On august i brought a samsung j6 phone from my near by mobile store named sky mobiles. On your onam special prize i won a samsung lcd tv 32 inch for my mobile. After that as per your message i send the copy of adhar and bill to the email id [protected]@wings_promos.com. After that there was no any response from your side, now they said that the offer was over. So please take the necessary action i have the evidence of message and email. Look forward hearing from you.

    I am Yamini Alva, bought a refrigerator from Reliance Digital store, Mangalore on 03.11.2013 paid Rs.90, 000. Enclosed is the bill.
    1. My 1st complaint was in April 2018 : for no cooling of freezer only. I lodged a complaint at where the refrigerator was purchased and It was rectified by R logic Technology Services (I) Pvt Ltd at a cost of Rs.2, 252.
    2.Similar complaint was occurred in October 2018 again, when complaint was lodged, person came and simply dragged the issue for 1 month and again gave a bill for Rs. 2, 273, which was duly paid . There was no result, hence we called once again, the service person asked us to keep the fridge shut for 24 hours etc etc then never turned . From the other side we did not get any thing other than rude following reply.

    Fridge condenser is gone, guarantee period is over, our service is only upto guarantee period. Gave phone no of manager which is un answered.
    Samsung fridge life is only 5 years, now you have to discard etc...Your toll free number phone is simply passed from one hand to other.

    My humble request is get us our repaired, if not possible make arrangement, you can collect the payment for the same. We are also very busy, we feel very sad to hear rude reply from the same technicians who made us feel very proud when the refrigerator is being purchased. All the bills are attached for your refference.

    Thank you SAMSUNG for fooling Indian consumers. 4 year old SAMSUNG Refrigerator bought for Rs 90, 000 is used as s book shelf.
    Is Indian market is used as dumping yard by the foreign brand consumer goods like refrigerator . What a wise method, we Indian consumers are made to believe that goods are manufactured and assembled in the country of production and make ornamental fine exterior finish and sell it to us at exorbitant price. Pre independent era we were ruled by a foreign country by dividing Indian citizens. Now same tactics are used for dumping foreign brands in India in the guise of sales. Our people are paid incentives for achieving the sales and our own people deceive us by hiding the facts known to them.
    I purchased a SAMSUNG refrigerator paying 90, 000. I was lured to buy that by talking high of the product. Now I spoke to persons from sales man to high level marketing executive, they are trained to talk to the customers instead of training them to give service. Every one was saying life of SANSUNG refrigerator is 5 years. The coil in the condenser will be rusted. What is the meaning of rusting, scrap material is utilized in the manufacture of condenser for refrigerators being sent to Indian market. Then why write in bold 10 years warranty on display. Only the word written 10 years is not rusted.
    Wanted to lodge online complaint in the portal, was shocked to see similar innumerable complaints.
    So it is time we start buying Indian made consumer products like refrigerator .
    Shame on you SAMSUNG and our Indian brothers and sisters working for them for cooperating with them for lies.

    My refrigerator was working, only freezer was not working. Now your half baked service personnel who are only trained to listen and talk spoiled the entire refrigerator. Who is responsible for the irresponsibly of your employees. You sell your, products under truthful conditions, dont sell with false conditions. Now you wanted to buy back my fridge for Rs. 8, 600. Is it to redo and sell the same for another customer? If the condenser of my fridge is rusted, I have no doubt that you sold me old re fabricated fridge purchased by you from a customer on depreciated value. DONT WORRY Ii WILL DONATE THIS SAMSUNG FRIDGE OF MINE TO A PUBLIC LIBRARY AS A BOOK SHELF SO THAT YOUR PRODUCT IS ADVERTISED WELL.

      This is to inform you that i am using samsung s9+ since last 9 months and there is a black spot on my phone display with no physically damage mark or any thing on my mobile and according to samsung service centre it is not covered under warranty i want to assure one thing that my mobile is never hit or fallen anywhere. Do these kind of cheap quality product does samsung provided in their premium range mobile phones as cost of the mobile phone is rs. 65000.& its running with very low phone speaker sound, battery not working properly & display spot. I am realy very much dissatisfied with product samsung has sold me.

      And since last 15 days no response is there from samsung as last day to resolve my issue was 8-jan-2019 but still no response from samsung india.
      I have all the emails that i had sent to samsung care.

      Kindly take the necessary action against my complaint so can i get the resolution in which there is no fault of mine so why do i have to bear the charges.

      Solution has been given by samsung but it takes 6-7 days for them to give a solution. Really appreciate that they had given the good resolution for my product & kept customer satisfied with the resolution.

        I purchased a samsung 345 ltrs refrigerator, model number rt37m3743s8/hl/2017, from flipkart on 25th july 2017 for rs 31, 999. My refrigerator was delivered on 26th july 2017 and installed on 28th july 2017 by samsung executive. The fridge was working fine but suddenly around 29th december 2018, it started having cooling problems. We ignored it for a couple of days but then called up samsung care on the 4th of january 2019, to understand the issue. They gave us a few steps to defrost the refrigerator by shutting it for 4 hrs and then restarting it as the refrigerators sometimes give problems due to change of weather. We tried this the same day but there was no change in cooling. We tried the same procedure on the the 6th of january 2019 but the same problem persisted.
        Contacted samsung customer care on the same day to raise a request to check by an engineer. An engineer was sent to my house on the 7th of january to see the issue. The engineer came to our house, checked the back of the fridge and told us that the gas has leaked. I questioned him as to how can the gas get leaked in a fridge which is hardly 1.4 yrs old. To this he said that the pipe is rusted. I again questioned him as to how can a copper pipe get rusted? To which he replied that it is possible due to carbonisation of the air or due to moist air. When i confronted him and told him that he is talking non sense and i too am an engineer, he told me the truth that the leakage has taken place from a joint and told me that he can fix it but there will be a charge of rs 3000 as the warranty is only for 1 year.
        I then told him that i have not faced any such issues with my other samsung refrigerator, which is still working fine after 8-9 years. To which his reply was that this happens in 1 out of 100 refrigerators.
        I escalated this to samsung, that the gas has leaked due to a manufacturing defect. This needs to be corrected and the gas needs to be filled at no cost to me as this issue was caused due to lax in their quality check. To which they said that even though the gas might have leaked due to manufacturing defect, i would still have to pay rs 3000 to get it fixed as the company policy strictly covers such issues only for a year. Then i told them that people outside charge less than rs 1000 for the same repair, i was told that i have to get it repaired from samsung for 3000 or my 10 year compressor warranty will be void.
        My question is, why should i be forced to pay 3000, which is 10% of my product cost that i have purchased for 32000, within 1.4 years, that too for no fault of mine and after taking proper care as per guidelines provided.
        A substandard manufacturing joint has leaked and needs to be fixed by the company. If i get it fixed now for 3000 they will give me 6 months warranty on the same. But what if it gets leaked again after 8 months. Would i keep paying 3000 every time, just because samsung has used substandard material. Please help me in getting this resolved.

        It's been 3 days and there is no response from Samsung. Neither there is any call from the service centre. This shows their lax attitude and high handedness, where in they don't care about the customer.
        It's been around 17 days that my refrigerator is not cooling. They know people need a refrigerator and are playing a waiting game so that i would get it fixed at their quote. They would then come here and post some lie to mislead all other people.
        This is a last chance to Samsung India to rectify their fault.

        After Multiple follow ups, Samsung sent a senior engineer who again tells me there is rusting problem on a copper pipe joint. This according to him is because of moist air in my area. When asked him why everything else is not rusted and spoilt as the air would be moist for all parts which are right next to each other, he says he has no explaination. Please refer to the image to see how only the circled part is rusted and has given way and all other parts seem to be perfect. This is the final nail in the coffin, there is such deficiency in service and quality that i would never buy another Samsung product ever and never recommend it to anyone.

          Please change the name "Samsung India" to "Cheater Samsung India".
          Again, I am posting this complaint today at 18.00 hrs of[protected]. Yesterday, I had my complaint registered in this forum and promptly one executive called me up at 11.00 hrs from Noida and assured me that my complaint of non- working of the refrigerator which is one and half years old ONLY would be recified/repaired within one hour. The, I received a call form a lady executive calling from Samsung Head Quarter, she also assured me that, my problem will be resolved by 5.00 p.m.. To my utter dismay and pain, when I again called up the samsung service centre, Ahmedabad, I was told by one MR. Parth Rana that the repairs would be done within 10 working days. I can't believe the facts and the assurance given by the senior executives from Noida and HQ. Now the whole staff of Samsung has gone to the dogs. I have spent around 40000/-on this refrigerator and this useless stuff is dead. My mobile number is [protected]

          I am least interested in your feedback. The most useless brand ever seen in my entire life. Very careless executives and staff. They go on giving assurances but to of no avail. Better shut your manufacturing unit and start some cheating company, so that you need not give assurances to your valued customers.

            Dear samsung concern team,

            A. K service center, ashiyana digha road patna 800014, denied for battery replaced in warranty, he clearly denied for any problem found in battery.

            Few days earlier my note9 lcd had broken. When i visit "sai treders"service center exibision road patna for repair my device, that time service center told me "due to note9 model, you have to also battery replace with display in out of warranty, because its battery lithium polymer and it is inbuilt with lcd pannel, and after switch from lcd it is not reusable, and if we used same battery in mobile its make some major cause like battery swelled and blast, or battery makes some issue in your phone like restart, that time i dont have any issue with battery but as per service center communication i agreed for also replaced battery in ow. But service center ask to 4-5 days time taken due to battery not availability in service center or where house, and my mobile is insured and i have to submit repair invoice on urgently, so i dont given time and i replaced my lcd only.

            But after that till now my battery not giving half time backup compare to before replace lcd, also facing sometime auto restart problem due to battery problem.

            A. K service center, ashiyana digha road, 800014, this center is near to my house, when i visit there service center denied for battery replace in warranty, also unprofessional approach and executive dont know how to talk. Pathetic after sales service from samsung.

            One thing told samsung to me"when take money for replace battery, then service center easily battery replaced with lcd without any issue in battery and tell so many policies technical cause to take money for replace battery with lcd without any damage or misuse in battery, and when i am facing problem with battery then service clearly denied for replace battery.

            I expent 70, 000 for this handset, and that kind of two types of service, if you are agree to pay money then without any problem any part can changed, and when you are facing problem then you have to harrassed. I am feel like cheated, very frustrated with samsung customer service policy.

            What is samsung customer policy?

            Where is samsung promised best customer service in the world?

            Where is samsung customer satisfactory???

            What i think about samsung? Samsung have fraud company, samsung only to mean sale his cheap product, he only cheat with customer? Customer service center only mean to make his money to cheat customer and how to take and make money from customer.
            If it comes to give service to customer in warranty, there is only harrase to customer.

            My handset is only 2 month old, i am facing battery backup problem, i want replace battery in warranty but service center misbehave, unprofessional approach and executive dont know how to talk and forcefully impose his policies to me.

            If samsung realy cares our valuable customer then replaced my battery in warranty without impose any policy without delay...

                I possess samsung fridge which was purchased in april, 2017. This is the fourth generation of samsung product i have purchased. To my utter dismay, the service provided for this one and half year purchased product has gone to the dogs. My fridge had some problem with cooling which, i had purchased from croma, ahmedabad. I complained to the toll free number of croma on 06-01-19 and they issued me a call log number : [protected]. I called ahmedabad service centre number[protected] almost 15 times today. One in-experienced technician mr. Hiteshkumar came but couldn't pinpoint the exact problem. He informed that some senior technician would come and repair it. The the whole day i was constant touch with mr sumit who was available on[protected]. He assured me till 17.00 hrs that the technician is on the way. Now its 20.30 hrs. And no sign of the technician. I has specifically told them to send the technician on priority basis, as i had rs. 4000/- worth of non-vegetarian items in my deep freezer. Tomorrow morning i will have to throw all the on-veg items. For the falult of your insensitive staff especially mr. Sumit of samsung ahmedabadit has left a very bad experience of samsung, which i vow would never buy nor would advise my friends and relatives to buy samsung products. I have taken pics of the whole non-veg items and would probably discuss the issue with my lawyer for initiating legal claims for deficiency in service and loss of rs. 4000/- on account of throwing my non-veg items.                   I have given my samsung gear 3 smart watch for repair which got dead after a software update. Job sheet no -[protected].

                  The technician here in service centre has confirmed that due to the software update installation, motherboard of the watch is dead and needs to be replaced.

                  My question is why should i pay if motherboard was dead due to software update installation. This is not at all done.

                  I understand that my product is out of warranty and is not purchased in india but then who is responsible if software update is destroying the motherboard. This seems like a case of forgery where you will provide such updates so that device is dead and you can make money by repairing it.

                  I don't want to pay for mistake of someone else. I will even throw away the watch and my note 8 phone and never further use samsung products due to loss of trust in samsung products.

                    The cost of 55 nu7100 was 77500, now samsung smart plaza owner and salesman both are giving different dates for free 32 inch led tv.
                    I have had voucher of 94500 rupees, the cost of 55 inch led tv was 77500 and with free 32 inch led, the total deal was 94500. They are not willing to give that free led & giving me dates & dates. No proper response were given by owner & executive also. This is pure fraud of 16500. My deal was 94500 & they gave me bill of 102900. I want total refund of my 94500 in my account & led to be taken back. No more purchase from samsung.

                    On dec 15th my wife was cleaning the glass trays of the fridge & when the tray came in contact with water, the glass broke into 100s of pieces & few cut her hand.                         I have purchased an 1.5ton samsung invertor ac for rs 45000/- in 26th may 2017. For the past 6-7 months cooling is very bad and registered a complaint and the samsung service engineer examined and said the cooling coil is leaking at 4 places. Cooling coil has 4 leaks, i just want to know will it happen overnight. It is a clear case of manufacturing defect and they cannot simply escape by telling product is out of warranty. Since we are all working. No one will be there to attend at my home so we delayed registering a compliant. Because of festival season my relatives were visiting our home that is why i've registered a compliant with the customer care on 1st week of december and they said to replace the coil you need to pay rs11500/- and when we questioned them about the manufacturing defect they said they can give only 20% discount without answering my basic simple questions.

                        1. Was there any physical damages?

                        2. Was there any electrical short circuit?

                        3. Am i responsible for it? Why should i bear the loss for being your loyal customer?

                        I want a proper reply for it.
                        We trusted you that you will give a better product other manufactures. As a reward you have given me shame, anguish and loss and humiliated by your customer representative and closed the service order. The customer executive who investigated on it does not even respond properly. I've have paid my hard earned money to purchase your product and your customer executive who knows to write sweet mails and talk rubbish over the phone. If i sell you this kind of product will you keep quiet and bear the losses.

                        I am expecting a valid answers for my questions raised above.

                          Your reputation also depends on how your service stations behave. You will not know about it unless your customers tell you. Hence, this letter.

                          I am a samsung customer for many years. I had given my mobile (Model no.) for repairing in your service centre at pp chambers, dombivli, dist. Thane, maharashtra. Keeping in mind that you always give best quality, i had full faith in your service centre. However, i received totally bad service and they completely ditched me like a roadside repairer. The problem of my mobile is that it is not getting charged and if charged it is immediately discharged within a minute or so. Your service centre told me that mobile is o. K. But battery is faulty. So they told me to change the battery which i did promptly. They gave me a new battery under their invoice no. _ dt. _. But, to my utter surprise the problem was not at all solved and your service centre executive told me that battery is o. K. And the fault is in mobile. The repairing charges will be rs.5000/-. They also refused to take back battery which i had purchased from them at their advice. This is nothing but cheating.

                          Please refund me rs. _ which are unnecessarily paid for battery.

                            I would like to update you guys that samsung care and senior technical team is not at all supporting me in my samsung fridge fire accident case, i tried to connect with customer care team where from the escalationt team member-gaurav misbehaving over the call and then sr technician teams are not responding me properly and trying to misguide me in every point.

                                From the time i bought this 55 inches qled tv a year back, i have been complaining practically every month and it is still not sorted out. I am shocked at the way the complaint is being closed without resolution.
                                I have a 100 mbps internet connection.
                                My tv is around 15 feet from the wireless router, and the internet speed at which it is connected is around 0.03 mbps making it impossible to view any content. All devices connected to the same wifi router connects at around 40 to 45 mbps, even though they are at the same distance as the tv or even further. Please check my call record and you will notice the number of calls that were made by me from the time i have bought this tv.
                                The latest update is the samsung technician was here a couple of days ago, and after taking a few screen shots left, and i understand that he or someone in samsung has closed the complain again.
                                I have paid for an extended warranty of three years also. What kind of service is this. I would require someone to look into this on top priority.

                                  I just put humble request again to you as I have full faith in Samsung Management and on you sir and hope u must consider my request on priority for waiver or discount on screen replacement.

                                  i have purchased s8+(IMEI - [protected]) model SMG955FZKGINS on 17-12-18 which screen has got cracked. At the time of purchase shop owner told me that 1 time free replacement is there, but now Samsung service center Towlichowki, Hyderabad told me that no free screen replacement and you have to pay Rs.15500/-.

                                  Now shop owner telling different story that, you have not opted that option so I am in great trouble as this amount is huge burden for me and it is my dream phone and purchased after 2 years savings.

                                  it is my humble request to Samsung CEO sir to consider my request for free replacement considering my genuine case and 1 year of purchase.
                                  i will highly obliged to you sir whole life.

                                      This complaint is a follow up to the my previous complaint dated 5th august 2018.

                                      I saw samsung reply way too late and by then it was marked as resolved. You have requested me to give you the details of the complaint with no email address to send it to. I don't know if you expect me to share my email id and phone number on public platform.
                                      Unfortunately none of your service centers didn't even bother give me any service support let alone give any customer complaint number to refer later. They have simple told me to send the phone to a uae service center to fix the phone. Since i live in maldives and the phone was purchased as gift by my friend for me. I don't have a choice to send the mobile to uae for repair. I am at end of my wits as having to work with a broken phone is unbearable.

                                      I really appreciate if you could resolve this for me. Or else i am just waiting to get back to india so i could replace the phone with a new phone.
