away from my device now for fix and the service centre quoted 6, 500rs to fix the device and bring back to warranty
          ( they said water found only in proximity sensor, iris, and front camera, the water has not touched a bit also on mother board etc areas, and when again device test was done they passed the test where there was water content)

          Now my Question is

          1) What are you people thinking did customer do intentionally the damage and took it back to service centre for repair again

          Ans:, you are wrong i wanted to just get my phone fixed thats it. and i am not fool to damage my device within 2hrs and bring back the phone again to service centre which was working fine and my phone dont have an single scratch why the hell would i need to damage my phone??

          2) if you are thinking intentionally damaged by customer or customer trying to replace device

          Ans: you are again wrong my main moto is to fix my current device and dont need replacement for new one, and if at all i need to damage i could damage it and go from insurance or intentionally damage the device and claim on insurance did i not know that method to do, my main moto is service centre done the mistake and now they are blaming on me for water damage which is absurd!!

          3) if you ask me now also will you get your device fixed

          Ans:, i am totally today also ready to get new parts fixed in my phone and not intending nor asking to replace for new phone, (i am not mad here)

          4) what are you trying to prove

          Ans:, i am trying to prove service center is so negligent and they have done something wrong with my device and lack of poor service quality by Samsung service team where they are washing of there hands from blame after giving the device to customer

          5) If IP68 passed how come water mist can be formed after the device got heated up via during backup

          Ans:, you should only answer this and i dont know what to say also if fault is there from your side how will i accept my mistake!

          6) If my mistake was there would i agree

          Ans;, definitely Yes! in fact i have all Note and S series device in my family and most of the electronics in my home are Samsung products from door lock to what not, and i trust Samsung products and they did not fail like this nor had defective only this particular phone is troublesome for me

          7) did you put in water or in sink or anything spilled it!

          Ans;, Absolutely Not! i did not spill any water nor put in water etc, i dont have that cheep intentions to cheat others or blame others!!

          Samsung i need you to fix my device by replacing new parts and bring my phone back on warranty, this blame game has put me in depression due to your lack of knowledge and problem making, i have no intentions to do any intentional damage for repaired product by putting in water and giving back to service team, as i could buy an another device without any difficulty and have lots of Samsung products at home and i am completely in Samsung ECO-system!

          i request you to fix my device under warranty !!!

After some time i have face many major problems in device and your samsung care employ says that this handset was not solve by her team. Please tell me why i submit my handset in your samsung care for minimum 7 days. When i already visit your samsung care and your team says that these problems are not solved by samsung care employs.               I purchased a mobile phone yesterday from adilaxmi samsung mobile store. The shop keepers opened the new one and paind money and brought it to my home at around 2.30pm. I started to see the futures of the open at 4.30pm yesterday. But not getting ready to display the screen. This is a smart phone and paid rs.8500. I went to shop and told about this complaint. They tried but failed and told me to go to samsung service centre in ramanaidupet, machilipatnam, krishna district, ap. Then i went to this service centre and given my phone, charger and bill. They too fail to find out the problem and told me to come at 1.30pm today. I do not have the mobile details with me now and can share at 2pm today.
              Kindly help me in this regard.

                I brought a new samsung a7 mobile on 14/01/2019 from jsquare mobiles, medical college trivandrum. While charging mobile on 23/03/2019 large amount of smoke came from my mobile. I contact your coustomer care. They told me that they can repaire the mobile. I use samsung mobile for the last 4 years. This is my first experience. The coustomer care executive break the seal and check my mobile, this is a 2 month old mobile. I dont want to replace the part. I want a new same model mobile or cash back, otherwise i move legally. So please kindly consider my request

                  I had bought samsung fridge 2 years back and 2017 before the product completing 1 year there happened a hole in freezer aluminium material and gas leaked. For that i was asked to pay 5000 rs as service cost which didnt look as a good option so i made the service outside for 2500 rs. Now after 1 year again same complaint happened and compressor also stopped working. Since i did service with a third party i wont get a warranty again. This time the estimate is 10000 rs for the service. I bought the fridge for that price. This is cheating to next level. Why the service cost is this much for samsung products and more importantly why it is being made this way for such horrible customer experience. Samsung company r and d department intentionally seems to be making it for such user experience. For making money from existing customers via service. The way the fridge is made is for the product to have major complaints easily. There is nothing to protect water from getting to compressor and the material used in freezer cant be repaired. Why it is so hard to repair.

                    I have purchased samsung front load washing machine two months ago. Suddenly i started facing issues with my machine. I have called their free number, one technician was sent and he informed the wiring has been damaged and the replacement will cost me rs 4000/-!!!. The technician told that the wiring is damaged due to the activity of rats (Rats have entered inside the machine and bitten the wires) and there was no solution but to replace the wires. The reason for
                    The damage, may be true, appeared really strange to me because i have kept the machine in the same place where i had kept my old washing machine for almost 10 years without any problems and it is hard for me to believe
                    That no rats have passed through the proximity of that machine for all those 10 years. I couldn’t believe that how a brand like samsung missed
                    Out the possibility of a problem like this and kept those sensitive parts exposed for the rats to damage it, if somehow they managed to enter into the machine.

                    The technician also told that even during warranty period this damages caused by rats will not be covered under warranty. Samsung has left big holes under the machine without covering so that rats can enter through it and damage the machine. A local technician near my place told that ifb machines dont have these kind of problems because they have installed a rat mesh in their machines to prevent the entry of rats, and this is a common problem for samsung machines.

                    It is like they have intentionally left the rat holes in the machine to get all that extra money for repairing after selling the machine. They are saying it may even cost more if other parts are damaged too. I am extremely disappointed and there was no such terms mentioned in the warranty terms and conditions.

                      I have purchased latest samsung galaxy a50 black mobile from supreme mobile store on 20/03/2019.
                      The navigation (Gps location) is not working properly. Majority of the time. Gps data is not getting. When i reached the samsung service center on 22/03/2019. They told its a software issue. But after 3 days the problem again started. Currently gps is not working in my mobile.
                      Also sporadically keypad locked state the lock screen is flickering with our any button/screen press.
                      The service center hesitated to give the doa certificate. But only my phone (Samsung galaxy a50 6gb black) got these many issues with in one week of purchase.

                      I feel am am cheated by samsung company.

                        I lost two of my gear fit within warranty because i don't know where it falls on the road while driving the scooter, but 3rd time with 3rd gear fit it happens in the house so i have the product in hand with defects to show up at samsung service center.

                        I bought samsung gear fit 2 pro for the 3rd time and faced the same issue with all of my gear fit that similar strap detachment in short life span with samsung gear fit products.

                        1) watch or fit strap is equally important to hold the project in the wrist.

                        2) project quality issue with the strap is samsung's responsibility

                        3) in short life span strap shouldn't come apart to lose a valuable item can't be treated as an accessory, without strap can't use gear fit, an accessory is an additional thing and optional things, can gear fit will work to its full potential without strap?

                        4) who will pay for lost of two gear fit because of the same issue, i can produce proof of purchase.

                        5) i took my 3rd the defective gear fit pro to samsung service center at valluvar kottam and they resited at first to take an item for service because of strap issue.

                        6) spend 1 hr of my time to explain and they took it subject to the approval of samsung authorities, i shouldn't stress for this in the first place and asked the highest escalation point who make the decision, and also about who ensure the product quality, still i don't have that escalation information to take it up further. I have every rights to know those pieces of information.

                        7) what i am asking is the right thing, and want to hit this message with the right person so that, many of other gear fit customers can be saved.

                        8) my 3rd defective gear fit pro given to service center on 23-feb-2019 bill no. [protected] and after a month i am posting here to resolve this.

                        9) in between, i got 3 updates like weekly, the last update status that, my request has been approved and waiting for spare (Waiting for spare is common response over the majority of inefficient handlings)

                        10) samsung product quality issue to be resolved, no customer shouldn't stress to spend the time to resolve a similar issue with samsung.

                        I need the highest escalation point who make the decision, and also about who ensure the product quality, i need the defect free product back from samsung service center

                          I have bought a refrigerator on 15th august, 2018 and after few days i have complained for water leakage in my new product. After than service engineer came for to solved my problem but after few months i have got another time same problem. Same 2nd time engineer came and told to my wife the problem was solved. I am 3rd time complained on 25th march 2019 for same leakage problem continued.26th march engineer came and check told another engineer came and solved the problem but now i don't want repaired my product. I requesting you please replace my product as soon as possible. Thank you.

                            I bought this ac on 10th april, 2018. Gas leaked out in dec. 2018.
                            Since then, many times gas has leaked, repairs not lasting.
                            Each time i contacted customer care, i got a complaint no and the name and mobile number of the engineer assigned to this work.
                            The said engineer was not at all aware of the matter. Later someone came and attended the work and closed the complaint without my acceptance of the repair.
                            The persons who attend appear to be not emplyees of samsung. They do not have proper tools and also don’t follow the instructions given in samsung manuals.
                            Regarding complaints, we can contact only customer care and no provision for escalation.
                            All communications are verbal and hence no consumer court or legal action is feasible.
                            My ac is under repair, which is going on at a snails pace, and warrantee is expiring on 10th april, 2019.
                            I feel that our government should rein in such multinationals, and stop them from this treatment of consumers.

                            Repaired indoor unit fitted and pressure test FAILED. Samsung is well aware that it needs replacement.

                            But the fact is, their local mangalore service center has not been able to show any progress in the last 11 days.

                              Hello, on 22nd february samsung announced their flagship mobile samsung galaxy s10+ model and while they promise if any person preorder mobile on 22nd february they will get android watch (The company is offering the new 46mm galaxy watch for free with the ceramic galaxy s10+) and i use my personal mobile number while pre order this mobile [protected] and on[protected], 5:56pm i purchase this mobile from v3s mall new delhi and next day i call them that i need my watch how should i redeem this offer they said sir you can try after 24 or 48 hours to avail this offer i said ok. From 13th march to 25th march i sent like 35 emails and call more than 100 times to samsung customer they never solve my problem they always said sir wait to 24 hours wait for 48 hours and wait for 72 days everyday they are asking me to wait for several hours. I want to report against samsung for making fake promises and ask them to give my watch.

                                I have booked a samsung s 10 in pre book offer in which company promises Samsung watch or Samsung ear buds at discounted price but when i registered on Samsung app for the same it is showing thst i m not eligible for the offer, after complaining several times for more then 15 days they are saying it is a technical error but they fail to resolve the problem. Third class service by a third class brand like Samsung.

                                  I have registered a complaint regarding the malfunction of my refrigerator, Model Numer: RS55K5010S9, a technician came to my house 0n 16th March 2019 and said that heater was the problem. He also said that they have to order the part and it would take time So we waited. The technician came again today( 25th March 2019) after 10 days and he replaced the heater but said the sensor is not working and has to be replaced. Since 16th March 2019, we are not able to use the refrigerator and are facing trouble in storing food including dairy and medicines. It's not acceptable to make customers wait during this summer season. So please look into this matter

                                      My refrigerator was not cooling, so i called up call center no. Available online to raise a complaint 18/03/2019. I received ticket no.[protected], with mobile no. [protected]. The person visited my home charged me rs. 350/- and told refrigerator has to be taken to repair showroom for repair. After continuous follow up they returned my refrigerator after 6 days i. E 24/03/2019 and they informed we wont be able to repair it as there is a problem with compressor. Then they provide one more call center no. Where i called and explained everything. And i was shocked to know when call center people told there were no complaint raised in my name and the people who took my refrigerator are not authorized service center people.

                                      I am really concern who are those people who took my refrigerator and kept for 6 day & claiming they are authorized sumsung service center people. I wonder what they have done with my refrigerator for 6 day (All parts are intact).

                                      Please let me know what to be done further, if my refrigerator had been taken way by some fraudster.
