Hi,

I bought an ac 9th march and i ordered installation from samsung only.
The engineer came to install the a/c has damaged so many stuff mentioned below:
1:- he scratched my wooden flooring.
2:- he mounted the outdoor unit on my wall and that fell from the wall and my wall and the outdoor unit might have been damaged.
3:- the engineer after the completion asked me the price for a/c-gas filling and then i asked the seller person (Samsung show room) who sold the a/c to me that why would i need to pay for gas filling and then he said you should not and then he did conference call to samsung sales head, engineer and me and that time enigeer told that he filled some (R-2) gas and sales head asked why did you fill r-2 it is not for that and then he told he has found a dented or broken part from where gas leaking and then sales head asked that how can this be possible that new ac has dented part but engineer said it is and he left

Today i got a call from another samsung person ankit (Ph no [protected]) he clearly told me that he will not do anything if ac is working.
I am saying that a/c might be working right now but why gas filling was required in new ac and why that part is damaged.
Are you guys are selling a faulty product when i am buying the top model of a product.

I want my a/c to be replaced or extended warranty for my a/c at least for 3 years.

    This mail is in reference to above mentioned compliant numbers which was made by me in last one month. I want to make your kind attention that very pathetic services received from you service center and please find below the issue in detail which i was facing:

    1- i had made a complaint on 17th feb. 2018 that the ice formation was not proper in my samsung refrigerator and on same day the complaint attended by your service engineer and they told me that there was some gas leakage problem. They refill the gas and charged rs. 350/- for visit charges and rs. 2300/- for gas refilling. (*but here i want to mentioned that both bill was without any gst bifurcation). (Complaint reference no. – [protected])

    2- on 17th march 2018 i had again raised a complaint that i am facing again the same problem which was resolve earlier on 17th feb. 2018 and on 19th march mr. Praveen had visited and suggest us to switched of the refrigerator for 2 hours and restart and check whether it was resolved or not. And please revert if the problem was not resolved. (Complaint reference no. – [protected])

    3- on 20th march 2018 we again called to mr. Praveen that the problem was not resolved and ice was not forming and he said that he will visit in evening but there was not response from there side and we had again contacted him. But he informed to us due to some work load he was not able to attend the same and will visit on next day.

    4- now there was problem begins just after one hour we got a text from your system at 6:51 pm on 20th march 2018 that your problem was resolved and you had paid rs. 354/- but my complaint was still not resolved and i do not had paid any money.

    5- on 20th march i had again force to raise the complaint through samsung call centre that i got fake resolution sms from samsung side as problem was still not resolved and also made the query that they had charged rs. 2300/- for gas refilling on 17th feb. 2018 but i got confirmation sms on 19th feb. 2018 from your system that you had charged only rs. 1156.40/- for gas refilling, but they charged me two times as mentioned in 1st point.

    6- again there was no response from samsung side and again i had contacted to your call center team on 21st march 2018 and try to get the status of my complaint but your call center team updated me that it will take more one day to resolve the issue. (Complaint reference no – [protected])

    7- on 23rd march 2018 i had again contacted to your call centre team as problem was still not resolved, but here there was some new story was begin. Now samsung call center executive told me that the sms you got on 19th feb regarding gas filling charges of rs. 1156.40 was wrongly sent as there system was not up to date due to gst. And they said your compliant was resolved which was raised by you on 17th march in regards of ice formation.

    Please note down my below specific query:
    A- is samsung system was really not updated in regards of charges due to gst implication by central govt. Of india?

    B- is there was a process to close the complaint without taking customer feedback?

    C- is there was process that your team was not responding after raising compliant thrice for a same issue?

    D- is your authorised service centre was allowed to give any bill without gst bifurcation?

    E- i want the resolve my complaint by tomorrow?

    F- i want that samsung service team refund the money back that they charged to me extra (Difference of charges given by me and charges confirmation given your system through sms)

    G- i also want what samsung people was doing from last 7 days and not able to resolve my complaint due same i lost my food which i have to kept in freezing point to keep in good condition.

    H- *please find attached copy of bill given on 17th feb. 2018 which was charged to me without any gst bifurcation.

        Krunal nayi purchased a samsung galaxy j7 max handset on october 15, my phone just went blank few days ago. It gets automatically switched off and gets switched on the same way. When i put my phone in charging after it gets automatically switched off, it takes 20 minutes to get it switched on. I want this problem to be solved out as early as possible. I have purchased my phone from croma center, devarc mall, ahmedabad (Gujarat).

        Would request your intervention as it is still under warranty. Looking for a favourable reply at the earliest.

          Hi - this email is about s9 orders

          I tried to buy s9 from samsung online store twice but both the orders got failed with the payment failed reason but for one of the order amount of 34150 got deducted on 3/19/2018.

          I reached out to samsung shop support team twice till today but i did not getting proper response from them on my refund of 34150 which got deducted.

          Hi - What is the status of refund . I got the confirmation that amount has been claimed by Samsung and converted to flexi EMI.

          Till now I don’t have any status updates ... not sure what you guys are doing

          Hi - still this issue s not resolved

          Even though amount is reversed to me but they didn't cancel the EMI request so in the May month bill bank has billed the first EMI on my card.

          So please send a request to the bank to cancel the EMI request

            I am helpless by customer care and service center as they are denying to take my phone and do something to rectify its front camera quality issue of blurry image in group selfies and normal modes except very close photos. They have chaleated me and sold me a scrap camera phone bearing 16MP front and 16MP rear camera. Rear camera is working perfect while front camera is having serious quality issue and customer support is avoiding my problem. I can't understand where to go now except some legal help. Please guide me on my issue

            There is no any support i got from samsung for this product and it still is defective in front camera of 16MP. Images are blurred and is disgusting. Even such top phone makers are reluctant in solving customers problem, god help us.

              Hi,

              I have ordered Samsung s9+ from Samsung online shop. on 15th I received a message that my product will be delivered by 16th. Product came to Hyderabad and again I received a message that product has been returned back with seller consent.

              I am calling them every day and I am getting false promises about my product delivery. Also, they are not transferring my calls to their manager.

              I request Samsung authorities to look into the matter and improve their services.

              Pathetic Service I'll say about Samsung. And pathetic customer care Samsung has.

              Guys don't ever buy any Samsung products from Samsung online store.

                I have placed 2 orders with samsung for s9+ delivery and it pains me to receive the pathetic service handling and customer care from samsung. For one pre-ordering does not really help to receive the order in time (Committed was 2-4 business days) where as the retail shops are already offering the device. So here goes the first-mover advantage of ordering with samsung.

                To say if this was not enough!! Nope... Samsung ensured going a step further in frustrating the engagement by sharing courier tracking id which is 'untrackeable' - yes the site they shared to track the shipment is not hosted and not a valid one. Ok... So calling the customer care should help, but no... After multiple calls to the cc i am still not told where the shipment is and only false and empty promises are made - i must say samsung has trained their cc executive well in the 'art of falsification' but not in the 'art of customer care' in itself.

                It pain me to have placed two orders with samsung for s9+ and has definately taken the fun out of the 'first-movers' and the 'owning as s9+'!!

                Really pathetic service overall and engagement.

                Ordered 14th & 18th march respectively. Both untraceable because the tracking website of not valid and the cc does not know where the packages are (They only say 'sir pls 2-4 days, you will get, we have problem with courier partner, you track with them, we don't have courier contact number etc etc')... So at the ground level all is running with a huge trust in god and nothing on service commitment.

                Pushed the issue with Samsung and called the Call Centre multiple times. The issue was resolved though not in expected timelines. Overall I would be a bit wary of engaging with Samsung online (Samsung e-store) again.

                Just displays the automated reply to the complaint without giving much time to actually read through.                 As of today both the issues are resolved. The Call Centre engagement was very flat and non commital but seems the backend did their job. Thought it took time the issues were resolved to satisfaction. Though we all expect more from such a large company like Samsung.

                  I bought a samsung s8 on july within one month the phone had a display problem when i took it it to authorised samsung service they did a unsatisfactory work then again within two months again the problem started when i shouted at them telling them to replace my mobile they said its not possible and repaired it again but i still have problem in my display. I made a mistake of buying samsung if it would have been iphone they would have replaced my mobile by now

                    My mobile application, bixby voice, bixby vision is not opening nor I get settings of these two any more.
                    It works well before but suddenly it is stops.
                    I have samsung S8 model..

                      Hello,

                      I had purchased samsung s9+ on 14th of march from samsung shop. On 15th march - i received a tracking code - saying it has been shipped by delhivery. That tracking code still does not work. I called on 17th to ask status - they said it takes 48-72 workings hours (I have a recording of same) and she said for sure it will be delivered tomorrow.

                      Now its 21st of march and phone has not been delivered yet. And every time i call they tell me a different story. And committed time has been changing from 48-72 hrs to 2-4 business days to 3-5 business days to 4-7 business days now by different customer executives.

                      On asking them to connect me their manager, none seems to be available at any time.

                      Now i asked them today to ensure either its delivered today or atleast refund me - so that i can go and purchase from local shop - they do know where about of phone and said it will take 48 workings hrs to cancel the order and after that 2-3 weeks to get the refunded amount.

                      Even indian railways work much faster and more efficiently then this. Worst ever experience. Never ever in my life, will i buy again from samsung shop.

                      What is worst is how people in customer care try to fool customers. They change order date and promised delivery time as per their convinience. Today customer care person told me, i placed order on 16th (When it was on 14th) and it will take 4-7 days to deliver.

                      I want my mobile or full amount to be refunded today itself.

                      They should just it down.

                        Dear sir/madam
                        My request number for samsung c9 pro poor quality and poor display fitting is [protected].
                        After my complaint kamna charles from samsung head office called and she told to resolve my problem, she committed that she will give 5 month extended warrenty after getting the mobile from samsung service centre. But from service centre i called her but she is not picking my call, i sent mail also but she didn't responded.

                        They are cheating in service centre still poor display fitting is there i asked comparison with other mobile but they are not providing comparison, also in my previous complaint i updated wrong address job sheet provided by the service centre and poor fitting photos also but not yet taking any action.

                        They deleted my mail inbox with out my knowledge especially consumer complaint mail and samsung service centre mail. Also without my permission mr. Kathiresan engineer from service centre logged his gmail and he is using my mobile.

                        Kindly take action on this and give my solution as soon as possible.

                        02/12/2018 i purchased my mobile but hardly i had used 1 month only rest of the time it was with the service centre.
                        I asked service centre which engineer repaired my phone but they told they will not tell to me they told to samsung head office you ask to them like that.

                          I'd placed an order on 15th and then canceled it on the 16th when the price dropped. I placed a new order and canceled the old order. I've been following up on the cancellation and they have also marked my order DELIVERED now even though I have not received any item . I need a refund ASAP on this as the customer care said they have received the item back to the warehouse.

                            I have from beed (Maharshtra). I like samsung devices i am regular samsung user but i am getting worst service experience all time in beed city. When i am going for charger replace. They ask me for handset after giving handset they told me that wait for 2 or 3 days.in compare other mobile companies don't ask for handset also they give charger hand to hand replacement.

                              I had purchased new battery for my S4 mobile phone from Samsung's Authorized service centre (AVL Telecom), Thane dated 12th April 2017. Now, I had observed that my mobile was giving some problem while charging the phone, I checked and observed that battery is swollen. Next day itself, I went same service centre and asked them for replacement as they had given 1 year warranty for this new battery.

                              The service centre started giving excuses that system is showing that your battery is not under warranty, swollen battery doesn't cover under warranty and so many. When I asked them that why they are giving all this excuses as none of this condition was explained to me before, when I purchased this new battery from them. It is nothing but a fraud with customer, Samsung such a brand name is actually damaging their brand name where their service centers are actually are not in position to handle costumer's complaints. When I asked service center's manager that do they expect me to raise this to their management, she simply said, "Yes, you can".
                              Now, I haven't received any further update from Samsung yet. Planning to go in consumer forum if the complaint is not resolved at priority.

                              Tried my best to give official complaint to Samsung's customer care but it is worst than service centre. The customer care is discussing this problem with me assuming himself as customer and me as a service provider. When I asked him to connect his manager, he put my call on hold and no one was there to answer my call further.

                                Repetitive follow ups till date now Samsung executive says refrigerator burn due to external heat or fire, as already mentioned that burn occurred at 12.30 pm in afternoon no issues of electricity so we need not use a candle for light, only on picture captured by engineer samsung resolved it due to external heat no manual evaluation done by engineer.

                                  Sir mujhe abhi tak refund ke regarding koi bhi notification or confirmation nhi aaya hai. Mai many times call center mai iske regarding follow up liya and concern team ko mail forward kraya but abhi tak koi bhi response nhi mila hai

                                  Or aaj mujhe ye mai mail aaya hai ki courier mere addressed pr delivered ho gya hai. What is this. Plz check this matter on your priority basis and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Mail mai niche mentioned kr rha hu.

                                    Hi,
                                    Today i had purchased two washing machine filters directly from your Bannerghatta Road (Prism Service Center) branch. They had charged me INR 804/- for the both parts.
                                    When i checked with them they said the charges include both the part cost and service charges.

                                    I am not sure when i am directly going there taking the product from the service center then why i have been charged for service which i have not taken from them.

                                    Because of this i have to pay almost three times of the product cost. Which was not the case earlier.

                                    When i called your customer care i spoke to Ms Prathibha as per her i should not have been charged. Only part cost i have to pay.

                                    She said she will arrange a call back from the team. When i got the call the lady was saying i have to pay both the charges as per the policy.

                                    My question is still remain the same when i have not used your services then why i should pay the service charge.

                                    Its a clear case of cheating. Please look into the matter immediately and need proper help from your end.

                                      Just to inform you we are suffering a lot because of the customer service centre in Patna

                                      We have submitted our Samsung Mobile Hand set on 22nd Feb for the service, the service centre has confirmed after proper check that the same will get serviced in two days, but nothing happen in these days, when we have visited the center, the centre has asked to pay the 8000 for the service with our any prior information, but still we have honoured the Service centre decision to pay 8000 and deposited the 8000 rs for the service ojn 24thfeb
                                      Refer the both attachment – the service doc and the 800 deposit doc for your info .
                                      The problem is it is 19the march today, nothing happened so far even after the several follow-ups.
                                      I do not thing that the organization like SAMSUNG is allowing to its Service centre to create trouble to its customer while servicing and ask of the h amount with any proper information .

                                      More than 25 days have been passed now and still we have got any information for the same.
                                      and the service centre is unnecessary charging the money the way they want

                                      It would be great full if you can help us out in this regards

                                        I have boiught samsung s7 edge but till the time i have purchased ity i have started to have lot of problems. the mother board has been changed many times, after registering complain to consumer affairs they have replaced the phone but still there was issue and after taking the phone to service center they have again changed the mother board without my concern. now i am asking for a refund and they are saying phone is working well since they chnaged the mother board.and now they aresaying that they do not understand the human feelings which was very rude. plesae help me get my refund
