I am nishant and purchased samsung phone samsung j4+ (32 gb) on 7 nov-18 for diwali gift for my father. Within a month we facing auto restart problem and one day not on. I plug to charger but still not on. Then i visit to asc in rampur on 20 - dec-18 and they submitted my phone and said that you leave now and will check and update. He call me in evening said that your will be repaired in out of warranty. I am asking why and he is said that motherboard burn. My concern is, i am always charge my phone your charge. Why its happen its mean you product quality is very bad. Then i approach to samsung care and email department but no one response and not resolve.

Please help.

    I had registered a complaint for my samsung double door refrigerator on the 12th December 2018. The technician visited on the 15thDecember 2018 and informed that there is problem in the PCB. He told that I will receive a call from the customer care and will get a update of the problem and they will inform the total price to be paid when the part is changed but till today nothing has been done and I had to call the customer care every day for the update. Till now I have not received any call from the customer care giving me the latest update. It is almost 20 days after my first complaint. Samsung being such a reputed and branded company I am really shocked with the treatment given to me regarding the repair of my refrigerator. Please do the needful within a day or two as this has really frustrated me.

      In reference to above subject, i hereby bringing to your kind attention that i have purchased a new samsung handset named samsung galaxy j4 on 31.12.2018 in orange store uttarahalli branch bangalore. But i got a defective handset means sound is not coming properly. Iam hearing very low sound. Sound is not working at all. When i reached the store and enquired about this they are telling “we don’t know, you need to go to samsung service centre”. Likewise i had gone to service centre too but they are not at all responding properly. They are giving irresponsible and rude answers like “that much sound only comes for that handset, it is working correctly only” and they send me back.
      Hence, i hereby requesting you to kindly replace with new handset at earliest and resolve the issue else refund the amount which i incurred, please kindly do needful.

        This complaint is regarding samsung service center and samsung india for faulty refrigerator. I have been cheated with a faulty product. It's not even one year and the outer body of the fridge has starting rusting. I lodge a complain on 4th dec 18 regarding the same. Samsung engineer came twice and clicked photographers after that without our itimation the complain was closed stating it has been resolved which was not. Again we registered second complain on the same issue the local provider interacted with me very badly and said its cleaning and user issue so thats why they closed the complain. I want my fridge to be replace with new fridge as it is under warranty and not even completed one year. I have paid huge amount and i have suffered slot, i should be compensated against this faulty product of samsung. Samsung purchase date 21/01/18 and model no rt39m5538s8

        My mobile is the Samsung J7 which is still in the guarantee, whose screen is becoming automatic blank, the call is also coming but nothing is showing. I have also repaired the customer care several times, but after repairing the same problem Has been there.

          I have purchased a samsung galaxy j2 core on 19/09/2018. On 21/12/2018, it appeared that although the ring tone sound is there but not displayed in the phone. I went to samsung service centre at barasat, north 24 parganas, w. B. After examination of the mobile the technician told me that due to water entered in the phone, the mobile is not operating and it is due to our negligent, therefore you have to pay the repair charge. He told me that the cost of repair will be more than rs.8000/- although the cost of mobile is rs.6000/- although it is within the warranty period. I tried to convince him that there is no negligent on our part, but he turned a deaf ear in this matter. Every body goes to service centre for repair work of the mobile. If it is within the warranty period, customers are advised that the defect in the mobile is due to your negligent and it is chargeable.in view of the above, the question of justification of warranty in the mobile must be raised. The word warranty may be withdrawn for selling mobile phone. I shall be grateful, if you kindly look into the matter.

            samsung freeze

            I have done a complaint about my freeze. Technician came and told that compressor is fail and should be replaced. After that no one came to replace the compressor and the service center called me and told no compressor will be replaced and will give 10% of my freeze's amount. My freeze is 4 years old and it has 10 year compressor warranty. Pls solve the issue....

            I have launched a request vide request no [protected] for repairing my washing machine because of water leaking. First time a service engineer came and charged me for rs. 590/-and communicated that there is a part which has been damaged. And he communicated that he will come back with that part and the leaking problem will resolve. Second time he came with some other part which was not applicable for the problem and returned back. Third time he brought the part but with that part brought some additional part which was not damaged and forced to replace both the part. We did not agree to do so as it was costly. So the boy returned back and problem is live. Yesterday we had got a sms stating that dear customer thanks availing samsung customer service amount payable against your request no [protected] is inr 590/-. So please help us to resolve the problem at the earliest with proper minimum part replacement.

              I am complaining again the samsung store in thrissur near railwaystation. So, 28 th december 2018 morning my galaxy j6plus is not working some problems regarding with the charging and go to store and registered my complaint then one lady told me that my display gone that's the problem.. I told them that today morning i worked smoothly with my phone then how, my phone display will gone. Already my phone fell down and display panel broken but it's not affected my phone because i trust samsung but this kind people will make a bad impact to the company. Am also working in reputed company. Also, i purcahsed this phone on october208 and i have 1 year warranty but they want to change my display and want to loot my money.. Simply..# with this attitude. If i didn't get any further follow up other i will spread my experience through social media.

                I purchased a samsung 415l rt42m553.. Refrigerator 6 months ago in june 2018. And the fridge has now stopped working, raised a complaint on 27th december 2018. The service agent mentioned that the main board has to be replaced and told us that the part would be replaced in two days i. E., by 29th december (Today). The customer service didn't follow it up with me, and i had to call up the guy, later he mentioned they can only get it by 31st december. I asked them if it can be done earlier, upon which he mentioned that he'll check n call me in half an hour. Didn't receive any calls from them for couple of hours, again i called them back, for which they mentioned they'll receive the part only by 2nd of january. I don't understand why it takes 6-7 days for a part to be shipped from noida to bangalore. Instead of keeping the customer in dark, the correct dates have to be mentioned. Also, why should a new fridge have pcb issues. Pathetic product and pathetic customer service.

                  2) samsung 5 in 1 fridge model no. Rt34m5518s8/hl-03, s/n :03ya4pbk801758v. Purchased on 10/10/2018 from sonovision rajahmundry-ap.
                  3) reproduced my email dt 26/12/2018 sent to samsung on their website:.
                  Request no. [protected] your representative visited on 20/12/18 at rajahmundry and told the 5 in 1 model fridge will generate sounds. The fridge gives sounds as if some steel item is falling from fridge frequently and also produces sounds as if some water is flowing. Samsung a world class 5 in 1 new product cannot disturb me with frequent loud abnormal sounds.in fact i have double door fridge but purchased 5 in 1 new product.
                  The abnormal sounds are coming from day one of its usage from 10 oct 18 and when i complain orally your people are ignoring it.

                  Today on 2/1/19 SAMSUNG technician took recording of internal parts and sent it to SAMSUNG. He said 5% of fridges develop this type of producing sounds complaint, and Senior technician will visit and inspect the sounds. SAMSUNG should send the problem to R&D Center to rectify the manufacturing defects in the future productions. I need early replacement of 5 in 1 fridge as it is producing sounds and also producing water bubbles sounds from the day of its purchase 10/10/18. Mobile [protected]

                    मेरे साथ "पिंकी शर्मा " मोबाईल नं. - [protected], [protected] और "ऋतु शर्मा" मोबाईल नं. -[protected],[protected] धोखाधड़ी क़ी हैं।

                    इन्होने Samsung Company के एडवाइजर के नाम से फोन करके मुझसे बोलीं की आपका नम्बर जिले के टॉप 5 नम्बर में से Samsung Company द्वारा चुना गया है आपको 14000 की Samsung Galaxy On 7 Prime की मोबाईल केवल 4000 में दी जाएगी कम्पनी आपको केवल अपनी प्रचार करने के लिए दे रही है । ऐसा कहकर मेरा पोस्टल एड्रेस ( BHU, 221005 Varanasi ) इन्होने ( पिंकी शर्मा ) ने लिया फिर दिनाँक 21/12/2018 से 28/12/2018 तक ( पिंकी शर्मा और ऋतु शर्मा ) टोटल 20 बार कान्टेक्ट किया जिसका Calls Record मेरे पास उपलब्ध है। इन्होने 21/12/2018 को फोन करके Parcel No. EZ[protected]IN दिया । आज 10:49 A.M. पर Call करके बोली की आपका पार्सल 26/12/2018 को 8:36, 18second A.M. पर आपके पोस्ट आफिस पर रिसीव हो गया है आप जाकर ले ले । फिर मै पोस्ट आपिस गया पार्सल रिसीव किया 4000 रुपये पेमेंट करके साईंन किया फिर उसको जब खोला तो उसमे से एक Woodland ka बेल्ट और Credit Card Wallet निकाला इस पूरी प्रासेस की (पोस्ट आफिस पर) मैंने Video बनायीं और फुटेज ली जो मेरे पास उपलब्ध है।
                    इस पूरी घटना का गवाह मेरा छोटा भाई है और पोस्ट आफिस के समय पोस्ट मास्टर चौबे सर है जिनका मोबाईल नंम्बर [protected] है जिनसे मैंने पार्सल रिसीव किया।

                    इनके इस अपराध से नुकसान यह है सर की ये लोग मुझे तो धोखा दे ही दिए पर ऐसे न जाने कितने लोगो को दे चुके होंगे और दे रहे है क्योंकि Phone Call पर बात करते समय ऐसा सुनायी दे रहा था की ये लोग आफ़िस से कई लोगो से बात कर रही है।
                    मेरा सर आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है की जल्द से जल्द कोई एक्सन लीजिए ताकि बाकि के लोगो को धोखा न मिले और इस प्रासेस में मुझे न्याय मिल जायेगा तो मै आपका आभारी रहूँगा बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद समय देकर पढ़ने के लिए । मै आपसे न्याय की आशा कर रहा हूँ।

College के समीप । पिन कोड संख्या है- 221005 मेरे साथ "पिंकी शर्मा " मोबाईल नं. - 8505862259, 9185068244 और "ऋतु शर्मा" मोबाईल नं. -9191146687, 917836946810 धोखाधड़ी क़ी हैं। इन्होने Samsung Company के एडवाइजर के नाम से फोन करके मुझसे बोलीं की आपका नम्बर जिले के टॉप 5 नम्बर में से Samsung Company द्वारा चुना गया है आपको 14000 की Samsung Galaxy On 7 Prime की मोबाईल केवल 4000 में दी जाएगी कम्पनी आपको केवल अपनी प्रचार करने के लिए दे रही है । ऐसा कहकर मेरा पोस्टल एड्रेस ( BHU, 221005 Varanasi ) इन्होने ( पिंकी शर्मा ) ने लिया फिर दिनाँक 21/12/2018 से 28/12/2018 तक ( पिंकी शर्मा और ऋतु शर्मा ) टोटल 20 बार कान्टेक्ट किया जिसका Calls Record मेरे पास उपलब्ध है। इन्होने 21/12/2018 को फोन करके Parcel No. EZ183123263IN दिया । आज 10:49 A.M. पर Call करके बोली की आपका पार्सल 26/12/2018 को 8:36, 18second A.M. पर आपके पोस्ट आफिस पर रिसीव हो गया है आप जाकर ले ले । फिर मै पोस्ट आपिस गया पार्सल रिसीव किया 4000 रुपये पेमेंट करके साईंन किया फिर उसको जब खोला तो उसमे से एक Woodland ka बेल्ट और Credit Card Wallet निकाला इस पूरी प्रासेस की (पोस्ट आफिस पर) मैंने Video बनायीं और फुटेज ली जो मेरे पास उपलब्ध है। इस पूरी घटना का गवाह मेरा छोटा भाई है और पोस्ट आफिस के समय पोस्ट मास्टर चौबे सर है जिनका मोबाईल नंम्बर 9792338877 है जिनसे मैंने पार्सल रिसीव किया। इनके इस अपराध से नुकसान यह है सर की ये लोग मुझे तो धोखा दे ही दिए पर ऐसे न जाने कितने लोगो को दे चुके होंगे और दे रहे है क्योंकि Phone Call पर बात करते समय ऐसा सुनायी दे रहा था की ये लोग आफ़िस से कई लोगो से बात कर रही है। मेरा सर आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है की जल्द से जल्द कोई एक्सन लीजिए ताकि बाकि के लोगो को धोखा न मिले और इस प्रासेस में मुझे न्याय मिल जायेगा तो मै आपका आभारी रहूँगा बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद समय देकर पढ़ने के लिए । मै आपसे न्याय की आशा कर रहा हूँ।

                      I am from chennai, recently i bought s9 plus mobile in croma retail shop, i am facing issues in the accessories. The charging cable is very poor, within few months o[censored]sage the edge shielding part is coming out. Regarding this i contacted your service centre and customer care support, they are responding properly, they trying to close this issue by showing your warranty formalities.

                      This is very bad, the product is not good, it has no durability, it should come atleast one year in the usage.

                      I tried to reach chennai customer care head level, your executive is suggesting to buy a new cable that cost around 800 plus tax.

                      This is very poor customer support, they are not accepting the product issue, they are not in a position to give replacement.

                      The mobile cost around 70000, but the accessories are very bad, please accept my comments, kindly do the needful.

                        Im here to complain about samsung galaxy tablet a sm-t355y. I i bought it from kannur, kerala. And this tablet is behaving crazy from the beginning itself, even if i charge this tablet fully, the battery goes down very quickly, and this tablet has started going crazy by restarting itself again and again and again until i plugg it for charging. Arge i am sure that there is some hardware problem which is giving me such a headache. For charging this tablet 100% it takes three or four days i don't know why this is happening.

                          Dear Mam/Sir,

                          I am writing in severe distress this complaint against non-cooperation, intransigence and misselling of defected Samsung Galaxy A7 Mobile Phone handset from Reliance Digital, Vaishali Ghaziabad outlet and its outrageous customer care service. On 9th December, I visited the showroom for purchasing Mobile phone handset. The sales executive made cogent arguments and suggested to purchase Samsung Galaxy A7 Mobile handset as this was the newly launched best in class mobile phone with all the latest features and technology embedded in it. Therefore, I purchased Samsung Galaxy A7 through credit card ending no. ending with 5819 from Axis bank. Further, based upon his advice that there are cashback and discounts been offered if the customer converts into EMI, I availed that offer too.

                          Soon after the purchase of mobile handset within 2-3 hours the phone used to switch off automatically and reboot itself. I encountered the problem that whenever I open an Application like WhatsApp, Netflix, Amazon etc. the mobile phone reboots itself automatically.

                          For the next 2-3 days I was not in town so I could not report it Reliance Digital but when I came back on 12th December 18, I immediately reported the malfunctioning and problem of the handset being reboot automatically to Reliance digital showroom and they advised me that we have to meet Samsung Service Centre and this phone will either go for software upgradation or repair.

                          I told them that it's just 3 days old phone and it’s a defective piece in the first place because no new phone reboots itself automatically and I’ve reported the incident well within time so the handset should be replaced instead of repairing. Then, I further requested them that since I’ve bought the handset from Reliance Digital, they should arrange to take the handset to service center and provide me an alternate handset till the time it is service center but here too they refused to co-operate. But before leaving the showroom, I registered a compliant in compliant book at the showroom but till date no confirmation on the action taken or grievance redressal has been received from Reliance Digital.

                          Finally, my wife arranged to visit the service center in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. There also the same problem re-occurred at the service center upon which they told that we have to leave phone in an observation for 2-4 days and when she asked for back up phone for use they declined it completely and said in that case they will receive the phone under repair category. After wasting nearly 3 hours sitting over there and the tests and trials done by those people in service center, she took the phone with her and left.

                          Thereafter, we again arrange to send it to a different service center in Noida. They assured that the software of the phone has been upgraded and rebooting problem will vanish forever. Also, they haven’t shared with us either the particulars of the complaints, action taken, details of the action been taken at their end with us but assured us that the problem will not occur again. To our surprise and dismay, the problem reoccurred again within few hours just as the way it was existing earlier. The status quo of rebooting problem still exists.

                          We have been running from pillar to post, but the handset rebooting issue is still not resolved causing severe distress and depression. Therefore, as a last resort, I’m bringing to your notice through this email that the Samsung Galaxy A7 Mobile handset sold to me by Reliance Digital is defected and faulty handset and have severe software issues in it and so I request you to replace this handset on immediate basis.

                            I am facing issue with samsung washing machine service. My machine is just 3.5 years old and as i have shifted to new apartment one week back i have raised the reinstalling request to samsung service center. They sent two technician and they have opened the washing machine and started removing things and pressing and pushing the drum hard. I asked is there is any issue with machine they said no as it's new machine they checking simply and they asked to get plumber help to get water pipe installation and asking money if they have to get new pipe just for one adapter replacement and they left to get the new pipe and kept the machine opened. Before going they asked me to get plumber and fix tap and told me that plumber can fix the machine also as it does not have any issue. Luckily my apartment plumber visited and said me no adapter needed as this can fix to tap directly. I some how closed the cabinet which the technician closed it. I went back to my old house and after two days i brought plumber again to fix the tap and made connection with machine. Once i started machine and it's started giving issue. I called the technician again and asked them why they had kept the machine open and not closed when they left they did not bother to answer. They opened the machine again and said the top sensor is gone now.
                            I asked how that can happen as you said it's a new machine and they started saying vage answer that as they kept it open and water would have gone to inlet sensor. When i said it's on top of the machine where water can't reach simply and also i have closed the cabinet as it may cause dust or any other things may get damage. They then said need to pay additional and when i refused that until i should know who's issue is this they started asking service money. The money for damaging my machine and just for opening and closing. There supervisor also spoke to me very rudely.
                            I raised this issue to samsung company. They said they will help me to get this addressed and now they are not sending any technician and asking to pay additional for services. Please help me to get this addressed.

                              As discussed, I regret to inform you that, I am not at all interested to repair that mobile and taking back for the following reasons;

                              1) Mobile got problem within 1.5 months of purchased.

                              2) As per your mail the mobile main board replacement is not good as per my concern based on simple auto security patch updated in that mobile on 19-Dec-2018.

                              3) The mobile Samsung note 9 model has not checked and tested properly for security patches update and circulated in that markets for sales. Obviously we come to this conclusion as per the performance of

                              4) There is no meaning in the Samsung brand name while available of so many other brands (local) in the markets.

                              5) Even though the problem is with security patch side but there won't be a replacement from your side and convince me to have a mobile board replacement with warranty extension. Who need your warranty extension although the main mobile board has been replaced?

                              6) As you said it’s a hard ware problem, But mobile got problem only when the Patch updating going on. So please check your Log details properly for the issue of software problem based on your security patch updating for this model. If log details could not been checked means how Samsung is done with other updates. There is no meaning of Software updating in Samsung brand then in the market.

                              7) As a high end customer, I Predominantly select this Model Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (Ocean Blue, 512 GB) for its high-end configuration will be suited in my day-today business activities and storage of data's with high speed restorations but Samsung is giving least consideration even for high end customer.

                              8) As you informed that based on your policy ready to give replacement warranty for board but it won’t apply for us, as this problem accrued because of your security patch non testing software updating only not by us or direct hardware issue. Please check your log.

                              So as a user I don't want a high-end mobile with main board replacement. I strongly wish to inform you that i need a New Mobile with full proper tested same brand mobile as replacement or revert back my full money with a letter that we couldn't satisfy this customer with Samsung brand.

                              Please note: On 19-Dec-2018, Samsung Galaxy note 9 (Ocean Blue, 512 GB), auto security patch update was done; and auto rebooted after android updating was happened, later my mobile has not even turning on however it had 58% battery charge. I kept all my officials and personal data in it. I am really frustrated, because of the mobile issue and all my daily activities also affected.

                              Based on your positive reply I come to a conclusion regarding this to issues to be closed with us or to be legally. As because of this mobile issue my business got loss of around INR 15 Lakhs who will bare this as because of all the data’s struck in the mobile also you are telling could not even retrieve it.

                                    Samsung A5 is not working properly. Its having a display problem. Nothing is being displayed on the screen even if the phone is on.

                                    Screen display issue is there in Samsung A5. It's hard to start this mobile since nothing can b touched in it. Almost all model of A5 is having a screen display issue. Plz sort this problem out . Thanks

                                      Yesterday i had gone samsung service center deep market ashok vihar (Plot no 11, 1st floor, jeet building, ashok vihar 1, delhi - 110052, opposite icici & pnb bank, deep central market (Map) for repair my samsung j-7 pro mobile (Scree patches only). On that time they deposit my phone and they said me when they mobile repair on that time if mobile screen will damage so you will be liable for that. For my knowledge if any service center repair any phone so whole guarantee is of your service center how they said that customer will liable for his repairing. On that store i m already face manny problem and i was already put my complain in consumer court with docket no 378562 (State commission a – block, vikas bhawan, i. P. Estate, new delhi -110002.)

                                      4. Unnecessary problem add in apparatus and charged payment without any reason therefor my apparatus is an under warranty.
                                      5. Manager said that they dont have any reason for uploading documents for the repair of my mobile so he uploaded the photo of little bottom scratch that was already 6 to 7 months older & is far away from the screen to damage distance between screen and scratch is very longer so why they said that kind for wording.
                                      Samsung service center said we do face to face service but they put my phone behind the room in some machine & broke my screen & then said sir screen damaged you have to pay.
                                      At that same time i called samsung service center customer care, they said to make a conversation with the manager for the issue, the manager said at that time
                                      "if there was no single scratch in phone i will do it for free." for making money they create a reason for damage and charged rs 4645 for new display.

                                      Kindly refund my payment immediately otherwise i will take strictly action against samsung as you know i had already put my complaint in consumer court.
