I would like to register a complaint regarding the fault in my 1.5 ton inverter ac purchased in the month of july 2016.
Within two years of time i encountered a manufacturing defect in the internal coil due to which i was asked to pay a sum of rs 10, 600/- (8000 for coil replacement and 2000 for gas filling press tax).
Such a branded product like samsung should not info below wear and tear within a short span of time. Hence i request to repair the unit free of cost as the customer is in no way responsible for the repair.
I did register a complaint the details are given below but was offered only a discount of 25% which i am not ready to take up. I need the repair to be fine free of cost except for the service charges which i have already paid.

Received a call from. Customer care Chennai stating they can only give 25% discount and that's the final call taken by the company.
This is rediculous from their end to say to avoid regular customer who owns nothing less than 7 ACs, 4 TVs, , one fridge all d as msung products. That's the belief we have in the product but finally what we get is poor after sales service and no consideration for manufacturing defect fire which the customer is not responsible.
I don't want to leave this issue here. Please let me know what's the next plan of action

Still I keep getting calls only to hear the same story. I need a concrete response from the head office and would appreciate if company like Samsungv would value their customers and be Pro customer

      tv reinstallation charges too high

      Hi, i am very disappointed in the services that the samsung support team offers regarding tv installation and re-installation.
      We have a 40 inch samsung smart tv that was bought and used in bangalore.
      When we relocated to chennai, we had raised a reinstallation request for which it costed us around 400-500 inr.
      Now owing to renovation of my house, i had to dismantle it and raised again a re-installation request.

      We are getting harassed in this heat without refrigerator (Sg629epnsh/xtl) from nearly 2 months by service center in ahmedabad. Instead of repairing our refrigerator they broke it completely. Below are the turn of events
      - on april 4 we lodged a complain that our deep freezer is not getting proper cooling. The fridge compartment was working perfectly fine.
      - within few days a technician came and without even opening the fridge or checking gas pressure told that refrigerant gas needs to be filled.
      - on 6th april repairman came and filled the gas and changed some parts, and charged us 2035/- attached is copy of the receipt.
      - but nothing changed, we had the same issue, so we made another complaint on 8th april.
      - after that 2-3 times different technician came and did some things and then our fridge compartment also stopped working.
      - they said they will have to take to factory to check and took it.
      - after 10 days and numerous calls, our refrigerator was returned saying problem is solved. But it was completely not working and was damaged by the service center.
      - we lodged another complaint, this time another technician came did some things, still same issue.
      - they again took the refrigerator to factory for checking.
      - after another 10 days and numeros calls it was returned saying that they cannot fix the refrigerator.

      How can a company like samsung not repair 8 year old refrigetor? Apart from doing repair samsung service center damaged our refrigerator completely, it now does not work at all. If they were not capable of repairing it, they should have told form the beginning. What was the point of harassing us from nearly months and then damaging our refrigerator to the point where it is not operable at all. Please do some thing.

        In february when the complaint was raised then samsung person came and said gas should be filled and gas is leaking so he has done welding and filled the gas and went.
        Again the same problem the cooling is not happening then after the complaint, they came and said the same thing that gas should be filled, but no one is coming to fill the gas and no one is responding even after continuously following up.. Since 3 weeks.

          This is to inform you that i have purchased a samsung j7 pro from your company yesterday after charging when i saw the display it gets darker and darker as time passes. Today i have visit customer care of surat branch and met mr. Badar japanwala and mr. Huzefa sheikh they misbehave with meand also told that nothing will happen as it's not company fault led screen was already bend. But the phone was not fallen from anywhere even sceen guard is also safe. This customer care guys are misleading the brand name of samsung i request you to take serious action aganist them. When i talked more about product they are not ready to listen anything. Please help and replace the mobile.

                This email is regarding a complaint that has been filed to you guys since 7 days. My 43 inch plasma tv had some issue i called your engineers they said they will have to take it to the serive station. The next day your people took the tv to your service station then i got a call saying that it has some power issue in the next call they said there is an issue with the display of the tv anyway i told them to repair they said it would cost me 16k i agreed and gave them a go ahead then in the next call they said the part that they have to replace is out of stock and they will have to return the tv as they cang repair it and then they sent it back.
                I called then again asking what am i suppose to do now as i have a samsung tv and incase anything goes wrong samsung is suppose to repair it for me.
                And i got a reply that i am suppose to buy a new tv.
                Since then i have been making calls to your tv department and each person who speaks to me says "i am fowarding this request and you will get a call with in 24hrs" everyday there is a new person i am speaking to and getting the same reply no one is helping me and my tv isnt working since 10 days now
                Kindly look into the matter and let me know how exactly can happen in such a situation.

                  I had bought samsung television on 15th december 2015, after spending around 50thousand rupees and trusting the brand samsung, i had bought this television.
                  But now my television screen display is having patches on the screen and picture is elaborated.
                  I had complained to your customer care but your team is asking me to pay twenty thousand rupees to get it rectified.
                  I could have bought a similar tv with a very less price and 5yrs warranty but i chose to buy samsung trusting the brand.
                  If this what i get for trusting the brand, than i am really sorry to say please stop branding your self as a biggest brand.

                  Its an hard earned money and i need my tv to be rectified without any cost.

                  Hope the management listens to a loyal customer voice and act on it at the earliest.

                      I have a samsung note 3. While i was on vacation at dehradun my phone switched off and refused to get booted again.
                      I took it to customer care, dehradun. I was told to leave the phone for examination and was handed back with software updated for a charge of rs 236.00. Copy of bill attached for reference.
                      I was also told that my battery was causing problems. I ordered for an original samsung battery for rs 1746.00 and gave the advance. I was told they will call me after they receive the battery in 3-4 days.
                      After going home i realised the camera and music was not operating (Error of "unfortunately camera has stopped" & "unfortunately music play has stopped" was being displayed") i also noticed that now a hidden message was being sent every few minutes (Onscreen message of"sending sms message"displayed but no details of message visible).
                      I thought of asking them to reload the software when i go to collect my battery. But even after 10 days i didn't get any call. When my vacations were getting over i went to check and after the customary waiting period and checking from one countervto another i was told that my battery had indeed come (I asked that you were to call on arriaval.. No reply). Copy of bill attached for reference.
                      On my complaint of the service over software updation i was asked to take another token and wait again. I told then it is already an old complaint and if a reload can be done qickly as i cannot wait any longer for i have a train to catch.. But the staff very casually said"phone toh chhodna hi padega"... On being asked whether this will be treated as a new complaint and charged again they said yes.
                      I could not argue any further as i was getting late i left with my issue unresolved.
                      The great first impression i got on seeing the impressive customer care facility and a belief that the efiiciency of the staff would lead to a pleasant experience, was however thwarted by this callous attitude of staff and the disdain they show over customer problems as well as double charging them for a fault of theirs.
                      Hope you will guide for a better solution.
                      My phone still is without camera and music play and the mysterious sms messages are still going after every few minutes.
                      I am an army officer posted in pune presently. Please suggest a way forward to resolve my issue.

                        I have purchased washing machine of samsung company which is useless since buy. As when we wash clothes in the machine, clothes have small small holes which become larger and torn the clothes. Our clothes are not in a wearable condition due to this problem.                             I purchased this phone back in october 2017.
                            From last month and a half, the phone goes automatically to sleep mode or android software gets auto updated and re formats the phone.
                            I gave it to samsung service center twice, but all they do is update android software and still the problem is not resolved.
                            It is still under warranty and no permanent solution has been provided.

                              I purchased a Samsung washing machine( WA82VSL) at Samsung Plaza in Khammam, Telangana. Now my washing machine is not working . I complained for it and Samsung technician Rakesh came to my home(mobile.no [protected])He informed me that the mother board was at fault and that he'd look for an alternative. But there was no response from the company till date. My repeated requests for a repair have fallen on deaf ears.
                              I request your forum to intervene and get me justice at the earliest by instructing them to repair my washing machine immediately.

                                I log a complaint on 10 may 2018 person came and say gas issue need gas charging ref no [protected]

                                Monday engineer came sultan who was not at all professional
                                As per samsung instruction gas was 600a while he filled hydromonocarbon
                                He didnt brought digital weight scale which is compulsory
                                And collected money and went
                                Evenafter 2 days cooling was not coming again book complaint ref no [protected]
                                Engineer didnt turn up for 2 days then after many push up a engineer came and he also saw sultan did all work totaly worng and say he need to put refg on pressure to check, than after 5 days no one turn up

                                Engineer just gave flase promise he will come today, at 2 then at 5 then say didnt have gas, didnt have that etc etc

                                Then logged another compalinted ref no [protected]

                                Then after taking case to higher authorities, person came on time and checked m and got the refg on pressure and next day came and checked there is pressure down

                                Then checked that wall was cooling one side while other side heated, so sultan have did huge and huge mistake and have made my refg totaly un working and internal leakage issue or what, this samsuns eng told he dont have soultion

                                What the hell a refg of so young time got so much problem

                                In hot summer we are without refg, milk vegetable all getting damage, we have 5 small childeren we couldnt give them proper milk due to this from 15 days in hot summer

                                And still no soultion

                                Please make a arrangement for urgent repair or alternative

                                but no update of repair

                                and what to do for the huge huge mistake from Mr Sultan A great Engineer of yours

                                because of him my refg got worst now

                                do we expect within 14 month your refg stop working
                                a brand like Samsung have so short life??
                                so after 1 year your refg are as good as to throw

                                and just because you give work to such engineer who dont fellow any norms does this is dont find something cooking ?

                                I have paid 300 to pickup person and also repair charges were already paid and from 17 days we are refg less in loss summer of may

                                God dont create such problem at your home

                                Got A call from your team and told me by 31 may it will delivered, i had no other option left to agree to the time given, hope it get workable as we already having many problem at home as its hot summer milk, food all getting bad and guest also coming so worst time we are having
                                Thanks for time being Refg Got delivered to my home on 29 may and for first 8 hour its working but proper result of repair can be given after using 15-20 days then the cooling effect get or not

                                  I have samsung galaxy note 8 golden colour buying price is 67900/- after buying premium mobile of samsung instead of apple, the quality of service experienced is worst it seems to be visited in any local or chinese brand service centre, tecniquian is chewing tobacco and started fighting with my sister as his temper was very high he not even explained the proper reason of not giving service to her and uploaded wrong data regarding her device my phone suddenly became invisible there is no marking of scratch on my phone no scratch no dots and not even inspected he commented that your device is out of warranty after that i called tollfree number and requested them to help me the answer in next service centre is same that already data uploaded by centre and i complained them to give pick up and drop service but even after 2 days completed there is no work in progress so how can we give good rating or share experience about service this much costly device is also consider as common phone the service centre treat customer like they are king and all customers are from village really this type of experience will surely effect brand please help me and cooperate all customers who have suffered from this type of service please solve my problem

                                    My mobiles gets switchedoff automatically at my end but when sum1 calls the phone rings at their end but doesnot show any notification to me its in some kind sleep mode and when the battery drains on its own like night or say 7 to 8 hrs and put on charge it starts charging happens once or twice a month but cannot say for sure in feb month it happenened more times what may be the prob is it software issue or any worse

                                      It is now beyond disappointing and more shameful on quality of service delivered by your team. I regret having bought samsung dishwasher.

                                      The failure to keep up committed time everytime is first. Disappointment by waiting.

                                      Now after much ordeal the machine was delivered to me & at the time of delivery there was a error 4e. The engineer who kept banging the door heavily, saying it is not closed properly to my question on why he is banging like that. Now causing a heavy noise on the door and perhaps some other problem also happened in the process that resulted following

                                      1. Flooding of water within about 4 hours of machine delivery despite this error 4e that was reported and not redressed. Written clearly in the report not satisfied.

                                      2. On reporting this to mr girija shankar he agreed to visit personally and inspect on same day but did not keep up his word till date to inspect.

                                      3. Today after 2 days of repeated many time followup, he sent an engineer who inspected the machine and reported that the machine has to go back to service center for checking again for door panel noise as well as the error that is coming on machine both le & 4e that came earlier.

                                      4. Before delivery of the machine after a week of remaining in your warehouse for observation, girija shankar confirmed he tested more than 3 times and the machine is in perfect working condition.

                                      5. Though there was no bill for the service charges claim, i paid the money.

                                      Today, girija sankar says the machine will be picked up again tomorrow.

                                      There was one ms priya following up the matter and for last two days she could not keep up her committed time of revert too. Probably she might be helpless with your service process that keeps disappointing.

                                      After much of frustrating followup and ordeal my dishwasher was delivered yesterday.

                                      The following are my feedback.

                                      1. The engineer who came with the machine to deliver, did not carry any tools. After that he sent the person who accompanied him to get the adjustable spanner that never worked to fix the water inlet pipe to the tap. He asked me to provide him with a pipe ringe or get a plumber siting it is plumbing work??? Does samsung wants client to hold all tools even to fix a water inlet hose of the machine or provide plumber service???. I provided still with another adustable spanner that works to fix any size tap. He could not do it. He then reported to his tl, mr girija shankar, that client house needed plumbing work and he will come after client completes plumbing job and he has many job in hand that clients are following up for gas charging etc. I took the line and asked tl, the information is given is wrong and asked whether he is on whatsapp or video line so that i can send video shots. He still tried to convince me without knowing reality that plumbing work is not their scope. Is fixing a water inlet hose to the tap that has a reducer pin matching to samsung water inlet hose is plumbing job??? It is sad how samsung run the service. Team need to be supported by the leader, but not this way without knowing reality at client end.

                                      2. I called my plumber fixed the water inlet hose in less than a minute. All it require was a proper tool like a pipe ringe. Samsung engineer did not carry anything and his assistant brought one adjustable spanner on his request after delivery and nothing beyond. I have the picture attached the only tool he carried and the connection of water tap existing to fix dishwasher inlet hose.

                                      3. Afterwards when the machine that was reported checked very well before delivery, has the following error while testing at my house. Error no.4e. This was shown to the engineer, who never had any clue again called other engineer and tl. Under their instructions, he banged the door few times saying door may not have closed well. Does samsung dishwasher need a banging to close the door???. Seemingly yes, after servicing or water pump changing... Again he run the test. The error was not coming during that test. The machine is yet to be used. The door is making too much of noise now while opening and closing. This is samsung quality service deliverable.

                                      4. This morning when i opened to use the machine the machine had full water underneath from the door panel of dishwasher seeping out. On opening the door more water was oozing out. We switched on the machine to drain the water. It appears the cut off does not happen for the water pump that is reportedly changed with new one. Looks like even the new water pump has quality issue or not changed at all... Is it the samsung quality service deliverable???. They reported to me that old part will not be returned???

                                      5. The tl on reporting this issues 1 to 3 as above once again, understood only at that time and requested me not to report the matter to samsung, as it is the failure of engineer and will reflect on him as tl. I requested him to visit my house to understand the points i present to get himself convinced as my point is not like how samsung engineers visited both instances did with my plumber first one and with me the second one. He agreed to visit yesterday evening after calling me, but still not come. Neither he called me to state his inability to come or shared his number.

                                      Mr ceo, all of your team spoke to me, never worked as per commitment except ms priya who spoke to me in this connection in the end. But everyone claimed that they are from escalation team and they are going to make final decision. This is to bring to your knowledge on how your team work on ground.

                                      6. I have signed the service report as not satisfied with service deliverable owing to these facts. Copy attached.

                                      With all these my problem remain, though i paid for the service as demanded by samsung and no parts was returned to me as informed earlier before delivery. With my problem stays, i have a valid reason to doubt whether the parts actually changed or not??? Or the changed part too is faulty due to quality issues that i suspected earlier and brought to your notice.

                                      Ceo, samsung - in a sentence my word is, your team is disappointing. Trust you will not.

Samsung engineer did not carry anything and his assistant brought one non working adjustable spanner on his request after delivery and nothing beyond. I have the picture attached in ceo desk mail posted this morning, the only tool he carried and the connection of water tap existing to fix dishwasher inlet hose.

                                      3. Afterwards when the machine that was reported checked very well before delivery, has the following error while testing at my house. Error no.4e. This was shown to the engineer, who never had any clue again called other engineer and tl. Under their instructions, he banged the door few times saying door may not have closed well. Now when we want to use the machine it says error le, that indicate leakage error and machine does not work. Is it the samsung quality service deliverable???. They reported to me that old part will not be returned???
