Dear sir
This is to complaining again and again you that i had purchased samsung j7 on 15/12/2015 from saharanpur (Up). I put my mobile on charging on 21/06/2016 morning, then suddenly a saw spot on display and slowly it was increasing then covered full screen. Finally the screen becomes black and nothing is showing. I went to service center at 5:10 pm (Sai electronics, address: 27, new awas vikas, delhi road, opp mohan pandey nursing home, saharanpur). But their denied to issue token number for register my complain. They misbehaves with us and said it’s not the time to register. I am really upset by their behavior.
Ir, if i am working somewhere then i can only go there after 5:10 pm. Is it we make any mistake in the purchase of samsung mobile?. Because i can only go after 5:00 pm and they will not attend us. You samsung people should announce to all that working persons not allowed purchase samsung mobiles.
One thing more its not our problem that it’s the problem of owner of service center they should ensure that employees are working in two shifts so that working professionals can easily register their complain after 5 pm also i hope that you will strict action against the concern person so that such incident not repeated in future.
Now i have two complains:
1. Regarding my mobile
2. Against samsung service center of their non corporative bad behaviour (Sai electronics, address:27, new awas vikas, delhi road, opp mohan pandey nursing home, saharanpur.)
I mailied all which given above after that i recived a call from your side he was asking about my accoount details that i have sent but now i did not recived any response from your side.

Customer Service Center in Coimbatore(India)
I have given my handset more than 100 times to get good solution but till now they are helpless.They are not providing any good solution to me till now.
I have spoken to manager more than 10 times, he is also helpless
Customer care in Chennai(india)
I have requested many times to transfer the call to supervisor but the supervisor is busy for 24 hours and they have said to me to wait for 4 hours for the supervisor call back and waited for 24 hours till no response.This has happened more than 5 times.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE
customer care:The main use of the customer care is to satisfy the customer needs but here it is not like that.
I please request to you to take action upon this ( CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE ) and to do needfull.
This is an important news, which the samsung should ensure that the customer satisfaction is poor in india and to change that all members in both(CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE) to come to the highest position as soon as possible.Please take action upon this, if it is not then the name of the samsung will be back down.
NOTE:THE CUSTOMER CARE AND CUSTOMER CENTER(ASHOK) HAS SAID NONE ARE THERE ABOVE HIM, BUT NOW THE COPORATE OFFICER IS CALLING WHEN I SEND AN MAIL REGARDING THE ISSUE OF THE HANDSET.
WHY THESE KIND OF SAYING TO THE CUSTOMERS AND MAKING US FOOL...
