I am tarun b manjlani mob no [protected] staying in dombivali. West. Mumbai.. India i hv been complaining about my cooling of double door samsung refrigerator since one month.. And it was purchased on 9th jan 2018 and has started giving problems in 4 months and till date i have not got any resolutiins please intervene and orovide me resolutions.

I have given my mobile set j7 prime on 21/5/2018 to a. A. Electronics national shopping complex amritsar, punjab. As discussed with gaurav representative at service center ask me cost of 950 /- for repair mobile charging pin but he has changed charging pin without my consent and changed motherboard and mobile parts without my consent.

Also declare my phone dead though my phone...

Hello sir i have received a mail from samsung that i have won prize money. Now one person call by telling his name charles morgan that he arrived in delhi to deposits the wining draft on 10 feb 2016. He also demand for 18500 rs for transferring fees. So should i pay that. Is this it real or fake please help me sir. I have a query, i have ordered battery after chatting with Samsung online chat option.
Now i found battery is 2600 mah delivered but in Samsung j2 handset 2000 mah is installed therefore new one is not fitting into handset.

Please let me know how can i replace it. I spoke to customer care but didn't got satisfied answer for my query.

I had given my j5 prime mobile for repair on 19/05/18, customer executive promised that it will be delivered on 21/05/18 but no response, tried calling your customer support they are saying that they are still waiting for the parts and it might get delivered tomorrow, why would you take my phone if you are not sure when the parts will arrive. Poor service. I need my phone back within tonight, else i might need to lodge complaint of theft....

Sjn electronics - authorized center for samsung repair service. They charged me 16k for display screen change for my galaxy s8 plus phone. They changed the display and misplace the receiver during the service. I came to know about it but wasnt able to do anything since i had to travel to us on the very next day. Total loss of my 16k and have to repair my mobile again in us. One of the worst customer service samsung can provide.

I want to file a complaint against your service engineer tejas, mobile number [protected] who has been assigned against registered service order [protected]. He was so rude and was talking so rubbish while i was enquiring about my product installation. You must take strict action on him. I've never got that kind of response ever. It is we who make purchase and pay you and in return we get to hear all this.. Sounds disgusting...

I face the automatic factory reset problem from 12th may 2018.
Every day minimum one time this problem faced.

I go to the samsung service centre on 19th 2018. Then one your service engineer said need to softweare update and done same day.

But i faced same problem today (20th may 2018).

What is this?

I purchased a semi-automatic washing machine in september, 2010. Today i reported and lodged the complaint that the dryer isn't spinning, agent name ali loged the complaint and told me 300 + 18% gst will be the service fee. Service engineer visited 5 times but unable to resolve the problem.
On (26.12.17) he changed some part and today also he will change some parts.
Completely unsatisfied with samsung product.
Kindly replaced with new refrigerator.

I have purchased samsung led tv 1 year before it's 43 inch screen but i was shocked after 13 months it's screen is not working when i have called to technician then they told me it would take around 20000 to replace the screen.
