We have purchased samsung refrigerator on 29th july 2013. The refrigerator started giving problems after 12 to 15 months i. E. Water leakage from vegetable tray and ice formation in the deep freezer area. We had lodged complaint in samsung service station on several occasions.. Technician came and defrosted the refrigerator and promised the problem will never arise, but till today we are facing same problem every three months.
Last time i. E.in month of january 2018 the senior engineer from samsung
Visited our place and said that one of the part needed repair (Coil) than all your problem will resolve permanently. We allowed him to do so. But again after two months same problem occurred. From last three and half year we are facing same problem again and again no solution has been given by samsung. Please look into the matter asap.

    On 29th nov 2017 i had ordered a samsung galaxy j7 - 6 (New 2016 edition) (Gold, 16 gb) from flipkart. Serial no: [protected]. After using this mobile for few days i had noticed that phone showing no service error. Firstly i thought it was due to network issue of sim card and finally i understood it was problem of mobile phone. This issue can be solved by taking sim card from the mobile and put it in slot oncemore. After this, phone gets working for few days (Around 3 days). I was busy with my project so i was not able to give mobile phone to service and repeatly
    Doing this procedure for few days

    On feb 10th i had given my phone to service at our nearest location which is at kollam. I cure solution kollam. Job repair no : [protected]. After 2 days they called me and told that it was motherboard problem and they asked to wait for few days and when the motherboard gets replaced they will inform. After 2 days i got my phone back and started using it. Within 10 days i had faced the same issue as before. Motherboard and display are the major parts of a smartphone. If the motherboard gets replaced again, then i dont know what to do and how i can trust this mobile.

    Yesterday[protected] i had given my mobile to the i cure solution kollam once more. They gave me the same job no ([protected]) as earlier and make status as repeated complaint. I dont want this mobile anymore. You should find a solution for this problem. I want a new moblie or else i need the full amount refund.
    Cant trust this brand anymore. Such pathetic situation i am going through. All my important data are lost..
    Believe that this mail will find me solution or else will approach through consumer court asking better compensation

      We bought this refrigerator in March 2017, invoice number: 0A-15188. Since this time we have faced issues related to gas, water leakage and dent in body of the fridge. Everytime we have had to run from pillar to post to get the issues rectified. Kindly respond to this complaint with relevant email ID or telephone number.         Hello, i bought a samsung j7 max last year. This year i travelled oitside india and the message centre number for vodafone got erased. When i arrived back in india, i could receive no message. So i came to samsung store at qwest mal, beckbagan to get help. Here ms. Soumi das helped me solve the problem promptly.           I have bought an ac an year back and still in warranty. There seems an issue with gas leakage and its not cooling. I have logged an incident 10-15 time and no one is coming to rectify it. I did a mistake to buy such an ac. After few days warranty will be lost and they will come to charge.

          I have found a lot of mis-management during service repair. I got a msg saying that your incident is logged to some person mr. Ravi and he denied to come saying some one else would come and repair. It has been 15 days and no one has come to repair.

            I purchased samsung galaxy s7 edge last year on[protected] after that few days ago my s7 edge screen broken. Service center executive said that i need to pay screen cost total approx 14000 rs. Total 14k only for screen replacement is so expensive.

            Is there any alternative available???

            I want to purchase a new s9 also. Can i got a discount on my phone replacement.

              The fridge is still not working. Raj mehra visited and it then cooled for 3 days and since saturday 10.3 2018 it has not been cooling. I called pradeep yadav on his phone and left a message but no one got bacl yesterday, today i again left a message on mr yadavs extension. On saturday i called raj mehra and he informed me that he would visit the house in about one and half hours but he did not come and i waited for him the whole day.
              This has been going on sinc e 5 jan 2018.

                I have purchased s7edge in july2016 for 56, 900 in reliance digital kaikondrahalli bangalore. After an year my phone screen got damaged when slipped from hand. When contacted customer care they told it cost you 15k. I'm so worried that its a huge amount.

                One if my friend bought the same phone in aug 2016 for 47k with one time replacement offer.

                I have contacted customer care for the same offer. They said it's not applicable for me and only to the people purchased in offer period.

                I got shocked with response and they denied my request.

                What worried me is.

                I played 56k which is huge.in a month price gone down and samsung gave one time screen replacement to others. I paid more with no offer. Which is unfair.

                I called recently customer care asked to consider my request again coz it s a lot of money. Requested to take the complainant in humanity grounds. And executive told that the decision already taken and can't even consider me.

                This is very unfair and completely lost trust on samsung. I see some promotion in social media that samsung does charity and also give free phones. Now i feel that is false promotion to loot loyal customers like me.

                50 grands is a lot for a middle class employee like.

                  I have purchased samsung side by side refrigerator rs554nrua1j last year it's not even 14 months and it's stopped cooling.
                  We tried reaching to the service team but no response since last two days.

                  I have read the some complaint about the product looks like it's a faulty device only.
                  Having such huge price it should already work for 4-5 years.

                  I don't want to pay any more in this product samsung should take it back. The product is disappointing.

                    Poor service from samsung - i have purchased a samsung washing machine online. I didnt get the proper support from the samsung center for the installation and demo. We started using it without getting proper procedure. Really disappointed with this prodiuct service. We have samsung tv in home and samsung mobiles but with the purchase of samsung washing machine we are really disappointed with the brand.

                      Myself ajith from kochi, kerala purchased samsung fridge model no. Rf50k5910dp (French door new model) from m/s reliance retail limited, oberon mall, kochi on 23rd october 2017 for rs. 97, 890/-. The fridge worked fine for few months after which there was a problem with its chiller section unable to freeze the contents.

                      A complaint was raised on 28th jan 2018 calling samsung customer care toll free number and complaint number [protected] was generated. A local technician attended the problem at my residence many times. Unable to solve the issue, the whole fridge was taken to m/s r-logic technology services on 08. Feb 2018.. R logic are the authorised samsung customer service at ernakulam.

                      Unfortunately, as i write this email today after more than a month of its original issue, i still do not have my fridge repaired. Till now, i have made more than 30 calls to the customer care and local service centre, all in vain. After many requests, the local centre gave me an old fridge to support my daily routine which was the only good gesture from their part. The basic problem according to them is non availability of spares for the new model. As the issue persisted after replacing many sensors inside the fridge, the advice they received from head office was to change the compressor which again would demand loss of time.

                      Considering this, it is very clear that the only person who is suffering here is myself and my family. And that is all because we choose to select samsung over all the competitors hoping the south korean company would be good at after sales service. Sorry to say, the samsung branch heads failed to deliver and caused so much of trouble.

                      The reason for closing the complaint number [protected] exactly after one month on 28th feb 2018 and reopening a new complaint [protected] on the same date without my knowledge or consent raises suspicion.

                      We at home feel dejected after having bought a new expensive samsung fridge and the same being taken for multiple repairs soon enough and all parts of it including the compressor being replaced. At this point, i am sure any senior management person would agree that a new fridge be given to me as early as possible without further delay.

                      I request you the same. Please look into this matter effectively and please do the need full immediately as we have already suffered enough.

                            I purchased refrigerator samsung from you company. And now compressor not working purchased in 2011. Only 6 yr work this is very bad performance. When i call customer care telling your warranty finish. And telling for new compressor 9000 rupees. I have other brand refrigerator also more than 10 yr but nothing problem.                               This is very bad experience to purchase new phone as overheating during charging and some time hanging issue with normal using,

                              I got disappointed with samsung as purchase premium quality phone.

                              Please replace the phone with new one otherwise i will go for legal as have some snap of error occurred.

                                I need some immediate guidance if there will be a redressal or do i use legal/ media channels?
                                I am a samsung refrigerator user. The product suffers from leakages because of water clogging in evaporation pipes - hence it is not frost free and needs to be manually defrosted. It is an expensive one... Worth around 55k. The engineering team has tried multiple things and is now doing nothing on it. Going on for 2-3 years. Unofficially they have told us it was a faulty design and had been withdrawn by samsung - seems surprising that you let the consumers high and dry (Who were already invested). I have tried speaking to a senior manager - somya and a service manager sumit gandhi - they have both shut off their lines for me. The complaints team keeps closing my complaints without speaking with me. What should i do? Can i expect some remedial from samsung or do i need to go the social media route and legal route to get the right attention? I hope you understand that no consumer likes to be cheated after spending rs.55, 000/-.

                                  I'm using samsung galaxy c9 pro mob i have buyed this mob just 3 months before. Unfortunately unknowingly back camera glass broken. I have approached customer service center. They said they need to replace whole mobile back side body costing rs 8000. So untrusted unfaithful company it is cheating public. Their service was like to repair home window glass need to break home slab. Cheap brand cheap service. I suggest not to buy samsung products anymore. Shame of you mr samsung cheater.

                                    I got this letter from bharti communications and it is very disappointing one. First the company sells faulty handset and then they say that they are not responsible for the
                                    Same. I am not interested in taking a repaired handset. I want my money back.
                                    It is very surprising that till now bharti communications has not issued me a job sheet.

                                      I am continuously doing follow ups and complains to samsung toll free customer care since 6th march. I have purchased ac in last may and its is under waranty period. I had offered 3 free services but till date no service has been provided.                                         They took my washing machine on 11 feb 2018 and said with in 24 hrs they will give it back. But it's been a month they are list bother to give it back and after multiple follow ups they are giving some or other reason. They are not ready to give my washing machine (Without servicing also). This is harrasement. And we have raised complaint to samsung also but no action. They have just given complaint reference no. Which is of no use. Feeling very frustrated
