I don't want foc service.
I know, now my mobile is out of warranty. warranty closed on feb 2016.in my warranty period. i met you service center to submit my mobile. regarding hanging, heating & auto re boot. but they didn’t resolve the issue. these guys not aware of mobile handling procedure. just know only a factory data reset after os upgrade. since purchased, still i’m facing those problem. but these guys are not worry about my previous issues.
They said, your mobile is out of warranty. and it’s a display issue. so you can pay. rs7140.00/- on 19th may 2016. after 9 days, i received the call from service center. they informed to me. mobile display and motherboard also problem. you can pay rs18140.00/- on 28th may 2016.
Why this discrepancy?
If, i paid the amount of my display issue rs7140.00/- on 19th may. defiantly my mobile problem not solved. due to these worthless employees. finally, i just know, why these guys provide the wrong commitment’s.in this differentiation, has created a huge suspicion.
So need to know the clear explanation. i wrote more than 20 mails’ to samsung coo desk. but they frequently said, “your mobile is out of warranty. foc is not applicable”.
I need to clear explanation mail of your service discrepancy.
Please assist me on this.

So these guys are expecting me to pay 91.57% of your actual product price. they asked mobile broad + display amount with service charges total cost of rs18, 140/-. i guess service charge rs500.00/-.
If yes, in this product remaining worth is rs2260.00/-.in case, in future any other issues will be happening in my mobile (for ex: mobile speaker, micro phone, camera, panel, battery etc.…) except display and mother board.
I will pay only 2260.00 + service tax? is it correct?
Please reply me. i need a clear answer of my question?
