Dear all,

Please note that, a girl named Ayesh Mehra call me sudden time and inform me that she is from samsung company and I got a Samsung J7 Prime in just 4000/- and provide her my full address. I gave my address and 18th january 2018 call me her assistant named " Abhiraychand Singh" and tell me that my mobile is dispatched.
I reached to post office and paid, when I open the box it was just a belt and two money bags. I called her she tell me a courier boy will come tomorrow and solve my problm, after that both switched off their number.
I called her again 19th january 2018, she tell me she is not "Ayesha", then call a after while and she said " I am new here, I dont know about this".

    I lived in sydney (Australia) for past 11 years. When i visited india in december, i purchased note 8 from india. There was sticker on box which says that "indian sim card only". Before opening box, i called shop keeper from where i purchased phone inform him that i am going to use this phone in sydney and not india. He informed me that you need to activate with indian sim card first. Make 15 or 20 calls and then it will be unlocked automatically. I used jio sim for about a month in note 8 and was working fine. When i came to australia, and i insert australian sim and phone is asking sim network unlock pin. I contacted shop keeper and he says that it never happen to him before. I contacted samsung australia and they informed that i have speak to samsung india as i made purchase from india. Through live chat, i contacted samsung customer care, and they informed me either to ship back to india or use indian roaming sim card, call for about 5 minutes and then it will be unlocked. To do this, i have purchased international roaming and add balance to it for rs.500 but i cannot make any call. I am very frustrated with this, i spent rs.67900 and i cannot use the phone. Why don't samsung advise me sim network unlock pin so that i can use the phone in sydeny without being shipped back to india. All the details of phone like serial no and imei no listed in the invoice attached.
    If this is not resolved, please ask samsung australia to replace the phone to me. Samsung is an international brand and i switch over from apple to samsung and this is first and bad experience for me.

      I bought samsung washing machine on 2009, full automatic one.. Recently got stuck during washing.. Service engineer came & checked he told its board gone & for new board only 4000rs.. We told him to arrange new one but now he telling that is not available with them.. So guys keep in mind when you going to buy samsung washing machine, you are buying a old model china phone..

        I am rishabh kothari, i have purchase this # phone on 11 nov 2018 and after that, 2 times this phone has went to the service centre, r you serious, i have spent 19000/- on this phone, and its getting hanged so badly, automatically getting restarted, all the experiments are done from the customer care side, but still the same,

        I am having a advise to every one that, please dont waste your money on this # company

          Complaint Reference No. [protected] logged on 17/1/2018 - cooling problem. Engineer came next day, replaced sensor wire. Problem continued, engineer came again, checked & said "no gas leak" but problem with board. Replaced board a few days later and charged me Rs 3500/-.
          Next day, refrigerator STOPPED WORKING. Engineer came again and now said "gas leak"!! Said condenser needs to be replaced - till today (3/2/18), replacement part has not arrived and refrigerator has not been working for 2 weeks. No definitive response from Samsung Service or call centre teams, despite repeated calls.
          Really terrible service and incompetent service team.

            I have raised a complaint long back about problem with my tv.
            The problem was due to panel board and the spare is not available in the market and the tv model is not available in the market.
            I request the team to replace with new tv with similar features or return my money back 100%.
            I have received calls couple of times and request need to undergo multiple approvals.
            I am waiting for the solution. Kindly takeup the issue on priority and do the needful.

              I purchased a new samsung a7 mobile from lulu on 25/08/07 for rs:- 25900/- rupees.. And went to kuwait soon after that. But bot the phone came with manufacturer defect. Whenever i make the call it had eco problems for both incoming and outgoing call. 12-oct-2017 when sent the phone for a replacement to perumbavoor, ernakulam, kerala. Service center. They said they can only do replace within 15 days now..! Now they can only repair it. So i said ok do it and they replaced the board and update the software and everything is ok now. But the same problem still remains. Again on[protected], i went to the samsung service center on perumbavoor and ernakulam. They are saying they can only give a replacement. And on my way from ernakulum to my home.
              I stopped on the left side of the road perumbavoor to pick up a call on my phone.
              While holding the samsung a7 in my right hand.
              A guy came and hit in my bike on the back and the mobile fell into the road and slipped to the left side.
              When stood up and looked if any damage happened to my bike or elsewhere... The other runaway without stopping.
              When i have looked at my phone i found it on the road. It was run over by few tracks and found the phone in a damaged stage. Both sides the glass is broken no display is lid the phone bent a little.

              Please tell is this how samsung treats its customers.

                I had recently purchased a mobile phone from samsung, however even after 4 months i'm yet to receive the promised cashback of rs.4000. I tried contacting samsung's estore however i could not get a reply from them acknowledging the issue and there has been no response for more than 14 days now. I'm disappointed by samsung's sheer lack of will in fulfilling the offers that are promised during the purchase of premium samsung mobile phones.

                  Hi,

                  I am an regular samsung customer but after using galaxy s7, i am feeling like using their flagship product was a mistake. Everything was working fine till the product was in warranty. But everything changed immediately after warranty expired. On very next day after the warranty expired, i got a software update pop up from software update center and i started feeling problems after installing it. Within 24 hours o[censored]pdate my phone died completely and shows no sign of life at all. It is neither booting up nor responding to the charging. I contacted the samsung service center in pune and they asked me to leave the phone for 2 days. After two days i was told that motherborad is dead and i need to pay 15500 inr to get it fixed.
                  When i denied they collected 236 inr to handover me the dead phone. I am totally shocked. First a software update caused a problem immidiatly after the warranty expired and then service center asked for such a huge amount. On top of that they took 236 inr just to give me the dead phone back.
                  It clearly shows how samsung is trying to cheat the customers.
                  The journey that started with samsung galaxy s3 is now ended with galaxy s7 on sour note. I wish samsung keeps their ethics same as they had few years ago and respect their customers. Contact me on [protected].

                    I bought a samsung s8 mobile and unfortunately fell down from my pocket in to the ground and screen cracked.only one time fell down and in the first chance got cracked.
                    SAMSUNG CEO offered an one time screen replacements for the mobiles but the customer care is denied.
                    Nobody is going to crack the screen unless happens.
                    This is a bad scenario from Samsung, and I feel the quality of the screen is very poor.
                    Note 7 was the biggest rubbish in the mobile world.i think s8 and s8 plus have the issue related to screen, and rethink is there any important to buy samsung, even we are getting apple phone, which is handy and good.

                          I bought a samsung galaxy s6 on 23 july 2016 and when i opened the box it had scratches on fingerprint sensor and camera, moreover it had dust in front and real camera module, a brand new device which i opened had dust in it. Clearly a poorly manufactured unit. I visited the the service center and the lady executive checked the device with her eyes and denied the presence of dust.

                          In august 2016, when i insisted to samsung service center manager, he found that it has dust and replaced the camera modules when earlier they could've generated a doa and replaced the poorly manufactured device.

                          Since that day, i'm facing same issues again and again and a complain is registered every month september, october, december, january, march, june. You can check the job sheets if you'll check with my mobile numbers. It clearly means that you people aren't able to fix the issue what's why i'm facing it again and again.

                          It also stopped charging once and i had to get it done correct. As a rough idea, it's camera modules have been replaced 14 15 times.

                          I was promised my one of your manager customer experience, mr. Mouazam ali hakim "hakim. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com" on call, that if i face the same issue again i'll get you a refund or replacement for this device.

                          I've always been given a false promises and false assurances that i'll not face this issue again. Clearly, i was a fool to believe your baseless false talks.

                          I'm facing same issues with camera again and mobile phone is not being charged, it heats up when it is on charging. I'm afraid that it might explode. On the order side, parts are not available in stock to replace and i'm being told that i've to wait for next 20 days. For 20 days, i obviously need to charge device and it only heats up when it is charged, i feel like it's about to explode.

                          I want a refund or a replacement for this poorly manufactured unit as once this device will get out of warranty, i'll still face the same issues just because i purchased a samsung flagship instead of apple or pixel.

                          Terrible experience with you guys and if i'll not be given any refund or replacement, i'll share it on social media and will make sure that all my friends read it and share this terrible service by their friends so that people don't waste their hard earned money on your gadgets.

                            In the year of 2015 I purchased semi automatic washing machine. The details is available in attached sheet.
                            I have changed to Samsung not that the previous washing machine of other manufacturer went wrong but with the fascination of renewing with global branded company.
                            It was running O.K but in the last month(January 2018) I found some defect that the water is continuously leaking from the washing zone and we are unable to hold soap solution in that zone.This is very irritating.
                            The machine was twice attended by Samsung's service engineer but the problem remains.
                            I feel some extra care should be taken to service the machine.
                            I feel the good office Samsung will take care to rectify the problem so that my problem is solved.

                              Have registered complaint to solve the problem in tv. But the service people make another one complaint and they are robbering for higher amount. First i have complaint that the tv is in shutdown status. So they have checked and changed the motherboard after that one small light is blinking in the tv. While i have enquired he said that panel to be changed for rs.15000/- by the confidence of samsung service people we are registering complaint but they are sending the people who dont know anything. Very same about their service. This is the first way am registering complaint after that i know where i can made the complaint in court. I have recorede your service in my mobile

                                I ordered samsung refrigerator on flipkart on 17.12.17, received the same on 29.12.17. On the demo day i. E. On 30.12.17, in front of service engineer – the fridge was unpacked and when the fridge was started, on the front temperature setting panel, 2°c was blinking. The service engineer consulted another engineer for 5~10 minutes and tried many things to set-it-right. Finally fridge started working.
                                The details of the refrigerator are as below:

                                On around 15.01.18, again the fridge started same type of problem. The freezer compartment was not cooling enough and the fridge portion was not working.

                                Discussed the same with samsung customer care on 16.01.18 and all the steps told by the technical expert were followed, even the fridge was kept off with both the doors open for more than 24hrs. But the problem remained unresolved. On 18.01.18, samsung engineer visited my home to check and found that the fridge motor is not working and also suggested that its motor and electronic board needs to be replaced.

                                Also when the fridge was unboxed, there was a pressed mark on the side of the fridge which was noted by commissioning engineer also but we ignored the same in the faith on samsung.

                                Further observed on 20.01.18 the freezer compartment of the refrigerator was also not working.

                                Same was with discussed with service engineer at bharuch (Which samsung has referred to for this problem).

                                The problem started with the refrigerator on around 14.01.18 when i contacted samsung customer care also for technical assistance (Reference nos. – [protected] (16.01.18), [protected] (17.01.18), [protected] (18.01.18), [protected] (18.01.18), [protected] (19.01.18), [protected] (20.01.18), [protected] (21.01.18), [protected] (25.01.18).

                                Now in the present condition, neither fridge, nor freezer compartment of the refrigerator is working. With almost complete refrigerator (Both fridge & freezer motors and electronic board) not working within such a short duration (~ 15 days) of operation, i requested samsung to replace the complete fridge at the earliest.

                                Samsung agreed to replace the refrigerator on 25.01.18 with alternate model. I cross-checked the alternate model and found price of alternate model is less by rs. ~3000 than my present refrigerator as mentioned on sammsung web-site. However samsung head office person was telling that both are having same price. I said to him that i can send the snap-shots of the comparison, but he said he does not have any mail id where i can send him snap. I asked him to send me comparison mail to me, he said he will call after consulting senior. But he did not called me back on the whole day.
                                On 27.01.18, again a call came from head office and i said to provide me half an hour and i will confirm for alternate model. Again he did not called me back till 28.01.18.
                                I got a call on 29.01.18 and i told them if same model is not available, then replace with alternate model. But this time they said they any alternate model is also not available and now they can refund the invoice amount.

                                Meanwhile i was being contacted by vadodara sales dept persons also and i discussed whole problem with them.

                                I said to vadodara sales dept that i purchased during offer at a price of rs. 42499 and its actual mrp as per samsung web-site is rs. 59500. So i am ready either to replace the refrigerator or refund me mrp mentioned on samsung web-site i. E. Rs. 59500. This is because i am suffering for my refrigerator not working for last 15 days now and if i purchase new refrigerator, it will cost more.

                                Now samsung is not agreeing in both the cases and insisting me to agree for refund of rs. 42499. I said to them why i should bear loss even when i am suffering with this refrigerator, let samsung to bear the loss as every time there is lack of response/coordination from samsung which had cost non-availability of refrigerator stock.

                                Two things i want to highlight which are very critical:
                                1. Bharuch samsung service centre people insisted me to provide cancelled cheque, bank pass-book copy and a letter mentioning to get replacement/refund to put my request to replacement of refrigerator. But they were not able to provide me any company's authorized document/letter where it was mentioned to get all these details from the customer. However, i provide all these details as i did not have any other option to get replacement. I clearly told to them that i don't want refund, only replacement is required.
                                2. For my problem resolution, there were three depts. Contacting me – phone customer care, email through samsung site and bharuch service centre. But there is complete lack of co-ordination among three dept. All started to contact me separately and no one knows what other dept talked to me. So every i had to coordinate at all three places.

                                With too many loopholes in the replacement procedure from the samsung, i am the sufferer. Please help to resolve the matter.

                                  Samsung Evo 500gb Solid State Drive s/n s33dxn0j907277 purchased on Amazon on 8th Dec 2017, burned out on first install when recd on 13th Dec 2017. After writing to samsung customer care email, they made me wait more than 40 days for a reply and outright denied warranty on Jan 31st 2018.

                                  Now i am left with a dead product that never worked due to manufacturing defect.

                                  No replacement/repair, offered. Basically all SUPPORT Denied. Fraud Behaviour.

                                  Need a brand new replacement or refund.

                                    I, sameer azad, have a refrigerator samsung model rt 50h5809sl/2014 i had lodged a complaint with customer care. The issue was resolved with a sensor being replaced, soon i found the cooling was not there in lower compartment. Again the engineer came and told me that a fan has to be replaced, i paid advance amount. It was informed within 5-6 days i will recieve it and my problem will be solved.
                                    On[protected] i called the service center to ask for the update and they informed me that the part will be take another week.
                                    I am very disappointed at the way this is being handled.in a metropolitan city like mumbai they are askin me for bloody 10-12 days for replacement is this justified. As you are aware every perishable product is stored in a refrigerator how am i supposed to manage. What is the fun of trusting a company like samsung. It would hardly take 2 days for a courier service to deliver the product, if the company could not bear the expenses they would have informed and i would volunteer for it. But the inconvenience, mental trauma is overbearing. I have suffered at your end.

                                      I, kunal khetwani have purchased 3 led tv's of samsung (1, m5000 - 43 inches and 2 m5000 - 40 inches) on 22nd october 2017 from rahi electronics situated at goregaon (West) mumbai, deliveries of which i got on 9th november 2017 despite paying 100% payment upfront. I was assured to get samsung wireless bluetooth headphones worth rs. 2500/- with each tv as a diwali offer.

                                      After following up with the dealer of rahi electronics, mr. Mahesh, he repeatedly told me that samsung has not provided the free accessories to him and that he is following up with the company to arrange the same. After the dealer stopped responding to my msgs and phone calls, i started following up with samsung india. My first call was made on 18th january 2018 where i spoke to ms. Bhavya - call reference # [protected] and was told that my case will be escalated and i will receive a call from samsung. I again called on 20th january 2018 and spoke to ms. Preeti - call reference # [protected] and was told the same thing. Since i did not receive any response i called again on 22nd january 2018 and spoke to mr. Yash and mr. Wasim raja from the escalation team - call reference # [protected] and i was again assured that management team will connect with me. On 25th january 2018, i called again and spoke to ms. Pooja from the escalation team - call reference # [protected] and this time i was told that i will get a call back within 24 hours but no response yet again. Today, on 31st january 2018, i spoke to mr. Atul from the escalation team and he was brutally rude and unprofessional.

                                      I am shocked to see the way you'll have treated a client with complete ignorance, arrogance, screw up attitude and unprofessionalism. Its been more than 12 days and no one has bothered to return my call despite being deeply agitated and several complains.

                                      This is my final reminder before i blow it up on social media. If i do not get my accessories which was committed to me, i shall not be responsible for the brand damage of samsung.

                                        Dear team,
                                        I had purchased c9 pro after pre booking and on scheme of screen replacement @ 990/- on february 22, 2017 after prebooking on 07.02.17 from yash enterprises. Copy of the bill is attached herewith.
                                        The screen of the phone broke in first week of october 2017 and since then i have been constantly travelling to the service centre and the store to get the same repaired. Finally around 10 days back the service centre received the broken phone but refuses to repair on the scheme. Copy of the job sheet is attached herewith.
                                        Since last 3 and half months i am constantly requesting the store and service centre to replace the damaged screen on the pre booking offer.
                                        I am losing my patience now.
                                        I hereby request you to kindly arrange for the screen replacement at the earliest, failing which i will knock on the required forum.
