I am fed up of your customer support ĺ have bought s10+ in pre order offer in india. From last 4 days your customer support is playing nasty games to avoid support and juggling me from one source to another. I fell like my step for moving towards samsung was a ridiculous step by me. I am still not able to avail the offer. This is literally mental harrassment by you team

Very pathetic support from the brand. Do not care even to answer mail even after 48 hours. More over when you raise a complaint on chat they insist you call customer care saying they limited information, when you call customer care they dose same diverting you put a mail and when you mail no one tends to reply. When you call them again they say to put another mail. Same thing goes on and on. We now should reliase these brand are not service friendly they only tend to lure and loot customer.

    We had purchased samsung refrigerator model # rt40mams a few years ago.
    Recently, we encountered an issue with the gasket in refrigerator compartment and lodged a complaint with samsung customer care for support. The service executive visited and suggested changing the gasket, which we readily agreed to. However, he informed that new gasket is not available with samsung and the company cannot do anything to resolve our problem.

    This is very surprising that a corporation such as samsung does not have spares of their own products and deny repair even when a customer is ready to bear the cost.

    This leaves us with no other options than to dump this refrigerator as samsung cannot fix it.

    Such service is not in line with standards expected from a company like samsung.

      Iam bought samsung LED Tv 32 size, in Peravurani kumar tv shop on 03.03.2019, tv stand fitting delay by the Samsung fitting workers, but he tell comimg onthe way and wait for one hour repeatedly. Iam many time inform about its pattukottai Samsung company and Thanjavur Samsung manager not take any steps. So quickly take action necessary. Iam mentally affected by your workers.

        Problem:
        I own a samsung led tv model code ua43m5570aumxl, bearing serial # 0a5s3zeja00068n. Couple of weeks back i purchased a blaupunkt sound bar model sbw-01. I am connecting my tv to sound bar using hdmi arc and optical out as bluetooth connect from tv is not working though any other bluetooth device connects to sound bar fine including samsung engineer's mobile. Lets leave aside the bluetooth issue aside for now. Using hdmi arc or optical output the volume on the soundbar is much lower than expected, if i use the tv speaker that volume is much higher that the output from tv to soundbar. Soundbar connecting directly using bluetooth from any device including samsung engineer's mobile the volume is as expected. If i perform self diagnosis from tv for sound with output to external speakers the volume is as expected. But the volume is low from satellite feed or if i watch anything on internet on tv.

        This done till now:

        So i called samsung phone support on 16-feb-2019 and remote access of my tv was taken, factory reset of setting was done and still the problem existed. Support analyst created a service request#[protected]. The engineer arrived at home same day, thanks for quick response. But no solution was offered. On of my neighbor is also owning same tv model, so we tried the sound bar on his tv and same issue existed. I was not satisfied with the solution and a swat engineer came to visit. He also accepted that there is a issue with the sound output that is being sent from the tv is low. He suggested to try the soundbar on a non samsung tv, so i tried it on a sony tv where the soundbar worked perfectly. Same feedback was provided to the swat engineer and support desk. They said they will check further. This carried on for more than a week and on 28-feb-2019 i am told that nothing further can be done on my complaint. I had also explored the write to ceo option on your website for this. I think either this a software bug or some hardware setting which is restricting the sound output

        Expectation:

        Samsung should provide solution to the issue where the tv should send correct output to soundbar. When the complaint was logged tv was in warranty now warranty has expired this week

        I have also done lot of research on internet and lot of people had similar issue,

        Please investigate this seriously, I am tired of hearing that we cannot do anything

        One more thing I tried today after going through above forums online which proves that the issue is with TV software or hardware is that if I mirror my TV with my mobile and sound output as HDMI ARC to soundbar the volume of the song played is as expected, but as soon as I switch back to normal TV again the volume is low. I think this is enough information for samsung to investigate the matter further.

        Today got a call from Samsung support, Vaishali who is saying she is a manager said no solution can be offered for the issue despite providing so many evidences for the issue above and also samsung senior engineer accepting it is a problem. Since this issue is not specific to soundbar Samsung support is not ready to test my tv with samsung soundbar as they know it is an issue with the TV. She was not even ready to arrange a call with samsung technical support or her manager. Pathetic support from Samsung.

          I have purchased the samsung ac in 2015 model no. Ar18jc3hbwk/2015, but after its purchase, it's giving me only trouble and not cooling. Within 1 year of its purchase in 2016 summer, it stopped cooling after i contacted service center they came and took the ac and after 1 week when they returned and install the ac without mentioning the problem it again stopped cooling after 2 days of its reinstallation. They charged me for delivery charges also.
          They don't even give a response to my phone calls. Again in 2018 ac stopped cooling and after the lodging of complaint they ask us to bring the ac to the service center and after there so called repairing work they charged me rs. 2242/- but the problem not solved.in 2019 feb also i again complained as summer days are coming they again charged me 500/- for transportation but still my problem not solved.
          The service center of bhilai c. G. Is just fooling the customer's un the name of service and their engineers is highly un-capable in solving the problems.
          I stay in kolkata and my parents alone (Sr. Citizen) stays in bhilai c. G. And have to deal with this irresponsible employees and engineers of samsung service center.
          I request you to solve the problem as it's still in warranty period, else i have to go to the consumer form.

            We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
            As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

              1. On 20 february 2019 i had given my phone for a check as it was not working at your samsung service center @ sharad kunj, talopali, thane.
              2. Your service checked it & i was told that the display had a fault & the display had to be replaced. I agreed for the repair. For this i was charged rs. 2393/-. The phone seemed to be working ok. I was told there was a 90 day warranty on the replaced lcd screen
              3. Later while the phone was in use it's screen suddenly when blank after a day & stopped working
              4. I brought it back to your service center on 25th feb. I was told to wait. I waited for more than an hour then i left.
              5. Later when i rung them up at 6.30 pm. They said the dispaly need to be replaced again & since it was not in stock they are ordering another which will take 2-3 days
              6. The next day when i checked up they told me the pcb has a problem & needs to be replaced at a cost of rs. 3000/- plus
              7. I said i would not want to do that, since there is no gaurantee that the phone would work
              8. When i told the samsung service center personnel that since it was hardly a week since i repaired the phone & it has stopped working i should be refunded for the display paid by me on 20th & they should take back the display.
              9. I pointed to them i had paid for the repair of the phone & not the display (That the display was chaged was incidental). Since the phone hardly worked for 3 days after repair i should get a refund.
              10. I further pointed out that how is that i was not told about the other problem initially, which shows that the phone was not checked properly & this is not what i expect from samsung.
              11. If i had been given a proper estimate of the amount i would have pay, then i could have taken a decision to repair the phone or buy a new one.
              12. Your staff at the service center bluntly refused, saying that they had already billed me & it could not be taken back
              13. What it means is i have spent rs. 2400/- for nothing, i could have invested the same or lesser on a feature phone.
              14.in this entire episode samsung has behaved like a small time grey shop operator
              15. I had a faith in samsung name - my washing machine, fridge, microwave are from samsung but now that faith has been broken after this episode & the microwave incident earlier. I will stop buying samsung

                Currently using samsung note 9, we have given a service repair request for screen cracked issue no one contacted yet for the pickup, we are always upgrading our phone to new series. The first time we are facing this type of cheating from samsung. We trust your brand. I have attached the log sheet for your reference, kindly check and assist on priority. Yesterday i spoke with one of your customer care executive mr. Dharanikumar and he told there is no option to pick up in our pin code 682024, we are using your brand from the beginning of samsung and upgrading while launching all new models. While i have a note 8 mobile, pick up boy was visited our pin code (Office location), this location is edapally, the main part of kochi, you can not solve this single issue within 24 hours we will share our bad experience with social media and planning to lodge a complaint to consumer court.

                Today morning i got a call from your team and he promised me to get a call back 02:00 o clock and i revived call from 01:34 pm to 01:053, actually i was in inside mosque for juma prayer, i couldn't attend the call, can you please reach me back once again .i tried to contact that number, however unable to connect.

                  Note: all delivery charges have been dully paid over here in uk while you will be responsible for any local charges to be incurred by the delivery officer in delivering your master card to you in india (Alan r. Brand), the only payment you are to pay is the amount of (Rs. 18, 900 inr) for the registration of your card with the indian government, the payment has to be made to the imf department in delhi so when the delivery officer gets to the imf office, he will contact you and give you the necessary information to proceed.

                    I purchased samsung fridge (Rt 34 m3954r7) on december 31, 2018 (Copy of the bill enclosed herewith) from shahs, chennai. Within seven months we encountered a problem and made a complaint on (27 july 2018) with the reference number [protected]. The same was serviced by your technical people. Again second time we faced similar problem and made a complaint on (3 october 2018) with the reference number [protected] and also asked them to replace the fridge because within two months the same problem cropped up. However your company’s customer service people informed that it is not possible and only a small correction is required.

                    For the third time again the fridge started giving problems and the same was complained (23 feb 2019) reference number [protected] and again contacted your office with the reference number ([protected]) dated 28 feb 2019. However your service people are reluctant to attend to the problem and not giving any solution.

                    Please note that i purchased this fridge for its brand value and customer services. However to our dismay both the things failed and we are facing inconvenience and hardship and is causing mental agony to us.

                    I request you to attend to this problem on top priority either by replacing the fridge or by rectifying the defect and ensuring that the problem does not arise in near future. If this request is not considered, i will be constrained to approach consumer court to find suitable remedy.

                      I had bought a samsung level u to help and support my daily call routine. But suddenly the on/off and charge light stopped working and since it was still connecting i was using that trusting the brand even i had visited the service station for the same they said it was due to light issue but everything is fine i trusted and started using with out those lights and later a month it stopped connecting. After it didn't work after constant follow ups service centre said they can't follow up neither the product which is covered under warranty was not replaced only because of a bit flexy damage near the product.                             Hi team,

                            This is rajendra tavhare. I have been using smasung galaxy a8 with no problems and also happily... Suddenly before 3 weeks i get the update on my mobile... And i did... And problems started...
                            1) mobile excessively heating while using or just put on internet only... (Before update there was no problem like that..).
                            2) mobile battery would be drain in 2-3 hours (Before that # update i was use mobile whole day (Once charged) without charging.).
                            3) when i m using headphone and those are samsung original headphones automatically anything happens like mobile will make calls... Or automatically starts or stop song or next song... What is happening.
                            4) and mobile started lagging.

                            I am big fan of samsung mobile. But samsung disappointed me.

                            If you are well tested or not sure about your updates then why would you release them... We do not expect that thing from... Huge company like samsung...

                            I tried every way possible samsung customer support told me to do
                            I called to samsung care they told me to reset your mobile setting firstly
                            Then second time they told me to format your device... And did both of that thing... And one more thing sansung care told me they will release on software update as soon as possible for your mobile... But samsung did'nt.
                            I tried all the way and finnally i decided to go for cunsumerforum

                            I dont know how but samsung should take care of my complaint and must do whats rightfull and needful. I still belive on samsung

                                I purchased two air conditioners from reliance digital vidyaranyapura pura road, near najappa circle, bangalore.560097 on 11/02/19.
                                People from reliance digital came for installation on 17/02/19. Sunday
                                In the first instance they fitted 1.5 ton ac to 1 ton compressor by sheer negligence. But cutting the connecting screws telling that they are unsure.
                                Next when they went to connect the 1.5 ton compressor and the 1 ton ac the same problem occured. Now also they went to cut the connecting pipes for which i objected. Then i came to know that the ac has been wrongly fitted. They accepted their mistake. Now once again they interchanged the ac and fitted. They are telling that no gas is leaked. They only had told that once we fit ac if we want to shift the entire gas gas to be refilled and now they are telling no is no gas wastage.
                                Added to this the machine is making lot of noise during operation. When we asked about this they are telling that all samsung ac machinery will make noise. Before selling their instrument they told that the machine is 11 pole and noise free. Now they are telling that all samsung ac will make noise. That are not listening to our pleads
                                Added to this there is no backup light in the remote and it is very difficult to operate during night when we are sleeping. If we want to make slight adjustment we have to switch on the room light and then use the remote. This is too bad. Hence u request samsung company to give justice to me. You should send samsung technicians to install the machine and not the technicians from reliance. If not your company will loose reputation.
                                Many local models like voltas, toshiba ac are running smoothly without any noise. They why samsung which is much costlier than local models make so much noise
                                Please give justice to me or refund my money so that i will purchase local models at a much cheaper rate and save money

                                    I had purchased a Refrigerator of Samsung 253 L 2 Star Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator (RT28M3022S8, Elegant Inox, Inverter Compressor) ten month ago.but due to some reason from past few days the fridge was not getting cooled.So i had logged a request in samsung customer care on 18th feb 2019.and on the same engineer had visited the fridge in my house .and he told that there is rat bite issue in near drainage pipe. and he told me that rest is ok and he taken the multiple pictures of that part.but on the next day he was saying that upper circuit having some issue and not other things, so i told him that, will it get replaced ?then he told that he will try his best, but nothing has happened, i had taken 6 days follow-up with samsung cusomer care, their enginner and higher level of samsung person, but they are only saying that warranty not cover rat bite .but i told them that issue is not there where rat has bitten but on circuit.but they are straight away rejecting the claim.So it is not justice according to me buying a fridge worth of Rs.23000/- and even in warranty period they are not providing me any solution

                                      Hi, i had registered the complain that my fridge shelve is broken and would like a replacement for it.
                                      On this the customer service executive informed me that an engineer would visit and check and charges would be applied and then he would order the shelf and i have to pay additional cost of the shelve too...
                                      When i went to the service centre in thiruvananthapuram they said they cannot order a glass shelve and i would have to register a complain with the customer service and the whole the engineer would come home and the story... Continues.
                                      I don't understand what science will the engineer be looking in my fridge's broken shelf when the problem is very clear that i need a new shelf. I already mentioned the model number/ year of manufacture during my registration to service centre and customer executive. As per my knowledge only this is required to be filled in the form n submitted for an order of an replacement item in a particular model.
                                      Why can't they do it?
                                      Why does an engineer need to visit my home n look into my refrigerator?
                                      Just to charge me service charges + tax? For a problem i already know. Samsung has a rip-off after sale service and no use service center's who cannot order a glass shelf.

                                        Address: Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201306

                                        Complain lodged dt 11 feb vide no [protected], attended by service centre on 11, 14, 15 16, 17, first pcb was replaced, then two way valve was replaced and fresh gas was filled, problem remained same. Then fridge was taken to service centre workshop. Till date it has not yet been rectified. Now till wed time is being asked. Some new type of pcb which will come from somewhere will be replaced then it will be put on trial.
                                        I am sorry to say that even after 12 days fridge could not be rectified.
                                        As per my earlier complaint madam sapana srivastava is looking after my case from head office side
                                        Request kindly do the needful at the earliest.
                                        Needless to say that i am a retired govt official facing hardship due to non availability of fridge.
