It has been more than a 20 days i had raised a call at the samsung service center to repair my top load washing machine.
First 1 engineer had visited but said that a part has to be replaced and the he revisited after many follow up and says that there is some other issues.
After that no one has visited to see the machine and it left all open.
5 to 6 times i have called up the service center and no solution is given to me till date.
This is disturbing and annoying and i had not expected such a service from a brand like samsung.

    Bought samsung refrigerator rt56k6378sl top mount freezer for 60k at kohinoor, lokhandwala, andheri mumbai 4 month ago (march 2016)

    Right from first day the refrigerator was not working properly it is not maintaining the temperature, sweating and produced a lot of humming sound,
    Lodged many complaints but samsung technicians refused to accept the problem with the machine till the cooling stopped.
    After 2 months, finally the samsung technician has accepted that pcb part is totally damaged that needs to be replaced which has caused the cooling problem.
    Now the cooling has been stopped altogether within 4 months of buying the product. it clearly indicated the defective piece has been shipped for 60k at my place.
    Since refrigerator is not in stock (though have bought the latest samsung refrigerator model), refund has been assured by samsung in may 2016.
    It’s been 2 months now, am still awaiting the refund & following up with customer care on this.
    After four months of long struggle & harassment, i don’t samsung is sanguine about the issues faced by us so it seems have to approach consumer court for this issue.

    Can someone please suggest how to approach consumer court & expose the samsung corrupt, unethical practices

      Unresolved - service centre refused warranty blaming me of physical damage of the screen and repairable by paying 7000/-

      My complaint - i was handed over a damaged phone in somehow working condition on 20.06.2016 by the service centre as the phone constantly gave me a problem and eventually died on 30.06.2016.

      Efforts taken - email to samsung cs team through samsung website, posted on fb.

      Samsung response - a not so gentleman mr. vijay kumar (most rude costumer response guy i have ever encountered) called up and made it a point to prove that the i had made the biggest mistake in my life buying this phone, he went to the extent of accusing me of being a false man and that i am wasting there time, repeatedly asking for escalating the issue with higher up and constant reminders as usual the very busy guy mr. mudit singh sr. executive customer experience (i dont know how you name such fancy departments) emails a final no to my expectations and a sweet sorry for the inconvenience. the best part he hoped i loved to enjoy samsung phone :-)

          Fraud people. Fraud service. Fraud brand.
          Beware of this service center, they'll rob you well. Every staff over here are very well trained to how to lie to their customers. Everyone staff acts over-smart here. Nobody will repair your phone and come up with all the third class excuses in the world. Especially be aware of dharmendra kumar he is the most fraud guy in the samsung service center.

          Never buying a samsung phone again and no one will buy in my family as well because of dharmendra kumar.

            I have purchased samsung galaxy e-5 mobile (black, 16 gb) mobile on 01.04.2016 at a price of rs.11600.00 from amazon, sold by clodtail india pvt ltd. on 20th july, the mobile stopped functioning and i submitted my original bill number - hr-del[protected] and relevant paper showing the warranty fully up to as 31.03.2017 at nearest service station at dadar east saphire services. after waiting 2 hours, i have got the opportunity to show my mobiles. the counter girls are not cooperative and they gave me form where numerous clauses having all the risk associated with mobiles where customer is only cheated and samsung company has no liability. they compelled me fill up the form otherwise your mobile not repaired. they took the mobile for repair and after one hour reported me that it is damagged iside due to heating by samsung staff for absorption of moisture and opening of the mobile as there is no screw in the particular mobile. finally, they demanded rs.172 for repairing charge and rs.7109 for part code - gh97 -17114a. i feel cheated by samsung staff for breaking my mobiles due their fault and not replacing my mobile during the warranty period. the general innocent customer is being cheated by multinationals in india. our hard earned money forcefully taken by providing faulty material.

                I had purchased a samsung smart fone (galaxy j7) and by mistake of mine it had broken. display not actually the display the front glass of the display had broken, but its working. but from yesterday the speaker is not working properly and went to the samsung service centre near pattom, trivandrum named mastro and there i said that i am ready to change the display they said that the cost of the display is about rs.5520/- and i need to pay rs.4000/- as advance for display. then i asked to clear the speaker problem. they said that i should sign a concern letter for that for being any damages occurs to the display while servicing and couriering the handset, to look the speaker complaint should be changed on my risk. i am ready to change the display, but y should pay about 75% of the amount of display as advance and y should i bear for display broken while servicing or couriering the fone for servicing. again i am confirming that i am ready to change the display. kindly give me a solution and while i asked about the complaint authority they given me a toll free number and there one mr. sanjay attended me and he said that to call after reaching the service centre and given me a complaint no.                   I am a senior citizen retired official purchased two samsung split ac of one tone each on 25/05/2014 from m/s ep electronic paradise pvt. ltd, janak puri for rs.54000/- which were installed in july, 2014. one of the split ac stopped working due to compressor break down in the month of aug.2015 just after one year of purchase, the detail of split ac are as under: indoor unit ar12hc2usnbnna s. no. h001ppof200115a outdoor unit ar12hc2usnbxna s. no. h002ppbf200369v. the compressor of first ac was replaced with lot of efforts made with the company although the compressor was under warranty that too after one month. now the other ac is not working since 08/07/2016 just after two years of purchase & i have registered a complaint at their service centre on 09/07/2016 vide registered complaint reference no.[protected]. service engineer came on the same day & told me that ac is not working due to compressor break down. hence compressor will be replaced as the compressor is in warranty period of 5 years. then a service engineer mr lalit came on 12/07/2016 to replace a new compressor in our split ac. he removed the gas of our ac & removed the outer to replace the compressor.in the mean time, he received a call from his supervisor & stopped the work in between and went back saying that he will come back tomorrow to install the compressor but he never came back to attend the complaint. our dismantled outer is lying outside for the last 12 days & the registered complaint is closed without any reasons. we are suffering due to very hot weather conditions but the authorities of samsung are not addressing the solution to replace the compressor which is under warranty period. i am receiving calls from their head office from mr pawan saying that the issue will be resolved very soon but when it will be resolved there is no answer. i request the authority of samsung india to replace the compressor immediately already 14 days have passed.

                    I had purchased one mobile model no sm - a800 black, the phone is in warinty period and the same was not taking charge i. E. Phone was not starting. I had given the phone to your service centre address - 51b, jarcha road opp hazra kolkata 700019, they had taken the phone mentioning set dead (No display issue) after 2 days when i visited they are saying the lcd is broken from inside. But i had given the phone with ok lcd and they already mentioned in job sheet that the lcd was ok but now they are saying this and asking a charge of re. 8000/- for repairing the same. NO ASSURANCE HAS BEEN GIVEN BY THEM AS N WHEN THEY WILL GIVE BACK MY PHONE IN A WORK ABAIL CONDITION...THIS PARTICULAR HANDSET HAS PUT MYSELF IN TREBLE NOT FOR 1 TIME PRIOR TO THIS TWO TIMES THE SAME HAS BEEN REPAIR BY THEM WITH MOTHER BOARD ISSUE... SAMSUNG MOBILE CALLED ME AGAIN FROM DELHI FROM SAME NUMBER AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF 70% REPAIRING CHARGE IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.                       I would like to inform you that, on 03/07/2016 3:10pm i purchased a samsung refrigerator model no: ff 415l rt42k5468sl/tl invoice no: slf02a[protected] from croma electronics unity one - janak puri, multilevel car parking, shop no g6, g7, f6 & f7, near metro pillar no 600 janakpuri west metro station new delhi -110058

                      Since the date of delivery the refrigerator is not working properly and no cooling. We launched a complaint with samsung customer service. Mr pankaj rohila (Technician) visited my home and physically diagnosed the refrigerator and recommended replacement of the product.

                      However, no replacement happened. We again called up at the customer service and had a word with ms jyoti and she said that, she has booked my complaint and necessary action will be taken, but again no response. Third time again i called at customer service and talked to ms ranjana. Now third time she said that, again technician will visit and do the repair.

                      This is total injustice. We have purchased a brand new product which is not working since the time of delivery and now we have been harassed by samsung customer service staff. There intention is to repair brand new refrigerator. It seems that, knowingly croma people have delivered defective product.

                      Please help us as it’s been 3 weeks we are struggling without refrigerator.

                      Today the product is not working and we are just beating around the bushes. These shameless customer service guys are just playing around.

                        I would like to bring this to your notice that i have purchase the samsung phone b310 guru music 2 blue on 1 april, 2016 for rs. 1623 and after 2-3 weeks of i started facing below problems:

                        1.Network problem (Ex: calls are not coming, outgoing call is frequently disconnecting and people are trying calling me but call not going thru).

                        2. After 1.5 month suddenly i faced a audio problem i was unable to listen what caller was saying.

                        Then i contacted store manager mr. Sehej-connaught place, new delhi, with above mentioned complaints and then he told me mam your phone will be repaired in 2 working days after 5 working days i reached the outlet again then i came ti know that phone is still at the store and not sent for the servicing i requested them that i m facing problems without phone please get it repaired, the on 16th june (After 9 days) i got a message from samsung saying that my phone is repaired then i call sehej to deliver my phone but when i got the phone only my audio problem is resolved and the network problem still persist.

                        Frequently getting call from samsung feedback team told them all the network problem is still there nobody is bother to send someone to collect the phone for service.

                        I would like to now that is samsung service standards has gone so down that samsung people are not even concerned with the customer problem on top of that i m facing issues with the new phone which i have bought just 2.5 months back.

                        I m sorry to say i m totally unsatisfied with this mobile. I would request samsung team to either refund my money or replace my phone with other new phone.

                        Dear mr. Karthik / mr. Sparsh / ms. Neha / mr. Aamir,

                        I would like to thank you all for coming in this matter and creating more mess and harassing me.

                        First of all mr. Karthik: i would like to ask you that when u call up first time that mam please send your phone at service centre we'll get the handset checked and if any problem persist we'll send your concern to seniors for the replacement

                        1. Why you told me that we'll send the concern to our senior to get it replaced?

                        2. Why you did'nt told me that after keeping my phone with you for more then 15 days u will send the handset with the same problem?

                        3. Why you did'nt told me that your other representative will also ask me to send the phone service centre again and again?

                        4. Why are you making fool to customer?

                        Secondly ms. Neha: when you said mam i understand your concern and the problem faced by you i'll escalate to my seniors to take the decision then

                        1. Why you did'nt told me that your seniors are sitting there to harass the customer only, they are not there for helping customer?

                        2. Why you people gave false statements to customer for staying away from such cases?

                        Thirdly mr. Sparsh & team: you & your team is sitting there for not replying to customer after sending so many mails for almost a week you replied to when i got the faulty phone back... You people even dont have time to serve the customer.

                        Fourthly mr. Aamir: you call up as a senior for resolving the issue u calld up on 16 july, 2016 and said that i'll call u back in 10 mins and your 10 mins got over on 18 july, 2016 at 12:24 pm, then i again droped you a mail and called me up today at 11:16 am (You people are so busy in resolving the customer issues that you people don't call but a customer like me is being harassed from samsung by not getting solution)

                        Being a senior person of ceo's desk you are repeating the same thing which your representative are telling me then what special are you doing for a customer... You people @ samsung are repeating same thing like a parrot... That plz deposit you handset at service centre

                        Why you people can't understand that i am a working lady and i can't run to service centre again n again i already submitted my mobile to your service centre twice for more then 15-20 days each time.

                        If you people dont want to help me out then clearly say it to me that you people can't help me then i'll take this matter further.

                        Please be informed that i can't go to your service centre if you want handset then send your executive for pick and send the spare phone with your executive only as said by you aamir.

                        Dear mr. Ceo,

                        It my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter and get it resolved and stop harassing me bcoz of your faulty handset.

                        Otherwise you people will force me to take legal action and go to the consumer forum.

                        Please be advised that this handset is faulty from your end, i have not created any fault in it and the matter of refund or replace please be informed that if you want to make money by making fool to customer by selling such faulty things then tell i'll ask few more people to buy products from samsung and then return the faulty product to samsung and don't even ask for the refund or replacement.

                        This is totally rubbish one one side you are talking about the world class products, about samsung reputation, samsung services and on the other side you are giving such stupid statements to customer (Like we will not be able to cater your request for exchange or refund of the above said product.) then what the hell are you doing for a customer?

                        You are saying that your service and product is impeccable but i would say that your service and product is worst.

                        Let me brief you again about your impeccable product samsung model code (Sm-b310ezbdins), bearing serial # serial number (Rz1h20s038m). That i bought your impeccable product on 1 april, 2016 which has been twice sent to service centre for 15-20 days each time and still problem is same.

                        I had spoke to so many people in samsung but you are the worst from all of them samsung have full on collection of bad to worst people in which i will you ur name should be on top.

                        First of all u dont ethics to speak to customer. I have to talk to senior executive level only then i can speak to amir who have some manners to talk to customer but you are totally away from manners and customer service.

                        As you said that you are the highest escalation authority of samsung then i think there is no one beyond you are the decision taking of samsung...

                        As i said over the phone that plz mention this in mail which u just said it to me u are the final escalation authority.

                        If samsung has created the ceo email desk then all people sitting there should help the customer bcoz customer is contacting u thinking that your desk will definitely help customer and i m sorry to say that your team is only there to upset the customer not to help them.

                          Seems i have made the biggest mistake of my life by buying you galaxy a7 - 2016 model. all of a sudden i noticed some purple marks in the phone screen some 2 days back when the phone didn't fall or even didn't get pressed. i went to your goregaon west (mumbai) service center to get it checked and your representative told me that it got pressed heavily and thats why the problem occurred. i tried to tell him that i remember properly that it didn't get pressed but he kept on telling me the same without listening to me. he told that i have to pay rs. 8500 for its repair. he also told that the part is not available and he will take 2 day's time to get it fixed. i said that i need it in a day's time as i have to travel out of city and he committed that he will get it done in a day. i called the center today to get the status and got to know that it will take another 2-3 days for repair as the part is still not available. when i said that why did you commit if you were not able to do it in a day's time then the person very arrogantly said that you visit the office againt and talk to the same person who committed you. thankfully i remember his name (imran) and him to make me talk to him, again very arrogantly he said that the person is in meeting and can't talk to me. its not easy for me to travel till your service station all the time leaving my work in office. this type of customer service is not acceptable and i will go to the consumer forum if the issue is not addressed properly asap. the phone being in warranty period they are asking for rs. 8500 and when i wanted it today they spoke to me so badly. i am sorry to say that you have a pathetic customer service department and i will never in my life recommend anyone from my friends and family to buy a samsung phone.

                              I regret to inform you that just a period of 7 months has been elapsed using the samsung mobile j700f j7 (Which is under the warranty period), the complete details of the handset is given below:

                              Purchase date: 13th november 2015
                              Bought from exclusive samsung showroom: m. G. Ezone, yusuf sarai, new delhi.

                              This handset is being exclusively used by single user i. E. By my spouse, who is a home-maker. On 18th july’16, suddenly on the top corner of the screen a small spot was observed but over the night whole screen become black out with no visibility at all. I was surprised to note that and immediately rushed to the service centre of samsung at a-233, okhla industrial phase-1, new delhi.

                              Upon visiting at your aforesaid service centre on 19th july’16 both o[censored]s, me and my spouse had a horrible experience. Without a proper hearing about the defects we had been told that we have to pay rs.6000/- for replacement of the display. Upon request i had explained him in detail that neither the mobile has been used roughly nor it has fallen down even once till date and this is absolutely a case of manufacturing defect with the product that has been sold out by your exclusive samsung dealer. Further, the handset is well covered under your so-called warranty period so i request you to replace the defective handset (Samsung mobile j700f j7) without giving us the layman excuses of the service centres.

                              The body of the handset itself speaks about the well-handling of the set, there is not even a single scratch on the body or screen. This cannot happen in any case other than the product’s manufacturing defect. We were harassed for hours in the samsung service centre and at last i had been provided the number of your gurugram (Gurgaon) based office, where i spoke to ms. Rajni, designated as floor manager. I had a at length discussions with her but in no way she was ready to accept the fact that the product is defective in spite of favourable responses and explanation given by the service centre personnel.

                              I was reiterating my humble requests to her to make me talk with a higher official so that, i can escalate my genuine grievances to them, to replace the defective product that has been sold by the samsung company but all my efforts had gone into the drain. She was just not ready to accept my grievances.

                              Sir, the biggest surprise came to me that not only this has happened with me, already there were 7 or more complainants regarding the same issue but those complaints too were refused by the service centre mentioning that, for display-replacement centre will charge rs.6, 000/- as samsung company is not allowing this under warranty period.

                              In view of the above, i feel that i have been cheated by your exclusive dealer as defective products have been sold out to me. Your multinational company is not at all customer centric.In spite of several request by service centre’s, the company is not covering these type of complaints at the service centres.

                              Samsung has a brand-name and the users are common population of india, as prices are competitive and reasonable in comparison with all other products available in the market. Hence, kindly arrange to get me replaced my manufacturing defective handset at the earliest. I can assure you about the genuineness of my complaint.

                              Sir, i am hoping for your favourable response as soon as possible, to avoid any comments of mine on the social media/consumer forum and to the people at large in the society. Trust me, this has happened for the first time in my life that i am having a complaint regarding any samsung product.

                              Hope you will understand customers mind-set and genuine grievances which has been escalated before your court of law for the best judgement. If any action is not taken in favour, i will be forced to lodge a case in the consumer court.

                              Attached is the samsung mobile j700f j7 defective screen display and a copy of job sheet prepared by the service centre.

                                We have got double door refrigerator (4 yrs old) not cooling. Contacted a service centre ph. No-[protected]. They sent a technician ph. No - [protected]. They did service and took rs.1750/-. Assured us that it will work within 2 hrs.
                                But it is at the same condition. When tried to contact technician they are not picking the phone. Service centre says they will do the needful. But after 15 days of complaint we are at the same condition.

                                  Purchased a cellphone samsung j5. And within 7 months the screen turned all black, nothing could be seen. Took it to the service center for chekup as it is under waranty they should have made a replace or changed the screen without any charge. But they said it is a damage made from my side and i need to pay.

                                  No water leckage in the cellphone nor the screen was cracked by which this colud have happned. It was due to some pasting that came off from behind the screen, which i should not be blamed for.

                                  But none was heard and i was refused for the change and no waranty will be given.

                                    I registered my complaint in toll free no. On 28/06/2016 regarding problem in my microwave oven (Digital display got out of order). My request no was registered and given as [protected]. The service person visited my home on 30/06/2016. He checked from outside and told that suspected problem in the circuit. He noted down the model no (Ce2877l) and told that he will contact after one day regarding price of the circuit and will take confirmation about repairing from me. But till 04/07/2016 i didn't get any feedback from the service person. I even tried to contact him through mobile but he didn't pick up. Then i contacted to toll free no on 04/07/2016 night (10:00 p. M.) and the person concerned told me that my microwave oven's pvc circuit got out of order and now-a-days it is not available as samsung has stopped manufacturing this. He also told me that you have to discard your oven. Again i registered my complaint to ceo desk of samsung on 05/06/07 and confirmation was given to me that my problem will be resolved very soon. But on 08/07/2016 same message came to me that samsung has stopped producing parts of my model. So, i have to through my microwave oven. Now my question is that 'i have purchased this in 2006 paying around rs. 9000/- and after 10 years i have to through this? Is it justified? They are telling, there is a company policy 'after 5 years company will not take any liability for repairing/ replacing. But this policy is not disclosed during selling and we like customer are totally in dark position. They are just cheating us. A strong action should be taken against them and their business should stopped in india.

                                        Problem of power supply.- given to the local dealer on 27/05/16. Dealer said to change (Main pcb and power pcb) and demanded rs 7500/- to pay.-paid rs 7500.00. Still it has not repaired. Now they say the system will be sent to chennai. They dont know to repair it. How can i trust that, they found the right fault.
