    Dear samsung,

    i have bought samsung galaxy grand quattro for a whopping rs 16000 and yet no android update has been provided for the phone.The phone has become very slow.Samsung has completely ignored its under 20000 devices in terms of firmware, software upgrade.This is pathetic.Look into this matter as soon as possible.Nowadays even a 4000 rs phone comes with lollipop and i am stuck with jellybean 4.1.2.This is pathetic.Look into this matter .

      We purchased a double door convertible fridge on 02.06.16 since purchase the fridge its not making ice in time fridge cannot make the proper ice after 24 hours and not making solid ice we told this problem to the local technician of your company but he cannot solved the problem. he told many different stories about this problem there is some defect problem in your product. we want replace this product.

        I had logged a complaint with the samsung call centre on 4th july (appx. 11 am) for repairing my microwave and led tv. the call centre was very prompt in informing me about the service charges (300 plus taxes for microwave and 1000 plus taxes for tv... spare parts not included) but so far have not done anything relevant to actually repair either of my products.

        I have already spoken to their call centre again on 6th july and to their service engineers on 6th and 7th july but to no avail.

        Pathetic service and horrible attitude by their entire team. seems they are only busy selling and have no concern whatsoever for service.

          Hi team,

          I have purchased samsung galaxy j7 on 31st jan 2016. i was facing issue with home button and speaker in phone and went noida service center they changed my home button and speaker of the phone and returned back on 1st july 2016. again i am facing another issue from 4th july, cell was getting restart itself and displaying overheating message, also i am not able to open any application or anything in cell phone.

          On 4th morning around 10 am i went noida service center and they told me around 3-4 issue in my cell and told me that my cell is not working fine they have to change it, but 2-3 minutes later he came back and said that there is liquid damage in my phone. because of liquid damage they can't repair my phone under warranty and they will charge approx 8000 to repair.

          From 2nd july i also noticed that suddenly networks in cell is not working and after restarting cell its working fine (i am using vodafone and airtel networks).

          My concern is that i am very very sure that there is no fault from my side, if i am sure about me and no one have touch my phone then how is it possible that within 2 days liquid damage will come in phone. also i am damn sure that something wrong happened with my phone in service center. also on 1st july executive didn't claimed that there is any liquid damage in phone.

          I have escalate also but still i didn't get any call regarding this. my registered mobile number is [protected] and reference number is [protected]. i have called toll free number three time check status but not satisfied.

          If samsung will do like this with their customer then why people will purchase your product, as all know its not a local company. within 4 months phone got off completely, is this type of service company is providing to their customer???


          I am requesting to please replace my phone or refund my phone's amount as i am not sure that after service my phone will be working fine.

              I had complained to the customer care about a fault in my automatic washing machine on 25th June 2016. I had provided full address of my residence in Amritsar along with pin code. However, to my utter harassment, the complaint was sent to Tarn Taran for which I received a message on 26th. I had to call the customer care again to correct my address and forward my complaint to Amritsar centre. However, they were unable to locate the location of a reputed University in Amritsar, where my residence is. I fail to understand how this is possible because I repeatedly told them about another landmark adjacent to the university i.e. Khalsa College Amritsar. Ultimately on 27th June the complaint was transferred to Amritsar centre for which I got the message but no one contacted me for it. I called up the engineer to tell that I am out of station for three days and he might visit on 4th.On 1st July I got a message that my complaint has been cancelled.
              On 4th July again I called the complaint centre for registering a new complaint and gave reference of the previous complaint of 25th June. However, the worthy people out there again sent my request to Tarn Taran. I again rang up the toll free number for correction of address. I had to ring up 4-5 times because I was not getting any message for the correction and each time a new person would pick up the phone and we had to explain everything time and again. This was highly disgusting.
              On 6th July I wrote on this portal and on 7th an engineer visited my home. He checked the machine and told that its PCB was faulty. Since I wanted genuine parts, I asked him to replace it. The icing on the cake is that after his enquiry from his centre, he told me that since it is an old model, its parts are not available and neither would they repair it.
              • Is this how a reputed company like Samsung behave with its customers?
              • Every model gets old over a period of time. So is there no replacement/repair possible? This is highly ridiculous and insulting.
              Samsung has been too negligent towards my complaint and perhaps this is how it does with others too. It is a shame.

                I have samsung refrigerator model rt31m which i had purchased on 28th july 2008.. the fridge has now a problem of weak cooling for which i registered a complaint (no. [protected]).. the engineer who visited told that there is a gas leakage and if he tries to repair the fridge it will become dead.. can this be the solution to a problem.. if in any case we have to buy a new fridge why would we call an engineer.. this is the state of affairs of a reputed company like samsung.. they are misleading the customers

                  Hi Team,

                  I bought Samsung J 7 on 8 May this year and its screen broke up on 18th june.On 18th only I went to Samsung service center
                  and they said they don't have its parts and from that they I am going every samsung srvce centr and they are saying it is not coming from company too.Now the problem is I don't have any smart phone and they are not giving any information on when it will be available It was a brand new phone costing 14000 INR.If you can't make its parts so there is no need to sell a new phone.I can't believe a big brand name can do this
                  Please either refund my money for Cell phone are repair it.

                  i have buyed a samsung j7 on 2/12/2015 but phone got physically damaged by me and i went to store and they have done their job but agai after a week iam getting a problem that screen blinking with a white color so again i visit the service centre but they are telling no part available i paid 6200/- now where i should go shall i keep a cheating case on you people samsung or you will replace me with a new product

                      Not yet received the gear vr max coupon code which i was supposed to receive within four days on my galaxy s7 edge.
                      Purchased device on 18th june and registered on my galaxy app on 20th june with the same number inserted in sim slot 1. mailed and called samsung but still no avail. they are trying to avoid me and denying me from the code. i have a genuine device and samsung still wants me to prove the authenticity of the device which i have done by providing all the details. do look into this

                        I bought a Samsung Fully automatic front loading washing machine from Khosla Electronics on 23 May 2016.On the day of the installation I found that the rat guard and liquid detergent dispenser missing. the Samsung engineer ran off when I pointed this out saying it was useless-but he was trying to sell me an iron guard(which is not recommended at all). I have written and spoken several times but to no avail. In fact I got two email from Roona Kumar and Ajai both senior customer executive-pretending to be confused and talking about a handset and repairs. Mr. Siddhartha Kar and Ms. Payal told me that rat guards are not available with my model but have refused to give it to me in writing. They have even suggested that I could go to the consumer court because they will easily win the case-perhaps they have bribed consumer court officers as well.
                        Just want a rat guard and liquid dispenser!

                          My name is P.R.Muthu i purchased samsung galaxy edge s7 on 3r may 2016 at chennai and the show room guy transferd all my contacts by inserting my old mpbile sim cards. And then he registered in my galaxy app and asked my number i told also. Waiting for 15 days i have not received the coupen code and called the custemer care people the told me to change the sim i did then finally i came to know that the sim slot 1 is different one which mistake made by show room guy. Now my galaxy team is telling that june30th the redeemsion is over. How can it happen when some complaints are there betwwen us. This my 3rd remainder the my galaxy teen nowhere mentioned the time limit and about the sim to insert. Not told in papper or in any disclaimer. If you are not responding to this i may choose consumer forum at out city limits. Insterd of dooing this samsung can adopt some thing other than this cheeting logic to sell the edges7. Galaxy team is simply increasing the problems they are not cheated the actual complaint.

                          Insterd of some gliterring advertaisements to sell edge S7 you people to stop my galaxy app because the teem is simply out of service provider to say some thing not related to what they want.
                          my galaxy team is not working out properly to solve the problems simply they are neglecting the trust on samsung.
                          The number customer care [protected] is not in use but the multi natinal company is not updated the new numbers.calling the custemer care is useless because when ever we call they simply say that they escalated to the superviser team and promise that they are calling in 4 hours but they dont call, after that they will say there leaders are not on the seats to escalate the call.till now my problem is not resolved.

                            i m facing a lots of problem from the first day when I purchased it I have called to the call center several times but they are not able to resolve the problem, I m not able to call any one and no body can call me on this mobile phone, , I received rarely any call, but there is no any network problem, because I confirmed from my 2nd phone they are working properly on same network. the call center executive check on Samsung tutor online this phone has told me that there is a manufacturing problem with this phone, I don’t want to go to service center for repair this mobile phone, as it is a brand new phone, I want my money beck so kindly consider my request as earliest, and I m attaching the original copy of bill

                              First of all i request everyone not to buy a samsung product...

                              1) unfortunately i am owing a 48 inches fhd smart led tv. problem with the tv there is a white light on the left bottom side of the panel and i have a made n number of times to samsung cc to resolve the issue but they are refusing to take this as issue they are telling 48 inches will be like that only, below are the service request which i have made.

                              My only intention of this complaint is somehow i have lost my money i know its not going to come back atleast you people take care and stay away from this samsung products.

                                The auto activity tracker of my gear s2 stopped working about two weeks back. i have visited two different service centres at least five times (including the hcl operated one at noida), but they are not able to repair it. by their own admission none of the service centres have any clue about this product, nor do they have requisite tools to service/repair it! i have written more than 10 email to the ceo’s office and to the customer experience manager at their head office. about a week back someone called me from their head office and admitted that since the watch is not manufactured in india, the service centres probably are not equipped. she promised to replace it in a day or two but never called me back again. after several more emails and phone calls their customer experience manager called me yesterday and promised to resolve it in a day. but today again she went back on her promise and wants me to wait for more days while they study the issue!!! i don’t know what they want to study. the fact is they do not have tools to check the device.

                                Selling products without having service facility is like cheating the customer. please help.

                                  i am to inform you that my samsung handset has been given to your siliguri hakimpara service centre on 2nd july 2016 with the above subject complaint. The said service centre has inform me yesterday over telephone first motherboard is not working & it will be replace rs.3000/- to 3500/-will be charged. Secondly inform me to day on 6.7.16 motherboard will be repair and charges will be rs.750 to 800/- and it will be take time another 7 to 10 days.But not confirm me the said handset will be ok or not after making repair. I do not know how to make it repair please advise/help me.

                                  i am to inform you that i donot know what you are telling. First of all i purchased my handset around rs.6000/- you are telling the said mobile set will be repair and charges of rs.3097/- and also you offer me to less 25% of total charges my handset was purchased last one and 4 months back only. As per your terms & condition warrentee period has already been expired. After warrentee only 4 months back and my handset is dead. And you charges rs.3097/- for repairing charges.
                                  My family & also myself total 4 nos handset is goingon on good condition as samsung product. But you have not taken any suitable/proper/samsung familier action from your end till date. I am thankful you that you have wirte letter/telephonic discussion also. Thanks a lot. I will never espect very fruitful result from your end.

                                    Dear Team,
                                    I have purchased my cell in the month of march 2016. The display of the set was broken on 15 june 2016. I have given my handset in Samsung service centre, Sakchi branch on 16 june 2016. They informed that the set will be prepared within a week.However I have not received any call fro their side. So finally after 2 weeks I went to the service centre and enquired about my set. They informed me that Brown color is not available for model J7. I was very Irate. I asked them that how much more time you need to prepare. They simply denied and said take your set home, we will unable to prepare your set. I was vey disappointed by the service and the behaviour of the staffs. I felt like cheated by the Samsung company.

                                    Then I went to another Samsung service centre, Bistupur Branch. I have have my set on 01.07.16. They informed that the set will be handed over to you within 3 days.Now a week past but the problem is still unresolved. Today I was informed that the set will be returned to you tomorrow because brown colour is not available.
                                    In my family everyone is using Samsung set. I am ready to pay the charges but the service centre people are not ready to cooperate.
                                    Kindly consider this as a critical request and act upon it accordingly.

                                      The manager,
                                      I have a 43' plasma. it went switched off/not working mode on december.
                                      I made a complaint regardingly to the service center, ambikapur, dist.-surguja, chhattisgarh.
                                      The engineer visited around 4-5 times with different faces everytime.
                                      Some found a problem in pannel, and some in the other way. they tried changing it two to three things everytime they came. then when it didn't got solved till april and enquired for same, they asked me to bring it @service center, and i did that within a week or so...
                                      And till now i havn't got a single call from there side, hence the case is not resolved.
                                      Its being 'just seven month'.
                                      Both eared touched for the product of samsung!

                                      Water is leaking from the washing machine at the time of working so i need to service our machine.

                                      My phn's tauch is not work properly even back and home keys .
                                      So many times m going your authorises service centres .but your excutive giving me excuse like ...j7 's tauch are not available in our service centre even were house of samsung .

                                        I bought a samsung ref model no(RR22K272ZS8) from croma but after 2 days it stopped cooling .Then i went to croma store (Greater Noida) and told them about this problem, they told me that they will send technician and then after they will look into the matter but they didnt send any technician then i called in croma customer care on 30th june and registered complain about the problem in ref.On 1st july a technician tean came to my house and told me that some parts of refrigerator is not working.After that i called many times croma and samsung customer care and i also visited croma store many times but i didnt get any response from both the side.Every time both the customer care representative asked me wait for 24 hours but now its more than 7 days .
                                        This my humble request that plz replace my refrigerator .I have mailed croma many times but each and every time they asked to wait for 24 hours . Is this the way to behave with customers ??
