I m holder of above said machine since 17/03/2005. It is working excellent. But for the last one weak it is giving problem and stops on some function for a long long time and either it has to stop and restart or has to start from spin function. I have also complaint on toll free number and at chandigarh customer care but no body bothers. Please help

    I had given my set to customer service centre in jammu, j & k for battery change.. They have damaged my phone screen. I have lodged complaint on customer care and i have been assured many times that i will receive call back by higher management. Never received same.. My registered no is [protected].       Our tv isn’t working properly from last 15 days and i had complained about it in our regional samsung customer service centre they are not responding to it nor they have sent any service man and they are even arguing and saying it’s non of their business is this how you guys provide service to your customers while selling your products you say customers satisfaction is our motto but i am totally disappointed and really frustrated with your service now atlist this would bring you to action i think or i must have to do something else

        Samsung is giving built in airtel set top box in its smart tv but there is no proper service provided by airtel. They are unable to provide airtel digital tv connection even after 03 days of installation of tv. Right after installation of tv i contacted airtel and was told that airtel connection will be provided to me by the nect day but later i got no response from them. Without the airtel connection, the tv is useless. It's really disappointing. I called airtel and e mailed them but still got no proper response. I want the connection within 24 hours.

          My samsung fridge stopped working on tuesday june 12. I complained immediately. Samsung sent me a text message right away, providing the name and number of the technician, who was to make a visit the same day. He did not show up. The next morning, i called said technician, who mentioned that he was unwell and samsung would send someone else. Superb. I had been promoted to samsung’s head of hr! I called the customer service number again. They mentioned they would speak to the service centre and reschedule an appointment. On june 14, i was still to receive a call back. Meanwhile the food in my fridge continued to rot. I called the customer service number again, only to be greeted by another junior level call centre employee who used flowery language and gave me the usual nonsense about understanding my problems, with no real authority. Finally, many abuses later, i asked to speak to a supervisor. Now, let me explain to you that samsung customer service supervisors are the busiest people in india. Because one is never available. I was promised a call back in 15 minutes. One hour later, still no call. I called back and raised hell till i got on a call with a supervisor. He called the service centre on conference and arranged a technician visit within a couple of hours. Thank god. The technician checked the fridge and said a part needs to be ordered. He would have an eta on the part on june 15. The next day, i called to follow up with the technician. He said i would get a call back in half an hour. 24 hours later, and still no call from samsung. I called the service centre directly. The lady asked me, the customer, which part needed to be ordered. I gave her a piece of my mind (In especially flowery language). Am i a technician?? And if so, why would i have spent four days waiting for one from samsung to show up? Anyway, she obviously did not appreciate my frustration, because of course, i shouldn’t be. My fridge has not been working for only 4 days. I then called the customer service number again and i am again waiting for a supervisor to call me back, because they are the busiest people in india! I hope to have my fridge working again over the next month!

          It has now been over two hours since I received confirmation that a supervisor would call me back within 2 hours. Still no call. Seems Samsung either does not care for its customers, or provides such terrible service to all its customers, that every matter is escalated to their supervisors.

            We have bought certain electronic items including samsung washing machine from snehanjali electronics and trading pvt ltd (Shop no 1, next to grand hotel, near golden nest circle, bhyander east, 401105) store on 29th may 2018. Bill no. Bhyt/395/2018b.
            On 30th may 2018 evening delivery guys delivered washing machine. For our surprise delivery boys unpacked the washing machine against the normal practice of opening of the same by service engineer. Further upon checking the machine we have noticed that there are scratches at the top of the machine which was communicated to the store immediately on phone ([protected]) and shared photos of the same on watsapp. Mr. Amit informed that since mr. Jp singh (Sales manager) is not in store he shall be discussing the same on the very next day and shall arrange for replacement.
            On 31st may 2018 morning we started following up with the store including mr. Jp singh and they have assured us that they shall be sending representative to check the defect and accordingly shall be arranging for replacement.
            Late evening on 31st may 2018 their representative visited and confirm that there are scratches on the body of the washing machine. He further informed that he shall be intimating the same to the store manager and he shall be arranging for replacement.
            However inspite of numerous followup dealer is not cooperating and now they are saying that they have delivered packed machine and i need to contact samsung for giving them direction for replacement.
            I have taken up the matter with the samsung customer care (Complain no. [protected]). Samsung send it's engineer to verify our claim and to our surprise samsung engineer not only confirmed our claim but also informed us that rat mat which comes with the machine biscof some other model.
            However till date i am following with both dealer as well as samsung.
            I request samsung to take up the matter with the dealer and arrange for replacement vof the machine as the dealer is claiming that samsung distributor must have delivered defective machine and they can replace only after instruction from samsung area sales manager.

              I bought a mobile of samsung from poorvika mobiles showroom ambattur, model purchased was samsung j7 and poorvika said warranty from mobile 17company is 1 year that is samsung. Mobile purchased on 11/06/17 and it got repaired on 10/06/18 evening, the shops of service center was not open int the evening. We went next day with original bill and they say warraty expired. However 10th is sunday, evening its not open. Now they are saying mother board not working so pay rs. 6000. However 10th it got repaired and there shops are closed and now they are saying its out of warranty.
              These guys are treating customers like cheaters, he is asking how it will get repaired on 10th exactly. Still no response.

                Dear sir/madam,
                I would like to inform you that i had purchased a washing machine on 29/05/2015. Coast was 24500 including all taxes.
                Being a mechanical engineer i am complaining you about the life period of this commodity. It should run minimum 5 years with out heavy fault.
                After purchasing there was minor error fault but this time it is a major fault i observed. Machine is not working due to jamming of shaft/motor.
                Previously i was complain a customer care but this time i am writing here as i think warranty period already over.
                I am attaching here my original bill for you reference and few details of previous complain.
                We are middle class family and working in pvt. Sector so our hard earn money have value after purchasing this type of costly commodity i expect good service from your side free of coast.
                Being a mechanical engineer i doubt about your material quality.
                Please take necessary action regarding my complain.

                  With kind respect I want to inform you that I purchased my new Samsung galaxy j7 prime gold (16Gb) on October 2017, soon after 6 month from purchase date it starts getting auto on / off during charging of phone which might be a software problem. So, regarding this issue I submitted my phone to your authorized Samsung service center Agra ([protected]) under the bill no. [protected] dated on 26.04.2018.

                  Your service center authorities told me that they will give me a call back after getting it repaired but unfortunately till now after a month past i didn't received any information from them. When on 28.05.2018 I visited to get status of my phone they give me excuse that it's not possible to repair due to water inside your phone. I totally get shock how it's possible before it was working good even at the time of giving it at your service center also.

                  Really I m not going to accept there excuses, regarding this On yesterday I made a complaint ([protected]) to your Tele care no. And informed Deepika all the situations which I faced during this day and she told that I will get a call back from you but I didn't received any information from them.
                  This worst after sales service experience will change my thinking about your Samsung brand which is value for money to cheating with customers.
                  I kindly request you to take some needful actions against it and revert me back Asap.
                  I need my phone back in good working condition or a new in replacement of it otherwise I have to take some needful actions against it.

                  In respect of it I also made complain on support.[protected]@samsung.com with complaint Reference number is: [protected] and I m just receiving like pretyped mails from them for last 15 days and saying we are processing your complaint to our management but from them I received call only once on 14 June 2018 and explained all the situations and that guy told me that he will raise my complain to top management.
                  I didn't understand why he called me to wasted up my time if he is not the right guy on this matter and now I didn't get any call as per promises.
                  I don't know why they want to check the patience limits of their customers after frauding them.
                  I need my phone in working conditions at the cost of samsung as I also submitted the same with just small issue for almost a month of software updation and they didn't even inform me during period. My samsung j7 prime device is with them for almost 45 days.

                  I got tired of hearing this contact you shortly word from your team members. They already passed by says it almost 15 days in return I didn't get any result from your support end.
                  Even your team leaders are making false promises to there customers by saying we will talk you in the evening after discussing your concern with our senior management and service team but unfortunately they didn't revert me back ever.
                  Did they forget their words what they said ?
                  What is going in progress at least they have to inform back to their customers as per their promises.

                    I never expected from my brand but still facing so many problems in my led.. U guyz every time promised for getting any problem but still it so on.. Again last tym screen problem for red blue line disappeared adn after that sensor problem and again its screen red blue line disappearing i dont know what u guyz are doing.. Not happy for your service you guyz are totally worst service giving never expected.. So irritated this tv is not worth it at a time of buying your seller saying this will never give you problem but now understand everything.. U guyz only making fake product...!! Thus very difficult for middle class people for engaging this type of issue plz its my humble request resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                        I had come across service issues with my refrigerator for excess cooling and creating problems on consistence cooling and for the same i had requested samsung team to service the product.

                        I happen to understand from the service engineer that the spare part for this refrigerator has been discontinued and its not serviceable. I bought this refrigerator for around 30k and now seems to be waste box with serving its purpose.

                        I bought samsung product thinking of its brand name and after sales support for years.

                        I need support from samsung on servicing the product or replace my fridge with similar product which has support on after sales service.

                        service engineer mentioned, defrost heater needs to be replaced for this fridge which is not available from Samsung warehouse.

                        all I need to fix the issue with suitable parts from Samsung team and retain their brand value which is trusted by people. or provide me exchange of similar fridge which has after sales support.

                          We purchased ww60m204k0s front loading with smart check & touch led panel 6.0kg ww60m204k0s on[protected] at veejay world of electronics, anantapur. From the date of purchase to 3 months it works fine after 3 months we stared facing problems with this product continuously we contacted to the customer care they sent technician, technician solve the issue after that again we faced another issue like this we continuously faced the problems lot of times technicians came and said that some parts are not available we will place order for required parts then we solve the issue. They took more than 70 days to solve the issue. How the samsung is giving authorization to those service centers they even don't know about the product completely. Note : they are not responding properly with the customers and they are behaving rude with customers and more the way they answer is very neglect and very negligence with customers. We are not at all satisfied with this product.in market samsung had very good-wiil, with this type of quality less products samsung will loose the good - will. With in the span of 8 months we faced lot of problems with this product. So please replace the product or refund the amount

                          Yesterday we contacted the supervisor around 5pm through customer care help, supervisor connected conference call to particular service centre they said with two hours technician will come to your house and solve the issue, still no one came and no one responds regarding my issue. Is this the way how samsung is responding with customers.
                          * we are strongly not recommend samsung products to any one.

                            I went to the Samsung Service Center located at "391, Okkiam, 5, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Thoraipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600097, India" to purchase tempered glass and case for my S9+ mobile. The service center employee (Abdul), sold me a very low quality tempered glass for Rs. 2300, didn't give me a bill, didn't accept payment via card and rather got it as a Paytm transfer. The glass broke when i kept it in my pant pocket. When i removed it completely i found that it is made of a very low quality material, the ones you will get for Rs.150 to 300 at platform. I know it is purely my stupidity for trusting the Service centre for being a Samsung accredited one. I should have got a bill and made the mistake. I am writing this to make others aware of how brazen these guys are using the brand name to cheat people and make money. I hope people are much more careful than me.

                              I have purchased samsung double door fridge in aug 2016, i am having the low cooling issue in my product. I have log a complain, after 3 days engineer came and told me that gas is not available, need to refill the gas and cost is arround 2000 rs, i told him that gas is also cover in compressor warrenty then why you are charging the same and he told it is not related with compressor. Can you tell me why it is difference with compressor. Even they are asking teh advace money for the gas filling. Can you tell us if there is no repire then how can i pay for gas fillng process..

                              Worst service, very disappointed by samsung.

                                I have a samsung mobile j7max, 4m d 2nd day d fone started heating very much nd i couldn't use it coz it was not being operated. I went 2 service centre dey told me 2 change d mobile after i got d new fone it also have d same problem... Hang, button not working, auto shutting down, heating etc etc... Same problem having since purchased d fone... Nd whenever i go to service centre dey say 4 any problem, sorry mam software problem... I got alll my important data deleted... My photos contacts messages mails etc... I m really irritated nd pissed off by dis...4m approx 10 months i m running 2 service centres nd i m not getting any solution 4 dis... I as a consumer can't really rely on a company like dis 4m now... Is money 4 getting wasted like dis or m i 2 run every now nd den 2 service centre leaving all my work behind,??? Still now i m sitting in service centre coz of d same issue nd my phone is dead 4m 1 hr.

                                  My complaint no[protected]. Logged on 11th june 2018. Promised date of service engineer visit is on 12th june 2018. Today it is 13th june 2018. No calls received from their end yet. I tried reaching their customer care no[protected] but i am not getting any proper response, asking me to wait for some more time and not sure about the exact date and time. Really very disappointing customer service. Their commitment during purchase regarding services were just not true.in real it is worst and customers were least bothered.

                                    We purchased a samsung double door refrigerator on july 14, 2013 from srs electronics, rdc ghaziabad.. The refrigerator came with 10 years warranty on compressor, however, even before completing 5 years, compressor has begun to create problems. Even after registering complaint once and paying for the gas filling charges, in month's time again, the compressor has stopped working and the refrigerator has stopped cooling.

                                    Since, we are offered 10 years of warranty on the compressor, constant fault in the compressor, is something which needs serious consideration and strict action. We being a faithful customer cannot be looted of our hard earned money on the account of service charge and gas filling charge, each time. Moreover, what is worth noticing is when, the compressor comes with 10 years of warranty, and creating problems within 5 years of its purchase, it is sure that there is some major issue with the quality of the compressor and hence you need to replace it completely at its own cost, instead of charging money from us for each gas filling.

                                    There is some major defect with the compressor or the service provided by your customer service. We cannot expect to deal with such problem every month in such scorching heat.

                                    Washing machine timer is not matching with clock time.. Machine itself is automatically increasing spin time by sensing wetness in clothes.After completion of all the 3 cycles (wash, rinse, spin), some froth is observed in between clothes.Please rectify this problem asap

                                      I a samsung refrigerator where all things r getting freeze where in on the 22 may i called the tool free no. To get it fixed by an engineer.. Post which for 2 time the appointment was canceled.. Later the engineer tells me things are not kept correctly hence extra cooling is there.. Post which again after a week i called to get it fixed.. Again the booked appointment is canceled.. Finally a senior engineer comes and take temperature.. After which no update.. Again i call then engineer comes saying damper us gone will take 4days.. After that i again call tool free no. They tell me will take 2 more days.. I had logged a complaint 2 times but no solution.. N i have to do a follow up here.. Why in the first place the issue was not checked.. R the engineer not able to get things resolved at the first time.. 1 month now n issue us still the same.. This is a very bad experience if such a reputed company.. We don't feel valued at all. N look like will never buy ur products n will share the same with others on our bad experiences.. Poor sales service.. Ensure u take feedback of all the services u provide..

                                        I purchased the above model refrigeratoregrator on date 29.4.2018 from Haryana traders, M.P.bulding Golghar, Gorakhpur.of prize 21500/-.At the time of installation, it dose not respond cooling day one.I complaint customer care on 29.4.2018 through dealer which complaint no [protected] and again complained through customer care on dated 6.6.2018whose complain no [protected].Samsung service eng.visited my house but did not rectify cooling problems.I again complain in Samsung customer care on 7.6.2018, 8.6.2018, 9.6.2018, 10.6.2018 and 11.6.2018 but customer care does not positive response of my complaint.I believe in Samsung products but after purchasing the refrigrator, it will seems that Samsung co.was cheated me.I am diabetic patient and I take human insulin which is kept in cool place, I mainly purchase refrigerator for keeping insulin inside cooler place as directed by Doctor.I humble request to you pls replace the above refrigerator because this product is manufactured defective which was fraudulent sold by your authorized dealer.I again request to you pls replace refrigerator As earlier as possible otherwise I will go to consumer forum which is my rights.
