My daughter gifted me a brand new s 7 edge on my birthday. it was purchased on flipkart on 6th may 2016 for rs.56, 930/ - (invoice attached). my mobile was on charging on 19th night at about 11 pm. at about 3.00 am i found that the mobile was switched off & it was very hot. so i switched it on & saw the message that your phone was switched off due to overheating, battery was only 43% charged.in the morning i tried to charge it, but could not, so i tried with another charger. but failed. so on 21st i visited our service center at virar, after waiting for about one & half hours, the technician told me that, your phones charging port is not working due to some liquid fell in it. and you will have to pay rs. 15, 540/- to get it repaired, since its not included in warranty. i was shocked that i have used the phone for only 70 - 75 days & our technician says its not covered under warranty, because s7 edge is a water resistant mobile phone & failure of the charging port must be due to some faulty part. no one is mad to put any liquid in the phone costing about 58, 000/-. so i request to kindly replace my s7 edge with a new one. or else i will be forced to go in consumer court.

    This is informed you that, i have buy samsung refrigerator modal no: rt28k3022se wmc trolly from sales corner manjalpur baroda. on dated : 12-may-2016 with bill no : mp-05-454. after 40 days cooling is not working in the refrigerator, and i have informed the issue in customer support and they will not register our complain but they inform me to do your refrigerator on high speed with six. i have do the same as per instruction and refrigerator get start for few days, and again it was stop cooling on[protected]. after the same issue i have again call in customer support and the arrange engineer mr. vijay from baroda service center. and he has check the issue and replace main pcb.
    But after replace the pcb i am not satisfy with that.
    O kindly replace my refrigerator.

    Kindly resolve the issue on urgent basis.

    My mobile has damaged (LED) i have submitted to sumsung service centre. and it was informed me that i will get my mobile approximately by one week. its has been almost 1 month (6 days less)..they are answering me that their is no stock at company.

    i accepted it but when i, m calling after seeing my number they are switch off their mobile

      Respected sir,
      Kindly refer to my several complaints lodges by visiting your service centre at a-233, okhla industrial phase-1, new delhi on 19thjuly 2016 (job sheet no.- [protected]) and subsequent calls at your gurgaon-based office. also, i have already mailed the support team regarding the issue of complete screen black-out on 21st july 2016 but till date no satisfactory action has been taken.

      Inspite of my request and explanation at your okhla service centre, they refused to consider the problem of “complete screen black-out“ under warranty, but this particular handset has been bought just 8 months before and it can only be a case of manufacturing defect. it is relevant to mention here that we have noticed on same day at your service centre 7 more customers were also complaining about the similar defect. the service centre head simply mentioned to us that, we are getting this type of complaint frequently but samsung is not allowing us to cover under warranty and if we want to get it repaired, we need to pay rs 6000/- for the same which is a huge cost.

      I had a discussion with ms rajni, (designated as floor manager at gurgaon office) after prolong deliberations, she suggested us to deposit the handset to the nearest service centre i. e a-180, ground floor, kotla, new delhi for third party inspection to do the best at samsung end.

      On 22nd july 2016 i received a call from ms sushma from corporate office, gurgaon she has also suggested to visit service centre a-180, ground floor kotla and deposit the handset to do the best to service the customer.

      On 23rd july 2016, i visited at service centre at a-180, ground floor, kotla (job sheet no.- [protected]) and met with mr ajay. i had a very bitter experience there. first of all, he was not ready to deposit handset; secondly, he mentioned that since earlier service centre at okhla has already mentioned out of warranty, we have to also mention out of warranty, hence, we are not going to do anything with this handset, you may contact samsung gurgaon office otherwise set will lie at service centre unattended.

      Sir, it reveals from above that this is a big harassment to the customer by the company. i re-iterate once again to kindly instruct your personnel to replace this above mentioned handset without any further deliberations and harassment that has already led to the customer’s mental agony.

      Hoping for a positive services from samsung, which will avoid further defamation/litigation from customers-end regarding defective product sold out by your dealer m. g. ezone, samsung plaza, yusuf sarai, new delhi.

        I purchased samsung ac recently on 23 may 2016, and after 3-4 days its blower got defective and suddenly few blades of the same broke and came out. Did a intense follow up with the samsung customer care, samsung company but all was meaningless as in end finally i had to pay for the replacement of the same part even the ac was under warranty. Th non sense excuse was that there is no warranty on plastic items in ac, however now if i would pay 2030 rs for the replaced part i will get 3 months warranty for the same. This is clear how much diplomat and cunning company policy is this as there is no provision of rules, regulation, ethics and good customer support. The only aim is to fool customers and to make many and profit as much as possible.
        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Purchased the DVD from Sony Traders Chandrapur M.S
        on 22.06.16 on checking found it is not working complain
        lodged to your authorised service center 15 days ago
        but till now no body has attended. What to do . Dealer is not responding .

            I bought a samsung s7 edge on 5th of july 2016. The phone stopped working on the 15th of july 2016 and there were also certain issues with the screen. I sent the phone to service centre on the same date. Since it had been only 10 days post i bought the phone i had constantly speaking with the customer care and service centre for replacement of my phone. However, there was no support from the company's end to solve my problem. I got the repaired phone on july 23rd and the same night i again had troubles with the phone. There was a lot of flickering on the screen of the phone.

            I am very dissatisfied with the products and services of samsung and should advise all that no one should waste their money on any of the products of samsung.

            I have now asked for a refund of the entire money i had paid for the phone and also appropriate compensation. U am waiting for company's revert on the same.

                Had compalined that their no power in the washing machine on 29th june, 2016. Got an sms that abhijit was allotted. When called he said he was not aware. However he came next day and said that the main pcb is off. It will cost rs 6500. Evening i get a call ajay pal that it will cost rs 11500 as 2 items needs to be changed. The machine cost was rs 30000/- and repair cost 11500 seemed quiet illogical. When i complained to call centre. Next day pal comes and repairs it for rs 6500. The machine takes 4 days for repai.

                After 10 days the machine has the same problem. I log a complaint at the call centre and a technician is sent after lot of followups (Can check my calls even though its repeat complaint, he says the same item has concked off hence will be replaced without cost. Next morning pal comes and says some other pcb has concked off and i need to pay rs 4500.

                How can 2 item get concked off in 3 years at the same time. If is so then the quality is very poor of samsung and if not so then the service centre is trying to dupe the customers. I have used ifb 10 years with no issue

                Whatosever issue is there you cannot reach customer care head as per mr lalit. He confirmed that he has escalated the matter but no calls received by me from any higher authorities.

                Would request you to have the item repaired at the earliest


                Finally after complaining to ceo, i get a all from some vijay who was asusal arrogant and said you have to pay and then get the machine rectified and the price is rs 3960 and utlimately i had to pay rs 4600 to get this repaired. The question how can 2 items get damaged at the same time and te poor product quality is not heard at all. Its useless calling the the top management also

                    This is to bring you kind notice that i have purchase a handset of your company model no: sm-c101, imei no: 356985/05/099750/3, serial no: cn1d6029pkh on dated[protected].
                    Since i have purchase your product dated[protected] i have been facing problem and now i have really fed up by your product.
                    There is no service available in my home town kanpur city.
                    Four times this product has been repaired at your lucknow service centre first time at agarim technology and rest in f1 info solution. as i am a residence of kanpur and doing job at iit kanpur so you can very well understand how difficult for me to get the service so many times.
                    Details mentioned below regarding services taken:

                    3. march 2016
                    4. june 2016
                    We have been regularly in touched with samsung ceo desk during all the above services.
                    They are not give me the refund of my handset with my 2 year extended warranty amount as it is now not possible for me to go lucknow and take the services.

                    Dear Sir,

                    This is in regards to complain of my Samsung Handset model code (SM- C101), bearing serial # serial number (CN1D6029PKH).
                    This is your best endeavour to provide me best product experience but this time i think you are not able to provide me best product experience because of some problems in electronics items are due to manufacturing fault. In that case the company either replaces the product or fully refunds the customer money or give some option to take any other phone with the difference paid by customer. If your products pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognised; then why am I facing the problem? If Samsung products stand out as best in terms of quality and service then give me another good quality phone only then I will see you whether you are right or wrong. It's a pragmatic word not a just talking or mailing.

                    I think customer satisfaction is the index of your company's reputation and you are spoiling your company's reputation and I don't know why?

                    If Samsung always believe that customers are the best judge and may help with improving our products then i am telling you that product is not success because I start to face the same problem within 3 month of purchase of a new phone. Therefore, I give you every feedback regarding my phone.

                    If Samsung appreciated my feedback shared regarding my product quality then you have to take a decision in the favour of customer. Refund the full money with extended warranty.
                    (During this span of time, like any other thing, its usability and novelty goes down which is termed as depreciation. The customers use the product to its full functional capability till the time it depreciates to a level which is beyond repair. Samsung keeps the fact in mind that the customers have utilised the product till such time it was not beyond repair and thus give the adjusted value as a refund on goodwill basis keeping customer satisfaction in mind; therefore, a full refund is beyond possibility.) Said by Samsung
                    I am fully agree with this what Samsung is telling to me but during that span of time i am not able to use that phone because Samsung is not providing the services in my home town they are providing the services to next city which is so far from my hometown may be 150 kilometre but 3 to 4 Samsung service centre are near to my home town but they are not providing the services to me I don’t know why. So in whole year during my warranty 6 to 7 months phone was in service centre then when i utilised that product. So how can you depreciate the prize of phone? Phone is never in fully functional mode. That why customer (I am) not satisfy with this decision.

                    Also you have not written about what refund regarding my extended warranty. I purchase that warranty because after taking 4 services my phone one year was near to end so I have no other option to prove you that my phone have manufacturing fault. After 1 year 3 months over Samsung feels that Yes there is some problem so you have to return the money to customer but if i have not purchase that warranty then Samsung simply tell that 1 year over we cannot provide you the services regarding your phone. Samsung did not give me any option or way to prove my word that why i purchase extended warranty. I am not using that product and Samsung is refunding my money than they have to refund my extended warranty money because I am not using your product then how i will use your extended warranty.

                    If I am agree whatever refund is given by Samsung regarding my product then you have to refund that money with full money of extended warranty. Otherwise Samsung will give me another option to buy a new Samsung phone and the difference amount will paid by customer also whatever the extended warranty difference of new phone will also pay by customer.

                    If there is any word used or say by me who hurts the Samsung people then please give me sorry. Also if any quarry fell free to contact me.

                      It is worst customer care service of the samsung. My refrigerator is not working properly, so i made a complaint on customer care on the date of 22 july 2016 on 1.00 pm. One lady picked the call and registered a complaint. And she gave the surity that engineer will make a call before 8pm. But still i m nt received any call till now when again i made a call to the customer they said to me that there is no any complaint registered from your side. Now that time he registered my complaint. You are making a fool to the customer. I will socialize this incident and refers to other that no need to buy any product from the samsung.

                        Myself g c soni purchased a8 samsung mobile sm a800fzke - composit pack - sn. [protected] in 27 jan 2016 from jaipur vashali nagar, screen of mobile was not working and i have sent for repairing to authorised service centre dated 23 july 16, after replacement or repairing of screen it is not working like original one its brightness now is very less and blur. i have spent my hard earned money rs 24800 and they have given replacement with duplicate screen. i would like to request you to provide me original screen replacement not this blur one on urgent basis or replacement of my mobile or else i will take this matter to consumers court.

[protected] in 27 Jan 2016 from jaipur vashali nagar, screen of mobile was not working and I have sent for repairing dated 23 July 16, after replacement or repairing of screen it is not working like original one its brightness now is very less and blur. I have spent my hard earned money rs 24800 and they have given replacement with duplicate screen. I would like to request you to provide me original screen replacement not this blur one on urgent basis or replacement of my mobile Or else I will take this matter to consumers court.

                            I bought a samsung galaxy a7 (2016) edition with top load from an authorized dealer sangeetha in bommanahalli in july 9th 2016. After about 7 days, my smart phone had an issue on the network and the heat while charging. When i inform this to the dealer he informed me to have a check with the samsung service center, he got it checked and told me that the software has update and made me wait for 3 days since my phone has a guarantee of 1 year and the only 8 days old, at the service center a person informed to my brother that the problem is with the mother board as there is a stock issue he informed my brother to come after 2 days but my bro denied and asked him to replace it. But no action has been taken, my question is why the mother board has to be replaced? Because the phone purchased by my bro is 8 days old have the bill for the proof hence i bring this situation to your attention as you have good reputation in indian markets. I believe i would get a quick response from you and get it replaced through the local dealer. Thank you in advance

                              This is to Inform that on Feb, 2016 i bought a Samsung A8 Mobile Serial Number - RZ8H1001YNE.
                              using it just 5 months there was a problem with the handset that the bluetooth & wifi were not working properly. We enquired at the samsung customercare service centre located at muzaffarnagar. They told us to collect the mobile next day. When we enquired about mobile next day they told us that there was problem with the motherboard of the mobile. since its a very costly mobile worth Rs. 25000 and it was bought few months back so we requested them to replace the mobile with the new one but they said they are only going to replace it and nothing else will be done regarding that.
                              As a customer i felt totally un satisfied with the answer . I even called at customer service care of samsung and they were also not able to provide any solution with the problem .
                              I even wrote about this to the CEO of samsung whose web page was there on the website of samsung India.
                              I plaese request you to interrupt and process my request further to change my handset with a new one .

                                The display of my Samsung J5 smartphone blackened in some hours and went blank on 20th Jul’16. I went to the out to the Samsung service center and reported the issue, where I submitted the phone to be repaired or replaced as it falls in warranty period. The phone was thoroughly inspected to see if there is any physical damage or any water logging before submission by the executive at service center and confirmed to find no such problem with the smartphone. The phone rather has been so well kept and taken care by me that the plastic coating that comes on the mobile is still intact as well there is a screen guard.

                                On submission of the phone for repair after few hours I happened to receive a call from the service center engineer, who stated that the repair won’t be done under warranty stating the reason that they have detected water inside the circuit or so and if I need to repair then I have to pay charges of Rs4700/- ???? I disagreed with the reason provided for not repairing it under warranty, as there had been no contact of phone with water as well as no water logging detected or confirmed while its submission. What they just stated is that they have clicked the pictures as proof. I asked those picks to be shared over an email but I received a notification on my mail account that the delivery of an email from the service center has failed!! I was asked to connect with Samsung call center on[protected].

                                I called and spoke with the contact center executive, provide my Work Oder No : [protected] who then verified my details as well device details. I was confirmed that the repair of the my device has been completed and I should rather collect the device from the service center!!! When informing about what Service center had stated to me, the call center executive just raised a complaint number [protected] and informed me that the repair will be done under warranty and I should allow time of one business day for service enter to contact me.

                                After not receiving any call I called up the service center to confirm if I should come to collect the device as contact center informed that the repair has been done, I was again provided with that statement that it won’t be done under warranty and I will have to pay charges!!!. On connecting to call center and speaking to contact center executive, that status was again confirmed that it has been repaired and I should go and collect my device. I informed about service centers response and asked the need to speak to someone from next level. I connected with Samsung’s escalation level who then rather laid emphasis on meeting the service center person face to face and co-ordinate!!!. I asked to share pic which he stated he stated he viewed, he denied sharing it.

                                I made it clear that the reason provided is not valid and acceptable by me to not repair it under warranty and I could only visit service center to collect the repaired phone or in case Samsung cannot repair it then to collect the replacement of the device. After great efforts of this ordeal, what the executive stated is that he has raised it by emailing to area service manager, who would call in in one business day, for which he stated that 1 business day = 24 working hours, & considering 8 working hours per day (3 X 8 = 24) so it will be 3 days. This definition of business days defined by executive for Samsung is really new / out of this world to me!!

                                I have not been contacted by any one yet. I just recently purchased the new Samsung J2 to gift someone, just considering that Samsung is a trust worthy brand!! And of course Samsung provide the service as committed!! There is no doubt that this trust and idea of mine about this brand no longer remains valid!!! I would have never purchased that phone Samsung phone to gift, if I would have gone through this embarrassment by the brand before buying it.

                                I think it is assumed that customers are fools to not understand things such as business days!!! And that service engineers confirm water in circuit although it was not detected or noticed while its inspection during submission. I’ll be waiting response from Samsung, I am sure to reach out to consumer forum and raise that complaint if I am still denied repair under warranty or replacement by Samsung.

                                  It has been more than a 20 days i had raised a call at the samsung service center to repair my top load washing machine.
                                  First 1 engineer had visited but said that a part has to be replaced and the he revisited after many follow up and says that there is some other issues.
                                  After that no one has visited to see the machine and it left all open.
                                  5 to 6 times i have called up the service center and no solution is given to me till date.
                                  This is disturbing and annoying and i had not expected such a service from a brand like samsung.

                                    Bought samsung refrigerator rt56k6378sl top mount freezer for 60k at kohinoor, lokhandwala, andheri mumbai 4 month ago (march 2016)

                                    Right from first day the refrigerator was not working properly it is not maintaining the temperature, sweating and produced a lot of humming sound,
                                    Lodged many complaints but samsung technicians refused to accept the problem with the machine till the cooling stopped.
                                    After 2 months, finally the samsung technician has accepted that pcb part is totally damaged that needs to be replaced which has caused the cooling problem.
                                    Now the cooling has been stopped altogether within 4 months of buying the product. it clearly indicated the defective piece has been shipped for 60k at my place.
                                    Since refrigerator is not in stock (though have bought the latest samsung refrigerator model), refund has been assured by samsung in may 2016.
                                    It’s been 2 months now, am still awaiting the refund & following up with customer care on this.
                                    After four months of long struggle & harassment, i don’t samsung is sanguine about the issues faced by us so it seems have to approach consumer court for this issue.

                                    Can someone please suggest how to approach consumer court & expose the samsung corrupt, unethical practices

                                      Efforts taken - email to samsung cs team through samsung website, posted on fb.

                                      Samsung response - a not so gentleman mr. vijay kumar (most rude costumer response guy i have ever encountered) called up and made it a point to prove that the i had made the biggest mistake in my life buying this phone, he went to the extent of accusing me of being a false man and that i am wasting there time, repeatedly asking for escalating the issue with higher up and constant reminders as usual the very busy guy mr. mudit singh sr. executive customer experience (i dont know how you name such fancy departments) emails a final no to my expectations and a sweet sorry for the inconvenience. the best part he hoped i loved to enjoy samsung phone :-)
