I had purchased new battery for my S4 mobile phone from Samsung's Authorized service centre (AVL Telecom), Thane dated 12th April 2017. Now, I had observed that my mobile was giving some problem while charging the phone, I checked and observed that battery is swollen. Next day itself, I went same service centre and asked them for replacement as they had given 1 year warranty for this new battery.
The service centre started giving excuses that system is showing that your battery is not under warranty, swollen battery doesn't cover under warranty and so many. When I asked them that why they are giving all this excuses as none of this condition was explained to me before, when I purchased this new battery from them. It is nothing but a fraud with customer, Samsung such a brand name is actually damaging their brand name where their service centers are actually are not in position to handle costumer's complaints. When I asked service center's manager that do they expect me to raise this to their management, she simply said, "Yes, you can".
Now, I haven't received any further update from Samsung yet. Planning to go in consumer forum if the complaint is not resolved at priority.
Tried my best to give official complaint to Samsung's customer care but it is worst than service centre. The customer care is discussing this problem with me assuming himself as customer and me as a service provider. When I asked him to connect his manager, he put my call on hold and no one was there to answer my call further.
Worst customer service in Samsung.
