Whome ever it may concern

Myself sarath kommadath writing behalf of my aunt who was actually affected with the mobile we bought from the samsung showroom 3 years back.

We bought this mobile because of the brand name and expecting the same quality from the brand. But we experienced a very bad experience with the product last day. Just escaped from the horrible situation of the mobile getting blasted.

Last day my aunt kept the phone on the dinning table and just moved to the the kitchen and suddenly she experienced the mobile getting enlarged on the middle of the panel that too to the front screen and she suddenly switched off the mobile. When we saw the mobile it was just going to blast from the from screen. It is now in the curved, enlarged position.

The phone fall down and caught fired on the battery, even every one was shocked and kept silent. Here i want to raise the concern that the samsung brand ito do needful. As they are producing and selling the products to the customer which is having the basic issue of getting blasted or any issue with battery. This will cause the damage to customers ears, hands, eyes or even life. Think if it was in her kids hand where he don't know what was happening and end up in blasting. I cant even think of that situation.

And the branded companies are so easily taking this technically faulted products to indian market and customer with out any care. I have not handed over this to any service centers or any other people as i would like to put this forward to indian judiciary and ban the samsung models which are not capable to handle the technical challenges and wrong products.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest before i move complaint to the court and find attached images for reference.

We buy a samsung a8+ mobile 8 to 9 days ago There is problem in earphone but when we go changing the earphone for samsung gallery the executive said that kindly submit the mobile and we check and then we issue new mobile earphone i dont understand if issue in earphone then why we give my mobile to unknown person kindly check and resolve my issue.

There is mother board problem in the mobile there is warrenty but asking for money they are not giving proper response to the cust they are telling go to main office it will free of cost do the needful

    Hello,
    I purchased samsung note 8 32 black color from samsung store in orion mall, bangalore under the offer of getting interest free emi of 18 months if i make the payment through credit card so i did. I have the receipt with me and its shows that the bank is charging interest with me n wen enquired they told v should enquire with samsung. The store fellow told that they will refund the interest after the 3rd emi payment... I hv paid 4th instalment now and still no signs of refund. I feel cheated. Please let me know what i can do in this situation and when i will get my cashback.

      My s7 edge which was bought around sep 2016, has a pink line popped up. I started researching abt this and saw tht thr are several s7 edge phones with the same issue. Your cc and service center say tht its bcos i have dropped the phone, if that's the case how come so many phones across the world has the pink line exactly on the same spot? Finally after arguing ur cc offered me 50%discount for the screen replacement, which i declined and they closed my case. I feel tht thr is an manufacturing issue and so i dont wanna spend a penny over this. After having almost 8 phones over last few years for my family and myself i feel betrayed by samsung.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I, the undersined would like to draw your kind attention to the open racketeering in your sumsung service centre, Karuna Management Services, located at Chittaranjan avenue, kolkata. I have purchased a samsung galaxy j7 max on 16th january, 2018. While inserting sim card and memory card with the help of the cage, the memory card got entangled in the slot no. 1, I tried to take it out but failed and have gone to the above service centre to get it out from the slot. The F2F Engineer Ms Mollika Halder and the Master Engineer Mr. Rajib Das, without inspecting the device, have told me to pay an amount of Rs. 8658.26 for repairing as the device is damaged according to them. I have repeatedly requested them to inspect the device and simply to take the stuck memory card out from the slot and confided them that nothing more had happened to the device but they didn't listen to me and misbehaved. After that I had gone directly to the Reliance Mall from where I have purchased this and the salesman had managed to take the card out from the slot in a few seconds and inserted two sims and one memory card successfully and the device was okay. It is still working efficiently.
        Under the above circumstances you are requested to to take strict action against the culprits otherwise I will go to the Consumers Forum to claim a compensation of Rs. 5 Lakh for misbehavior and giving me mental agony by asking me the exorbitant charge which is nothing but the racketeering looming large in this centre. This is not the first instance I had faced but earlier this centre had asked far an exorbitant charge for my samsung tablet the on n off switch was not working. I got the device back and went away . It is working now without having been repaired. I am attaching the bill the centre had given.

            25days after instaled the new 43inches led tv purchased form ezone south city mall kolkata, model - samsung 43k5300, date - 03.11.2017 i have had found some black dots on the screen but couldn't catch that those dots were either inside the screen or those were outside dust, but again after 20 to 25 days i found that dots were became bigger n i report to dealer (Ezone). They lauched a complain to service centre on 16th feb'2018. Next day a person came from service centre for inspection and he told me the pannel of the tv was faulty it will be changed by them. But this is happened with 3 months of purchase a new tv and i am a bonafied customer of your company i had purchased washing machine model no - samsung wa60m4100hy on the same day that was/ date - 03.11.2017 i have purchased refrigerator model no - samsung rt34m3743s9 date - 03.07.2017. So i need a support from you to replace my tv with a new one because i have already seen an accute problem of a changed panel tv of customer mr prithvi raj' s purchased on 11th december 2015. So i need to be replace my tv not repaired because i found this problem means the black dots with in 1month of delivery and the service mechanics also told that it was problem from the beging.

              Samsung mobile centres are fooling around people by telling unnecessary problems to new phone and get done paid without warranty that to in a huge price. Initially there was a problem of just charging to the mobile and later they said it was water logged and according to the policy we cannot repair your phone in warranty as it does not cover water logged in warranty policy.

              My mobile was two months (Bought in august 2017) old when the problem raised and it was really a bad experience for me to use samsung mobile phones from then. It even happened with the washing machine also.

              They just do this thing to get mobile serviced without any warranty option and they are charging for mother board replacement. They even give fake promises a lot and get us paid at the end of the day.

                I had hanging problem for my mobile and also had heating problem if i browsed for long time.. I went to service centre many times but my problem was not resolved. It was still in warranty and i demanded new mobile as my problem was not solved but the manager there started to talk wrong rules and told me that a replacement is not provided for you and sent me away. I stood helpless...

                  I have purchased galaxy s8 phone on 11-02-18 in city cell world ongole prakasam dt andhrapradesh. From that day i have observed that battery status is not good and i need to charge it frequently. Then i contacted samsung toll free number and as per their suggestion i handed over the phone to the showroom on 17-02-18 where i have purchased. Inturn they handed over the phone to samsung service centre on 19-02-18. Initially the service centre people accepted to replace the mobile with newer one. But today they are saying that they made a software update and it is good observing for 2 hours. But my question is why i have to take the words of person after my observation for 7 days. Moreover i have purchased by spending around rs 58000 which is not a small amount. I don’t want to use the defective peace and i am not in a position to wander around the service centre in the future problems. Kindly replace with a newer peace of mobile.

                    I purchased a samsung j7 pro dated[protected] and within a week i found a display problem and registered the complaint at the service center within 15 days for providing a new phone as per policy but was denied by the service center due to unavailability of the sticker a, b, and c which was on the side wall of the box. However, i provided him original invoice copy, all accessories, and box in good condition. I am not aware whether these stickers were there or not at the time of purchase. But only due to this reason i am not getting a new phone while i have paid approx 20000 rupees to you. Here i would like to bring in your notice that someone suggested me to purchased samsung and the first time i bought it and had a very bad experience. I think it is normal for the device to get defected but the behavior of an esteemed company towards the customer is surprising and at the same time disappointing. And to add your local service center did not even considered my suggestion to bring it to the direct notice of the company. So this is my request to you if possible please work on it efficiently and be true to the words of your policy.

                        Zookr online shopping company cheating name on samsung duplicate product's. Please alert other wise he will damage ur name.
                        I'm shiva prasad from bengaluru karnataka. Recently i purchased the basic mobile & samsung power bank combo in zookr online shop. (Advertisement showing in facebook) but when i received the parcel that mobile is dummy not even mother board and samsung duplicate power bank. I called the costumer care but nobody responding me. Zookr is sitting in india's capital delhi and cheating peoples all over india. Please take legal action and save innocent people like me.

                            Respected sir/mam,
                            My samsung tv model number la26 r71-26"lcd, sl. No 1598, purchase date 23/01/2009 tax cash memo no hwh/cm/06110/08-09 is not working since last sunday dated 11/feb/2018. I lodged a complaint to customer care verbally. I got the complaint number [protected]. Your technician came to repair on 18 feb/2018 name amit phone [protected] number. He told it will be repaired and rs 2000 will be bill amount. I agreed for it. He promised to come on the next day, but didnot turn up nor picked up the phone. Later after few days he called and restarting negotiating the amount, now the amount went to rs 3000, i again agreed. But he again didnot turn up nor picking up the call. I called customer care to know the status, but your customer care person was very arrogant and non cooperative. Instead of repairing the tv he is trying to ignore it. Such poor service is not expected from brand like samsung. I would like to escalate this issue to the highest level and also share my opinion to all. What should i do now, should i keep buying new tv every time i face problem. Very poor support system, i am sorry to use such words.

                              I purchased a samsung phone vide receipt no. [protected] dated 29/01/2018 from m/s hari om retail pvt ltd, lajpat nagar delhi but the mobile was defective. I handed it back to the service center and got a case id no. [protected]. I have been visiting the service center daily and they keep on informing that the device is not repaired yet. Upon my protest, they rudely told me to go to any appellate authority and that they least care for any authority and that they will not get the phone repaired irrespective of the fact that it is a brand new phone and under warranty.
                              Please resolve my problem.

                                My phone was snatched on 4th of feb, and i'm paying the emi for next 10 months. The phone was almost brand new just 2 months old. I have the police fir copy with me lodged on the same day. There was no proceedings or updates from the local police. I want to know if the unique imei number is just for name sake or can we actually track the device by any means. I'm a happy customer of samsung since years. I want to know if samsung is really cared about a customer who shells out 25k to buy their product.

                                  I had purchased an international variany of galaxy s8 while i was in us. I am back to india when i found my mobile display and touch having issues. I had asked my us samsung counterpart for warranty details and he said my mobile is under internatio al warranty and asked to reach out to local indian authorised samsung service centre. When reached they were not willing to get my mobile repaired under warranty. I was taken aback by this for a flagship mobile user and who always uses samsung products.

                                    This is very shameful that I am highlighting that fraud is done with me by local service centre at Jammu and some wrong commitments/Indimation done by Mr Manish Kumar Singh, Manager-Customer Experience over phone and mails, but NO SENIOR IS INTERESTED TO CONTACT ME, NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL OR MAIL. PATHETIC EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

                                    Samsung is replying again and again that this is discussed with senior escalation department. does that mean that seniors are also involved in this HARASSMENT.

                                    Samsung Service center in Jammu installed duplicate lcd/screen with fade colour in name of replacing manufacturing defective parts AND now Mr Manish Kumar Singh is daunting me that why I have purchased second sale product which is under warranty.

                                    Mr Manish you really made me realize that SAMSUNG PRODUCTS HAVE NO RESALE VALUE, NOW AT LEAST WHOLE INDIA WILL KNOW THIS AND SHOULD AVOID PURCHASING SAMSUNG MOBILE.

                                    I was earlier using Lenovo Z2 Plus Mobile. I decided to change mobile and decided to purchase second sale product in warranty, but my big MISTAKE was that decided to buy SAMSUNG BRAND.

                                    Who had given authority to SAMSUNG to installed duplicate screed/lcd weather its second sale or first sale product. No doubt I purchased in warranty, having faith in SAMSUNG BRAND, which was my big mistake, I was not aware that SAMSUNG Product have no Second SALE value as per MR Manish Kumar Singh.

                                    AS per mail dated 13th Feb 2018 from Mr Manish Kumar Singh, he has written that, After an extensive research by our certified technical support engineer, we found that the product has developed a fault during its normal usage. IT IS VERY SHAMEFUL THAT IF SAMSUNG INSTALLED ORIGINAL SCREEN/LCD, THEN IS THE QUALITY SO LOW/BAD THAT SCREEN COLORS GOT FADED IN TWO DAYS O[censored]SAGE AFTER REPLACEMENT OF SCREEN. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE, OR THAT WAS DUPLICATE LCD/SCREEN WHICH WAS INSTALLED BY SAMSUNG IN MY MOBILE. KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS THE REASON SO THAT WHOLE INDIA SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS AND AVOID PURCHASING SAMSUNG MOBILE BECAUSE THEY INSTALL DUPLICATE/ LOW QUALITY SERVICE REPAIR PARTS.

                                    Earlier battery of phone was SWOLLEN and that has caused cracks on screen, which was also checked by your certified technical support engineer, and after taking long time with their extensive research they ACCEPTED THIS AND installed BATTERY and DUPLICATE LCD/SCREEN in my mobile. After using for two days I realized that screen quality is very dull and color not as original screen. Even after full brightness screen colour was not visible and good. I found that something wrong and fraudulent thing has been done while replacing screen and seems that like duplicate screen has been installed in mobile. My eyes were also feeling stressed but before replacing screen colour was clear and smooth.

                                    IS SAMSUNG USING SO BAD MATERIAL IN THEIR PRODUCT THAT BATTERY IS SWOLLEN WITHIN ONE YEAR AND CAUSING CRACKS ON SCREEN. KINDLY CONFIRM SO THAT WHOLE INDIA SHOULD KNOW THIS AND AVOID PURCHASING SAMSUNG MOBILE.

                                    You have written in mail dated 13th FEB that, "Samsung repair process ensures equated performance of your product to your satisfaction." HOW WITH DUPLICATE OR FADED SCREEN OR SWOLLEN BATTERY WITHIN ONE YEAR OF PURCHASE.

                                    In mail dated 13th feb 2018 Manish requested me to Please confirm my decision, I confirmed my decision and clearly requested for refund with HARASSMENT AMOUNT or replace as I will not accept that repaired mobile in which SAMSUNG had done experiments by installing DUPLICATE SCREEN. Please confirm decision was requested by Manish because I was asking for replacement earlier also when there was manufacturing defects in mobile battery. This was found by expert engineers of SAMSUNG. Because of manufacturing defect, battery could have bursted and have taken me and my family's life. Manish assured me that they will replace my mobile if there will be any defect in future in regard to replaced parts. I agreed But for surprise Service Centre installed duplicate Screen and they got caught by me. Now in result he is Indimating me over phone and mail that I have purchased second sale product and I have done wrong, I should stop asking for replacement/refund.

                                    As per mail dated 13th feb, Manish has already given purchase date of mobile i.e 11.04.2017, means he was aware that mobile was under warranty and he had all details of first purchaser and was well aware that I am the second owner. Defective battery and screen/lcd was replaced by his instructions at service centre as he had all details of Bill. Service center also checked bill before accepting mobile for replacing defective manufacturing parts. The way Manish is pretending in mail dated 16th feb that he was not aware of this that I am the second owner is one more fraudulent thing and was another way of HARASSMENT. Manish tried to Indimating me over phone that I have purchased second sale product and I have done wrong, I should stop asking for replacement/refund.

                                    In mail dated 16th feb Manish Singh has written that SAMSUNG don't have replacement /refund policy for the second sale product and we will only provide you the service of the product. Is this is the policy that SAMSUNG have right to install duplicate screen in my mobile because I have purchased second sale product which is under warranty. PLEASE SHARE THAT POLICY WITH ME AS I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND THAT IN POLICY MANUAL GIVEN IN BOX. PLEASE SHARE SO THAT WHOLE INDIA SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS POLICY THAT SAMSUNG WILL INSTALL FAKE PARTS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT CUSTOMER WHO HAS SUBMITTED HIS MOBILE IS NOT THE FIRST OWNER AND HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING.

                                    NOW THE QUESTION IS THAT WHY I ACCEPT THAT REPAIRED MOBILE IN WHICH THERE WAS DEFECTIVE BATTERY, IT WAS SWOLLEN IN WARRANTY, SCREEN CAUSED CRACKS AND AFTER THAT SAMSUNG INSTALLED DUPLICATE SCREEN HAVING SOME EXPERIMENTS WITH MY MOBILE. SAMSUNG IS LIABLE FOR THIS HARASSMENT.

                                    DETAILS OF HARASSMENT IS VERY LONG AS I HAVE LOT OF MAILS REGARDING THIS.

                                    PLEASE REPLY SO THAT WHOLE INDIA SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS.

                                      When i tell them that pin was not changed, but they said pin has been changed. But when i checked i was facing same issue of charging.

                                      They are doing fraud on the name of service.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I had bought a samsung j7 pro mobile phone from sangeetha pvt ltd, rtnagar, bengaluru, on the 25th of august 2017.

                                        I have always valued samsung highly and trusted every product. But my experience with this phone has drawn me to believe against the above statement.

                                        After 4 months of purchase, on the 16th of jan, a pink spot appeared on the corner of my phone screen. The spot kept spreading and the touch stopped working. I took it to the samsung service center at rt nagar, bengaluru. They said that the repair cannot be done under warranty. They charged 4800 rupees to fix the phone. The screen was okay, but they didn't update my software, which they told they would. Neither did they replace my tempered glass. Also my front screen clarity was damaged after the repair. They also didn't produce a bill after the repair.

                                        Today, not even a month after the repair, the pink spot appeared, again. I took it to the same service centre, again. They casually said that it would cost the same amount, again. I was so upset. I think it was a faulty handset which the service centre damaged more.

                                        I would like a refund or replacement of my mobile phone. I will continue to trust and buy samsung products if the issue is looked into. I have confidence that i will be happy with your services. Looking forward for a quick reply.
