Hi my name is parsuman dobhal, this is with regard to samsung handset note 2 which i bought at 30000/- plus almost 5year back, last year when i check for resale value they said 5000/-, i had a issue with its software where its showing samsung logo on screen but not able to switch on, i had given to samsung service center at jayanagar 4th block, 1st floor, and paid 150/- as advance amount for service, after 30 minutes i received a call saying i need to pay 10400/- as mother board has gone, not able to understand all the smart phone are available at below 10k with all the feature, in fact same samsung mobile is available in this range, then on what logic and basis they are asking me to pay 10400/ for repairing the mobile, this is completely cheating with customer. Please find the below details

My samsung mobile is in guaranty and had a minor fault and care asked for 10000 rupees for sparepart changing.
It was just a minor fault and should be solved out.
care asked for sparechange for 10000.
I get it repaired for just 200 rupees from market.

I arrived india few hours ago and i made all necessary inquiries regarding immediate release of your parcel containing your winning amount and other items presently held at the custody of your country airport authority at the diplomatic security warehouse for proper clearing which includes vat and duty charge which totals to 21, 700 indian currency which i believe you were informed.

      Sir i can purchase samsung j7 pro mobile this mobile display lightley black i can show this mobile ur samsung customer service center but he says this is physicalley damage but my mobile display no breakege no scraches but how is is get possible to physically damage... Customer service center empliyes says pay the money and change ur mobile display... Why i can pay the money this is ur companey manufacture problem ao u need jusies of me or otherwise i need complaint through consumer court in mandya...         I've had my note 8 from a couple of months now. However, from the past 4-5 days, even i take the s-pen out there is a stench to it. It smells like something has been burnt inside. So, i went to the service centre here in hyderabad (Paradise circle). I have my phone to them and after 5-6 hours the guy says we have no idea what it is about. And he started balming it on me. I asked for the technician and the technician said that there might be a problem inside the s-pen compartment and he'd replace the screen. Everything was fine till this point. Today when i called them, they told me that they asked to someone and because "i said i put some liquid inside" (Which i never said, and they're was no liquid in it) they'll let me know if they're going to fix the screen as they told me they would. I didn't pay 68, 000 to get this kind of service. I really hope someone is going to reach out to me regarding this issue!

        My micro oven was not working I called Samsung engineer for repair.he took micro oven on 27-11-17 and till now i have not received my micro oven back. I will reminded him several times .but I have not got any satisfying reply .

          Customer needs to pay 250 inr extra to get a bill for a tempered glass of samsung's galaxy note 8 and collect the bill the next working day from store.
          Incase, the customer refuses to pay extra for bill. The store manager pulls away the glass from the device with an obstinate attitude and thereby creating a mishap scene at the samsung's official store.

          Greetings for the day.​​​​​​
          Purchased Samsung’s prime and flagship product i.e. Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8 on 26/01/18 at 9pm from Samarth Lifestyle Retailing Pvt. Ltd, Ambience Mall, Gurugram, India[protected], a franchise of Samsung India Mobile. The customer handling of sales executive was so professional and sophisticate it made me to buy another phone ( Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro) and a wireless charger for Samsung Note 8.
          When I returned back home, I had found some manufacturing defects when looked closely and reported immediately to the shop (PFA email to store) in around 3 hours from purchase time.

          On visiting the shop next day, the phone was inspected by the sales executive after removing the tempered glass from the phone.
          Then, I was told to visit the service centre and i rushed to Advance Technology, Gurugram customer service centre from the shop in Ambiance mall.
          After reaching the service centre, the manufacturing defect was identified and addressed immediately by the representative. Even though I had to wait for approximately frustrating 2-3 hours to get the DOA finally regarding the manufacturing defects from Mr. Ashish
          I went back to Samarth Lifestyle Retailing Pvt. Ltd, Ambience Mall, Gurugram and got a replaced phone.

          The store manager Mr. Pawan Kumar was dressed unprofessionally and with an obstinate attitude, felt like being in local general store.
          Mr. Pawan Kumar also stated that you (customer) should be thankful that he gave a new product as the company only says to repair the product by customer service centre once sold by the retail shop and the shop is NO MORE RESPONSIBLE for the sold product.
          Is it really so, a customer is paying 67900/- INR to get the phone with a manufacturing defect ? This is for what Samsung, a reputed brand in the market is known for. Is this kind of quality checks are done by Samsung on its flagship phone?

          Now I had to get the another tempered glass for the new replacement phone so I asked for the discount from Mr. Pawan Kumar. He provided me the discount for the Samsung genuine tempered glass and priced it to be of 750/- INR. However, I was not sure if it was really the Samsung’s genuine tempered glass but I agreed to pay as I was buying it from Samsung’s Official Store. Then, the tempered glass was fixed on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
          Finally it was time to pay for the tempered glass, I moved to the billing counter and while paying Rs. 750, Mr. Pawan Kumar asked me to give cash, which I agreed and asked for a bill for this payment.
          He insisted that you need to pay Rs. 1000/- (750/- for tempered + 250/- for the bill) in order to qualify for the bill and get the bill next day. He asked me to pay Rs. 250/- extra to get a bill (to be provided on another visit), which I refused and he was stubborn on this statement. Is it like buying flagship product of Samsung from Samsung’s official store, visiting the service centre and the store, the very next day for the replacement. Now I have to visit on another day to get the bill for tempered glass.
          Does it needs 3 days visit to get the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, the so called flagship product.

          I told him that as per our agreement I will pay only 750/- for this tempered glass and I expect the bill from your Samsung store. I think he was doing some kind of black marketing in the Samsung official store by selling the products with Samsung tag and that too without bill. There won’t be surprise, if he is doing the black marketing of Samsung phone in Samsung Store.

          Then he arrogantly removed the tempered glass from my phone creating a mishap scene in front of his staff as well as other customers in the shop (PFA video).

          In my humble opinion, please stop selling products which the brand cannot take care of. I was expecting to be a prime customer to purchase such prestigious phone from Samsung.
          You guys ruined mine as well as my family’s long weekend by such unprecedented act of misconduct and unprofessionalism attitude.
          I could not “DO BIGGER THINGS” but “DID BIGGER FALLACIES” buying this product.
          I can NEVER recommend Samsung products to my family and friends.

          Please, take this product (note 8) as well as the products back which I purchased at same shop, same time, namely, Galaxy C7 PRO (Invoice Serial No. GSL-2921, PFA Invoice) and Samsung’s Wireless Charger (Invoice Serial No. GSL-2915, PFA Invoice).

          I am still absorbing the fact that SAMSUNG is selling products with such adamant, noncooperative and peevish attitude, even if I customer did nothing wrong, except purchasing the product from a SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED retail shop.

            My service order is [protected]. The complaint was registered on 26.1.18. Two executive turned up but no one rectified the problem. I was assured that it will be attended on 28.1.18 but today no one turned up and now your executive / supervisor is now taking call. Pl get it attended on priority. It was my first experience with the service of samsung and so far it is really terrible. I am surprised they way you people deal with customer. Hope my complaint will be attended shortly.

                This is a big frustrating and very bad customer service i have seen in my life. Samsung india is a stupid company and always cheat with every indian citizen.

                I have purchase a new led tv 43’ on june 2017.in next month i saw few spots on the screen and it got increased day after other. Now i am seeing lines on the screen.

                I called customer care and one service engineer visited. He declared this is a physical damage and couldn’t be fixed free of cost.

                I totally disagree with his assumption and tried to contact the highest level possible in samsung india. But nothing helped me. The most pathetic situation was there customer care. They never gave me right advice anytime.

                Hence i decided to pay rs. 23000 and get my tc fixed. They took the advance money and commited to fix in 5 days. But never showed up and giving excuses that the panel is coming through road transport. Why should i care, if they sending it through road or air. If i have paid and if they have commited, they should be fixed it on time.

                Finally i have decided not to get it fixed and will go for other product of other company.

                Who ever is reviewing this page, i would appel not to buy any samsung products.

                  My name is himanshu five months ago i bought the galaxy j2 pro. The device works great, but on 23rd morning all of it sudden i saw a my earphone not working i always keep my phone safely. Sir i called to customer care many times and also mailed to customer support, they said yor are not aligible for change earphone only one time in 6months otherwise u have to pay for it. Sir i don't understand how my phone earphone not working without falling down or any accident. I am big fan of smasung but now its feel very disappointed.

                    I bought c7 pro sansung mobile on 21 dec 2017 for around inr 24, 900/-. And observed that it has got wi-fi range issue. I went to service centre in kharadi, pune but they updated the software of the phone and said it would resolve the issue. But the situation remains the same, i need to sit very close to modem, if i go 4-5 steps far, it doesn't catch. I thought it's a problem with my wi-fi modem. Have got that checked as well but my other mobiles are not having that issue. Now i have been following up with support. [protected]@samsung.com but they are only responding as i need to visit service centre again. Why should i keep on visiting service centre in just 15 days of purchase of mobile. I am asking for the refund of my money but they are not responding. Please help me to take this case further.

                      My name is love kaushik. Five months ago i bought the galaxy j7 pro. The device works great, but on 23rd morning all of it sudden i saw a few small patches on the screen and after a few hours the spots the stains began to spread on the screen. My phone never falls down. I always keep my phone safely. Sir i called to customer care many times and also mailed to customer support, they said your screen is broken, you have to pay for it. Sir i don't understand how my screen is broken without falling down or any accident. I am big fan of smasung but now its feel very disappointed.

                      Please its very humble request you to please help me out with this problem. Please consider this in my warranty as its only five months.

                        I purchased Samsung refrigerator from M/s Bombay electronics, Ajmer Shop in NOV-2017. Its freezing in the lower compartment. all the material keeping in this compartment ( like vegetables, milk etc.) I complaint about it to Shopkeeper as well as Samsung service center online. But they did not repair it as on date and material is under warranty period. The response from both Shopkeeper & Samsung service center is very poor. I am bothered with this problem . all the material is wasted wherever keep inside the fridge becomes frozen / not usable.

                            I'm divanshu kapoor purchased a samsung j7 prime ([protected]/01) & sn - (Rz8jb1dzedr) from shrii communication but recently, i observed that there camera was very low resolution and week than other same handset of samsung j7 prime, after that i show my issue to samsung service centre (No 5b/5, b p railway road, nit, faridabad, haryana, 121002) but they does not agree with my issue, there is such a bad review of samsung pvt ltd. Its my humble request to solve this

                              In all correspondence with me samsung marketing division invariably uses my name without an honorific, namely prof or dr. Sirs, we live in a country where addressing senior citizens (I am 77-years) with bare surnames is considered rude or familiar. My repeated requests not to be so inconsiderate have fallen on deaf years.

                                  Nature of Complaint: Please note the following:
                                  Problems with my Samsung A9Pro device have been going on since last September. These problems were:
                                  BATTERY DRAINING VERY FAST
                                  CHARGING TAKING LONG TIME EVEN IN SWITCHED OFF MODE
                                  OVERHEATING OF THE INSTRUMENT SO MUCH THAT IT COULD NOT BE HELD AGAINST THE EAR WHILE ON CALLS!!!
                                  ALL THESE IN A PHONE BOUGHT IN JAN 2017, WITHIN WARRANTY AND LESS THAN EVEN 12 MONTHS OF PURCHASE!!!
                                  I have visited your Borivali West Samsung Gallery (operated by Realm Marketing, from where I bought my device as well as many other devices) and complained them many times. They tried to help me but the solution was not effective.
                                  Finally, I was forced to submit my phone to your Service Centre in Borivali, which I did in December. First time they formatted the phone and re-installed your latest software version. BECAUSE THE REASON FOR MY PROBLEM WAS DIAGNOSED AS SOFTWARE UPGRADE RELATED ISSUE!
                                  However, my issue did not get resolved and again I had to submit the phone to your service centre WITHIN A WEEK; whereby IT WAS AGREED BY YOUR SERVICE CENTRE PERSONNEL, THERE WAS A HARDWARE ISSUE AND AS SUCH MY PHONES ENTIRE MOTHERBOARD AND BATTERY WAS REPLACED! I EVEN BOUGHT YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY AS WAS ASSURED THAT THE SERVICE CENTRE HAD RESOLVED MY PROBLEMS!!
                                  WITHIN 2 DAYS OF REPLACING THE HARDWARE THE SAME PROBLEMS CONTINUED, IN FACT THEY BECAME MUCH WORSE: THE INSTRUMENT ITSELF STARTED DISPLAYING THE MESSAGE ON SCREEN: "TEMPRATURE IS TOO HIGH" WHEN TRIED TO MAKE CALLS OR EVEN USE THE CAMERA

                                  ​IT IS BECAUSE OF THESE ABOVE HIGHLIGHTED POINTS THAT I HAVE RESUBMITTED THE INSTRUMENT AS THERE IS THREAT TO MY HEALTH AND LIFE IF I CONTINUE TO CARRY AND ATTEMPT TO USE THE INSTRUMENT​ IN IT'S EXISTING CONDITION!!!

                                  EITHER I HAVE TO STOP USING THE PHONE OR TAKE THE RISK OF THE PHONE BURSTING IN MY FACE OR PALM OR POCKET!!!

                                  I HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO CLEARLY UNDERSTAND NOW THE PERIL I FACE USING YOUR "HIGH END" AND EXPENSIVE PHONE!!

                                  YOUR OWN STATEMENTS CONTRADICT THE FINDINGS AGREED UPON BY YOUR SERVICE CENTRE TEAM!!! IF THERE WAS NO ISSUE WITH THE PHONE WHY WAS THE SOFTWARE NEEDED TO GET UPGRADED ONLY AT THE SERVICE CENTRE AND WHY WAS THE HARDWARE CHANGED?????

                                  SO, PLEASE DON'T DENY THAT THERE WERE PROBLEMS IN THE INSTRUMENT!!! AND IF YOU SAY THE SAME HAVE BEEN RESOLVED NOW BEYOND ANY DOUBT, PLEASE GAURANTEE MY SAFETY ON USING THE PHONE!!! I WILL COLLECT THE SAME ONLY ON RECEIPT OF SUCH A GAURANTEE FROM YOUR SIDE!!! AM I ASKING FOR TOO MUCH???

                                  I AM SUFFERING EVEN AFTER PAYING A HEFTY PRICE TRUSTING SAMSUNG AS A BRAND AND BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!

                                  MY SO-CALLED "HIGH END PHONE" HAS BEEN IN AND OUT OF YOUR SERVICE CENTRE FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW AND I HAVE TO USE YOUR LOWER END J7 (OLD) AS STAND-BY WHICH ALSO HAS THE SAME APPS INSTALLED AS MY A9PRO. YOUR STANDBY ISN'T GIVING ME ANY SUCH PROBLEMS BUT IT HAS LOWER RAM, LESSER STORAGE, OLDER ANDROID VERSION AND LESSER FEATURES COMPARED TO THE PHONE FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID A GOOD AMOUNT!!!

                                  I HAVE MADE MORE TRIPS TO YOUR STORE AND SERVICE CENTRE IN THE LAST MONTH THAN MY OFFICE, HAVING TO BEAR LOSS OF PAY FOR THE SAME!!

                                  IF YOU WANT TO DO TRIAL AND ERROR WITH ME USING ME AS A GUINEA PIG TO TEST THE DEFECTIVE HAND-PIECE AFTER EVERY REPAIR, I REFUSE TO OBLIGE!!

                                  IF YOU STILL MAINTAIN YOUR STAND OF NOT REPLACING MY A9 PRO OR GIVING ME DUE REFUND FOR ALL THESE HARASSMENT, NEITHER ARE YOU WILLING TO ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY IF ANYTHING HAPPENS DUE TO THE ABOVE ISSUES PERSISTING IN THE PHONE, I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT AND CLAIM MY DAMAGES!!!

                                  PLEASE ONLY REVERT TO ME IN WRITING WITHIN 2 DAYS, ELSE WILL BE CONSTRAINED TO TAKE THIS MATTER FORWARD WITH CONCERNED AUTHORITIES AND EXPOSE THE SAME OVER SOCIAL MEDIA FOR BENEFIT OF OTHER SAMSUNG CUSTOMERS!!!

                                  Samsung is lying - they have not been able to identify the problem, hence there is no resolution yet.

                                  After paying for a high end device (approx Rs.33, 000/-) I am still using their sub-standard replacement model Samsung J7 (old model) as my A9 Pro is still in their service centre, which I refuse to collect as there are chances of the phone bursting while in use or being carried in my pocket.

                                  Samsung is failing to provide any guarantee for even their under-warranty piece nor ready to accept any liability. If they claim resolution has been provided, I ask them to accept the problem in writing and guarantee the resolution - WHICH THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO!!

                                  THEN HOW IS THE RESOLUTION VALID?????

                                    I have bought a samsung tv m5570. When tv delivered and being open by store person it has showing lines in part of a tv 5mins after the delivery i lodge a complaint, person came he check the connection, problem was still showing. He than connected the tv to usb pendrive and checked still the problem was same the whole day after several attempt of checking connections. He said he will proceed the same for replacemnt. We shut down the tv and started following up with store. Than samsung technician came and switched it on the tv next day afternoon problem been disappear. And he claims tv is fine. Since than we are following up with store and with samsung for the same but it seems like samsung is no more intrested in consumer satisfaction. We had not accepted the product since it has been delivered and asking for replacement but they are refusing it and sending technicians again again. And claiming tv is fine. We are saying okay if you are saying tv is okay than give us assurity that this product is fine and same problem will not happen again. But again no from samsung. One side they are saying product is fine but other side denying to give assurance. Neither tv has been installed nor being given us demo. Me and my whole family trusted samsung only, for all appliances but loosing the trust.
                                    If this msg is reachiing to someone responsible and concern about consumer satisfaction please help. Pls dont force consumer to accept the product they are not happy with. We need replacement or assurance. Please help us as we are tired of complaining and explaining ourselfs since long.

                                    Dear team,
                                    I am more likely unsatisfied with kohinoor showroom. As the time of buying the product they ensured me that anything happens, store will replace the product, dont worry mam(witness by one of my freind). But when i received defected on arrival/problematic product on arrival they denied for any services. And Manager of the showroom even stated " mam we can not do anything as samsung is denying to replace and its not our responsibility" . Their intensions were of i have bought samsung product i need to deal with samsung as their reponsibilities ends after receiving the payment. I chose this way of dealing because the conversation with the manager of store was not convincing and was rude.
                                    Further, more liekly if the product have any problem on its arrival and witnessed by store person store can replace the product. But they are not intrested to resolve it internally if the customer is not happy aceepting the product. And putting everything on samsung. I would request you to bring this request to kohinoor head office as i am unable to reach at them.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      Please highlight this issue to samsung quality control head that product are delivered for sale without proper qc checks. I bought samsung 415 ltr. (Rt42m553esl/tl... Serial no :0f5t4daj800876l) refrigerator from croma noida on dated 21st jan 2018 (Invoice number : sla[protected]. However next day post installation it was not working, so installation team called technician who identified that pcb board is faulty. My question is how samsung quality team is doing their work before delivering product to customer without all these checks whether product is working or not. And on the top of croma guys offered me another refrigerator. But i denied because i dont have trust anymore either on croma and samsung.

                                        On 3 january i went to one of samsung service centre name amplified communications, where i had given my phone for repairing.. But on 24 janaury they told me that i they can't fixed my phone and they will have to check the motherboard... My phone issue was loose and charging problem... They made me wait for around 20 days without any progress or repairment... And charge me service money when i want my phone back... Is this fair...
