I have brought my samsung digital inverter ac since 2 days but now still it is not installed.. When i called in the no. Of customar care they told that samsung engineer will call me and meet me shortly but still now i have not got a single call from the service person...

I had full faith and belief on samsung but this feedback destroyed my believe...

    I bought a new samsung washing machine on 25th may 2018.
    Model: wd90k6410ox / tl
    S. No: 0g8h5abjb00051v

    2 days later the engineer came to install it –

    • the front rhs levelling screw was crooked and jammed and cannot be levelled
    O it was done with loose packing which keeps moving around.

    • after 4 days it developed a problem and the circuit board was replaced both in the front control panel and the rear controller.
    O the front screen is now full of dirty finger prints from inside.

    • two days later another problem developed “1min persisted” at the end of drying cycle even 6 hours after “hot” disappeared from screen. Machine had to be manually switched off.
    O the engineer opened the machine and found lint in the hot air element box.

     after considerable cleaning he said don’t dry things with lint in it???

    There has been 3 unsuccessful servicing’s in 10 days with one persistent problem marked in red.

    When i contacted “chat” the response was brainless see attachment pdf.

    Request please replace machine with a new one.

      Purchased samsung refrigerator model no. Rr26n373zbs on 25/05/2018 from r. K. Video apsara road jammu.
      The fridge is defective with dented base.
      Two engineers visited on our complaint, assured for replacement, but nothing
      Done so far.
      The fridge is not stable, remains tilted. It does not stand stable.
      Each time your engineer visits us, says they have lodged the complaint.
      We have been waiting for the last 12 days, but in vain.
      The fridge is risky for us as it may fall down any time.
      Please replace the dented part at your earliest.

      The invoice is attached.
      The fridge is defective wih dented base.
      it does not stand erect.
      It is unstable and stands tilted.

      They assured the replacement of dented part.
      we have been waiting for the last 12 days.
      Nothing has been done so far.
      this fridge is risky, may fall down and crash anytime.

          I've complaint twice the technician visited and the compressor was issued but at the time of installation khemchand technician said condenser & blade are damaged pay 10000/- otherwise not fixing and he taken the compressor back. Moreover according to him indooor unit is of 1ton while outdoor is 1.5t and the purchase is 1.5t a/c. Now the heat is on and nobody is turning back to take out the solution. I'm very much amazed and disturbed by the nexus in your service department. Please investigate.

          On 30th May 2018, we have bought a Samsung 275L double door fridge through online Flipkart. It has come with bulging on one side of the fridge. I have raised a request to replace but no action is taken so far.

          The model no is RT30M3043UT/HL
          COLOR Pebble Blue

          Please replace it with brand new Samsung fridge.
          Hello I bought double door fridge in oct 2014 from last one year same Problem of cooling issue is not getting resolved in my last complaint problem resolved after 12 days and after working of 5 days again same problem arises.

            Hi team samsung, i am extremely disappointed to tell you that i have lodged a complaint ([protected]) regarding repair of my 5 year old samsung refrigerator... But the service engineer refused to service the refrigerator saying the part is not available... When i contacted the customer care team, they too have shown their inability to provide any help... I am extremely surprised and shocked to learn that a company like samsung can simply refuse to service its own product... Just five years old...

              I have purchased this very high end refrigerator from samsung for indian rs. 75000/- (Ten equivalent to usd - 1500 appx.) in may 2012. It had a compressor warranty of 10 years and machine warranty of 1 year.

              The purchase details are

              1. Model no = rs21hutpn1
              2. Serial no = u99543cc200015
              3. Purchase date = may 24, 2012
              4. Purchased from = dawar international electronics pvt. Ltd.
              5. Purchase invoice= dowb6358 dated 24 may 2012

              After six years of operations there was a performance fault in this unit. We complained to samsung. They reviewed and declared this unit as unrepairable. Thy declared this as rarest of rarest situation where such a high end unit becomes unrepairable.

              Since this product is expected to last 10-20 years therefore, taking cognizance of the rare type of fault getting developed there, samsung has agreed to refund my purchase price but, i have requested them for a replacement of this with a similar unit. I am worried that if they refund my puchase price then similar unit is now @ inr rs. 1, 10, 000/- which is again appx. Usd 1500 appx.

              Samsung is not responding to my this request while i think that because

              1, this is a premature product failure as acknowledged by their team.
              2. Customer is not at fault here but suffering now

              Therefore samsung shall simple replace the unit with same unit.

                When i purchased this fridge after 2 month of date of purchase fridge detect sensor problem.

                After one month of above complaint again 2nd problem detect that was p. C. B failure in my samsung fridge. I register complaint my secound complaint in samsung india [protected].

                After three month of above complaint again 3rd problem detect that was p. C. B failure in my samsung fridge. I register complaint my third complaint in samsung india [protected].

                As per samsung india now my fridge out of warranty.

                I m frustrated.

                  My mobile also faces the same complained that all s7 edge owners face once the warranty period is over. But still samsung is not taking any actions as this is a manufacturindlg defect. It all proves that the consuner right in india is not strong. After spending a huge amount on mobile this is what we get. It is amazing that there has not been any action taken from samsung india side.

                  The pink line in my samsung galaxy s7 edge appeared after the warranty period. So the repair costs around 16000. Mobile till now didnt have any physical damage. Eventhough if we replace the display from our own pocket there is no guarantee that the issue will not come again.

                    I have purchased S6 Edge during 2016 from UAE. Past few days back, the mobile didn't get charged, whereas the backside of the mobile got opened. It seems battery of the mobile got expanded/bulged. I have taken up with Samsung Centre immediately. They have just seen the mobile and told battery issue and the same is not available. Also it is not possible to make ready of the mobile.
                    It is really bad that within two years the battery of such an expensive mobile became out of order. It is also to be mentioned here that the charging of the mobile is also perfect to my knowledge. I have not put my mobile in charge full night or over charged in any situation.
                    I have been a customer of Samsung products especially mobiles for many years. But this made me to stop buying Samsung mobiles. Kindly treat this issue as serious and get me a solution.

                    No reference id given by the Centre, as they just seen and returned back. After that week approached authorised service centre of nearby location referred by Samsung customer care. There, I have been told that battery may be available but it will take some time to confirm the availability of battery. I have asked forreferance id/token number, but they have taken the details and not given, stating that the mobile should be submitted to the centre for giving the reference number. Kindly advise what is the solution.

                    Also to inform that, today the service centre Engineer saying to wait another two days for battery.. That too they said they are not sure the battery will be available in two days... What is this ? First of all, the battery of such a higher end mobile within 1.5-2 years gone out of order is unacceptable..For replacement of the battery also, Samsung authorized service centre is unable to solve the issue. Really fed up with up the brand.. Will I get any solution for this or not?

                      My uhd samsungtv, had a problem. Tv was not getting on. I called the customer care and raised the issue, call. No.[protected]. One person from cooltech digital services which is an authorised samsung service center, located in door no.1-2-234/13/30, arvind nagar, domalguda, himayatnagar, hyderabad-500029. Telangana, came saw and said the mother board is the problem and waited for 10 days, again he came and said, it is the power board problem, again waited for 10 days, he came and again said, it is soft ware problem and took my tv to the service center, no body was responding in the service center to give an update, so again i called the customer care and they gve me another no.[protected]. Then they responded and told me that panel is the problem, which is a costly one, rs.38200. Again waited for 5 days, then today they told me that wrong panel has come, and again i have to wait for few more days, i am fed up, i do not know what is happening to my tv. It is one month since i am waiting for my tv to be delivered. Kindly look into and help me.

                        I have bought note 8 on 24th may nd found light leakage issue nd submitted phone to service centre on 28th nd today is 6th june nd got reply from head office samsung that no replacement nd really he talked to me in harsh manner. Never expected such treatment from brand like samsung.. I shall never buy any product of samsung..                         My device was not yet replaced...so this is what samsung provides to customer in name of warranty. Infact samsung representative doesnt have manner to speak to customers.I want samsung to apologize me ! No need to provide replacement but atleast apologize me for talking in harsh manner with me .

                          I would like to bring to your notice that i had made a complaint about my refrigerator to which my complaint was attended to by ur technician mr mohd javed. He recommended that i should switch off the refrigerator overnight as the drain pipe could be choked after which he would attend and resolve my problem the next day. He was paid the visiting charges for which no receipt was given. Despite my repeated calls to the service centre and mr javed regarding the incompletion of the job there has been no response. My problem still persists.
                          It is deplorable that despite patronising the company product for many years we receive such bad service not expected of such a reputed company. I request you to kindly please take sum action to maintain ur reputation failing which i would have to think about recommending ur products.

                            I bought this samsung galaxy j7 pro in the month of feb with 1yr warranty. After 2.5 months my screen started turning black from 1 side and when i went to service centre they are saying that your screen is internally damaged. I told them i didn't dropped my cell even for once n my glass guard is also intact so how can the screen be damaged. When i ask them to change it they kept saying that it's internal damage madam and we don't take responsibility for that. So what samsung gives warranty for if there screen damages internally due to the minimal pressure that even the glassguard could also tolerate. I think in the phone like this which has inbuilt battery the only chances are of screen getting damaged n if samsung doesn't take responsibility for it why are we buying such phones from samsung that could have problems even after taking all the precautions.

                              I bought a Galaxy S7 Edge back in September 2016. I used it for 1 year and just 4 days before the warranty void date, the screen started showing black lines. I was lucky that the phone was still under warranty otherwise I would have to pay around 20000 for the screen replacement, after that in a few months the phone started showing problems like it would shut down on its own, would freeze and shut down. I went to the service station and they are telling me that I need to pay 15000 rupees for the motherboard replacement. I think Samsung has cheated me because they didn't check the phone properly after replacing the screen which gave me problems. I didn't knew about THIS WEBSITE before otherwise I would have filed the complaint very earlier. It's May 2018 and the phone is lying dead in my cupboard since December 2017 around which it died. I hate Samsung and would never buy such expensive phones from them again. Just imagine, if I would have missed the warranty date during my screen issue, I would have been made to pay 20000 extra.. which including the current motherboard cost makes the total money spent around 1 lakh.)(60000+20000+15000) as I had purchased the phone for 60000. I never expected such cheap customer service and poor product from a company like Samsung. I don't wish to repair the phone, as I am afraid that I will run into any other problem in future. ### you Samsung.

                                I would like to introduce myself as harpreet singh from ahmedabad (Guj) i am using smart phones since last decade and for your knowledge i have been using samsung phones only because of android and this last experience of this samsung smart phone ie samsung s7 edge has been totally weird and pathetic and it has literally removed my faith from these android phones only :- (

                                You wont believe i still have this samsung note 3 phone with me just like that and even it was/is much better than this weird edge phone!!

                                I was planning to buy note 7 but due to that manufacturing defect which was there, so i opt for s7 edge that time…. Well let me share my true experiences with you guys….

                                S7 edge has got pathetic speed, third class battery and most weird thing is storage, yes i mean it, most of the data which is been given by company itself, occupies most of the space and for us to store some videos, images or audio seems to be a dream only, which we can never accomplish though l and it hangs also more often…. I have been facing this battery issue since i bought it and somehow i was been convinced by your professional team of experts but not anymore now …………â€&br...

                                Enough is enough!!! I bought this phone for some rs 58, 000 approximately, one and half year back and recently some months back i did opt for extended warranty too just to get rid of the expensive service and software upgrade and also on just a simple belief that everything will get sort out and i will be getting complete satisfaction, which i deserve whole heartedly…….

                                Since last few months i have been thinking to send you guys a mail depicting my true feedback and experience but i was not getting time though and today i made up my mind that i have to shoot an email to you any how so that your entire team of korea & new zealand can come to know about this weird product ie samsung s7 edge :- (

                                I am fed up with this piece of #!!! Pls do the needful so that i can get full satisfaction by you guys, which i deserve whole heartedly and can stay back with this android family or i might just move to apple and forget this entire bull# like a biggest night mare (Which lasted for a decade)

                                Necessary attachments are also attached for your reference and future r. N. D

                                Note :- being a consumer of a smart phone, my internet, wifi and live wallpaper remains on 24*7 and i have this habit since so many years and also with all my past handsets, so don’t give me that excuse at all please…..

                                  I am compelled to raise this complaint for an escalation as I urgently need support, and nothing but sheer disappointment received from Samsung India customer care and service team. My fridge is not working and it is identified as the compressor gone bad, I have critical life support medicines and infant food items to be kept which are extremely necessary. Since yesterday I am after customer care to assist me, the technician visited as well and identified compressor gone bad, but since then I am chasing whole day today to give me an ETA and requesting to expedite the replacement. At the end of the day today after calling customer care 6 times I received an update that it will be delivered on 15th June i.e. after 11 days. In between all sort of harassment and lies of customer care folks have also happened including disconnecting my call while transferring to supervisor. They have given me all sort of excuses since yesterday that they are sort staffed, no parts availability, even for inspection there was no spare PCB available yesterday and it was diagnosed again today.

                                  The same I have mailed to Rajeev Gupta (Director- Customer Service) and HC Hong (President & CEO Samsung Southwest Asia) short time ago.

                                    I purchased samsung s9 plus on 5th-april 2018.
                                    1) the issue is when i do voice call, the screen will black while i kept near my ear. After the call is over, when i take the mobile away from my ear ear regular screen has to come. But my mobile it not happening some time. So when i do international voice call, i am not able ti identify whether the call was cut / not. For that i have to press the on/off switch to bring the screen.
                                    2) battery issue - drained very fast.

                                      Our refrigerator model rt - 29 bdtsi was purchased on[protected].
                                      1st repair on[protected]. Gas fillings and compressor change.
                                      2.[protected], cooling problem.
                                      3.[protected], again cooling problem.
                                      4.[protected]. Again cooling problem.
                                      The service wanted compressor to change+ gas filling for rs 9000 (Approx).
                                      After paying rs 19, 400 for refrigerator we have faced so much harassment from your samsung product and still asked to shell out 9000 rs for repair without guarantee, you are totally responsible for replacing the refrigerator with a new one.

                                        This is to inform you that the service you are providing in dombivli (E) mumbai is the worst service my cell phone is having some charging issue so i visited your samsung service centre (29th may 2018) and they told me that they will replace that part as this phone is in warranty and they told to me that i have to keep my phone one day with them i said ok and next day (30th may) again i visited to get my phone they give me my phone without checking anything, so i take my phone and went i can’t able to check as the battery was dead so when i come to office and check so there was a new issue the below 2 buttons light was not working (Multi window key and back key) so on 31st may i again visited at service centre and tell my issue so they take my for done some software and wasted my 2 hours and inform me that my motherboard need to replace so i told that this is the new phone and in the new phone if there is motherboard issue so i need replacement so they denied rudely, so i inform them that keep my phone do whatever you want to do and resolve all the issue in my phone i keep my phone there for 3 days and on 3rd june i went there and take my phone again battery was too low so i can’t able to check my phone so i came back to my home do all the setting and i used it and after using the phone some time i observed that the sencer not working and screen touch is also not working smoothly and the speaker's voice is very low. I need a replacement for this phone request you to please help me to resolve this issue.

                                        After using this phone for 6 months. Today i got a pink line on right corner of my phone. as i saw on internet, same problem is being faced by users worldwide. samsung is cheating its customers by selling defected phones as flagship devices. and their service centers are refusing to repair the phones in warranty too.
