Samsung mobile centres are fooling around people by telling unnecessary problems to new phone and get done paid without warranty that to in a huge price. Initially there was a problem of just charging to the mobile and later they said it was water logged and according to the policy we cannot repair your phone in warranty as it does not cover water logged in warranty policy.

I submitted my samsung j7 prime handset to samsung service care at national shopping complex amritsar for changing the charging pin on 15-feb-2018 in evening time, but samsung service centre only updated the mobile's software.
