I am using samsung galaxy j7. I give it to the service centre on 01/07/2016. On that day they said if any software complaint means they will deliver on the same day otherwise it will take 5 days or upto 10day. So only i give the mobile for service. Because my complaint is simple. On the same day they caleed me and said that your display is complaint so it will take upto 4 days. 0n 4/7.2016 they called me and said they didn't recieve the parts so it will take upto one week. Today i called they said today also they didn't receive the parts how many days you will take to send the parts to service centre. Deliver the mobile tomorrow itself. Otherwise pls refund my full cash or deliver a new phone.

I am using Samsung Galaxy S6 edge plus(32GB, gold). i submitted my phone on 19th Jan 2017 and was committed to get my phone in 2-3 days but still after 5 days they want another 8 days.
Firstly they refused to accept that there is any problem in my phone. Then on insisting too much they checked and they found that my fast charging is not working, hanging and heating too much. Due to heating issues my cable of charger is burnt.
Then they told me to sit for 30 40 mins, as they'll open my phone to check the condition, but after 1 hour a representative comes and says that u leave and we'll update the status in 2 or 3 hours as we are unable to open the phone.
No one replied for 5 days and when I used to call them no one use to ansewr the phone of service centre. Today after calling call centre for 6th or 7th time, I managed to talk to the manager of Samsung service centre and she said ill get my phone once the part is received and that part is ordered she herself doecnt know what is the part required. But she says i should wait another 8 days.
I am fed up with this pathetic service. PLease give my phone in good condition in 2 days or refund my full cash.
So I submitted my phone (galaxy s6) to a service centre in Mumbai on[protected] with a battery drain issue. The issue started exactly after installing the latest security update so I assumed it to be a software thing. I was told that the team will revert back on the same day or during the first half of the next. But after receiving no calls, I called them. I was told that they performed a factory reset and are still diagnosing the issue. So I called them back after a few hours and they told that the battery had issue. I felt that I should personally check with them before committing to anything. When I visited the them back, my phone was exactly the same way as I had left it. To my surprise, the phone wasn't reset at all. It had all the files it previously had on it.
I should have taken my phone back from them right then, but I asked them to go ahead with the resolution. I was this time told to wait for 2 days. And lo and behold, I am still waiting. I've been given all possible excuses ranging from the company itself not having those parts and that the complaints have been cancelled for some godforsaken reasons.
If this is how Samsung services their so called 'flagship' models, I can't even imagine what the other people have to deal with.
Not sure if the customer care is terrible or just the service they can provide users.

    I have purchased Samsung galaxy A8 4 months back and it is creating regular problem. Now the phone is in service center as the phone's display and camera is not working, but after giving phone to them I am not getting any response from Samsung head office and service center(SRS Telecom, Naraina) people are saying that they are not getting LCD from Samsung.
    After mailing and calling to Samsung I am not getting any response from them

      After purchasing one of their most expensive french door refrigerators (rfg28mesl1), we have been utterly disappointed by the service offered by samsung. it is clear than none of the service personnel are even aware on how to repair this model. the issue to be resolved is straightforward that the freezer is not functional even when the fridge is.

      Firstly we never got the engineer whose name was messaged. mr. hifzu (the allocated engineer) did not visit even once. it was clear that he had sent junior engineers who were not clear of the solution and provided explanations such as
      - change the temperature from -17 to -22, the ice will start forming then.
      - the power is loose which is why the freezer is not working but the fridge is.
      - we are opening the freezer too much.
      These are explanations that warrant the belief that the customer is stupid and will believe anything that they say.
      Mr. gurdeep singh who visited last tried changing the pipe and refilled the gas. to our dismay even that has not solved the problem.
      A total of rs 2100+, an hour of daily follow up, multiple complaints, 2-3 hours on every visit have been invested from our side already. the first complaint was made on 23rd june and no solution has been provided yet. please do not sell expensive refrigerators if you do not know how to repair them.

        Dear sir,

        I have purchased a ac of your company on 16/05/2011. I have been registered a complaint in april 2016 that my ac is not cooling properly and thereafter your engineer visit our home get rs 400/- but he not check properly my ac and problem remain same. I have again registered complaint on 09/05/2016 having complaint no. [protected] and this time also your engineer visit my home but not check anything on ac. I have again registered complaint on 19/05/2016 having complaint no. [protected] about this and this time your engineer visit my home check the ac properly and tell me that compressor of my ac will be replace by costing rs 9500/- but i tell him for replace the compressor free of cost because i complaint about this within 5 year of purchase i. E. Before 15/05/2016 in two times on april 2016 and 09/05/2016 and you not tell me about the compressor replacement and as time of 5 years expire you told me for the same. I have also registered complaint for this replacement on 19/06/2016 having complaint no. [protected] but upto today no engineer visits us. So please solve my problem urgently because after going summer season there is no relevance for replacement of that compressor.

        No steps has been taken by the company in this regards and I have registered complaint many times on April, 2016, on 09/05/2016 having complaint no. 4213831972, on 19/05/2016 having complaint no.. 4214438184 and on 19/06/2016 having complaint no. 4216199486. I also call to Star Samsung Service centre Panipat on mobile no. 9996543251 many times no response was given from that side.

          I have purchased above mentioned refrigerator model with sr. No. 0bdw4adf500425 from yr dealer initiative data systems pvt. Ltd. Lucknow dt.5/10/2014. This refrigerator started giving problem as ice formation started in the box below the freezer chamber. This resulting in water droplets wetting the main freeze box storage space down the freezer chamber. This water leakage problem started about one year after the purchase the problem was discussed with local dealer but problem persisted. Finally we registered a complaint with yr service centre on 28.5.16, there after on 11.6.16 and 26.6.16 every time service engr came but problem not resolved. Latest complaint made on 10.7.16 service engr mr. Arif attended. He told that as the problem is not getting resolved through local service engr. Therefore problem will now be referred to company head office for resolving / replacement of the refrigerator. Service engr. Took the photograph also of the ice deposit/ leakage to attach this with there report to head office. The problem is long pending and is not getting resolved through local service engr s there fore it seems that there is some manufacturing defect in refrigerator delivered to us. I request you to replace the refrigerator with new one at the earliest.
          Looking for yr prompt action in this matter.

            I don't want foc service.
            I know, now my mobile is out of warranty. warranty closed on feb 2016.in my warranty period. i met you service center to submit my mobile. regarding hanging, heating & auto re boot. but they didn’t resolve the issue. these guys not aware of mobile handling procedure. just know only a factory data reset after os upgrade. since purchased, still i’m facing those problem. but these guys are not worry about my previous issues.
            They said, your mobile is out of warranty. and it’s a display issue. so you can pay. rs7140.00/- on 19th may 2016. after 9 days, i received the call from service center. they informed to me. mobile display and motherboard also problem. you can pay rs18140.00/- on 28th may 2016.
            Why this discrepancy?
            If, i paid the amount of my display issue rs7140.00/- on 19th may. defiantly my mobile problem not solved. due to these worthless employees. finally, i just know, why these guys provide the wrong commitment’s.in this differentiation, has created a huge suspicion.
            So need to know the clear explanation. i wrote more than 20 mails’ to samsung coo desk. but they frequently said, “your mobile is out of warranty. foc is not applicable”.
            I need to clear explanation mail of your service discrepancy.
            Please assist me on this.

            So these guys are expecting me to pay 91.57% of your actual product price. they asked mobile broad + display amount with service charges total cost of rs18, 140/-. i guess service charge rs500.00/-.
            If yes, in this product remaining worth is rs2260.00/-.in case, in future any other issues will be happening in my mobile (for ex: mobile speaker, micro phone, camera, panel, battery etc.…) except display and mother board.
            I will pay only 2260.00 + service tax? is it correct?
            Please reply me. i need a clear answer of my question?

              Dear samsung care,
              I was much glad on purchasing samsung galaxy note 3 neo on 15 jan 2015.
              i had care alot but now it has problem i found that some of screen areas touch not responding yet s pen work properly.
              Then i visit to samsung service centre they check only by code and advice me to replace full kit of display and touch just for rs. 9048 /- only that was not affordable for me i think here only touch not responding by finger so why should i have to replace full display kit. Please make a necessary action to troubleshoot my problem whether it have firmware or software. here only customer have not to be responssible for all this.
              please make another solution for the same.

                My refrigerator has stopped working since 11th June 2016. I registered a service request to Samsung customer care services and reported the issue. The Service engineer visited my place and reported some minor part has damaged and needed to be changed. He changed it the next day on 1th June and charged me Rs. 708 for it. As per his instructions I kept the fridge ON for 3-4 hours but still problem (cooling problem)was same. I called up Samsung customer care almost 15 times for registering a complaint but did not the proper response.
                I then got the mobile number of new service engineer Mr. Gulam Shaikh, from Samsung India. He came to my place and said the compressor is damaged. He also said that the part which was replaced by the first service engineer was not required to be changed.
                As per Mr. Gulam Shaikh, the new compressor cost is 9000, so i asked him other options like repairing the existing one. To this he suggested me to go for second hand compressor and that I would get it for less than half price of the original compressor (Rs. 3000). He also said that he'll get me the compressor from the local agents and there wont be a problem to the fridge. So, I was ok for this option. After almost a week's time he again came to my place along with the second hand compressor and changed the original. As soon as he changed it, the compressor (second hand) tripped off. He then kept all the connections open and said he will visit in a 2-3 days with the new compressor. But this did not happen till date. I am still calling him almost everyday but he does not pick up the call. My main worry is he has taken the original compressor with him and kept the second hand in the fridge. Is this way Samsumg works? I am very much disappointed with the service and cheated by Samsung. Please advice me what to be done now?

                    My name is sandeep nagarale. i am using samsung edge s7, from many days i am facing keypad problem and frequently mobile is also getting hang. i have shown this problem twice to kharadi, pune service center; but they were unable to sort out this issue samsug service center which is located at kharadi pune are not cooperative with customers, i have done so manycomplaints but was disappointed please advice me how to sort out this problem. waiting for your reply.

                      Life threatening.
                      I escaped any how from tragedy, samsung phone galaxy e7 blasted very badly last night from battery side whole back chrome was destroyed and battery also damaged, i bought it last year only, samsung is making phones not bombs which blasts after an year, it might have taken my life that night it blasted very badly.
                      And i visited samsung service center also, there they are not considering in a right way and not providing needful solution to me.
                      I strictly need replacement or want it to be repaired from there side because its totally samsung's fault as it was totally fatal incident for me as well as any body else also.

                      I received a call today from Samsung they are now saying its not there fault, its customer fault.
                      Why any customer would cause damage to the phones of 20k, above all samsung is not doing good to there customers, as they not checking there handset in which it was technical fault instead they are blaming customers.

                        I believed in your new cell phone that is samsung galaxy s7 edge and their offer of gear vr. so to avail the offer i purchased your samsung galaxy s7 edge on 30th of june 2016 so that i may get the gear vr offer as it's last date was of 30th of june 2016 itself. after purchasing the phone around at 12 pm in the afternoon. as soon as i purchased the phone i inserted the sim and installed the my galaxy app for registration. i successfully got it registered in front of your samsung store people. so after registering they told me that sir u'll get the gear vr icon in the app within 2 to 3 days from their you can order your gear vr. now it's 11 of july 2016 and it's been 12 days since i registered the app and still i haven't got the gear vr icon. when i tried to inquire about it with the my galaxy team they simply told me that sir your are not eligible for the offer because you registered it on 1st of july.. on hearing this i became very mentally disturbed as how can this happen coz i got it all registered within the due date of the offer.infact i purchased the phone only coz of that gear vr gadget.
                        Kindly please help me with getting my gear vr from my galaxy people otherwise i'll have to register a complaint for this with the consumer court department.

                          This is to inform you that we submit our Samsung Galaxy J2 on dated 27/06/2016 for changing the display, they got me time for 2 days for checking the problem after 2 days he told me that your LCD display is want to change and gave me time for 04/07/2016, When we reach the center on 04/07/2016 for picking my phone they told me that your mobile parts is in transit and will be reached by today EOD so you come next day. When we reach next day again the same status given by him, when we reach next day we found the service center is closed and information attach on closed door the center will be open on 8th July. Again we going service center another notice attach on closed door the center will be open on Monday. Now today (on Monday) we going to center the same information given by his that the parts is in transit and gave me 2 more days. This is the worst service of SAMSUNG service center India's most selling product brands?? In future I never purchase any products of SAMSUNG nor to suggest any person to purchase the SAMSUNG product.

                            I hv bought the above samsung model in feb 2016 which is under guarantee period. this is troubling in making call i. e. the network goes out suddenly.. and comes after 5 min., it occurs more than 20 times a day, and after consulting to their customer care, they said they have no solution for this problem, this is defective model. so i kindly request you to show concern towards this, i will be very thankful towards you.. and plz replace my defective handset.

                              Dear sir

                              I regularly watch the tv show paheredar on cnbc. It is indeed a great step towards changing the current system of our country.
                              I am writing this email to you as we didn't get proper responses and services from samsung.

                              Sir i have purchased samsung a. C. 2 ton on 18th may 2015. On the same day indoor unit had some problems so they have exchanged indoor unit on that day and since then i am facing continuously problems in that unit.

                              In last one year i have almost gave more than 10 complaints regarding the problems and ten times their engineers have visited. And there was the main problem reported by us was that we face a cooling problem. We didn't get it even if we put our ac on 16 degree temperature.

                              Within one year they have filled gas once again, then fan was replaced and now they are asking to replace other parts also. That too at our cost.

                              We had asked them to give us feedbacks submitted by their engineers to us but they are not providing the same and currently our problem is not at all solved after one year till date.

                              So we have demanded to replace the unit with the new one. But they are not cooperating at all.

                              I have attached some of the proofs for your reference and we have high hopes from you and cnbc to help us.

                                  We had purchased a frost free double door samsung refrigerator on 26.8.14 from qrs - kottayam, kerala. around january 2016, we had given a complaint through qrs customer care service about insufficient cooling in the refrigerator compartment. nobody came to attend the complaint, but a call centre person called and asked to switch off the refrigerator for 6 hours, empty the refrigerator and restart after cleaning it.

                                  Though the cooling was insufficient, it improved a bit.

                                  Now from june 2016, the refrigerator compartment cooling has reduced to such an extent that food kept in it is getting spoilt. we gave a complaint again to qrs service (ref. no. 41 31877) on june 22nd, 2016 and no one attended. however samsung (samccc) sent a message on 23 june 2016, saying issue is resolved.

                                  This drama was again repeated on 2nd july 2016.

                                  Again complaint was registered 8 july 2016. finally a technician came and advised to switch off the refrigerator for 24 hours and restart.

                                  Even after doing so the complaint still continues.

                                  I fail to understand why a frost free refrigerator needs to be switched off for it to function properly.

                                  I feel there is a serious manufacturing defect in the product sold to me and would like a suitably trained person to rectify the complaint or a suitable redressal.
