I have a Samsung galaxy s7 edge billed in October 2016 and its out of warranty now but a pink line appeared on my handset without any physical damage, my phone is intact and scratch less. pink like issue is well known issue for Samsung galaxy s7 edge and its a manufacturing defect from Samsung, i request you to please address my issue and sort it.

    1. Requested for a wet service on 19 feb 2018
    2. Service person comes on 21 feb 2018 after 36 hours approx
    3. Name on job sheet is different than the person came.
    4. The person who came for service was a unskilled labour and not a service engineer, with no samsung id card, he was assisted with a child labour (I checked his age on the adhaar card).
    5. The service person broke the outer cover of my split ac and used hard brush to clean the ac (Wet service requested)
    6. On asking this person he said that the service center has not provided him any chemicals or machinery equipments.
    7. On complaining to customer care they arranged a senior engineer but second time also, on 24 feb 2018 the name on job sheet was different and the person came was the same who came before on 21 feb.
    8. The manager of that service center mr. Dheeraj dixit ([protected]) didn't provide any proper answer and after complaining on customer care the manager called me unnecessarily.
    9. Also, mr. Harish pandey ([protected]) called me and he tried to close the case, also he imposed his identity as samsung head agra branch (True identity is manager of agra service center, the customer care department of samsung revealed his identity), he called on my mother's number, which is not registered with samsung, mr. Dheeraj gave him this number, and tried threating me to close this case.
    10. Before the service, my ac was working fine (It was my first general free service i requested), but now it's not working properly, also the ac part is broken by the service person.
    11. The samsung head office person called me few days back and asked me for proof.
    12. I have all the proof now, i have recorded each and every conversation.

    I want claim for all the trouble me and my family has gone through because of samsung, also repair my ac and register a complaint against the person involved.

    I tried reaching customer care many times. No, person from samsung head office has called me again to listen to my issue till now. It is pending.

    Sending a different person then the mentioned on job sheet and in the records, without any identity card could have resulted into some accident.

    This should not happen with others because of samsung.

    If the proofs are needed, i am ready to upload them to you.

    Sir, I was supposed to receive a call from SAMSUNG today morning, the authorities are not ready to answer.

    Provide me email id of any of the manager at SAMSUNG Head Office.

    I want to have an email communication with you.

    My email id and contact information are already registered with you, its been more than 3 days. Either provide me a quick solution or I will take strict actions.

      My samsung mobile j3 pro model display got broken. I went to samsung service center in bellandur area of bangalore. They got it fixed but when i asked for bill, they said that for bill you need to pay 18% gst. I didnt understand is that how are they providing service without gst. If they have actually used authentic product, it cant be without gst.

      I order to buy a Kurti. But I receive a duptta only.i have return my order. & refund my money back.i m very disappointed. I m very sad.

        Hi,

        I have visited samsung mobile service center of sector 23 huda market on 24th feb 2018 around 7:30pm. I gave them to check my phone (Samsung galaxy j7 max) as there was a issue of focus (Blurr pictures) with rare camera and after checking my phone the guy name "bhupinder singh" said that there is a focus problem with camera please come tomorrow as service will close at 8pm and the phone is in warranty period not even completed 6 months so there will be no charges.
        So i visited on next day 25th feb 2018 around 1:45pm. The guy bhupinder singh took my phone and said its just a small process come after 20-30 min. After the given time i went there and bhupinder singh said that he checked the camera and there are dents on camera lense so we need to change the camera and there will be charges for this. I was shocked to see the camera because before this there was not a single dent mark on camera and now the dent marks are clearly visible. I have a doubt that these guys has changed the camera lense or made the dent marks just to make money so i called the customer care tell her a full story.

        She said that asked a job sheet from them and give me that number. I asked for a job sheet, firstly the guy bhupinder singh denied to give the job sheet and when i insist them they said you need to leave your phone with us if you want the job sheet. I questioned why they said that they need to click pictures of handset so i gave them to click the pictures of it but the guy took the handset inside the repair room. I thought something is wrong again so insist them to bring my phone and click the pictures infront of me. The guy bhupinder singh came with the phone with more dent marks on phone near by camera so that it will look like mishandling case. And they made the wrong information on job sheet. I refused to sign that job sheet because of wrong information. And told the customer support girl that i will not sign the job sheet. She said if i dont agree with that i dont need to sign the job sheet and my issue will resolve in 24 hrs. My complaint no. Is [protected].

        I want a legal action against that guy bhupinder singh who is making fool to everyone and want my camera to be changed. I dont know if he has changed or misplace anything else from my phone. So if you guys could replace my phone it would be really helpful for me.
        I have bought the phone on 4th sep 2017.

        I have attached the photos of phone (They have made those dents so that it will look like mishandling case), job sheet, pic of the guys who have done this bhupinder singh and ramesh.

          My lcd are not working hence i making complaint on[protected]

            With due reverence and humble submission it is to be stated to your sympathetic self that i anuja adhikari, a resident of garia and a customer of samsung product or phone.. Had faced a lot of inconvienence due to a executive named as afsar alam, working at samsung conceirge at babli media centre, service centre number is, [protected], 128/d, kolkata-47,
            Since a long time i had been there for my samsung phone in this particular service centre, and from the first visit he attended me and one day he stole my whatsapp number and sent friend request from my phone itself when i handed over the phone for some trouble, how could anyone send friend request to me from my phone and continuously disturbing in whatsapp. This what it is called scamming or stealing personal information from a female customer's phone. I hope fervently that my prayer of removing him from the centre and i am bound to write this mail as they didnt allowed me to meet the manager, who is mr. Aksay... Please take a needful step and could contact me in this number regarding this complaint if needed.

            I use the Samsung J7 Max mobile, this mobile i bought on August 15, 2017, is in the mobile warranty period, This mobile suddenly stopped work on 17th February, when i went to authorized service center, they told me about 5000 expenses, event if mobile is in the warranty period, What should I do now ?????

              While installing i purchased softer but it's damaged. I tried calling the person who installed since 4 months but he is promising to replace. Now service centre people is telling that its fake bill n i should ask employee n they'll not replace. They have removed him from work now. I put based coz he was authorised person. How can i know that it's fake bill. How can i search for him?. Service centre is responsible of this employees frauds.

              It's washing machine softener. Samsung softener is not available so he installed whirlpool softer. As receipt is fake according to service centre, I can't even get replacement from whirlpool.its total responsibility for service centre to replace or pay back for their employe' s fraud.

                I regret to inform you that the samsung television i bought from goel refrigations pvt. Ltd on 09 - august-17 has not been working well.

                The color pictures are blurred and the tuning is also faulty.

                Your service center sent the engineer twice, but the defect is yet to be set right. It may be a manufacturing defect and a thorough examination is required.

                As they also chaged its picture tube however issuenot still resolved, samsung is providing such cheap auality produts.

                Now i dont wants any repair from your end, either replace or give my money back and i am feeling harassed right now.

                  Hello, i am a buyer of your refrigerator model rt27hajsas3/tl/2015 which was bought on 15 march 2015.
                  Due to faulty design, the joint of the compressor opened itself which resulted in "stopped working and started leaking gas" which in result caused the electronic circuit board to get damaged. How is the consumer supposed to know about this when there was no indication of anything of any sort?
                  The total price of repair of the fridge comes out to be rs. 4000+ which is about 20-25% of the total cost of the refrigerator. This is a cruel policy which is designed to loot your customers. Why should i pay over 20% of the fridge cost in a single repair which was caused due to faulty equipment provided to me?
                  I will appreciate your support in helping me solve this issue as quickly as possible.

                    Job no [protected] and red no[protected] i purchased this mobile on 24 jan 2018 i have put my phone on charge on the 16-2 night and in the morning i was surprised to see my display was blurred. I examined the phone in the service centre and they have said lcd crack u have to change it. I called the service centre in front of them the customer care person over phone said me i[censored] overnight charge the phone then it can be one of the reason of crack i am cell shocked i have left m phone in the service centre. Kindly go through the audio talk recording between me and the service person for confirmation.
                    A 20 days old phone situation is such of world no 1 mobile company
                    I have used iphone and one plus for the first three me used a samsung phone.
                    Very amazed with the quality.

                      I have submitted my mobile in samsung service centre. They told me that 1 week will be required to repair the product but they are taking more than 2 weeks. I was informed to collect my mobile on 22 february 2018, but when i reached to receive my product, i was sent back saying that they will give the product next day. Again when i went to collect i was told that more 5 days will be required. I am very much disappointed with samsung service.

                        Hi,

                        I am really shocked by the way samsung service center bluff people. My phone is within warranty period. The first time i went in evening to the service center, the guy straight away said that the phone is damaged cause it has fallen and is tempered at the edges, however there is no damage to my phone, on resisting he said that he can see the damage which i cant see. He asked me to come at day time to get the phone checked. I went on the following sunday, there was another guy he said we will have to check phone. He unpacked the phone and said the phone is damaged cause it fell in water. To my surprise cause it has never fallen. I said him directly that its just an excuse that he was making as the last day to other guy had said that my phone had fallen so it is damaged. He went to him and consulted. He returned back to me and said yes your phone is 'also' damaged cause it had fallen. He had not come to this conclusion until he consulted the other guy.

                        May i know why are we people bluffed and given any random excuse just to make money from us, that too when the phone is in warranty period. Its hardly 10 months used and the phone touch does not respond properly.

                          Hi, i have baught this phone in june 2017, from the starting phone is getting heat too much and charging is taking more time, camera is not working some time giving error phone is hot can't use camera, i have remove all the 3 party applications, i have visited to service center they are not even bother to take the complain and get it resolved or change the piece. You can't use phone more time. There is a chances of skin / body diseases.

                            Hi team,

                            I have an issue with the audio of my tv. I made a complaint on samsung customer care number explaining the issue and model details. The customer care representative requested me to do some troubleshoot to fix the problem. I mentioned to him that i have tried it and the issue is with the speaker. So my complaint was registered and was informed that the closest service centre will get in touch with me.

                            The service representative visits my residence on 20th feb and informs me that the speaker is to be changed. I paid the service charge 708 (Inclusive of gst) and was informed the speaker will be replaced within 1 or 2 days. He also requested whether i could pay an advance for the part for which i refused and mentioned that i will pay once the speaker is replaced.

                            Today 23rd feb i call the service centre (Astavinayak enterprises, goregaon, mumbai) and was informed the part is not available for my model.

                            My point is if that was the case why was i not informed by samsung that they have stopped manufacturing parts for my model. I feel very cheated now and paid a service charge for no services. I think both samsung and the service centre are cheating unknowing citizens like us. This is not acceptable from samsung.

                              I bought a galaxy j7 max mobile on 4th dec 2017 and its back key and subkeys are stop working within a month so i went to samsung authorised service centre. They said it take some time to repair so i waited for sometime and i given to trichy (Contact centre: 180040 samsung 7267864) service centre on 8th feb 2018. They checked and found my problems then they accepted to rectify the same within 2 days (Bill no. [protected]).
                              After 2 days they asked for one day, then another 3 days for subkeys board purchase from somewhere. Meanwhile samsung cyberservice status report says - repair status cancelled by asc reason is your service request has been cancelled as no defect found in the product. Than i asked for the reason why you do this to service centre. Their response was they are innocent, dont know about the status issue. Then i sent a email to samsung help centre (Reference number of email [protected]).
                              When i asked for device back the service centre person said that my device will be ready within 4 days. This is my nearest service centre so i dont have any option so i waited for four more days. After 4 days again they said tomorrow.. This time i lost my patients asked my mobile back. Filled feedback form as poor and worst service and dropped into respected box (Thats the only option they have i think so). Now the question is what you do with my mobile? There are some traces in my mobile o[censored]sing airtel sim, i never used it on my mobile. What the service centre person can do all with customer mobile? Why your centres are collecting customers mobile if they are not able to do the repair part on time? If you do so why you need to keep my mobile so long time? You can ask me to come on exactly on the day you received the spacers right? Or the day you can instead of doing this silly stuffs.
                              Whenever i make phone calls they give me this promise that why you make calls sir? We do after done the service but they never ever done after they crossed stipulated time.

                                My refrigerator is not working from last 3 weeks, i am calling to samsung customer care on each 2nd day. I do get call from engineer in 24 hrs when i call customer care and each time they say we have ordered pcb. We are just waiting it to come please wait for 1 or 2 days. Again i give call on 3rd day to customer care, again they align someone. Again i have to explain whole story to the new engineer. Again he say i am placing ur order for pcb.
                                On top of that engineer who said pcb is not working is not confident if this is the pcb issue or not as per him he will replace and see if it works, if it not than he will replace compressor. Which is in warranty.
                                What kind of service is this.

                                  I have bought a samsung galaxy j7 pro and in one week only the keypad stop working, then i went to service center of samsung and return the mobile and then they have issued a do to buy new mobile from samsung retail shop. Then retail shop has given me new samsung galaxy j7 pro mobile but again after 10 days the key pad not working properly. So i am very upset with the product as very bad experience. I want my money back or some other higher model of samsung mobile in the same money as a recovery.

                                    I had prebooked c9-pro on samsung store vide order id[protected] and received the cell ohione on 27/02/2017. The phone was with 'one time screen replacement' offer. However, unfortunately my screen broken and the samsung service centre m/s fraslin tech care pvt. Ltd. (Bill no. [protected] dated 17/02/2018) is not replacing screen under 'one time screen replacement'.

                                    Hope suamsung doesn't cheat theor customer and resolve the issue quickly.

                                      I hav been using s7 edge and i noticed that my phone has swollen from behind, probably its battery has swollen in just 16 months o[censored]sage. M glad we noticed it as my 3 year old also sometimes takes my phone to watch his nursery rhymes or it might have burst like we have heard before. Very upset with samsung, m an evid 6 years loyal user of all the top model samsung latest phones. Did not expect this. I think samsung should help me on this.

                                      i dont know why there is no response from samsung. i just dont understand one thing, we pay about 55000 for a quality and durable handset, then whats the point if it gives such issues in 16 months!!?? where is the trust with samsung? why should i simply pay rs.3000 for therepair charges due to bad performance of the phone when i already chose to buy the best smartphone and battery that has been claimed by samsung?

                                        Amravati 04/01/18 but problem was not solved again I submitted 14/01/2018 he
                                        send RR service but problem not solve my mobile are kept in your service
