After calls to your samsung team. I was assured that due to technical fault the fridge will be replaced. I get a call from Samsung stating that they will provide me with gift vouchers so that i can buy the same fridge with the 2 samsung dealers of their choice.
I had paid 33 thousand for the fridge and an extended warranty from Zooper for 3 years amounting to 3, 600 and odd.
To my utter surprise i have found out that the dealers whom they want me to purchase the fridge have the same fridge selling at 37 thousand three hundred.
Being at no fault do you think that i have to bear the extra 4, 300/- just because i have taken a Samsung product.
The person Trilok ( [protected] ) who is in touch with me has been promising dates that he will revert .
15 days with a faulty fridge . Lost trust in Samsung.
Await a reply or a call or else will be forced to take necessary steps to get this resolved.

First let me clear that this is not a goodwill exchange.The first fridge that i had bought had a fault in it which was confirmed by your engineers .
We had requested for the same fridge to be replaced but was informed that you had no stock of the same.
You had confirmed saying that the fridge was the same with only a change in colour.
But to our surprise that the quality of the fridge is substandard.
The trays compared to the fridge which i had purchased is totally substandard.
The fresh tray drawers don't come out its stuck and the tray falls off.
The indicator light on top of the fridge look old with lots of scratches on the same.
The model no. in the same is stuck by a sticker in a haphazard manner.
It looks like the company has sent a old substandard product for replacement.
This is the start of the horror part.
Before the replacement fridge was delivered one Mr. Miraj had called up saying that if he could get people so that the fridge could be taken upstairs to my floor.My wife had strictly informed that no one would be there and he would have to get someone from the company.
After a week Mr. Miraj whom my wife had taken would be a samsung employee turns out to be a tempo driver waiting downstairs and trying to get the fridge up on his own . My wife then requests the security watchmen of our society to help him get the fridge up.
This is totally unacceptable from Samsung.
As we had to leave to Lucknow we had no choice but to accept it . And we had informed the person that we will get the same checked before handing over the fridge i had purchased.
After few days a person comes to our residence uninformed . My daughter informs him that we are out of Mumbai and they should come another day.The person asks my daughter to allow him in as he wanted to take photographs of the fridge .
This issue has just surpassed all limits and bounds by SAMSUNG.
I would personally take this issue to the highest level.
I need my amount paid to Samsung returned to me within 15 days of this mail as i have lost complete trust .
