Date [protected] @ 3:27/03:33/4:46pm [protected]Ext-1519) thru phone by kamna, last esclation team member, assured me either motor of washing machine will be changed or provided alterante solution till 16/12/18 but nothing happened, she told me to drop an email to me but i did not receive. Her given extension does not work, i tried today.

Samsung either provide motor or change the machine. This is only i want, samsung must have some business ethics, they can not say like this - samsung had obsolete this part & now motor can not be provided for this,

Either samsung can make the same old motor, make old die again, give the requirement to production or supplier partner, they will have to make it & after completion of quality check send this to your pune service center. Seems to be long exercise.

Alternately you can provide some machine which samsung is using those for testing in their plant, ask your plant operation, they used to sell this to dealer on big margin discount approx 40~50% discount, you can provide the same machine in replacement to me. It is like that you are fulfilling your duty.

I afraid to see samsung product now, they do the more efforts in marketing but whenever it comes to complaint, they withdraw their hand, see the case study of ifb, we know if something happen with machine, ifb will be with us but in case of samsung it does not seen & very beyond imagination.

Plz see the past history of this machine, 4 times complaint during warranty period within a span of first year of purchasing, someone played with the quality, no one even bother to check, you shows many certification & award but no where you are excellence. It was my mistake to buy samsung washing machine.

People made me aware on this-samsung is worst, do not buy but i resisted & did the mistake. I thought samsung will have some good ethics & practice.

I cry because of samsung washing machine, whenever i feel pain in my both wrist because i have to wash my clothes, my both wrist had titanium rod, multiple fracture, my baby does 8 to 9 times pee, i again have to wash my baby clothes, i took leave specially for washing clothes because of samsung washing machine motor which was under warranty, has been obsoleted. I used to send the clothes to neighbour's because of samsung washing machine, i feel myself pity on this. Plz forward my email to your plant head, quality head, operation head in samsung plant noida - wherever the production is going on, they played with quality, they must understand the customer pain, now wherever i see samsung product, i hate to see them, i spit on it irrespective of samsung any product. I will write a blog, make the people aware about your pathetic & no quality product thru social media, i will tweet wherever i will see samsung promotional scheme thru all channel.

You must realize the customer pain. No one understand, no one feel. You must feel that from our money you get the salary & the home runs.

You must recall all your machine & check - because you have compromised with quality, customer satisfaction which you do not care at all.

You only need sale & production without quality. It seems that samsung feel that "customer go to hell".

See survival of fittest, one day you will be out of the market then i will show the email to people that samsung did not care about their customer, product now they are out of league like nokia and many examples.

I will write to ranjiv singh-svp, chief marketing officer at samsung india, puneet sethi - vice president - samsung india electronics, sunil cutinha, asim warsi dipesh shah, m s kalsi, i will wake the all big shots up.

I have purchased samsung TV 40K6300 1 and half year back. All of sudden TV stopped working.

What kind of quality product samsung is delivering?
I spent around 50k on this product and it didnt last even for two years.

    During the time of diwali i bought a samsung 49 inch tv... On that time they promised me and billed me for giving home theater speakers,... But till date they are not providing me what they are promissed... Eventhough i’m a regular customer to sharptronics company they are not giving me proper response and not considering this issue... I think they are selling the customer compensation products in black markets... Please look into this issue...

      This complaint is being marked as resolved where as we have not got any update any further. We are still waiting for someone to contact us and the old micro oven is still with us. The complain was lodged on 21st september 2018 and today is 16th december 2018. Can we get an eta for the resolution

      This is the 3rd time I'm sending the same information, please refer to the chain updates instead of dragging onto the same thing and asking for the same information again and again

      Give me a solution asap instead of playing around

      I think your service centers know how you function that's why they were so pertinent in stating, "Go ahead and complain" as if it doesn't matter to them because they're very sure that there will be no resolution to the matter and they will dictate.

      This is proving so true on your part and the way you're dealing with matters

      Why are you again updating it as resolved when it hasn't been resolved
      Customer service centers as well as the call center executives are pathetic. They do not assist and have bluntly stated that they can't do anything in this regard
      My washing m/c dead and call to customer care to need service engineer, many time i talk with customer care person, but no any reply or solution provided by Samsung india.

          May i invite your kind attention to the following.
          I am residing at cheriya pallamthuruth in ernakulam disrtrict in kerala, with my husband and parents-in law. My father - in-law is a pensioner, retired from govt. Service and is now engaged in charitable activities and my husband is employed in a co-operative society.
          I have a washing machine – samsung fl 6.0 kg wf600bobtwo, procured from m/s pittappillil agencies, n. Paravur, your authorized dealer, vide invoice no. 23-si-6457 dated[protected], at a cost of rs.25, 000/-.
          The machine is under complaint now. Two main complaints noted, when the representative came home and checked are that of the motor and back tub. During rotation for drying there is intolerable sound. He said that it requires about rs.10, 000/- for repair.
          In this context kindly note that the warranty period is still there.in the 10 year warranty period, now it is only two years passed.in our house we four only and we have been utilizing the machine properly with care. So, considering the money i have spent this much of an additional expense is not at all affordable.
          Hence i request samsung, such a very reputed company to consider the situation and do arrangements to get my samsung washing machine repaired free of cost.

            Sub: question mark on quality of samsung brand and sargam electronics

            I had bought samsung led tv on 22 feb 2016 with extended warranty for 2 years, for which i had paid rs22000/ which is a huge amount for common man.

            On 11th dec 2018, i faced problem in picture quality, for which i registered a complaint on a telephone number which was mentioned on my warranty card.

            Next day technician was visited from samsung and inform that panel needs to be changed and told me that since it is under warranty so he required approval from the management and he will forward the estimate amount for repair to sargam electronics and after approval they will repair it.

            After that for 2 days nothing done. From sargam electronics somebody called and told that they will take my tv to service center and they will repair it. But i told them that at the time of purchasing, sargam electronics specifically told that they will repair any problem at home only and that through samsung technician. So i requested the same.

            Now tassel in going between samsung and sargam who will repair it??

            It is not my concern who will repair. I just want my tv in good working condition for which i trusted samsung brand and to avoid any future problems i paid 22000rs huge amount only for warranty. I just want my tv to be repaired by certified engineer.

            Samsung is equally responsible for this harrassment as they only gave there dealership to sargam electronics. As a customer i just looked for samsung name not dealer.

            The manner in which above issue is being handled by sargam electronics, i am feeling frustrated and cheated. I am suffering mental agony abnd harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in service of samsung and sargam electronics. My request is to please look into this matter seriously and rectify the fault at the earliest, otherwise matter will be forwarded to all concerned higher authorities including legal department also, which affect the goodwill of samsung and sargam electronics.

              I bought a freeze RT34M3954U7 (Sl No:[protected] Top Mount Freezer with Solar Connect* 321l on 28/10/2017. My issue with the freezer started from 04/08/2018 ... Still Not Resolved. SAMSUNG engineers have unofficially confirmed that it is a manufacturing defect.

                I have a led tv which was working fine till recently. It used give power up problems sometimes. Otherwise it used work and power up regularly. Recently i raised a repair request and the service engineer visited.
                He took the boards (Both two boards), then he comes back and tells it can not be repaired. He even suggests buy a new tv, it is too old.
                Call centre is worse one operator ms. Naglakshmi says, i can not help you. And even no complains can be raised.

                I need to take it to next level. Can anyone here help or guide me with this.

                  Hello sir. I bought this phone in july 2018 from amazon. This is to tell u that from 2 weeks i have been going to the samsung service centre mangalore. They made me come almost everyday saying that my phone samsung j6, has some or the other problem. Finally today i got it back. But it doesn't have memory card in it. While i had given my phone to them they had given me the sim card back only. Now they are lying that they gave back the memory card too. I am cent percent sure they didnt. And they didnt even tell that we are suppose to take back the memory card too. U can even check the cameras there. I need my memory card. I told them multiple times that it's with them.
                  I am helpless despite knowing that they have it. I either want my memory card or a new cell phone.

                      I have purchased Samsung A9pro price of 30, 000/-a year ago in Pune. There is some minor display issues so it shown to customer service centre but (non workable, moody staff with non technical knowledge) cust. care return my mobile saying that there is no display issue but its software updation issue so they format my mobile. then after one year that minor issue start increasing therefor again i went to customer care, now they are saying its Display issue and 1 year have been completed so i have to pay display replacement charges of Rs 6200/-

                      So request to customer care exe. online to look into matter but he gives me new estimate of Rs 7502/- with discount of 25%. with following details complaint of My Model-A9.Samsung Product Complaint-[protected]

                      I want free replacement of Display as you have given defective unit

                      1. whether buy or not samsung product

                        We bought a high end refrigerator from samsung from which water is leaking from the freezer into the fridge. The tech said due to brittle quality of plastics in the insolation foam this happened. Have the video in which the plastic is just coming of like dust in high end fridge. The company says it's irreparable and so we don't have to anything. After calling couple of times. They say ok we as per rules are not obligated to do anything it's your problem, but as a good will gesture will give rs10000. What nonsense. Why would i want 10000 for so costly high end fridge. Had similar experiences with their high end tv but to give warranty they got away asking bills which where lost. They had serial number and record but wanted the "bill". 3 useless high end products failed in this year in our house. Definitely the samsung quality is going down the drain day by day.

                          Now its about one month my phone has complained and I give the phone centre and pay half the amount of the service cost .when I ring them they say the phone is not even checked and they are asking me one more week... Now I realized that the worst decision I had mad is to buy a Samsung phone ...and its more than a month I had gave the phone to repairs ...its a warrenty product and they ask me pay...i had already submitted 2-3 complaints and they are not responding for that...what should I want to do now...I made a decision that its my last Samsung product and not even recommended any one to go for that ...i hope Samsung may help ([protected]) ...i had still some hope in Samsung...i was a big fan of Samsung once and they had destroyed it☹

                              I purchased Samsung galaxy Note 9 and got offer of Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch discounted on 9999 Only the original price 24999/-

                              i applied the offer and purchased galaxy gear smart watch from Samsung website and received 29/10/2018 from Savex technology Pvt Ltd.

                              i checked watch and connected to mobile and use it the whole night and next day morning as it has pre charged battery around 65% that lost till afternoon and my watch get switched off so i start charging the watch with received adaptor i kept it for 4 hrs and tried to start the watch but it wont start, i wonder what is this it wont start the watch i was new to this so i read out the how to guide book and tried but not started. i keep it charge the entire night and tested on morning but it wont start .

                              I search for Samsung service centre and visited the store and i met Mr. Narayan the service centre manager he took my request and given me acknowledgement copy on 01/11/2018 (15:52:32)

                              ACCESSORY - GEAR WATCH TAKEN WITH FULL BOX.

                              here is the description-

                              i ask them for full product replacement because
                              Purchase date :- 29/10/2018 on bill
                              Submitted to service centre:- 31/11/2018 on ack copy.

                              i received a dummy/ faulty watch so i ask them for replacement against the product and DOA copy for my product so i can raise a replacement request with Samsung.

                              the store manage has taken full box and watch submitted and given me acknowledgement copy for DOA( Dead On Arrive) he took 2 days to confirm and ready for DOA.

                              03/11/2018 i ask him for DOA copy he said i will give it you by afternoon when i reach to service centre for DOA copy he sail sir i need 4 hrs to pack the product.

                              At evening the same day 03/11/2018 i called him for DOA he says me i asked to my senior and they are not ready to give a DOA against your product.

                              i said what ...! why u are not giving me DOA

                              he said sir you have purchased this product in offer so we are not able to give DOA.

                              when i ask him whatever you are saying give it me in writing he is not ready .

                              My concern is :-

                              Samsung is not giving original products on offer may be selling the refurbished products or not faulty products without testing.

                              i just want to know why Samsung is not giving replacement on product they sold on offers if i believe on Samsung service centre manager.

                              Samsung store manager said to me we will repair your Samsung galaxy watch since then i took fallow ups with that guy and he was making me fool that the product parts not yet come it take 2 more days 3 more days kind of foolishness i was suffered

                              and i called to Samsung care support the new drama began here.

                              i disuses with support team and ask them for escalation matrix i want to escalate this that i was facing issue getting my watch.

                              that Samsung care executive transferred the call to floor supervisor her name is Neha she has created one number [protected] and said this complaint number and took the service centre guy on call in that day i spend 3 hrs in call with Samsung 2 times they disconnect in between and 2 times i had brief them from scratch of sad story of galaxy watch.

                              Neha Narayan and i were on call around 15 min and come to the conclusion that it will take another 15 days to completely repair my watch and still i din't get the answer

                              WHY DONT I GET THE REPLACEMENT ..?

                              even neha is not ready to give me in written that Samsung will not provide replacement on offered products

                              after that i wait another 15 days and tried calling to narayan the store manager

                              after 6 days of struggle he says the Sir your watch is ready.

                              i visited the Samsung service centre vcare Mumbai on Friday 07/12/2018 6:55 PM. Evening.

                              they keep me waiting 1.30 min.

                              and given my watch,

                              when i saw the watch they have repaired my watch with duplicate display and i can clearly see some dots on the screen.

                              and submitted the watch again to them.

                              if this kind of struggle Samsung wants from their valued customer.

                              i want the product to be replaced and give me new

                              or

                              12/12/2018 want my watch with proper repair.

                              or

                              i want my 9999 money back with some compensations.

                              is this the service of Samsung 10000 Samsung galaxy gear smartwatch is not even working properly

                              or the question Samsung selling the watch without testing

                              or whatever offers on Samsung are faulty products.

                              thanks and waiting i could find the justice from Samsung team...

                                  I bring to your notice after a month long pain and agony following up with your customer care in chennai - India in regards to my refrigerator which i had bought last year May 2017.

                                  It is a 4 door refrigerator - RF28K9380SG French Door with Showcase 826 L
                                  and it has been not functioning since Nov 15th 2018 . I had raised a complaint on nov 15th and till date 5 teams have come and replaced 3 to 4 parts and last 10 days they have been saying that they will rectify it and now there is no call and if we call the customer care they say the head office is following it up and they say they will arrange a call back but upto this time there has been no call.

                                  I have recorded all the conversations and the report for the last 25 days and today i appeal to you to step in and look into and sort out this failing which i will be forced to go to social media / consumer court and spread this worst experience with Samsung.

                                  I have no words to express about the irresponsible Indian customer team . If this is going to be the state it will be a very pathetic situation for all your customers who have kept faith in your brand.

                                  To my knowledge they have still not diagnosed the correct issue. Last week a person from the head office called me and assured sure by Friday he will get it done failing which the product specialist will come in person by saturday and get it sorted but now no one is responding.
