On 15th july 2016, i had submitted my mobile in samsung service center in okhla as my screen display not showing after generating air bubble as per instruction by samsung ceo desk and during our discussion they advised me to that my samsung galaxy a8 serial no - rz8h30vt2zr will going for further testing in samsung lab and my mobile display is not coming up due to 1 pin tip point air bubble was generated. Today i received call from samsung service center that the air bubble generated on my mobile automatically they will repair my handset after giving rs.9000 approx. I had purchase my mobile in april month with bill. I urge all consumer official to ask samsung to repair my handset free of cost as generating air bubble in screen is a simply manufacturing problem.

Samsung call me form number(011-49108169 or 01204028200 and straightly told me that generating air bubble did not comes under manufacturing defect and they can not repair with money. I would like to ask that how can a person blow an air in air tight screen.

I had received a call from samsung and they are saying the genrating air bubble on screen did not comes under manufacturing defect. hence i need to pay Rs.9000 approx to samsung to get my mobile repaired. I would like ask all representative how can a person blow the air in air tight screen. If air bubble is generated then its definitely due to manufactuing defect.
Still waiting for Samsung team
I am not satisfied with the ans provided by samsung team, they are still want to convince me that generating air bubble in air tight screen is my fault.
as per samsung team behavior it seems that samsung motive has been changed (making money instead of making customer)

    Hi,

    Even after calling service center so many times from past 4 days for my refrigerator still service engineer has not visited. Looks like even CEO's office is not operational and give false assurances to customers like other departments. It doesn't have any control over its departments.
    Even after so many calls, emails still no one has control over what that service engineer is doing where he is visiting and all. Calls and emails include all higher management Branch Head, Inflow manager - Vikram, Manager, Senior Executive - Chetan, Team leader of service engineer - Sukesh(who does not receive calls and doesn't reposnd). As soon as I want to talk to higher management they are not available in offices. I doubt whether managers read their emails or not.

    The most surprising thing was even after mentioning number of times about the timing of service engineer's visit (7.30PM) he calls me around 2PM saying that he is visiting now and then when I again took an appointment of 7.30PM for yesterday on call he updates in system with wrong remarks that there was no response from my number. If you want I can get all call details with FIR that I have not received any call from him, clearly he was lying.

    I just want to know the role that managers perform and kind of SLA followed for the issues raised by customers.

      I am a samsung user phone physically damaged at time i went to service center
      people changed the screen by charging the 6200/- rupees so i payed they told that the body again covered in warrenty so again after a week i got a screen is blinking so again i got a problem that screen is damage so i went to samsung store again they are telling that the parts are not available and when the people come the samsung store the mobile with a full warrenty they will tell knock out when people pay the money they will accept the cases so now my mobile has been damaged by them they are telling that come tommorow 2 days, 4 days but not even taking a service request if there is no part available why this people will keep the product in the market if my device not repaired i will keep a cheating case on you samsung i really first time iam getting a irritation on you people see you people iam having every proof the store people will talk like rashly with a customers you will replace my device or screen

        Dear sir,
        I bought a samsung smart tv on 23.10.2014, while installation i noticed a small lines at top of panel, and the installation crew is advised me that it is not a problem, but now past 4~5 months we have low picture quality with cloudy images,
        And i reported to customer care, the service engineer came to home and said that it was a main panel fault, which will cost inr 16800/-, and i am really shocked,
        Further i wrote the several mails to ceo office to grand me a extended warranty, but it is directed to customer care, without any favorable reply, and it seem no one customer can able to meet samsung official directly, and it's all just eye wash to manage customer without any satisfaction.

        I am a middle class family, i bought tv through emi, and also unable to bear the cost of repair rs.16800/- and don't know what i will do the next course of action, we are all indian and it is a fate of all the indian who is buying bad product at high cost.

        I have given my A4 to change the display on 2nd July in kharadi Samsung care but still it is not available and when asked not responding well very disappointed with this type of service
        Still there is no response from SAMSUNG for the feedback, and i don't know what is the customer satisfaction here in India, who is going to control all these kind of foreign manufacturers, who is producing low quality products with higher cost, and earning our Indian money by only advertising their products as good quality, but in real, it is not even worth for 1.5 years.

        There is no law in India to protect these kind of false promise of quality products.

          I have bought a Samsung galaxy a5 2016 on 25-4-16 for rs 24800/ from paonta sahib after using it for a week I found it heats a lot while charging then I call on customer support nd they said it is because of application running in background. after one month it shows charging problem.then I go to the nearest service center situated at paonta sahib on 04-7-16 and asked him to repair this he takes my phone and said it will be done within 4 or 5 days. I said OK but its not done within 5 days then I go to him on 11th of July and said give back my phone I will show it to another service center first he is making excuses like I'll give this it to you tommorow but when I forces he said when I'm repairing it I done mistake and its display is also not working now. then I called the head office customer helpline no[protected] he said sorry for the inconvenience it will be done within 3 days ie 13th of July but I have to go to my home Delhi thats why don't go there on 13th of July I returned today from Delhi and when I go to the service center he is again saying that part is not avaialable. sir it is a big harasament of the customer they are doing they started a service center with only one guy who take care of all things named kapil. sir I think he knows nothing he is just practicing with customers phones. sir I request you to take big action against him because Sir I'm not that much rich I collected this money very hardly to buy this phone sir I want a new phone from the Samsung because sir I gave him a phone which is working well only with the minor problem in charging but now the guy kapil made my phone useless it don't even starts now and I also requst you to take action against Mr kapil who is running this service center so that other customer don't suffer like my. my request no of repair is [protected]

            I purchased the phone on 14th feb 2016
            Screen is punctured with pressure according to the customer service centre of samsung
            No physical damage or scratch on phone
            Upper glass is intact and scratchless
            No phone drop

            Need support from forum to get my phone repaired by samsung free of cost or replaced.

            Hi Pankaj,

            Even I bought a Samsung Note 5. Pathetic service from Samsung. Even I am writing emails to them but its of no use I think.

            My phone was hanging from the day I bought it and finally after 10 months o[censored]sage, it started over heating and the battery swelled.

            Samsung is one of the worst companies.

              Sir my name is ravi kumar and on 17th of december 2015 i purchased a new phone name samsung galaxy A8. on the next day the display of the phone got damaged it was dsamaged in such a way thaT if a normal person see the phone they cant believe that the display was damaged there is no scrach or line on the screen which can proof that the display of the phone was damaged but when i went to the service center they told me its a physical damaged and you have to pay for the display. At that time i dont have any idea what to do i also had pressured from the home because they purchased me costly phone. On the same day i had submitted my phone to the service centre to repair on the next they repaired my phone and i paid 8125 for the display of my phone after some days my handfree also damaged and when i went to the service center with one of my freind they exchange my handfree and given me the new one on the time one t the mam who gives token to everyone had taken my phone and told me that it was a good phone but beside her one of the engineer of the service center was standing there and adviced her not to purcase that phone and when mam asked her why he told her that the display of the phone got easily damaged and he has shown my phones didplay to her that it was not properly fitted. after that me and my frnd notice that problem and on the same time i told to there engineer that my phone's display was not properly fitted it was coming out from the upper side then she checked te detail of the engineer who has fitted my display at first time but in there computer they don't able to find detail then she told me that you have to wait for hal an hour so that we heat your phone to fix the the display at the right place. i waited and after some time they returned my phone and at that time it was almosted get pasted when i checked but after some days the same problem occurs and again i went to the service center again they taked my phone for heat and gave back to me at that time my chager of the phone also get damaged and when i told them they said you have to puchase new and i also purchased the charger of that phone. within 4 or 5 months my phone got damage my handfree got damaged my charger of the phone also got damaged. after some days the same problem occurs with the phone the display of the phone is coming out from the upper side again i went to the service center and meet there engineer and told them give me the proper solution so that it does not happen next time they taked my phone and told me that in this phone we have to change the tape on which the display was fixxed i told them to change they told me that you have to wait for 2 to 3 hours we change it and give you hand to hand but i told them that i can't wait for 2 to 3 hours please submitt my phone i collect it in the evening or on the next day but they told me no we repair the phone hand to hand then i asked them can i come tommorow to repai my phone they told me yes sir you can come so that we repai your your phone hand to hand and give you back in 2 to 3 hours. on the next day when i went to the service center i directly meet with the enginner and told them this my problem and they told me to come today after that they checked my phone checked the part code of the tape that it was aVAILABLE OR NOT but it was not available then i told then to submitt my phone they ready to submitt my phone but on the previous day they didn't submit my phone within these time period my phone was properly working the only problem was that the display was coming out from the phone it was because of the irresponisibility of the engineer of the service center that he hasn't heated it properly. when the service center ready to submitt my phone i asked them my phone is repairing under warranty so please give me a phone in return to use they told me that no phone is available. Samsung has a policy that if a person is repairing his or her phone under warranty they can take a phone from the service center in exchange. But they didn't gave me the phone in return and also the part of the was not available with them. then i came back to home and whenever i got time i went to service center to conform that the part or phone was available or not but there only response was that both things were not available. one day i went to service center and directly meet one of there engineer named sumit i and told him the problem of phone asd asked them to check the part but it was not available then i told him please give me the code of the part so that i don't need to come to the service center i also told them to give the phone no. of the service center so that i can contact you to conform the part he gave me the phone number as well as the part code of the phone regularly i call to the service center and asked them that the part was available or not they always responce me that the part was unavailable. for this i also complained to the customer care but from there also i did't get the resolution. after these i directly went to the service center to conform the part i directly meet to the engineer of that service center and i showed her the part code and told her to check that the partt was available or not when checked she told me whoever has given you the part code was wrong then she asked me the problem then i told her the problem she gaved me the new part code but that part code was also not available when i went back home i complain to the customer care aslo but i didnt get any resolution from them. then after these things i stopped going to the service center and stopped calling them. my phone was working properly one day when when i wake up in the morning i taked my phone to check the time but i saw the display of the phone was not coming on the same day i reached to the service center and told them this happens to me and now display was not coming they checked my phone and told me that your phone has a liquid blog in your phone water was entered and we have to open your phone and have to check that the motherboard was save or not i told them to check they checked and told me that the mother board was also damaged then i told them to repair they said that the phone doesn't repair under warranty you have to pay 18000 to repair the phone then i told why i should pay 18000 to repair my phone. i regularly use my phone but today when i wake up display was not showing and here you are giving me the reason that phone has a liquid blog. they just told me that your phone didn't repair under warranty for this i complain to the customer care but i didn't get any resolution from them. then some one advice me to mail to there CEO office i emailed there i get the call they discussed my case and after 4 to 5 day they called me and told me that the current status of your phone was that the phone has a liquid blog an it doesn't repair in warrwnty i asked them that in my phone the problem is coming for many days before and when i went to repair my phone to service center they don't repair my phone and today if a problem occurs you are putting your policy in front o[censored]s. on that day i was sitting at my shop i didnt able to talk with her then she asked me that can i close your case i told her that yes you can i can mailed you back tommorrom to discuss y case properly. i mailed them many times but they reply me one dialog alwasys that your case is already being discussed. some days before i email them with my brothers name they called me his name was pawan chauhan he discuused my case for 4 days with there team i answeres whatever he asked to me and i also asked some questions to pawan chauhan and told him if you answer my questions i never mail you or asked to repair my phone but he didn't able to answer my question and on fourth day he email me the conformation message that your phone is not going to repair under warranty. After an hour he called me and told me that we cant help you in this case you have to pay for your phone to repair then i asked hime give me one reason that why are not repairing my phone he just answered me no i also told him whatever you asked i answered what about my question but didn't reply and end the call. i again complained to the customer care but they told that there dission was last dission we can't change it. This much happns to me till today he cut my call and closed my cased without my permission and taken his decision without any reason. And i can't able to do anything.

                I bought this model on 7th july 2015 with one year warranty and the led stopped working all of a sudden on 11th july 2016 just after one year and 4 days after the warranty period. Only the sound quality is working but no display of picture. How is this possible? I bought it for 52, 005 rupee with a monthly installment of 3559. The installment period is not over yet. We got it checked with the samsung service man. The reparing charge is 25, 000. Almost half of the amount of it. I want the damage to be recovered as soon as possible. I cannot pay for the bad quality of this led tv collapsing just three days after the warranty
                Period. Come soon and get it repaired.

                  We have purchased 3 samsung invertor acs at a 410 vivek vihar sector 82 noida, 6 in t3/602 sunworld vanalika and 7 in t2/1402.in case of all we purchased the service maintainence package.

                  One of our samsung invertor ac, installed at a 410, vivek vihar, sector 82, noida had got spoilt on 02.07.16 and we had lodged the complaint on 03.07.16.

                  It is still not repaired as on date. twice supposedly new pcbs sent to be installed were found to be defective. this is indeed shocking. faulty pcbs are being sent so that the customers feel that some action is taking place. this is nothing but trying to cheat the customers.

                  We are supposedly your premium customers having purchased 16 samsung invertor acs but are really disappointed with the service which is shockingly deficient and totally unacceptable to us.

                  This mail may kindly be taken as a legal notice against your company for deficiency of service. i hereby call ipon you to get this ac repaired within 48 hours or else i would be constrained to file a caze against your company for deficiency of service as also lodge fir for trying to cheat customers by sending defective pcbs

                    I have been following up on my service request since 6th july 2016 for the repair of my lcd tv and i have not got any response so far.
                    Following are the details of my service request that were logged:-
                    1st request - on 6th july 2016 at 10.05am request no. - [protected]
                    Status - cancelled (wnen reason asked for cancellation from the service centre, he says that you didn't receive the call hence the request is cancelled, strangely i did not receive any call from either service center nor the customer service call center)
                    2nd request - on 11th july at 2.00pm request no. - [protected]
                    Status -_ (engineer assigned) - repair in progress_quot as shown on online tracking status. however when i spoke to the service centre incharge mr. akram of hcl service centre, he says that the 24hrs service is just name sake and that engineer is still not assigned and will only come by tomorrow. today is 18th july 2016., again my service request is cancelled and god knows when their tomorrow will come???

                    I feel iam being fooled and its one of the most pathetic service that i have ever received... i have to constantly follow up with the customer service and service center and they try and dodge at their end. don't know whether i will ever be able to rectify and find solution to my problem, but have realized that i will never ever purchase any samsung product and will advice as many as people i can to avoid purchasing them.

                        I have purchase the front load washing machine model no wf600u0bhwq 6 kg fafl dated[protected] i have also extended the warrante for two more year.
                        After using two month product get damaged ie. Rubber in the front door. The rubber in the front door so much poor quality that damaged himself after use of some time. Kindly replace my whole machine as soon as possible as this machine is not upto the quality mark it must have some manufacturing defects.
                        Last 25 to 30 days i am not able to use the such machin.
                        Some person from the company come and ask for the rs 2185 and told me that product is damaged product
                        So please replace my product as soon as possible

                          I purchased samsung top loading washing machine (wa 82 bwn w0285pddb01780) in april 2014. after one year machine's panel was showing 4e problem.in this regard complaints were made & mechanic visited. mechanic could not find what is the cause of this fault (4e) every time they changed the parts like panel etc., but could not find the actual cause.
                          After long time observations i find the cause of 4e. it was due to drainage system does not work properly after rinse/wash. after rinse/wash water drain out but after drainage it does not block the drainage system. after wash/ rinse when water start filling the tub it drain & after 4-5 minute when water does not stop in tub it shows 4e. but this cause your service center mechanic could not find.
                          Now the warranty of machine is over, & if i call service center the will charge service charge for that fault/service which they should have rectified in warranty period. hence i requests you to kindly look into the matter & solve my problem.

                            Please find below the contents of my complaint to sent m/s. Samsug india

                            This has reference to my mobile phone i. E. S-6, which was purchased few month ago for my son who is passing mba. Around 10 to 15days back, mobile phone touch screen has found not working. When my son had reported to me, i had taken the same to samsung service centre, nraraina vihar, new delhi-110028, and found due to moisture it had gone bad. On my request, service center representative had checked the mobile by replacing working touch screen and found mobile was working fine. They have also told me that mobile had gone bad due to moisture; it will not cover under warranty.
                            On that basis, i had requested him to replace the touch screen on chargeable basis.In return he had told me that its main pcb will also to be change. Since mobile phone was working after replacing touch screen, it was requested again to replace the touch screen only. But they all have refuse to me and told me that we sending your case to our technical team.
                            Since then, i had been talking to your representative on phone (Gurharpreet kaur / rekha tandon) but, nobody is ready to replace the touch screen, instead they wanted to replace other pcb also, which makes very high amount of rs.22, 000/-.
                            I am working in m/s. Ecil, (Under department of atomic energy, govt of india). Last more than 30 years (Since third generation of computers) dealing with computer and communication equipments only.
                            So, i understand the problem and i request to again, please replace the touch screen of s-6 mobile phone. Once again, i wanted to clear that mobile phone is working after replacing touch screen as your service centre only

Samsung j-2 as it is manufacturing fault because the crack can never be developed in the middle of the screen, if suppose that the mobile phone had fallen then the crack would have extended from the edge. As there is no scratch on the side or end of the screen so it is a manufacturing defect in the mobile set.
                              Secondly the screen protector is intact if the screen would have broken due to fall of the mobile phone then screen protector would have been broken previously. Previously the fault of disconnection of phone calls had been rectified by the service centre on the same mobile phone. There is manufacturing defect in the mobile phone.
                              The problem is regarding heat causing some tensile/ compressible force on the glass by the things surrounding lcd. Kindly fix the problem as the set is under warranttee and oblige.

                                  Anything in the world can be resolved within six month, or the stipulated time. even cancer can!
                                  I had registered the complaint in january, but today dated 18.07.2016, the plasma is in same condition.
                                  From january to march 3-4 engineers visited with there different opinion about the problems, but at last the centre asked me to bring it to the service station, and i did that. i have enquired en numbers of time, about the case and received no solution.
                                  Till date i have n't received a single call from there side, still i'm calling for the response.
                                  Thanks samsung. nothing much to say... ear touched for any products.

                                      I have purchased samsung s7 edge one month back and from day 1 i am complaining about over heating of my phone to samsung care executive and they are misguiding me. Even i have given for repair in samsung care with an issue of display and they changed the display but the overheating problem is still continued... i have asked for replacement of my phone... but they are denying to replace as it is one month old phone...

                                      Pls help so that i can get my phone replaced as phone is heating upto 38 degree continously which is very high

                                        I purchased Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge on March 18th (launch day in India) but last month in June I got wet in rains with phone in my jeans pocket while I was on my motorcycle. I did not get immediate shelter and by the time I could find a place I was wet and drenched in rain. When I reached home I saw the phone was heating excessively and touch was unresponsive, I also saw some condensation on the rear camera. Since the battery is non-removable I had to let the phone battery to drain out and leaving it under the fan to dry. It took nearly 5-6 hours for the battery to die and condensation was also gone. Then I tried to charge the phone and phone would not charge or power on, there is where I understood the phone is now dead. Then I approached the service center where they said the phone is water logged and would not be covered under warranty.

                                        One of the main reason to buy this phone was that it is advertised as water resistant up to 30 min in 5 feet of water. When I had been to Samsung showroom to see the phone, they demoed the phone by inserting the demo phone in the bowl of water. Since I had no intensions to water test this phone as there are 100s of test videos on YouTube already and hence I had not taken any insurance on the phone. I am also not a blogger who does any video blogging.

                                        Instead of checking as how did the water leak into the phone as per Samsung service center they are blaming me for water logging it which I have not done. This could be faulty instrument which I may have got where water leaked into the phone and also due to the design limitations I could not remove the phone battery to save my phone as it was powered on and heating after it got wet in rains.

                                        I am average person who purchased the phone on loan and still paying EMI and now Samsung service center is demanding additional Rupees 29077/- for repairs. I belong to average middle class family where we build our assets on loan with no intentions to damage it. I think I should not pay for something which I have not done. Samsung is purely cheating Indian consumers and I am saying this because …

                                        Since this has happened I have researched all over the internet and found few things which is worth mentioning that how Samsung is cheating in India. Samsung gives demo of the phone in showrooms by putting the demo phone in water which is a Snapdragon chipset basically a US variant. Now this clicked my mind as when I got my phone it was Exynos chipset and the showroom guys said except chipset there is no difference. But if there is no difference then how did the water just went in my phone while there are 100s of videos o[censored]S variant Samsung S7 Edge which survives extreme water tests on YouTube. When I searched YouTube I could not find a single video where India version of Samsung S7 / S7 Edge or call it Exynos chipset S7 / S7 Edge with water tests. This is where I fell Samsung is cheating Indian consumers.

                                        I escalated the case to the Samsung CEO office India and I got no support from Samsung India, and the phone is with Samsung service center for last 1 month.

                                        The service center people and their escalation managers are all partners to Samsung and they have do not forward anyone's genuine concern to SAMSUNG. May be they make profit like this by charging for repairs for under warranty products. Even thou someone from Samsung partners asked for my case number and my contact details thru this forum; but no one contacted me from here. I some how managed to get my case reach out to Samsung where they genuinely helped me and covered the phone repairs under warranty. These outsourced partners are different than Samsung while the actual Samsung managers are truly genuine people. Thanks SAMSUNG !!
