Pathetic behaviour of hcl services limited customer care (vikaspuri) specially mr. imran, bought this phone on jan 2016 and within 6 month this phone is started showing their pathetic service, instead of giving a solution because it on warranty period, sumsung customer care was blamming us they that we have done this. samsung product is useless and buying samsung product is just a waste of money. i have used so many phone and this was my first trial of samsung phone and i am very much disappointed. we need solution as soon as possible other wise i will spread bad mouth of word and i need a new samsung j7 as this was the defective producted handed over to me.

      Model no : gt-s7562zkains serial no : rz 1d41sv9qt ([protected])

      Acknowledgement of service request : bill no. - [protected] dt 8.7.16


      I visited the above center on 8.7.16 with the problem of blinking gps & message box deleted (after putting the on & off button) & camera screen of back camera scratched

      1) i was told data will be lost - i agreed to buy a memory card - while i initiated payment by credit card i was told for amounts below rs 500 credit card is not accepted. i had cleared the transaction by cash

      2) i insisted to pay the service cost in full - recd a reply that is not possible. there after i was asked for an advance & paid - accepted by credit card.

      3) i observed that name printed on the acknowledgement of service receipt as sanjit chakravorty vs sanjib chakravorty (my name) - the correct name was entered in theblank slip provided by the center
      4) delivery was scheduled on : 9.7.16 post call and visit the centre

      Incidents on 9.7.16 :

      A) could get in touch after 5- 6 calls - i was told the set will not be ready today & "visit on monday"

      B) i share with the caller the need for the phone - i have my scheduled fixed for monday which i would not be able to change

      C) telecaller replied - we have some recd the set with some damages post repair & can deliver the same only on monday and we will not be able to check / correct the gps problem (this problem is faced when one comes out o[censored]nderground metro in kolkata - wrote that sms message gets deleted on rectification)

      # i was told by the telecaller "if you are in such a hurry then come and take your set in the condition it is"

      # you will be surprised to see the spelling of amount due is deu!! (see scan 1)

      I have understood the quality of the service center - work & people

      Query : -

      1) are your service centers is of the same quality of the road side mobile repair shop? (disregarding customers)

      2) the brand equity of samsung is a big joke - definitely i will avoid all future association with the brand

      # what i suggest to put things in the correct perspective by 11.7.16 (time 2pm) - i will visit the center on the date at 6 pm

        Dear sir
        I had purchased a double door refrigerator of samsung (07014zac302359l) on[protected] from jind, haryana and since i used this at rohtak, haryana. last week freeze generated problem related to compressor, after that i called on tollfree samsung[protected] dated[protected], next day technician visited from rohtak service center and said, to overcome this problem (compressor will change in warranty) freeze must reach in service center at rohtak. on the same day i delivered this freeze first time to the said service center with copy of bill, but they replied to me on call is "as per our record, compressor is changed already of this freeze on[protected] last year at hissar service center by the name of customer mr. jasmir singh" till than i am shocked how it is possible if am using this freeze at rohtak, haryana since i purchased, and company repaired this at hisar with same serial number by the name of other customer? my last complained was on[protected] related to this freeze and solved by the technician on the next day at home (did not change compressor because not required).
        In these hot days, service center rohtak is not taking seriously and did not repair the freeze till now after visiting no. of times at service center and number of times i called at toll free and getting only commitments.

            Last year oct’21, 2015 i was bought a new samsung hd led tv with international one year warranty from lulu hyper market, al jubail, saudi arabia i was working there and return back india on oct’24, 2016 as final exit, i have paid custom duty in proper way on igi airport delhi, since oct’25, 2015 i am using my tv at my home in sultanpur (u. p.) india and it was working properly without any problem but last month june'26, 2016 i got some problem in tv immediately i informed to samsung customer care support service[protected] with ref. no. [protected], after 12 days july’08, 2016 engineer visit to my home and said your panel almost finished and we are not able to provide international warranty because this model is not available in india and you have to buy new one.
            If this model is not available in india then why samsung offered international warranty as mention in warranty card and indian flag also showing international warranty in india on packing of tv.
            This is totally misguiding to consumer by samsung.
            I need my tv replace as soon as possible.

              Dear sir/madam,
              I purchased a samsung galaxy j7 on 13/04/2016.
              In month of june, my phone is wet in water and display of my phone are blank.
              After that i went to samsung service center, panjim and your employee told me that warranty of phone is expire if phone is wet. And cost of new display is 6000/-.
              So i told, its fine and please replace it.
              She said, please give me some time for repair it and say, please come after 1 week.
              After one week she said 'no'.
              15 days to go and in between i went samsung service center 4 to 5 times.
              Yesterday (08/07/2016) i went service center and meet an engineer. He said, motherboard of my phone is damage.
              How can its possible?
              And your engineer blamed me for internal damage.
              But its the fault of your engineer or cheat me for his profit.
              I am your reliable customer and your employee cheat me.
              When i handover my phone in your service center my phone was working. Only display is not working.

              Please check for your end and give me some positive views.
              I am waiting for reply.
              And also attached invoice and job card copy.

                I m using samsung mobiles since 6 year.
                I have purchased samsung on5 handseton 14th may 2016.
                On 07/07/2016 early morning when i checked my handset its showing colorful lines on display. i immediately switched of my cell and restarted in after few minutes but the result was same.
                I have registered online complaint (complaint no[protected] executive name ranu)

                Yesterday i went to samsung service center in pune near nana peth. (tokan no 133, counter no 7) executive asked me to drop the phone for 3 to 4 days, and if any physical damage is there then it will not covered in warrenty, i suggested to open it in front of me then executive told me all the technician was on leave due to eid. if you are not believe on us go to kharadi service center. i was surprise with the answer, i was not expected this answer.

                  I had purchased a galaxy j7phone in ahmedabad. Within a few days i realised the phone would lose its network of its own and woudl not be restored unless restarted. After 10 visits, 4 times submission of my phone and escalation to every level, they once again come back with usual reply, we didnt find any issue. While i made sure i showed them the screen shots of the issue, and even went with the problem in phone at that time, they claim, they could not see the problem in observation, thus concluded "no problem". It is frustrating to see a company like samsung, does not have any escalation process for dissatisfied customers and one has to only get ping ponged between call center and service center, none understands the problem or provides next level contact details. The company shows no accountability towards their own product quality. The phone is lying with them for 3 weeks now, and they refuse to accept the problem or have me speak to some senior guy. May be consumer court is the only solution

                  No surprises, but your customer care team called my wife and asked to collect the phone stating same old story, no trouble found.

                  What is wrong with you people.why so much of secrecy and inaccessibility within.why can't customer speak to some one senior. Why sandwiched between low rung people at service centre and call centre.
                  You can't solve the problem, change the phone or refund the money, as simple as that.

                    Multiple issues with the handset.
                    Handset already repaired but issue is not getting resolved.
                    Requested for refund as i am not satisfied with the product, but customer service agent's are just playing around...
                    I have been visiting the service center almost 3 to 4 times a week and calling the customer service call centre several time and just been romed around without any solution

                        I went to samsung care centre in ludhiana located in model town extension near gurudwara baba deep singh (141002), punjab.
                        I wanted to repair my mobile samsung s6 edge.. there was charging problem.. they did not repaired but replaced original part with old version part. first they didn't give me bill. after they made a job sheet.. then again they refused for bill. they taken 2700 inr. my phone is still not charging as first..

                          I am really disappointed by the samsung tv. i had bought a 65 inch led samsung tv just 1.5 yrs back and now its showing half black screen. the tv is registered in the number [protected]. This is the first time i bought a samsung tv either wise have always bought song tv. and i am so regretting it now. a 3.75 lakh tv starts giving trouble so shortly. i was unaware of the extended warranty or i would have bought it. after complaining in the call centre i got a message that my complain has been giving to a mr sanjay with mobile number [protected] complain number [protected]. he didn't call back but i called him twice and he told me he cannot do anything till he gets a message from samsung. after 4 days i again registered a complain [protected] and telling them the problem and again sanjay was appointed and this time he called back in the late evening and came home and inspected the problem. no according to him it could be either a power supply problem or a panel problem. how am i suppose to react to that where the solution is ranging from 7700 to 70000 rupees.
                          i don't know now what to do and to even get this expensive tv repaired and hope that nothing would happen or just simply buy a new tv(definitely not samsung). i have been proven wrong that samsung tv quality is good and also the service i received is extremely bad.
                          i am writing this in hope that you would consider this problem and either replace my tv or get it repaired free of cost and atlas send a trustworthy repair partner.

                            I had purchased a double door refrigerator two years before. On 9th may 2016, the refrigerator suddenly stopped working, there was no indicator also. So, i had given a complain to the samsung authorised service centre at rajajingar, bangalore. The person who attended the fault is mr mohan and mr idil.Initially they told that the pc board is not working need to replace. It took three weeks to replace, then there was power supply but the fridge was not cooling. So, they replaced few components and charged us 9, 000/- which was paid to them but when asked for the receipt they claimed that they will give the receipt at the end of the completion of the job. They went back stating that they need to indent for some wiring and till date they are not answering the call and not yet repaired. Is this the way samsung has authorised service personnal.                             Mr Girijesh attended the complaint on 9th July 2016. He was reluctant and denied that he will not be doing any repair as previously it has been repaired by another technician. After I explained to Mr Girijesh that previously the technician is also from Authorised Samsung service center, Rajajinagar, Bangalore, then Mr Girijesh informed us that we need to get approval from Head office to proceed for him to repair. I have also requested him to give an estimate on how much would be the repair cost. Till date we haven't heard anything from him. My main concern is the refrigerator has to be repaired and put into normal from Samsung technician. I have already lost ₹9, 000/- by paying to another authorized technician but still the refrigerator is not working. Now this technician Mr Girijesh is reluctant to repair. I am now left with no way, I am purchasing Samsung products from past 25 - 30 yrs and till date I havent come across any such problem. I hope Samsung head office will take this case as priority and get the refrigerator to be repaired and put to normal working condition.

                              I have purchased sm-a500gzkdins-a5 black (ime-[protected]) on 05.05.2016. during the last week of june 16 it developed an trouble by not showing the battery percentage while put on charging the battery. and on 01.07.2016 morning the phone got switched off by itself. i submitted the phone to samsung service centre located at kanoos tower, cochin (kerala) vide bill no.[protected] dated 02.07.2016 with a remark corrotion in ifc. they denied the warranty coverage on the pretext that the corrotion is not covered under the scheme of warranty. it is appropriate to mention here that the corrotion occurred within a span of two months from the date of purchase shows the quality of the material used. i took utmost care that the phone never exposed to water till date. it might have occurred due to moisture. since i am not a technical expert, i did not check the quality of all its part at the time of purchase rather i believed samsung product.

                              Please look into the matter and do the needful to proved with me warranty coverage for the repair.

                              Sir,
                              While appreciating your effort in resolving the issue, it is appropriate to assure and confirm you that the product was handed over to your certified service centre without any tamper. Also I have received a bill for the same. They said it is due to corrosion that might have started before my purchase. Since this is the fact, your statement mentioning the consumer has tampered with the product is wrong and required to be amended. Your is decision shows only favourism to save your people not the customers. Since I lost the hope on your product and service, I request you to return me the product as I submitted at your service centre with out paying any charges.

                                I have purchased samsung top loaded fully automatic washing machine on 05.07.2016. your service engineer manoj bhachandra which is come to my home on 07.07.2016 but he told me he should come to home only between 11.00 to 6.30 p. m. but we are the working person so it will be not possible for me. i request him to come 11.00 am. to our home but he is not well today so i call to our customer care unit but they not give me a proper support to me. so what should i do now.

                                    i have bought samsung galaxy grand quattro for a whopping rs 16000 and yet no android update has been provided for the phone.The phone has become very slow.Samsung has completely ignored its under 20000 devices in terms of firmware, software upgrade.This is pathetic.Look into this matter as soon as possible.Nowadays even a 4000 rs phone comes with lollipop and i am stuck with jellybean 4.1.2.This is pathetic.Look into this matter .

                                      We purchased a double door convertible fridge on 02.06.16 since purchase the fridge its not making ice in time fridge cannot make the proper ice after 24 hours and not making solid ice we told this problem to the local technician of your company but he cannot solved the problem. he told many different stories about this problem there is some defect problem in your product. we want replace this product.

                                        I had logged a complaint with the samsung call centre on 4th july (appx. 11 am) for repairing my microwave and led tv. the call centre was very prompt in informing me about the service charges (300 plus taxes for microwave and 1000 plus taxes for tv... spare parts not included) but so far have not done anything relevant to actually repair either of my products.

                                        I have already spoken to their call centre again on 6th july and to their service engineers on 6th and 7th july but to no avail.

                                        Pathetic service and horrible attitude by their entire team. seems they are only busy selling and have no concern whatsoever for service.
