Iam writing this complaint for my friend. He purchased a samsung galaxy s8 plus handset from saudi arabia on september 2017 and the phone has stopped working on november 22 2018, thursday. The phone has two years international warranty. When we visited a service center they said that the warranty is not applicable in india and told us that they will service the phone only if we pay money. So he agreed and gave them the phone. They opened the back glass and they told us that the board should be changed. But while they opened the back glass it broke completely and the refuse to change it saying that it was already a little broken. Then we took the phone from there and took it to mobile lab samsung service center, statue junction, trivandrum. Now they are saying that it will cost 18000 rupees to change the board and when they will also remove the back glass it will be more damaged and to change it, that will cost an extra of 4000 rupees. He has given his phone there and they say it will take at least 2 weeks to repair it. He needs the phone faster than that.

G) i purchased a smart phone (Samsung j7 max) reliance digital in purchasing time the store sales person commitment me in these mobile their is an offer in these mobile one time screen replacement. By accidentally my mobile screen damage. I contacted to service center they told me their is no offer in your mobile. Then after we contact to reliance store they don't give me a setified answer they told me samsung company were give you offer.
    Now you told me what we do.in these matter company image is on role we hope you do needful me.

      I'm using samsung c9-pro mobile.. It was buy in 30, 000 inr... Last month the software was updated by the samsung and after that the screen is flicking when i'm low the brightness of the mobile.. Their is bug in the software.. The engineers doesn't check the bugs when they test the software on beta testing... When i'm contact to samsung they said excuses and non responsible answers to me... Now what can i do after pay lot of money to samsung

        My complain number [protected] raised on 26/11/2018, had bought a tv on 21/7/2018 model number 49nu8000 -49”serial no oacw3pck600006 uhd led and on 25/11/2018 within 4 months motherboard got damaged. Till date no solution provided. Tv has not been replaced nor motherboard has been changed. Also had marked mail to abhishek where i have not received any revert. If by today eod tv is not replaced or motherboard part has not been changed i will stop the pending emis and amount which i have already paid to kohinoor electronics will take the money back.

            Hi, i am really pissed off with samsung..
            I have complained many times and since many months.
            My complaint no. Is [protected]. My contact no. [protected]. The executive visited our place and he told that there is problem of gas in the fridge and a part has to be changed. They asked me to pay rs. 913 for this.. I agreed to pay it.. Then also the fridge did not work properly. There was very less cooling.
            Again i complained in the month of sept, senior engineer from head office visited mr. Akhilesh ([protected]) he confirmed that the pcb of the fridge is not matching with the freezer.in fridge there is new pcb and in freezer there is old pcb. This a manufacturing defect. And he also told that this is just an almirah. That is why there is very less cooling in fridge section and extreme cooling in freezer section.
            He told us to wait for some time.. After few days i called mr akhilesh.. And he gave me no. Of mr. Asif supervisor ([protected]). Mr asif is telling me since 2 months that give us some time.. We will help.. But now after 2 months he said nothing can be done. He further gave me his senior mr. Sunil kumar no. ([protected]) then also there is no response.

            In between i have also emailed many times.. Even i emailed to samsung's ceo office... Firstly they replied to my email then they also stopped replying.. This is the way samsung deals with its customer.

            I am such a old customer of samsung and this is the way samsung deals with their old customers... They are harrassing us.
            Strict action should be taken against them.

            Repair was done, but again after few months the same problem came and Ms. Sonia Upadhay who told that she will be helping us whenever needed, did not pick the phone. And some one else picked the call and told that we cannot connect your call to her and she cannot help further in this matter. So Again i registered a fresh complaint, engineer visited, i paid Rs. 500. And within 40 days of time, the same problem came once again. I just want people to be aware that how bad products does SAMSUNG brand makes And how SAMSUNG treats its customers.

              Washing machine dryer motor malfunctioned within warranty period and lodged complaint in customer care samsung, samsung registered complaint and assigned service request no. [protected], engineer vijay visited the complaint and told that dryer motor not working and needs to replace,

                I am struggling to get support from authorized service center and they don't even ready to listen to my problem and they are going by their own way of testing the issue and rejected stating no issue with phone, whereas i have share all proofs on the issues. The phone batter draining even in ideal condition without any usage.
                The service center phone nobody answers, always i have to talk to samsung support number and get update, no update from service center on the ticket status, they have closed sr silent. The support is very pathetic, you guys should feel ashamed saying flagship phone and bla bla, if treat high end phone customers this way? I cannot imagine how badly you would treat other customers.
                I have upgraded my mobile phone from s7 edge to note9 on[protected] and till last three week my phone performance was excellent (Except camera related issues).
                But from last three week suddenly the battery is draining very quickly and no changes done on mobile, (I. E. No updates installed or no new apps installed or usage pattern changed or settings modified) except using new samsung fast wireless charging pad.
                Normally i do full charge of phone before going to bed and by morning the battery usage was to be only 10%-15% earlier, but now it is around 45%-50% usage.
                So it is almost 30% extra battery usage though no changes done on phone and which is huge difference, also it is very concerning.
                The only reason i have upgraded my phone is to have more battery backup, but unfortunately the hardware/software is malfunctioning?
                I have also done factory reset and only installed third party app whatsapp, wynk, but behaviour is same.
                The battery usage report percentages and actual usages are not matching. I am attaching battery usage screen shot.
                I have tried basic charging and ensured no background apps are running, but no improvement.
                Even visited service centre and post flashing still it same and last week i gave again to tvs electronics (Authorized service center) and they closed sr stating no issues observed and not ready to give any kind of information how they tested and what is battery backup? Also currently i am using s7 edge and i am almost getting 24 hours of backup as per my regular usage. For this they are giving justification both phones are different, so they mean to say note9 with 4000mah will give only 12 hours of backup and s7 edge with 3600mah would give better backup then note9? Don’t you think it is #???
                I have collected my mobile from service center yesterday[protected] and during collection asked for information to mr venkat (Tl) how the mobile has been checked and concluded that it is fine? They don't have any kind of documents and no proper information given how many hours battery is with standing. This was discussed with customer support and requested for complete documentation so i can take it up legally. But no proof has been given.
                Seems guys are not bothered about customer issues, just playing with us and doing time pass. I have spent so much time on this, why i should go through all this?? This is effecting my personal and professional time. It is clearly evident that mobile battery is not withstanding? How your team can close the sr mentioning no issue observed? No quality process or checks done?
                During collection they have flashed my mobile and delivered. The camera issue i have reported immediately and mentioned in job sheet.
                After reaching home i have checked it and understood that samsung healthy, pass, secure folder and others not working. And error message is mobile has been rooted the app will not function, this has been reported to cs and sent whats-app to service tl and manger.
                1. The battery drained completely by morning and mobile dead in just 13 hours?
                2. Some of the apps not functioning since mobile has been rooted.
                3. The data is fluctuating and sometimes browser giving message no internet connection.
                4. And the heat can be observed left center of the phone.

                I am attaching screen shots of battery usage post factory reset, safe mode and after flash, the percentage used and also latest screen which was taken today morning.

                  Complaint filed under section 12 (A) of the consumer protection act, 1986
                  I shrikant joshi purchased 1st time samsung phone after using many brands so far. I am working as sales manager for reputed organization and faced a lot of business loss worth of 3 lacs using samsung phone because my work is completely depended on mobile phone.
                  1. The complainant is samsung galaxy j8 new mobile unlock issue. The address for service of the complainant is as above.

                  2. The facts of this issue occurred on[protected] and getting message on phone “your phone was restarted and need to be unlocked using your password. You can use your biometric next time you unlock your phone.
                  3. I remember all passwords synchronized gmail id password, pattern password and biometric password but unable to use it.

                  4. On[protected] morning i spoke to three executes of samsung customercare named as mr alex, ms bhavana and ms ashwini, they tried to help me out to update mobile password but they failed and asking to go to samsung service center. Also they informed to pay rs 240 for service charges to unlock mobile phone.
                  5. My question is for why should i pay rs 240 to service center for not having any fault from my end. And every samsung executes demanding to pay for it. Until and unless i personally visit to service center on monday morning[protected] leaving all my important work and i need to pay for it.

                  6. For the reasons stated above, the complainant prays that the hon’ble forum/commission may be pleased to direct the opposite party.
                  (A) this is unfair trade practice and samsung leading customers to suffer and pay for unnecessary service charges and it is not acceptable as a customer.
                  (B) refund the excess price / refund the charges paid for deficient services / a sum of rupees 240 and rupees 2500 till date of realization.

                  (C) pay a sum of rupees 10000 towards punitive compensation for mental agony, inconvenience and hardship caused;

                  (D) pass such further or other order as this hon’ble forum/commission may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

                    I shrikant joshi recently purchased samsung j8 mobile in bangalore. I am facing issue with unlocking phone with mobile password, bio metric password and pattern password.

                    I spoke to 4 executives since today morning and they are informing to go samsung service center to unlock your mobile phone paying minimum amount of rs 240 charge.

                    My question is why should i pay for unlocking my mobile phone where as i remember all passwords and details. I do understand if mobile is damaged or something happened they can charge for it for repairing phone right.

                    From last 12 years i am using different brands mobile phones and never faced this issue with anyone.

                    Kindly help me out for this problem.

                      [protected] complain number raised on monday (26/11/2018) and till date 1/12/2018 no one has reverted my tv has stopped working completely due to motherboard damage, within 4 months samsung’s latest model number 49nu8000 -49”serial no oacw3pck600006 uhd led motherboard has been damaged and still there is no revert from samsung team. Even after following up on mails with abhishek from samsung service department there is no reply why should a customer suffer because of samsung’s poor quality product test, why should a customer buy samsung latest model if such issues are faced by customer and there is no quick resolution. Please replace the tv or give the money back this is not acceptable, you are letting consumer/ customer suffer because of your poor quality product check and negligence.

                        I am a samsung loyal since the past 9 years. I purchased a samgsung s8 mobile set on the 5th march 2018. Things has been working well till a month back when i started facing issues with the touch n sensor right in the middle of the screen. There is absolutely no response pertaining to touch n sensor in the middle of the screen which creates inconvenience while typing. Also at times, just getting my hand near to the screen, some some keys become active and start typing on own. No samgsung dealer is willing to give a solution its an expensive set and i would want a resolution or a set replacement without a delay.

                          I purchase washing machine around 22 oct. As the machine was defective (Squeezed and not working), confirmed by demo & installation engineer. We requested for replacement to dealer. Dealer said we will replace it within 4 days.
                          Now around 40 days passed, still we didn't get new washing machine or refund.
                          I complaint many times to customer care executive, dealer, customer care supervisor, area manager but problem did not resolved.
                          I got only one answer machine is not available in warehouse.
                          5 engineer visited to check. I had to entertain each of one.

                          I also registered the complain to national consumer helpline (Complaint no. 1028033)

                          I faced a lot of inconvenience with this product and frustrated also.
                          Now dealer is saying we can't replace your machine.

                              Hi, this is regarding complaint number [protected]. Sent complaint over phone, sent bills and talked over phone about three to five times and sent couple of emails but no reply yet. It is more than a month? So, what is happening? This is hopeless service of Samsung India. Wake up and help the customers.

                              The issue is about the repairing of my Samsung Microwave oven.

                              1. On the first visit of the technician, I paid Rs. 350 as per the guidance of the customer care.
                              2. On repair I was asked to pay Rs. 3150 for which they issued the receipt. I was told that I need to pay as per the information from Samsung. Since the message did not come immediately and the person who delivered the oven asked this amount, I had to pay it.
                              3. Later I received a text message on my mobile informing me to pay Rs. 2895.77 only.

                              So, I informed Samsung India and they are yet to resolve it.

                              Two people called me from Samsung. One confirmed my complaint status and another said the difference is due to the taxes. I have attached the second bills which has mentioned no taxes there! What does that mean? Samsung is not paying GST? I am still not clear that when Samsung system sends me the text message it is only for the parts and there they don't add the taxes but when the local agent comes and issues the bill, he will add both the parts expenses plus the taxes!?! Interestingly, he doesn't mention the taxes. I feel, I am charged more by the local guys and please revert it ASAP. Thanks.

                                Respected sir/madam,
                                I had an issue with my display of samsung sm-j730f phone which bought for 22000 inr from saudi arabia. It says warranty is international and i cant claim it from india. Then i payed 4645 inr to change a new display from samsung authorised service center (Parayancheri, calicut, kerala) on november 3, 2018. They gave me poor display and today my display is flickering. Please note that the handset didnt fall down or any thing damged. I went there again today and asked for the value for my four thousand six hundred and fourty five rupee. But they told they cant resolve my issue if i didnt pay that much money once again because i had bought it from outside india.

                                Please note that the issue came again within 1 month and the company is not taking the issue of consumers seriously. Also i changed the display from india and not resolving the issue inside india itself.

                                Please ensure me justice. I feel they sounds like they are questioning honorable indian judicial.

                                I just want the service center to resolve the issue at no cost as the issue came after 26 days

                                If this problem is not resolved from here, i have call recordings of what Samsung supervisor and customer care staffs told me when i asked to resolve my issue, i will share it on all means of social media and start a campain against Samsung Electronics poor service on their costly products with my payment bills and will go to consumer court by 200000 to claim with all samsung products in my family. Public should aware of Samsung's cheating.

                                I am attaching my bill of 4645 rupee original display for your clarifications. Samsung should resolve my complaint because the company didn't mention about NO WARRANTY FOR ORIGINAL DISPLAY BOUGHT FROM INDIA ATLEAST FOR 30 DAYS for its products purchased from abroad in its warranty policy. It is clear that company service centers itself are working against the company"s warranty policy. I dont want the 'international' warranty of the product. But atleast i should get changed my POOR DISPLAY CHANGED FROM YOUR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER.

                                I have my evidences about the call from your complaint tollfree number. I cant upload it here because the website has no option to upload audio file.

                                  Hi my phone got damaged and was in insurance with one assist so basically my phone was repaired through one assist at samsung authorised service centre (Paid 1358, bill no - [protected] just after two days i got my phone, accidentally a half glass of water was fallen on my phone and my phone is not working now, my point is my phone was repaired by authorised service centre and samsung s8 plus is water resistant so how could my device got damaged by just a a little water of water,, samsung has not done their job properly or might have done poor servicing by not fixing all the screws/glue in a proper way after mailing this on in. [protected]@samsung.com they called me and asked to go to service centre and have a physical inspection so i did and that inspection was done and i came to know that my display was not been changed at all.
                                  It means they charged for my display i have the bill also (Bill no - [protected]) and in real they did not changed it, as confirmed by another authorised service center they cleary did a fraud and i am gonna file a case in court against samsung,, and because of that old display water got inside the phone which spoiled everything and now repair estimate is 42000? Who is gonna pay that? Samsung get me repaired it for free orelse i will definately file a case, my email id - [protected]@gmail.com
                                  So because i was charged and it was mention in bill that my phone s display was changed i thought water would not affect my phone but in real it wasnt changed so water damaged my device so its samsung s fault, repair it for free or else i will go to the court for justice.

                                      I bought the samsung j7 pro from supreme mobile at trichy for 19000. The phone had a black dot and in a few days it starts to bleed/ started to blacken after 3 month onwards. I have started to follow the complaining procedure but there is no positive replies from samsung. They have taken everything as granted they just predicting by themselves when i told them that might be manufacturing defect then simply ignored it. I have the bill and it is under warranty.
