We have bought samsung double door fridge dated 6th may 2014 (Bill attached). From one year onwards, it started creating problem, in cooling. Its upper section gets the frosting and doesnt allow the cooling go to downward section. As, it is no frost fridge. The frosting should not happened. But, sometimes tecnician comes, change some or other sensors.
But, our problem did not get resolved. Than lastly, they confirmed that there is a quality issue in this fridge. As, it should not frost. But is start frosting, which is now not repairable.
Now, they are just killing the time. We want replacement of this fridge. We suffered alot due to non performance of this fridge. We bought this fridge with good faith and renowned name of company "samsung".
At the time of buying, we have been confirmed, that this fridge have lot of good features, like no frost, 10 years compressor warranty, 15 years of life, inverter friendly. (Pics of all these features attached).
But, sorry to say till now we have suffered alot. None of above things are seems comply to commitments of samsung. As, in spite of confirming that the fridge is having quality issues, and now it cannot be resolved. They are just killing the time and making us suffers physically and mentally.
We complaint many times (More than 50 times) to samsung customer care. But, now we are forced to go further for complaining.
We want the replacement of this fridge. You are requested to do the needful.

By this way You can see that how much a customer Suffers even when It is Being Accepted by Samsung Technicians that there is Quality Issue with the Fridge and It is Non Repairable.
We Keep on suffering and getting Harrased Mentally alot by this Kind of attitude of Samsung India.

We are suffering alot due to delays in resolving the Issue. Till Now we are waiting for Positive Response for Replacement of Our Double Door Refrigerator.
We keep on suffering Due to this Fridge after Purchase. More than 40 times Technician Visits till Now, More than 80 Times we did Complaint about this Fridge for non Cooling in Below segment .
Till now almost all sensors, Compressor and Gas filling done many times.
We have spend Money, time as well as suffered Mental torture Due to Non Performance of this Fridge.
We took Leave many times to be available at home for Technicians Visit. But, sorry to say after passing time, Lastly we have been Confirmed that Our Fridge has Quality Issues and Now It cannot Be repaired.
We are now requesting again to Resolve our Issue and Replace our Refrigerator. Otherwise we are being forced by you to take Legal action for the mental and Financial Harassment done to us till Now.

We are still waiting for the resolution of Our Problem. But, sorry to say It seems You are trying to harass us by the delays from your side.
Since Purchase of Your Refrigerator, We are suffering till Now. Almost all the Sensors are Changed and Many times Compressors Changed, But till Now our problem does not Resolved.
Our Fridge keep on Frosting since Purchase.
We Now asking for Replacement, But, now again we are being forced to accept Your Terms. In spite of our Sufferings.
We have complaint more than 80 times regarding fault in our Fridge till Now. More than 40 times Your Technician Visited at home to Resolve the Issue. I have took Leave from the Office to be at home for Technician Visit. But, Every thing went vain when Lastly Samsung Technician Said that Now, Nothing can be done with this Fridge Now. And Now it cannot be Repaired.
Everyday We are getting SMS on my number for the reference Id [protected]. But, We are not getting Solution.
Now, no one is calling us to resolve the Issue.
Till now we have suffered a loss of Rs. 60000. This amount Includes samsung Repair Charges as well as (leave from office) to present at home for Samsung Technician Visit.
We have been told to accept the Samsung terms or If you go to Consumer Forum than we have to bear the Court Expenses and time( that includes money for taking leaves from office).
We are really sorry to hear these type of attitude from Samsung India.
We are again requesting you to resolve the Issue and provide us replacement of this Samsung Refrigerator.

We are still waiting for the resolution of Our Problem.
We are not satisfied with the offer which is given to Us . You are doing for us is not a goodwill gesture of Samsung, it’s a product failure, I would rather say a design failure of Samsung Product . That’s why its a moral responsibilty of Samsung to refund our hardly earned money.
Also I really donot understand why Samsung is not willing to refund our full amount when the product which was purchased by us has not worked properly even for one year which Samsung claimed will work for 15 years atleast and that too when the fleet of service engineers from Samsung were not able to repair from last 3 years . Forgot about repair they were not able to locate the fault in the product even when they have changed each and every component of the same.
We have co-operated with samsung for last 3 years by allowing Samsung engineers atleast 50 times to visit our house for the same fault which you can check on your records also from number of complaints made by us and attended by your engineers.
So keeping in view the above facts and also the fact that we are demanding only the refund of the cost of the product at that time not the cost of the same at present, we request Sumsung to refund our full amount . Otherwise we will stop using Samsung products in the future and would also recommend the same to our knowns and will seek the path of the consumer court to get back our hardly earned income.
