Dear sir,

My samsung mobile model no. - SM-A700. IMEI NO.- [protected] Galaxy A7.
Actually my mobile is not proper working and also in warranty period. I go to Krishna Nagar (Delhi) service centre for repairing purpose today.But their staff says that we havn't parts here and also not able to arrange and also miss behaviouring with me.
Please reply me that where i should contact and which person.

    Dear sir / ma'am,

    This is to inform you that i have visited to samsung service centre at borivali, mumbai, maharashtra regarding no display on mobile and they have taken my mobile for testing and they are saying that during testing the lcd display has been broken.

    In view of the above my question is that who are the responsible this damage if this issue is arises due to their testing then they need to repair the same without any charges if the handset is in warranty or returned back the handset to the customer in as it condition in which the customer had given to you for diagnosis but they are denying and demanding for rs. 8200.00 for the same.

    And we are going to launch a complaint in consumer court.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    Today I have again visited to the Samsung service centre - Master Care at Borivali (West) and explained each and everything happened with us and requested them to consider the repair in warranty because the display is broken by them not by us. I request him to show me my Job sheet so that I can satisfy the clauses but they are denying and then finally not given the Job sheet to me and misbehave with us said us Foolish() this is the way the samsung service centre staff who is having the post of Manager named Ms. Meena.

    And finally she denied to cover this damage which is done by them under warranty at the same time I was humbly requested to her to settle the matter by giving some discount also to me but she was not ready then I request her to call customer care and I want to know why this is not cover in warranty and talked with Ms. Swapna, customer care executive but she was also denied to give the service under warranty and blamed that i was misbehaved with their executives even I have not abused, not fought with anyone and the manager Ms. Meena said me foolish and Ms. Swapna was neglected the same and blame me.

    Finally I was help less and their is no option left to get repair the handset by paying her demand of Rs. 8200/- or forgot the handset and through out the handset as waste.

    we regret to write above that we are very disappointed with the service, behaviour and all your system infect now I am thinking that why I was purchased the Samsung handset.

    This is to inform you that 19 to 20 days has been passed but still there is no update sometimes your team head office is saying that my phone will be get repaired as they have got the part (display). As I was already ready to pay the charges for the same even the phone is under warranty and damaged at your end and at the same time service centre is saying that the part is not available you will get refund by deducting the display cost from your invoice amount and they have taken all the documents like - cancel cheque copy, Invoice Copy and etc.

    Sir i am belonging from a poor family and i have no phone and not in situation to purchase new handset. My work is going on pending due to no phone and i am handicapped without phone.

    Therefore i humbly requesting you to look into your personal level and short out the matter on immediate basis.

    Finally i got my handset by repaired on charge basis of Rs. 8154.00 from samsung service centre and i am going to lodge a complain against Samsung for cheating with me because the handset was under warranty and display was damaged by the engineer of your service centre but you did not cover the same under warranty. My question is "where you have mentioned that display is not covered under warranty because i have seen no where (On box/on bill) it is written that the display damage will not be covered under warranty even the phone is under warranty".

    And i can say frankly that Samsung cheats with customers and this is a fraud company even is some one ask me for new purchase i speak then to purchase any except Samsung.

    Thank you so much for your Support! I will never go for Samsung in my entire life.

      MY PROBLEM: I bought a single door refrigerator ( receipt attached) on 19th June 2016.
      It stopped cooling a few days later. Engineer visited and said that a part was missing (very bad for a company of your repute).
      The following day 'missing part' was fitted by Samsung engineer.
      The very next day the fridge stopped working again.
      Complaint was lodged with request to replace fridge for repeated non performance.
      2 days later (June 30) senior engineer from Samsung came and said the compressor is not working ! He said the compressor will be replaced in a few days !!
      I have had serious inconvenience in the peak of summer to be without a fridge and also loss of money in throwing away food that rotted in it.

      MY REQUEST : I want the fridge to be replaced with a new one .
      I will wait for a favourable reply within the next week failing which I will have to move the consumer court.

      I hope that a company as reputed as yours will view my complaint with the necessary empathy and apology.

        Hello
        I have purchased my samsung j5 smartphone in nov 2015.
        In march 2016 due to technical issue they change its motherboard under warranty.

        Now today due to technical fault back flash light always on when i insert battery in this phone. when i visited customer care center they said its due to fault in mother board and it is not covered under warranty. they demand rs. 7000 for new motherboard for this issue.

        What should be i do?
        Please suggest me.

          Complaint lodge on 28th June 2016 regarding washing machine (11kg top loading) not working, 28th june, call assigned to the service centre which is not ready as the area is not under their service boundary.
          on 29th June, pin code rectified and proper service centre allotted and on 30th June monring, i get sms for service engineer mobile number. the man said he will visit at residence but after more than 4 hrs. neither engineer visit home nor any call received.
          after inquiring to service centre (REPLICA, in old panvel, navi mumbai) they said they will not visit today (30 june) as they do not having call that side.
          even when samsung email support executive took on con call, the person in service centre aggain denied to visit on 30th june. while he was committed on emal.

            We bought this Samsung refrigerator 0DMM4DBH200171L, just a month back and it's like 25 odd days we got it installed.
            Within 10 days of purchase, the issue with cooling started. The lower part of the fridge (not the freezer), is not getting cooled at all. Even at 1 degree it's not getting cooled. All the stuff kept in the fridge is getting spoilt and becoming stale. 2 weeks back, a Service engineer visited and told that one of the part is faulty in it (some kind of board). It's a new fridge that we bought for around 65k and changing a part in just 15 days is such a sad thing to do. It's a pure cheating with us. Thereafter, we agreed to it because our mails were not responded by Samsung and no-one answered our request of exchange. Then, an engineer visited and replaced the part a week ago. The refrigerator started working, the cooling was OK for few days and again yesterday, it's not working. It's a faulty product. We need the exchange on this product asap. We need a replacement of the refrigerator and not any part installed in it. We have spent so much money so as to have a best experience with the latest technology, what we got is, a faulty product with no cooling capability. Infact our earlier fridge which was 10-12 years old, was getting cooled better than this new one, however we wanted to change the earlier one for a bigger and better version. And I feel cheated totally!

            Can someone from Samsung help us and assure us of better service and quick replacement.

If i call to that number they are lying on me. Please update this number in your true caller application so that in your area friends willett get cheated.

                Hi this is saravanan, i have a complaint on my galaxy s4 device. The issues are
                1. Wallpaper auto change
                2. Auto mobile restart
                3. Mobile heating
                4. Auto apps close
                5. Battery drain
                6. Keyboard hanging
                7. Hanging
                These are the issues in my mobile which i am facing from the begining of my mobile purchase and its has been 1 year for the same issue i have submitted the mobile in service for 7 times in the service center. Still they didnt find a solution and now i have deposited my mobile in the service center on 23rd of may and my job sheet no is [protected]. But now they are saying there is no issues found on my mobile. But i have a video proof of the issue and i have send that too to the ceo desk and i have contacted more than 30 times regarding this issue to ceo desk and they are not caring abt my issue. Simply replying like a robatic reply. I need a proper solution or else i am ready to move to consumer court and file a complaint

                    I have puchased a galaxy tab s2 on 11.06.16 from surya vistacom pvt ltd, 21 park street, kolkata - 700016. From the first day my usb port was not working. I went two to three times to the showroom but problem not solved. Ultimately they advised me to go to your service center. They also assure that some technician will call me and pick up my mobile from my office address. That is also not done. Thus i went personally to your 12, loud street service center on 29.06.16. There your technician checked my devise and told me that devise is not ok. I have to keep it with them. I also done that.

                    I asked them when i will get my tab? They told me to call them in [protected].

                    I have purchased this tab by rs. 38, 500/- on 11.06.16. I am very much upset about your service. I don't know whether you consider this amount big or small. But it is very big for me.

                    I want my tab by today itself otherwise i will take the matter to higher lebel for further actions.

                    Pl look into this matter and do the needful.

                        Hello my name is nikhil kumar,
                        I have purchased one mobile handset samsung j2 in jan 2016.
                        The handset was working fine but one day suddenly the handset's lcd got completely black by itself.
                        I went to the samsung customer care in ghaziabad (U. P.) then they guys checked my handset and said that sir it will take maximum 1 hour to check the internal problem. I said that ok that is not a big deal.
                        After 1 hour one mam told me that dear sir, you handset's lcd got damaged and it will not get fix under warranty because it has got damages and if you want to fix it then it will cost you rs. 4400/-.
                        I said her that mam there is no single scratch on my handset's lcd and there is no external impact then how you can say that i have been damaged the lcd of phone.
                        This all has been happened by itself. I need to get if fixed under warranty because my phone is under warranty. This is not my fault why this lcd has got damage. I have just put my phone on table and then i did see it after some time it was black.

                        My point is that when my phone is under warranty for entire 1 year and there is no external damages then why should i have to pay for this damage.
                        Please i request you people please help me to post this post at the ceo level of samsung india pvt. Ltd so that they gentleman can get understand what problems their customers are facing in the market.

                          I purchased the samsung galaxy tab 4 t231 tablet (Black, 8 gb).+ 6 months manufacturer warranty in 10th june 2016, from ebay.In, but the tablet is not functioning from the very begining, that means it is not getting switched on & the display is not functioning. This information i already given to ebay.In earlier through mails & more than one time phone calls & also made claim regarding this problem. They are not doing anything regarding the refund.
                          Ebay.In is telling me to contact with seller. The seller is denying to help me & telling to go to the samsung service centre, the service centre is not accepting the product to repair. They are saying the product is pre purchased in 13 th march 2016 (I, e refurbished) & date of delivery is not written on the bill.
                          The product has 6 months manufacturer warranty. So i could not understand why samsung service centre is denying to repair it. This is against the rule. Please do something.

                          Sorry to say ur customer service is very bad. My mobile device (Note 5)marked the complaint before 2 months. I already passed ur service centres (Perumbavoor & Aluva, Kerala).One said this is water damage and onther said this had due to fell down and I went to the purchased shop they said to me the real thing that, this complaint shown in S3 and some other Samsung galaxy devices.Finally I know that Service centres not interested to replace my screen due to companie's approaches.Company didn't repay the service value of the warranty piece and they want Rs 10000/-.Next day I will approach ur Muvattupuzha service centre and then move to consumer court. Kindly take necessary steps for this.

                          Now I am in ur ERNAKULAM south service centre R-LOGIC TECHNOLOGY IP LTD . They register the complaint only (Bill No-[protected]) at without warranty. Why should u do like this ie is ur company policy is against me and others.Only my mistake is purchase ur S6, device heat is very high.So I changed to Note 5 .This also cheating me. Earlier I used S2, Note 2, S4, grand 2 and Note 3 .In my opinion Note 3 is better than others. Now I am fed up ur device, service and ur company policy. Here I talk to Service manager one Mr. Manu(mobile no-[protected]) and he knows my mobile's defects, but he's helpless due to ur company policy. All other service centres said the same problem. I think next time I will move to iPhone. Now I hate ur company and ur policy..I have lost my money and time.

                            I have been using samsung z3 for almost one year from the date of purchase but still they have not yet developed any video calling app or the popular apps that run on android or other softwares. Acl supports only very few apps that were available on tizen store.
                            These may be some small issues but the phone gets hanged off often eventhough i have installed a very few apps in it. Even though i have made live chats many times the have not resolved this issue.
                            O either grant me some access to change my os to android from tizen else this issue will be moved to the court,

                                I am using mobile set no. Galaxy samsung gt-s5282 since last two years. Due to technical problem regarding the updation and intallment of applications, i have asked to customer care representaives to sort out the problem. They have registered problem and advised to visit near by customer service centre. Therefore i have visited service centre at agarim technologies, a-29, opp ram krishna math, nirala nagar lucknow-uttar pradesh. But they failed to solve the problem even i have paid rs. 650 charges prescribed in bill no. 2937. I have visited 4 times but always they are not in a position to solve the problems and the same problem persist in the hand set. Iam very worried and tentionised.
                                Therefore you are requested to solve the problem if not then i have a option to file a case in the customer forum court.

The shop people told me that service engineer will come to my site and install the same and give demo and till such time i have to wait.

                                    I had purchased a microwave 7 month back. My usage is very less. Like using 1 or 2 times in a month. But in this 7 month i have raised complained 4 times because sometime power button is not working or auto power off button is happening. Service engg came replaced some part also. This time raised complained also 1 month back but no resolution. I told them if you are changing some part then please replace and give me new item.. But the root cause they are telling because of cockroach. So team not accepting the blame that product is not good. Which upset to me. Please solve the issue. Otherwise i will go to the shop where i have purchased and return them and raised a consumer case. Whenever i am calling to customer care always they are raising new complain. No idea what is going on. I want a reply very soon.

                                        Hello.
                                        Sir,
                                        I purchased samsung galaxy s7 edge on 21st june 2016, 8:30 pm.
                                        And on 11:00 pm the phone display stopped working.
                                        Then i went to the dealer next day with my phone and told him then he told go to service center. Then i went to service center they gave me an excuse the seal of the phone packing was not available at the service center. Then they told i have to wait till saturday. Then when i called the gm of halwasia branch samsung service center. She told i'll get my phone on tuesday.
                                        And when i called today. Then she told tomorrow evening.
                                        I was fedup and don't have that much of patience.
                                        Samsung policy is if the phone stops working within a week the company replaces the phone straight away. And i have made so much complaints regarding the phone. No one is responding.
                                        And when i called today and told i cant wait till tomorrow. And i'll file a legal notice against the company n the dealer. She said what ever you feel like. And said ok. Do it.
                                        The fault is of company not mine then why should i suffer.
                                        If the phone didn't last for more than 3 hours how a customer can get confidence to again use such a phone.
                                        I want my money back.
                                        Because its too late, or give me compensation.
                                        For this poor product.
                                        Its been a week i paid 54, 000rs last tuesday and samsung have no worries.
                                        They believe like let the customer suffer.
                                        Today iam really fed up with the gm of samsung service center. Halwasia branch, lucknow.
                                        They way she reacted to my condition.
                                        She was so relax that nothing has happened.
                                        Please do whats best for me.
                                        I need a refund or need compensation for such bad behavior of that gm.
                                        And the poor service from samsung.
                                        The fault was in their product,
                                        They don't have seal to pack the phone again.
                                        The dealer got the money.
                                        Why should i suffer.
                                        Give me my money with comenstaion or phone with compensation.
