Hi, i visit samsung service center for battery replacement of my samsung mobile. On call they provide me estimate of rs.1600 as battery 1000+ service charge but after visiting they quoted 2600 as 1000 rs misc charges. For 1000 rs battery 1600 as fitting charges is not genuine. Product bought on 16 october 2016 from authorised company store for 19700 rs started giving trouble after 1 year 2 months. The mother board is malfunctioning. The warranty for which was 1 year and it's repair is worth 5000. Have been complaining regularly but the only solution they have is spend more money. There is no focus on durability.
