1) i already complained twice to you so you can rectify your mistake. I simply asked to bring back my washing machine in the condition as i had given to your service staff (With display and error code de).in the name of some small repair, you can not damage my machine. I am not responsible for damage done by your service staff. I am writing again so you can understand this simple point. Forward this mail to some one in your organisation, with honesty and integrity.
2) i am hiding some facts purely due to some humanitarian reason and want to tell you that damage was intended and i bring that to notice to person who handling it immediately. He took it very lightly.
3) no response till date except some time pass, senseless phone call. Do not call me back for sack of calling.
4) hope you will understand this simple point that machine pcb was damaged by your team and i want my machine back in condition as it was.
5) i hope you will understand this simple point and common sense will prevail. Its best to accept mistake rather than living in illusion to cheat, otherwise i will take legal recourse.

First mail

My washing machine was damaged by your service engineers. I lodged a complaint regarding problem displaying error message (Error code - de) in my washing machine after 10-15 minutes o[censored]se. Your service engineer checked and told us some wiring problem in the machine and wiring need to be replaced at cost around 2000/-rs. I said ok. After seven days they came with replacement wiring and replaced. Then they told pcb of washing machine need to be replaced and it will cost around 5500/-rs. Your service staff is incompetent to repair any item.
1) pcb was damaged by your service team. It was fine before your service.
2) i have purchased all of my household applinces like fridge, washing machine, led tv, microwave oven etc of samsung brand without giving thought to any other brand (Check mobile no.[protected] and [protected]).
I recommended many of my friends and relatives for samsung brand without knowing anything about samsung. Now, i realised my mistake. I will bear my loss but feel guilty about others.
3) i needed your after sales service for first time and now understand where you stand and how poor and costly is your service. Now i am shocked with my experience.
4) a samsung washing machine could not last two years of small use and require 5500/-rs reinvestment to use it for some more time. (That too started from some small wiring problem). I realised my mistake of purchasing samsung products. Now i realised samsung is use and throw brand like many chinese items. Pathetic, immoral...
5) i worried about my other samsung purchases. I don't know how long i will use them but never repair them with you. Realised that are use and throw products.
6) now, i will go for local repairman if they can repair my washing machine to last some more time or i will dispose it off.
7) a samsung product cost much more than price at which you sell.
8) poor products with very costly and inefficient service.
9) it is better for you to invest in quality training of your service staffs and reasonable service rather than what you wasted on service vans and other show off items.

Second mail

Rather than asking what is the problem?, what you want? Etc question everytime and westing my time and your time and disturbing my mood at different times on unnecessary phone calls, please do this simple thing, to bring back my machine in the condition in which i had given to you. I want my machine back in the condition in which i had given to your service staff. Its display was working at that time, running for 10-15 minutes before giving error message (Code de). My original cable may have damaged more by harsh replacement by your service staff, but i will tolerate it. I will manage to repair it from local repairman, if possible otherwise i will dispose it off. Thats the only thing i wanted for this last ever service of samsung and i already accepted my loss for my other household samsung products.

    We have bought double door refrigerator before years. Since last few months we are facing issue of water leakage, for which we made complaint in customer care by paying visit charges. They were unable to resolve our complaint and every time different engineer visit and give some trouble shooting steps to be followed. Lastly they took it for observation to service center and returned us after at least 10 days. They changed heater of it and charged us pick up drop and heater charges which we paid.in addition our light of freeze was in non working condition and within a week again same problem occurred. Again i launch a complaint. They ask us to keep freeze upward from front by keeping some support (Tiles) in front 2 legs of it. And keep both doors open for 24 hrs. And engineer visited for bulb replacement on chargeable basis and also for issue upfront told that now there is no solution of it as there may be blockage in internal pipe which in concealed under body. And it is not repairable. Water leakage will happen as every 8 hours auto defrost happens and due to blockage of pipe water will not go till evaporation and comes in front.
    In addition our freezer has stopped working now and cooling also become slow. Again launch complete before a week and yesterday engineer visited and ask to fill gas for cooling worth approx rs 2500/-.
    Your team is unable to resolve our issue and every time we are facing with one and another issue. Financially we cannot afford to but this kind of costly product every 4 years.
    I considered that my freeze is now become a cupboard which is useless.
    Kindly look into the matter and give us some proper resolution. Or give us some refund amount which we an use in exchange of product as it is basic requirement for summer.
    Hope you can take it as a serious note and help us by all means at the earliest.

      I want to camplaint for samsung carezone service centre located at:

      A-16, 1st floor, tagore market, opposite metro pillar no-333, kirti nagar, new delhi, delhi 110015

      My mobile vibration is not working so i submitted my mobile for repair at the same centre on 4th march 2018. They had changed the complete motherboard just for vibration only. Well i have no issues regarding this.
      On 5th march i got my mobile back, now there was a new issue that mobile had no networks there was only emergency call.
      Service centre reported that by mistake they had repaired the wrong.
      I resubmit my mobile on 6th march and they returned the mobile on 9th march now i am facing a new issue regarding charging. I checked it on google which shows now charging port is required to change.
      My phone is just 11months old a5 2017 model.
      And one of service centre employee named shikha told that samsung doesnot support 4g please use 2g as we all are usong 2g. What a bundle she told i am not getting her. I also request samsung india customer care to take a strict action regarding the issue but still no reply.

      My registered no. At care is [protected] with reference of registered no. All bill no. S can be procured from samsung india customer care.

      And my contact no. Is [protected].

      My request to samsung india is that:
      Just to provide me additional 3months warranty for assuring that no fake or faulty attempt is done to my mobile.
      Or
      To provide a new handset as my phone is in warranty period.

      Samsung carezone is not checking the phone properly while returning the repaired device to customer. They are just waisting the time of customers.

        I bought samsung j7 pro for 20k. And previous month they given one patch update of 472 mb.. After that my device not working properly.. Even touch also. All j7 pro customers reported this issue to samsung and we dint get any response.
        Even low budget samsung mobiles they are giving updates frequently and they are mot caring of samsjng j7 pro. I lost my 20k for buying this scrap mobile.. I wont suggest to anyone to buy samsung and i will start a campain on fb, twitter and insta soon. Samsung india is thinking users are dumps all the time they will tell cone to live chat or reset the phn.. This is there main solution all time.. Even the ceo getting salary from my money only that much sincere samsung should keep.. Really frustrated

          I have purchased samsung led model no - ua49k5100 (29/08/2017) by m/s vijay sales (Panvel branch) navi mumbai
          Problem ;- during start led black spot on side and upper side of screen showing this cloud type spots are continues on picture screen
          Why this type are show on tv

          I have purchased samsung led 49 inch due to its brand name. But since i am suffering from the above mentioned problems, i think that i had made wrong choice and the system is not at all value for money.

          You are requested to please look into the matter and do the permanent solution of the problem. Because i have not afford for purchase led every year

          As per trailing mail,

          Your service technician visited and said that there is LED display and panel is 80% defective and needs to be change.

          I have purchase 05 month ago and now it is in warranty period.

            I haven't sended the details yet because i know it's a fraud, so just want to aware you all that please do not revert back to any of those emails because it's a fraud and please take a legal action if you want to take any kind of help from me you can call me at[protected] thank you.

              I have purchased galaxy note 8 5 months back. Unfortunately the display screen cracked. I had sent my peon to your service center by name bir electronics pvt. Ltd, at guwahati, assam on 5.3.2018 with the original bill and the mobile. Then the executive said one sticker fixed in the box is required. Next day he went with the box, then they said id proof required. But they kept the mobile and handed over a hand written receipt without work order no. Next day your service centre person told me that the mobile is ready. I can take delivery of the same by paying rs. 990/.[ the lcd was covered under nmo ]. Then i had sent my peon with the money and the slip, then they ask for my id once again. I had talked to the customert executive over phone. But she told me rudely that without id the mobile could not be delivered. My peon returned back and took my id and then they had delivered the mobile set. She had also asked to get a stamp of the seller on the original invoice.
              My question is, if the id was necessary, they should have told my peon on the first day when they asked for the sticker fixed in the box. I had to send my peon 4 times to give and get the phone from a distant place.
              I am a regular user of samsung hand set and purchased every upgraded version of the same. I was thinking to book the new phone launched by samsung but decided not to use samsung product any more. I will also try that my friends and family member also avoid purchasing samsung product as the service centre people are very rude. I know, this will not harm your business but you will at least lose a geneuine customer.

                Hello everyone,
                I want to complaint against samsung for my mobile i purchased last year and i visted service center many times and last 3 to 4 months my visit is aprox 5 and the complaints are [protected] 1st time problem is with led and 2nd time [protected] and again they replace led and motherboard and after i visit 2 to 3 times and now again after 20 days again problem with display? Within 2 months this is 5th time the phone is give at service center and now they deny for repair under warranty and no damage on phone (Photos attached in attachments) why again and again repair defective handset?
                I want my money back or another handset.
                Waiting for an early revert...

                  Dear sir,
                  I purchased a samsung refrigerator from live furniture and electronics on 12/2/2017, after a regular use of with in 10 days i came to know that the product i received a faulty one with refrigerator door not getting closed properly. I lodged a compliant regarding the issue. One executive from samsung visited my home and assured that as it is a faulty one you will get a full product replacement from their end. After 2 days some other executive again visited my home and state that i won't get a whole replacement instead i will get a door replacement. I accepted it. Again after 2-3 days one more executive visited my house and replaced the refrigerator door with a more faulty one. Now the condition of the fridge is more worse that of before. That i brought to the knowledge of the the executive on the day of insta itself. For easy escaping he told that let it be like this for 2 days it will be fine, still even if the problem exist he ll do necessary step. Now its more than a week i contacted the executive as well customer service[protected] no proper response from their end.

                  The new product which i bought that to within a month is a total waste only. So kindly request your good selfs to take necessary steps as well as take appropriate action against. Don't cheat any customer here after like this.

                  After this compliant i got a call from Samsung head office, i demanded that i need replacement. He told he will forward your complaint to top level executive and do the needful.

                  After sometime i got a call from Samsung Service center coimbatore again asking for what is your complaint. I asked did you start the same scenario again. Then she kept the call and told me that will be back in a minute. After some time i received a message from Samsung stating that
                  "Dear Customer, Service engineer SUDHIRAHAMED, contact# 8344966613 has been assigned against your service request 4256363630. For support please call 180040-SAMSUNG(7267864)"

                  I called the service center back again sje replied they had placed a service request for you. The same person only visited my home and stated that the product is defective. Still the same process started again.

                  What i request is doesn't want a service request here after, more than 3 times 3 different persons visited still no resolution as of now. I need a full product replacement or refund. I will go for a product with better customer care than this worst one. Really Samsung Service is the worst now adays.
                  After struggling for weeks. Finally i got a new refrigerator. Thank you Ankit for your valuable service.

                    with referenced to the above subject, i ordered Samsung GEAR VR through MY GALAXY app in my Samsung S8+ phone. my order no is[protected] and i received the same on 26/02/2018 around 11:30 A.M. after receiving order i opened to check the Gear VR and i found the fault that VR pin not supporting to my device, which is common pin avail for regular android phone. i Called Customer care they told me to email. so i sent my problems through email to the customer care and they have sent the reply by stating that,

                    We would request you to contact Samsung service center along with below mentioned details immediately.

                    1.) Device

                    2.) All accessories

                    3.) Box of the product

                    4.) Invoice copy

                    i visited nearest samsung service center & i handed over the device according to the email instruction sent by the Samsung customer care & received acknowledgment. after 2 days i received call from service center by saying that your device is ready and i asked them now can i use for s8+, then he told sir we don't know that but your device is ready. again i sent email to the customer care i received same reply that visit service center through email & even through call. on 08/03/2018 i went to service center to collect my device again device is in same condition & i spoke to service Center manager, he told that sir, please you speak to customer care we can not replace the device.

                    from past 12 years am a Samsung customer and buying updated handset regularly from this incident i fed up with Samsung

                    i hope you understand and solve my problems as earliest.

                      Sir, i have purchased my samsung j2 pro on 19 april 2017. I was facing some small problem with phone as it display was showing fluctuation while using it.
                      I have visited samsung service center. They are not providing me warranty by saying senseless excuses and saying that i have to pay 5000 rs for that.

                      It is in warranty why should i pay money for that. Please do something.

                        I am owning s7 edge mobile which was purchased 4 months back but now it has started creating issues of heating, sound, vibration etc. Which was shown to the service center in moradabad. Despite of submitting the phone multiple times and changing the effected parts the issue still persist.in fact it's more complicated now. Kindly revert asap

                          I had purchased a samsung handset c7 pro from shop no 27 malviya nagar and within 1 week the phone started hanging. The showroom guys refused to entertain me and did not share a senior executives contact no and told me to take help of google. Got in touch with call centre executive who misguided me and agin told me to take help from google. After lot of complaints finally one mr yatin chabra called and persuaded me to get in touch with service centre. I clearly told him that it would be of no use but he requested and i relented. The service centre guys in gurgaon were very impolite and unprofessional and without even checking the phone declared it ok. When i asked for a written note they woke up and did some basic tests. I updated the same to yatin on mail but he did not reply for weeks together. Again i complained to ceo and he gave a formal call saying that he cannot do anything now. Receipt is attached with the mail. I need replacement of the phone as i have been cheated and treated shabily by samsung.

                            Hi- This is in regards to my complaint number-[protected] wherein my just 1.5 year old fridge got faulty as Compressor was found faulty. it was supposed to get changed on Monday-5-Mar-18 however it still is not replaced and fixed till date on 7-Mar-18. I am in touch with Customer Care team and local Samsung Team from Noida and I am getting different picture everytime however point is that my issue is not resolved. Please look into this and help as I am without a Fridge since last 10 days almost now.

                              Sub: service issue bill number: [protected]
                              This is to escalate the issues of process gap in your service operations leads to customer dissatisfaction.
                              I would like to share that i have samsung mobile devise galaxy on max purchased between september 21, 2017 and october 21, 2017 (It’s covered in never mind offer). The screen was accidentally broken and which was shown in the authorized service center - aadrika enterprised, geater noida on 24th feb 2018. I wanted to share issues and process gaps in your services which actually agitated me as i regarded samsung as one of the best companies in world. Please find the issues and process gap as below:
                              1. When i have shown my mobile the screen part was unavailable on 24th feb. So the device was not submitted. Issue of inventory was clearly a gap.
                              2. Also on 24th feb 2018 they told me that it will take 10 days to avail that offer as there is lengthy and bureaucratic process of approval where is there no tat. When i highlighted this issue the present service center supervisor - he communicated to me to deposit rs 4750 and get the screen repaired in 1 day and once approval will come they will return the money after deducting the rs 990 (Offer price for screen) which looked strange to me as i am sure that samsung has not laid that such process.
                              Issue: no tat for approval and service center has their own process defying the samsung policies.
                              3. On 27th feb 2018 i got a call to that screen is now available and i can deposit the devise for repairing. I could deposit the mobile on 28th feb 2018.
                              4. On 27th feb 2018, when i asked about time line there was no communication the service executive shared that once screen will be repaired then they will start the approval process and it will take 7 days to 10 days.
                              5. I tried calling the service center number which is[protected] on 1st march 2018 to confirm if they started the approval process. No one picked up the call after my repeated efforts at least 10 - times on the above service center number.
                              3. 2nd march 2018 was holiday therefore i called on 3rd march on the same number but there was no body was picking up the call. After frustration due to this non response that i called up call center number 180040-samsung. To my utter surprise even call center executive was clueless about approval process and time line and neither there was update on your crm about the same. Senior call center executive - mr. Robin committed me to escalate this issue to the service center and area service manager also. They assured me that i will be getting the update about resolution of this within 24 hours.
                              Issue and process gap: information gap even at your call centre and there is no sync between your crm and update about the approval process status.

                                I called the samsung customer care[protected] for service support. They have quickly given the service complaint number and the service person comes and takes away the service charges and flees. No service afterwards. It is ploy in swindling customers money.

                                Then sms comes stating that the complaint was resolved. Further service complaints, provides a new service request number only. Too much irritating and namesake service centre.

                                No service at all.

                                  Its unfortunate that, today i've to express our true feelings in this forum to you. You must know that, how disgusting and pathetic your device and service your offering to us. Everytime i walk around the city and come across your brand's sign boards. A strong nerve wrecking, never accepting feelings kicks out of my gut, it reminds of my very own foolishness that how my family and me were throwing ways our hard-earned money on your filthy brand by believing its fake advertisements.

                                  We'd spent close to 1.5lacks of rupees in past 6yrs of time and the most of the products didn't lost for long except television and printer. We bought of more trash such as memory cards, power banks, pen drives. You name it we have it.

                                  We had also purchased mobiles, laptops and refrigerator of other brands such as nokia, motorola, lenovo, godrej and voltas. Which are far superior in quality and performance then samsung.

                                  Finally this incident with your disgusting brand mobiles and most disgusting service and the hopeless order of "consumers court" had awakened and enlightened us how this fraud brand as samsung puts us into this situations.

                                  However, i'll surely make a promise to you that we would never ever think of buying and will never recommend your pathetic brand at any cost.

                                  Once again i'm very much thankful for your wonderful fraud service and misleading advertisements on televisions. I will insist you to keep doing the same thing in the future so that i can witness, how your company should go down in history for looting our hard-earned money.

                                  I'd already sent mail to their management the same copy posted above. I'm not interested in anu sort of resolution from these ###. We'd already lost thrice amount of their smart phone and nothing to lose further. I'd posted here on consumers form to show the public how pathetic Samsung is and how hopeless is CONSUMER COURT is. Consumer court dismissed our case stating that device is not in warranty, court didn't even bothered to ask a single question to Samsung. Our smart phone was submitted to Samsung services centre within warranty period and almost spent 5 months of it's warranty in service itself. The judge seemed to not interested in the case or something else I think. Samsung never responded professionally and put use in jeopardized situation.

                                  The Judge forgot to mention in the Judgement to return the unrepaired phone to owner. I could have made a YouTube video by setting fire to SAMSUNG mobiles.

                                  As I Already informed you that, we'd appeared before CONSUMER COURT. The consumer court Judge doesn't even bother to look into the case and straight away dismissed the case stating that device is out of warranty though we serviced 4times in the span of 2 months and also device was submitted to the SAMSUNG SERVICE center within warranty duration (7th month). The judge should have asked a simple question to Samsung that were they sleeping for 5 months warranty time and additional 2 months after warranty time. I don't understand how people forget their ethics pretending to be sole authority. It's a total shame to go to court and it's even more hopeless and embarrassing when the frauds get away without being punished. It was our legitimate mistake buying SAMSUNG Products and seeking JUSTICE from pretending individuals.

I am repaired my phone in january 2018 back glass in service center pitampura so yesterday 6 march 2018 for hanging and charging related issue in rohini service center so service center says your data base is not upload last time service center is water resistant ok so i want my previous repaired money and phone money also bevause samsung is very worst company

                                      Totally dissatisfied with Samsung washing machine. Machine was taken for full service due to drum was damaged and after a week it was delivered yesterday (5th March). When we tried to wash the clothes it started making nasty sound and raised a complaint again. Service engineer came today and after investigation, he said it again need to take to service center for full service. Buying a washing machine is to use it on a daily basis. It is really mandatory to be working when there is children in the family. If you look at my WM service record with in 3 years of time, there are many complaints got registered. Its really disappointing service from Samsung. I am owning Samsung Refrigerator and MW. But slowly i am moving out from Samsung product due to poor after sale service. My Samsung A7 2016 screen damaged just after 1.3 years (after warranty period). Replacing of its very costly. So i choose to move to another brand now. I had same experience with S4 as well.

                                        Dear sir, ma'am,

                                        This is to bring to your attention the poor quality demonstrated by our samsung side by side fridge. Samsung was always our favorite brand and that was the reason we went blindly for samsung fridge. However, very soon it was brought to our disappointment with the latency and no accountability behavior demonstrated by samsung personnel. I had registered case on 20th mar'18 and since then we have been calling one after another personnel in samsung starting from workshop engineer, service center head, ceo desk and samsung head office gurgaon. Every group has taken its own sweet time to revert. Strangely i have been tired of explaining my story to every person and the response i could get was 'we will get back to you'.
                                        People from same group never called back perhaps because they had no resolution. I was requesting for back up fridge which i guess is very fair ask considering i possess 585 litre fridge from apparently premium brand like samsung. I hope any sane person would understand how much pain it is to keep things of such huge fridge outside. Samsung strangely says it does not have any such policy to provide back up fridge as well.
                                        Some of the key personnel’s in samsung whom i interacted with and never did their due review of the case adequately were - ruhi (Ceo helpdesk), devender (Workshop head), pradeep kumar yadav (Gurgaon office).

                                        To my surprise, these folks could not help much besides saying hello and bye.
                                        They were very insensitive to the problem i am facing and every time i asked for the escalation desk number, mr pradeep claimed to be the head of india and denied to provide any further escalation number.
                                        Furthermore, mr pradeep was quite relaxed throughout, absolutely insensitive to the problems we are facing and took sweet time to respond. Upon multiple follow ups, he mentioned on 1st mar'18 that fridge is irreparable. And then he went for long holi vacation.
                                        He is never on his desk (Ph 6180800, ext 1587) and he is also not ready to provide any alternative number. I have left numerous voice mail messages on his desk to look for an update.
                                        I am really disheartened and upset by the insensitiveness displayed by samsung personnels at every stage. Today, mr. Pradeep on 6th mar'18 called up and said considering special case - samsung would refund rs.4634.

                                        My question to samsung is - is that what we buy samsung product for. I feel absolutely harassed and helpless and more then that upset. There is no samsung escalation desk number and mr. Pradeep claims to be the head of india. If i ask his next review manager, he mentions it's no one and he is the end of it. So is he the blind end?

                                        I feel completely unheard and harassed.

                                        Have put on twitter and facebook but samsung seem to not bother. Looks like completely arrogant and indifferent attitude by samsung.

                                        I wish someone senior and sane person in samsung leadership reviews the case and understand what's going on.
