Respected sir, i am using samsung mobiles from last 5 years. I bought samsung j7 mobile from samsung showroom in may month. By mistake mobile fall down and mobile display dimaged.
I visit many times to ur auth. Service center "kiran mobile care" in ludhiana for display replacement. Dispaly price is 6500 and i am agree to pay this amount. But service center always says that no dispaly is in stock.
Plz suggest, what can i do. My mobile is not in use from last one month.
Plz arrange dispaly as soon as possible. I am waiting for ur reply

    I'm facing a pop up error message regarding my mobile's android since february 2016 like this "your android is not enough to store the app data" and after that the running application on my mobile is terminated

    I have visited samsung service centre for many times for same issues but still they are unable to resolve my issue which i'm facing from a long time they don't know the actual problem which is arising in mobile... then either they update my software or change my motherboard and return handset to me but this is not wokring

    Kindly request you to please look my complain same as we feel hance i request you to solve this complain on topmost priority

      Hello sir,
      I got a call on 8th june 2016 from +91-[protected] number (ritu sharma) she told me my number win a lucky draw and lucky draw is samsung j7 gold mobile worth 4399/- only. after few days they confirm my address and send it on 16th june 2016 by indian post (parcel number is ya[protected]in). after few days they call me from +91-[protected] number (ankita) and told me on 27th june parcel received in post office. i went to the post office and pay 4399/- and received parcel and open it, they cheat me they gave me laxmi yantra in the place of samsung j7. i call them they told they have some mistake to packing they assured me that i got my mobile in 7 to 10 days. but now i call them there phone number is switch off. i have there call recording.
      Please help me sir to get back my money.

        I have been pursuing the matter in regard to my smart TV but I am not satisfied with the solution.

        My ID is [protected]

        The unit has dust spots as informed by the engineer and has given an estimate of 14000 to replace the panel.

        I being a loyal customer to this company has been facing problem and I m not in the condition to bear this cost.

        Samsung is a big co. N I hope that my problem is resolved.

        It seems that Samsung is launching products which has only life of one year and after failure of product the part are being replaced at cost which a person like me cannot imagine.

        I request to look into this matter and replace my TV panel without any cost.

          I am harsh srivastava and brought a samsung a7 mobile on 26/6/2015. This phone has has often switched to safe mode automatically. I have contacted samsung service center about this problem 4 times, all the times they said that this problem has been occured because of forcefully pressed volume button or the phone was dropped from this side. But they are unable to show any kind off remark for such things. All the time when i asked them to change the phone or upgrade my phone, they replied that it is not possible.
          For last 1 year i am going through this problem.
          Please do the needful as soon as possible.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I would like to inform you that i am purchasing samsung mobile model J7 on 17/04/2016 in 14000 Rs from Pithampur and after some time on 29/06/2016 it occuring problem in wifi, bluetooth and mobile hot spot.
            So i will go to samsung service centre dewas on 30/06/2016 then the service center executive see the problem and he has told me that you will come after 4 hours so we will resolve all of your problem.
            But after 4 hours he will says you will come tommorow then i will give your mobile with normal operation.

            Then i am going next day, he says your motherboard will damage and you will pay for 8000 Rs... then i am totaly shocked and i ask to him WHY???
            Then he told it is occuring from moisture and its motherboard will be damaged from moisture but i argue that no moisture will come in myobile.

            At present i will daily contact to samsung customer care but no output given by the company and i am total harash from the company.

            I request you please take necessary action against him and do needful in my matter because i am totaly frustate in this matter.

              I have bought a Samsung A8 phone from samsung showroom kottayam on 15/12/2015 and while using the phone there was nothing moving inside the case of the phone but during the month of june 16 exactly 6 months from purchase there was something moving inside the phone as if the battery or the mother board of the phone is shaking inside, i went to the service centre as advised by the dealer, while they took the phone for service and said that its the camera coil inside the phone which shaking and they gave back my phone. I went to different friends of mine who use Samsung A8 model for couple of months they never had the same issue . later I went to the service centre again on 22nd july and asked them to check again and if required service the same so that it will not have anything shaking inside since its under waranty period . They again said the same reason and they were not even ready to service it and they said its not a complaint and it need not be serviced and returned the phone . Prior to submitting the phone I have raised the complaint through samsung with the above complaint number . I had to speak to different people named Sathish 1st, Revathy second, Prem third from call centre or toll free number and then from CEO office Mr Akash, Abhilash and at last Mr Suresh who took the complaint spoke to me and said will give a solution to it . Based on the service centre advice I called Mr Bijoy ASM for Kottayam @[protected] who is suppose to give me a solution whohad asked the service centre kottayam to return the phone without servicing.Today evening I have received a final judgement from Mr Suresh CEO office that nothing can be done more based on the service centre feedback and others and the observation by Mr Suresh its an added feature of Samsung A8 phone and the shake will remain and it cant be serviced. He told me that since the phone has a super camera and focus and it has an Auto click option and so it will shake inside. I cant understand why samsung is afraid to service this phone which is hardly 6 months old. I have paidclose to 31000/- rupees for buying the same . As advised by Suresh while talking to me today he was suppose to send me a reply to my complaint as mail to my registered mail ID with the details which I have not received Yet . I am expecting a solution for this issue I need my phone repaired under warranty as like when I bought it new or replaced. I will be forced to go to consumer court for a solution if its not done at your end. Expecting an early reply.


              I seriously dought it might be the battery or the mother board . If the phone gets into trouble or if it causes any damage to my body organs or life then the responsibility is on Samsung.Till date I have not received any communication in writing only verbal communication which itself shows the wrong intention of the company.

                  Samsung bad services, i m fully frustrated there was blank display on phone i had given my samsung j7 on 21.07.2016
                  Now even they did'nt process my phone for next step. 2 months ago i changed my display from samsung @cost of 5900 rs and i was not satisfied with hat display due to blink display on unlock condition but due to non availibility of screen i uses that phone, now suddenly on 21.07.2016 blank display shown.
                  They are asked for documents like cancelled check, id proof and origional bill photocopy, i had given on that day. But today i asked my status of phone then they are saying at cancelled cheque there is no name, send first page of cheque book where name mention. Now i have no phone ttally frustrated from samsung services

                    Sir i'm your loyal customer for the last 10 years and have bought at least 12 mobiles and recently purchased samsung galaxy a5 2016 on 29/5/2016 for rs. 25000 having gorilla glass, on 8th july it was accidentaly droped by me and its screen broke. As i took it to customer care but they told me to pay rs 8500, for replacement of the screen. If it is such a high end mobile phone and equipped with the gorilla glass then why should i pay for the screen replacement or samsung is not providing gorilla glass but falsly claims so...

                    BUT SORRY to say that NOBODY contacted to me till 25/07/2016 10:50A.M..
                    Now what should I understand. As above material u can understand i noted each and everything.

                    By purchasing S6EDGE i EARNED

                    Loss of GOODWILL – as patient contacting me fone shows not reachable, switch off, ringing, call waiting BUT ON MY FONE THERE US NO ACTIVITY.
                    MENTAL TENSION.
                    PHYSICAL TENSION -Occured by not properly work of fone AND MOST DELIGHTFUL BACKHAND TEAM.
                    TIME LOSS – SERVICE CENTRE 24-26 hours and in CUSTOMER HARRESMENT CENTRE MORE THAN 70 HOURS.
                    INSULT – Everytime Egineer IMRAN KHAN INSULTED ME and SANDEEP CHOPRA not taken this issue seriously.
                    FINANCIAL LOSS – Visited AMBEY COMMUNICATION 8 times approx. 12 kms from my reach.
                    Experience loss – They stolen my PENDRIVE in which 10 years of data was saved.
                    MISGUIDENCE -1st time engnn says bring cable after sometime after that they deny to change cable.
                    MISCOMMITMENT – WHOLE DEPTT.

                    PROBLEM FACING NOW:
                    HEAT (30%), HANG NETWORK.
                    CONTACTS again deleted RANDOMLY and AUTOMATICALLY.
                    Memo to ONE NOTE (copy – paste).
                    Camera again taken 4 times to adjust about 45 seconds.
                    Fone again AUTO-RESTART TWICE.
                    SLOW CHARGING in ever two days.
                    3 times SCREENSHOT TAKEN but NOT SAVED ANYWHERE.
                    2 times wi-fi (which is akways on) taken 15 – 22 minutes to connect.

                    WAITING BY 7/JULY/2016 TILL DATE 25/JULY/2016 now more than 17 days:
                    NO ONE CALL

                      I purchase led on 27/03/2014 from srs retail store sector 21 c, faridabad vide memo no 21c[protected] for rs33700, on 22/07/16 i started my tv and sound was coming but screen was blank, then we make complain on helpline no and engineer visted name krishna gupta vide call lock no [protected], he say that screen panel has broken and aprox expences rs 14589,
                      I request to u pls replace this product at zero cost because led and tv not purchase for 2 years, last experience my tv of sansui company aprox work for 16 yrs and now also good condition, pls take action and do this work otherwise i will go to consumer court. thanks prem kumar mob [protected]

                        As I'm your loyal customer for the last 10 years and have bought at least 12 mobiles and recently purchased Samsung Galaxy A5 2016, on 29/05/2016 for Rs. 25000 having Gorilla Glass. On 8th july it was accidentaly droped by me and its screen broke. As i took it to customer care but they told me to pay Rs 8500 for the replacement of the screen. If it is such a high end mobile phone and equipped with the Gorilla Glass. Then why should I pay for the screen replacement or samsung is not providing gorilla glass but falsly claims so. . . .

                          I have purchased Samsung galaxy note 4 on 29/7/2015 & facing problems of incoming call issue from last three months.
                          I have submitted handset 3 times to service center for same issue however the issue did not got resolved.
                          I have submitted phone again to service center for same problem on 6/7/2016 and after 19 days, I am not getting any update from the technical team of service.
                          I am requesting for refund as this is genuine device issue which is not resolvable.
                          Please advice/suggest in this case.
                          I am trying this as last solution or will start taking legal actions against Samsung India in Consumer Court.

                            I am fed up from samsung service. i declare it the world biggest hopeless service i found.
                            I have given my samsung home theater for service at your store on 22 april 2016.
                            But till today no responce is given.the service center people 2 days n 6 hours this week tomorrow confirm.
                            Newer comes to end.
                            The hope less service and there rude n irresponsible character.

                            I feel like to fire the system in front of Samsung center.and let people know about the currupt function of the company.

                              But recently my mobile is not working iam gone to samsung services center in yamuna vihar and preet vihar or arjun nagar but my mobail not repair in any service center so i ask why are not repair in my mobile..???

                                This is to reference with herewith that we have been purchase one samsung fridge model rt45h5809sl-tl, s. no. obdr4adg300108e, 446 ltr. from next showroom, new sanganer road, jaipur in 2015. i have been reported many time concern about my fridge is dropping water inside from lower side of frizer (photos also attached), but three times your service representative comes at home & not giving good response at all.

                                Last time with complained id (service order) no.[protected] dated[protected], your executive comes my home & detached full frizer part & service deeply good & he also assured us that next time this complained not be raised. after one month same problem again raised, but i am ignoring many times. till time when fridge not running ok, i feel cheat by samsung company.

                                I request you to kindly see this matter seriously & resolve my issue with promised services.

                                  We bought a fridge in 2012 of worth 21000.
                                  It has compressor warranty of 5 years. Compressor stopped working in may 2016 and
                                  Ervice center told us you will be charged around 9000 rs for this because it wont be considered in warranty
                                  Because there is no warranty sticker on the fridge. So we showed them original bill
                                  But they denied that it will not work and sticker should be there. Service center people
                                  Aid you have to take approval from head office. So we were left with no option other
                                  Than paying 9000 because our whole family was struggling because of no fridge in the
                                  House and it was already delayed by 15 days. So we paid that amount and service center
                                  People told us that if you get approval from head office then we will refund.
                                  So i talked to mrs isha verma in samsung head office and she said we will look into it.
                                  She did not responded two weeks and when i called back she said i called your father and he said issue is resolved.
                                  My father was not even aware that i raised a complaint because he is a retired person and dont want to do all this.
                                  So i complaint to ceo office and they said the same thing.
                                  Now its more than two months that i am writing emails and calling samsung and raising my voice on twitter but
                                  There is no response.

                                    My daughter gifted me a brand new s 7 edge on my birthday. it was purchased on flipkart on 6th may 2016 for rs.56, 930/ - (invoice attached). my mobile was on charging on 19th night at about 11 pm. at about 3.00 am i found that the mobile was switched off & it was very hot. so i switched it on & saw the message that your phone was switched off due to overheating, battery was only 43% charged.in the morning i tried to charge it, but could not, so i tried with another charger. but failed. so on 21st i visited our service center at virar, after waiting for about one & half hours, the technician told me that, your phones charging port is not working due to some liquid fell in it. and you will have to pay rs. 15, 540/- to get it repaired, since its not included in warranty. i was shocked that i have used the phone for only 70 - 75 days & our technician says its not covered under warranty, because s7 edge is a water resistant mobile phone & failure of the charging port must be due to some faulty part. no one is mad to put any liquid in the phone costing about 58, 000/-. so i request to kindly replace my s7 edge with a new one. or else i will be forced to go in consumer court.

                                      This is informed you that, i have buy samsung refrigerator modal no: rt28k3022se wmc trolly from sales corner manjalpur baroda. on dated : 12-may-2016 with bill no : mp-05-454. after 40 days cooling is not working in the refrigerator, and i have informed the issue in customer support and they will not register our complain but they inform me to do your refrigerator on high speed with six. i have do the same as per instruction and refrigerator get start for few days, and again it was stop cooling on[protected]. after the same issue i have again call in customer support and the arrange engineer mr. vijay from baroda service center. and he has check the issue and replace main pcb.
                                      But after replace the pcb i am not satisfy with that.
                                      O kindly replace my refrigerator.

                                      Kindly resolve the issue on urgent basis.

                                      My mobile has damaged (LED) i have submitted to sumsung service centre. and it was informed me that i will get my mobile approximately by one week. its has been almost 1 month (6 days less)..they are answering me that their is no stock at company.

                                      i accepted it but when i, m calling after seeing my number they are switch off their mobile

                                        Kindly refer to my several complaints lodges by visiting your service centre at a-233, okhla industrial phase-1, new delhi on 19thjuly 2016 (job sheet no.- [protected]) and subsequent calls at your gurgaon-based office. also, i have already mailed the support team regarding the issue of complete screen black-out on 21st july 2016 but till date no satisfactory action has been taken.

                                        Inspite of my request and explanation at your okhla service centre, they refused to consider the problem of “complete screen black-out“ under warranty, but this particular handset has been bought just 8 months before and it can only be a case of manufacturing defect. it is relevant to mention here that we have noticed on same day at your service centre 7 more customers were also complaining about the similar defect. the service centre head simply mentioned to us that, we are getting this type of complaint frequently but samsung is not allowing us to cover under warranty and if we want to get it repaired, we need to pay rs 6000/- for the same which is a huge cost.

                                        I had a discussion with ms rajni, (designated as floor manager at gurgaon office) after prolong deliberations, she suggested us to deposit the handset to the nearest service centre i. e a-180, ground floor, kotla, new delhi for third party inspection to do the best at samsung end.

                                        On 22nd july 2016 i received a call from ms sushma from corporate office, gurgaon she has also suggested to visit service centre a-180, ground floor kotla and deposit the handset to do the best to service the customer.

                                        On 23rd july 2016, i visited at service centre at a-180, ground floor, kotla (job sheet no.- [protected]) and met with mr ajay. i had a very bitter experience there. first of all, he was not ready to deposit handset; secondly, he mentioned that since earlier service centre at okhla has already mentioned out of warranty, we have to also mention out of warranty, hence, we are not going to do anything with this handset, you may contact samsung gurgaon office otherwise set will lie at service centre unattended.

                                        Sir, it reveals from above that this is a big harassment to the customer by the company. i re-iterate once again to kindly instruct your personnel to replace this above mentioned handset without any further deliberations and harassment that has already led to the customer’s mental agony.

                                        Hoping for a positive services from samsung, which will avoid further defamation/litigation from customers-end regarding defective product sold out by your dealer m. g. ezone, samsung plaza, yusuf sarai, new delhi.
