We purchased a samsung 4 door refrigerator from reliance digital at noida in august 2017, worth 1, 10, 000. Still under warranty, the fridge is not working for last 20 days. Repeated complaints to service center and visits by so called engineers have been a complete
Waste. They are unable to understand the problem and each one gives a new excuse. Very poor state of affairs. After sale service is so bad that after spending so much money, a customer feels cheated and fooled by a such a big company.

    Last 4 days, i am complaining about my washing machine and many times contacted customer care however no resolution. They always come back with repeated answers that "engineer will contact soon or in 2 hrs.". I assume samsung is not customer centric and don't bother about their customers.in my reference number they have updated that i have rescheduled whereas i never did. I called customer care, first time they didn't generated reference number. Second time they did. 4th day on and very soon it will be 5th day, 6th day, 7th and so on... Customer care asks us to keep patience but they are unable to provide estimated action time. Such a big company with no sla. Ref: [protected]. This reference number generated on 31st may. Why not generated when i called first time on 29th may.
    If this is the way samsung works then i will never go for samsung products in future. I know if someone from samsung responds then the answer will be"engineer will connect shortly" but they won't provide resolution time. No escalation matrix and that too in such a big brand.

      I have purchased samsung refrigerator model ref 30m3954r7 serial no 84181090 on[protected]. With in 9 months of purchase refrigerator stopped working. I gave complaint to samsung service center and got service request no [protected] on april 17 2018. Service person has visited and replaced kit in 4days and got it working. With in one month of service, refrigerator stopped working for which i again gave complaint to samsung service center request order no [protected] on 24 may 2018. Service person visited and replaced sensor taking 4days time. Refrigerator stopped working the very next day and service request is generated by samsung service no [protected]. Service person has visited and said pcb has to be changed and wait for part arrival to get refrigerator repaired. How many times in a year will refrigerator get repaired with in one year of purchase. When i asked for replacement of product samsung is denying to do so. Please solve the issue by replacing my refrigerator.

        My phone c9 pro had issue in camera recording volume and i was assisted by the samsung service station in jodhpur. They just update software n return my handset after one day. But issue not resolved. Manager of service station promise to provide me the best resolution as his engineer was supposed to come but after taking 10 days he told me that i can go for consumer forum or file a police complain. He is neither bothered about the samsung company nor company brand value. I have all supporting doc. Need solution otherwise will go for consumer court.

          I have logged service request on 15th may for my refrigerator and it is still pending after 17 days. Multiple engineer visits. No escalation matrix, no support from customer care. Engineers are also not trained on products. Engineers are just passing balls. Its pcb issue... Gas issue.. Pcb issue... Gas issue... Pcb issue... Gas issue... And still going on.

          Series of visit is as below:

          15th may: engineer visit and confirmed pcb is ok and it is to be gas issue and told then engineer will visit on 16th may morning.

          16th may: i kept following it up with samsung customer care but left with only one answer that we will get back to you with in 24 to 48 hours.

          17th may: engineer visit and confirmed it is to be pcb issue so engineer will come again on 18th to get pcb replaced.

          18th may: no response even after multiple follow ups with samsung customer care.

          19th may: no response even after multiple follow ups with samsung customer care.

          20th may: no response even after multiple follow ups with samsung customer care. I mailed to samsung ceo's desk.

          21st may: response from samsung ho came and they followed up with service center and assured me to get it resolved asap.

          22nd may: engineer visited and confirmed it is not to be pcb issue but gas issue and confirmed that engineer will visit on 23rd may.

          23rd may: no response

          24th may: engineer visited and confirmed again it is not be gas issue but pcb issue. Means it is all happening like playing football.
          Anyhow he tried to replace pcb and then he realized that pcb he brought is not compatible means he was not even aware that what model he is getting repaired and what will be the compatible parts. He told me that he will come back on 25th may with right model pcb.

          25th may: i was being told by samsung head office that pcb ordered and will get replaced by 26th may.

          26th may: engineer visited and told me that refrigerator seems to be fine so keep it under observation.

          27th may: i called again as it was not working properly.

          28th may: weekly off for engineer.

          29th may: pcb finally got replaced but in night we realized that the issue is still there.

          30th may: engineer visited and replaced new pcb with old pcb and told that engineer will visit again for gas issue.

          31st may: no response. Frustrated and i am feeling no hope and stop following it up.

          1st june: got call from support center and they are adamant to provide support between 10 am to 6 pm... Means i have taken 7 half days till and they expect their customers continues to take half days and also pay their engineers for testing lab...

          Means everybody can see that samsung engineers are only passing ball from one engineer to another with no idea regarding fault and providing no solution. I was being provided by landline contact details of a lady in samsung head office to follow up but i i tried 25 times on 30th may on his number by my all calls went unanswered.

          I am really felt my self to be cheated and now i am really afraid from going with samsung product in future...

              I had contacted samsung services, near baselius college kottayam, kerala to inform them that our fridge (Model rs26) is not functioning properly. The service person showed up the next day and told us that the power cord needs to be replaced. The original complaint was given on 11th may. So far no one has showed up to replace the cord, even after 20 days.

                I have a side by side double door refrigerator, for last one and half month i am complaining about water condensation issue. Someone visited, changed some parts, charged money but the problem is not resolved. After that i have complained on call center several times. Everytime samsung closes the complain without visiting. I get no response. Despite several attempts and calls samsung is not serving neither refunding the money charged for not resolving the issue. I am helpless.

                The registered number is [protected] that will give you all other details in your record. The complaint is pending for last one and half month. Several calls always led to a template answer that we are with you we will resolve within 24 hrs. After first complaint was attended, money was taken and problem remained unresolved. Complaints thereafter have been closed without visiting. I got several calls in between from Gurgaon saying it will be done within 24 hrs but that 24 hrs never completes. Today I got a call saying an engineer can visit as early as only on Monday. So the Samsung is working with this philosophy o[censored]rgency to attend to a 45 days old complaint. If this is the standard of service expected from Samsung I rest my case. I was told that the engineer is not visiting because they think it is resolved. I am aware that my insistence will only cost me money as they will again change some part (it is out of warranty). Having problem resolved why would I want to give free money to Samsung. Does anyone understands this simple logic within Samsung, they should have talked to me before concluding. The problem remains exactly as before despite paying service charges and part replacement charges.

                    I mrs. Uma s. Patil had brought a samsung galaxy s8 mobile with imei: 358057/08/164593/7, imei: 358058/08/164593/5 on 6-sep-2017, from r-store (The complete mobile shoppee) shop no. 1, ground floor, nucleus mall ramling khind galli belgaum 590001, invoice no 725. I was using the phone very diligently, many a times i have used it in the pool as well as while it is raining, but this time on 14, may 2018, i used it in the pool and for some or the other reason after sometime it shut down, and was unable to be switched on. I then took it to the service center the next day and left it for repair, where as it was just 8 month from the time i had taken the mobile they gave it as “out of warranty” claim after examining it for some time and told me that they will let me know of the charges in a day or 2 days time, which they did not, on my calling them back, i was told display is damaged, battery is damaged, and rear camera is damaged, the defect description was dead (Water logged), where as to the best of my knowledge the mobile was not under water for more than 5 mins even, and not even deep as it says 1.5 meters water resistant according to ip68 rating.

                    They are telling me that i will be charged 18000 to 20000 for the repairs, is this the service you people are providing, and if so yes i will never ever go to buy samsung again and if it was out of warranty i would have never questioned you people, so please see in this regard.

                    They say it is physical damage, i am not a fool to physically damage the product and claim warranty.

                    Thanks Samsung for contacting me, [protected] is my Ref No., [protected]@gmail.com is my email id, and [protected] is my number, according to service center and the talk which i had with your team, they are saying it is water logged and does not come in warranty and for that i have to bear the charges, which is not acceptable to me, if i had to buy a new product i will never go for samsung henceforth, this is not the kind of service i was expecting from such a good brand, if something can be done regarding it plz get back to me or else i bring the damaged mobile from the service center and keep it like that only and use it as a paperweight.

                    Can you please elaborate the meaning of IP68 rating, for your Samsung S8 mobile, that according to Google says ( Devices backed by an international standard rating of IP68 are deemed fit enough to withstand dust, dirt and sand, and are resistant to submersion up to a maximum depth of 1.5m underwater for up to thirty minutes.) and i am saying to the best of my knowledge the mobile was not under water for more than 5 mins even, and not even deep as it says 1.5 meters water resistant according to IP68 rating. So either you remove that rating from your mobile and stop fooling people, or else stop selling cheep products at a higher price.

                    What do you mean by I should bear the expenses for the repair, then why is your mobile IP68 certified can you let me know please, also let me know if your this Galaxy S8 product is certified with that standard or no or just for the purpose of marketing you have tagged it with IP68 rating.

                    Regarding this "You are our valuable customer and we appreciate your patience in this regard." I was your valuable customer henceforth no to Samsung.

                      Samsung mobile currently lounch some fantastic models such as j6 & a6 a6+. But there are still something left, which does not sufficient to compete others specially chinese mobile organisations. Followings are the segments where improvement needed.

                      1. Samsung mobile does not take any initiative to extricate the mind setup of consumers i. E. Samsung gets hang. Only this issue engulfing samsung share unimaginary.

                      2. A6+ a8+ looks are not expected from samsung mobile compare to chinese maker. Both models are far away according to looks from two different specific competition models (...9 &...7) particularly. Why samsung mobile not used previous models z4 / omega w design. Which was fantastic in design.

                      3. Samsung why do not using notch display in 20k to 30k series? I personally think there is some sort of ego problem between both tech giant. But thus nokia was vanished. We are living in the era of globalization. So except any patent we can catch anyones good features.

                      4. 3gb ram is essential within 10k to compete others. But samsung does not have such models in offline.

                      5. Samsung currently far away from youth's heart.

                      6. Samsung mobil's adaption and evolution is very slow compare to chinese one. They are very fast to adapt and response promptly according to market need.

                      7. Samsung mobile's need to arrange a market survey physically on what does consumers want?

                        The screen of my note 8 cracked andi have replaced the display of my note 8 by paying ₹17000. 17days later my display started to flicker and turned blue. Then i approached to the service centre they checked my phone and said it is some display issue. They kept my phone for around 21 days and in between whenever i called them they kept me saying that they are working on it and 21days later they called me and said that it is due to some water damage. When i gave them my phone my phone is not water damaged. And now they are saying i have to pay ₹26000 for my phone.

                          I have purchased samsung split ac last year on 17 may 2017 as i had so much faith in samsung india services. My first ac service was done on 16 may 18 after repeated calls to samsung custmer care and assigned engineer. After first service, withing only 03 days my ac starting decooling and now it is totally giving air like cooler without water,,, than what is the use of ac. After this i called to samsung custmer care no.[protected] on 28 may 18 at 1506 hrs book a request for my ac with request no. [protected]. But engineer had visited my home for my ac after this call. I again called samsung custmer care on above mentioned number on 29 may 18 at 1926 hrs almost after 29 hours of first request. I spoke to mr rajnish, team leader home appliance department (As he told me) and he assures me that he will call me on 30 may 18 between 1000 hrs to 1100 hrs and arrange a engineer visit at my home only on 30 may 18 (Almost after 48 hours of my initial request. My grievance with samsung is that my request was not entertained even after 48 hours of my first request. After this all dramas, i again ranged up the samsung custmer care no and spoke to mr rajnish again on 30 may 18 at about 1330 hrs, then he told me that engineer already assigns for my work and he will visit my home today and after this i called samsung engineer mr anil and he told me that he will come only in the evening. I again ranged up samsung custmer care and spoke to mr monika, ms divya and mr vishavnath and ask them to transfer my call to mr rajnish as he knows all about my case but mr vishavnath tranaferred my call to ms neha supervisor (As she told me) but she spoke with my very rudly and told me that "agar humare engineer kisi aur ke ghar me lage huye h to aapke ghar me abhi kese aa sakte h". This is her statement even after of 48 hours of my initial request for samsung ac.
                          I want to complaint against mr rajnish, ms neha, mr vishvanath, ms divya, ms monika and samsung service centre rohtak branch.

                            This is to escalate the issues of process gap in your service operations leads to customer disappointment.

                            I would like to share the experience i am currently having with your samsung 55"inch smart 4k led tv - mu 6470

                            I bought this tv from kohinoor electrical's kandivali west - mumbai on 12th may.

                            The first 2 days app in the tv worked fine. However on the 4th day amazon primevideo stopped working.

                            I contacted samsung support several times on this issue and the support team only performed hub reset and tv factory reset which did not help to fix the issue.

                            There were engineers sent to my place to fix the issue, however all that they did was to reset the hub and factory default.

                            Today there were 2 engineers again visited my place and left without any solution.

                            Its been more than 2 weeks for now the app is not working while youtube is working fine.

                            Samsung engineers have a statement that its an issue with amazon prime while amazon prime is working fine in all other brands ranging from china models to top brands.

                            Later when this was challenged at a technical level samsung engineers stated that its issue on sumsung model and they are working on it.

                            I have been hearing this since a week while there is no fix/ solution.

                            Is samsung being a big brand running out of technical people who cannot fix a issue for the past 1 week?

                            This has been a hopeless and pathetic service leaving the customer in a disorted state.

                              I m the permanent customer of samsung but i m now very disappoint because i purchased a refrigerator on[protected] model no rt33jsmfesz/tl-ref-ff-sno 03954pag900316. This product is the worst product made by samsung from when i purchased this refrigerator every month it stops cooling from 2015. Every time when i call customer care they always said that pls switch off the refrigerator and switch on after 24 hours. This is not the way to solve the problem they send engineer only one or two times in many times complain. When i get frustrate then i call some other person to check the product. Now before 5days same problem happened and your engineer said that the compressor not working we have to change compressor as well as pcb and that will cost inr 10000. The product is under warranty this is one thing and other is that all parts are working again when we switch of the product. This policy is very much disappointing and i and my all relatives decided to never buy samsung product. I will complain also in consumer court.

                                I had contacted the person doing the repair and service of your fridges in kottayam on 11th may to inform that my fridge (Model rs26) is not working the next day the service person turned up and after inspection told us that the power cord needs to be replaced and it will take about two days. Now even after 18 days nobody has contacted us or acted positively.

                                  As per your concern your supposing us to service the refrigerator but i am not interested in servicing my new refrigerator that was recently purchased on 14.2.2018 its only 3 month older asset, i was keep on chasing you guys from past 2 month to fix the issue once i got purchased the refrigerator within 1 month itself s i am facing the freezing compliant day by day lot of trouble shooting steps has been shared by your team but there is no changes so i reached the retailer where i had purchased the refrigerator that guy reached you and logged a ticket for the mentioned case after the case raises the refrigerator was verified by your 3 technician for 4 week duration but every time they are sharing different different concern as the input and finally they updated there is some issue in refrigerator i am not satisfied on support you guys provided to me. So kindly share your escalation matrix to get the refund or replacement asset, because within 3 month duration if face these type of issue means what is the assurance about you product in future although i checked with retailer as well he updated me now a days we are getting cooling complaint issue on all the samsung refrigerator and r&d team or working on it we are not your sample holder for testing so i am not interested in using bad quality product in my home so kindly proceed the request to next level to get refund or replacement

                                  As per your input you just updated that your samsung quality was good but within 1 month duration why i am getting this kind of complaint in my refrigerator it means that i used to get damaged asset or secondary grade asset so it need to be replaced please dont push us to service the refrigerator i am not interested in that so kindly take a immediate action on this.

                                  Note : i am following your team for more than a month but without providing a solution the engineer named as kamlesh (1639) cancelled the request as issue is fixed this is not acceptable so kindly provide me a permanent fix or kindly root me to the escalation team.

                                      Samsung service centre charging money for changing charging port strip of c7 pro mobile phone damaged due to natural climatic moisture penetration in phone. Rather accepting it's faulty handset which is not sealed properly to avoid indian climatic moisture they demand 2500 rs. Even though my phone is under warranty period. I am highly disappointed with such attitude of samsung india. Consumer court will be my last option if samsung doesn't accept that it's because of their faulty sealing around phone that atmospheric moisture penetrates inside phone.

                                        Hi I have purchased a refrigerator 5 in one .after I have received the product it was a defect piece where the inner beeding was not proper so I have got it replaces..second time when I received another one it was a defect one which was not in proper condition like there are dents on the fridge which was again replaced..third time again a replacement the same one also with the dent, but this time the bloody people are not responding and whenever I called them they are like we will come and rectify your problem it's almost 3 months one person visited my home from Samsung and verified and told there is a dent on the fridge and he told he will be giving that in writing from Samsung but he is not responding back..he is a bloody ### he is not even responding to me..I have invested 65000 on fridge and there is no response from the bloody Samsung representative...now that there are dents on my fridge which the Samsung people have failed to replace it want replacement of my product immediately..

                                        I have not yet received any information or call from you..why is Samsung company not able to call me or give me email ..this is the poor customer satisfaction .they are least bothered to give service to customer.they only want sales to get hiked..I bought a frige for 70000/- and they are not even replying me...how are the employees not responding to the customer queries...those people are getting paid by the customer money and they are not giving any kind of service to us..unfair, injustice...I want senior official to reply me and call me on my issue...I am not going to leave this issue untill it is resolved properly with proper communication...

                                        Hi Samsung team,

                                        Still the fridge is not delivered to my address it's almost 2 months I have raised my issue .is this the way you behave with a customer.
                                        I have invested 70000 rupees on fridge getting a defect one.what the hell is happening out there.
                                        Let me know if you can solve my issue or not.when I am calling the reliance store from where I have purchased the fridge, those people are useless in giving proper response to people .
                                        This is not fair. And the particular person who was touch with me at the start of the complaint MR.singh assistant manager in operations from Samsung headache..he is a worst person .I don't even know how Samsung people have recruited such a person who is irresponsible in giving proper response to the customer.
                                        I want the some higher authorities to take a strict action against mr robin and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
