I have teturned my Samsung guru mob by Delhivery on 14 Jun 18 vide id[protected] on Delhivery Narnaul office near moda wala mandir.but same not returned to company till date.provide me item/full value of item to my bank ac.i have also contracted mr Bhupender Nar and his senior at Narnaul delhivery office but in vain, they have told me they have returned the same item on the next day.

    Dear Samsung,
    1st repairing of display in November 2017
    Feedback:- display started coming out & started flickering exactly after 3 months my first payment of Rs.3000/- is nothing but a garbage for samsang I continued using mobile in same manner.

    2nd repairing of same in June' 18.
    Feedback:- again same problem nothing have changed my Rs. 3000/- has again made garbage by samsung.

    Samsung is providing great customer satisfaction by giving worst of worst service to there customers...Busted...

      I have sm-910c. I had an issue. My phone was not switching on. When i connected to charger, the charging symbol keeps blinking continuously without switching on. When i insert a charged battery, the battery charge declines gradually and finally reachest to zero percent and switches off. Yesterday i went to the samsung customer service center located at raxaul (Nepal-india border). I shared them my problem. After some hours, i got my phone returned. They said that the pcb (Printed circuit board) had to be changed. I didnt change thd board. But to their surprise, my phone turned on on pressing power button. They said they didnt flash my phone with any softwares. But, later i found my phone had the following changed features.
      1. Sm-910c variant changed to sm-910w8.
      2. My phone was lte (4g), now it has ony 2g and 3g support
      3. 'mobile data' option is missing from the status bar.
      4. The back camera pictures are not well. I suspect, they have changed the camera.

      . I am really disappointed and dissatisfied by their service. I went to the samsung center because i trusted them, but i think i am not satisfied with their service. The main problem is i don't like the back camera. I am really worried... They shouldn't be doing so. I want justice. Please help me with my phone. It is the only gift from my father. I am disappointed. On complaining with the varient, they say, they dont know anything.

        This is inform to you i am complaining about the moksh enterprises samsung care. I went to repair my handset j-7 samsung mobile there. I have submitted my handset on running condition for the hanging problem but we have received my handset in dead condition for the samsung care. He has totally dead in my mobile by the engineer mr tarun. I can't trust in samsung company in future. He has damage my mobile motherboard. This is the large gaps for the samsung company. I want to my handset on running condition.

          Hi,

          This regarding my newly purchased samsung phone c7 pro. (No. [protected]). My phone suddenly stopped working after 3 weeks of purchased. I visited samsung service centre (I. E. Maa communications, kotla mubarakpur, delhi) on around 3 weeks back (Job sheet no. [protected]). I submitted my phone and i was told the motherboard will be changes and will receive your phone in 2 hours. After two hours i got a call that motherboard as well screen have to be replaced and it will take couple of days. I followed up after couple of days and i was told that parts are not available and will take couple of days more. I continuously followed up with them and i was told that parts are not available. Until they said that the phone will be replaced and i have to submit documents.
          I submitted documents to them and said that you will receive phone in next 3 days. Its been one week now and i have not received my phone back. They are not even providing a alternative phone. Its been more than 3 weeks now.

          Since the parts of the phone are not available then why the phone is selling in market. I would request you to please upgrade my phone (To some other model). I can pay balance money to you for upgrading my phone. Please accept my sincere request.

            Suject : police complain hyd/200618/00376 filed against samsung hyderabad service centre. (Pls check cctv footage of kakathi communication also)
            As i mr pradeep kumar pradhan with contact no : [protected]. On 13/06/2018 i have given my samsung c9 pro phone for repair under warranty : imei no : [protected]. To kakathi communication. Samsung authorised mobile serive centre. Shop no : 5, 1st floor, legand crystal, paradise circle, secunderabad : 500003. Contact no : 040:64641122 and [protected]. Mr ganesh and sudharshan spoke to me and senior aged person misbehaved with me. On 13/06/2018 when i visited to samsung service centre they asked me to sit for 1 hour. As my touch was not working and it was under warranty. They took my phone inside and opened it. While opening the screen some scratches came on the side of the screen. They took signature on a receipt paper without filling it. After i signed they wrote that in the phone scartches are their. But they said we will send the screen under warranty to samsung head office and let you know the feedback in 3-4 days. After waiting for 3-4 days i have not received any feedback. So i called him. They said phone is repaired pls come and take. When i visited samsung service centre. On 20/06/2018 they aksed me to sit for 45 mins after taking my receipt. Then a lady said we have given you the phone. So the quarrel started. Then the lady searched inside her office and brought my phone. Then she said your phone is ok. Pls pay rs 240 as they have updated the software. But when i noticed my phone it was never repaired or new screen was put to it or software was updated. So i said i will complain to samsung ceo. They started hitted argument with me. Mr sudharshan and sr aged person. So i said i will complain in police for misbehavior and called police control no : 100. Control room person also spoke to owner of the service centre but he spoke in same manner. What ever you want to do you do said to control room person. Then after this i visited ramagopalpet. Hyderabad police station. And filed a police complain on 20/06/2018 with receipt no : hyd/200618/00376. Pls look into the matter and take action against kakathi communication. Pls check all attachments also.

              I bought a rt42fdagap1 refrigerator of samsung just 2 years ago. The cooling was too low for the past few weeks & when i got it checked from the samsung engineer, he told me that the cooling pipes have damaged and the same needs to be replaced & charges of rs 3000 or more will be incurred. I am just wondering howcome the refrigerator is of a brand like samsung can get damaged within 2 years?? Moreover despite having a warranty of 10 years on the compressor, y should i bear the charges. What is the fun of a 10 years warranty on the compressor when the refrigerator is not even working? I have also paid inspection charges to the engineer which otherwise should be free of charge. I request you to kindly provide me with the resolution so as to retain my faith in samsung brand.

                I have purchased samsung mobile j 7 pro on september 2018. From starting i am facing problem firstly i face problem o heating for that they have replace folder secondly after that problem of battery arise thirdly the no response error occure msg still not resloved the problem of no response after there is network error for that they said they have changed pcb i. E moterboard if the pcb is change then imei should also been changed now there is previous problem also and folder problem also touch is not properly workin g. Visited many time to the samsung service centre hcl services rajpur road dehradun. Every time same engineer check the handset. No proper rsponse

                Yet not get any call.Worst company.i[censored] are not able to satisfy the cistomer then why you ate making these worst products .Not value fof money.Visited service centre 15 to 20 tomes but in your record it is only 3 to 4 times what the hell is this worst service centre hcl services limited balaji tower near yak petrol pump 55 rajpur road .engineers are not upto the level of samsung.opposite service center there is garg telecom u can take any original display of samsung from there because there is game is of money engineers sells original folder to the shop .service centre is money minded no checking of engineers while entry and exit from the service centre.long waitung time i want yhe complete replacement of handset as it is becoming repeat repair case of the product .

                  Dear Team

                  We are having a terrible experience with your service team as we are complaining for our fridge repair since last week but no one from samsung is visiting us. There was one engineer who visited us, but he was a fraud as first he told us that total amount for repair is 3600 Rs, and when we gave him advance of 1500 Rs, he told us that total payment for repair would be 6, 000 Rs. Such a big fraudster! . We told him okay we are ready to pay him amount, but first he has to repair our fridge and then we will pay him, but this person told us that you have to first pay FULL ADVANCE AMOUNT and then he will repair after 1 week.

                  Is this the type of service experience you are providing us ? Your engineers are so cunning. Its been more than a week, since our fridge is not working and we are complaining everyday since last week, two times in a day and no one is visiting us.

                  Its definitely sure, we will not buy any more products from samsung from next time.

                  Please repair our fridge as soon as possible.

                  We are really having a really bad experience with your company.

                  Its been 10 days since we are waiting like a fool to get our fridge repaired and these people from samsung are everyday lying to us that service engineer will visit you, but no one is visiting us till yet.

                  I WILL NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THE SAME

                  Till now our complaint is NOT RESOLVED and its already been 18 Days today since i have registered my complaint and till now no resolution is provided and till now fridge is not repaired and till now FRIDGE IS NOT WORKING.

                  ALREADY PAID 5000 Rs as advance for the repair of fridge, but till now its not repaired.

                  Till now our complaint is NOT RESOLVED and till now fridge is NOT REPAIRED.

                  Awaiting your earliest revert.

                  IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE OF ME TO BUY PRODUCTS OF YOUR COMPANY WHOSE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS WORST AND TERRIBLE.

                  I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.

                    I had purchased the Samsung J7 in 2015, since then the display of the phone had stopped working 3 times till date.
                    I had paid around Rs 6000 for the repair. Guarantee given by service centre will be valid for 3 months only.
                    How samsung is given such a guarantee of 3 months .
                    My phone display stopped working from the last 4 days.
                    Service centre person telling me that i have to pay again Rs 4325 again for the same.
                    This is not correct.
                    Every time i have to pay such amount on regular basis.
                    How the display god stooped working in short span.
                    I request samsung to stop making fool people.
                    This is how samsung is getting money from the people.
                    I am also forwarding my complaint to the consumer forum against the services and facility of samsung mobiles

                      Hello,

                      I purchased j7 max from croma on 1st may 2018. After 4 days o[censored]se, i started seeing that the 4g network is continuously getting dropped. Later after 15 days o[censored]se, the phone got hanged (3 times) and got shut down. I was not able to restart the phone (Not aware). Runned to croma store, they restarted the phone. But still i was continuously facing the network issue. Today i had been to samsung service center (M. M. Service, pimpri-411017). They informed that they will need to change the motherborad (Which is not available with them). They asked me to go to other samsung service centers in pimpri chinchwad area and check with them if they have the motherboard with them. As a customer, can you please let me know, if i have to personally run through all the service center to get my mobile repaired or replaced? Should this service not be provided by samsung?
                      After many decision i decided to purchase j7 max but was not aware if a defective product will be sold to me.

                      I would seriously request to get my mobile replaced. I would not recommend that the mobile should be repaired. It is only 45 days i am using this product. There is still 10 months to go to get the warranty expired. What will be the guarantee if my mobile is repaired and it won't give any problem.

                      Strictly - please replace the mobile with the new one.

                        We have purchased samsung refrigerator on 19.06.2016 bearing model numberrt47k6358sl/tl. Within a period of one year the problem started. The refrigerator is having defect on the portion on which ice is deposited i. E. Rear vents or deorderizer at the rear part of the refrigerator. Ice is frozen on that section which result in water coming out of the refrigerator and manually cleaning the water. We have reported the said problem several time to the authorized service center of samsung even during the warranty period. The representative of the service center visited and rectified the defect by carrying out the repair work and also was paid for the said work. But after certain period of time i. E. 3 to 4 months again the said problem is detected. The problem has now become a never ending issue. The representative of the service center didn't mentioned about replacement of the any parts during the said period, but after the expiry of the warranty period asked for the replacement of certain part of the refrigerator at our cost, which clears shows that the company never detected the replacement requirement during the warranty period and just carried out the repair work, however on expiry of the warranty period asked for replacement.

                        We purchased the refrigerator based on recommendation from several purchaser and none of them have been facing such issue but to our surprise the company sold defective piece to us and now intending to earn money at the cost of customer.

                        We request for replacement of the refrigerator as the problem started within just one year from the date of purchase which clearly reveals about the defect in the product.

                          Samsung service centre indiranagar, bangalore just fools customers saying they give 3 months warranty of their service and parts which they replace.

                          Their serviced mobile display gone bad in 10 days and they charged me again for the same display. They had accepted that its internal fault and it got damaged because last service would hv not done properly. They said we dont cover such cases in warrenty. Only if touch screen does not work properly that will be covered.

                          But when i got first service that time they had told that they are giving 3 months warranty for display because they had replaced display.

                          They forcefully charged me 4821.

                          Its just a fraud. They shoud not cheat people like this.

                          Hi all,

                          My complaint is not yet resolved. I am really shocked. How it is marked as resolved without any resolution.

                          For around one week conversation was going on with Samsung.

                          In last conversation Samsung asked me to visit same service center where my mobile service was done. They wanted to take internal pictures of my mobile. I visited the service center and they took few pictures of my mobile and i came back. After that i did not get any further communication and finally i called samsung. They said they will get back but no more communication after that.

                          And now my complaint is marked as resolved here.

                          This is really too much. They all are sitting there to fool us.

                          Please think twice before buying samsung products.

                              I bought samsung c7 pro last year, somehow display stopped working so i submitted to service center "ablaze communication" tonk road, jaipur - rajasthan on 11/jun/2018

                              After 3 days they came with descision that company does not have spare available for this model. Even though i was ready to pay display change price 6k

                              Later they said company will refund you a vouhcher.. I was all good
                              2nd day fun came in stated that original phn price less display price less 45% depreciation will be given to u..

                              Haha, why would i be taking 11, 700 for cost of 26000 device.

                              If company doesnt have spare than they must refund full value + compensation to harrase a customer.

                              Now have emailed to sc + asm + ceo they ppl are not calling back even to give my refund or solution.
                              Just the same statement on each tym if i call them "u have to wait" how much? Will customer wait due to bad stock management of new brand smart phones spares.

                              Help me to get my refund + compensation to all this asap

                                    The cooling problem started on 12th June 2018 morning, wherein i had a chat with your Samsung Service person who suggested me to keep the refrigerator off for 5 to 6 hrs to give some relief to compressor and to have the manual defrost process done.

                                    It hasn't work and during evening hours on 12th June itself I called and booked a complaint at your customer care wherein it was committed to me that the engineer shall be deputed on 13th June 2018 morning at 10.15.

                                    I call customer care at 9.45 AM on 13th June to check whether the same is in order and it was informed that the engineer will be there at 10.30 AM max. Simultaneously I received a call from service centre wherein the service in-charge told me that the service can be given between 12 to 2 PM and not before even after my request and also recommended me to get the same serviced/ repaired from outside in case o[censored]rgency. I was totally unprofessional that a employee of Samsung giving such recommendation and was distasteful to listen such connotation of service in-charge who seems to be not fit to be at such position for a brand of such repute.

                                    Again I called service centre and put a complaint regarding the service incharge and his rude behavior wherein the customer care representative Ms. Shivani told me that they will take the same seriously against him for loose talk and also committed me that a engineer shall be deputed as committed max. by 11 AM.

                                    When no engineer turned up till 12.15 PM I was forced to call customer care one more time to know the status of my call. I was told that the engineer is on the way. I was to go out of station urgently at around 2.30 PM and hence I expected the engineer to be deputed at 10.15 in the morning as per the complaint registered a day before so that engineer should come with gas and fix the issue as prima facie the issue seems to be related to gas leakage only due to which cooling was not happened and the same was hint given by the service representative durinfg chat on 12th June 2018.. I also requested the customer care to depute engineer with gas cylinder and related equipment so that the problem can be solved in one visit before I leave for outstation around 2.30 PM to which they agreed to depute a person with gas cylinder and related equipment only and he has written my this request/ requirement in the complaint with service centre and shared with me.

                                    Engineer came around 2 PM without gas cylinder and checked and diagnosed that the cooling is absent due to gas issue. When asked for that why have you not brought gas with you, he felt sorry and also informed that it was his mistake that he couldn't bring the gas even it was mentioned in the call to bring gas along during service. Is it mean that these service centres are there to mint money so that they only want to collect the service charges during first visit and then to fix the issue later as per their wishes and availability of time, parts and engineers?. He left with a commitment that he will be back with gas in 15 minutes

                                    The other engineer was deputed around 3 PM by the time we got so late to move out. He came and informed us that it is a compressor issue and not only gas issue. We were shocked to know that two engineers from same service centre and company has two different views about the issue. We were confused to whom to trust. He also informed that now the part is not available and shall be available if pay advance deposit of INR 2100 and that too earliest by Sunday i.e. 17th June 2018. I called customer care and reported about that the engineer is demanding advance money without fixing the issue and telling that the part will be available not before Sunday, it was told to me not to pay advance and the part shall be available by Sunday and the problem shall be fixed then.

                                    On Saturday I called to schedule the visit of engineer as committed, it was told to me by the customer care representative, Sunil that the call is already registered and the engineer name " Mudaffir Ali " with contact no. [protected] and [protected] shall be deputed between 2 to 4 PM tomorrow and also assured me that the part is very much now available and the problem will be solved without fail on Sunday between the time slot. He also requested me to call the engineer on Sunday morning to fix up the time with him.

                                    On Sunday Morniong, I called the engineer severally on both the numbers which were either invalid or switched off.

                                    I called customer care again to know the status of my call and the customer care representative put me on hold for several minutes and then informed me that even he has tried and the numbers are not reachable/ switched off. He told me that he is booking a complaint against the service centre and engineer for not providing proper contact no. and also informed me that a person from senior team/ supervisor shall give me a call back on this issue.

                                    I received a call from Sehdev at around 12 noon, who was informed that he is a senior team member who discussed the issue with me in detail for about an hour and filled a written complaint with samsung corporate office with complaint no [protected]. During conversation I was informed that the commitment given by Sunil on Saturday was wrong and hence the engineer was not deputed on Sunday. This was really unprofessional on behalf of Sumsung and case of cheating.

                                    I requested him that as I have suffered a loss of more than INR 4000 against the fruits, vegetable, Ghee, Butted, Milk, Eggs, juices, baby products and spices which got perished during the last 5 days and no service extended so far. Now let the service centre should bear the cost of my service as I have already suffered so much of monetary loss and mental harassment and it no action taken I will be forced to go legal on Monday i.e. 18th June 2018.

                                    Sehdev committed me that I need not to go legal and confirmed that a representative shall be deputed on Sunday itself between 2 to 4 PM to fix the issue and he is also forwarding a request to Samsung sevice head to get the repairs done free of charge due to so much of loss and mental stress born by the customer. He also assured me that the compressor which shall be replaced will be sealed unit which will get open at our house only.

                                    No one came till 4.15 PM on Sunday when I called the customer care again and spoke to Rajshree who transferred the call to his supervisor Sujoy who committed me that he will try to fix the problem on Sunday itself and also requested not to file a legal case on Monday and wait as someone from Samsung corporate service department shall call you and reimburse your all losses also.

                                    On Monday, 18th June 2018, when I was about to serve a legal notice a call came from Ms. Kirti who informed me that she is from Samsung corporate office and senior team member and who assured me not to issue a notice as she will get the problem fixed immediately after checking the availability of engineer and also assured me that the cost of repair shall not be charged or if you pay the same the same shall be refunded. She being a senior representative of Samsung corporate office was not aware that when she was talking to me the service engineer named "Harsh" with contact no [protected] was already deployed and she has no information. The engineer came without sealed compressor unit and started the job. Even after disconnecting the call she has not contacted me to update about the service rendered which she committed me that she will check and call me back with update.

                                    In the whole episode, all the members so called customer care front liner, supervisor and senior team members have failed to extend their service and failed to perform their roles for which Samsung has hired them.

                                    In the mean time I again called at customer care and discussed the issue with customer care executive named Kinshuk who put me on hold for several minutes and after checking with his supervisor assured me that someone is going to call me immediately as he has given written request and told me that you may either tell the engineer to wait to collect the charges till you receive a call. I shared Harsh's no. with him so that they can call him or their service centre but all in ruin. He told me either not to pay the money or if paid the same will be refunded later. As I don't want the engineer to wait further as there was no call from Samsung corporate office, we cleared the dues to Engineer which as per the bill was INR 2100.

                                    Also to note that the engineer after filling up the gas was in so much of hurry that he has no time to check the cooling by staying there for even 5-10 minuted and was so impatient to collect money and flew away. When I reached home at late evening I checked the cooling which seems to be below average as compared to earlier before such issue.

                                    I am having all the audio recordings with me as a proof to the negligence in the whole episode especially the Corporate office people and service centre and can be shared at court as per the request which is sufficient to prove that due to deliberate ignorance of Samsung customer care, Samsung service centre and their senior corporate service department team we have suffered monetarily as well as mentally and also will request the court to give replacement of whole unit of refrigerator which is hardly two years of age and compressor and other related issues have arrived due to poor quality and performance and the premium charges on such item which is not justified as per the cost and quality and no body took care to rectify the issue in 24 hours as per the commitment and service level agreement as informed to me during conversations..

                                    Looking into whole episode and the grievance shared, I once again inform you to refund the charges of Rs. 2100 along with the loss born by us for delay in service as mentioned above to avoid any legal implications and depute the engineer again to visit with such refunds and check the cooling properly and patiently and fix up the issue without any further delay.

                                        This is regarding complain number : [protected] where repairmen came to our home for repairing the fridge and told us some issue in compressor and he will come back on monday with some other machine and check find the exact issue. He has taken the money from home flew away. From last two days we are calling him and he is telling i am busy now will come later. This is just cheating with customer.
