Samsung service centre charging money for changing charging port strip of c7 pro mobile phone damaged due to natural climatic moisture penetration in phone. Rather accepting it's faulty handset which is not sealed properly to avoid indian climatic moisture they demand 2500 rs. Even though my phone is under warranty period. We are getting harassed in this heat without refrigerator (Sg629epnsh/xtl) from nearly 2 months by service center in ahmedabad. Instead of repairing our refrigerator they broke it completely. Below are the turn of events
- on april 4 we lodged a complain that our deep freezer is not getting proper cooling. The fridge compartment was working perfectly fine.
