On 22.1.19 I visited Samsung Patel Navarro service centre New Delhi since my phone Samsung N7pro was frequently getting hanged. They changed the software w times and charged me 177 and assured me my phone will be fine after that. Afterwards the same problem continued and they then demanded that the mother should be changed. But my phone had no physical damage that required mother board to be changed. When i enqured abt it in samsung coustomer care on 25.1.19 to complaint about this the coustomer care[protected] executive namely Nisha was reluctant to lodge a complaint nor she was ready to transfer the call to a higher officer who could address redressel. She also behaved unruly. At times my phone is working perfectly also so it has no complaint with the mother board.

    Dear Sirs,
    I bought a S 7 EDGE on 23/ 06/ 2016 at a total cost of Rs 53, 500/-, the best Samsung phone at the time. Scanned copy of the Invoice is attached.
    On 24 Dec 18, my phone exploded while I was listening to music. I was fortunate that I did not suffer any physical injury. But my phone split in to two, battery bulged and the display and back cover was completely damaged. The explosion could have caused physical injury and fire, and collateral damages.
    I chatted with Samsung Customer care on 24/25 Dec 18 and I was advised to contact the local service center at Ernakulam (Kochi), Kerala. As advised, I immediately contacted the local service center and submitted my phone on 26 Dec 18. Acknowledgement of deposit of phone with Job ID [protected] dated 26 Dec 18 is attached.
    I have since had no response from the local service center. I stated that the phone was a faulty product and I felt that I was cheated despite going for a premium product, which I hope means that I am a premium customer. Enquiries reveal that there have been numerous instances of the SAMSUNG phones manufactured in 2016 having exploded. So I feel that the phone should be replaced free of cost with a similar model, considering that I have been a loyal customer, as well as a premium customer of SAMSUNG Mobile Phones. I would prefer not to have the same model of the phone, as I am now scared that it will explode again. Numerous attempts to contact the local service center did not yield any result. They kept insisting that the case has been referred to their Head office (Chennai?). I am attaching the screen shot of my chat with Samsung Customer also. Please zoom in using the mouse. Tracking as on date Shows that my case is STILL IN PROGRESS
    I can forward recordings of the conversation with the local service center as well as pictures of the exploded phone on demand or you can obtain the same from your local service center.
    It is now one month since the incident. I am really disappointed that Samsung has chosen not even to contact me.
    I hope you will respond to me at the earliest, with a fair proposal.

      Hi.
      I bought Samsung tv 18/12/2017 after one year and 1 week of working tv has black shadows on the screen. dealer says that it is already off the warranty because 1 year and 1 week have passed :). i took my tv to official Samsung service center in Tbilisi Georgia 'Elit Service' they told me that tv's monitor has to be changed and it will cost me 1250 whereas tv costs 1400. I wrote letter to Russian web-site and also wrote to director to Russia. (they are the representatives of Samsung in Georgia.I did not get the answer yet. Wanted to dump the tv which is 55 inch in the garbage however service company asked to wait for the reply that does not seem to reply. is there any kind of customer relationship department? i just want to talk to them and explain situation. TV model is UE55MU6400U and now it is turned in to a junk of plastic or whatever.
      I am now waiting for a call or e-mail, however not sure if the issue is solve in my favor.

      This complaint is towards Samsung (Georgia, Tbilisi) officially they have call center that does not work and one has to call to Russia in order to get any kind of help. I have never faced such a irresponsible attitude towards customers. Once i faced similar issue in the UK with Sony however they fixed TV for free even when it's warranty was 8 months old.

        I purchased samsung j7 handset and after 8months it's display not working then I submitted phone in service centre and they repaired it n give me that phone in working condition after three months again I faced issue phone got switched off and not started then I visit in noida samsung service centre and they gave me issue of tempering and they don't consider phone in under warranty they want I ll pay 6000rs. To repair it in under warranty. I contact many times in samsung customer care but they didn't give me a resolution regarding this i attached a copy of jobsheet of mobile..i submitted mobile in care.

              Thank you SAMSUNG for fooling Indian consumers. 4 year old SAMSUNG Refrigerator bought for Rs 90, 000 is used as s book shelf.
              Is Indian market is used as dumping yard by the foreign brand consumer goods like refrigerator . What a wise method, we Indian consumers are made to believe that goods are manufactured and assembled in the country of production and make ornamental fine exterior finish and sell it to us at exorbitant price. Pre independent era we were ruled by a foreign country by dividing Indian citizens. Now same tactics are used for dumping foreign brands in India in the guise of sales. Our people are paid incentives for achieving the sales and our own people deceive us by hiding the facts known to them.
              I purchased a SAMSUNG refrigerator paying 90, 000. I was lured to buy that by talking high of the product. Now I spoke to persons from sales man to high level marketing executive, they are trained to talk to the customers instead of training them to give service. Every one was saying life of SANSUNG refrigerator is 5 years. The coil in the condenser will be rusted. What is the meaning of rusting, scrap material is utilized in the manufacture of condenser for refrigerators being sent to Indian market. Then why write in bold 10 years warranty on display. Only the word written 10 years is not rusted.
              Wanted to lodge online complaint in the portal, was shocked to see similar innumerable complaints.
              So it is time we start buying Indian made consumer products like refrigerator, I am posting a photo of the refrigerator too.

              I have been seeing complaints like this, so we should send social media messages as much as possible not to buy SAMSUNG refrigerator. Shame on you SAMSUNG and our Indian employees cooperating fraudsters with their lies.

                  I ordered a samsung refrigerator from electronic paradise indirapuram (Up) on 29th of december 2018 which got delivered to my address on 5th of january 2019, however it was a damaged model and thus i asked for replacement of the model.
                  The company personals took back the new fridge as well as the old one which was to be exchanged...
                  Till date i have only been receiving fake commitments from samsung officials about the delivery of my order however nothing has been delivered till date and it had already been almost a month...
                  It had been such a shameful experience from a brand leader like samsung and that too for such an expensive product...
                  I am desperately looking for an immediate resolution to my concern...

                    I, mehraj ansari has purchased a samsung galaxy j6[infinity] on 15/06/2018. Recently i started facing an issue with its display which was not by any kind of damage done from my end, it was the internal problem of the product. Since my phone was under warranty period, i went to the samsung authorized service centre - mobile technology which is located at goregaon west. Let me bring to your notice they don't have the well trained staff & they are one of worst in the service industry. Priyanka was the executive who have assisted me, she took my phone & i have explained the problem with the product. Since my phone was under warranty period i thought that they will repair it without any charges. But when i went back to collect my phone they told me to pay rs.3500 (They have repaired my phone without even informing me about the charges). When i ask them to justify, they started telling me that this doesn't get covered under companies warranty policy. This was the standard answer i was expecting from them.

                      Sir its avilable pn flipkart for rs 13500 and its too much for a 5 years old device which is not 4g and at that time when it was lauched it was avilable for rs 10000 and you are selling it for rs 13500 please make its market value as i want to buy it. I had losted it last year so i had fellings for it but i don't want to pay such a big amount its price must be 2500 to 3000 for a vintage 5 year old model.

When i opened the box i was surprised to know that it is not my order that i placed it is very light weight and i placed the order of old model of samsung on 7 pro.

                            I bought a samsung mobile phone j7 pro, i kept it very safe, but slowly the display started getting blurred, after showing it to service centre they said, the liquid is coming out from display. Before sending to service centre the phone was better, and now it turned worst, phone has got manufacturing defect but samsung is not assisting me. Very bad experience and waste of money as well.

                                  I had given my samsung s7 edge phone for lcd replacement at s-care in kolkata on 26/12/2018 invoice number 8691.

                                  After 5 to 7 days the lcd started blinking and on 12/01/2019 i visited s-care again. After checking the phone i was told that there a problem with the lcd and will be replaced in warranty.

                                  To my utter surprise on 16/01/2019 bill nuumber [protected]; when i visited service center to collect my phone, i noticed that my phone glass back cover is shattered on right top. When i brought this to the engineer notice, i was told by him that while coming and fitting the back cover, it often breaks due to pressure.

                                  I refuse to take the phone with the smashed back cover.

                                  Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the justice.

                                    Why am i not receiving any kind of software updates in my mobile.. I am still having security patch of 1july 2018... This mobile price is so high but in for updates its very slow using this mobile since a month but haven't received a single update. Infact every other phone gets update in a week or two i dont expect this from such a big brand like samsung

                                      Bought samsung front load washing machine on feb2018. From the date purchase it has shown so many complaints. Water valve, pcb etc has been replaced and now drum is oscillating and needs to get examined at their outlet my expense! Not a year has been completed and fed up with this faulty machine. Drum complaint was seen last week and till now no response whether collect tgis or not. Im a central govt official living in quarters and this time delay is not bearable for me. Complete replacement seems the only solution. Dont frustrate your customers, it will pay you alot
