I purchased samsung s9 plus on 5th-april 2018.
1) the issue is when i do voice call, the screen will black while i kept near my ear. After the call is over, when i take the mobile away from my ear ear regular screen has to come. But my mobile it not happening some time. So when i do international voice call, i am not able ti identify whether the call was cut / not. For that i have to press the on/off switch to bring the screen.
2) battery issue - drained very fast.

    Our refrigerator model rt - 29 bdtsi was purchased on[protected].
    1st repair on[protected]. Gas fillings and compressor change.
    2.[protected], cooling problem.
    3.[protected], again cooling problem.
    4.[protected]. Again cooling problem.
    The service wanted compressor to change+ gas filling for rs 9000 (Approx).
    After paying rs 19, 400 for refrigerator we have faced so much harassment from your samsung product and still asked to shell out 9000 rs for repair without guarantee, you are totally responsible for replacing the refrigerator with a new one.

    Samsang Z4 is bad devise.I did buy samsng Z4 mobile and google play store not installing on mobile its Tizen software OS. This is second complaint about smsung.

      This is to inform you that the service you are providing in dombivli (E) mumbai is the worst service my cell phone is having some charging issue so i visited your samsung service centre (29th may 2018) and they told me that they will replace that part as this phone is in warranty and they told to me that i have to keep my phone one day with them i said ok and next day (30th may) again i visited to get my phone they give me my phone without checking anything, so i take my phone and went i can’t able to check as the battery was dead so when i come to office and check so there was a new issue the below 2 buttons light was not working (Multi window key and back key) so on 31st may i again visited at service centre and tell my issue so they take my for done some software and wasted my 2 hours and inform me that my motherboard need to replace so i told that this is the new phone and in the new phone if there is motherboard issue so i need replacement so they denied rudely, so i inform them that keep my phone do whatever you want to do and resolve all the issue in my phone i keep my phone there for 3 days and on 3rd june i went there and take my phone again battery was too low so i can’t able to check my phone so i came back to my home do all the setting and i used it and after using the phone some time i observed that the sencer not working and screen touch is also not working smoothly and the speaker's voice is very low. I need a replacement for this phone request you to please help me to resolve this issue.

      After using this phone for 6 months. Today i got a pink line on right corner of my phone. as i saw on internet, same problem is being faced by users worldwide. samsung is cheating its customers by selling defected phones as flagship devices. and their service centers are refusing to repair the phones in warranty too.

        Hi,

        I am working in an organisation. We purchased 7 nos o[censored]a40j5100 samsung tvs on 14 jul 2016. Now as per the statement of the samsung technician, the panel of the tv is defective. This panel has become defective after 23 months of purchase. Now the technician says that this tv is out of warranty and he gave an estimate of rs.27722.70 for repairing this tv. I did not expect this much of short life of samsung product. We keep on purchasing your tvs after purchasing this lot with a hope of expecting good quality and durability of the product. Now we are forced to loose our hope on samsung tv regarding the durability. Our officials are wondering that how we will spend a sum of rs.27722.70 after 23 months of purchasing a tv. I want to convey this to ceo of samsung india / global. Please help me with their mail id and contact number. Job reference number is pi 001 dated

          Some much cracking sound is coming while rinsing stage. Even though a part was replaced by your authorised service agent in Hubli Karnataka since 15 days back.kindly resolve our problem immediately.

            Hi, i visit samsung service center for battery replacement of my samsung mobile. On call they provide me estimate of rs.1600 as battery 1000+ service charge but after visiting they quoted 2600 as 1000 rs misc charges. For 1000 rs battery 1600 as fitting charges is not genuine. They making fool of consumers. This is the report against samsung service center at krishna park, janakpuri, new delhi.

              I ordered samsung 108cm (43) uhd 4k flat smart tv ku6000 series 6 with sku ua43ku6000kmxl on 23rd may 2018 in samsung summer fest. The order is to be shipped by samsung warehouse as shown in order. The payment was made in full.
              But till now, as on 3rd jun 2018, order status is still showing as "processing". I have contacted customer care many times, they simply answer that i will receive email/sms when they dispatch the order. They simply don't know when the order will be dispatched.
              Not dispatching order even after 10 days of making payment creates doubt that something is fishy in the deal.

              Samsung is requested to ship and install the order soon and improve service. If the order is not delivered to me in 5 working days, i will cancel the order and have to exercise legal opinion in district consumer forum.

              It's really a bad experience with samsung I am having. Trust is difficult to establish, very hard to maintain, but easy to break.

                I have been desperately trying to get a technican visit for getting my refrigerator repaired.

                I called custimer care no.[protected] spoke to anupriya and explained to her my problems in getting a technican visit my place. She gave me false promises and her inability to escalate the matter (As i had been following up from a long time to get the technican visit my place and do repairs of my fridge).

                Believe me it is a full time job for getting the technican visit home, the following are the activities :

                1. Call customer care
                2. They will say what they want to and never hear you (They immeadiately start standard dialogues like set ur fridge teprature to 7, is ur temp adjusted by knob or not, what is the temp of freezer etc.)
                3. Then u tell them ur pain and the tell their pain in return
                4. Beg and plead to escalate my complaint but they say they are sorry
                5. Finally they tell you the details of technican will be sent by sms and if they dont come then call customer care again (The loop never closes)
                6. The details of my conversation with anupriya can be obtained from call recording log for service request no.[protected].

                Then coordination with technican begins:
                1. Details are sent by sms
                2. I call the technican - he bever answers call
                3. If by fluke he answers then he says his job is from 10 to 8 and he will come tomorow
                4. Tomorrow never comes
                5. The name of the great technican is mr. Vinay pandurang (Mobile no. [protected]).

                I wait for the technican indifinetely and the rs. 500/- have to be paid again as the validity of the first payment gets expired.

                Please train your customer care executives on basics on attending calls and tell them the importance of escalating the calls (I think they do not do this to protect their supervisors).

                Request to please help me by arranging to send a technican to my place to repair my fridge. The details of refrigrator has been provided to customer care and can be obtained from my registered mobile number.

                  Hi, i purchased a premium mobile care pack for galaxy s8 for 1 year warranty extension. I got the mail for order confirmation but didn't get any activation code on mail as given on their web site.
                  I contact their customer service to get support. They told me that it will get done in 24 hr and i have to send all detail on [protected]@samsung.com. I follow all instructions but i didnt get any benifit.
                  On 3rd june which is the last day to extend my warranty i call them again.
                  On my call they denied all their assurance and told me that product is in processing phase so i demand for cash back, they told me they will not pay anything.

                    We bought a Refrigerator from Samsung of Rs. 100000 on 21st May 2018. On the same day we registered for a service of our Samsung Air Conditioner. This man Monashir Alam visited us on 27.05.2018 & started doing the AC services. He Said that he had left his Billing Invoice so he gave a rough estimate on a piece of paper and Charged us Rs. 3500 on the name of Various Services but on a promise that he will provide us with a bill the very next day. We were unable to check our AC working condition due to a power cut. But after the power restored the AC WAS NOT WORKING. We tried to call him on his personal mobile but no reply was made. He Ignores our call.

                        We have bought samsung double door refrigerator in 2013 and after 2year onwards it creating problems... Compressors change in 2016/2017and again change in 3rd of may 2018... Tell me what to do... Call so much time and the compny people... They come and go ki ma'am ye aaj ho jaega aur kal. Kar denge'mode and... Never revert back..                           Product bought on 16 october 2016 from authorised company store for 19700 rs started giving trouble after 1 year 2 months. The mother board is malfunctioning. The warranty for which was 1 year and it's repair is worth 5000. Have been complaining regularly but the only solution they have is spend more money. There is no focus on durability. The phone is used by us with utmost care for we cannot afford to change it every season.

                              I purchased a samsung galaxy s8 on 26 june 2017 in one of the samsung showrooms in mysore. My phone is stuck at the boot screen which displays the name of the phone. I was asked to pay for repairing a firmware related problem due to som scratches on the phone. How is it even fair. Please look into this. Also the issue m facing has been faced by many of the samsung s8 users as i could browse on the internet. If it is a s8 product related problem, why shouldn't i be able to claim warranty due to some scratches on the phone which is not at all the reason for the software related issue of the phone. I think it's only fair if i be able to claim the warranty as it is a major product issue which also makes me want to believe that samsung phones aren't of good quality. Even if i have paid half a lakh for the phone am facing such issues. Please let me know when i can claim the warranty and get my phobe repaired.

                                  I called up the samsang service provider on 28/05/2018 for my refrigerator, as it was not cooling enough. The technician visited and told me to change the pcb after which it would work properly and charged me 3750 for the pcb +350 technician charges. However since there was no result even after changing the pcb i called them again on 27/05/2018. They send a different technician on 01/05/2018 who mentioned that the my old pcb which i had kept is fine and that the sensor and fused has to changed. The dealers then told me that to send the new pcb with the technical and assured he will be back in 2hrs with the sensor and fused and remaining money. After which they are not answering any phone of mine neither of my family members. Please look into the same. I have send you the attachment of the bill for further action.

                                    I have given my fridge to samsung service center on 19th may 2018 and was returned to me on 26th may 2018 stating that a part comborelay part code: da96-00808f was changed as my fridge was having the problem with cooling. Again the problem has occured and when i am trying to lodge a complain on you toll free number[protected] their saying that again i have to pay for engineer visit but your service center has informed me that with in 30 days there is no charge.

                                      I purchased samsung j6 on 30-may 2018. I activated on 31-may 2018 after activation of my device its ringer speaker is not working properly sound is very low. I complain it to service centre. He is telling there is some software issues in ur device. I waited for 1 hour after that he replied your phone physically damage by you. There is little dent on your device. Ill check that dent. That was not a dent that is little designed on housing by maker of device. I clearify him about this if there is dent than why paint is not removed from housing of device why there is not even a single scratch on my device housing or screen.
                                      So please i m requesting you to see my device photos properly & resolve my problem. I didn’t my use my device for 2 hour. Please do needful for that was not a dent that is problem in housing. Requesting to change my device as soon as possible.
