I have purchased samsung galaxy s8 in june 2017 during 2500 rs cashback offer on icici credit card. The offer details are mentioned on samsung website link below -

I have registered the same card on samsung pay and was supposed to get the cashback after 90 days but its been more than 180 daya i have not received any cashback. I have been fooled by samsung. Please help.

    Subject Line: SAMSUNG A9 PRO HANDSET RELATED

    Nature of Complaint: Please note the following:
    Problems with my Samsung A9Pro device have been going on since last September. These problems were:
    BATTERY DRAINING VERY FAST
    CHARGING TAKING LONG TIME EVEN IN SWITCHED OFF MODE
    OVERHEATING OF THE INSTRUMENT SO MUCH THAT IT COULD NOT BE HELD AGAINST THE EAR WHILE ON CALLS!!!
    ALL THESE IN A PHONE BOUGHT IN JAN 2017, WITHIN WARRANTY AND LESS THAN EVEN 12 MONTHS OF PURCHASE!!!
    I have visited your Borivali West Samsung Gallery (operated by Realm Marketing, from where I bought my device as well as many other devices) and complained them many times. They tried to help me but the solution was not effective.
    Finally, I was forced to submit my phone to your Service Centre in Borivali, which I did in December. First time they formatted the phone and re-installed your latest software version. BECAUSE THE REASON FOR MY PROBLEM WAS DIAGNOSED AS SOFTWARE UPGRADE RELATED ISSUE!
    However, my issue did not get resolved and again I had to submit the phone to your service centre WITHIN A WEEK; whereby IT WAS AGREED BY YOUR SERVICE CENTRE PERSONNEL, THERE WAS A HARDWARE ISSUE AND AS SUCH MY PHONES ENTIRE MOTHERBOARD AND BATTERY WAS REPLACED! I EVEN BOUGHT YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY AS WAS ASSURED THAT THE SERVICE CENTRE HAD RESOLVED MY PROBLEMS!!
    WITHIN 2 DAYS OF REPLACING THE HARDWARE THE SAME PROBLEMS CONTINUED, IN FACT THEY BECAME MUCH WORSE: THE INSTRUMENT ITSELF STARTED DISPLAYING THE MESSAGE ON SCREEN: "TEMPRATURE IS TOO HIGH" WHEN TRIED TO MAKE CALLS OR EVEN USE THE CAMERA

    ​IT IS BECAUSE OF THESE ABOVE HIGHLIGHTED POINTS THAT I HAVE RESUBMITTED THE INSTRUMENT AS THERE IS THREAT TO MY HEALTH AND LIFE IF I CONTINUE TO CARRY AND ATTEMPT TO USE THE INSTRUMENT​ IN IT'S EXISTING CONDITION!!!

    EITHER I HAVE TO STOP USING THE PHONE OR TAKE THE RISK OF THE PHONE BURSTING IN MY FACE OR PALM OR POCKET!!!

    I HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO CLEARLY UNDERSTAND NOW THE PERIL I FACE USING YOUR "HIGH END" AND EXPENSIVE PHONE!!

    YOUR OWN STATEMENTS CONTRADICT THE FINDINGS AGREED UPON BY YOUR SERVICE CENTRE TEAM!!! IF THERE WAS NO ISSUE WITH THE PHONE WHY WAS THE SOFTWARE NEEDED TO GET UPGRADED ONLY AT THE SERVICE CENTRE AND WHY WAS THE HARDWARE CHANGED?????

    SO, PLEASE DON'T DENY THAT THERE WERE PROBLEMS IN THE INSTRUMENT!!! AND IF YOU SAY THE SAME HAVE BEEN RESOLVED NOW BEYOND ANY DOUBT, PLEASE GAURANTEE MY SAFETY ON USING THE PHONE!!! I WILL COLLECT THE SAME ONLY ON RECEIPT OF SUCH A GAURANTEE FROM YOUR SIDE!!! AM I ASKING FOR TOO MUCH???

    I AM SUFFERING EVEN AFTER PAYING A HEFTY PRICE TRUSTING SAMSUNG AS A BRAND AND BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!

    MY SO-CALLED "HIGH END PHONE" HAS BEEN IN AND OUT OF YOUR SERVICE CENTRE FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW AND I HAVE TO USE YOUR LOWER END J7 (OLD) AS STAND-BY WHICH ALSO HAS THE SAME APPS INSTALLED AS MY A9PRO. YOUR STANDBY ISN'T GIVING ME ANY SUCH PROBLEMS BUT IT HAS LOWER RAM, LESSER STORAGE, OLDER ANDROID VERSION AND LESSER FEATURES COMPARED TO THE PHONE FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID A GOOD AMOUNT!!!

    I HAVE MADE MORE TRIPS TO YOUR STORE AND SERVICE CENTRE IN THE LAST MONTH THAN MY OFFICE, HAVING TO BEAR LOSS OF PAY FOR THE SAME!!

    IF YOU WANT TO DO TRIAL AND ERROR WITH ME USING ME AS A GUINEA PIG TO TEST THE DEFECTIVE HAND-PIECE AFTER EVERY REPAIR, I REFUSE TO OBLIGE!!

    IF YOU STILL MAINTAIN YOUR STAND OF NOT REPLACING MY A9 PRO OR GIVING ME DUE REFUND FOR ALL THESE HARASSMENT, NEITHER ARE YOU WILLING TO ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY IF ANYTHING HAPPENS DUE TO THE ABOVE ISSUES PERSISTING IN THE PHONE, I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT AND CLAIM MY DAMAGES!!!

    PLEASE ONLY REVERT TO ME IN WRITING WITHIN 2 DAYS, ELSE WILL BE CONSTRAINED TO TAKE THIS MATTER FORWARD WITH CONCERNED AUTHORITIES AND EXPOSE THE SAME OVER SOCIAL MEDIA FOR BENEFIT OF OTHER SAMSUNG CUSTOMERS!!!

    SAMSUNG IS LYING AS THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE NOR ASSURE THAT THE RESOLUTION GUARANTEES SAFETY! THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY LIABILITY FOR FAULTY UNDER-WARRANTY HAND-PIECE !!!

    DESPITE PAYING PRICE FOR A HIGH- END DEVICE I AM CONSTRAINED TO USE THEIR SUB-STANDARD REPLACEMENT STAND-BY FOR LAST MORE THAN A MONTH BECAUSE I HAVE NOT COLLECTED MY A9 PRO DUE TO THEIR IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR!!!

    Samsung is lying - they have not been able to identify the problem, hence there is no resolution yet.

    After paying for a high end device (approx Rs.33, 000/-) I am still using their sub-standard replacement model Samsung J7 (old model) as my A9 Pro is still in their service centre, which I refuse to collect as there are chances of the phone bursting while in use or being carried in my pocket.

    Samsung is failing to provide any guarantee for even their under-warranty piece nor ready to accept any liability. If they claim resolution has been provided, I ask them to accept the problem in writing and guarantee the resolution - WHICH THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO!!

    THEN HOW IS THE RESOLUTION VALID?????

      I have bought a samsung tv m5570. When tv delivered and being open by store person it has showing lines in part of a tv 5mins after the delivery i lodge a complaint, person came he check the connection, problem was still showing. He than connected the tv to usb pendrive and checked still the problem was same the whole day after several attempt of checking connections. He said he will proceed the same for replacemnt. We shut down the tv and started following up with store. Than samsung technician came and switched it on the tv next day afternoon problem been disappear. And he claims tv is fine. Since than we are following up with store and with samsung for the same but it seems like samsung is no more intrested in consumer satisfaction. We had not accepted the product since it has been delivered and asking for replacement but they are refusing it and sending technicians again again. And claiming tv is fine. We are saying okay if you are saying tv is okay than give us assurity that this product is fine and same problem will not happen again. But again no from samsung. One side they are saying product is fine but other side denying to give assurance. Neither tv has been installed nor being given us demo. Me and my whole family trusted samsung only, for all appliances but loosing the trust.
      If this msg is reachiing to someone responsible and concern about consumer satisfaction please help. Pls dont force consumer to accept the product they are not happy with. We need replacement or assurance. Please help us as we are tired of complaining and explaining ourselfs since long.

      Attached images are when the tv was connected to usb pendrive so no issue of connection error.

      Dear team,
      I am more likely unsatisfied with kohinoor showroom. As the time of buying the product they ensured me that anything happens, store will replace the product, dont worry mam(witness by one of my freind). But when i received defected on arrival/problematic product on arrival they denied for any services. And Manager of the showroom even stated " mam we can not do anything as samsung is denying to replace and its not our responsibility" . Their intensions were of i have bought samsung product i need to deal with samsung as their reponsibilities ends after receiving the payment. I chose this way of dealing because the conversation with the manager of store was not convincing and was rude.
      Further, more liekly if the product have any problem on its arrival and witnessed by store person store can replace the product. But they are not intrested to resolve it internally if the customer is not happy aceepting the product. And putting everything on samsung. I would request you to bring this request to kohinoor head office as i am unable to reach at them.

        Dear sir/madam,

        Please highlight this issue to samsung quality control head that product are delivered for sale without proper qc checks. I bought samsung 415 ltr. (Rt42m553esl/tl... Serial no :0f5t4daj800876l) refrigerator from croma noida on dated 21st jan 2018 (Invoice number : sla[protected]. However next day post installation it was not working, so installation team called technician who identified that pcb board is faulty. My question is how samsung quality team is doing their work before delivering product to customer without all these checks whether product is working or not. And on the top of croma guys offered me another refrigerator. But i denied because i dont have trust anymore either on croma and samsung.

          On 3 january i went to one of samsung service centre name amplified communications, where i had given my phone for repairing.. But on 24 janaury they told me that i they can't fixed my phone and they will have to check the motherboard... My phone issue was loose and charging problem... They made me wait for around 20 days without any progress or repairment... And charge me service money when i want my phone back... Is this fair...

            I m unsatisfied with the samsung. As i bought j7 max mobile on 14th dec. From the first day i am facing charging issues. The samusng service center in rudrapur, uttranchal (Himanshi electricals) had repaired the phone twice by replacing its motherboard but the problem has not been fixed yet. The samsung service center is 32 kms to n fro from my home. I m pissed off by their services as when i went yesterday they told me to wait for 5 mins to hand over me the stand by phone but they made me to wait for an hour. When i raised this issue to head office, chennai even they are not resolving my issues and concerns.
            Is this the way to behave with the customer who is facing issues and no one is helping out.

            I was assured by the customer care team on 10th of Jsn2018 that ASM will call but I didnt get call from ASM. Even samsung management team is rude and talking beyond the logic. I have been fed up of their services.

              I have samsung mobile C9 pro. Still is under warranty. When i visit at Samsung's service centre due to phone's battery problem. They are saying you have to pay for repair.

                Its been just 3 years and my refrigerator is not freezing ice... I have 2 refrigerator one is 2 years old other is 3 tears old. Samsung is the worst compant ever as they charged me for the same for the refrigerator which is 2 years old just few months back. Now same thing is happening with the other one as well. Kindly help.! As its ridiculous i am being charged again again for no reason... They give warranty of 10 years... But than they charge money..

                  We have bought samsung double door fridge dated 6th may 2014 (Bill attached). From one year onwards, it started creating problem, in cooling. Its upper section gets the frosting and doesnt allow the cooling go to downward section. As, it is no frost fridge. The frosting should not happened. But, sometimes tecnician comes, change some or other sensors.
                  But, our problem did not get resolved. Than lastly, they confirmed that there is a quality issue in this fridge. As, it should not frost. But is start frosting, which is now not repairable.

                  Now, they are just killing the time. We want replacement of this fridge. We suffered alot due to non performance of this fridge. We bought this fridge with good faith and renowned name of company "samsung".
                  At the time of buying, we have been confirmed, that this fridge have lot of good features, like no frost, 10 years compressor warranty, 15 years of life, inverter friendly. (Pics of all these features attached).

                  But, sorry to say till now we have suffered alot. None of above things are seems comply to commitments of samsung. As, in spite of confirming that the fridge is having quality issues, and now it cannot be resolved. They are just killing the time and making us suffers physically and mentally.

                  We complaint many times (More than 50 times) to samsung customer care. But, now we are forced to go further for complaining.
                  We want the replacement of this fridge. You are requested to do the needful.

                  We are suffering alot due to delays in resolving the Issue. Till Now we are waiting for Positive Response for Replacement of Our Double Door Refrigerator.
                  We keep on suffering Due to this Fridge after Purchase. More than 40 times Technician Visits till Now, More than 80 Times we did Complaint about this Fridge for non Cooling in Below segment .
                  Till now almost all sensors, Compressor and Gas filling done many times.
                  We have spend Money, time as well as suffered Mental torture Due to Non Performance of this Fridge.
                  We took Leave many times to be available at home for Technicians Visit. But, sorry to say after passing time, Lastly we have been Confirmed that Our Fridge has Quality Issues and Now It cannot Be repaired.

                  We Now asking for Replacement, But, now again we are being forced to accept Your Terms. In spite of our Sufferings.
                  We have complaint more than 80 times regarding fault in our Fridge till Now. More than 40 times Your Technician Visited at home to Resolve the Issue. I have took Leave from the Office to be at home for Technician Visit. But, Every thing went vain when Lastly Samsung Technician Said that Now, Nothing can be done with this Fridge Now. And Now it cannot be Repaired.

                  Now, no one is calling us to resolve the Issue.

                  We are still waiting for the resolution of Our Problem.

                  We are not satisfied with the offer which is given to Us . You are doing for us is not a goodwill gesture of Samsung, it’s a product failure, I would rather say a design failure of Samsung Product . That’s why its a moral responsibilty of Samsung to refund our hardly earned money.

                  Also I really donot understand why Samsung is not willing to refund our full amount when the product which was purchased by us has not worked properly even for one year which Samsung claimed will work for 15 years atleast and that too when the fleet of service engineers from Samsung were not able to repair from last 3 years . Forgot about repair they were not able to locate the fault in the product even when they have changed each and every component of the same.

                  We have co-operated with samsung for last 3 years by allowing Samsung engineers atleast 50 times to visit our house for the same fault which you can check on your records also from number of complaints made by us and attended by your engineers.

                  So keeping in view the above facts and also the fact that we are demanding only the refund of the cost of the product at that time not the cost of the same at present, we request Sumsung to refund our full amount . Otherwise we will stop using Samsung products in the future and would also recommend the same to our knowns and will seek the path of the consumer court to get back our hardly earned income.

                    I have purchase mention led tv in month of september 2017 & installation did by samsung in month of october 2017. From day one there is spot appear on screen so i have check with croma call log to samsung tv & consider that they log a call to them but from their side i get information like try hdmi cable instead of avi cod & also check the usb pen drive as well. Primary issue of verticals line issue get resolve but actually issue is not resolve in 3rd month december 2017 at night we power off new tv & morning suddenly it is like physical damage which is not happen from our side, i have log a call to samsung tv service call log number ([protected]) ([protected]) after that two to three times take follow up on that then service engineer visit at my place & take photos for same. Then call me for quote is 22k again i have check on toll free number for same.
                    Finally on samsung site i get the tab where we can raised the query to ceo office but again sudha, ajay, rahul & rakesh (Senior executive, customer experience, samsung india electronics pvt. Ltd.) even most call did with sudha & all of them said me this is physical damage & closed my incidents and delay to provide service even i provided all evidence for same.
                    So i have ask them give me escalation matrix i need to talk with your senior person till date they just closed the call.

                    There is so many things which is possible to explain on phone ([protected]). Request you to kindly help me to replace display panel free of cost because this physical damage not happen from my side even service people inform me it get increase day by day.

                    Note: i have evidence of sms, email sent from yahoo mail etc.

                    Today I received call from Shanu Malhotra[protected] and without understanding she disconnected phone call & closed the complaint which sent to CEO's office.

                    what is going on ? How we trust on this Samsung branded company any Product where these type of peoples as Senior Executive, Customer Experience. they did not care about end user who buy this brand of Samsung products.

                    All above mention senior Executives are even not provide the escalation matrix then how upper management get the real scenario then we did not buy any Samsung Product in future this is dam sure.

                    and issue is that out of 6 peoples only two ladies contact me for issue & without understand closed the complaints, and main concern is that I am never told them to go agents your company policy. but what is company Policy if Physical damage did by end user or customer then I am agree with them but here case is that
                    mention physical damage happens due to faulty display we get from day one & explain them for same.
                    In short how I accept & pay 20 k for the TV price 34 k, if this mention damage not does from us as customer even provide the photo snap still they reply & closed complaints.also because of this type of third class service i am get & increase the days without solution. or given 20K chargeable cost is never ever acceptable for me.where we are not in fault.

                    I am really very disappointed from the service i get from Samsung Brand company where I was buy two TV's one is 32" & another is 42" . if you want kindly refer Invoice no for same (SLA[protected] & SLA[protected]. also i have attached the files FYI.

                    Request you to give me justice for mention issue raised by me. if I am wrong kindly correct me, why i am sure because Santosh, Sadashiv & Senior Executives told me that this spot should be increase day by day due to that I know in month of oct 2017 installed TV have issue occur automatically within 3 months because of faulty part of display i get and from Dec to till date their service team wasted time on my complaints (28th Dec 2017 to till date almost one months I am struggling a lot for same)
                    I have hope from you Indian consumer team member to get justice from you, any how you will help one Indian middle class person who do the handwork & earn money.

                    (Note: If these Senior Executives mention physical damage happens from my side but reality is this particular pic have an issue from day one due that My request to Samsung should be replace faulty display panel asap under warranty & without wasting you're valuable time.)

                      Hi,

                      I am an regular samsung customer but after using galaxy s7, i am feeling like using their flagship product was a mistake. Everything was working fine till the product was in warranty. But everything changed immediately after warranty expired. On very next day after the warranty expired, i got a software update pop up from software update center and i started feeling problems after installing it. Within 24 hours o[censored]pdate my phone died completely and shows no sign of life at all. It is neither booting up nor responding to the charging. I contacted the samsung service center in pune and they asked me to leave the phone for 2 days. After two days i was told that motherborad is dead and i need to pay 15500 inr to get it fixed.
                      When i denied they collected 236 inr to handover me the dead phone. I am totally shocked. First a software update caused a problem immidiatly after the warranty expired and then service center asked for such a huge amount. On top of that they took 236 inr just to give me the dead phone back.
                      It clearly shows how samsung is trying to cheat the customers.
                      The journey that started with samsung galaxy s3 is now ended with galaxy s7 on sour note. I wish samsung keeps their ethics same as they had few years ago and respect their customers.

                        I have purchased the said tv in 2014, now it is not working properly. There is only audio but video is soo faint..

                        Samsung service engineer one mr. Bharath (Mobile no. [protected]) attended my complaint and told tv panel problem and i have to spend rs. 35k for it repair.

                        How can i avoid this unnecessary spending when the tv costed my 70k and repair costs almost half of the value within a short period? Whether it is fair?

                            I am a very loyal customer of the samsung brand. Most of the appliances i have purchased are that of samsung and i have great faith and regards for the samsung brand. I would now like to put down my grievance.

                            This time too like always i went in for a samsung smartphone, purchased from flipkart. The delivery was on 14th of october, 2016.in about a month there was a proximity sensor issue. On november 19th, 2016 i took my phone to a samsung service centre (Zain telecom, mumbai, andheri east) and they said there was a fixing issue. They opened up the phone and put it back. It worked for that moment and went off again as soon as i was back home.

                            In just about a month i faced this issue. Subsequently, i visited samsung service centre on 25/11/2016, 12/12/2016, 13/12/2016, 09/02/2017. I requested that my phone be replaced with a new one (Since it was in the warranty period). To which they did not agree. Every time, they opened and closed the phone saying that it was a software problem and repaired it temporarily. Now again after the warranty just got over, the phone is dead with absolutely no display and when i took it to the samsung service centre, they tell me it is a hardware problem (Display problem), while yet another samsung service centre told me that it is a mother board problem and the entire mother board will have to be replaced. I am sure, this was the problem right from the begining or it may have been a manufacturing defect, for which i expect samsung to either bear the expenses or replace my handset.

Who has asked me to handover my handset to Samsung Authorised Service Centre in Vile Parle (West). who will change the mother board at no cost from my side.                             I visited The Samsung Service Centre at Vile Parle today at 11:49 am. and met Priyanka. I was then put on to an Engineer (Praful Gaichode) who attended to my complaint. He opened the phone and since I had told him of the sensor issues also in the past, he looked at it and found that there was no sensor rubber at all in the phone. So either it was never there at all or it was not installed by Zain Telecom (Samsung Service Centre), where I had once given the phone (while in warranty period) for sensor not working issue.

                            2) Praful put a new mother board (I hope it was a new one), because he brought the box separate and the mother board separate (he didn't take it out of the box in front of me). And after fitting the new mother board, the phone still didn't come on. So there was a Senior Engineer (Satish Adep) who was co-ordinating with Praful and they were both of the opinion, that there may be a display issue as well. When I took it to Zain Telecom on 17th Jan, 2018, they phone and told me that it was a display problem, but they have recorded it as mother board issue. When I took it to the Vile Parle Service Centre, they (Harshal) opened the phone and told me that the mother board has gone. So I just do not know what is happening.

                            Request you to please give instructions to Vile Parle Service Centre, to go ahead and do the job on the sensor, motherboard, display, software and whatever may be wrong with the handset, or request you to replace my handset with a new one.

                            Received a call from Priyanka from the Vile Parle Samsung authorised service centre. She informed me that along with the mother board, the display too has gone. There was at least some display when I submitted it to Zain telecom. But after they opened the handset, that too is not coming on. I had even asked the lady at Zain Telecom why the scree was not coming on and she had told me that "It will not come on, since we had opened it".

                            This just goes to show, that Samsung service Centres are not up to the mark.

                            Request you to look into this urgently and get my handset repaired (mother board and display) at the earliest. Also, check the phone properly for the sensor, software etc..

                            I spoke with Manish on 29th January 2018 at 16: 52 hours., and he has confirmed that the motherboard as well as the display of my phone is not working. He also said that they are procuring the parts and will revert. He did mention about a discounted price for the display, for which I have clearly mentioned to him, that I am not going to bear any cost, as it is solely the responsibility of the service centre. On 17th January, when I visited Zain Telecom, the display was coming on and after they opened the phone, it does not come on. I had even questioned the lady there, that earlier atleast we could read SAMSUNG on the phone, and she gave me a silly answer saying, that "It will not come on the screen now, as we have opened it". So you see, it is totally the responsibility of Samsung to bear all expenses on the repair of my phone.

                            Let me also bring it to your notice that Manish on behalf of Samsung, does not reply to my emails and does not keep me updated about my phone, while it is at the service centre.

                            This is the poor service we get from SAMSUNG.

                            My advise to all would be not to buy a SAMSUNG phone, As they are not upto their standards.

                              Hi,
                              I ordered wireless charger convertible pad from shop. Samsung.com/in. I received the charger but the plastic sheet pasted on the bottom is peeled off. Also stand is not sturdy. I shared a video of the same. Its quite loose from the edge connected from the base. I reported through email and get a revert from samsung that i have to visit service center. I just bought a new product from samsung itself and without using it why i will go to service center? There is no sense of visiting service center.
                              I also confirmed regarding return/refund policy before buying it and executive confirmed that for physical issues we refund or provide a replacement.
                              Now in 2-3 replies samsung insisting me to visit service center, which totally illogical and waste of time as well as money.

                              This has been 2 days and no action taken yet from your side. I am sure you were busy in promoting your product.
                              If you will look in customer's problems you wont need to promote yourself. Very bad experience with Online Samsung Shop. Guys i suggest you to buy from other online stores like amazon or flipkart. At least they have return/refund policy if found any issue.
                              I will not and never recommend anyone to buy from samsung online shop as you can see poor response from samsung.

                                My problems started with internal leakage in my refrigerator. I have complaint to Samsung customer service around 20 December 2017 and my issue is not solved till yet i.e. 21 January 2018. Engineer have visited my house and check the problem and say that it cannot be repaired and company will give some amount and take the refrigerator back. After that i have received phone call that i will get only Rs17000for my refrigerator for the cost of Rs50000 but after 1 week call was come and one employee say that i will only get Rs5000. And since 1 month i am not using my refrigerator and it was lying as a peice of ### in one corner of my house. And my complaint was not over till yet. So i recommend everyone please be careful while bying Samsung Refrigerator.

                                  Have have purchased samsung s7 edge from samsung shop samsung e-store byod portal shipment order #[protected].

                                  The order was placed using hdfc card with no cost emi.

                                  As indicated on your website while placing order, the no cost emi interest refund would be credited to my account within 90 days. Today it is more than 250 days, and the interest portion has not been refunded.

                                  At the time of order i was promised

                                  Cashback of interest component around 10500 rs and cashback of 10% of order value for credit card payment

                                  I should have got my cashback within 90 days but still i haven't received cashback.

                                  Please let me know what i can do in this situation and when i will get my cashback.

                                    And using samsung all familly memeber because samsung is good and brand compny and service is awesome but sir last week my smartphone was suddenly down in basin in night and i was scared and switch off immediately then next day going to samsung service center and i was discussed they said okay and said that the water damage is made chargeble basis that time i ma said how much they said after checking i will tell you. After 3 hours i m calling to service center that time they said technically issue like board and all issue and said to me 12700 charges i was shocked how this possible this is not major problem my end because not any lot of water in going to hanset basic trick i know im handle very well sir i m using last 5 years samsung smartphones and all familyy same but sir noe j7 max is price 15000 online and usinfg only 3 moths this is foe shocking me.3 monthly loan are pending sir please help me plz do need

                                      First of all this order was made on 8th december 2017
                                      Product arrived on: 6/1/2018.
                                      Purchased on emi with sbi card

                                      Full amount was charged first on transaction. Later when my credit card bill came, bank asked for full amount 28900/- i contacted my bank and told them that this transaction is on emi, bank told to contact the website as sbi card didn't have this information.

                                      I then complained to samsung support that my transaction was on emi so how is the bank asking for full amount? On 2nd jan 2018, and still samsung respective department is unable to reply to this error, and my bank's due date is arriving soon.

                                      I would be happy to return the watch if they don't honor the emi. And would like a full refund on my transaction.

                                      Or put it on emi.

                                        I am extremely disappointed with the quality of samsung india products.

                                        If quality checks would have been adequate then my samsung tv-ua40h5100armxl (Approx cost rs 45000/-) would not have 3 major manufacturing defects in a span of 2 years from the date of purchase as mentioned below:-

                                        1. Power issue (Approx incurred repair cost 6000/-)

                                        2. Colour issue (Approx incurred repair cost 5000/-)

                                        3. Sound issue (Approx incurred repair cost 5000/-)

                                        3. Display issue (Approx repair cost 25000/-)

                                        As a customer, i had gone ahead with an expensive brand like samsung because i wanted peace of mind and reliable customer service. However, i am extremely dissapointed on both the fronts. I dont think that my expectation of a discounted/costless repair for the display is incorrect for a product which has so many manufacturing defects. My trust in samsung has been completely shattered and i would never ever purchase samsung products in future.

                                        I would never recommend any of my friends / relatives to go for samsung as its products are defective and its customer service is pathetic.
