I bought the samsung on 5 pro mobile from amazon on 24th oct. We installed the sim on 4th november and since the mobile was working fine but yesterday the phone switched off and then it never restart. Today my mother went to the samsung service center at bareilly up and the service center guy told my mother that the mother board is defective since purchase. Request you to please replace my handset to the newer handset....

On 17th oct'18 i purchased a washing machine from capital electronics kolkata. Engineer visited my home to install the machine and declared it defective. After this no communication from samsung. On 27th oct'18 capital electronics confirmed me that they will provide a new machine or engineer will visit soon to rectify the machine.
