Hello sir,

I purchased samsung led smart tv worth inr 50, 000 in new delhi on october 2016, and it’s not even 2 years and the picture tube is gone, i can see multiple lines on the screen, upon contacting customer service they sent an engineer who said i have to pay inr 28000 to get it repaired. I cannot afford such amount after buying an expensive tv and being a prominent brand how can your picture tube stop working within less than 2 years? What’s the point of buying from a prominent brand like you and paying such a hefty price if after a year i have to pay more than half of the price of the tv to get it repaired.in that case people should stop trusting your brand and start buying local products and to make things worse the customer service is not at all helpful they keep on transferring the calls with no resolution. Please help me in this regard as i purchased the tv with my hard earned money. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Hi i purchased samsung inverter air conditioner (Ac) on june 4, 2018 evening and it was installed on june 5, 2018. The wiring was done only on june 6, 2018 and so started using the ac from june 6 evening. Two days ac worked fine but while turning on the ac on june 9, 2018 at 12: 20am it started showing an error code of e4 22 around 12:42am called the customer care and informed about the issue and next day experienced engineer was sent and he said the board in the outdoor unit is not working and would replace the board by june 11, 2018 and also i would receive status updates but i received none and everytime i had to call the customer care. Even today (June 12, 2018) called to know the status update and spoke to supervisor where he told i would receive a call regarding the status around 3pm. Not sure what the status will be will i be asked the wait for more days. Purchased the ac because of the rough climate but now what is the use of purchasing it. Request you to replace the ac.

    Still waiting for refund to happen and Samsung head office agents are literally lethargic and not bothered to pick the call. Why then you guys put an incharge and give your contact numbers. Why do guys give a commitment when you cannot keep up your words. On June 14, 2018 was given a commitment that refund will happen in 5-7 working days but on June 20, 2018 received a call stating will take 7 days more. After repeated talks was told they will arrange a call with the manager and still they are lethargic on this issue esp. not bothered to pick the calls. According to business CUSTOMER is the KING of business but I feel Samsung will treat its customer like beggars to keep begging for refund for the defect product they have supplied.

      Dear sir
      This is to inform you tha i have purchase the samsung j7 pro on date 30.05.2018 and i was observed some 2-3 problems in my handset such as touch pad problem, hearing sound clarity not ok i have to judge the voice of the person what he is speaking and some time sceen get black while saving the contact.
      So for this i went to samsung service on date 2/06/2018 and they check my handset and accepted the problem and taken for diagonistic.

      After several hours they returned my handset by saving it is a software issue so we have clear the problem now you can use it. So i use the handset infront of them for touchpad issue i found ok later they told me that you use for 2 days if issues is there you come to us.

      Sir after that i used the handset for 2 days and instaling some application then later i started the same problem which i was facing before.

      So today 4/06/2018 i again come to samsung service center for the problem, now i asked for service manager to attend my problem but he told me that your handset is ok and dont have a such a issue, later i call to samsung care on 1800 40 for further assistant and i talked to mr. Prashant kumar for a assistant i told him that i need a refund on over my phone and i dont want to go with samsung. He told me that you just submit your handset for proper under observation then if problem will not resolve we will go for the further action.

      And second thing is that the staff from the service center is not respect to customer and ruddelly speaking so requsting you to take some disciplanary action agaist on them.

      I am going in cusomer court for the my handset problem and refund.

        I have complaint that, I purchased a mobile phone C7 pro approx a month ago but this handset is not working properly I went at service center they told me that their is moisture in your handset then I told for exchange but they don't do so .it is company manufacturing fault not my fault and the moisture is in the panel of speaker that's why there is also sound problem and hanging problem also .

          We purchased WW60M204K0S Front Loading with Smart Check & Touch LED Panel 6.0Kg WW60M204K0S on[protected] at Veejay world of Electronics, Anantapur . From the date of purchase to 3 months it works fine after 3 months we stared facing problems with this product continuously we contacted to the customer care they sent technician, Technician solve the issue after that again we faced another issue like this we continuously faced the problems lot of times technicians came and said that some parts are not available we will place order for required parts then we solve the issue. They took more than 70 days to solve the issue . How the Samsung is giving authorization to those service centers they even don't know about the product completely. Note : They are not responding properly with the customers and they are behaving rude with customers and more the way they answer is very neglect and very negligence with customers . We are not at all satisfied with this product . In market Samsung had very good-wiil, with this type of quality less products Samsung will loose the good- will. With in the span of 8 months we faced lot of problems with this product. so please replace the product or refund the amount .

              This side Saddam Mujeeb I beg to say that my phone has troubled for last 6 months about mother board issue and I am regularly contacting for your backend team and my nearest service center but no one has been resolved my issue. I will complaint against you, You have done a lot of prestige within 6 months, the mother board has changed 3 times but my problem is still the same. I am not using a Chinese company's phone Samsung is a very big brand. In spite of this, so many problems in my phone.

                Hello, i am sajid aglodiya from gujrat. Very worst service ever i have seen, before 3 years i have brought fridge and before 3 days i face cooling issue and samsung sent its person for checking and he said nothing but gas problem is here and he said within 24 hours person will come and he will make the system proper,

                After 24 hours i have called to samsung and again they said within 48 hours person will come and make your fridge proper, now already 48 hours has been passed and still nobody has come to repair the fridge, i was supposed to purchase samsung washing machine also but due to the present service provided by you i changed my mind not to purchased only on bases on your service. Just now i had talk with them and thay said we will check tomorrow.

                    Got my split ac relocated via samsung representative in aug18, didnt check the functionality at that point of time. Now in summers, when we switched on the ac, it didnt work. So launched a complaint in may18 with samsung and it took alomost 45 days to solve the problem. The service guy worked hard to identify that due to wrong cable connections done by the person who relocated the ac, the communication port of the outside unit has blown away. This calls for change in the complete master board of the outer unit which is costing me rs7500. Am not ready to pay such a huge price for samsung mistake. The new pcv board is already fitted into the ac. Either u take the old board and replace the communication chip or give me free of cost board to compensate the bad time i had to go through this summer due to samsung mistake

                        I had taken a phone note 8 two months ago, whose charging point is not working since yesterday evening because of which i am having trouble,
                        I have visited your samsung store care & care allahabad today regarding charging point where i met akhilesh mishra store manager be treated with a lot of nonsense and begin to say get to know where to go is what to do where to go, your phone will not be here,

                        In such a samsung reputed company you are sitting in a bad man making a store manager

                        Common thing is that is when the phone is in the pocket then it gets dust a little in the charging point it does not mean that it is dust of water.
                        Money has been demanded to make my phone repair.

                          Respected sir,

                          i purchased samsung double door fridge from mehsana, gujarat.
                          Model num is-rt49k675859.
                          Date of purchased-10.05.2016
                          amount-56000

                          when i purchased this fridge after 2 month of date of purchase fridge detect sensor problem.
                          I register complaint my fist complaint in samsung india [protected].

                          After one month of above complaint again 2nd problem detect that was p.C.B failure in my samsung fridge. I register complaint my secound complaint in samsung india [protected].

                          After three month of above complaint again 3rd problem detect that was p.C.B failure in my samsung fridge. I register complaint my third complaint in samsung india [protected].

                          After three month of above complaint again 4th problem detect that was p.C.B failure in my samsung fridge. I register complaint my third complaint in samsung india [protected].

                          As per samsung india now my fridge out of warranty.

                          After six month of above complaint again 5th problem detect that was p.C.B failure in my samsung fridge. I register complaint my third complaint in samsung india [protected] samsung charge me for pcb-5000rs

                          i m frustrated.
                          I want to replace my fridge any how as soon as possible.

                          Today your executive call me and told me that the replacment is not possible. And she offred me that samsung will refund 56% of total amount and they will cut 44% amount for depriciation.

                          But i demand 75% payment as a refund and 25% cut the payment as a depriciation cost.

                          But samsung executive don't agree with that condition.
                          So i don't understand that why company don't support the customer?

                          i am the big fan of samsung company even in my home there are 7 samsung mobile and 5 samsung 40" led tv. But only in this item i was in trouble.

                          If i am talking about another problem. Last year samsung launched note 8 mobile at that time i purchased that mobile from dubai as per company manufacturing fault company replace all the mobile.

                          So why company don't agree with my condition because this is the company manufacturing fault. In that condition company have to replace fridge without any complains but even i am agree to loss 25%. In this condition i don't have any mistack.

                          So in my point of view company have to support the custemer.

                          So i kindly request to company that please refund 75% of payment as soon as possible. Because that was the manufacturing fault. I can definatly told that because i purchased 2 no. Of fridge on same date but only in this fridge the fault was occured very frequently.

                          So please kindly go throught this problem and give the best solution of that.

                            I visited samsung customer care in rohtak located in huda complex, haryana regarding the battery drainage problem of my c7 pro phone which is still under warranty.
                            They took it very casually and rejected to help me on that subject.
                            They told me that there is no such problem with the phone which clearly is a lie.
                            Your samsung customer care is very poor, i used to think samsung make the best phones in the world but clearly after today, i despise samsung phones and am never gonna buy it again if this problem of mine is not solved by you.
                            I sleep at night and wake up with nearly 15% of my battery drained which used to be only 2% in the beginning.
                            I am not a stupid person but they made a fool of me out there.
                            If you will not help me in getting my battery replaced soon enough, i will not buy any other samsung phone in the future.
                            Also, tell your customer care to take your consumers seriously as they have some self respect which your customer care staff doesn't understand.

                              I am customer of samsung company. I am fully trust on samsung company i love this brand but this time i have very bad experience with this brand because samsung mobile which having invoice detail as attached file. This mobile is water proof as said company. I was in swimming pool with carry water proof mobile which having depth not more than 1.5 mtr and 30mins my cell phone was damaged so i had submitted in customer service office in rajkot so i had bad experience for service because if company said mobile is waterproof and if it damaged due to water and service department asked charges for repairing than what it means to say its waterproof. And let you know customer service executive should have to do first inspection on cell you should not say directly charges of repairing of it and also suggest us to its good to take service out side company its chipper than samsung store. So what it means that samsung company service executive say to take service out side than what is ingenuity of samsung company.

                              So my kind request to company that please take charge of this and at list first take initiative for investigation (Inspection) of any repairing work instead of direct giving any answer or inspection nobody can denied to give service of any genuine company. After result of inspection company have to decide what is truth.

                              Here i had attached all related document regarding my instrument and i hope as good company cell phone will give satisfied answer of it and should have take strict action with bad service of customer service desk.

                                I have given my phone in service centre due to the issue of overheating and broken display. The cause for overheating was battery (Told by service centre). So they replaced it with new battery and display and charged me 13784rs, but after repair my phone still overheats, this complaint was registered w weeks back but no response from samsung customer care.

                                Would like to know why it's happening and who is responsible if my phone blasts smeday.

                                  I am manoj prabhakar. (Mob: [protected]). My samsung smartphone (A7 2016) warranty ends on june 6 2018. I got a defect in my phone on june 6 2018 at 6.20pm. I confirmed with samsung support that my warranty is available till 11.59pm june 6 2018. It took me 7.30 pm to confirm all these details with my invoice. Next step i need to visit nearest samsung service center. I reached samsung authorized service center which is located at 11th street tatabad, coimbatore. But when i reach there it was 8 pm and the service center is closed. But my phone had a warranty till 11.59 pm. I am really frustrated in that situation by having my defected phone in my hand standing outside the closed service center which all happened in the warranty period of my phone.
                                  The next day i visited the same service center and they checked my phone thoroughly. They confirmed the defect is with display and the warranty can be claimable it was within the warranty period. I just smiled at them.
                                  Now they charging me for replacing the display which got issue during the warranty. They are saying the warranty period was over when i visited them. Yes, the warranty was over when i visited on next day june 7 2018.
                                  But they don't have any answer when i say that i came to the service center on june 6 2018 at 8 pm which is under warranty period.
                                  Also, the samsung company warranty norms is saying that the warranty is ony year (365 days). But they didn't mention anything like the warranty period will be till the closing time of the service center at the last day of my warranty.

                                    I had purchased samsung refrigerator from haryana traders, m. P building golghar, gorakhpur. Model no. Rr26n373zr8/nl. On dated 29/04/2018.
                                    I had already registered three complain (Complaint no. [protected] dt._30/04/18, second comp. No.[protected] dt.-6/5/18 & third comp. No. [protected] dt-8/6/18) but still problem of not proper cooling of new refrigerator from first day is not solved. Your service engineer said that he would take the fridge to service centre. I am not satisfied with your service. Kindly see to my colmplain and replace my fridge as soon as possible otherwise i would deal with it legally.

                                      Ads are very irritating and frequently comes in between any work. I don't want to see ads anymore. Pls do me needful. As i am writing mail or listening on youtube or even in between calls on loudspeaker, at a time when i am complaining about this ads also disturbing me in between my work. I also went to samsung service centre regarding this matter, they told me that these are third party ads we can't do anything in this case.
                                      It's not fair that after spending a that much of amount, consumer is getting irritation. It's a big offence somebody have to take a very strict action against this kind of offence of companies.

                                        I purchased a Samsung front load washing machine on 9/12/2013. It suddenly stopped working, not even turning on. I raised a compliant, no [protected], for the same and paid 472 as service charges. An engineer came in to diagnosis and mentioned to us that it PCB is gone and need to be replaced. The reason he mentioned is that it is due to power fluctuations. He gave me the rough estimation of 8000 for part replacement. I started calling samsung then he changed is word saying it will cost Rs 4850/-. I checked wit customer care there is a website or place where I can seethe price of the parts and order them. But they mentioned I have to with what ever the service center says and there is no such website to check the prices of parts.

                                        I was not convinced as there are no other appliances have issue at my home where my TV & Fridge powered on 24/7 without any stabilizer. Most importantly, samsung advertised on the washing machine that it can with stands up to 400V, then how come the PCB gone due to power variations.

                                        I called samsung customer care and claimed this as a product defect as there is no physical damage to machine or to the PCB and there no burn signs any where on the PCB or machine.

                                        They say since it is out of warranty they can't help but can ask for Q&A. I though it is a quality assurance department that verifies PCB to confirm whether or not it is product defect. The same engineer have come back to take the photos of the PCB to send them to Q &A. They said they need 24 hours to come back to me with feed back.

                                        It took more than a week and I had to call them at least 4 times to check what happen with Q &A . In my last call I understood that Q&A mean Question and Answer, and the feed back I received is that the product is out of warranty and I need to bare all the charges for product replacement and the service cost. I don't understand why Q & A has been raised and I was waiting for it more than week and making calls to customer care? just to confirm that my washing machine is out of warranty and I have to base all the replacement and service charges?

                                        They created a nice trap with this washing machines warranty terms. I got 10 years of warranty on motor but only 2 years on the whole machine. The PCB gone in 4 years and new PCB comes with only 6 months warranty. This means I have to base 5000 or more every time when PCB dies till next 6 years until warranty voids on motor as well. And the PCB may die any time between 6 months to 4 years.

                                        Another horrible thing with samsung customer care is that they done log the conversation into the complaint and I had to explain the whole story every time I called them. They are least bothered about the customers concerns and logs the info what they are comfortable. Then I don't understand why they have the customer care.

                                        I hope at least from this forum I may get a better resolution to my washing machine.

                                        Please consider that this is a product defect as there are no physical damage to machine or to the board and also there are no burnt signs or any other damage signs on the board. Request you to arrange me the part replacement at no cost to me.

                                        Please let me know in case if you need any further information.
