    I have bought the samsung front load washing machine on 14 july 2017 (Product no. Ww60m206lma/tl). I have discovered that the door of machine is not locking and the display is not working. The machine has faced the the same problem two times earlier
    Since the product is still under guarantee period i request you to confirm whether you will arrange for the item to be collected and provide me the new product or reimburse me for the cost of returning it. I am attaching the bill along with this letter.
    I request you to recieving your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within 7 days of date of this letter.

    The damaged part was replaced with a new one by the Samsung engineer. And the assurance is given that the machine will be replaced if same problem will occur further

    The same problem has again occured and this is the fourth time that the machine is not working. Since it is still in guarantee period i want the machine to be replaced or reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

      We bought this samsung refrigerator..in june 2017.. Since then we have major problem of motherboard once..
      They repaired it..
      N now since 2 months we. Facing problems with senser n all..
      After getting replaced the parts very next day again sensers are not working..
      This js disgusting that such know company is making these kinda products..
      N refusing us to even refund and replace.. Though our product is in warranty till now..
      So plzzz give our damn money back..
      We don't evwn want ur product..
      Reply us as soon as possible..

        Samsung mobile model j210 galaxy j2 (4g) - [protected] purchased from m/s. Poorvika mobiles pvt. Ltd, avadi, chennai - 600054 on 08/02/2017 vide invoice no. Si/ava/25829 dt.08/02/2017 for rs.10750/-.

        Surprisingly just after expiry of warranty period i. E.09/02/2018 the mobile is getting switched off automatically and indicating due to over heat.

        Seeing no other alternative the above said mobile given to samsung authorized service center at ambattur on 12/02/2018 (Being 11/02/18 was holiday). The mobile is under checking paying service charges of rs.180/-.

        I would like to know whether at this stage i have to pay the charges of any spares if required to be changed (Software/hardware) or the company will bear the charges to keep maintain the customers relation/satisfaction.

          Dear mr sunil cutinha sir

          This is to inform you that we have been raising the issue of poor quality wash in samsung india since we bought the washing machine, since no one is providing us the solution

          Problem : we are getting white big spots in our winter as well as summer cloths, we had raised this concern several times but no one is able to get it resolved, samsung had changed the parts but still problem persists.

          Customer complaint ref no : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], and last one dated 12 feb 2018 [protected].

          In all these complaints customer care and quality team agreed that type of issue will be there in samsung product, so there statement clears that samsung products are having manufacturing defects in then and no one should buy samsung products.

          But the filed service team is supporting that it is a case of poor quality wash and it is a manufacturing defect in washing machine and samsung should replace the washing machine of should refund us.

          So need refund for the same..

            I have purchased a fridge 4 years back and now it's not working and came to know that it's an issue with compressor. I have lost my fridge bill and the samsung outlet is also closed now from where i have purchased.

            It was a direct samsung out let and it's closed now... Now the service engineer is not considering my product under warranty. But my product is covered 10 years warranty. It's mentioned on my fridge - 10 years compressor warranty.

            Service engineer is also aware that it's within warranty... But he is asking bill copy to work on this request...

              This is regarding my complaint against the poorest service ever imaginable provided to me for repairing my refrigerator.
              Since past few months i have been facing problems related to cooling in my refrigerator. Specifically, the refrigerator had stopped cooling at all.
              Aurhorized service provider had sent their incapable engineers to check it, and even after staggering 6 (Six) repairing attempts, and thousands of rupees which i had to spend, the problem remains unresolved. Latest complaint number is [protected].
              Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Its been two yrs since we gt the tv.a samsung technician told tht fungus has been formed. And he tells the board cannot be replaced.how is it possible to change a branded tv only after two years. ?look into the prob asap. Make sure that the board is been replaced. Cant accept the fact that a branded company would Could come up with such a fault

                While i have discussed my issue over the call with dealer and samsung multiple times, still there is no clarity on status of my request. Hence, i would like to bring together everyone on this email to sort out difference of opinion amongst your update and get some clarity for myself.

                Within a weeks time my refrigerator has stopped working (Model # on bill rr20m172zu2/hl.

                1) dealer wants me to deal directly with samsung as they are not authorized to call samsung direclty (Basis my conversation to manager of sanjay sales).

                2) while engineer visit my house, he identifies a part needs to be changed. When i make a request to replace my fridge as its just a week old fridge and so sooner the part has to be changed, i am asked to deal with dealer.

                3) i call dealer and dealer suggest samsung will not replace this as its not a tv. Upon multiple requests i am told they are in conversation with samsung for getting this replaced but it will take 15 days but confirmation will be given to me on this.

                4) while i spoke to samsung customer service, i am told replacement request has to be mailed from dealers end directly to samsung with in 15 days of purchase. When i carry this conversation with dealer i am told there is no such protocol. Can someone clarify what is the protocol? Everyone is on different page.

                5) now, i received call from engineer who visited my house yesterday, he says part is available and we can repair now. When i updated him that i am in conversation with samsung for getting the fridge replaced, the question was did you speak to dealer? While every time i am directed to dealer for replacement, dealer has an different update. Once again, no one knows the correct protocol completely.

                6) i have called samsung multiple times now, every time i am told we have escalated your issue to senior escalation team and you should receive call back. Who is this senior team? Not even once i have received a call. Every time i have to call for any status.

                Whatsoever, i want my faulty fridge to be replaced on priority as its just a week old and part needs to be changed.

                  I had purchased galaxy on nxt 16gb on 7th feb 2018 and below are my concerns

                  1. For hdfc credit card 10% instant cashback was shown on website which was conveyed to me will be credited within 24hours. But this has not yet been credited.

                  2. Exchange offer was available, which i had opted and no progress on same. None of them has contacted for same.

                  3. Most important thing, i had bought mobile on hdfc emi, which is reflecting on samsung website and same was confirmed by samsung shop too. But actually full amount has been debited to my account. When enquired to samsung shop are not giving any satisfactory answer and when contacted to hdfc bank, they told me it is not emi transaction and full amount has to be paid by me. I need this needs to be resolved on priority.

                      I bought a phone in patna, bihar but the earphone was not working properly. I went to exchange in my city bhagalpur but they didn't have earphones that time. So i had to come to delhi where i recently live and went to the service centre but they said you should have your phone with you here. Silly reason. I really am not satisfied by the service.                           Purchased fully automatic washing machine wa70m4020hp/tl on 31.01.2018. Machine not working since commissioning. It stop at 33 minutes automatically. After 33 minutes nither work nor showing any error.

                            Its been a pathetic service issue from your end as i am being running to your showroom for complaining regarding tv not working and their is null response from your end. I had brought the tv on dated 11.11.2017 from your great eastern center invoice no. G1424/1718/01815. I had been regular touch with the said showroom technical team for resolution but they not listening the same. Finally i found the way to reach to you.                               It is informed that i purchased 2 mobile phone of j7 max on 29.11.2017 from local dealer now i am facing problem in handset while charging my mobile phone has been drained on 92 % battery while charging the phone, i contact numerous time to local service center but till date not resolved my issue they said i require mail from my head office to resolve this issue
                              Sir, i am very sorry not to understand why these guys giving me in trouble i request your good self to please resolve my issue and request them to rectify the problem or change my handset.

                                I bought a uhd samsung mu6470 tv from sarvana stores, chennai on 31st jan 2018. However, the product was delivered at my cost to pondicherry on 5th february 2018. The installation request was made by the seller, sarvana stores. However, the service request was closed and i received a message as successfully and satisfactorily rendered the service.

                                In addition, the agony part is that no customer care no. Is working which are provided by a call centre of samsung, got connected through samsung website.

                                When call, there is no response appropriately. This negligence and carelessness is worse than any government service in a corrupt nation.

                                I think mncs must be chased away from the country unless they render service on par with the service in their home countries. Beware of mncs, they are also in corruption.

                                Now the entire episode is highly corrupt and taken away the complete image of samsung. What is ceo and chairman of samsung are doing. These rascals sit in ac rooms and plans for collecting money from customers without any due diligence and attention towards customers. If it were the government officials, citizen can access to the files and file a complaint.

                                For all readers of these, beware you buy a next samsung product.

                                  Dear sir/ madam,
                                  We are regular buyer of samsung products especially when it comes to washing machine and refrigerator and has never faced any issues in the past for the same and it’s been years that we are using samsung products.
                                  Trusting the name we again bought samsung side by side refrigerator in may 2014 assuming it to be the best available product in the market from vijay sales pune. Since we purchased it we have been facing cooling issues as compared to our refrigerator which was samsung itself (Double door). But we didn’t bother to raise a complaint as we were happy with the appreciation we received from our guests for it to be the best in class. Gradually the cooling kept reducing and after one year we complained about it to the call centre who asked us to adjust temperature manually and we did and assumed it to be working well then which wasn’t the case.
                                  Again after couple of months we raised a complaint in june 2017 then an engineer visited and inspected it for the gas issue and other day two technicians came who were not experienced at all and tried refilling gas which didn’t solve the issue at all they said the cooling might take place till tomorrow and to have patience which we did. The other day again we made a complaint as now the refrigerator was throwing warm air after opening the fridge. The same technicians came and were constantly over the phone with someone afking for what should be done next (They were not even knowing how to deal with the mechanism). Still we waited and watched patiently. Again sitting at our home for whole day the purpose wasn’t solved by them while leaving in the evening they said they will send engineer again tomorrow for checking the issue. On fourth day again an engineer visited and after checking he said it wasn’t a gas issue but something else and late sent other technician who resolved the issue (Temporary) and we paid almost 6000 rupees to engineer and technician for issue resolution. But the cooling issue remained same as we always observed that the meat kept in the freezer was never frozen inspite of it been kept in freezer for 4 days also the ice was melted always and we never got hard ice formed in the freezer although it was kept for weeks inside. But due to our busy life we didn’t have time for follow up with the company which might be our fault.
                                  Now again this is causing major warm issue after the so called paid servicing for over two months and we are not using the freezer section at all only the fridge one which is showing 7degrees but is not that much too.
                                  It’s been over 8 days of my complaint raised but no resolution over the same. Just engineers visited and made no follow ups. I received a call from the head office that they will look into the matter till it get resolved but sad that even they didn’t follow to take the matter seriously.
                                  I believe it to be a manufacturing defect and request for the replacement as the refrigerator is meant for it’s cooling which has never took place appropriately since purchase.
                                  Please do the needful as inconvenience is caused slso after purchasing best in class product.

                                  No action on my said issue have yet taken place only Executive keeps on changing on Telephone asking for time. Last call received by us was by Mr Survesh Kumar who very impolitely and rigidly said that my issue will not be solved by Samsung also when I said to speak with higher Authority he said he is the one and refused to direct me to anyone. Before Mr Survesh I was speaking with Mr Shafi and prior to him it was Ms Divya Paliwal all claimed to be higher Authorities and none helped me. I am literally fed up with the faulty product which is stinking in my house and insects too are increasing inside the Freezer section. Please kindly do something on the priority if possible.                                   The problem is still persisting there has been no permanent resolution it was just temporary. The Executive from Samsung office Ms Divya Paliwal had done the follow up previously and conveyed to approach her directly for any future problem hence we did the same but there is no reply for my Emails and also for the calls. It was said by her if at all the problem occur they will certainly think for replacement.
                                  It is Fasting month for us and we are borrowing cold waster and Ice from neighbours, all are food items have contaminated and have been thrashed. We are literally fed up with this faulty product and regret association with Samsung and assure self and all the buyers for not going for Samsung Products at all.
                                  Request you to kindly put my complaint for the solution on the priority.

                                  Never thought to have such response from a Company once trusted so much. Will never ever opt for Samsung product ever from now onwards. Shame on seller for such a poor Customer Service.

                                    I want to lodge a complaint regarding the mobile phone that i have recently purchased, the first thing is that this model is not available offline but still it is being sold offline and the retailer from whom i have purchased is saying that he had bought this phone offline from some distributor and not providing me the actual price of this phone.
                                    It's online price is 11000 and the retailer has sold us in 12500.
                                    The most important thing i want to mention that mobile doesn't have mrp on its box is hidden there is some liquid applied to cover it.
                                    As this on nxt series is available online only how he can get offline.
                                    Online this phone is 11000 and i bought it in 12500.

                                      I’m owning samsung refrigerator model no: rt32 and series no. 04554za60269t since 7 years. The refrigerator had the cooling issue since past six months. Having since the problem was persistent i had called the customer service provider several times in past six months. The b2x services solutions india pvt ltd and their engineers had visited to my residence to check their fuse and other cooling related issues. The engineers mentioned that the issue was with the fuse and hence it needs to b changed hence after paying a stipulations charges the fuse was replaced. Even though the problem remained persistent. The complaints were again made to the service station where we were asker to keep the refrigerator switched off for few days and then restart it. The same never get resolved and later after after repeated complaints we were asked to give the refrigerator where they didn’t do anything with the refrigerator. Hence i and my family had to suffer a lot. We were to keep p the refrigerator off and open due to which huge food loss had happened to us. Even after we are facing the same kind of problem. The problem didn’t get solved to which we have to suffer a lot.

                                      This complaints made to you require urgent attention and any delay on your part may call for further legal actions agwinst you and your company which deals with the consumer durables business. Kindly consider this letter as my notice to you.in action on your part for 10 days and i shall proceed with legal remedy against you.
                                      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. We want final solution.

                                        I have recently purchased samsung galaxy nxt through flipcart by giving 10, 900 and when i started using on 1st day which was gettting hang and i was not getting proper internet for 2 hours and needed to restart again and again.. Im really disappointed with the brand new mobile... And when i asked replacemnt they want to troubleshoot the mobile first but i dont like to go for troubleshoot beacuse i orderd new mobile i didnt expct this kind...
