I bought a refrigerator from meharsons electronics, sco - 1096, sector 22-b near indusind bank, chandigarh, 160022 last month. At the time of the negotiation i was promised coupons/cash to be delivered to my residence at the time of delivery.in spite of repeated promises nothing has arrived here so far. I have written to samsung customer service too and am awaiting a response.

    I bought a new j6 phone 3 monthe ago and day before yesterday my phone battery was died so i kept it to charge but it was not getting on so i went to samsung customer service centre they that they will see it and inform me by evening. At evening i called them and asked about the phone then they said that my phone's mother board was gone and they will replace it and give me back my phone after 4 days but i don't want that. Now they are replacing the mother board if in future again any problem will come then what to do. So i want a new phone

      I have purchased the refrigerator for rs.400000 /- in 2016. The same is not working properly. I have raised the complaint and nobody has bothered to take the complaint. The customer care numbers are not working.

      Afterwhich managed to reach out to a customer care associate and they said that the same will be resolved... Butr there is no action from them.

        I have samsung refrigerator (Double door frostfree) suddenly it stopped cooling so went for a complaint and got a technician named ma rehman he checked it said it will be set right if we fill the gas and change the condenced coil which will charge 3780 rupees including service charge of 300. We asked him to do that he finished gave us a bill and told its working but cooling strats fater 2 or 4 hours as gass is just filled. But it didnt and different sounds started... We called him back he said "oh not working then we should keep new coil i asked u already placed a coil he said this is another sir i said ok keep he didnt come the next whole day if we c he says 10 min 1 hr etc etc the day after he comes he fixed a coil outside (As it used to be in old refridgerators) still my fridge is same not working stage... Now he says"your time is bad sir fridge is not getting repaired). I felt totally cheated for 3780 he did nothing to it just passing time.. Comments on the women at home etc etc such an ediot should be in samsung. I use all samsung electronics never faced such an ediot technician.

          I bought one handset j6+ samsung from msg mobile ganesh market hissar at 8.45pm on 9jan2019. It was getting restarted in each minute when it was in the hands of shopkeeper. I was in hurry and so could not notice in details at that time and left to home carrying the handset. I called up back in thr morning for that issue to the dealer and informed in details. I visited back on 12 jan in the evening at 6.00pm on same shop and shown the sample of issue in handset. The dealer and one sales person from samsung both were their and admitted that there was issue and we will provide replacement of this handset in 2-3days. After 4 days i was give the same handset with assurance that the issue has been resolved. I came back to home but there was still same issue n i went to that shop again on 26jan2019. This time, the bloody shopkeeper and the sales guy from samsung sitting at their raised their hands in the air and refused to take ownership of that faulty handset. Now my handset is at samsung service centre hissar from last 4 days but nobody is giving me any resolution on this faulty handset given. It seems like there is not any service industry team sitting and they all are bunch of crooks who know only how to loot the people and how to make them fool. This does not make a very good impression of a branded company like samsung in the market

          Pl take up this issue and resolved asap.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I purchased one mobile hand set of model no. - samsung galaxy on6 on 12th-dec-2018 from flipkart. After using few days, i noticed that battery is draining quickly from the handset. On 24th-dec-18 i informed to your customer service center at chinar park, kolkata - counter no.-8. She told us that "software updating required for this handset and she has done it and told me that matter is solved." on next day i faced same problem and the matter was not resolved. Again on 11th-jan-19, i met with counter no.- 2 and explain her the matter. She told me that to take all backup for software updating. After taking all backup files, i met on 14th-jan-19 at counter no. - 3. After verification she told me that some component needs to change which are not available with them. She raised incident for that and she will informed us for rectifications within 3 days.

              No call from their end. Again on 18th-jan-19, i met at counter no. – 12 and explain him the whole matter. He told us that software updating required. After updating the software, he told us that use for few days and report to him the status.

              On 21st-jan-19 – again i reported to counter no. – 12 that status are same. He told us to come on next day to change the battery and take screenshot from time to time. At 7 : 25 pm battery – 80%. On 22nd-jan-19 at 10 :59 am – 3%, at 3 : 03 pm – 3%. After insert charging cod – at 3 : 04 – 50%.

              On 22nd-jan-19 – counter no. – 12 told us that mother board and battery will be replaced. Please sign on the document. On that i propose – no need to change the mother board. You please replace the handset. Counter no. – 12 denied to replace and he introduced us with hhp manager (Counter no. -6) mr. Amit ghosh for further communication.

              Mr. Amit ghosh also propose to change the mother board and battery. But i denied and ask him to replace the handset. On 22nd-jan-19 mr. Amit told us that he is writing a mail with attaching the invoice copy to the higher management for replace and it will take 24 hours for reply of the higher management.

              Again on 23rd-jan-19 i met with mr. Amit ghosh. He told us that higher management are not ready to change the handset. You please change the mother board and battery.

              At that time i request to mr. Ghosh to give us such a document that i reporting you continuously and follow up for solution from 24th-dec-2018. Then he told us please come on tomorrow for call register.

              On 24th-jan-19 i again reported him for call register. He gave us a docket no. – [protected] dated 24th-jan-2019 and told us that “i will report to our higher management with all backup and you may write a email to our higher management.”

              So i would like to have your help to replace this handset as early as possible. Because from the day beginning, i have been customer support about the problem which seems like a manufacturing defect. Also i don't want to go for repairing of the handset as it is new.

              I am also attaching the invoice copy the handset along with this.

                Dear all,
                We are still waiting for the visit of your team as till today we are not received any information that on what ground we received the details (On mail) as per the samsung technical team.

                This is really pathetic that after so may mail/ calls / reminder mails we are not getting any proper response with site visit to justify the scenario.
                So now what...?

                Should i start sending the mail to all media just to let them know what the higher management doing as they really not bother to reverts on mail’s.

                As the gurugram team is really not at all responsive and moreover they are not even interested to talk.
                We need case clearance asap else we have no alternates only to put all facts and fraud done by the samsung team in front of media and indian judiciary system.

                  I had given my Samsung Mobile (J8) to Nungambakkam Service Center on 05/01/2019 My Bill No is [protected]. Then i check online status on 09/01/2019, Its shows my mobile repair has been completed and kindly get your mobile from required service center and also i got a call from customer care they also told me to get my mobile from service center. Then i went to Nungabakkam service center, but they are saying my mobile will not cover on warranty. Till now i didnt get back my mobile. Then I filed a complaint against that Nungambakkam service center in their Samsung customer care, but they are also saying my mobile will not be repair under warranty. I bought this mobile on 12/08/2018. My mobile was repaired on 21/12/2018. I really don’t understand how the Touch will be failure within 4 months? I am true to my heart, that I didn’t drop my mobile in water or any other liquid substances. If I dropped my mobile in water means I will not come here and complaint about their company. They issued defect mobile to me and now they are framing me as a faulty person. More over they ask 10000 rupees to repair my mobile. My mobile cost is 18990 rupees. How can I give 10000 rupees to repair my defect mobile? It’s embarrassing to me. I feel too sad about this Incident. Samsung customer service center is a fraud center. Always they are saying water is lagging in the mobile. Not only to me, they are saying same dialogue to all the customer who all are visiting to the service center. So i kindly request you to repair my mobile under warranty. With this complaint I had attached my bill copy and online status for your reference.

                  On Saturday (4/2/2019) I received a call from samsung customer care, her name was Kamna. I didn't happy with her conversation. She threatened me to pay the amount to repair my mobile. She also supporting to the company, and saying my mobile will not cover under warranty. They are not willing to listen my words. Its disgusting to me. They issued a defect mobile and now not repairing my mobile and pushing all blame on myself. I want my mobile to be repair under warranty. Can anyone suggest a possible solution to this problem?

                  Till now my problem not been solved. i feel so sad. That customer care employee girl(KAMNA) is threatening me to pay the amount to repair my mobile. I am not satisfied with her conversation. She is framing me as a culprit. If i made a mistake means, i will not come here to complaint against the company. They is playing with me, because in service center they told 10, 000 to repair my mobile, but that customer care girl raised that amount to around 15, 000 to repair my mobile. This is disgusting to me. I feel really bad, its embarrassing to me, i cant bear these anymore. She is not taking care of the customer. They are always looting the money from their customer. I really dont know, How the 10, 000 become 15, 000. This shows the Samsung company is fraud company. Here after i will not buy any samsung product in my life time and also suggest me friends and family circle to avoid samsung product. because they are cheating their valuable customer. They issued a defect mobile to me and not replacing the mobile. Now need a full warranty for my mobile. I will nor compromise in that . Please find me a good solution as soon as possible. With this i also attached the mail what i received from the samsung company.

                  So far i tried my level best but nobody is understanding from my point of view. I am true to my heart. I am not done anything wrong in my case. If i make a mistake means i will not mail you again and again. So far i had a conversation with 4 poeple. But my problem not been solved. They issued me a defect handset and asking me to pay another 15000 to repair my mobile. I will not tolerate this anymore. I need full warranty for my mobile. There is no liquid lock in my mobile on my delivery. I know how to use a mobile. You people are cheating me and stealing money from me. Consider my case as a special one and do favour to me.

                    I have front loading samsung eco bubble wash machine, capacity 6 kg, which is not even 6 years old. Suddenly the drum stared noise so i called the samsung service centre and the technician said that the hub is broken and it will cost rs[protected]. He also said that this is the life of the drum. If this is the case hen what is the point in buying such an expensive machine. Buying a new one is better than repairing this which will have only 1 year warranty. At the time of purchase we were never told that the drum will have only 5 years warranty. I would request samsung to help me and repair it at a reasonable cost.

                      I am a happy Samsung customer three years ago. I used to prefer to buy only Samsung products. Even I usually recommend to my friends to buy only Samsung home appliances.

                      In 2015 we planned to buy TV and we consulted a better Samsung model and we found Samsung LED TV ( UA32H5100 ). We bought the same thing with a lot of enthusiasm. At first, everything went well and then the problem started. After two years, we faced a problem that prevented us from seeing the picture clearly. So we raised a ticket to the Samsung Customer Service Center to send a representative to check the problem. He has come and without troubleshooting the problem properly, he just changed the settings by increasing the brightness, the contrast and everything seems to go for the moment. With this fix, he advised that if the same problem occurs next time, we must then replace the display part. A few days later, the same problem occurred and we changed the same settings change, but the answer is zero. Thus, through the representative's advice, we considered changing the display, we checked with the Samsung service center and they told the costs of display part is about $ 16, 000. We were shocked by the response of Samsung's customer service. We used this TV for 3 years and we did not use it very hard. If we only used the TV for three years, we would have chosen other local brands instead of taking the best brand in the market. We need an appropriate justification for this to continue with the same brand.

                      I'm waiting for an answer from you that makes me smile to get out of this problem.

                        A girl called me and she has asked me that Samsung company is giving you Samsung Galaxy J6 smart phone in 4800 Rs. only. Company is giving this phone under its promotion offer. She has taken my nearest post office address. She also said that you cannot open the parcel before making payment.
                        Now on 29 January 2019, the parcel has arrived at post office secvtor 11, pratap nagar. Parcel consignment number is EZ[protected]IN.
                        I have read the customer reviews on similar frauds on consumer complaint forum. Now, I will not make any payment for this consignment as I know that this is a fraud call.

                        But this is my request from Samsung Company to take legal action against such persons, as it is damaging the name and reputation of company.

                        According to talks with them, I felt that they have their full team. Appropriate action should be taken against such persons.

                          My name is Puja Tandon from Kolkata .I was facing problem with my refrigerator (water was leaking)so I logged a complaint with Samsung customer care and I was assured that their technician will contact me and will visit and rectify my problem.That v same day I received a call saying he is a technician from Samsung he gave me exact information about my fridge and had my location .I was not home so I told him to go and do the work as my helper was at home .This person comes and replaces one part and charges me 3020/.Then I notice that my fridge is not cooling at all .I gave contacted the customer service many times but no one has attended my problem .I want to know how my correct information gets leaked out and is passed to a technician who is not from Samsung.I would request you to please look into this asap.

                            I stay in kochi and we had purchased electronic samsung door locks few years back, recently they all stopped working.in october, 2018 we had given it for repair to their service centre, we keep calling and they keep saying they havent found the parts yet, it's been 4-5 months now and all our doors are unsecured and accesssible. Didn;'t think a company of such high repute would provide such horrible service.
                            All they want is money and not to see if customer's satisfation is met or not.

Barrackpur, the merchant has told me to get rs. 3000/ cash back on hdfc card and zero interest cost emi for 9 months. But actually i had completed the transaction of rs 33990/ on hdfc crad but the card has charged interest of 14% so that the emi will be rs. 4000/ p. M. For next 9 months. Therefore i'll be paid rs. 2010/ extra as interest. So please take a necessary adjustment to wave my interest amount.

                                I purchased front load 8kg washing machine yet not completed 3 months.
                                It has been went to the workshop @ rajnagar ghaziabad.

                                With scrath i receive my washing machine. On 23.1.19..

                                Now today 26.01.19 i am operating my machine.
                                But not able to run washing machine due to workshop activity they have taken out the rubber grip iron ring.

                                It is my observation due to looseness of the rubber the detergent solution has been came out from the machine.

                                I had a words with workshop supervisor amzad, his way of speaking is totally unprofessional. He is giving me example of holiday and compairing me with himself.

                                I will remain a doubt while sending machine at your workshop that your employees with take the new machine parts and uses and replace with old ones.

                                I want a enquiry that i complaint on 20.1.19 for motor and why they have taken out this rubber grip iron ring.

                                I contacted to your customer support escalate this issue.
                                Had words with shobha, she told they will take necessary action against workshop.

                                Just let me know who will do rely on you if your post purchase service is like a theft.

                                Its a fault of amzad who is supervisor at workshop they are doing this activity.

                                  I, dr. K. Shanthi residing at alwal, secunderabad would like to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased “samsung fridge ff rt2935tnbbl” double door black color frost free fridge @ rs.24, 700/- vide invoice no : bp/1213/cr-3181 dt. 27.05.2012 from tirumala music centre (P) ltd, begumpet, hyderabad with a view of samsung being international brand having good reputation and service backup.

                                  I humbly request you to kindly go through the below text patiently to find a solution for my problem.

                                  My bitter experience with samsung fridge has started from the very first day.

                                  1. After the delivery and installation of the fridge, we have noticed a big dent/fold at the front bottom side of the fridge (Which was a manufacturing defect as the dent was nicely painted) and the same was brought to the notice of the dealer. The dealer took 3 to 4 days for replacing the same with another piece after due inspection for establishing whether it is a mfg. Defect or not. We had no issues with the fridge since then.
                                  2. Recently during july / august-2018 it started giving problems like formation of water droplets in fruits and veg. Compartment and slowly the qty. Started increasing and becoming too cool, because of which the contents started getting spoiled.
                                  3. We have registered a complaint during aug-2018 and your service center and the same was directed to m/2. Anish techno services, tarnaka, hyderabad, but they took more than a week to attend the problem. After checking the fridge by one of the service technician, he informed that a part (Thermostat) needs to be replaced and also indicated that the same is out of stock and took 4 more days to replace it through another service technician by name mr. Sandeep. Finally on 23.08.2018 the part was replaced and told that the knob to rotate the same is not working and said that samsung would not supply the same as neither they manufacture nor procure the knob and that is the fate of proud owner of rs.25 k fridge.
                                  4. After replacing the thermostat i have paid rs.871/- (Rs.517/- for part and rs.354/- for labor) vide their cash receipt no. 9856 dt. 23.08.2018, your service technician mr. Sandeep tried to adjust the temperature using a “nose plier”. As the problem was still persisting, he made a couple of visits and could not solve the problem of formation of water droplets in the entire fridge. He then took the help of a senior service technician and flushed the drain system to verify any clogging exists and informed that the fridge is ok. But the problem still not solved. As i was continuously following up with them, after a couple of weeks they have visited again and raised the height of the front of the fridge by keeping 2 tiles under the fridge stand with an idea of water to drain easily to back side.
                                  5. After this exercise the performance of the fridge has become worst from bad and now ice is being formed in the veg. And fruit compartment and the contents are becoming too chilled. I again contacted m/s. Anish techno services who have attended the problem, but our requests were in vain and they have informed that the service warranty is only for 3 months and no warranty on the replaced part and advised me to log a complaint again with samsung call centre. I was requesting them to depute a service technician to check the problem as the same was not solved ever since the part was replaced and informed that they would charge rs.350/- towards technician visit charges.
                                  6. With all the above explained facts, i came to an understanding that
                                  A. I need to have “nose plier” to rotate the thermostat as knob is not working (As samsung don’t replace knob) and i really don’t have any idea as to what extent and direction the same is to be rotated.
                                  B. Now i really doubt the integrity and service capability of samsung as they have failed in solving a simple problem even after taking 1 month of their sweet time as after replacement of the “thermostat” the problem has worsened as earlier only water droplets used to form before replacement of the thermostat and now it is forming ice in all the trays after replacement.
                                  C. I have never expected such a casual and non technical / professional approach by a market leader like samsung towards solving a small issue.
                                  D. I finally attribute the failure of resolving my fridge problem either
                                   the spare replaced is a spurious or faulty one or
                                   due to the incapability / casual approach of your service engineers

                                  Now i request your good selves to kindly advice me how to go about solving the issue at the earliest. I also request you to kindly arrange for replacement of the faulty thermostat supplied and depute a capable service engineer immediately.

                                  Hi Samsung,

                                  With regard to my complaint number [protected] on the replacement of refrigerator compressor, although its still under warranty, customer care has refused to replace till now stating product is stopped manufacturing. I have purchased the Samsung double door refrigeration in 29th Dec 2012 with a cost of 51K. Its only 8 years and its compressor has gone faulty. Samsung has provided 10 years warrant and now they say this model compressor is not being manufactured!!

                                    On 22.1.19 I visited Samsung Patel Nagar service centre New Delhi since my phone Samsung N7pro was frequently getting hanged. They changed the software w times and charged me 177 and assured me my phone will be fine after that. Afterwards the same problem continued and they then demanded that the mother should be changed. But my phone had no physical damage that required mother board to be changed. When i enqured abt it in samsung coustomer care on 25.1.19 to complaint about this the coustomer care[protected] executive namely Nisha was reluctant to lodge a complaint nor she was ready to transfer the call to a higher officer who could address redressel. She also behaved unruly.

                                        Dear Sirs,
                                        I bought a S 7 EDGE on 23/ 06/ 2016 at a total cost of Rs 53, 500/-, the best Samsung phone at the time. Scanned copy of the Invoice is attached.
                                        On 24 Dec 18, my phone exploded while I was listening to music. I was fortunate that I did not suffer any physical injury. But my phone split in to two, battery bulged and the display and back cover was completely damaged. The explosion could have caused physical injury and fire, and collateral damages.
                                        I chatted with Samsung Customer care on 24/25 Dec 18 and I was advised to contact the local service center at Ernakulam (Kochi), Kerala. As advised, I immediately contacted the local service center and submitted my phone on 26 Dec 18. Acknowledgement of deposit of phone with Job ID [protected] dated 26 Dec 18 is attached.
                                        I have since had no response from the local service center. I stated that the phone was a faulty product and I felt that I was cheated despite going for a premium product, which I hope means that I am a premium customer. Enquiries reveal that there have been numerous instances of the SAMSUNG phones manufactured in 2016 having exploded. So I feel that the phone should be replaced free of cost with a similar model, considering that I have been a loyal customer, as well as a premium customer of SAMSUNG Mobile Phones. I would prefer not to have the same model of the phone, as I am now scared that it will explode again. Numerous attempts to contact the local service center did not yield any result. They kept insisting that the case has been referred to their Head office (Chennai?). I am attaching the screen shot of my chat with Samsung Customer also. Please zoom in using the mouse. Tracking as on date Shows that my case is STILL IN PROGRESS
                                        I can forward recordings of the conversation with the local service center as well as pictures of the exploded phone on demand or you can obtain the same from your local service center.
                                        It is now one month since the incident. I am really disappointed that Samsung has chosen not even to contact me.
                                        I hope you will respond to me at the earliest, with a fair proposal.
