Bought my note 9 from smart cafe last month. Today i was changing it's tempered glass and noticed that there is a dust particle under the display which is visible under direct light. Contacted service centre and they told me that they can only change the folder. I spent around 67000 rs on a phone and expect it to be perfect. I need a replacement as it's just 1 month old.

Kuch hi dino ke baad mera mobile rear bend ho gaya, is baat ki information maine customer care pune mai di, unlogo ne mujhe wapas kar diya, dubar jab mera mobile jada bend hone laga to main dubara customer care main gay aur unlogo ne mujhe mera mobile apne pass deposit kar liya bill no-[protected] dated 24.12.2018.

    16 dino tak unlogo ne apne pass mera mobile rakne ke baad mera mobile return kar diya aur bol ki abhi tak approval nahi aai hai,

    Mujhe darr hai ki kabhi mera mobile blast kar gaya to mai apni jaan tak chali jayegi.

    Customer care walo ne ab mobile repair na karne ke instruction de diye hai.

    Aapse request hai ki mere is complaint ko dhyan mai rakh kar meri proble slove karien.

      I bought a 7 in the month of december 2018 and with in one month display is not showing.
      Complaint raised to concerned team and i have asked to replace the mobile handset there was some product deficiency in the handset.
      Customer care person has turned up and he is not able to replace handset.
      Customer care team is not providing ceo mail id and address details of ceo to escalate the issue

        I am very disappointed with Samsung. I bought a Samsung fridge model number PR19J2724VL from your local dealer Sonu electrical & Electronic Jangpura New Delhi in the month of September 2015. But now the refrigerator is not cooling. I called the Samsung customer care and they arrange the engineer to visit my home to check the problem. Engineer checks the refrigerator and told me that refrigerator gas exhaust. Now you have to pay 1800 rupees to fill the gas. I am totally denied to pay the money because it’s manufacturing defect by the Samsung. Generally refrigerator gas average life expectancy for a properly maintained refrigerator is between 14 and 17 years. I have properly maintained my refrigerator and set its working on 1 number only. But now after only 3 and half year gas exhaust problem. This is totally manufacture defect. You are requested to solve the issue as earliest. My registered mobile number is [protected].

            Sir i recieved a call naming samsung call centre and he was saying that you will recieve samsung a6 in just rs.3999 and you can give money by cash on delievery after recieving the product. I was told that samsung had started a new scheme for selected jio numbers and you had a chance of that. Sir/madam the number by which i recieved the call was [protected]

              Hello,

              This is rakhi and my brand new samsung galaxy a7 bought on 19th jsn 2019 is not working and stuck on the logo. The service centre people said that it is not the software problem and asked me to wait one more day as some is to be replaced. I am highly disappointed and aghast that a 22day old mobile costing rs.18000/- just stops working and now it needs a part replacement. I need a replacement price as i am not satisfied with your service. Now i will wait till tomorrow for my phone from service centre or i will have to resort to legal complaint with consumer protection.

              Today is day 2 of the complaint registration and I am still without a phone. So much in the name of customer service and wasting my hard earned Rs.18000/- on this piece of trash called Samsung Galaxy A7.

              Got two calls from Samsung representatives by 12.30 pm on day 2.
              Still my issue is not resolved, as all I got are reassurance that they will take up the matter and try to resolve it by tomorrow ( so I have to be without a phone for day 3 also).
              I have requested for a brand new phone as a replacement. Let's see for tomorrow what will be the outcome.

                  I have become frustrated after observing a camera issue in my note 9 which is that camera vibrates and pictures becomes blur while using x2 optical zoom.
                  I tried reset my phone, clear cache but after some time problem occurs again.

                  Please note: i never ever drop my phone, in fact other people also raising same issue on other forums.

                  This is most expensive phone which i have ever purchased in my life due to my believe on samsung. I'm biggest fan of samsung i have used all samsung's flagship phone since note 2. But this time i am very much disappointed.

                  I called customer care they have also verified the problem using samsung tutor application, but they advised me to go to service center for hardware replacement, but i really don't want to replace hardware, because i will be always having fear in the future that this problem will come again.
                  So what is the point having fear even after buying most expensive phone.

                  Today i feel like throw my most expensive phone away but i can't because it's my hard earning money which i have put in this phone.

                  I tried everything:
                  1. Reset camera settings
                  2. Clear camera cache
                  3. Finally reset my phone - it was really painful to do every settings again and transferring data from here to there before reset because it's 512gb variant.
                  4. Called customer care (Ref no:[protected])

                  I want my money back which i have put in this phone, i'm not able trust anymore on note 9.

                    Dear sir
                    I have bought double door fridge 460ltr in dec 27 2017. My fridge no cooling on 08/01/2019 i called customer care and they send technician on next day they told compressor problem warranty fished only 10 days over they told its not cover in warranty it will be charge. I told ok it will charge 2000 i told ok after 3rd they come on fix the compressor and they told we want change back side coil also i said ok it will be charge 1800rs i said ok they come and fix fit. The cooling was ok after 3rd day no cooling again complained they will come charge gas. After cooling ok. Again 3rd day no cooling again i complained they will come and charge gas. Three times same issue. After 2nd day total no cooling again i complained the technician came and told the cooling coil problem it will be charge 1500 rs ok i said ok. After they come and fix the cooling coil and fixed again they told compressor problem. They told here we r not able to ready the fridge here so we take the fridge to our service center and we will give in 2 days but still i am not receive any call from service center. Past 1 month10 days my fridge is in ur control but still they not do it. This is ur samsung product life sir i am very upset from ur product give me solution for this r call me. My no is [protected]

                      Hi.
                      I bought a samsung tv from qatar on 18-aug-2018, now there is a horizontal line on the display. Made complaint on hotline and the first day they told me it's on warranty period and no charges for repairing but the next day changed words as warranty is not applicable in india because it's from qatar. At the time purchase there was tcl led tv 42 inch available on the same price of my samsung led 32 inch tv but still i choose samsung for warranty. It's really worst support providing by samsung.

                        I purchased samsung note9 during pre launch offer. Till date i am facing n number of problems which all are recorded with proofs at customer care.
                        Mr mayank who address him self as supervior of customer care team called me from samsung helpline number, his team mates are gaurav, sapna and sandeep.
                        He talk to me in very rude manner, he make fun by saying many lines like "go back with this broken phone or else company will dispose it" and aap apna tuta phone le jao service center se, etc
                        Pls listen the call at customer care number

                          I bought a samsung fridge model rs554 type and spent more than 90k. Within one yr, got a problem which was resolved and now again some internal problem and now the problem cannot be resolved.
                          Now only solution is to buy a new fridge. I'm really unhappy with this samsung product. Should say, it lasted less than 3 yrs. Samsung india should stop producing sub standard products and selling us indians the same products.
                          Warranty applicable only for compressor which is 10 yrs but other parts 1 yr. Guess the life for those parts are 1 yr.
                          My money is lost. That s the bottom line for buying costly samsung home appliances.

                              We have purchased tv from sathya & co, avadi, 40 inch samsung full hd model no. Ua40m5000arlxl, attached invoice and tv model no backside,
                              Your technician said panel broken, it is physical dame charges applicable, but we prove it is not physical damage because outside no any damage, it has happened inside only therefore it is manufacture fault.
                              Kindly replace the same and do the needful.

                                  I purchased a9 pro mobile phone on 11/6/17
                                  On december 18 phone was not charging so i went to s care garcha service centre kolkata and they changed charging port for rs2118

                                  Then again on 15.1.19 within a month phone again was not charging as i had replaced part

                                  Charging port but i had to pat 413 service charge

                                    I purchased a samsung refrigerator (Model no. Rt42k5068gl/tl) from your local dealer (Bhiwadi-rajasthan) m/s kushagra electronics in the month of july 2017 and it was working fine till last december 2018. I want to narrate how your service department messes up with the product and try to convince the customer.
                                    1) first complaint was launched on 23rd of december 2018 and problem faced was excessive cooling and icing in the fridge and the call was attended by one of the service personnel after many followups. Mr. Karan, the so called service engineer told us that the pcb of this unit is faulty and it needs to be replaced. After 3-4 days, he replaced the pcb and charged us around rs. 2700.00 for the same and took the faulty pcb along with him stating that it will be sent to jaipur and scrapped. As per him, the unit is ok now and will work fine, but from the same day its cooling in lower chamber was not effective.
                                    2) we called mr. Karan again and in his next visit he said that the sensor of this unit is faulty and he replaced that too. The problem was not resolved either and we continue to follow up with him for next 6 days.
                                    3) on his next visit, he just checked the unit and said that the coils are jammed and needs to be cleaned. He cleaned them but the problem was as it is.
                                    4) we launched a complaint again to service center and it was said to us that the gas is insufficient and needs to be replaced, we urged that this person is not able to diagnose the problem and send some expert for it. It was promised to us but same person continue to do r & d on our unit.
                                    5) after continuous followups, he and one more mr. Pawan came and cut down all the coils of the units and filled the gas stating that the problem is resolved now. But the performance never improved, rather deteriorated. After that there was continuous visits by same people as per their discretion with out any solution.
                                    I would like to state some key points here:
                                    1) your service engineers spoiled my unit and now they also dont know what is to be done. Now they are asking me to let them take the unit to their lab so that they can do brush-up whatever mess they have created.
                                    2) mr. Harkesh who is service incharge of this area is trying to hide the facts that the mistake has been done by their service team and forcing us to send the unit to lab. Once he committed to me that a mistake has happened and they have installed wrong version of pcb and trying to diagnose the problem
                                    3) this unit was working absolutely fine till the time it was touched by service engineer and there was a simple problem of icing. They have messed up the whole unit and now trying to hide by harassing us.
                                    4) in none of the circumstances, this unit will be sent to lab and i want this problem to be resolves as soon as possible because we have suffered a lot since last 1.2 months and your people have messed up our hard earned money.

                                    5) note that i am writing this to you and seek a positive reply on this matter and if i don't get it as soon as possible, i will file a suit in consumer forum and will contact your higher authorities.

Samsung service order no [protected] dated 02.02.19 & latest reference no [protected] dated 04.04.19.tvnot installed due to lack of wall mounted stand even after visit of Samsung engg on 02.02.19 as. There is dispute between Samsung & amozon to supply the stand.cotacted both companies various times but no issue resolved yet.want early installation of TV / return of TV/ refund of money at the earliest.
