Hi,
I am really shocked by the way samsung service center bluff people. My phone is within warranty period. The first time i went in evening to the service center, the guy straight away said that the phone is damaged cause it has fallen and is tempered at the edges, however there is no damage to my phone, on resisting he said that he can see the damage which i cant see. He asked me to come at day time to get the phone checked. I went on the following sunday, there was another guy he said we will have to check phone. He unpacked the phone and said the phone is damaged cause it fell in water. To my surprise cause it has never fallen. I said him directly that its just an excuse that he was making as the last day to other guy had said that my phone had fallen so it is damaged. He went to him and consulted. He returned back to me and said yes your phone is 'also' damaged cause it had fallen. He had not come to this conclusion until he consulted the other guy.
May i know why are we people bluffed and given any random excuse just to make money from us, that too when the phone is in warranty period. Its hardly 10 months used and the phone touch does not respond properly.
