I had complain dated 7 june 2018. They said that compressorissue and u will receive new compressor in 7 days from samsung co. But still there is no reply. I had talked with engineer mr mukesh mob no [protected]. Which i received from samsung co. But they said that in samsung co there is no compressor. I feel that the service of samsung co.       The cooling problem started on 12th June 2018 morning, wherein i had a chat with your Samsung Service person who suggested me to keep the refrigerator off for 5 to 6 hrs to give some relief to compressor and to have the manual defrost process done.

      It hasn't work and during evening hours on 12th June itself I called and booked a complaint at your customer care wherein it was committed to me that the engineer shall be deputed on 13th June 2018 morning at 10.15.

      I call customer care at 9.45 AM on 13th June to check whether the same is in order and it was informed that the engineer will be there at 10.30 AM max. Simultaneously I received a call from service centre wherein the service in-charge told me that the service can be given between 12 to 2 PM and not before even after my request and also recommended me to get the same serviced/ repaired from outside in case o[censored]rgency. I was totally unprofessional that a employee of Samsung giving such recommendation and was distasteful to listen such connotation of service in-charge who seems to be not fit to be at such position for a brand of such repute.

      Again I called service centre and put a complaint regarding the service incharge and his rude behavior wherein the customer care representative Ms. Shivani told me that they will take the same seriously against him for loose talk and also committed me that a engineer shall be deputed as committed max. by 11 AM.

      When no engineer turned up till 12.15 PM I was forced to call customer care one more time to know the status of my call. I was told that the engineer is on the way. I was to go out of station urgently at around 2.30 PM and hence I expected the engineer to be deputed at 10.15 in the morning as per the complaint registered a day before so that engineer should come with gas and fix the issue as prima facie the issue seems to be related to gas leakage only due to which cooling was not happened and the same was hint given by the service representative durinfg chat on 12th June 2018.. I also requested the customer care to depute engineer with gas cylinder and related equipment so that the problem can be solved in one visit before I leave for outstation around 2.30 PM to which they agreed to depute a person with gas cylinder and related equipment only and he has written my this request/ requirement in the complaint with service centre and shared with me.

      Engineer came around 2 PM without gas cylinder and checked and diagnosed that the cooling is absent due to gas issue. When asked for that why have you not brought gas with you, he felt sorry and also informed that it was his mistake that he couldn't bring the gas even it was mentioned in the call to bring gas along during service. Is it mean that these service centres are there to mint money so that they only want to collect the service charges during first visit and then to fix the issue later as per their wishes and availability of time, parts and engineers?. He left with a commitment that he will be back with gas in 15 minutes

      The other engineer was deputed around 3 PM by the time we got so late to move out. He came and informed us that it is a compressor issue and not only gas issue. We were shocked to know that two engineers from same service centre and company has two different views about the issue. We were confused to whom to trust. He also informed that now the part is not available and shall be available if pay advance deposit of INR 2100 and that too earliest by Sunday i.e. 17th June 2018. I called customer care and reported about that the engineer is demanding advance money without fixing the issue and telling that the part will be available not before Sunday, it was told to me not to pay advance and the part shall be available by Sunday and the problem shall be fixed then.

      On Saturday I called to schedule the visit of engineer as committed, it was told to me by the customer care representative, Sunil that the call is already registered and the engineer name " Mudaffir Ali " with contact no. [protected] and [protected] shall be deputed between 2 to 4 PM tomorrow and also assured me that the part is very much now available and the problem will be solved without fail on Sunday between the time slot. He also requested me to call the engineer on Sunday morning to fix up the time with him.

      On Sunday Morniong, I called the engineer severally on both the numbers which were either invalid or switched off.

      I called customer care again to know the status of my call and the customer care representative put me on hold for several minutes and then informed me that even he has tried and the numbers are not reachable/ switched off. He told me that he is booking a complaint against the service centre and engineer for not providing proper contact no. and also informed me that a person from senior team/ supervisor shall give me a call back on this issue.

      I received a call from Sehdev at around 12 noon, who was informed that he is a senior team member who discussed the issue with me in detail for about an hour and filled a written complaint with samsung corporate office with complaint no [protected]. During conversation I was informed that the commitment given by Sunil on Saturday was wrong and hence the engineer was not deputed on Sunday. This was really unprofessional on behalf of Sumsung and case of cheating.

      I requested him that as I have suffered a loss of more than INR 4000 against the fruits, vegetable, Ghee, Butted, Milk, Eggs, juices, baby products and spices which got perished during the last 5 days and no service extended so far. Now let the service centre should bear the cost of my service as I have already suffered so much of monetary loss and mental harassment and it no action taken I will be forced to go legal on Monday i.e. 18th June 2018.

      Sehdev committed me that I need not to go legal and confirmed that a representative shall be deputed on Sunday itself between 2 to 4 PM to fix the issue and he is also forwarding a request to Samsung sevice head to get the repairs done free of charge due to so much of loss and mental stress born by the customer. He also assured me that the compressor which shall be replaced will be sealed unit which will get open at our house only.

      No one came till 4.15 PM on Sunday when I called the customer care again and spoke to Rajshree who transferred the call to his supervisor Sujoy who committed me that he will try to fix the problem on Sunday itself and also requested not to file a legal case on Monday and wait as someone from Samsung corporate service department shall call you and reimburse your all losses also.

      On Monday, 18th June 2018, when I was about to serve a legal notice a call came from Ms. Kirti who informed me that she is from Samsung corporate office and senior team member and who assured me not to issue a notice as she will get the problem fixed immediately after checking the availability of engineer and also assured me that the cost of repair shall not be charged or if you pay the same the same shall be refunded. She being a senior representative of Samsung corporate office was not aware that when she was talking to me the service engineer named "Harsh" with contact no [protected] was already deployed and she has no information. The engineer came without sealed compressor unit and started the job. Even after disconnecting the call she has not contacted me to update about the service rendered which she committed me that she will check and call me back with update.

      In the whole episode, all the members so called customer care front liner, supervisor and senior team members have failed to extend their service and failed to perform their roles for which Samsung has hired them.

      In the mean time I again called at customer care and discussed the issue with customer care executive named Kinshuk who put me on hold for several minutes and after checking with his supervisor assured me that someone is going to call me immediately as he has given written request and told me that you may either tell the engineer to wait to collect the charges till you receive a call. I shared Harsh's no. with him so that they can call him or their service centre but all in ruin. He told me either not to pay the money or if paid the same will be refunded later. As I don't want the engineer to wait further as there was no call from Samsung corporate office, we cleared the dues to Engineer which as per the bill was INR 2100.

      Also to note that the engineer after filling up the gas was in so much of hurry that he has no time to check the cooling by staying there for even 5-10 minuted and was so impatient to collect money and flew away. When I reached home at late evening I checked the cooling which seems to be below average as compared to earlier before such issue.

      I am having all the audio recordings with me as a proof to the negligence in the whole episode especially the Corporate office people and service centre and can be shared at court as per the request which is sufficient to prove that due to deliberate ignorance of Samsung customer care, Samsung service centre and their senior corporate service department team we have suffered monetarily as well as mentally and also will request the court to give replacement of whole unit of refrigerator which is hardly two years of age and compressor and other related issues have arrived due to poor quality and performance and the premium charges on such item which is not justified as per the cost and quality and no body took care to rectify the issue in 24 hours as per the commitment and service level agreement as informed to me during conversations..

      Looking into whole episode and the grievance shared, I once again inform you to refund the charges of Rs. 2100 along with the loss born by us for delay in service as mentioned above to avoid any legal implications and depute the engineer again to visit with such refunds and check the cooling properly and patiently and fix up the issue without any further delay.

        I have purchased 40inch tv in sathya-avadi,

        Wall stand not hand over to customer (To me), i have purcahsed my own stand (Corner) and fit it,

        But company does not provide company wall stand,

        Even purchase installation and demo free, but demo not properly explained again calling they asked charges for that,

        Request provided company stand, i have temporarily fixed, now they cheating us.

            I purchased smart phone last year, (As per my knowledge i have used 9 months only). Now its has issue, when i visited your service center. They confirmed mother board is not working and need to replace it.

            Why the issue is come and why i want to pay again.

            Hello All,

            Your team is calling and no use, Team member has no sense to understand the customer issue. (Just like recoding, play ). Its not matter your team is called or not, issue is still open.

            If i am in your Samsung mangent without discussion, will replace the mobile. Because its Mother board issue.

            Not sure what massage Samsung is giving to customers.

                I bought an ac on 5th may 2018 with the product description code, 'ar24nv3hewknna' from the below mentioned store:

                In a month the ac stopped working!!
                When we called the samsung showroom in bokaro to send the person to check, he told that due to improper installation, the wire got short and ac stopped working. He just told it and went away.
                Now, even after multiple complaints, the store is not sending anyone to repair it!!
                I don't understand why should we suffer because of their mistake!!

                The service is highly disappointing!!

                If that is the case, please take your product back and refund the whole amount!!

                  I would like to bring to your kind notice that after multiple requests made for the service of my two split 1.5 ton acs in kanpur up, there has been no action by the regional service center. I lodged a service request with the number [protected] on 13th may for which the service centre very kindly forwarded the request to kanpur service centre. Ever since then there has been no call/message by the kanpur service center. I made the request once again on the toll free service number, who very kindly forwarded once again the request to the kanpur centre with reference to the previous call. Again till date there has been no call from the concerned service personnel.
                  I as a customer request you to take necessary action against the concerned service centre and kindly resolve the service issue.

                    I purchase mobile phone samsung j7 (2016) via flipkart on 27.06.2017. The full details of mobile is:

                    Product is under warranty on this date.

                    On saturday evening, my mobile phone's display started blinking suddenly and it went on display turn off. After repeatedly trying to switch off and switch on but it did not work.
                    On monday (Today 18.06.2018) morning, i went to service centre (Sco[protected], sector 22 d., chandigarh, complaint no. [protected]), where attendant er. Vijay kumar asked many questions like who is the user of this mobile, when its display turn off, any damage/broken issue, any water contact to mobile phone etc.
                    I replied him to all questions and also clarified him that there is no chance of contact of water to this mobile and mobile was working properly and sudden display turn off.
                    But he has already made mindset of water in mobile.
                    Thereafter, he opened mobile and took snaps of mobile.
                    Later, he said as there is moisture in the mobile so we can not repair this mobile under warrant. Or you need to service this mobile at your cost. Again i clarified him that mobile was with me and i was at home on weekend. There is no question of moist or water in mobile during this time period.
                    How can moisture can be there within mobile without any contact to any liquids.
                    He urged me that it is possible automatically without contact of any liquid.

                    In my opinion, if it is possible, it indicates that there is manufacturing defect in mobile.

                    At the end, he refused for service under warranty. I am not complaining about behavior of mr. Vijay. But i am quite sure about his wrong technical decision on my mobile phone.
                    I am afraid how a customer is made fool in the name of warranty and wrong technical decisions at service centre to avoid warranty benefits to customers as possible.
                    I hope samsung authorities will consider my case for display problems under warranty.

                      I bought samsung s8 plus (Its samsungs flagship phone) 10 months ago before i buy they show advertisement of the phone use in rain an swimming pool and say its ip68 it dont damage by small amount of water. Yesterday because of rain 10 min my phone get wet and suddenly stop working. When i visit service centre they said they will charge 24000. They show fake advertisement and because of that it happen.

                        I am located at guwahati, assam. I lodged a complaint with samsung on 08 june, 2018, at 8.00am with regard to my fridge detailed above, and provided with ref no.[protected]. I was assigned service order no. [protected] dated 08 june 2018. The technician called on 09 june, 2018, and after carrying out an inspection informed that the fridge will have to be taken to their workshop for repairs, the fridge was taken the next day by the company representative. It is, however, regretted that till today the fridge has not been repaired. I have made verbal enquiries on many occasions but i regret to inform that the authorised service centre is not in a position to give me an update on this matter. The authorised service centre is m/s bir electronics pvt ltd, opp. Aidc office, holding no.4, guwahati 781024,[protected]. I have been speaking with shri amar nath, and shri hemen deka of this service center but they are not in a position to provide a correct update.

I have contacted them everyday and they keep on promising to send the technician the next day. But even after a week, there is no response.                             Myself santanu hazra, was purchased the above led tv on may -2014 by rs. 24000 (Tenty four thousand only) and i have the warentty till may -2017. But before one week ago i faced some problem with my tv (Red colour missing only). Arranged service request ([protected]) from samsung care, service engineer visited and confirm that display pannel need to be changed and price is rs. 10000 approx. (Ten thousand approx.).

                            Now question is that
                            1. Within rs.12500 new samsung led tv is available in market now, so why i go for change the display pannel of my led by rs.10000.
                            2. I think samsung used the low quality materials and cheat with coustomers, otherwise how its possible within 04 years the major parts was damaged and maintenance charge is came near rs.10000.
                            3. How its possible for a general coustomer to maintained after purchased the tv by rs.24000, within 04 years maintenance came rs. 10000.
                            I requesting you please take necessary action regardings my complain and i demand the free mainteance of my led tv as soon as possible, otherwise i have to go for complain to consumer forum, and going to post in social media like fb, whatsaap, twiter – how samsung cheat with coustomer and make money.

                              Gross volume-253 litre kind attention we are using samsung refrigerator for last 4 year but this year product face cooling problem.in upper portion cooling was satisfactory. But lower portion does not cool. During may month i book complaint
                              Machniqu visit and inspects it. It work hardly 8 days. Then same problem regenerate.2nd time in may month book complaint same machniqu (Surjit kumar) visit & he guide us to change location & he inspect & say fan of refrigerators are freeze. Same problem 3rd time not working & cooling lower portion. We are totally feed up by using this product. We feel lack of satisfaction. With in one month 3time same problem generate.43° temperature in jammu. All our household daily need products are effects. Matter is very serious product are totally not up to the mark of customer satisfaction. Plz provide value for money to customer. We are waiting your response.

                                On[protected] i had purchased a samsung j2 (2018) from fonez mobile shop statue thiruvananthapuram. after first charging the mobile we came to know that the display is blared and need service, subsequently i had approached your authorised service centre on[protected] for claiming dead on arrival or warranty.
                                after verifying the device they informed us that the lcd is internally broken and the damage cannot be covered, as if their was no display problem outside.
                                Still now i am unable to understand the fact how a device lcd display can be broken with out breaking its out side display as it is kept in your packing case till now. they even claimed for inspection charge of 150 rupees but i had not paid the amount. they had given an estimate of rs. 4878/- resolving the complaint. in short if we have to use a samsung mobile purchased for rs. 7690/- an additional amount almost equal to 5000/- extra has to be paid for a complaint even with in 1 week and is not caused by our use. i am very much disappointed with your after sale service as even a small mobile company will issue a new mobile in these cases. expecting your kind attention and reply as early as possible, otherwise i am planning to approach consumer court. the bill, estimate of repair and copy of acknowledgment request is forwarded here with.

On 04th june, the service engineer came and placed an order for replacement of speakers. The speakers were replaced in time ie.                                     I have bought samsung galaxy c9 pro from samsung smart phone café on 25/02/2017. Product code: sm-c900fzkd. Imei no: [protected]. The phone was fantastic and beyond my expectation at the beginning. But after 10 (Ten) months i. E on 23/12/2017, my phone was completely shut all of a sudden. I immediately visit the nearest samsung mobile service centre for enquiry. They have informed me that mother board of this phone was crash. (Request no: [protected]). As it was in warranty periods they change the mother board as on 27/12/2017. But within 6 (Six) month from the date of repairing, i. E on 13/06/2018 the same thing occurs again. Again mother board was crash as inform by samsung service centre (Karuna management services ltd) and told me that rs 12000/- will require for new mother board for this phone. My question is that how could a mother board crash within 6 months?. Samsung is a high brand product and trusted product. I request to look into the matter and change my mother board of c9 pro without any deposit as it was only six months from repairing.

                                      Samsung service centre lal kuan, ghaziabad is mis guiding customers. They told me that liquid is there in my phone and hence warranty voided. They said that motherboard is damaged and required to be replaced and told cost of repair 6500. But i got repair it 950 from outside. Here engineer told me that charging jack was not working hence changed. Now my phone is working well n i m writing this complaint through it only. Now i want reimburse of my this amount of rs 950 and continue my phone warranty for future.

                                        Worst service experience.
                                        The approval for the screen replacement takes 10 days alone and another 5 days to carry out repairs.
                                        Have been asked to wait 'patiently' until 29th to hear from the service centre.
                                        The so called fragile plasticy flagship phone s8, can't even take a 2 feet fall.
                                        So much for wasting 54, 000 on a piece of acclaimed flagship under the much advertised 'never mind offer'.
                                        The type c cable went bad in 7 months.
                                        Got the boat indestructible cable for half the price & 24 months warranty.
                                        Wish could do that with the phone.
                                        My third and last samsung phone, for sure after such after sales experience.
                                        Never going to fall for their nonsense & hype again.
                                        Can never match apple or any of the japanese counterparts.
                                        Jack of all, master of none!
