At the outset let me express my distress and anguish for your refusal to replace the defective refrigerator, knowing very well that the same had been repaired four times (In the first year of purchase) in past one year by your engineers. You expect me to now believe that the unit will now onwards work without any problem, even though it has been last repaired on dec 18, which is not even a week ago. Such false assurances were given to me every time your engineers repaired it, but had to eat their words when they reappeared to repair it every subsequent time. I have lost faith in this unit and your engineering team and i do not wish to bear the mental agony of again facing another breakdown as well as throwing away food which goes bad every time the refrigerator crashes.

As you have been conveying your management's decision (Over telephone calls and by your last mail), i urge you to vociferously revert back to them that this refusal is unacceptable to me and they should expeditiously replace the unit with another one which would give efficient and peaceful service in future.

    Now a days samsung started new fraud business. 3 days back they released a software update. After having that update my mobile getting restarted (Switched off and on) and mobile battery is draining like anything.

    I spoked with 2nd level customer care person and asking them to release new update immediately.in meanwhile if my mobile happens anything (Battery problem, software issue or mobile crashed). It is samsung responsible to replace the parts or mobile with free of cost without charging anything. Because samsung did a mistake because of that my mobile facing issue and out of warranty (Purchased on 2015).

    Customer care person saying even mistake from samsung customer has to pay from pocket. Saying go to hell to whom yo want you can speak or put a case.

    This is not professional business by samsung, samsung did mistake customer has to suffer. Because no one can do anything that samsung feels.

      Dear sir/madam, i bought samsung sound bar in may 2017 but it became out of working in june 18. When i filed a complaint in samsung then i got the response from the customer care that the company does not have the enough technology in india to repair it and i will have to replace the entre subwoofer at an esto naye of 4300. I am surprised that a billion dollar company doesnt have enough technology in india to repair the product and passing on the burden of replacement on the customer.

      Please help me in resolving this issue and tell the company to repair the product or replace at the repairable cost.

      Below option to select the sound bar is not there and i am selection tv option.

          Hello... Dr. Sathish here.in brief, i complained customer care number of times regarding heating, poor battery and hanging issues within few days of purchase with a reply to wait and observe for few more days after settings. As issue is not solved i called again again and i had to visit service centre who says mobile has multiple issues. Claim no is issued abd upon calling back cc says our policies wont accept for replacement but only repair which might take few days. Which is unacceptable for me being a dr and i have many previlage accounts and important data which i cant afford to lose. Kindly solve th issue by early replacement of mobile as am suffering a lot due to haeting up mobile causing ear ache headache and irritation apart from poor battery and hanging

            Hi i bought a samsung tv on 28/04/2018 and the tv has broken down several times. Once when it had a major issue it took more than a month for the service centre to get it fixed and now i am having the same issue. Its only been about 8 months and in these 8 months more than 3 months i could not use the tv. I didn't complain earlier as i live in london and only go on holidays to india. However im going down this week and your service centre has said it has the same issue again and i'm not going to spend 15 days of my holiday with no tv. I want the tv to be repaired within a weeks time or replaced right now.
            This is outrageous.

              Samsung smartphone, j6, purchased three months ago, stopped charging. I was much delighted to walk to a samsung asc at kannur for a quick service, but to my surprise they told me to replace the panel board at my own cost. They were claiming that reason could be water entry. Trust me, no question of water entry has happened what so ever. It is evident from the present functioning of the phone. (Ie, no function except charging is affected). Even if they want to blame it on water only possibility is moisture entry due to normal sweating in this coastal area. My question is how can a customer be told as warranty null and void for normal uses of an instrument under normal conditions. If a smart phone is not designed to use with palm in high humid area, how smart is this?. I

                Hi, i am using galaxy s7 edge for the past 2 years. On dec 5 2018, my phone started to freeze and restart regularly. So i visited the service center dwaraka systems and services vellore, tamil nadu on dec 06 2018 and explained all the issue and they give the job sheet and marked as phone dead (At the time of visiting service center the phone not turned on). On dec 7 2018 they updated me through a phone call as there is a problem in the motherboard power supply and they told me to change motherboard it cost around 14, 000. But i informed don't change the motherboard and i will come and collect mobile. But once again service person told i will try to downgraded firmware and check once again. So again, i called service center on dec 8 2018, they informed service person on leave. Again, on monday, dec 10 2018, i called the service center and speak with service person they told there is a problem with the motherboard and you need to replace it, i informed i will come and collect phone by evening. Evening when i visited service center the receptionist told still your phone under service and asked me please come and collect tomorrow. And once again i visited service center on dec 11 2018 now they started to tell the new story there is no problem in motherboard there is a problem with your display. When in turn on phone my phone display completely damaged internally not physically and the freezing restart issue also not resolved. I argued with the service person that service person only damaged my display but they totally disagreed. Again, on dec 11 2018 night i called samsung customer care and complain regarding this issue they told they will forward to a concerned team but i didn't receive any callback. On dec 13 2018 i again called customer care about this issue they told we will arrange callback but i didn't receive any call. Again, on dec 15 2018 called customer care and spoke with the escalation team and they inquired in the service center also but they believe only the service center guys. I didn't get proper resolution in this issue. I am 100% sure there is no problem or not at all single dot in my display the only problem is freezing and restart issue. While servicing the mobile service center person only damaged my display. I need proper resolution from samsung india and take action against that poor service person.

                    My samsung rf217acrs refrigerator is giving me the same exact problems as all these other posters. I’ve tried wiping down an already clean refrigerator inside repeatedly. I’ve also purchased countless baking soda boxes, but to no relief. It all began with a slow drip of water into the right side crisper and behind it. Now a most horrible smell, and it takes over the entire kitchen. This is definitely a manufacturer’s problem. These refrigerators are not made to have a normal and decent lifetime. I tool a four year extended warranty on it when i purchased it in 2011. There’s no reason for a refrigerator to not last more than seven years. These refrigerators aren’t cheap to purchase, but they all seem to be cheaply made. I am so unhappy with this, and i will never purchase another samsung product of any kind after this.

                      My galaxy S8 display is showing a problem like blinking and low light on 14/12/2018. I was visited the nearest service center on 15/12/2018, they told that it may fall from my hand or damage by me. But there was no dent or any crack on my s8 body or display.
                      I told them I always keep it on my jeans pocket, before 1 days i saw those problems. They take picture of my phone and send to the higher authority.

                      On 18/12/2018 they call me and tell that the can not give me any warranty because the display is broken.
                      I can not understand how the display is broken with out any fault from my side !
                      also here is not any damage on outside of my phone .

                        I purchased a samsung led tv in 2013. Samsung tv panel display problem before 3 months. Service engineer came and checked the tv and told to replace the panel. My tv cost around 48000 and service engineer asking about 25000 to change new panel for my tv. It's not affordable. After buying a tv cost of around 48000 and changing panel cost almost half of the amount of tv. Worst service from samsung.

                          With much regret and disgust i am writing to you to share the frequent problems which have been faced by me and my family due to repeated faults in the samsung refrigerator bought exactly a year ago.

                          On december 17, 2017 i had bought samsung rt-56k6378sl/ 546 ltr refrigerator bearing serial no. 0d154dbj801300 from great eastern retail pvt. Ltd., kursi road, lucknow vide invoice no. Vk/1718/sa/00072 dated 17/12/2017.

                          Over the past one year the refrigerator has stopped functioning a number of times, details of which are as follows -

                          Oct. 8, 2018 : both the compartments (Freezer and refrigerator) stopped working.
                          Oct. 9, 2018 : complaint lodged with samsung on customer care; request no. [protected] allotted.
                          Oct 10, 2018 : technician examines the unit.
                          Oct 11, 2018 : samsung technicians repair the gas pipeline and filter. Refrigerator resumes functioning.

                          Nov 29, 2018 : both the compartments (Freezer and refrigerator) again stopped working.
                          Nov 30, 2018 : complaint lodged with samsung on customer care; request no. [protected] allotted.
                          Nov 30, 2018 : technician examines the unit. Makes minor adjustments and the refrigerator resumes functioning.

                          Dec 2, 2018 : both the compartments (Freezer and refrigerator) again stopped working.
                          Dec 3, 2018 : complaint lodged with local samsung service center. Attended by a technician. The refrigerator malfunctions on & off till dec 6.
                          Dec 7, 2018 : refrigerator repaired again by samsung technicians. Starts to function normally.
                          Dec 8, 2018 : lower compartment (Refrigerator) stops cooling, while the freezer continues to work normally. Informed the samsung technician again, but could not be attended as me and my family had shifted to a hotel for my daughter's wedding.

                          Dec 17, 2018 : complaint lodged again with samsung on customer care; request no. [protected] allotted. Samsung technician examines the refrigerator and informs of another round of repair to be carried out today (Dec 18, 2018).

                          This series of frequent malfunctioning in a new samsung refrigerator has been a nightmare for me and my family. Also, due to this, there have been frequent wastage of food stored in the refrigerator, especially when there is a marriage in the family. I am at my wits end as to how should we deal with such episodes of frequent break-downs and repairs. Our trust in samsung brand has been completely wiped out. Hence, i request you to please replace the unit, as there are certain obvious technical faults in this particular model or maybe just this unit. Do let me know the date by when i should get the replacement.

                            I bought note 9 on 8th December.from next day I have spen cap loose and sounding.i went to service centre.they told at first it is manufactured like that only.i saw my friends mobile too.it is tight.then I went another time to service centre then they told that yes it is loose and they place new spen order.after 3 days they called that new spen arrived I went there it is not perfect.so there only they told we will place another.today 17th December no solution.and today from playstore apps not downloading sometimes.i called to customer care.they from smart tutor accessed my mobile and told that it may be software issue.so please help me with this.please provide me replacement or refund.i lost faith in Samsung customer services.they are not responding at all.

                              Hi,

                              This is to inform you that i bought samsung smart tv worth rs. 70, 000/- from samsung smart plaza, waidhan.

                              At the time of demo t the shop, it was informed to me tht there is bluetooth connectivity with this smart tv however when i brought this smart tv at my home, i found that my bluetooth speaker is not getting connected.
                              I waited till the demo. Next day when the demo person came for the demo even he tried for the same and informed that he will confirm and get back to me but didn’t turn up.

                              I again tried reaching the shop and requested to connect the bluetooth however, he turned completely different and told that by mistake he told me that there is bluetooth connectivity but there is no option on this model. I was completely shocked. He asked if i can use n external bluetooth device to which i denied. This is ridiculous to get this kind of miscommunication from such brand like samsung. If you guys need proof, i have call recording s well where the dealer is accepting that he mis-guided me by his mistake.

                              I would request if you can take the tv back and refund my complete money. Thanks.

                                Date [protected] @ 3:27/03:33/4:46pm [protected]Ext-1519) thru phone by kamna, last esclation team member, assured me either motor of washing machine will be changed or provided alterante solution till 16/12/18 but nothing happened, she told me to drop an email to me but i did not receive. Her given extension does not work, i tried today.

                                Samsung either provide motor or change the machine. This is only i want, samsung must have some business ethics, they can not say like this - samsung had obsolete this part & now motor can not be provided for this,

                                Either samsung can make the same old motor, make old die again, give the requirement to production or supplier partner, they will have to make it & after completion of quality check send this to your pune service center. Seems to be long exercise.

                                Alternately you can provide some machine which samsung is using those for testing in their plant, ask your plant operation, they used to sell this to dealer on big margin discount approx 40~50% discount, you can provide the same machine in replacement to me. It is like that you are fulfilling your duty.

                                I afraid to see samsung product now, they do the more efforts in marketing but whenever it comes to complaint, they withdraw their hand, see the case study of ifb, we know if something happen with machine, ifb will be with us but in case of samsung it does not seen & very beyond imagination.

                                Plz see the past history of this machine, 4 times complaint during warranty period within a span of first year of purchasing, someone played with the quality, no one even bother to check, you shows many certification & award but no where you are excellence. It was my mistake to buy samsung washing machine.

                                People made me aware on this-samsung is worst, do not buy but i resisted & did the mistake. I thought samsung will have some good ethics & practice.

                                I cry because of samsung washing machine, whenever i feel pain in my both wrist because i have to wash my clothes, my both wrist had titanium rod, multiple fracture, my baby does 8 to 9 times pee, i again have to wash my baby clothes, i took leave specially for washing clothes because of samsung washing machine motor which was under warranty, has been obsoleted. I used to send the clothes to neighbour's because of samsung washing machine, i feel myself pity on this. Plz forward my email to your plant head, quality head, operation head in samsung plant noida - wherever the production is going on, they played with quality, they must understand the customer pain, now wherever i see samsung product, i hate to see them, i spit on it irrespective of samsung any product. I will write a blog, make the people aware about your pathetic & no quality product thru social media, i will tweet wherever i will see samsung promotional scheme thru all channel.

                                You must realize the customer pain. No one understand, no one feel. You must feel that from our money you get the salary & the home runs.

                                You must recall all your machine & check - because you have compromised with quality, customer satisfaction which you do not care at all.

                                You only need sale & production without quality. It seems that samsung feel that "customer go to hell".

                                See survival of fittest, one day you will be out of the market then i will show the email to people that samsung did not care about their customer, product now they are out of league like nokia and many examples.

                                I will write to ranjiv singh-svp, chief marketing officer at samsung india, puneet sethi - vice president - samsung india electronics, sunil cutinha, asim warsi dipesh shah, m s kalsi, i will wake the all big shots up.

                                I have purchased samsung TV 40K6300 1 and half year back. All of sudden TV stopped working.

                                What kind of quality product samsung is delivering?
                                I spent around 50k on this product and it didnt last even for two years.

                                  During the time of diwali i bought a samsung 49 inch tv... On that time they promised me and billed me for giving home theater speakers,... But till date they are not providing me what they are promissed... Eventhough i’m a regular customer to sharptronics company they are not giving me proper response and not considering this issue... I think they are selling the customer compensation products in black markets... Please look into this issue...

                                    Customer service centers as well as the call center executives are pathetic. They do not assist and have bluntly stated that they can't do anything in this regard
                                    My washing m/c dead and call to customer care to need service engineer, many time i talk with customer care person, but no any reply or solution provided by Samsung india.

                                        May i invite your kind attention to the following.
                                        I am residing at cheriya pallamthuruth in ernakulam disrtrict in kerala, with my husband and parents-in law. My father - in-law is a pensioner, retired from govt. Service and is now engaged in charitable activities and my husband is employed in a co-operative society.
                                        I have a washing machine – samsung fl 6.0 kg wf600bobtwo, procured from m/s pittappillil agencies, n. Paravur, your authorized dealer, vide invoice no. 23-si-6457 dated[protected], at a cost of rs.25, 000/-.
                                        The machine is under complaint now. Two main complaints noted, when the representative came home and checked are that of the motor and back tub. During rotation for drying there is intolerable sound. He said that it requires about rs.10, 000/- for repair.
                                        In this context kindly note that the warranty period is still there.in the 10 year warranty period, now it is only two years passed.in our house we four only and we have been utilizing the machine properly with care. So, considering the money i have spent this much of an additional expense is not at all affordable.
                                        Hence i request samsung, such a very reputed company to consider the situation and do arrangements to get my samsung washing machine repaired free of cost.
