My mobile repair was denied due to physical damage. But my mobile didnt got damged. It was denied by agra samsung service centre saying dat mobile pocket me daalne se tut gaya hoga. Is dis your disgusting reason. Pls consider my request otherwise consumer court would be last option for me to get justice.sir i sware phn was nt physicaly damaged and neither damaged is shown smwhr in phn even a bit...spot was earlier small lik pin point it get larger day by day now covering half phphn...ma frnds are making jok of samsung by saying dabba phn nhi chla na...i sware samsung is ma fav company bt this it make me feel down.down...u tel me how can pin or some larger than pin point spot can come in physical damage...plz i dont wanna go further with this complaint..plz btr resolve it with this complain nly...othwis we will meet in consumer court i...as i m practising in Distt court .hoping for gud rply...btr ask ur service center to fix ma prblm bcs i hv nt damaged it intentionally or unintentionally...

    I was trying to order an AFC charger from Samsung Online Store on 1 Nov'2017. I selected UPI as a mode of payment and the amount Rs. 799 was deducted from my account but the transaction was unsuccessful. I had to reorder that charger and this time the transaction was successful with the help of a credit card.
    The first amount is not refunded still despite following up for more than 2 months. I have a confirmation from bank that the amount has been credited in merchant's account and samsung is not refunding the amount now.

      I have a smsung phone (Model j500f/do) (Serial no. Rz8gbokcodm) imei no.35672/07/671582/0.
      This was purchased about 2 years back. For last 15 days or so i was not able to receive ring tones and notification sounds, but i was able to call or receive incoming calls. The internet and all other services like hot spot etc, were working normally.
      In order to get the phone corrected for ring tone and notification sound i went to your service center on tonk road jaipur. On this i was told that the software needs to be updated and on my approval soft ware was updated. After this the ring tone is back to normal (Invoice no.[protected] date 13/01/2018). Internet is also working, but the hot spot is not working. I again went to service center for non working of hot spot but they say that mother board needs to change for which rs, 6000/ will be charged. I fail to understand when earlier (Except ringtone) everything is working but after service hot spot is non functional and why should mother board needs to be replaced. This is either manufacturing defect or some problem with your software.
      May pl. Look into this. It reflects badly on your company products.

      I purchased samsung s8 plus but there correct services is not there in warangal and they are creating problems and my mobile still in there hand several time they opened and fitting

        I bought galaxy s8 plus. Samsung company told me that phone is water resistance. But when i used it to took picture it stop working and water went inside couse my phone stop working and i went to service center and they said i have to pay rs 42000/- i don't understand when my phone is water resistance and its in under guaranty period why should i pay that huge amount. I have paid 65000/- for this phone your company making costumer fool.

          Really not happy with samsung even by paying rs 50000/- refrigerator. (Bill dtd 08.05.2014 enclosed)
          Last year gas recharged.
          This year again suddenly it comes to shut down condition.
          After several follow up person came and said compressor is not working, need replacement.
          Bought with ten year compressor warranty, but company is not replacing.
          Asking us a simple sticker to be provided, how can customer keep a paper sticker for 10 years.
          Warranty is given for money, which we had paid.
          Need to understand reliability of company.
          Why should we buy samsung, if they are not able to satisfy customer.
          Maruti is committed for 10 years parts replacement, but even after 15 years they are providing spare parts that too only by availability of vehicle not by stickers.
          Record keeping responsibility lies with samsung.

            Dear sir/man my mobile number is [protected] and mara pas samsung j7 prime phone ha only 3 month old mobile lane ka 15 days ka bad hi problem ana start ho gaya or mana 31/12/2017 ko service centre laka repair karaya lakin next day phir o hi same problem ana start hogaya ab to ma eia phone laka dukhi ho gaya ab to mugha replacement chaia nahi to ma consumer court ma case file kardunga mara pas itna time nahi ha ki ma har week jaka service centre ma 2hr barbad karu. Dear sir kal 14/01/2018 ma service centre mobile laka gaya tha unhona mother bord change kia but still not resolve my mobile problem. Service centre name hcl pvt ltd eng name kanchan pathak counter no 25 she give me a number but number not working please call me [protected] now i call mr umang upadhay 3 time.             Hii m using j7 2015 please update it into nought version

            Network Issue after upgrade to Nougat
            After upgrade my Samsung J7(2016) to Android Nougat i faces network issue .In my phone internet was not working properly and faces issue while calling .Plz provide the solution as asap.

              Hi i am dr kribakaran from chennai. I purchased samsung s8+ on 13.07.2017 earlier i was using apple6+. When asked the difference and advantage of samsung s8+ over apple i was told rather promised that samsung s8+ is fire roof water proof and has a glass or screen that never breaks. I was convinced and bought this phone. However i was happy with the performance but just last week while taking my phone out of my pocket (Trousers pocket) it fell down in my home. I was completely shocked and shaken to see my phone screen has developed crack in 2 places. Such a short distance that too an accident therefore it was not a powerful drop too. For that the screen is gone.
              What is more awful was your customer care in chennai and the ones i spoke over phone. I understand physical damage may not be covered under warranty but how could a phone so expensive and promising break for such a small fall from such a short distance. They say i have to pay ₹17500/ for replacing the screen. But all your advertisements say that the phone was double tested for fall and water proof. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=aH8YTQaA7qo. this is one of your advertisement which ensures that the phone is super safe from fall. I want a solution for this at the earliest.
              If my screen is not getting replaced i will make sure i fight this out in the consumer forum.

                I purchased just last month 4k 43inch uhd, why is 4k uhd looks brighter from the side. I observed when i watched it from the side. I don't find this problem in any other samsung tv's. But y only this. I am really disappointed after paying so much, did not get any pleasure of watching tv. Pls look at the difference the first pic is from side and second one from front.

                Looks brighter than the actual colour from front. Its really not worth. How come there be difference from the side view when other TV's are not having such problems. I will never thought I would get cheated/disappointed from such good brand. I am regretting from this a lot even after paying more than LG and Sony Bravia with same configuration.

                Samsung 43 inch, 4k UHD 108 cms model # 43MU6100. Paid 68 k purchased from Samsung exclusive showroom, thinking it will be a good product, but later I realised that it has the problem in the side view looks blur in this model as you go to right or left side, when we check with Samsung service or customer care they say it's the feature present in the Model & not the problem. then y should they produce such product & realize to market. Samsung being such big co. who have done lot of R&D to bring the product to the market, why they have gone wrong in it. How they can expect every one to sit in the front & watch the TV which has good picture quality only from front & bad which is blur from the sides & if it's an old movie which will less resoultion will look completely blur & can't see the pictures clearly. It's completely a disappointed product. The customer will be innocent or will have nill knowledge about the product they go thinking with UHD & paying so much they will be given a better product. I Strongly recommand Indian Consumer Complaints team to review the product & please stop this product manufacturing & selling them in the market. I am regreting after buying this product & i don't wont other customer to feel the same or disappointed after buying this product. Please take necessary action as soon as possible before other customer face the same issue.

                  Sir, from the very first day i started using my phone its getting hacked. Its getting off soon as i start to use. While charging its start flickering and it get off. Battery life is also very poor. I given my phone to the kottayam samsung showroom. But they return back saying they are not supposed to take risk. What do i do now to get my phone replaced.

                    Purchased a j7 pro in the month of august, 2017. Suddenly i saw a spot in it and when i visited the service centre they said that they can't cover this in warranty and i need to pay for it. I even called samsung toll free no. And they said the decision of service centre is the final one. Why shall we pay when the fault was not from our side and also there was a same case brought in the service centre regarding j7 pro. They don't accept their fault. Never gonna recommend samsung to anyone. Being a student spending a huge amount of money is next to impossible for me.

                      Complaint against washing machine bought 8 years before, model wa82asl, purchase date 03.02.2011.

                      Sir,

                      Recently my house main elcb (Earth leakage circuit breaker) tripped intermittently. Electrician found it after a continuous inspection that the samsung washing machine causes tripping.

                      I called the authorised customer care centre on 5.1.2018 and registered a complaint & request no is :[protected]

                      On 6.1.2018 a service engineer visited and switched on the washing machine and started washing on 112 min, but when it reached 53 min elcb tripped. After inspection he found that main panel and all other circuit are working but the earth wire kit is damaged because of oldness. I registered a complaint again for the earth wire kit. A service man came on 8.1.18 and started removing the main panel, i reminded him that the earth wire kit is the issue, but he changed the panel wires and said this will rectify issues. After service when he switched on panel too was not working, and he was advising me that it's 8 years old now this will not work again, better to buy a new one. Again i contacted customer care & request no is :[protected] then the authorized service center call me & said such earth wire kit is not available and advised me to buy a new washing machine. Again i called customer care the initiate complaints but till no action has been taken.

                      I would like to know from your side about the life time of a samsung washing machine, and how long will you provide services and spare parts. I need an answer before going to the consumer court for further proceedings.

                        I have an display issue with mobile and my mobile is in warranty period so i visited at samsung service at ghatkoper east they repaired and took 1000 and said this is not a manufacturing and they said "shayad mobile pocket ke rakhe press hua iskeliye display ka led broke huwa he" this stupid assumed things and charged on within warranty mobile.. I agreed to paid and took a mobile after few days the same issue occured.. Whats a rubbish service. Please do not go for samsung because nowadays they started making money not customer satisfaction.. I need help from u people cf that as my is under warranty nd i m not in fault so give me the service and get ready my mobile

                            I have problem of hearing. I am repair my set two time your service center but problem not solve when i purchase handset dealer told me 1year garranty. Too poor quality of hearing i want to replace it. I have no time to visit your service center again & again. If my problem not solved i am calim it on consumer court.

                              I've pre-booked my samsung galaxy s8 (Model no. Sm-g950fd) through samsung eshop (https://shop.samsung.com/in) with order no.[protected] and got it delivered on[protected]
                              As there was poor fitting issue of screen the service center (Techno care) at tambaram west have replaced the screen
                              But i was dissatisfied with the way they handled my device during service cause they scratched my device's backpanel and fingerprint sensor, they created all the mess that dust got accumulated inside the rear camera,
                              I've said them the screen i received was defective which was clearly visible as there was reddish tint which resulted in screen dimness but they just denied it without even comparing it with other samsung galaxy s8 and when i compared it with other friend's s8 difference was clearly visible i. E. My screen was reddish compared to other s8,
                              The factory fitted screen and replaced screen both had same issue of reddish tint so its clear the issue was on motherboard side
                              With addition to reddish tint the replaced screen had screen discoloration and its visible when using device under sunlight and i've attached images of same highlighting the defects for reference.
                              The device is also getting heated a lot and to an extent where i felt it may get blasted and with that fear i'm switching off the device whenever the abnormal heat occurs and its happening repeatedly on regular intervals. Is that for such kind of abnormal product i've spent such huge amount of money?
                              In the starting itself i've asked them to replace me the device or refund me the amount by taking back my device to which they denied saying its against our policy. Then "not handling the device in good manner when submitted in service centre" is it their policy? It should be returned in same clean and neat state by resolving the issue right?
                              And after that i was totally afraid to handover my device again in service centre to get the defective screen problem (Screen discoloration) rectified as the first time experience was very worse, so i requested for device replacement many times by contacting customer support but i was unsuccessful.
                              But now the issue got bigger the screen discoloration got spread across the display panel in many spots which makes me irritable to use it in sunlight and device gets heated up abnormally to an extent where i feel it may get blasted, the battery backup too is worse that it has become difficult for me to manage during travels. By stating the same issues i have submitted my device in tvs electronics valluvarkotam service center with job sheet no. [protected], imei no.[protected] and they just denied saying the same thing there's no issue! I've shown them
                              The proofs too i. E. The images attached below and i said them to check it out in sunlight too if they don't believe me, even then after knowing that the problem exists they denied to provide me screen replacement by saying no issue exists and for battery and heating issue they didn't even care to listen to me. Who will take the responsibility if it gets blasted someday?
                              And nowhere they mentioned or informed me about conditions if defect arises after service.
                              Now i need the screen replacement, battery replacement, motherboard replacement as they are causing the issue or else i need refund of money that i paid for device or they have to provide me with new device.

                                Hello.,

                                There is a serious issue with samsung service centre they have major commitment issue. I gave a phone for screen to be repaired on 27/12/2017 i was told to back up my data which i did as the phone would be formatted.
                                I deposited 8000 on the same day that too they refused to take the payment by card as they are charging 2 percent extra which on asked to show refused and preffered cash which i gave.
                                I got my phone back on 2.1.18 and paid remaining 7000 same day i told the person the phone is not formatted and same is locked he said you try if the lock opens otherwise he will format the phone in half an hour next day. I came back to store next day and gave the phone till evening there was no response i came back in evening they said it requires some approval will take another day. I came back after 2 days the condition was same.
                                Next day i was informed the phone needs to be sent to noida will be sent next day and you can collect day after.

                                Lastly i got a call on 9th as an information the superior is involved in this case and he has went to okhla and will get the phone on thursday or max by friday and it will be ready for you to use.

                                I am sitting on friday in this place and still waiting for a response. Mr harjeet singh has been taking his own luxury time for a phone to be repaired and the response is even worst than poor.
                                You do not expect this from a company like samsung.

                                I seriously regret buying samsung phone and paying 50000 +for the phone and then paying 15000 for repairing it.

                                    Dear sumsung my name is sathyaraj i have samsung j7 pro model purchased 31/12/17. I use only 7 days 8/1/18 my phone display problem means inside i saw one black mark after few hours its developed by full display but display outer surface no small scratch and temper glass also no damage and scratch but i dont no how to damage inside only. I visited to customer sevice center but they answer me display is damage. But display is pressed not broken so what is solution of that case. After i paid total 4600 rs then only they are changed my mobile display why your company giving warranty your company said that our display cant broen even hit by hammer. So in that case i thought your company publish fake news i have good faith on samsung reply

                                      There is purple dot appeared on screen just after 7 days of purchase.display is damaged .no body picked the call at customer care after 7 o clock ..local service center denied to replace ..pl provide the solution.i have spent 19000.after bearing this much monetary loss and I get nothing in return.i dnt want to repair it..just replace it .plz pay heed as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

                                        I recently purchased samsung s7 edge mobile worth of rs.55000/-, in less than 5 months i got display flickering issue. I reported the same to samsung and the technician from samsung visited and inspected the mobile. He confirmed that phone has manufacturing problem with display and noticed dead pixel. Technician requested me to submit the phone to service center for repair since the phone is under warranty. Being a customer who spent 55000 on a phone which has to be repaired in less than 5 months, i refused to submit my phone for repair. I escalated to samsung (Reference no:[protected]) but they have closed the issue saying that they don't have a policy other than repair when the product is under warranty. I lost the hope on samsung products and their service am expecting replacement/refund from samsung. Please help me on this by taking necessary action.
