Dear sir,

I am a disillusioned victim of the hype created by your marketing department for selling me your premium class phone samsung galaxy s7 edge. I am shocked to learn that an investment of rs.50, 000/- plus in a mobile manufactured by the world leader samsung is a no guaranty of its performance.
The phone developed various faults immediately after its purchase on: 19th may, 2016 (Bill attached)
1. Heating problem + battery auto discharge (Attached with this mail)
2. Touch stopped working (Attached with this mail)
The service center which was to solve my problem took days to repair thereby creating new problems for me as i had to manage those days without the so called excellent business phone. Even now the defects have not been rectified and i am told that there is also a problem with the hardware. This i am sorry to say is more of harassment or tormentation than an after sale service. Anyways, i am convinced of my suspicion that i have been sold a faulty piece by the samsung dealer to begin with.
Why should i give a defective piece for repair?
Why can’t it be replaced immediately? And why does a brand like samsung has a warranty for the set change only when it is within the 7 days limit?
For a refurnished phone the cost is less than half the market price. Why should i accept it for 50, 000/- price? This can’t possibly be the marketing strategy of samsung which has climbed to no.1 spot with the patronage of premium customers like me.
Please give immediate instructions to the nearest dealer to replace my defective set with a brand new at the earliest. Else, i am will be left with no choice but to take up my appeal to the consumer court.
I have attached the invoice as well as the service center registered complains with the mail.
Looking forward to the right samsung approach which samsung claims to stand for,

Dear Sir,

Hai Samsung. I used Samsung a7 2016.mobile.sir from tomorrow on words on the left side down carner. An unwanted colour stripes are appearing stable. So pls send me the solution. I am very interested about the Samsung products. But to day I am suffering from this product. As soon as possible pls solve my issue. Tk u sir.

      I have purchased a handset of samsung model A7 on 10.07.2015. After expiry of only four months it started giving problems as screen off and automatically dead. After then i visited the samsung's authorised service center at Siliguri (W.B.). They repaired it and returned back after seven days. But again it was the same problem after ten to fifteen days. Again i visited the service center but this time they told me that it is for the software which is not updated and return me back after so called software updates. After then it is repeated several times. Now i again visited the service center and they misguided me that this is for the software problem again and they returned back and told me that it was updated and this time the problems will not repeated. Just after i received the set its started same problem begins in the hand of your service center staff.
      Hence, i would like to draw your proper attention that why the service center misguided me in stead of repair my handset. For these problems i am facing a lot of problems when it was becomes dead or in operative condition.
      For the forgoing facts, it seems that the company has sold defective handset and not giving proper service to me.
      You are requested to look into the matter seriously and resolve the problem and repair my handset as the set is left with your service personnel at Hakimpara, Siliguri. Please note that if my grievance has not be resolved urgently, I have no option to seek legal recourse.
      The details of my set is as under:

        I have purchase a s6 last 7 mont before but i observe a 3 complaint in my cell phone about this i have complaint to service center after 3 mont of purchasing to zain enterprises in andheri east jb nagar but they jst restart my cell phone and told the problem is solve but know againg after 7 mont i abserve the same problem like heating/battery backup and the back sensor not working. Know about this i reported to hcl company in juhu. I have submited my phone on 27/07/2016 and troday is 31/07/2016 my work under process when i visited to hcl service center they are not sure when the work will be complited they are telling me to call on 03/08/2016 and they want to cange 1 part but its out of stock if the company are not eligible to keep the parts of phone then why they cell the faulty product to customer. I need my cell phone to be done on 01/08/2016 and i dnt need any explanation other wise about this i will complaint on police station and social media like twitter and face book and will raise a complaint in forum complaint.. Thanking you.. I hope my problem will be solve be samsung..

          My mobile Samsung galaxy j7 I purchased on November 2015. Within one month itself am getting issue on connecting internet. If I switch on and off the flight mode only mobile data is connecting. Daily I have to switch on and off the flight mode for at least 20 to 30 times. . So last month I gave to Samsung service center. They said software updated so hereafter there won't be any issues like that. Nearly for 2 weeks it works properly after two weeks now again same prob just from morning 9 am to 10 am itself I switch on and off the flight mode for nearly 9 times to connect mobile data. So please l give me a better service to this issue.

            This is to inform you that I have purchased a TV model No. UA-40H4200 invoice dated 27/05/2016. from your dealer Sargam Electronics address 13A, Pratap Vihar 1, near Jeevan Anmol Hospital, Delhi – 110091 (copy of the invoices attached).
            That immediately after installation of the said TV at my place the picture and the screen started having trouble.
            The picture is hazy, and grainy. There are black patches and lining showing through the period whenever we turn it on.
            I made the complaint on 15th June 2016 to your office in this regard. Your service engineer (Mr. Inder and Mr. Vipin) came on 17 June, 30 June and 28 July and failed to rectify the said problem.
            I am surprised to see that a brand new TV is giving such problems and your engineers are unable to rectify the same. In fact one of the engineers asked me to pay Rs.20, 000/- to replace the faulty parts of the said TV.
            I refused to pay the same since the TV is within warranty period. Thus he did not repair the TV.
            You are thus requested to replace the said faulty TV at the earliest and give me extended warranty thereof, otherwise make the full refund to me in this regard urgently and at the earliest.

              Dear Sir,

              I have purchased the samsung company blue tooth vide no.BHM17001DECIMV on dated 3.5.2016 which is under warranty for 6 months. I have given the same to your service center ( Dev Service, Jaihind Char rastha, Maninagar) on 28.6.2016 due to some less sound problem. They have checked the same and found the problem but they could not solve it and agreed to replace it within 4 days. After 4 days I contact them but that time they told me that the IC of blue tooth had broken.

              Sir, this is to inform you that I have given the bluetooth to them in good condition and they have checked it and confirm to replace when I handover it to them. But after 4 days they have damaged the blue tooth body also and accept it to replace. After my various talks with so many persons since last 20 days, I am not getting any proper reply or service. Hence I request you to do the needful in this matter immediately and oblige.

                  My washing machine is working fine but when it is wash mode water some times keeps on comming out. I launched first complaint 11 july order no [protected] and that time enginer my drain hose was changed... Then again i launched complaint because problem remained the my order no are [protected] and [protected]... Finally service engineer told me that my pcb need to be changed and it will cost more than 4000. Well as i had no option i told him to make washing mashine ok and he confirmed me after final check that with pcb change it will be fine. After 4-5 days of wait my pcb was changed he told me that bill will be given to after he visits next time. But again my problem continue as same... Again when i gave him a call and did complaint new order no[protected]... At his visit he told me thathe has to call technical team and then check waht other problem can be there.

                  But when i asked him that then my old pcb was fine... And it has been changed. And you charged me almost 4000+... I told him then please put my old pcb and return my money for that he said sorry but we cannot take new pcb back and as we have already made a bill. As per company rule i have sold you that part and ot connot be returned back?

                  Please tell me as directed by your enginer i got pcb changed. Then it is responsibly of the company that my money should be returned and my old part should be placed back.
                  As problem is still not solved.

                    I have recharged with 3G data pack worth Rs. 294(magical offer that claims to give data upto 10 gb) on[protected]tuesday). The data pack was not working due to some setting problems in my iphone. Being unaware of this thing, i thought that there is some problem in activation of data pack so i recharged with Rs 7 to get some data for urgent work. But now my previous data pack has been lapsed.

                    I was unaware of data being lapsed and was using the pack as i knew the validity of the pack is 28 days and this caused again a loss of some money from my main account balance.When spoken to customer care they told me about the lapse of data and over usage charges are charged.

                    Now it's not only a matter of money but of the right your company has given to the third person to lapse my data pack. In other companies, the data amount is added to the existing data instead of any lapse.

                    Being such a reputed company we don't expect such loopholes in your system.

                    It seems that i have the rights of a person who is using a 3g pack of 1200 or 1800 rs.
                    If i do a net pack recharge of barely 20 rs on his account, it will lapse his existing netpack balance.
                    What a system ?
                    What assurance do you give me that next time when i do a netpack recharge the pack won't be lapsed.
                    The trust level has decreased and i don't feel to recharge a datapack again.

                    I came across many such complains regarding services of your company but there is no observable rectification. Solve the issues of customers before they lose trust on your company.

                    I am really very dissatisfied and upset with your services and i won't suggest anyone to use idea sim from now on.

                      Detected burn spot on left wall of the refrigerator. gave complain thru toll free no. on 22/07/2016 (service order - [protected]), repeat complain on 27/07/2016 (request no.- [protected]).
                      No positive action taken.
                      No reliable explanation provided by service engineer.
                      Request a written explanation from your end on this matter.
                      Want replacement of the refrigerator as because the defect is of manufacturing.

                        I bought a samsung air conditioner on 7 april 2016 which stopped working on 29 july 2016.

                        Technician visited and said a part is not working which needs to be replaced and not available with them.

                        Despite of mulitple calls to the service center there is no response on when the ac would be repaired.

                        Everytime service center is called someone says that matter is escalated and would get a call by senior manager within an hour but no one has contacted from samsung

                          I bought samsung mobile grand neo gt-i9060 and now still its in warranty period. since feb 2016 seldomly the handset is showing a popup error message related to my android like as "android is not enough to store the app data" on the homescreen and after that the running application is terminated. i had given it your samsung service centre for more than five times

                          First time they were said that it is a upgradation problem;
                          Econd time they were said its software problem;
                          Third time they were said its motherboard problem and change it without know the actual problem which is arising in my handset;
                          Fourth time it is said that there is a motherboard problem and now it is assured that there will be no popup message will display on screen;
                          And last time they submit my phone for a observation but this is all was meningless

                          And the even your samsung service centre (bharat communication, shahdara, delhi) always provide me old job sheet number instead of new one (complaint reference number - [protected] noted on 27-july-16)

                          I had constantly speaking with the customer care[protected] and service centre for the fixed it. however, there was no support from the company's end to solve my problem

                          I have recieved call from the samsung india pvt ltd. from this number[protected] and[protected] they said to me send the copy of mobile bill on this email (support. [protected]@india.com and samsung. [protected]@india.com) for the replacement and return back to the amount but now all the above listed number is out of service or switch off and i have enclosed some screen-sort &
                          Its seems to be fraud cases

                          I received from u Samsung power bank but that device not working properly, it's not charge fully I think it's not 20800 mah battery, if 15 min mobile charge then power Bank's battery is very Down, so I want replace my device as soon as possible

                            I want to complaint against your service center korba they don’t know how to deal to a customer they misbehaved with us
                            I registered my complaint on samsung show room on 7th of july they send their representative on next day & he tell me that compressor & pcb is burnt & it will take a weak to be changed & i agreed & after that he come to my house on changed the parts & he is unable to complete the job he comes after 2 or 3 days with bill of rs - 5324/- i just tell them to complete the job & make my refrigerator in running condition then i will pay you the amount then he just misbehaved & tell me we will not repair the same & you have to pay the amount but i neglected to pay the amount because my refrigerator is still unrepaired i complaint to your customer dare & your senior representative called me for the same matter he guaranteed me to resolve my problem by the next day & next day korba service center engineer called me that he will take my refrigerator to service center & repair the same & i allowed him to take my refrigerator for repairing & he called me yesterday that your refrigerator is now repaired & ready to deliver & i personally visited to service center to check my refrigerator & i found that it is in working condition & thanked him & tell him just deliver it to my home & collect the payment too & he agreed for the same. Today morning i called him that my refrigerator is yet no delivered & payment is also ready for you then he argued with me in rough that first you have to come to pay the bill then take your refrigerator i just called customer care once again for this matter they once again suggest me to be calm & wait for a while our service center will deliver you refrigerator & collect the payment from your house & then after 1 hour korba service center messaged me to pay the bill then we will deliver the same & after that once again i called customer care for this message then they tell me that we will talk too our senior for this matter after this korba service center messaged me that your complaint is cancelled due to customer not at home he just send me false message as my whole family is in my house & once again i called to customer care to tell them about this false message & they tell me to wait for a day.
                            So sir tell what to do for this matter & i request you to take action against korba samsung service center& they are not treating good behavior with customer

                                I purchased a samsung j7 mobile in the month of april and at the end of july month screen got completely black. I reached out to nearest service center in andheri. A service center person said it will cost around rs.7500 to fix it, though my mobile is under warranty. I called up the service center & customer care they are saying mobile not cover under warranty because of mobile alignment is cross. First thing please certify mobile are untouched, without dent without scratch so how it is possible mobile alignment is cross?? I already highlighted on mail by samsung web site but still no response. Its almost 15 days pass there was no call or any kind of intimation from samsung service center. Poor customer experience and then i was speaking the guys stating its covered under warranty and why should i pay? I need my mobile fixed or replaced, i will not pay any single rupee as its covered under warranty!!

                                  I have purchase samsung new phone 5th june'16. phone was good to use everything is fine. 26th july'16 night i have used the phone and phone is good on 27th july morning it seems there was some colours in the display and it is spreading alover the screen. i have went to nungambakkam, chennai service center. my phone is in good condiition. customer support they are infoming that this will not come under warranty. since their phone is physical damage you have put the phone anywhere and display would be cracked inside like this and they are asking to pay 4800 rs for this. this is not acceptable buying a brand phone for good support. but there is no damages and they have not opened the phone blinding asking to pay the customer 40 % percent of the cost.

                                    I have visited your samsung service center in marathalli on 16/07/2016 for my sumsung mobile A8 since my front cam was not working after software updation, Which was purchased on 6/12/2015. I met Mr.Srikanth, I have told him the issue is he asked any chance of water log. I said no.But he was arguing with me and saying that he will not open it since water log. Atlast he said he can't open check since the Front camera was out of stock.
                                    He said that, he will be ordering the Front camera and give a call once its in place. I agreed and went.

                                    After week time, i have not received a call and even i could nt reach him on the numbers he gave. So i again walked in on 23/03/2016. Where srikanth has asked Mr.lokesh to check the mobile. In front of me he opened the LCD and replaced the front camera and said its the mother board problem. Currently mother board is not in stock. He said will order for the mother board and pick my mobile for service since the stand by mobile is not there. I asked will not be a problem if am using the mobile. He said no, so i was using the mobile as usual.

                                    On 28/07/2016, My LCD got black/white in small area, I have message Mr lokesh stating the issue. even i called him and informed, he asked me how the LCD is Pink or black. i said its balck/and white in one part it getting speared all over the screen and flow is with pink colour. He requested me to to visit the office.

                                    I went to the service center, showed the mobile to him, He checked and replied me that the LCD got damage. We cant change the same under warranty. i said after removing the LCD on 23/07/2016 I am facing this problem.

                                    Later i have met the owner, even I asked to provide me a letter he denied to give letter he agreed for mail. I have informed him i am facing the issue because of poor service and handling the customer with proper information. i[censored] would have solved the issue on first day or second day. I would have not face the issue. not in position to pay Rs8400. But they instincts me to pay for the replacing the LCD. Even though mobile is under warranty.

                                      I have purchased smj700fzkdnis on 14/01/2016 regularly the handset is going into emergency call for which i had given it your samsung service centre for four times. First time it was said that it is a upgradation problem. Second time i was asked to change the sim card which was change by me. Third time again it was said that there is a motherboard problem again this time i. E fourth time it is said that there is a motherboard problem and now it is assured that there will be no emergency call problem for which i am not satisfied as such i request you to please replace my handset. For the above problem i am facing financial physical mental harrassment as by profession i am advocate my clients are complaining agitating that i am avoiding to attending them for the above problem.                                         Respected sir; i m using samsung moblies from 3 years din't have any issue with the mobiles i used but i am having a problem in my recent mobile galaxy note 5 bought in march 2016. I was travelling and i was using my note 5 and suddenly the notification bar got a light purple spot i din't took dis prob serioously i thought it would be some software prob or else... It was getting darker n darker day by day i went to service center but they are saying that u have damaged ur screen but how can it happen i have not even dropped my mobile. Now the purple spot is spreading on the screen. I researced on internet and saw some note 5 users having same issue. My phone is under warranty and i want company to replace the screen plz reply as soon as possible. It is a great phone and want to be repaired very soon.
