On 19th, 2018 i was buying a samsung in ear headphone ehs64 headphone from bhajanlal commercial (P) ltd. (E-mall), b-premio, e-mall, 6, c. R avenue, shop no - 207/208/211/220, ph no-[protected], gstin/uin:19aabcb9034f1zr, state - west bengal, code-19, cin: u7010wb1995ptc071262.

The thing is that, when i was buying this product, the particuler shop didn't give me the warranty card. So many times i want this card but the shop owner told me the words of our mouth is warranty. Now i want samsung do something against their dealer. And i want my product warranty card.

    Hello sir i have received a mail from samsung that i have won prize money. Now one person call by telling his name charles morgan that he arrived in delhi to deposits the wining draft on 10 feb 2016. He also demand for 18500 rs for transferring fees. So should i pay that. Is this it real or fake please help me sir. I am waiting for your reply what i ill do sir please tell me am so much confused guide me please

      This is in reference of your newly launch mobile phone model j7 pro purchased on 12th feb' 2018. For your information as on date the display screen is not functioning. We had acomplained at your customer service center and explain about the conditions. Till yesterday night, it was working properly but suddenly today morning this problem had been occurred. We regrate the excuses give by your customer service executives that it may be follen or may be press in your pocket extra.

      We received a very irrelevant fedback from your customer services executives. From their statement we had come to know that they don't want to support us. And the way they have responded according to the warranties. They are totally refusing and they don't want to discuss about this thing. We think that samsung always stands for the polite feedback for their valuable customers.
      But the behaviour of your service executives spoiling the brand name.

      We hope being big brand and number one in mobile market that company will response us as early as possible. While visiting at your customer service center we had also heard about similar three complain from your executives. At last we are thinking like it is manufacturing defect. And we hope that you will understand and will try to change under warranty.

        I have a query, i have ordered battery after chatting with Samsung online chat option.
        Now i found battery is 2600 mah delivered but in Samsung j2 handset 2000 mah is installed therefore new one is not fitting into handset.

        Please let me know how can i replace it. I spoke to customer care but didn't got satisfied answer for my query.

          I had given my j5 prime mobile for repair on 19/05/18, customer executive promised that it will be delivered on 21/05/18 but no response, tried calling your customer support they are saying that they are still waiting for the parts and it might get delivered tomorrow, why would you take my phone if you are not sure when the parts will arrive. Poor service. I need my phone back within tonight, else i might need to lodge complaint of theft.

            Sjn electronics - authorized center for samsung repair service. They charged me 16k for display screen change for my galaxy s8 plus phone. They changed the display and misplace the receiver during the service. I came to know about it but wasnt able to do anything since i had to travel to us on the very next day. Total loss of my 16k and have to repair my mobile again in us. One of the worst customer service samsung can provide.

He was so rude and was talking so rubbish while i was enquiring about my product installation. You must take strict action on him. I've never got that kind of response ever.                   Hi sir or mam

                  I bought samsung galaxy (Note 8) sm-n950f on 12 oct 2017 it was pre-booking from samsung online store.

                  Sir i have attached some photos and videos also.

                  I am facing the same issue again and again with the note 8. After 1st repairing date 15th march 2018 bill number [protected]. Display and back glass replacement.

                  2nd repairing date 23th march 2018 bill number [protected] issue was fast charging was not working, and usb port was replaced and new data cable provided by samsung.

                  3rd repairing date 16th april 2018 bill number [protected] issue.. I was in delhi metro walk on the 10th april 2018 with kids swimming pool my sister was taking photos on note 8, kids was enjoying and splashing water all-around and some water on note 8 also phone was woking no insistent issue were found in note 8 but after half hours when i check my note 8. My phone was off i don’t know when its turned off after that i tried to turn on but its not turned on phone was full of battery when i leave my home.. I was shocked and afraid. How battery can drain so faster.. It might be power key issue, then i was using my sister phone at metro walk but i saw note 8 back camera glass was covered with moisture and heart rate sensor fill with water drop. When i reached home i backup my data and switched it of and put it in between the rice.. And i called samsung customers, they are providing me pickup service but after 3 days on 13th of april was my mumbai return train ticket. Then i told samsung customers team that can i submit my device at mumbai service centre where i was repaired my note 8 last time. He said yeah sure sir u can submit at any samsung service centre, on 16th april i submit my note 8 at hcl samsung service centre shop no-s-28, 2nd floor prime mall, irla, mumbai 400056. They mentioned: on\off key not working, and after dissembling they told me it was water damaged by water inside, i asked them is it water resistant after repairing they said yes sir all device is safe we test before delivering customers, then i asked why this happened when i was in delhi kids water pool i have picture and pool was just 1.25 feet depth, phone was even not in underwater and photo taken by note 8 and outside of pool. Only splash how can damaged note 8.. This is never happened before i have visited 2 times resort swimming pool which is 1.8 meter depth and phone was underwater i have pics of those days i have shoot videos by note 8 underwater its was working fine before the 1st repair but from the day its repaired i am really facing many time problems against the water resistant. I complaint against the ip68 water resistant is no more after repair note 8, samsung told me your device is damaged and estimate cost of repair is rs.20, 000, i told them when my device is not dropped in water and not was under any water pressure flow, then how ip68 device can be damaged by splash??? All this happened by after 1st repairing. When my device was new there was no issue. I am facing this issue after 1st repair which is i thing not done by professional and the all 3 repaired is done by hcl service centre and i was not satisfied from the 1st service, i was requesting for the refund that time but they don’t give refund, after 15 days they are only can give is free repair, after that i agree when jyoti mam said don’t worry ur device will be repair free of cost and with best quality repair. But samsung didn’t provide best service at all after 3rd repair motherboard and battery replacement i got my phone on 30th april 2018, and when i came to delhi..
                  On 15th may 2018 time 10:15pm i was doing dinner my phone was on table and a glass of water spill on the table by mistake. Phone get wet phone was still working but after few minutes i got notification of (Check charger/usb port moisture has been detected in your charger/usb port. Make sure it's dry before charging your phone. I gently clean water from usb port and s-pen slot.. After 1 hours i saw moisture on back camera glass and on the heart rate sensor a small drop of water stuck on there. I start backup my data move my data from phone memory to my sd card and backup my whatsapp.

                  After that i called to samsung toll free number and tell everything that happened. They arrange me for pickup service for tomorrow 16th of may. I got call from samsung pickup guy he was asking for pickup and for address confirmation. But i was busy on 16th may then i ask him about his service centre. He gave me a proper address of his service centre and locate me where it is. Actually he was coming for pickup but i refused and i told him wait i will come to your service centre near about 5:00 to 5:30pm on 17th may i ask him for what is the closing time of service centre. He said come sir it will open last till 7:00pm. I start navigation on my sister's j7 prime mobile and i reached there within 30 min.

                  So i was in service centre and i show my phone to the guy who was coming to pick-up my phone on my location. Job sheet was already ready because i was already inform to the customer care. He start asking what the issue is? I told him yesterday i was doing my dinner. My phone was on table and my hand lapse on a glass of water spills on the table. Note 8 was nearby water on table i stop dinner and pickup my phone and clean with my hand towel. After cleaning it. I keep it in between rice.. (Phone was on but i was unable to turn off because of sometime power key was not working) for till today 17th may 2018. I show him phone and last photo that i clicked from my sister's j7 prime phone i still have the photos.. But they don’t believe and after saying many times i am facing issue they didn't understand the issue even i show them water mark on back camera glass. They said i[censored] are facing any other issue we will submit but we didn’t saw any issue so we can’t submit your device. Then i said sir can u plz test the ip68.. He said yes sir i will test your ip68.. After few minutes they test my note 8 result was pass ip68 test. But i still have doubt i said to the engineer.. I said i want to test my device is still ip68 water resistant? By real water in front of you. No one is ready to test in water.??? Why samsung why??? Is samsung do not have certification test by their equipment. Why they are not confident against water test.
                  Samsung says water resistance rating is based on test conditions of submersion in up to 1.5 m of fresh water for up to 30 mins. That’s ok i agree with it.. Now my question is.. When i was doing dinner on 15 may is my drinking water was not safe or it was not fresh. And when i request to samsung pickup boy to stay with me i want to test this device in front of you he stay and keep watching that i have note 8 under the tap and water flow was low and water was pouring on centre of the note 8 screen. After that i was still working.. I said sir i m facing this issue since new display and back glass has been replaced.. I think i lost my note 8 ip68 certification and i am not getting better service from samsung team. I am still not satisfied. I was come to submit my device at service centre but it was easy to refuse but its cost me a lot if it will damaged i know u will point on customers but u will not realise it may be fault of your service management. I came back with my note 8.

                  On the way i try to call at my home for asking if something need i will buy i was near mall. But my note 8 start creating issue like network fluctuation, power key irresponsible. I switched off my note 8 and put in my bag. And i call home by my sister’s phone.
                  When i reach at home. I try to switch on my phone but phone was just showing red led light. After few minutes display on and when i try to capture some photos camera was not capturing good photos because camera was fluctuating like tube lights and live focus camera mode was working but other camera was not working i have the photos that i clicked by note 8 and by j7 prime. I will share if required. After an hours phone display totally gone it was like not working. Then i put my note 8 between the rice for till the next day afternoon. I called samsung care number and told them about all this he said sir tomorrow submit your device at least and let us know i[censored] submit your phone there.. And they will generate bill number against your note 8 and when they give u job sheet then call on samsung care and share your bill no, with us we will escalate your note 8 case with high authority team. Then your case will be under our senior engineer and they will coordinate with you only. Give us sometime after 24 to 48 hours our team will call you.

                  On 18th may afternoon i visit service centre with note 8 with me.. On counter number 2 i don’t know the name of f2f engineer. I said to the f2f engineer yesterday i was came with my note 8 but they refused to submit my device i was requesting here because i know the things and issue i am facing since last repair. I told him i have complaint against not understanding customers.. And now samsung care team said to submit note 8 and i am here for submit my device but after submit my device i wanted to see what happen to my note 8. I request f2f engineer he turn on my device phone was turn on but power key was not working normally and camera was fluctuating like tube light. He did some test on mobile by dialling *#0*# on keypad. Scan barcode and switched off device. And send it for dissembling. After waiting 30 to 45 minutes. I ask for note 8 at counter number 2 he came with opened note 8 and i saw that water was inside note 8 motherboard, camera, heart rate sensor, almost all parts are effected by water inside.
                  So can u explain what is the issue with it and why happing again and again. This is 2nd time same issue with the note 8. Where is the hole in note 8. How water enter inside the phone. Even phone was not deep into swimming pool or near any pressure water flow.
                  This is enough mam or sir i can’t handle this. I don't know why samsung say its water resistant phone. Work in water up to 1.5 meter under water up to 30 minutes. But phone was on the table and water level was just 1.5mm thin layer. And it’s failed on table

                  That’s why i was demanding for brand new note 8. I knew it will definitely happen again. And this month i was not put my note 8 into swimming pool just because of insecure i was still not happy with the service and your team decision.. Mam your policy and ur service is in ur hand everything is in ur hand. And when customers buy your high-end flagship phone and pay huge amount for it i pay 67, 900 for note 8 on 12 oct 2017 this was pre-book. Then i deserve best to bested service, but u treat me as low range mobile users,, now i realized that when u can’t give proper service and satisfaction it’s better to move on other brand.
                  Mam now m really frustrated with my decision of buying note 8. Totally waste of money and time.

                  On 15th March 2018 I was on bike i put my phone in the halmet on right ear i was on call with my friend.. after two speed breakers on last 3rd breaker.. my note 8 fall down on road and back glass and display matle corner frame damaged. i visit to my near HCL Samsung Service centre Shop No-s-28, 2nd Floor Prime Mall, Irla, Mumbai 400056. i bought new display and backglass i paid Rs.4331. and i got my warranty back.

                  This is the water park for only kids Depth is 1.25 Feet. and my phone is ip68 it can be go underwater 1.5 meter depth of water up to 30 mint. but this was only 1.25 feet and only some water splash damaged my phone i have the issue with my phone after repair.. when my phone was new i have alrady go inside with note 8 in swimming pool and there was no issue at all works great and worth my money. but after repair i am facing such issue with my device. i am not satisfied with the samsung service centre. i demand for my refund but they said it is not possible. and jyoti mam said sir give on more chance to give u best service we will give u best service and repair it free of cost. and we will do quality test as well. after 15 days i got my note 8 on 30 april 2018.

( after last service experience ). it was worst service ever with the samsung flagship phones.

                  Recent incident..On 15th May 2018 Time 10:15PM I was doing dinner my phone was on table and a glass of water spill on the table by mistake. Phone get wet phone was still working but after few minutes i got Notification of (Check Charger/USB Port Moisture has been detected in your charger/USB port. Make sure it's dry before charging your phone. i gently clean water from USB port and s-pen slot.. After 1 hours i saw moisture on back camera glass and on the heart rate sensor a small drop of water stuck on there. i start backup my data move my data from phone memory to My SD card and backup my whatsapp.

                  After that i called to Samsung toll free number and tell everything that happened. They arrange me for pickup service for tomorrow 16th Of May. i got call from Samsung pickup guy he was asking for pickup and for address confirmation. But I was busy on 16th may then i ask him about his service centre. he gave me a proper address of his service centre and locate me where it is. Actually he was coming for pickup but i refused and i told him wait i will come to your service centre near about 5:00 to 5:30PM On 17th May I ask him for what is the closing time of service centre. He said come sir it will open last till 7:00pm. i start navigation on my sister's j7 prime mobile and i reached there within 30 min.

                  So i was in service centre and i show my phone to the guy who was coming to pick-up my phone on my location. Job sheet was already ready because i was already inform to the customer care. He start asking what the issue is? i told him yesterday i was doing my dinner. My phone was on table and my hand lapse on a glass of water spills on the table. Note 8 was nearby water on table i stop dinner and pickup my phone and clean with my hand towel. After cleaning it. i keep it in between rice..(phone was on but I was unable to turn off because of sometime power key was not working) for till today 17th May 2018. i show him phone and last photo that i clicked from my sister's j7 prime phone i still have the photos.. but they don’t believe and after saying many times i am facing issue they didn't understand the issue even i show them water mark on back camera glass. They said i[censored] are facing any other issue we will submit but we didn’t saw any issue so we can’t submit your device. then i said sir can u plz test the IP68.. he said yes sir i will test your ip68.. after few minutes they test my note 8 result was pass ip68 test. but i still have doubt i said to the engineer.. i said i want to test my device is still ip68 water resistant? by real water in front of you. No one is ready to test in water. ????????? why Samsung why ????????? is Samsung do not have certification test by their equipment. Why they are not confident against water test.

                  They test device by equipment and cover all holes like earphone jack, both microphones holes, back camera glass coverd by 3inch wide adhesive tape for just pass the test. now tell me. i[censored] go outside with flagship phone such as note 8 so do u use 3 inch wide adhesive tape for better water resistent.
                  Samsung Says Water resistance rating is based on test conditions of submersion in up to 1.5 m of fresh water for up to 30 mins. That’s ok I agree with it.. Now my question is.. When I was doing dinner on 15 may is my drinking water was not safe or it was not fresh.

                  On 18th May Afternoon I visit service centre with note 8 with me.. On Counter Number 2 I don’t know the name of F2F Engineer. I said to the f2f engineer yesterday I was came with my note 8 but they refused to submit my device I was requesting here because I know the things and issue I am facing since last repair. I told him I have complaint against not understanding customers.. And now Samsung care team said to submit note 8 and I am here for submit my device but after submit my device I wanted to see what happen to my note 8. I request f2f engineer he turn on my device phone was turn on but power key was not working normally and camera was fluctuating like tube light. He did some test on mobile by dialling *#0*# on keypad. Scan barcode and switched off device. And send it for dissembling. After waiting 30 to 45 minutes. I ask for note 8 at counter number 2 he came with opened note 8 and I saw that water was inside note 8 motherboard, camera, heart rate sensor, almost all parts are effected by water inside.
                  So can u explain what is the issue with it and why happing again and again. This is 2nd time same issue with the note 8. Where is the hole in note 8. How water enter inside the phone. Even phone was not deep into swimming pool or near any pressure water flow.
                  This is enough mam or Sir i can’t handle this. I don't know why Samsung say its water resistant phone. Work in water up to 1.5 meter under water up to 30 Minutes. But phone was on the table and water level was just 1.5mm thin layer. And it’s failed on table

                  Today i got call from samsung, Sandeep was on call i explain the issue again and after explaing all issue. i demand for REFUND and he denied to give refund as per the company policy.

                  I am not getting satisfied service from authorized samsung service center.
                  After facing issue i decided to submit my device at service center and they denied.
                  now my question is if i am not getting best service from samsung and after requesting to submit my device they ignore it. then why should use samsung device after spending on your flagship phone which is very costly.

                  Soo overall i have experience the wrost service from samsung and they are not understanding my problem.

I will still buy the display and back glass on MRP Price but when I bought your device not for the never mind offer plz teach him (Sandeep) how to talk customers I think he is thinking that I am greedy for offer (Oh Plz) Then u r wrong. If I can buy your flagship note 8 phone its mean if I am wrong and I know it is my fault I will pay for it at any cost. But when I am not wrong at anyhow then why I suffer all this. Yesterday Sandeep sir said, what u have proof that your device was not in depth or it was in swimming pool or not. I think picture and the time of picture taken say the truth automatically if I not wrong because when we click photos the time and the geo location also save with the picture in all smartphones and if I still wrong I can prove it. I have the kid’s swimming pool location and the swimming depth information in pic also. Think before saying wrong to customer. Customers using smartphones now a days they keep all data whatever happening near around. Mujhe thokar khaa k akal aai ab jab Samsung ki team ye baate kaha ki sir hamne toh aap ko device test kar k diya tha ye dikkat ab aarhi hai to ho skta hai ki aap ne jyada pani mai daal diya ho phone toh ye issue ho rha hai. Tabhi.. Jab paani chala gaya tab se mai sare photos rkhta hu.. sir mujhe device se koi issue ni hai bass jo service di ja rhi hai usmai kuch kharabi hai.. kissi ne mujhe kaaha ki (ye toh sabhi company service centre se earning karne k liye ayse mistakes karti hai like koi part loose chor dena ya new parts k naam per repair kar k device de dena.) and yes I trust on his word because Its happen to me not now but in past its happen to my s7 edge device. Case was under Head Office Ankit Sir ( ankit.[protected]@partner.samsung.com ) and the Samsung engineer was Deveder He was from we care service centre e-1/3 rohini sector-7, delhi-110088) on 29.oct.2016. i[censored] ask to ankit sir or read my last case u will know what was the issue. Ltd. Company and I have the knowledge of new technologies before your f2f engineer know, I got all the technologies features and all things. So this is not acceptable that I put my device in water at my risk.. If I do this I have to pay this na .. I will lost my device na if I do this after knowing all the information. And I have experience the lake knowledge in engineer for example (devender) at We Care Service Centre.

                  I want refund that’s it I will buy other device because I am experiencing the worst service by Samsung mobile and the people at service centre they are not exactly know the issue.                   after requesting they not submit device then who is responsible ? during ip68 test 2 times test was fail 3rd time test was passed. And they declare that it is ip68 and it can be go deep 1.5m in depth up to 30 min sir I have never go in such swimming pool and I m not good swimmer.

                  I have Samsung Gear Fit. I bought It when I bought s7edge from Dec 2016 that day to now 22-May-2018. Till now I did not face any issue with my gear which is also IP68 Rated certified.

                  Worst Service By Samsung when Samsung Not Have Any option to hide their mistakes than Samsung start blaming customers even to loyal customers even if he used all Samsung note series. Actually Samsung team can’t be loyal with me.

                  Today i Called to service center (Ace Lingua Solutions) where i submited my device i ask to know what is the estimate repairing cost of note 8. he said RS. 49000 Indian Rupees. and if i buy note 8 now i will get it today at RS.59, 900 Indian Rupees. if i add more Rs.10000 i Will get brand new samsung note 8 with 1 year warranty.

                      Dear All,

                      I am using various product of Samsung from more than 10 year, I am having product like LED, REF, Washing Machine, 3 mobile.

                      But in last 15 days whatever I have gone through has changed the entire image of Samsung in mind. As summer is going in its peak and every one want have something cool, but Samsung has spoil the entire vacation of my family.

                      Horror started from 30th April when my Father Samsung REF stopped working, I logged my complaint with customer care, on 3rd – May Service center guy came at my father place and checked the REF, informed us about the issue with compressor, that need to change, when we have asked about the charges, he told if I Return my faulty Compressor than he will charge Rs 5000/-, otherwise we have to pay Rs 5500/- . my father was not aware about anything he has given part and Rs 5000/- to service center guy he change the part but then also Ref is not working properly, again my father asked what to do now, he told we need to change another part ( relly ) that he is not having with him will change later and for that we have to Rs 500/-, but from 3-May-18 to 12yh May no one turn-up for repair, I have called 3 time to your So called customer service every time they said sir we are escalating your issue and it will resolve next day but its almost 10 days .

                      I am also working in customer service industry from last 12 year but never seen such kind of pathetic service, here I want to make few point .

                      • Why your engineer gave us 2 type of charge Rs 5000 & Rs 5500/- . old part is customer property and if he does not want give it its his wish . here I want to say my old part was working fine and your engineer cheated us, he took my part and will use it somewhere else and make money . it’s a cheating service
                      • Why he has not given full estimate once he took Rs 5000/- than he informed us that he need to change another part for which we have to pay another Rs 500/- . another cheating

                        I like to bring to your notic that i have placed an order for Samsung mobile on line and the order[protected] on 28th of April and paid the amount same day till today is 17th may haven't received yet. no calls from Samsung no updates Yah and no MSG of my followups . its real bad to say that Samsung have a very bad team taking care of dispatches and customer care team. please check my calls and my mails.made so many calls to Samsung c.c . i gave up flowing with Samsung for my mobile.

                          I purchased a semi-automatic washing machine in september, 2010. Today i reported and lodged the complaint that the dryer isn't spinning, agent name ali loged the complaint and told me 300 + 18% gst will be the service fee. The check up engineer came up and after the check up he told me that the total expenses will be 2650 motor + 300 service fee + 54 gst then i decided not to make repairs and denied and then he told gave me the bill of 354 and said if you pay this right now that will be valid for 1 month and if i pay 295 then it will be a one time fee, that agent name ali never told me that i have to pay the right away. Samsung product request number is [protected]. I called to make a complaint about ali's miscommunication the lady name mitali just said oh i do apologize sir i will report this to higher level.

                          This is completely a # joke why should i bear that charge and the engineer also lie to me he said i told you before the check up you have pay this much right now if you denied.

                            I purchased rs55k5010s9 side by side refrigerator in july 2017 and having issue of cooling.
                            Service engineer visited 5 times but unable to resolve the problem.
                            On (26.12.17) he changed some part and today also he will change some parts.
                            Completely unsatisfied with samsung product.
                            Kindly replaced with new refrigerator.

                            No one is serious on customer complaint.

                              I have purchased samsung led tv 1 year before it's 43 inch screen but i was shocked after 13 months it's screen is not working when i have called to technician then they told me it would take around 20000 to replace the screen. My question from samsung is that is this local brand like in 13 months only i need to pay 20000 more to repair screen such a local brand it's better to purchase another led on 20000...                                 Sir have purchase samsung s8 mobile phone, before 3 month ago, mobile is over heat problem and same time hanging problem, one time i have visit services center and give for services but problem is not solve, then friday 11/05/2018 do online complain give 24 hr intimation time for visit engineer on site but no one come, then i have call back online then tell me go to services center udhana, surat and give mobile phone for service yesterday 17/05/2018 i was there nut services center not accept my phone for services because online case open and samsung executive tell me go services station and give services but services center not accept my mobile so please suggest to me what to do???

                                  I had purchased a samsung c7 pro handset in august 2017. Initially it was running fine but in march 2018 the display started malfunctioning (Return key stopped working & tabs were closing automatically). It was sent to service centre and i was told it was a software issue. It was rectified and and delivered accordingly. It again suffered with the same problem in may 2018 and service center intimidated that it was liquid damage so i got it repaired at cost. I received the repaired handset on 4th may 2018.
                                  On 17th may 2018 the same problem (Return key stopped working & tabs were closing automatically) has started once again. I am frustrated with the quality of product and i feel it is a cheap product sold by samsung at a premium price.
                                  With such recurring problems if samsung service cannot rectify the problem they should replace it.

                                    I procured mobile on 6th may 2018, i used it for a day and came across battery charging issue in newly purchased mobile. Mobile not getting charged after 70% and so i visited the dealers shop on 8-may-2018. He charged mobile with another charger and mobile got charged properly. He refused complaint by saying you may use it there is no problem in phone. I used it for next days and i have faced same problem. So i visited samsung service centre on 12th may 2018. They kept mobile to check and software updating also for 2 days. I was returned my mobile on 14th may 2018 with there assurance if further problem occurs we will provide replacement note. I submitted my mobile them today. Today is 14th day and as per service centre representatives statement after 14 days mobile will be seny for repairing in place of replacement. I am having issue in mobile from the day of purchase. Please help me to resolve this and have value of my invested money on samsung.

                                      I am writing this mail to thank you for following:

                                      1. Not providing the technical support by your team.

                                      2. Casual behavior of your customer care team.

                                      3. Vague protocols to get call backs with in 48hrs which i have received even on this 10th day.

                                      The below mentioned is the description of the concern,

                                      A. I visited my nearest samsung service centre at janak puri (Next to janak puri west metro station) for the complaint of low voice of my cell phone speaker.

                                      B. I have paid the diagnosis charges as well and got an estimate of repair. The best part is the problem is identified as speaker is damaged and needs to be replaced by not even opening the mobile set. But that's fine.

                                      C. I have been told along with the estimate that there is a 1% possibility that my display will get blank/damage. I have spoken to my customer care representative there mr. Rajesh kumar and asked that if a speaker needs to be replaced, why would there be a risk of losing my display. Mr. Rajesh and his immediate supervisor was not able to share any technicality.

                                      My question was very simple that the customer service team says that there is 1% probability to lose a display, however as a customer i have 100% probability to get liable to pay for display which will cost me around 4-6k and which is at present in working condition, hence why are they sticking to 1% probability. This point was discussed in detail but they said when the machine opens your display then there is a probability that your display will be lost which makes no sense that is why its being done by machine. I feel they are trying to hide probability of negligence which can occur with any customer.

                                      D. Got my request locked with ref. No. [protected] to get the technical update on this concern. Didn't received any calls till date and my estimate of work will also expire within 15 days of its generation.

                                      Samsung being the leading player in cell phone has such a worst service. I am using apple, google, motorola and have repaired them as well but no one has given this excuse of losing a display. This seems to be a strategy to gain money, make fool of customers, harass them with the intention to earn money.

                                      Kindly provide a relevant solution to my problem. As per my experience i really don't understand the relevance of your tat to respond, but mine will be 24hrs of generation of this request. I will escalate this matter to the zonal head, country head and to regional president and ceo sw asia to get the clarity on losing my phone's display, poor response of your customer care team

                                      Because as a customer, we want fair service.

                                        This is another complaint to against already logged complain with complain number #723696 and #721491 ... I am shocked to know what report they have given against their complains which I made against them. 1st of they misunderstood my problem. I purchased a mobile Samsung J7 prime 2 from their showroom in Bangalore. After using 1-2 days the battery back-up was less and their display was tft screen and not AMOLED screen. It was totally a misleading information. After complaining to consumer forum one person from their head office called me and asked me to go the service centre and get my handset checked for my battery back up but my I have to contain with the display as they said " I have not done market research properly before buying" . Anyhow I went to service centre the next day ut that person tod what battery back up I am getting is normal for that particular model. I conveid that message to that person from Samsung head office and again they told to visit the service centre and call him if required, So I went their and tried to call him but he didnt pick the phone. The call record is also their that while I was inside the service centre I called him but the phone was not answered and went to the voice mail box . I am really fedup of their service and their way of telling lies. I dont want to talk such liers who wrote in the compliant status the following : " customer rescheduled thrice for msc visit hence case closed " against complaint number =723696 and " Customer number ringing but he did not picked the call. hence case closed " against complain number 721491 . This is what a company does to a customer when they claim to replace their product as it didnt meet his requirement. If possible I want to take this matter to the higher level in cunsumer forum so i get proper justice.
