No where in the refrigerator label, i am able to find basic information like capacity in liter, current consumption or power rating in va. Went to the manual but these information are not there. Written several times on the net but no response. It is in absolute violation of labeling laws. The company sould list these basic ratings and specifications in product fliers and maintenance manual. These basic data is required to select protective gears like a voltage stabiliser.

      Dear sir... I purchased samsung led tv model no./year: ua24h4003armxl/2017 screen size 59 c. M. S/n: 0a0y3znj222667b version no: cq02 on dt 28/05/2017 from your authorised showroom in aligarh up-india.
      Now my samsung led tv showing sparkles and half image on screen. My family is suffering great pain from this product of samsung. Please get ride me off from this trauma and arranged to provide another led tv in replacement of this defective led tv.

        Hi,
        As informed earlier, we were facing issues over display screen (Dark circle from left bottom corner with straight line) within 1 year and 2 months of purchase of samsung led tv model number ua32fh4003rmxl, bearing serial number 0a2f3znh118536e..

        We thought that we will be bearing with that problem. Since other portion of the display screen was clear at that time and the solution of the problem was to change the entire panel which costs 13, 186/- which is too high for us.

        But now, no picture is appearing over screen from feb 25, 2018 on wards (Exactly just after two years of purchase).

        As per the samsung authorized technician recommendation (Call no :[protected], date: 10/03/2018), entire panel has to be changed to resolve the issue. And, we have no other options.

        My son told me to go with top brand samsung and i have spent rs.19990/-, now i am going to spend 13500/- to repair this faulty model.

        I am cheated.

        I am promising you that i will ruin samsung reputation in every possible ways in offiline as well as in online till my last day of my life.

          I have bought one smart tv samsung ua 46, f7500 of worth 1.39l [f7500 smart interaction with quad core processor & micro dimming pro 3d full hd led tv].in october 2013. All of a sudden on 5th march 2018, when turned on tv it freezes on start screen logo, and dosent shows up the screen.
          As we contacted samsung dealer, they have sent someone from samsung team, after a tv checkup, he mentioned that power board of tv is not working, and they will come back in 2 days with new board which costs around 7k. As we agreed upon this, on 17th march, they called again to tell us that power board for this particular model is not available and either we have to buy a new tv or go with saturation policy where they will deduct 66% of billing amount and they will refund 44% of it. Really?

          Does that make any sense just because of 7k part, they ask us to giveaway tv worth 1.39l cost. I mean how they should justify this saturation policy as its their fault if they are not providing assistance for their one of top line porducts in tv's. Also important to mention here, at the time of buying this particular model, they mentioned you can upgrade to any kind of tv as this tv is based on a computer board, then aht happened now? Just because of one part this tv can not be fixed and it is one of the topline model, hd tv, with audio and gesture control as well as 3d features.
          We need support from samsung on this particular issue to fix this tv or replace it as a whole unit.

            You are not trustable samsung!!! Worst service provided to the customer.
            I got a samsung gear s3 frontier, there was a problem with it just after 3 days i got it. I gave it in the samsung service center, madhapur hyderabad. They told there is a problem with charger and mother board and need to replace them. I asked for a replacement or refund. Neither did they give the status of the watch properly nor gave us refund/replacement watch. Only one word they had was "wait for 1 business day". After 11 days of continuous calling to samsung online support, finally they said "there is no problem with your device, you can take it back".

            So, samsung! Now tell, is this the way u treat your customers? Don't you value your customer's time? Such injustice! Fire all the personnel or just train them right. Following are the ppl from head office team who dealt my case ganesh palani, niveda, dinesh, suresh, priyanka. They don't even have minimum courtesy to call back. They don't value customers at all. Only after continuous calls for 5 days i got a call back from head office team. The same goes with madhapur service center manager (Raj kamal) and lead as well. They give false informations and tries to manipulate and very least bothered in answering customer calls. I demand for strict action to be taken especially on ganesh palani, niveda and raj kamal and need an apology form them. We don't spend considerable amount of money just to be behind you if there is a damage or a problem. It is a disgrace!

            All these year's i was a very big fan of samsung. All the appliances i use is from samsung and also used to encourage others to buy products from samsung but after this issue i just lost all the faith and trust i had in samsung. I am never gonna recommend samsung to anyone! Such poor customer support! Uncourteous ppl all over!

            Thanks for not just making me loose my money but also the trust and belief i had in samsung for all these year's. Thanks for the pain you have given me!

              I ordered samsung gear sport from samsung website with order #[protected].
              Which was the biggest mistake, i placed the order on 16march and cancelled the same day by evening. Inspite of the cancellation over phone and email, still the product was shipped. This means that the samsung customer care donot understand the cancellation procedure, because inspite of the cancellation received it was still shipped. Never buy from samsung india, worst support

                I have bought samsung s8 phone. According to the phone specification the phone is water resistant for 30 minutes at 1.5 meter depth.
                My phone was in water which is not even 1 meter depth and within 5 min the phone got switched off. When i took it to the service centre they rejected my warranty stating that water has entered the phone and asking me to pay 20, 000 rupees to repair it.

                  They are not officially samsung service people, but local guys who pose as though they are actually from samsung. Even when i called them up, he imposters himself as a guy from samsung from doesnt carry a id. He gave me a bill as global techno service. Can you please make sure some sanity is restored with this kind of cheating of claiming to be official samsung guys

                    Dear sir / madam,

                    I have order samsung s9 plus on samsung eshop website on 14th march 2018. I have received mail from [protected]@samsungshop.in that my order id[protected] has been dispatched on 15th march 2018 at 1:27 am (Early morning). The letter states that my above stated order is been send by blue dart express limited airway bill no. [protected] and i can track the order after 5 to 10 hours.

                    Now, it has been more than 55 hours but i cannot track my courier online. When i called blue dart courier they told that such airway number does not exist so check with samsung customer service and get the correct no. When i called the customer service they told me that they have raised a complain on my behalf and i will get answer within 24 to 48 hours.

                    Don't you think that the customer care answer to my query is stupid. They have all data online.in today world it takes just seconds to check the data and for that samsung take 24 to 48 hours.

                    While purchasing the product i thought that if i purchase the product from samsung shop i can get quick service. But sorry to say that i was wrong. Flipkart and amazon are give quick response and delivery then you samsung shop.

                    While purchasing the website said that i will get delivery of my order between 2 to 4 days but i am still finding hard to even track my order.

                    Kindly look into this matter and reply at the earliest.

It will take 2 to 3 days to update and then they will update me. I have not returned the order from my end as it has not reached at my place. I know they are telling lie but now I want my money back.                       Greetings from athulya living. We are a 5000 bed assisted living facility and have decided to order 1 samsung tv per bed.

                      As part of our first order we have ordered 27 samsung 32" leds for rs.19, 500 each out of which 1 tv is developing a black patch at the top right corner.

                      On complaining (Ref no - [protected]), your service person says that the fault can be fixed at a cost of rs. 13, 000.

                      I request you to resolve the issue at the earliest failing which i will escalate the issue to consumer court and consumer board legally.

                        I have a samsung french door refrigerator 1 1/2 years old. It smells like fish, i never had it in there. It is so bad you can’t use it without your food smelling like it. Tried activated charcol, baking soda, vinegar and had it unplugged with all shelves out and door open for 6 days. Nothing helps now it is back turned on and the smell keeps getting worse. Two samsung repair people here to say nothing is wrong! This should not be smelling this bad in such a new fridge. Model

                          I am forced to write to you after not getting proper service from Samsung Service Center Ahmedabad, I would like to draw your kind attention that I have purchased Samsung J7 Max from Kabir Cellular, Gurukul on 06/03/2018 vide invoice No. SI/GUR/1211 and from the very second day I am facing the following problem: when any person calling from Vodafone / BSNL/ landline to my AIRTEL No. caller listen busy tune on his mobile and if I insert same SIM in any other mobile than there is no problem, I have visited more than 10 times to Kabir shop from where I have purchased the instrument, they have various time visited to your service center and lastly visited today vide Job Sheet/ Invocie No. [protected] but every time they updated software and told that there is no problem from there end. Lastly Today Samsung Service Center has told that it is not our problems and we can not do anything further in the matter.
                          I have also talked with Airtel but they have checked the same and they found that the problems comes only when I insert SIM on this instrument. Now I am frustrated from the same and request you to please replace the instrument without any delay otherwise I have to take further action including legal if problem not sorted out within 24 Hours.

                            I booked a Samsung S9+ With confirmed cash back of 49000 on my new phone. My old phone I.e note 8 was being taken by the store manager itself for 43150 and through HDFC bank rs 6000 cash back was affirmed but due to a samsung server error the cash back thing could not be done and I was told to pay 2000 more despite of an additional pre booking amount of 2000 which had already been paid.

                            Why should I suffer a loss of my hard earned money for a technical difficulty faced by the company itself. And the store staff behaved in a very non-cooperative manner.

                            Store name is Adidev international Samsung smart cafe located in sector 22 Chandigarh. With all due respect I want this complaint to be registered and strict action to be taken against the faculty of the store.

                              My Samsung evo+ memory card got corrupted which is in warranty period.
                              So I went to service centre named as Balaji Solution pvt. Ltd. Here in Patna 800001.
                              I submitted my memory card on 25th Jan., 18
                              And they told me that After one month you can get your memory card...
                              But till now i.e. 15th March 18,
                              I didn't receive my memory card.
                              Further they told me that you can get 64gb EVO memory card not EVO+...
                              But I submitted evo+.
                              So why I take evo???????
                              Can you give me pro+.
                              If not then why are you giving EVO?????
                              So I want my EVO+. Neither evo nor pro+.
                              So please provide my EVO+ as soon as possible...

                                Despite several complaints to the company and several visits of the engineers, we are facing the same problem of no cooling every time.. L
                                Matter was put in the consumer forum before in feb, engineers repaired but our problem still persist.
                                We request a team of samsung to visit us and sort the issue as we cannot send the fridge to workshop as done twice..

                                  On 1st march high flames came from refrigerator at near by 12.30 pm, same day complaint registered to sumsang customer care service. Inpite of repetitive follow ups till date, get no reply except will arrange a call back. But till date not a single call from any of the customer care executive nor service engineer.
                                  I wonder is this type of service does samsung gives to its customer

                                    I have bought a samsung level u bluetooth headphone on 23/08/18
                                    the product got damaged(on it's own, seems to be a faulty product) within warranty period but the service centre is refusing to replace/repair it.infact they hardly have a solution for it or any time to attend to the complaint.they told me to buy a new one instead of providing me with any solution. i have not seen such poor after service with any other company let alone from a reputed company like samsung. can't get through call or email of the company as well.

                                    Samsung A8 Plus has manufacturer defects like GPS is not showing accurate location. And i observed this on 12 this after purchase. Now they are not giving money back. See attached screenshot i was traveling by road via Sion Panvel Highway and See what location was shown on Google MAPS.

                                      Hi sir i bought my phone s7 edge last year on 16 march of rs 58000, 15 days back pink line occured on my screen all of sudden. I checked this on google came to know this problem is common with this device and i also came to know samsung has assured free replacement of display under warranty. So i went to service centre and told them about my problem, they examined my phone physically and said yes display will be replaced under warranty but display is not available at present, you have to drop phone here and will give you job sheet/ reciept against that. Today after 8 days i recieved call your back glass is broken which is completely visible on phone, and was not present when i gave phone at service centre. Even on job sheet back mirror breakage is not mentioned because it was fully ok at that time. It occured due to some fault of service centre as phone was with them for 8 days. May be they have dropped phone somewhere and they called and said i have to pay now 18k for display and back glass. Sir can you help me this or i should contact consumer court for further action.

                                        I bought a samsung j2pro smartphone on 04.03.2018 from your authorised dealer m/s janani communications co. Karaikal 609602, puducherry state. From the very first day o[censored]se, the smartphone often hangs and i am unable to attend and clearly hear calls and call voices. More over, the battery is also overheating. I complained the above issues to the above co. M/s janani communications. But their response is very very very very poor. They didnot heed to our issues. They only attends to sell new products. They are not responding to the repair issues. They even advised me to buy other smart phones other than samsung. Please look into the issue and do justice to me. M. Parthiban
