Last 4 days, i am complaining about my washing machine and many times contacted customer care however no resolution. Greater noida service centre (In jagat farm) not accepted my car adaptor (Rhmj300109) for service and not provide receiving for the same. My car adaptor not working properly (Snap attached). I request many times but he is not agree for received my car adaptor.

I had contacted samsung services, near baselius college kottayam, kerala to inform them that our fridge (Model rs26) is not functioning properly. The service person showed up the next day and told us that the power cord needs to be replaced. The original complaint was given on 11th may. So far no one has showed up to replace the cord, even after 20 days.
