I purchased two air conditioners from reliance digital vidyaranyapura pura road, near najappa circle, bangalore.560097 on 11/02/19.
People from reliance digital came for installation on 17/02/19. Sunday
In the first instance they fitted 1.5 ton ac to 1 ton compressor by sheer negligence. But cutting the connecting screws telling that they are unsure.
Next when they went to connect the 1.5 ton compressor and the 1 ton ac the same problem occured. Now also they went to cut the connecting pipes for which i objected. Then i came to know that the ac has been wrongly fitted. They accepted their mistake. Now once again they interchanged the ac and fitted. They are telling that no gas is leaked. They only had told that once we fit ac if we want to shift the entire gas gas to be refilled and now they are telling no is no gas wastage.
Added to this the machine is making lot of noise during operation. When we asked about this they are telling that all samsung ac machinery will make noise. Before selling their instrument they told that the machine is 11 pole and noise free. Now they are telling that all samsung ac will make noise. That are not listening to our pleads
Added to this there is no backup light in the remote and it is very difficult to operate during night when we are sleeping. If we want to make slight adjustment we have to switch on the room light and then use the remote. This is too bad. Hence u request samsung company to give justice to me. You should send samsung technicians to install the machine and not the technicians from reliance. If not your company will loose reputation.
Many local models like voltas, toshiba ac are running smoothly without any noise. They why samsung which is much costlier than local models make so much noise
Please give justice to me or refund my money so that i will purchase local models at a much cheaper rate and save money

      I had purchased a Refrigerator of Samsung 253 L 2 Star Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator (RT28M3022S8, Elegant Inox, Inverter Compressor) ten month ago.but due to some reason from past few days the fridge was not getting cooled.So i had logged a request in samsung customer care on 18th feb 2019.and on the same engineer had visited the fridge in my house .and he told that there is rat bite issue in near drainage pipe. and he told me that rest is ok and he taken the multiple pictures of that part.but on the next day he was saying that upper circuit having some issue and not other things, so i told him that, will it get replaced ?then he told that he will try his best, but nothing has happened, i had taken 6 days follow-up with samsung cusomer care, their enginner and higher level of samsung person, but they are only saying that warranty not cover rat bite .but i told them that issue is not there where rat has bitten but on circuit.but they are straight away rejecting the claim.So it is not justice according to me buying a fridge worth of Rs.23000/- and even in warranty period they are not providing me any solution

        Hi, i had registered the complain that my fridge shelve is broken and would like a replacement for it.
        On this the customer service executive informed me that an engineer would visit and check and charges would be applied and then he would order the shelf and i have to pay additional cost of the shelve too...
        When i went to the service centre in thiruvananthapuram they said they cannot order a glass shelve and i would have to register a complain with the customer service and the whole the engineer would come home and the story... Continues.
        I don't understand what science will the engineer be looking in my fridge's broken shelf when the problem is very clear that i need a new shelf. I already mentioned the model number/ year of manufacture during my registration to service centre and customer executive. As per my knowledge only this is required to be filled in the form n submitted for an order of an replacement item in a particular model.
        Why can't they do it?
        Why does an engineer need to visit my home n look into my refrigerator?
        Just to charge me service charges + tax? For a problem i already know. Samsung has a rip-off after sale service and no use service center's who cannot order a glass shelf.

          Complain lodged dt 11 feb vide no [protected], attended by service centre on 11, 14, 15 16, 17, first pcb was replaced, then two way valve was replaced and fresh gas was filled, problem remained same. Then fridge was taken to service centre workshop. Till date it has not yet been rectified. Now till wed time is being asked. Some new type of pcb which will come from somewhere will be replaced then it will be put on trial.
          I am sorry to say that even after 12 days fridge could not be rectified.
          As per my earlier complaint madam sapana srivastava is looking after my case from head office side
          Request kindly do the needful at the earliest.
          Needless to say that i am a retired govt official facing hardship due to non availability of fridge.

              Almost 4days back samsung technician visited our home for washing machine not working properly. Where he found that the capacitor need to be replaced. He said after 3days part will be available. But yet no response from there side. Is this type of service samsung providing to customer. I am unable to wash the cloth.
              By this way they are spoiling the company name.

                While cleaning the glass shelf if the fridge after following the instructions it just blasted on my hand. Giving me injuries on my hand and feet. The quality of the glass shelf is so poor how can such a big company put their customers life in risk. I got bad bruises in my right hand and the entire kitchen was scattered with small pieces of glass. Why do they use such cheap quality glass. If they can't use good quality glass then use fibre at least which is safe. Please replace this shelf that has given me shock of my life.

                  I have purchased a semsung led on 18th sept., 2018 from m/s govindam enterprises, shivpuri-d, jhotwara, jaipur-302012. Two lines are displaying on my led screen. I have compalint about this on feb 10, 2019. Vide complaint no. [protected]. An engineer has come and check the led. The behave is not proper of your engineer. His name is rajendra and his mob. No. Is [protected]. I provide him the copy of invoice of led. He assur me that your complain will solve about 7-10 days. But my led is repair till date. When i call the custmer care. I know that my complaint is rejected. I asked the reason. The reply is "you have provide the document" i have provide proper document to engineer mr. Rajendra. It seems that he has not report properly. Pl. Solve my complaint as early. Otherwise i must chose second option.

                    I bought a new headset that is galaxy a7 as gift to my mom, a day after use she started complaining that there was an issue with voice that when she talks over earphone voice gets cut off sometimes and sometimes the voice level goes to very minur so she tried using other earphones and same issue persisted, so than i verified it myself and realised that yes it was actually happening so as the phone was just one day old i thought let's get it replaced why would you wanna pay for a defected piece of headset so i walked up to the store i bought it from and they said we would have to go to samsung service and they would provide us with a letter and than only they can replace current headset so went to samsung service center they tried calling using the earphones and that moment it was working fine, so insisted that the headset be replaced cause the issue is been taking place since a while now but they said that they cannot do so and they can try doing a software update that may help but what it is the point in having a phone which may have such issues in future as well and on top of that post 7 days i cannot even replace it so basically my problem here is that samsung as brand should take customers word in such cases as i have been a long term customer with samsung since many years and wasn't expecting such customer service from samsung so frustrated with such an answer i left from the service center, if my phone is not replaced which is due to genuine issue i don't think i would like to deal with samsung anymore after such an incident and would also encourage everyone else i know robert to deal with such brand anymore.

                        My j7 max that I purchase from a retail dealer had mic issues after a few months o[censored]sage. So as per warranty hoping I will get repair I went to the only service center for Samsung at Imphal. They got my device inspected and told me that I got my liquid problem as a result of my mic was damaged and not working. So I told them to repair it. they told me, " i will be charged Rs 600 and I have to sign no defaulter sign in case of the device not working? " what is this thing called I had to pay for repairing and if not work then it should my risk ? is this how Samsung work across the globe. lately, another mobile of Samsung was purchased new in my family hardly of 1-month usage the USB charging point doesn't work and they are telling the same ### of charging 800 rs and own risk signage for a device not work after repair. this zero claim workability of Samsung phone repairing needs to be ban. they will open your phone and made it void without any jobsheet.. this need to be taken thoroughly banned.

                          I have bought samsung galaxy m20 on 15th feb 2019 from samsung online store, within 2 hours o[censored]sing the device it started restarting automatically, initially i thought it was due to new device and all, but even after 1 day o[censored]se the auto restart problem dint solve,
                          I contacted their customer care they adviced me to visit their service centre, in the service centre they kept my device for 1 day, next day they called me, i went they said device is working fine, since last 24 hours there has been no restart, now my point is i[censored] don't use it, use it for calling or browsing etc why will it restart, the mobile restarts only when it is used,
                          The service centre gave me the mobile back, and within just 1 hour o[censored]sing the device again restarted, it is so severe that i am unable to use it at all, while on call it wll restart, while browsing it will restart, i have contacted their customer care again, yet got no response,
                          The device is new just 5 days old, why cant it be replaced, i am not calling or visit their service centre for timepass, there is genuinely some defect with their device that's why i am doing all this.
                          Please help me in getting the issue resolved, i have spent rs 13000 on the device and yet unable to use it, i just want an immediate refund of money,

                          They took 7 days to acknowledge the mobile was defective, for which I had to make 4 visits to the service centre, send numerous emails to samsung. It was declared defective by the service centre, but they dint keep the defective handset with them, they returned it back to me. Then I had to followup with Samsung again, and wait for 3 days for the mobile being picked up back from me, after pick up again followup for being received or not, it took 2 days to receive the mobile from me to their warehouse in the same city, then after another 10 days I got the refund in my bank. really a fast and swift experience (sarcasm)

                            So far i tried my level best but nobody is understanding from my point of view. I am true to my heart. I am not done anything wrong in to my mobile. If i make a mistake means i will not mail you again and again. Already i registered this complaint, but till now my problem not been solved. So only i again register new complaint to this site. I hope this time my problem get resolved. So far i had a conversation with 4 people. But my problem not been solved. They issued me a defect handset and asking me to pay another 15000 to repair my mobile. I will not tolerate this anymore. I need full warranty for my mobile. There is no liquid lock in my mobile on my delivery. I know how to use a mobile. You people are cheating me and stealing money from me. Consider my case as a special one and do favor to me.

                                Fridge RT 42, complaint no [protected], top compartment full cooling, bottom compartment 25%cooling, attended by service centre, first PCB was replaced, no effect, then two way valve replaced, fresh gas charged, still condition same .
                                Less cooling in bottom compartment, Samsung customer care was informed on 11feb vide above mentioned complaint no. attended by service center on same day and informed that bottom valve is not getting opened, first PCB will be replaced, otherwise valve and fresh gas will be charged . PCB replaced on 15th, no improvement, on 16th valve and gas was charged, after 12 hrs no effect . Problem remain same .

                                      I purchased one lcd tv in the year 2011 with model no la32d550k and serial no. 19993znb602300.
                                      The display is damaged now. It shows white strikes throughout the display screen.
                                      The service engineer told me that approx. Rs. 20, 000/- is the repairing cost of the display.
                                      I think that the price of a new tv is less than the amount mentioned. So it is just a funny policy to repair and rather insist indirectly to buy a new one.
                                      How the life of a tv is just 7.5 years even for a reputed company like samsung? I do not find the answer. I have other products of samsung. Definitely, i will not buy any samsung products in near future.
