I am using samsung s8 plus bought new device on 10.02.1.2018. I had an issue with display, loudspeaker, applications crash. I have submitted my device to service centre. I got a reply that there is no issue in that no mobile now you can use it. I got my mobile back again and i used it same problem occurs. The executive who is there telling me that i am using this mobile as my primary device mobile is working properly. How can i accept that. I showed them this the problem. Every one looking after that mobile only. I am user of that mobile should works good in my hand i expect that only.in this mobile is working good is executive hand not in my hand. I know there is some hardware issue with that mobile. So i want to replace that device or else i no need of that device. Because the money is from my pocket not yours. If problem arise again after two months what will you do same thing you will repeat. I don't want that defected device. This the 2nd mail dropping regarding this problem even now will your reply will be the same am not ready get defected handset. I don't think this your flagship device if anything problem occurs in a device like s8 plus you have to response immediately even i waited for a day. This is the first time i am hearing that our executives will use my mobile as a primary mobile and will check tell you worst experience ever. The engineer even don't know what are the options preset in s8 plus he going to check my mobile and service it. Just 10days old mobile i am facing this issues. I showed the with video that recorded. They are not ready to accept. They are treating a customer like lairs. Never expected thai kind of response from samsung.

    Samsung a9 pro.. Mobile getting hot very much just brought 6mnths before from aundh reliance mart..
    These is a faulty piece.. It become such hot that is not able to hold in hand or answer a call with these...
    Want a replacement of these handset as it's under warranty. I think so that i got a faulty piece which is started giving problem..
    I'm worried that the mob.. Will not blast na..
    It become soooo hot need to hold the mob.. With a cloth. It started getting hot from lst 1 week...

    Waiting for your reply.. Or plzz provide me mail id or contact details of higher authorities so that i'll contact them.. Or i'll be posting these to social media that i have facing problem of these & if anything happens samsung will be responsible for it

      This is to inform u that i am not at all satisfied with the service of the service center, dehradun. I got my display changed twice and then i had many issues with this phone. Battery issue, diplay problems sometimes spot in the display and many more. But i had no cooperation from the service center. I am not a fool going to the service center every month and visting it twice or thrice per month. And all what i get after that there was no issue in the phone. There is no cooperation from the people sitting there. I even gave them a feedback of being not satisfied but they told me that from next time i wuldnt be having any problem and told me to fill another feedback with good remarks. But again i had battery issue and what they said was there was no issue.
      Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

        We a govt. Organization purchased 2 pcs samsung ua24h4003armxl t. V from you distributor "seema electronics", ramkrishna road, burdwan on date - 27.02.18 through inv no. - se/gst/17-18/091. When we purchased the products your distributor said that installation charge is totally free and it will done by samsung company. But on dated 01.03.18 the service engineer mr. Kanchan mobile no. - [protected] inform us that to install both t. V he will take 450/-/ each t. V from customer.
        So, i complain to you that as a customer why i am misguided by your distributor and also your service engineer?? I also complain to you that from till date our 2 pcs t. V are not installed.

          Few day ago i book my order with 1 nos of 64 gb and 1 nos of 128 gb micro sd memory card combo order, and today (Dt-26/02/2018) i got my order but when i open the box i got product with 1 nos of 128 gb memory cards &other is 64gb.

          But sorry to inform you both of memory card is not working in mobile phone i was check that card in 2-3 mobile phone but no result,

          So i want my refund my cash as so as possible.

            Dear head and seniors of customer services samsung

            This is very shameful that i am highlighting that fraud is done with me by local service centre at jammu and some wrong commitments/indimation done by mr manish kumar singh, manager-customer experience over phone and mails, but no senior is interested to contact me, not received a single call or mail. Pathetic example of customer care service.

            Samsung is replying again and again that this is discussed with senior escalation department. Does that mean that seniors are also involved in this harassment.

            Samsung service center in jammu installed duplicate lcd/screen with fade colour in name of replacing manufacturing defective parts and now mr manish kumar singh is daunting me that why i have purchased second sale product which is under warranty.

            Mr manish you really made me realize that samsung products have no resale value, now at least whole india will know this and should avoid purchasing samsung mobile.

            I was earlier using lenovo z2 plus mobile. I decided to change mobile and decided to purchase second sale product in warranty, but my big mistake was that decided to buy samsung brand.

            Who had given authority to samsung to installed duplicate screed/lcd weather its second sale or first sale product. No doubt i purchased in warranty, having faith in samsung brand, which was my big mistake, i was not aware that samsung product have no second sale value as per mr manish kumar singh.

            As per mail dated 13th feb 2018 from mr manish kumar singh, he has written that, after an extensive research by our certified technical support engineer, we found that the product has developed a fault during its normal usage. It is very shameful that if samsung installed original screen/lcd, then is the quality so low/bad that screen colors got faded in two days o[censored]sage after replacement of screen. How it is possible, or that was duplicate lcd/screen which was installed by samsung in my mobile. Kindly let me know what was the reason so that whole india should be aware of this and avoid purchasing samsung mobile because they install duplicate/ low quality service repair parts.

            Earlier battery of phone was swollen and that has caused cracks on screen, which was also checked by your certified technical support engineer, and after taking long time with their extensive research they accepted this and installed battery and duplicate lcd/screen in my mobile. After using for two days i realized that screen quality is very dull and color not as original screen. Even after full brightness screen colour was not visible and good. I found that something wrong and fraudulent thing has been done while replacing screen and seems that like duplicate screen has been installed in mobile. My eyes were also feeling stressed but before replacing screen colour was clear and smooth.

            Is samsung using so bad material in their product that battery is swollen within one year and causing cracks on screen. Kindly confirm so that whole india should know this and avoid purchasing samsung mobile.

            You have written in mail dated 13th feb that, "samsung repair process ensures equated performance of your product to your satisfaction." how with duplicate or faded screen or swollen battery within one year of purchase.

            In mail dated 13th feb 2018 manish requested me to please confirm my decision, i confirmed my decision and clearly requested for refund with harassment amount or replace as i will not accept that repaired mobile in which samsung had done experiments by installing duplicate screen. Please confirm decision was requested by manish because i was asking for replacement earlier also when there was manufacturing defects in mobile battery. This was found by expert engineers of samsung. Because of manufacturing defect, battery could have bursted and have taken me and my family's life. Manish assured me that they will replace my mobile if there will be any defect in future in regard to replaced parts. I agreed but for surprise service centre installed duplicate screen and they got caught by me. Now in result he is indimating me over phone and mail that i have purchased second sale product and i have done wrong, i should stop asking for replacement/refund.

            As per mail dated 13th feb, manish has already given purchase date of mobile i. E 11.04.2017, means he was aware that mobile was under warranty and he had all details of first purchaser and was well aware that i am the second owner. Defective battery and screen/lcd was replaced by his instructions at service centre as he had all details of bill. Service center also checked bill before accepting mobile for replacing defective manufacturing parts. The way manish is pretending in mail dated 16th feb that he was not aware of this that i am the second owner is one more fraudulent thing and was another way of harassment. Manish tried to indimating me over phone that i have purchased second sale product and i have done wrong, i should stop asking for replacement/refund.

            In mail dated 16th feb manish singh has written that samsung don't have replacement /refund policy for the second sale product and we will only provide you the service of the product. Is this is the policy that samsung have right to install duplicate screen in my mobile because i have purchased second sale product which is under warranty. Please share that policy with me as i was not able to find that in policy manual given in box. Please share so that whole india should be aware of this policy that samsung will install fake parts because they know that customer who has submitted his mobile is not the first owner and he cannot do anything.

            Now the question is that why i accept that repaired mobile in which there was defective battery, it was swollen in warranty, screen caused cracks and after that samsung installed duplicate screen having some experiments with my mobile. Samsung is liable for this harassment.

            Details of harassment is very long as i have lot of mails regarding this.

            Please reply so that whole india should be aware of this.

You have already reverted with your forceful decision in my mail by ignoring fraud. Please read complete mail and please revert in this forum now onwards. Whole India is waiting.
            My Samsung j3 is in warranty period and the problem is my handset screen display is not working. And the service centre authorised dealer charge 3100 Rs. of screen replacement. Is charge applicable or not, in warranty period?
            Kolkata Nagerbazar samsung authorized service centre's One staff(moumita banerjee) says to change the samsung galaxy s6 edge fingerprint module replacement price says 12000/- .moumita banerjee give me wrong information.
            Sumsung Mobile A5 2016 edition mobile back glass panel is not available in non of service center. We have contacted customer care also but their is no information. We have contacted service centers but spare part was not available. Kindly look into this issue and do the needful.

              I m using j7 pro from the last week of jan 2018. It was baught by my husband as a gift from a shop in rohini around 20th jan 2018. To my dismay the quality of your phone is'nt upto the mark. The display of my phone carries a pink mark which has grown darker in 2 days. I went to samsung service centre, rohini m2k sector 8 but they clearly told me that it's a damage on the screen/ display. Kindly tell me how can it get damaged by just holding it. Clearly it's a fault on your quality. Get my phone checked and exchanged as well, as soon as possible because my business suffers if i don't have a phone. I ll resort to consumer court not only for exchange but also for any losses if i suffer on my part because of the phone.

                I bought Samsung Curve tv on 31/10/16, After 1 yr& 3 months, my tv display not working, hence i making complaint on customer service,
                My complaint no xxx34xx after making complaint, Service person came to my house and checking my tv and he told that, your mother board
                had gone, so i have to replace the mother board it is current status, because of his experience, he even can't open the TV. service person who came may be samsung authorized dealer, their motive may only money, not in service mind, In corporate world all are pushing for target, so i call customer care for some clarification regarding samsung counter part regarding field complaint, in customer care is final, there is no more higher official to answer for complaint / feedback, in past i lived in s.korea, i know about service culture in samsung /LG/ ETC.

                if i think about TV, my stomach is burning, this is right way of doing business by big brands, i have only Samsung brands in my home, but i accrued hereafter never buy your product,
                even though we have to replace spare or service, we depend samsung only, but no one response for his product, i feel it is big scam in Electronic field,
                now why i wrote this, in india, i invest for tv size 44" around 55000 INR for TV, compare to other brand VU, or Indian Brand it comes around 15k to 20 k for same size, if i go for that brand, even though any trouble in TV within 1-2 yrs, i may change for another updated latest one,

                why we have to prefer Samsung, your authorized service person told that in tv due to fluctuation for power, it may happen, why you can't recommend stabilizer, why nobody approach for warranty extension .

                i have a good impression with Korean people as well as Korean products,

                if you think money mind in India, you may have to lost your chair,

                  Trust this email finds you well.
                  This is to bring to your notice that recently I had visited one of your authorized service centre (Mastrofone, located in the building of Septagon Builders and developers, front of bishop house) in Pattom, Trivandrum to unlock FRP of Samsung A3 6 brought from Kuwait. On inquiring customer service, they informed it will take one day for repair and will charge 250 Rs for the same. Further, they also informed for quick service we can visit nearby another service centre “Mastrofone” in Pattom. As advised, we visited the nearby service centre “Mastrofone” and to our surprise they informed 750 Rs for the same work. Upon checking they said this is our charges and if you are interested, may proceed with us. They were very rude in dealing with us and ended up having arguments. He also mentioned "this is not an authorized service centre and if you want the work to be done here do it otherwise don’t waste our time, you can go anywhere and do complain wherever you like”. His extreme behaviour led us to approach the first place. This time they accepted our phone and said it will be ready after a day. On approaching day after they informed, it will take another one day more. Hence, as informed, we called the next day and still we got the same answer that one more day is needed. Hearing this we visited the store and on enquiring they informed it will take another one week. Due to time constraint, we decided not to hand over the phone to them and went in search of another service center. Meanwhile we requested them to write on the service request form “this complaint is not attended” and is attached for your reference. Finally I got my mobile rectified from another center in just 4 hours.
                  Our inquiry re service center’s, we found these two service centre’s are owned by the same person and whoever approaches the main authorised service center they are directed to other service center “Masterphone, pattom” and collect charges as much as they want based on customer’s urgent need.
                  We urge you to take necessary actions against the owner of the authorised service centre who is falsifying the customer .We are also planning to file a case in the consumer forum.
                  Attached are pictures of two service center’s, with video clipping of our conversation with customer service agent taken from the service centre for your reference and kind action.

                    I have got a call today from delhi [protected] and he told me that my number is selected in a draw and eligible for a samsung mobile phone galaxy galaxy j7 prime for rs.4000 only. They took my complaintal address and ask me pay cash rs.4000 to the complaint office where it is delivered and take the phone.

                    I am very sure these is fake call and making people fool, so need your help to get these person/group arrested asap

                      I bought a samsung refrigerator (Rt32cdux1/ht1) on 30th apr 2011. It suddenly stopped cooling and the compressor switched off on 24th dec 2017. The service was very shoddy and despite multiple calls to the call-center the service engineer changed a part (Pcb) on 6th january 2018. The problem did not get resolved, but now the freezer was working but not the rest. So again after rigorous follow ups, the sensor was changed but the new sensor was also faulty. Each time post registration of complaint the service was super slow and i need to constantly follow up for clarity and updates and had to escalate multiple times before the service engineer even visited. So raised the complaint again and this time a senior engineer visited who recommended that the new sensor was defective. It was changed duly but the problem persisted and after escalation a branch office engineer visited and it finally came out that the first part which had been replaced was from an alternate model and the exact part is not available with samsung. This was finally disclosed to us on friday again when i kept pursuing for the updates. Now finally after 3 months, i get to know i have no option but to buy a new refrigerator. I demand for appropriate compensation, for the 3 months of surviving without a refrigerator and then shelling out money to buy a new one for no fault of ours. Else we will be left with no option but to look for justice in court of law.

                        I asked your customer care for a/c service on friday 23rd feb which told me that guy will visit within 24 hours. Nobody came till monday, then i again contacted your customer care for the same and they assured me that they will definitely come on monday. Then again nobody from your service contacted me. Today (I. E tuesday) again i called your customer care and they again said the same thing.
                        I am very dissatisfied with this kind of response from samsung as i decided this time to go to samsung instead of some local a/c gas filers and they were not at all bothered towards their customers.

                          I send the complant in sumsung customer care centre but customer care executive mr ragendre told me that you product out of warranty and pay the engineer cost. And mr ragendre ask me this product only electronic.

                          Samsung band is world largest and i trest your brand so we parched you brand product this product only worked 2.5 years.
                          It would meet my requirement at its best for a long duration. Lesser being aware that it doesn't have an ability to run atleat for few good years. I truly agree with your terms on being the product quality checked before you must sell it. But if it is so globally recognized & if we are taking about the quality & service here, why do i not get the satisfactory response from you guys?
                          Why should i spend such a huge amount to afford an led like samsung which is according to you being globally recognized and not some ordinary tv, spending 10, 000 bucks from a local shop that has similar features and use it for an year or so?
                          Do you think that it is worth buying a well known brand just for an year or two? Do you think a person who owns a brand doesn't know the terms o[censored]ses and he/she is such irresponsible to have the product develop faults while uses?

                          If at all you guys think so, let me be very precise and tell you that samsung as a so called brand doesn't meet my requirement, doesn't serve me at its best and i will not ever recommend or dare to buy any product with this brand name.

                          Why should i pay a cost to get it repaired without any fault of mine?

                            Very poor and pathetic service of service centre no. [protected]. There is no proper process they have which could be in customer favour. The staff is also non cooperative and pathetic. I had reported a problem of both the sim showing in emergency mode but the engineer closed the call saying the issue of call drop, this is what he got to know from his co staff when issue was assigned to him. I of the staff by name vikram seems to be very arrogant. Samsung should terminate such kind of staff.

                                This is inform you that i purchased mobile on 2 oct 2017.

                                From starting i am facing problem regarding software, charging pin, keypad, and storing name card, i went to cc 4 times but for these problems, and they mended..in between i suffer accident & my screen broken and i went to cc for new screen n they put new screen₹4200. After few day in screen black liquid at corner i have seen. Again i went to cc they told me it's damage caused by falling. But it's not such issues.. I told of many time such thing not happened but after new screen it happened but they asking for new screen purchased again. I don't know what to do.. Someone suggested for legal.. And i am sure i will go of it if sumsung not provide good services. Please never buy sumsung mobile.

                                  I am not able to take a video and play for last 2 days. I reset my handset even now same issue.. Video can be taken i am unable to play the video. Bloody samsung j7 max.. I am very much disappointed with this samsung device..

                                    I have bought a 5 in 1 convertible fridge (2018 model).
                                    As per the manual, when i put the freezer to off mode, the ICE making mode is also turned off. But, we removed the cool pack, filled a tray with water and let it be there for 24 hours with the freezer off. In 2 hours the water turned to ice. We have done this excercise 4 times now.
                                    Two technicians - one for demo and one for repair are clueless about this product.
                                    Customer care also couldn't give me a convincing response.
                                    The fridge is less than 15 days old.
                                    What should i do?

                                        1. Requested for a wet service on 19 feb 2018
                                        2. Service person comes on 21 feb 2018 after 36 hours approx
                                        3. Name on job sheet is different than the person came.
                                        4. The person who came for service was a unskilled labour and not a service engineer, with no samsung id card, he was assisted with a child labour (I checked his age on the adhaar card).
                                        5. The service person broke the outer cover of my split ac and used hard brush to clean the ac (Wet service requested)
                                        6. On asking this person he said that the service center has not provided him any chemicals or machinery equipments.
                                        7. On complaining to customer care they arranged a senior engineer but second time also, on 24 feb 2018 the name on job sheet was different and the person came was the same who came before on 21 feb.
                                        8. The manager of that service center mr. Dheeraj dixit ([protected]) didn't provide any proper answer and after complaining on customer care the manager called me unnecessarily.
                                        9. Also, mr. Harish pandey ([protected]) called me and he tried to close the case, also he imposed his identity as samsung head agra branch (True identity is manager of agra service center, the customer care department of samsung revealed his identity), he called on my mother's number, which is not registered with samsung, mr. Dheeraj gave him this number, and tried threating me to close this case.
                                        10. Before the service, my ac was working fine (It was my first general free service i requested), but now it's not working properly, also the ac part is broken by the service person.
                                        11. The samsung head office person called me few days back and asked me for proof.
                                        12. I have all the proof now, i have recorded each and every conversation.

                                        I want claim for all the trouble me and my family has gone through because of samsung, also repair my ac and register a complaint against the person involved.

                                        I tried reaching customer care many times. No, person from samsung head office has called me again to listen to my issue till now. It is pending.

                                        Sending a different person then the mentioned on job sheet and in the records, without any identity card could have resulted into some accident.

                                        This should not happen with others because of samsung.

                                        If the proofs are needed, i am ready to upload them to you.

                                        Sir, I was supposed to receive a call from SAMSUNG today morning, the authorities are not ready to answer.

                                        Provide me email id of any of the manager at SAMSUNG Head Office.

                                        I want to have an email communication with you.
