I buy one samsung galaxy phone on icici credit card cashback offer of 1500 on august month with in 90 days but till now i didn't get any cash back so can i know the reasons for not get automatic credit of amount to my credit card so please gave call back on my number about reasons [protected].

Please send the process of how can i claim my cashback with out any delay...

This complaint is a follow up to the my previous complaint dated 5th august 2018.

I have received samsung refrigerator model code rt28n3342r2.: the cardboard carton (Box) was completely torn from the base. The thermocole of the base was completely open. The back side of the refrigerator was covered with a thick layer of dust. The entire outer body of the refrigerator was covered with dust layer. There was no plastic cover on the refrigerator.

I have called service executive on 21st dec., 2018 my machine was not working properly. He came and misunderstood the error and opened the complete machine after informing him he somehow fit the parts but incorrectly which in return resulted in further detail. Now there are multiple damages in the machine and the executive is charging very high amount.

I have done a complaint about my freeze. Technician came and told that compressor is fail and should be replaced.
