Samsung service centre charging money for changing charging port strip of c7 pro mobile phone damaged due to natural climatic moisture penetration in phone. Rather accepting it's faulty handset which is not sealed properly to avoid indian climatic moisture they demand 2500 rs. Even though my phone is under warranty period. I am highly disappointed with such attitude of samsung india. Consumer court will be my last option if samsung doesn't accept that it's because of their faulty sealing around phone that atmospheric moisture penetrates inside phone.

    Hi I have purchased a refrigerator 5 in one .after I have received the product it was a defect piece where the inner beeding was not proper so I have got it replaces..second time when I received another one it was a defect one which was not in proper condition like there are dents on the fridge which was again replaced..third time again a replacement the same one also with the dent, but this time the bloody people are not responding and whenever I called them they are like we will come and rectify your problem it's almost 3 months one person visited my home from Samsung and verified and told there is a dent on the fridge and he told he will be giving that in writing from Samsung but he is not responding back..he is a bloody ### he is not even responding to me..I have invested 65000 on fridge and there is no response from the bloody Samsung representative...now that there are dents on my fridge which the Samsung people have failed to replace it want replacement of my product immediately..

    You people are worst in delivering things.i was given a commitment that I would get a call from the higher level escalation, but it's almost 2 days there is no call from Samsung team.
    What the bloody hell is this ...no concern towards customer complaint ..company only want sales and not service...

    I have not yet received any information or call from you..why is Samsung company not able to call me or give me email ..this is the poor customer satisfaction .they are least bothered to give service to customer.they only want sales to get hiked..I bought a frige for 70000/- and they are not even replying me...how are the employees not responding to the customer queries...those people are getting paid by the customer money and they are not giving any kind of service to us..unfair, injustice...I want senior official to reply me and call me on my issue...I am not going to leave this issue untill it is resolved properly with proper communication...

    Hi Samsung team,

    Still the fridge is not delivered to my address it's almost 2 months I have raised my issue .is this the way you behave with a customer.
    I have invested 70000 rupees on fridge getting a defect one.what the hell is happening out there.
    Let me know if you can solve my issue or not.when I am calling the reliance store from where I have purchased the fridge, those people are useless in giving proper response to people .
    This is not fair. And the particular person who was touch with me at the start of the complaint MR.singh assistant manager in operations from Samsung headache..he is a worst person .I don't even know how Samsung people have recruited such a person who is irresponsible in giving proper response to the customer.
    I want the some higher authorities to take a strict action against mr robin and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

      Your refrigerator product not good.
      I purchased a refrigerator o[censored]r company dare 4/4/2017 and after 15 days freez not freez ice. And i complaint about this in care again and again but til date my freez not replaced by company because 2 time comprassor changed and 5 time gas fill and so on it s dhokha with customer and today 29/5/2018 engineer visit and says now your freezer system will be change. I hope i purchase new product or 2nd hand refrigerator i made foolish by samsung care and service center.

        Hi Team Samsung,

        My name is Ravindra Bhure, and I am using Samsung mobile Note 8. day before yesterday ( 27th May 2018 ) my mobile screen got damage and on very next day I had submitted my mobile in Samsung service center ( Neel telecom, in Ghatkopar East ). as my handset been registered in offer of one year screen replacement warranty, I had made the payment of Rs. 990/-.

        on very next day I had checked the status of repair of Samsung portal. Status of the product is shown as " Your repair has been completed. Kindly visit Service Center to pick up your product ". To confirm I had given the call to respective center and the center team has denied to provide the product stating that Approval for replacement of screen is pending.

        My concern here is if I had registered the offer and shown the registration email in that case why approval is required? and if approval is required then why customer is suppose to confirm the offer after purchase of the product.
        what is the TAT for approval. even after 10 hrs center has yet not received the approval. resulting which handset is still there in center.

        I had never expected this kind of worst service from Samsung,

          Dear team,

          Being a samsung fan i own a convection microwave/washing machine /ac & a mobile phone. I bought a latest fridge double door model no. Mentioned above on 18th october 2017 (Diwali). The fridge at the place where the vegetables are kept started gathering a black smoky powder on the base. Registered a complaint on 27th may 2018 to samsung. 28th a engineer visits my place. To our utter surprise a big balloon size swelling was seen behind the vegetable box. The engineer asked my wife for a needle to puncture the same. When she resisted saying how can you make holes in the panel of a new fridge. The engineer replied he will be shooting a video of the same as he wanted to know what was the cause of the swelling for him to escalate the problem to the company. He was unable to puncture a hole with the needle and then requested the for a divider (Compass from a geometry box) after making some holes he could find water coming out from the swelling. There was a burning smell emanating. The engineer said that the fridge is getting very hot and it can explode. Can anyone look into this asap. Due to the swelling the vegetable box cannot be placed.

          And rest assured i would expect a replacement for the same as no one would love to pay a huge amount for a branded fridge and expect a fridge which has been punctured.

          In case of an eventuality samsung would be held responsible.

          The engineer has the photographs & the video of the same.

          I hope am immediate action is taken and the same be replaced asap.

          Dear Team,

          After calls to your samsung team. I was assured that due to technical fault the fridge will be replaced. I get a call from Samsung stating that they will provide me with gift vouchers so that i can buy the same fridge with the 2 samsung dealers of their choice.

          I had paid 33 thousand for the fridge and an extended warranty from Zooper for 3 years amounting to 3, 600 and odd.

          To my utter surprise i have found out that the dealers whom they want me to purchase the fridge have the same fridge selling at 37 thousand three hundred.

          Being at no fault do you think that i have to bear the extra 4, 300/- just because i have taken a Samsung product.

          The person Trilok ( [protected] ) who is in touch with me has been promising dates that he will revert .

          15 days with a faulty fridge . Lost trust in Samsung.

          Await a reply or a call or else will be forced to take necessary steps to get this resolved.

          Shocked by the treatment meted out by Samsung

          First let me clear that this is not a goodwill exchange.The first fridge that i had bought  had a fault in it which was confirmed by your engineers .
          We had requested for the same fridge to be replaced but was informed that  you had no stock of the same.
          You had confirmed saying that the fridge was the same with only a change in colour.
          But to our surprise that the quality of the fridge is substandard.
          The trays compared to the fridge which i had purchased is totally substandard.
          The fresh tray drawers don't come out  its stuck and the tray falls off.
          The indicator light on top of the fridge look old with lots of scratches on the same.
          The model no. in the same is stuck by a sticker in a haphazard manner.
          It looks like the company has sent a old  substandard product for replacement.
          This is the start of the  horror part.
          Before the replacement fridge was delivered one Mr. Miraj had called up saying that if he could get people so that the fridge could be taken upstairs to my floor.My wife had strictly informed that no one would be there and he would have to get someone from the company.
          After a week Mr. Miraj whom my wife had taken  would be a samsung  employee turns out to be a tempo driver waiting downstairs and trying to get the fridge up on his own . My wife then requests the security watchmen of our society to help him get the fridge up.
          This is  totally unacceptable from Samsung.

          As we had to leave to Lucknow we had no choice but to accept it . And we had informed the person that we will get the same checked before handing  over the fridge i had purchased.

          After few days  a person  comes to our residence uninformed . My daughter informs him that we are out of Mumbai and they should come another day.The person asks my daughter to allow him in as he wanted to take photographs of the fridge . 

          This issue has  just surpassed all limits and bounds by SAMSUNG.

          I would personally take this issue to the highest level.

          I need my amount paid to Samsung returned to me within 15 days of this mail as i have lost complete trust .

            I would like to register a complaint regarding the fault in my 1.5 ton inverter ac purchased in the month of july 2016.
            Within two years of time i encountered a manufacturing defect in the internal coil due to which i was asked to pay a sum of rs 10, 600/- (8000 for coil replacement and 2000 for gas filling press tax).
            Such a branded product like samsung should not info below wear and tear within a short span of time. Hence i request to repair the unit free of cost as the customer is in no way responsible for the repair.
            I did register a complaint the details are given below but was offered only a discount of 25% which i am not ready to take up. I need the repair to be fine free of cost except for the service charges which i have already paid.

            Received a call from. Customer care Chennai stating they can only give 25% discount and that's the final call taken by the company.
            This is rediculous from their end to say to avoid regular customer who owns nothing less than 7 ACs, 4 TVs, , one fridge all d as msung products. That's the belief we have in the product but finally what we get is poor after sales service and no consideration for manufacturing defect fire which the customer is not responsible.
            I don't want to leave this issue here. Please let me know what's the next plan of action

                tv reinstallation charges too high

                Hi, i am very disappointed in the services that the samsung support team offers regarding tv installation and re-installation.
                We have a 40 inch samsung smart tv that was bought and used in bangalore.
                When we relocated to chennai, we had raised a reinstallation request for which it costed us around 400-500 inr.

                We are getting harassed in this heat without refrigerator (Sg629epnsh/xtl) from nearly 2 months by service center in ahmedabad. Instead of repairing our refrigerator they broke it completely. Below are the turn of events
                - on april 4 we lodged a complain that our deep freezer is not getting proper cooling. The fridge compartment was working perfectly fine.
                - within few days a technician came and without even opening the fridge or checking gas pressure told that refrigerant gas needs to be filled.
                - on 6th april repairman came and filled the gas and changed some parts, and charged us 2035/- attached is copy of the receipt.
                - but nothing changed, we had the same issue, so we made another complaint on 8th april.
                - after that 2-3 times different technician came and did some things and then our fridge compartment also stopped working.
                - they said they will have to take to factory to check and took it.
                - after 10 days and numerous calls, our refrigerator was returned saying problem is solved. But it was completely not working and was damaged by the service center.
                - we lodged another complaint, this time another technician came did some things, still same issue.
                - they again took the refrigerator to factory for checking.
                - after another 10 days and numeros calls it was returned saying that they cannot fix the refrigerator.

                How can a company like samsung not repair 8 year old refrigetor? Apart from doing repair samsung service center damaged our refrigerator completely, it now does not work at all. What was the point of harassing us from nearly months and then damaging our refrigerator to the point where it is not operable at all. Please do some thing.

                  In february when the complaint was raised then samsung person came and said gas should be filled and gas is leaking so he has done welding and filled the gas and went.
                  Again the same problem the cooling is not happening then after the complaint, they came and said the same thing that gas should be filled, but no one is coming to fill the gas and no one is responding even after continuously following up.. Since 3 weeks.

                    This is to inform you that i have purchased a samsung j7 pro from your company yesterday after charging when i saw the display it gets darker and darker as time passes. Today i have visit customer care of surat branch and met mr. Badar japanwala and mr. Huzefa sheikh they misbehave with meand also told that nothing will happen as it's not company fault led screen was already bend. But the phone was not fallen from anywhere even sceen guard is also safe. This customer care guys are misleading the brand name of samsung i request you to take serious action aganist them.                           This email is regarding a complaint that has been filed to you guys since 7 days. My 43 inch plasma tv had some issue i called your engineers they said they will have to take it to the serive station. The next day your people took the tv to your service station then i got a call saying that it has some power issue in the next call they said there is an issue with the display of the tv anyway i told them to repair they said it would cost me 16k i agreed and gave them a go ahead then in the next call they said the part that they have to replace is out of stock and they will have to return the tv as they cang repair it and then they sent it back.
                          I called then again asking what am i suppose to do now as i have a samsung tv and incase anything goes wrong samsung is suppose to repair it for me.
                          And i got a reply that i am suppose to buy a new tv.
                          Since then i have been making calls to your tv department and each person who speaks to me says "i am fowarding this request and you will get a call with in 24hrs" everyday there is a new person i am speaking to and getting the same reply no one is helping me and my tv isnt working since 10 days now
                          Kindly look into the matter and let me know how exactly can happen in such a situation.

                            I had bought samsung television on 15th december 2015, after spending around 50thousand rupees and trusting the brand samsung, i had bought this television.
                            But now my television screen display is having patches on the screen and picture is elaborated.
                            I had complained to your customer care but your team is asking me to pay twenty thousand rupees to get it rectified.
                            I could have bought a similar tv with a very less price and 5yrs warranty but i chose to buy samsung trusting the brand.
                            If this what i get for trusting the brand, than i am really sorry to say please stop branding your self as a biggest brand.

                            Its an hard earned money and i need my tv to be rectified without any cost.

                            Hope the management listens to a loyal customer voice and act on it at the earliest.

                            Else i would be going to the consumer court and the social media.

                              I bought a new j7 prime 2 few days back and since the 1st day o[censored]se i am getting less battery back up. They are saying its having 33000 mah battrry but i am getting backup less than a day. I complained to them and they sai take it to customer care and call them while staying in ghe service centre. So i went to the centre and called that persin but he didnot pick the call and put all the blame on me that i didnot receive the call.

                                I have a samsung note 3. While i was on vacation at dehradun my phone switched off and refused to get booted again.
                                I took it to customer care, dehradun. I was told to leave the phone for examination and was handed back with software updated for a charge of rs 236.00. Copy of bill attached for reference.
                                I was also told that my battery was causing problems. I ordered for an original samsung battery for rs 1746.00 and gave the advance. I was told they will call me after they receive the battery in 3-4 days.
                                After going home i realised the camera and music was not operating (Error of "unfortunately camera has stopped" & "unfortunately music play has stopped" was being displayed") i also noticed that now a hidden message was being sent every few minutes (Onscreen message of"sending sms message"displayed but no details of message visible).
                                I thought of asking them to reload the software when i go to collect my battery. But even after 10 days i didn't get any call. When my vacations were getting over i went to check and after the customary waiting period and checking from one countervto another i was told that my battery had indeed come (I asked that you were to call on arriaval.. No reply). Copy of bill attached for reference.
                                On my complaint of the service over software updation i was asked to take another token and wait again. I told then it is already an old complaint and if a reload can be done qickly as i cannot wait any longer for i have a train to catch.. But the staff very casually said"phone toh chhodna hi padega"... On being asked whether this will be treated as a new complaint and charged again they said yes.
                                I could not argue any further as i was getting late i left with my issue unresolved.
                                The great first impression i got on seeing the impressive customer care facility and a belief that the efiiciency of the staff would lead to a pleasant experience, was however thwarted by this callous attitude of staff and the disdain they show over customer problems as well as double charging them for a fault of theirs.
                                Hope you will guide for a better solution.
                                My phone still is without camera and music play and the mysterious sms messages are still going after every few minutes.
                                I am an army officer posted in pune presently. Please suggest a way forward to resolve my issue.

                                  I have purchased washing machine of samsung company which is useless since buy. As when we wash clothes in the machine, clothes have small small holes which become larger and torn the clothes. Our clothes are not in a wearable condition due to this problem. I have complaint the customer care but not get any solution. I want to take legal action against them.

                                      I purchased this phone back in october 2017.
                                      From last month and a half, the phone goes automatically to sleep mode or android software gets auto updated and re formats the phone.
                                      I gave it to samsung service center twice, but all they do is update android software and still the problem is not resolved.
                                      It is still under warranty and no permanent solution has been provided.
