I bought a samsung galaxy s7 sm-g935fd last year on 05/09/2016.
After a year and one month o[censored]se the device is starting to show problems.
I keeps on frezzing and restarting. And after a days of this continuous happening the phone is dead. Though i have contacted samsung authorised service centre they kept the mobile under observation and returned it to me saying that it is fixed and charged me rs.850 for it. Now the device is again running the same problem. An is dead again. I contacted samsung team but not getting proper solution to my problem. I didn't tamper the device. I would like samsung to contact me and give a proper solution keeping in mind that the problem wasn't due to me but due to samsung hardware or software issues.

The device ran approximately about an year after which suddenly the device became unresponsive and was not charging when i took it to the authorized samsung service center they took the problem and told me that there were some problems in volume key and so they repaired it. Then few days after working finely the device again started showing the same problem and this time they told me the motherboard of the device was damaged. Since there is no physical or impact damage to the device i think samsung should take the responsibility of repairing my device because if the motherboard is damaged it is due to faulty manufacturing.
Now when i'm going to their service center again to give the reason for faulty motherboard and let me talk to senior authorities they are telling they can't take my device until they are ordered to do so.

    I purchased samsung galaxy c7 pro mobile 2 months back. Unfortunately it's display got broken. So i gave that mobile for repair in one of the samsung service centre on 27th jan 2017. Jobsheet number is [protected].

    If you go through my details you can see that its been around 25 days already.
    And mobile is not yet got repaired. Did i buy your product with so much cost of rs.25, 000 to wait helplessly?

    I called many times to customer care and service centre and i didnt get any response.. Service centre person has told me that display is not available and production of that display has been stopped. So i dont think it will get repaired so there is no point in waiting for it.
    If you cant get the display and repair it. Please refund that product money to me and "keep your product with you only" then i will be very much satisfied.

    I hope atleast now i will get some response...

      Hi. I have ordered a8+ from samsung estore on 13th feb to be shipped to my office address. On placing the order i realised that the color order was black iso gold. I called the helpdesk within 15 mins and requested for change in colour and delivery address. The request was accepted and was assured that the needful would be done.

      Later that evening i got an email and sms alert that the package would be shipped vide awb # [protected] of bluedart. I called up the helpdesk who informed me that only awb has been generated and product would be shipped as per my revised instructions only.

      Later that night i got an alert stating that the package has been shipped to my office address.

      Till date no update is available with either samsung or with blue dart about the whereabouts of my shipment. Bluedart says they havent been handed over the shipment till date.

      Samsung says shipment has been shipped.

      Need your help in sorting out the issue.

      Last evening I have got a new tracking number but the same is not showing up on BlueDart site... I am feeling cheated, ... No help is forthcoming from Samsung.. Everyone is looking into the same with absolutely no updates being shared.

        Pls find attachment for your information.आपको अवगत कराना चाहता हूं कि 2/02/18 को मेरी मोबाइल बाइक चलाते वक्त मेरी मोबाइल गिर गई जिस कारण मेरी मोबाइल के एलसीडी टूट गई फिर भी मेरा मोबाइल बहुत अच्छी तरीके से काम कर रहा था।

        05/02/१8 को हमने ललितपुर के सर्विस सेंटर पे जाकर हमने स्पबे मोबाइल के एलसीडी को चेंज कराने के लिए मोबाइल जमा कर दिया ये मोबाइल हमे एलसीडी बदल के 12/02/18को मिला लेकिन 14/02/18को हमारे मोबीके की एलसीडी काम करना बंद कर दिए।
        15/02/18 को ये घटना हमण्ड ललितपुर के सर्विस सेंटर पर बताया ।
        सर्विस सेंटर का कहना है कि मोबाइल जेब में दब जाने जे कारण आपकी एलसीडी टूट गई ।

        हम ये जानना चाहते है कि मोबाइल में लगी एलसीडी इतनी मजबूत होती है कि 80 के स्पीड से चलती गाड़ी से गिर जानें कस बाद भी वर्क कर रहा था।बिना किसी समस्या के जबकि उसकी एलसीडी बिलकुल टूट गई थी

        और दूसरी बार लगा एलसीडी इतनी कमजोर होती है कि जेब में रखने से एलसीडी टूट जा रही है। जहा तक हम जानते हैं कि samsung मोबाइल इतनी कमजोर पार्ट्स नही बनाती है ।

        अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि मेरी मोबाइल की एलसीडी बदलने के कष्ट करें।

            Dear sir/madam
            I purchased samsung c9 pro at 2nd december 2017. There was a display problem (Manufacturing problem), a green colour dot was noticed at my display. I asked replacement but that says over 14 days we couldn't able to give replacement. From service centre they changed the display but it is not fixed well again i gave to the service centre again the same problem came. My complaint reference number is [protected]. I need a replacement because it is a manufacturing problem or else i will give consumer complaint. Regarding this i already spoke with shamli, suban and charles.

            Dear Sir/madam,
            After my complaint Samsung head office Kamna Charles called me and she asked me to submit my mobile at Samsung service centre . I had submitted my mobile to them, I told her I am not believing the service centre engineer because 5 times i gave my mobile to them, she confidently told that she will take care this time, but they didn't serviced well still poor display fitting is there but they says there is no detect found I asked them to compare with new mobile the same issue came with the new mobile then i will accept like that but they didn't provide mobile for comparison . also I told them i will go legally so thay they provided different address in the job sheet, if there is no mistake with them means why they provided different address . the important thing is they logged my Gmail without my knowledge and deleted all mails from consumer complaints and Samsung head office, now i took those mails from recycline bin and with my permission Mr.Kathiresan using my mobile he logged his gmail at my mobile, herewith I had attached the details of job sheet given by them in different address.
            I purchased on 2nd December Samsung C9 pro mobile, hardly i used 1 month rest of the time it was at the service centre.
            I couldn't attend most of the calls even samsung head office calls because of my backup mobile is not working properly even i am at marketing field because of this issue i lost 4 transplant patient, that will be affected my business around 5 lakhs. They were not provided better service, 30000R.S worth mobile has problem i asked to replace the mobile because of quality issue but Samsung peoples not took this as a serious issue kindly do the needful .

            Here with I had attached poor fitting display image, I am tearing my nail going inside simply but the Samsung service centre they are telling that they are we tried 100% we couldn't fix the display even better like that, I need replacement or else ask them to take my mobile and give my money back, Because it is my one month salary, already i went 7 times to the service centre it really hurts me a lot and it affected my professional and personal work also

            I Purchased Samsung J7 Pro Date-16/10/2017 From The Mobile World Rewari.I have been facing Keyword touch problem from 06/12/2017.I submitted and complaint regarding this problem.They change Folder, Mother board and software update again & again.Three times with job sheet and 3 times without job sheet.Your technical engineer Monu Yadav Puzzle, they change folder etc. change again.They commit me every time for better solution but i am still facing same problem. After tried total 6 times the Situation is same.So i cannot gonna receive the same handset from 22/03/2018.From Last three days i have been communicated with Miss KAMNA regarding same problem but still not get any solution or satisfactory answer. She only says wait wait or wait every time.i already mailed invoice to Miss kamna as per she need. My last Job sheet no, .-[protected]

              I have digital marketing office and have 15 monitors in my office and every monitor is placed on office desk with proper care.

              We don't use any liquid to clean monitor screen or use any kind of liquid. All monitor got proper care by just dry cloth dusting.

              The samsung service team of jhansi center is very unprofessional. First, i called to them than they told me that my monitor is not cover for onsite warranty as they only come onsite of monitor size more than 24 inches. Then i have to reach samsung customer care number and after that, customer care team logged a warranty complaint and send the samsung team to my place. The team came to my place next day instead of the same day which is very late than the promised same day promise of a visit.

              The problem was a small black dot on somewhere in the middle of the screen and not the corner. No physical damage from anywhere. The service center team than remove the panel corner from the monitor body and told me that they can see few dots of rust at a corner. The team member told me that its related to the manufacturing defect but samsung head office / warranty claim team try to avoid giving warranty and blame consumers for at their own falts. Then he confirms me the same day that because of such policy you will hardly get a warranty avail on this. And it's up to a client to head up with them for warranty. The very pathetic knowledge i received from him.

              First of all, at the time of selling the product do your company or salesperson show monitor inner thing to customers? I mean when we buy a monitor than we see all things from outside. God knows if your company selling the screen with corner rust dots hidden behind the cover already!!!

              Stop playing such cheap methods to avoid warranty as i am particular to fix your company at consumer court for this and spread awareness to social media about your dealings. Which will surely not good for your business and customer retention. I will also avoid buying any further samsung product in future because of your negligence and cheating. Do not take me just like that person as i am a social media influencer with having 7 lacs subscribers on youtube and twitter jointly. And this whole thing will cost you more than a monitor cost for sure. Before avoiding or ignoring this mail get in touch with your seniors. Wating for your response till[protected].

                I bought a samsung led tv bearing model number m5100 on 15th august 2017 it’s been 6 months since i bought that tv. On 6th of feb when i was watching t v it got switched of automatically, so i registered a complaint regarding that to the samsung service center on 6th feb 2018 (Complaint number [protected]). Next day on 7th february 2018 a service engineer from samsung service center came at around 6 pm in the evening to my place, his name was mr. Darshan ([protected]) he came and asked me what has happened, i told him that it got switched off automatically, so i told him please check and let me know first that, is there any external or internal fault, any issue with the continuity & connectivity in power supply or tv, meanwhile i got an important call so i went out of the room to take the call, as i came back i saw that the engineer has opened the t. V without my permission and all the broken locks are around the tv then i asked him how come you opened the tv without asking me he replied me that it needed to be checked by opening only. After checking the inside panel of tv he came to know that there wasn’t any issue inside the tv it was an external fault as the main power was not properly connected with the plug of the tv. While he was fixing back the panel, the way he handled the screen was very unprofessional and after 2 or 3 attempts he was able to put back the panel in a right place as i saw the outer strip/molding from upper side was on the screen he press the screen by his thumb and while doing this he broke the screen also, and when i asked him what did you do he told me sir it is nothing some times it happens no issues with that i will send a mob van tomorrow it will take your tv and get your screen replace i have inform all what was happend to customer care. Next day i got a samsung massage "dear customer, service order so & so has been cancelled due to estimate not approved" i was surprised and call to customer care they said your estimation charges are rs.30, 000/- you disapprove that is why your complaint is closed i request to reopen and do not close without my concern.

                This was quiet un professional and intolerable behavior shown by your side which is not at all accepted. It’s my humble request to you that please have a look into this matter and solve it as early as possible, as its been over a week.

                  Before this time, twice I went the service center for bbattery back up issue, but they charged for update of software & didnot recommend to change the battery. May be because software update gives more margin to them. This time, again they were recommending for software update but I categorically asked for change of battery. They took my phone after checking the availability of battery & asked me come next day to collect the phone with new battery. Next day, they call me & say that the battery cannot be changed as phone is slightly bent & hence I took the same assuming nothing has been done. The very next day, I found that the screen was slightly opening up as screen was not properly fixed. Today I got time & went to state the fact to the service center but they simply denied the fact that they have opened the phone. I donot agree to their statement. I think they have spoiled the phone.

                  This incident makes me feel that the service center people are not equipped to handle customer complaint.

                  I also use Iphone & had really good experience with their service center. Their sensitivity to support customer is way ahead of Samsung service center.

                      My washing machine developed some problem. From internet, i got the contact number of [protected] and contacted them. The person who attended my call sent one person mr. Khan from m/s arman service centre, #42, 1st cross, lalji nagar, pataleshwara, swami temple road, bengaluru 560030 (M:[protected] on the same day. The service person charged me rs. 7500 towards repair and later on he was not reachable. The machine was not repaired. Many phone calls to contact him were in vain.
                      Later on when i contacted samsung at the 180040 they simply told me that the earlier number has changed and the above persons are not authorised at all. They did not help at all. Even to this day the number [protected] exists and gullible persons are duped by sending persons from unauthorised persons. People are cheated by sending unauthorised persons in collusion with people in samsung. The machine was not repaired at all. I request you to take necessary action against the above agency and arrange to refund rs. 7500 taken from me. The credibility of the samsung is at stake.

                        I complaint against samsung vide ref no.1847956. But still my refrigerator issue has not resolved. M/s samsung is doing forgery with me. He is not responding & wasting my time only on service call by giving false information about replacement of defective refrigerator. My refrigerator is under warranty but still m /s samsung is continuously bothering me on this issue. It is requested that please take strict action again m/s samsung harassing me on the same issue.

                          I have purchased the said samsung refrigrator in 2013.in last 5 years i have got serviced this fridge 5-6 times due to 1 or the other issues.

                          Last saturday i logged the complaint as the water is coming out of fridge from bottom due to choking of exhaust pipe. There was one more issue that the led panel of the fridge glows continuosly even after 2-3 minutes of closing the door and the led light of lower portion of fridge is not glowing when we open the door.

                          The engineer came on last sunday and by then the choking issue has resolved as i had switched off the fridge on saturday afternoon. This same problem occured in last november also and then your engineer worked for 5 hours to de-choke the said pipe.

                          Now the present issue is that the led panel and led lights inside the fridge are malfunctioning which i have reported to your over the on monday itself. He promised to come on monday / tuesday but he never came and his mobile is also unanswered.

                          Sir, my only worry is that why in my fridge the defrost pipe is choking in every 3rd month. Kindly get the issue resolved permanently or replace the fridge immdtly as i have purchased this model in 2013 worth rs. 50, 000/-.

                            Samsung

                            I had purchased a samsung led tv (Model no. Ua49mu7000 from fundamental electronics pvt. Ltd., ballygunge phari, kolkata - 700019 for rs. 1, 15, 001 on the 30th november, 2017. At this exclusive samsung showroom, the sales team made a very energetic and forceful pitch for this particular model, offering a free samsung soundbar as an attraction.

                            I decided to purchase the tv and made a full payment for the product (Invoice no. Febg/17-18/04694 dated 30th november, 2017). I am narrating below the problems and issues i have encountered after purchasing the samsung product from this showroom. Strangely, the problems relate to the delivery and installation of the samsung soundbar, which as i said was held out as an attraction for purchasing this model and in fact influenced my decision to do so.

                            1. The tv set was delivered on the 1st december, 2017, the day following my purchase but the soundbar was not.

                            2. There was no intimation about the missing soundbar from the showroom. Upon enquiring from them, one of the sales persons who had sold the tv to me said in a very matter-of-fact manner that they did not have any stock of the soundbars and that the "company" would send one in due course, perhaps in a couple of weeks. The change in tone from the sales staff was remarkable. It was : now that the sale was done and the funds received why would we need to bother with the customer?

                            3. I waited for a fortnight and since i had still not received the product nor had i received any intimation about its status, i called up the showroom and i was informed that the company had not yet sent any stock of soundbars and that it would take a few more days to be delivered.

                            4. I must emphasize that the stance and attitude of the people in the showroom went from bad to worse. They sounded irritated by my calls and were no longer interested in listening what i had to say.in fact, at no point during the nearly six weeks that it took for the soundbar to be delivered did the showroom call me to give me any update about the delay.

                            5. The article was finally delivered to my residence on 16.1.2018, 47 days after i had purchased the tv! I was travelling at the time and when i saw the box upon returning home, i was shocked to see an old, shabby box with a cello tape across the lid. It was clearly not a company-sealed product!

                            6. I was naturally curious to see the state of the contents and therefore opened the box. There was no user manual, nor any list of the contents but i found the soundbar, an adapter, a remote control device and a woofer (With a corner of the wooden box chipped in one corner). I am quite sure what was delivered to me was not new and had at least been handled earlier.

                            7. Nevertheless, i called the samsung helpline to have the soundbar installed and their team visited my residence yesterday. After struggling for more than an hour, the technician said that certain parts of the unit were missing... These were:

                            A. An optical cable
                            B. Wall-mounting bracket / clips
                            C. Sub-woofer power supply / adaptor
                            D. User manual

                            8. I called up the dealer, fundamental electronics immediately and asked them about the missing parts. One of the sales personnel who was part of the team selling me the product (Mr. Anupam) denied my submission outright, asserting that he had personally packed the box that had been sent to me and had seen all the missing parts referred to. Really? My question is : why should open a company-sealed box to ensure that all the contents were present?

                            9. The showroom's basic contention was that i should not have opened the box and since i did, they were no longer liable. I would then ask: why did the dealer open the box (By his own admission) to check the contents?

                            10. Secondly and pderhaps more importantly, the insinuation that i was lying and that i had either misplaced or kept aside these few items is humiliating in the extreme. Forsomeone who has spent rs. 1.15 lacs on a tv set and to allege that he was resorting to falsehood for a few thousand rupees is hurtful and insulting. What is truly incredible is the apalling attitude of the sales staff once they had sold the product!

                            11. The matter does not end here, however, and i need to point out the inconsistencies and the completely unprofessional behavior of the showroom staff. Mr. Anupam subsequently said that there was actually no optical cable included because the free soundbox i was supposed to get was an older model and did not have this attachment! He simply retracted what he had been insisting upon without hesitation. I demanded an apology because he had earlier asserted that the box had been packed by him personally and that it did contain the optical cable.

                            12. Today, another technician visited my residence from the samsung service center and again reiterated that the parts referred to in point no. 7 above were missing and the installation could thus not be completed.

                            13. He also pointed something quite interesting: the soundbar billed in the tax invoice on the 30th november, 2017 was hw-k350 whereas the one delivered to my residence was hw-k360. Further, the box in which the soundbar was delivered also stated that it included a soundbar.

                            14. We were back to square one and the more i questioned the dealer, the more they tied themselves in knots. They now said that because i had been insistent about receiving my soundbar, they delivered what they had in stock - a hw-360 instead of the hw-350.

                            15. It is now beginning to make sense to me and i now realize what must have happened. The dealer must have had an old soundbar (Month and year of import: august 2016) lying around, pderhaps returned by some customer which they decided to palm off on me.in doing so, they must have opened the box and either removed items like the optical cable or because it had been iopened by someone else earlier, were probably missing!

                            16. I have no way to prove this but if you looked at the chain of events and contradictory statements by the dealer, it becomes clear as to how they are cheating innocent customers. This needs to be viewed seriously and investigated.
                            Spending a few thousand rupees in purchasing the missing implements is not the issue. If i could spend more than a lac of rupees in buying the tv, i can certainly spend 3 or 4 thousand rupees to replace the missing items. However, i will not do so.

                            17. It is a matter of principle and a matter of seeking redressal for the humiliation i have suffered because your showroom staff implied that i was not telling the truth about the missing items. It is also about the issue of misselling and cheating customers by holding out the attraction of free gifts they never really intend to fulfill.

                            What i want to know from samsung is whether this is what their customer service stands for. I also wish to know whether indifference to customers once they have purchased a product is part of samsung's values and organizational ethos. Does meeting sale targets override ethics in the company? Can you also let me know whether you will tolerate the behavior of a dealer who can damage your goodwill and name in the market?

                            I have decided to make an issue of this episode and warn gullible customers from becoming victims of such unscrupolous dealers, particularly samsung's dealer fundamental electronics, in future. I am hopeful that you will take cognizance of my complaint and do something about it. If not, i will use the full force of the social media, and take up the issue with the consumer forum and samsung's management till i get full redressal.

                            Towards that end, i need an unqualified apology from the dealer and i need the soundbar replaced immediately. Meanwhile, i would urge you to depute someone to my residence to examine the box and the contents.

Today on 13 Feb 2018 the display of the mobile automatically not displaying anything. The fone was not damaged at all . I went to service center it was said the display will be changed. But i had a query that the mobile report in market is so good but my fone display was not working at all . and it has not completed one month .                                 This is to my utter surprise that samsung being a reputed company in terms of mobile phones has created such a blunder of a product in the form of a galaxy s8 plus. I had high hopes on the phone due to it's heavy price tag and the swanky ads that were projected to the public.

                                I bought a first galaxy s8 plus which was a 64 gb variant which was defective. The phone is a wonderful piece of art as the features of the phone are so rich. But the battery backup of the phone was too bad maybe because of the exynos processor that is rolled out to india. I had reported it to the customer care just after using the phone for a week and they had classified it as faulty too. I was too happy with the hassle free service provided by samsung as the head office was in mumbai and they had a proper decorum of operations. They had taken back my phone and refunded my whole cash of 65k bucks.

                                Since samsung also stated the fact that the battery issues were fixed in future rollouts of their phones, with very high hopes and trust on the brand i happened to buy another galaxy s8 plus which is now a 128gb 6gb ram variant. Again to my astonishing surprise i found this phone also had the same problem. I completely lost hope in samsung and their products after using this crap of a phone. Basically the phone heats up a lot and battery backup hardly stays for 8 hours even when the phone is being barely used.

                                I had this first reported to samsung and they informed me that they will check and fix this for me. With the samsung head office now moving to chennai, i can see the technical and operational incompetence of the customer service team and technical support team. They had taken my phone, simply flashed the whole phone to factory remains and installed the latest update on my phone. The person handling my phone was simply rude and said that my phone is fixed and demanded me to go to the service centre to pick it up and get out. For my previous phone i could get updates on what really happened and what logs were collected to find out the hardware defect. This person denied to do anything apart from a software update and wanted me to use the phone to observe if the problem occurs.

                                There we go again. I used the phone for barely two days and yet the problem arises back. I was unfortunately unable to report this incident again soon due to my nature of work as i require to travel all the time. This time i reported the same problem to the customer care team and it was escalated with high delay to the head office team. My case was assigned to a highly incompetent trashy individual named sundaram. He spoke with such utter direspect for any of my regard. It was as if i was talking to an arrogant robot. I was asked to give my phone to the swanky service centre in nungambakkam and it has been two weeks since i've given my phone. I informed them the fact that a software update has been done from their end already and i have used it for a couple of months and the same problem persists. I have only asked them to continue from where they left so that they can either fix it or replace or refund it.

                                I find a 3rd party service person really useful enough as he is ready to note down my problems and observations so that he can do the necessary to fix problems. This is in the case of other phones that i have. To my awful surprise again, i see that the swanky service station of samsung has done the same software flash and update giving total disregard to what i have informed them. Sundaram is such a cheap incompetent person as he doesn't know how to address an issue or feel compassionate for a person. This is the amount of respect provided to a person who has taken up a heavy risk of purchasing a flagship device of the establishment. Inr 75000 is not at all a joke for me as it is one fourth of my total years earnings. The phone is still lying in the service station being unattended and i have no plans of taking the phone from them without fixing it effectively or replacing it.

                                These two weeks have been terrible for me as i'm unable to concentrate on my work and family because of such an undeserving investment i've made in the form of a flagship mobile phone with samsung. I humbly request any of you here to help me with this issue as i have gone to the highest level possible within the company and i have nowhere else to go.

Recently it stopped functioning and since then i have been trying to raise service requests/complaints through retail stores. Once a representative gave a call however he didn't turn up as scheduled.

                                    Purchased J5 Prime from a Samsung store on Aug 15th 2017. It included an insurance cover from Ingram Micro Cover Plus for damage and replacement.
                                    Unfortunately, when it got damaged on 25th October, reached out to Samsung service center and received a quote on 26th October 2017. When approached for insurance the Ingram refused to cover the cost stating that IMEI was not registered with them. Approached the Samsung store that claimed that IMEI was registered on time. Spoke to Samsung manager akarsh.[protected]@samsung.com, who said he will talk to insurance company.
                                    Till December, kept following up but nothing was done and on Dec 15th 2017, insurance company again rejected the claim.

                                    They should come forward and repair the device as it is still covered under warranty and they had sold the insurance cover as their promise

                                    It was never resolved and since then I have stopped using Samsung products and I am happy that after 3-4 years their mobile sales have drastically come down!

                                        The same problem has again occured and this is the fourth time that the machine is not working. Since it is still in guarantee period i want the machine to be replaced or reimburse me for the cost of returning it.
