I have brought an new phone on 2014 and its warrenty is over, extended warrenty is there.I have visted the service center more than 20 times and talked to manager 10 times, till now no good solution to my handset.I have raised the complain through mail to the main head office(Korea), till now the response was not good and the solution too.The corporate office in india has contacted me and he is also not providing good solution till now.This all has been More than 5 MONTHS till now no good solution.They made me visited more than 20 times to the service center and the customer care is there to play with us.Customer care is to satisfy the customer but here it is not.People are suffering from this all and no one is reporting to take action.

I thought the problem has solved and I have withdrawl the case but here again I am not satisfied with the samsung solution.I have attached the proof of the video(date along with time).I have shown this video that without sim card and the memory card, the phone is getting error.I want to go along with this case and not to close or withdrawl..

I have shown this video to the ashok(manager of service centre) and the proof is true is accepted by the engineer and manager(verification of date and time of the video).

I have given more time to solve and again its not possible to provide any more time.

I cant provide my handset again for verification.I want to know whether the samsung is wasting my precious time...I please recommend you to take action upon this by giving refund or replacement of the handset.

I have an isuue in my phone for 5 months.I have changed the motherboard an the touch but also the probem exists.I have contacted customer service center more than 100 times and till now i didnt get any good solution.

I have requested many times to transfer the call to supervisor but the supervisor is busy for 24 hours and they have said to me to wait for 4 hours for the supervisor call back and waited for 24 hours till no response.This has happened more than 5 times.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE

customer care:The main use of the customer care is to satisfy the customer needs but here it is not like that.

I please request to you to take action upon this ( CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE ) and to do needfull.


This is an important news, which the samsung should ensure that the customer satisfaction is poor in india and to change that all members in both(CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE) to come to the highest position as soon as possible.Please take action upon this, if it is not then the name of the samsung will be back down.

NOTE:THE CUSTOMER CARE AND CUSTOMER CENTER(ASHOK) HAS SAID NONE ARE THERE ABOVE HIM, BUT NOW THE COPORATE OFFICER IS CALLING WHEN I SEND AN MAIL REGARDING THE ISSUE OF THE HANDSET.
WHY THESE KIND OF SAYING TO THE CUSTOMERS AND MAKING US FOOL...

          Order no[protected] of 14 jun 2016 and [protected] of 14 feb 2016. Service engineer contacted on 16 jun 2016 and estimated for rs 6000/-. He informed that the part will be changed within three or four days. Despite calling to your customer care no action taken by the service engineer. The same case was occurred during feb 2016. Your engineer did not reported to clear. Since four months lapsed, no action to repair the same.

          Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

            I am using Samsung Galaxy J7 mobile from last few months, but few days back the one half of screen started blinking, which was under warranty. I go to samsung service center on Friday (24th of June, 2016) and talked with the executive and engineers there. They told me that we have to check it whether the product is broken or not, if broken there would be no warranty and if not broken the product is under warranty. After checking my phone for 3 and half hours. They told me the product is not broken and is under warranty. And also they told me that we does not have the display (LCD) of the Screen and is repaired on Tuesday(28th of June, 2016), but on saturday evening they again call me and told me the product is broken, I am not understanding if product is broken why they don't told me at the time when they Checked my handset in front of me. And why they checked it on Saturday evening if the replacement for LCD was not there. On sunday afternoon i visited to samsung service center, they told me that we will replace it under warranty, but now on tuesday, they are again making the ways and getting escape from replacing the product. Please help.

            I too facing same screen flickering issue for J7 mobile . I had went to Samsung service center on jul2nd and they informed that it is due to LCD display issue, we will make order for LCD and intimate you with in one week, as there is no responses from the Samsung service center I had followed multiple times over toll free number and to service center and then informed me to submit the mobile on 17th. I did not understand why they have not took the mobile in first attempt.

            And still my problem is not resolved and waiting for the call from service center.


            I request all my friends and family members to don't buy Samsung products as the service is very worst.

              I'm writing this email to let you know the issue after buying a new fridge from your store. Yesterday I booked a Samsung single door fridge an I was told it will be delivered to my address today. I received the fridge today (10-Jun-2016 at 5:15 PM).

              I'm very much disappointment to see there is a dent on the door. I immediately called your store an informed them about this issue. They told me to call back tomorrow morning by 11:00 AM. I would request you to take back the fridge and deliver me defect less product.

                Am hares from upleta rajkot dis. Gujarat.
                I am ex. Army person. I have purchased samsung rafigrater from samsung dealer (Safron trade link) through defence canteen store depot ahmedabad. Samsug dealer sent the product through hh roadways from ahm to upleta. When i went to receive my product at transport office, i was socked. Product was damaged so i refuced to receive product and i talked with dealer. Dealer said dont worry i will send another product to you within two days. After 2 days i called him, he said i will send after a weak, again i called after a weak he said i will send it on 20 th of this month. I called him on 20 th he said dont call me again and again you will get product after a month. He said do whatever you want to do, if you call me again i will not givw the product. I was visited dealer office more than two times. He said go to consumer forum or go to the court or go to the police station. So now i am complaing it in consumer forum against samsung company and dealer.

                I am vary vary disspointed. Samsung dealer is very rude peraon, every times he souting on me.

                I am attaching photos, transport lr copy, bill copy. Pls find the attachment.

                  Perennial problem in power supply board on samsung lcd tv

                  I had bought samsung 40 inch lcd in 2010, model no la40b530p7rmxl. It is been six years now. And in six years we have changed the power supply board twice. First time on 5/06/2013 (Complain no [protected]) and second time on 9/03/2016 i. E three months back and the complain no was [protected]...In two years, i have spent 14, 000/- for the replacement of new power supply board.

                  The biggest disappointment is when i called up (25th june) in the service centre advika services (Koparkhairane, navi mumbai - 400709- who had installed the power supply board last time) to complain about the issue, what i had observed on 24th night that there was some burning smell coming out inside the tv. The service representative mr manish told me that the power supply board has be changed again in case there is a problem and since the warranty period is for three months i. E on 9th june it has got over as per the records.. Hence the funny part is, again i will have to shell out money to buy a new power supply boar which is completely unjustified as i have just completed three months to change the board and to pay again for new board is no from my side... Further, when i asked him about the perennial issue he said there might be a voltage problem... Which is completely untrue because if that would have been the case than every body in my building could have faced the same problem. I and my friend had bought lcd at the same time and he stays in the same building. He is using panasonic lcd for last six years with no problem. Not only him, every body in the building using lcd or led but they have not faced any issue. Very very unprofessional approach by the service representative of samsung.

                  How is this possible when i have got my power supply board replaced three months back and again i have been asked to replace the same at 7, 000/- price. However, i already have borne 14, 000/- in the last two replacement.

                  Company like samsung who has build brand equity over the years should think about this issue seriously. Please let me know how to escalate this at the ceo level as i want to take it this time at the management level in india.

                  I am requesting this to expedite this and take an immediate action to resolve this asap.

                    Hello Sir's,

                    I was using APPLE for last many years and unfortunately this Saturday 25th June, I decided to move on to Samsung and I bought Samsung A7 2016 Handset and i noticed that there is manufacturing defect on the Handset and We all have clearly seen the gap at front top of the screen and metal body. But Nobody is accepting it and providing the DOA. Also I wasted my whole day today and missed to attend my office just because i am outside along with Samsung since morning 11 O'clock and at the end of the day I get nothing.Please find attached images where you can clearly see it is a actual manufacturing defect.

                      I don't know where to start - i have owned several galaxy devices from galaxy y to galaxy s6 edge (Current device). And samsung fails me every single time.


                      I'm mainly writing this email to share such bad service from samsung thrissur service center. I'm sure there are lot of customers who had the same experience here. This service center is vandalizing the good name of samsung.

                      Main complaints :

                      1.Inefficient staffs and manager : i visited 4 times for my screen replacement of s6 edge and spend more than 6 hours just waiting at the service center and 4 hours traveling there. Today, they told me they will repair and give my device at 1 pm, but when i came they haven't touched my phone and said to wait additional 4 hours.

                      2. They failed to repair my device properly - i can hear something moving in the device. When i complained to the manager of the center, he said, "its normal, its the camera shaking, no big deal "

                      3. There are two lady staffs there, when 25 customers are waiting, these two gossip, chat and laugh and behave in a relaxed way. They are highly inefficient. There are 2 or 3 employees who handle 25 waiting customers. Average waiting time is 1 to 1.5 hour every time you visit the center.

                      4. There is no information displayed on how to escalate complaints about the service center. Today another customer was shouting at them because of the harassment from the service center people. These are common people who don't know how to voice their complaints through proper channel.
                      The manager libin raj - just don't care.


                      Please treat this at high priority and take stringent action against samsung thrissur service center.

                      What resolution you have provided?
                      I haven't heard back since i registered a complaint against the service center. Its been more than 7 days.

                      I spend 50000Rs buying this phone, 11000 repairing it, but according to Samsung, its fine to phone parts to shake inside.

                        I am one of the many consumers of Samsung who has taken a pledge not to purchase Samsung products anymore. My fridge is having cooling problems for over 6 months. I reached customer care almost 2 months back and reported it but no resolution. After few days I again reached customer care to log a case which they did and provided a case number and engineer name and number given below. But no one visited or called for weeks. I again called number of times and everytime they say it has been escalated and considered on priority and putting your logs and some will call you back and blah blah blah. I am highly frustrated by your team. Every time I call I receive an engineer name and number over sms who is never reachable. Another engineer came last tuesday and said he will come back again but never returned and is neither picking my calls.Below are the few tickets I received over SMS.                           I bought Samsung A7 11 months back, which is still under warranty. All on a sudden it started showing display issue. As the phone was still under warranty, I took this to Samsung Service Center, Hariniwas Circle, Thane. They heated up the mobile and tried to open the screen with two round plug-like tool. It cracked the sceen entirely in two big circles, with additional cracks. Please note that there were no damage before this test and not even any scratch on the screen.

                          Now entire blame game started. They said the screen was cracked due to internal damage. Thus they cannot provide the warranty, rather I have to pay 8, 200 Rs for a new LCD !!

                          My question:

                          1. Is this the way to prove that there is internal damage - by cracking the screen? Give me a brand new phone, I will follow the same method and will show how to crack the screen
                          2. You are providing warranty to LCD based on their luck (mostly the customer will be un lucky) - whether his screen breaks while opening or not!!
                          3. Which is that technology you have, where you are saying internal damage occurred due to physicall fall/press (though it has not occurred in my case), but there is no scratch or breakage found on the screen!!

                          This is clear cheating from Samsung to deny the warranty. I argued with them with logical facts, as well as called the customer care with my complaint. All are going to deaf ears. Samsung is no way going to provide warranty - they will find some excuse and will say that there is physical damage to your phone.

                          Only way left for me is to approach consumer court, which I am planning to do in next couple of days.

                          I have already raised a case in consumer court. Waiting for the outcome
                          Samsung contacted me, and I shared them my details. Tired of explaining them same thing and how stupid their reasoning is for not providing the warranty. But again I got an e-mail from Samsung. See below with my comments

                          ME: You start with lies. None of my Samsung phones lasted for more than 2 years, where as my iPhone 4s has no issues even after 5 years. iPhone 6s plus is quite amazing.

This warranty is considered void if the product is tampered within the warranty period or due to improper usage."
                          ME: But you said clearly that my phone has no visible scratches or damages ?? Still no warranty provided.

                          "The warranty can not be considered in any of the above mentioned cases as Samsung follows global quality, testing and repair procedures which can not be matched by any third party repair center. This is in line with the terms and conditions mentioned in our warranty card provided with every product at the time of sale. In this case, the consumer has to bear the expenses of the repair as once the product is tampered with, Samsung can not assure the equated performance of the same product."
                          ME: Do you mean that as you keep best quality, your products will not be having any issues in the first year?

                          "We hope that you will appreciate the fact that we want to give you the best resolution; therefore, we request you to bare with our efforts to serve you better by allowing us to repair your unit on a chargeable basis.
                          In conclusion, based on our discussion, we would not be able to cater your request for discounted / free of cost repair of your product.

                          ME: You broke my screen. Then denied warranty. What trust I can have with you now? I knew quality of the samsung phones are bad. Now realized that their approach towards customer is worst.

                          Still my question is not answered: Breaking my phone screen: Is this only test from you to show that my phone had internal damage? Give me a brand new phone. I can break that screen. Lame excuse from your side, Shame on you SAMSUNG.

                          I will not revoke my complaint filed in the court.

                            This is to complaining again and again you that i had purchased samsung j7 on 15/12/2015 from saharanpur (Up). I put my mobile on charging on 21/06/2016 morning, then suddenly a saw spot on display and slowly it was increasing then covered full screen. Finally the screen becomes black and nothing is showing. I went to service center at 5:10 pm (Sai electronics, address: 27, new awas vikas, delhi road, opp mohan pandey nursing home, saharanpur). But their denied to issue token number for register my complain. They misbehaves with us and said it’s not the time to register. I am really upset by their behavior.
                            Ir, if i am working somewhere then i can only go there after 5:10 pm. Is it we make any mistake in the purchase of samsung mobile?. Because i can only go after 5:00 pm and they will not attend us. You samsung people should announce to all that working persons not allowed purchase samsung mobiles.
                            One thing more its not our problem that it’s the problem of owner of service center they should ensure that employees are working in two shifts so that working professionals can easily register their complain after 5 pm also i hope that you will strict action against the concern person so that such incident not repeated in future.
                            Now i have two complains:
                            1. Regarding my mobile
                            2. Against samsung service center of their non corporative bad behaviour (Sai electronics, address:27, new awas vikas, delhi road, opp mohan pandey nursing home, saharanpur.)

                            I mailied all which given above after that i recived a call from your side he was asking about my accoount details that i have sent but now i did not recived any response from your side.

                              I am absolutely taken aback by the service quality of samsung. I have reported a problem with my air conditioner and have been receiving fake promises for the last 3 days. The first time an appointment was taken, no one turned up and when i called the supervisor, one mr. Pradeep, i was told that the engineer will not be able to visit me today due to work load. I am then told that the visit will be made on the following day. I keep waiting until late afternoon and once again call the supervisor myself. I receive a call back from the engineer who confirms my address and my location and promises to be there in 20 minutes. About 30 minutes later i once again get a call from the engineer who says that he is unable to visit because he is not carrying the right gas coil for the inverter ac (The product description was given at the time of raising the concern). I once again call the supervisor and get a vague reply that the case was assigned but the engineer didn't have the right tools hence won't visit. Not sure shy the case was assigned to a guy who wasn't carrying the right tools??

                              Anyways, i am promised that the engineer will visit the next day as the first thing in the morning. I wait until noon and try to call the supervisor, who keeps disconnecting my phone. I try after a gap of few minutes but the result is the same.

                              I then call the service centre and the phone is answered by priyanka who straight away tells me to call back after a couple of hours because they are facing some technical issue and that they will not be able to check any status on their systems. I immediately shot back and ask for a supervisor. The supervisor, syed, comes online after about 5 minutes and is miraculously now able to check the status of the complaint. He understands and apologises, checks my case and arranges a conference call with the service centre. Mr pradeep finds time to answer the call from the customer care and comes online to tell me that he was busy taking reports for the previous day from the supervisors. What an excuse!! You take the reports from the engineers for the 2.5 hours after start of your business? No wonder your customers have to wait for eternity to get their issues fixed. He then tells me that the engineer assigned for my case is on another call, would finish the current query, come back to the service centre, pick up the right tools and then visit my place within 3 hours of the call. Wow!!! This is when i have been waiting for the last 3 days with several appointments missed by your engineer. To top it all, the case cannot be assigned to another engineer because it has already been assigned to someone (Who is obviously not working on it).

                              After all of this i then demand that the supervisor calls the engineer and confirms me the time by when i would get a visit. The supervisor, mr pradeep, tells me that he would confirm it within 10 minutes. It has however been over 20 minutes now when i am writing this blog and yet to receive any update from anyone. I have had much better services from the competitors and am really frustrated at the way the issue is being taken up. They are probably encouraged by the fact that not a lot of people take the matter up further, because they either do not have time or because they do not want to waste time. I will keep highlighting the issue until i get the service levels that they promise to deliver. It is shame that such is the level of service provided by a brand which is supposed to be world class.

                                I actually purchased s7 edge on 19th may june and found some build quality issue as well as some internal issues. Lot of gaps all over the frame and back panel giving jarring issue when we use the speaker.. Overheating and slow charging and some network issue. I called customer care 25th may and raised complaint. The executive told me engineer will visit on the same day for in home pickup. But no one came. After waiting of 3 days i called and escalated. On 2nd june and person from techno care tambaram (Samsung authorised service centre) and checked my device and accepted all the issues and will discuss with manager for further decision. After that i didn't get any response. I called the service center but no one picking the call. So i called the customer care and also sent mail to ceo email i'd.

                                After that mr. Abhishek from customer support called and told there is no issues with device and did some small adjustment and now the device is perfect. As per samsung policy if the complaint received with in 7 days they will issue doa certificate. But for my case they did service. I asked abhishek to arrange a call from the service engineer. Then mr. Jagan who checked my device called me and told there is bluetooth band in the back of the device was not fixed properly that's why the frame not fixed properly. And also he told he heat the panel and fixed. I spent around rs. 60000 for a product which samsung declared it's their no1 flagship phone and also it's ip68 certified water resistant device. But the phone comes out with build quality issue. How i can accept this kind of device. Abhishek simply ask me to take the device. How poor the service industry in india.. They are not value the customer. Pls publish this issue

                                Samsung telling it's a topnotch quality flagship phone but not treating the customer as premium customer. Customer care people and service center people treated me very badly. Last 45 days the phone in service center. They not even care about their customers. But in public Mr. Ken Kang and Mr. Manu Sharma told we are more customer centric. May be they have the maturity level but not all other entry level staff.

                                    I hv complained several times about less cooling in my side by side (bought in 2008)refrigerator but the problem has not been resolved yet. Service eng Prem came last time and told me that there may be some problem with condenser coil and he will let me know whether the coil is in stock. But today he told me that i should check with service center about this.
                                    I know that the refr. is out of warranty but i am ready to pay for parts and other charges then why am I suffering for so many days that no one is seriously resolving cooling problem.

                                      Hello. i bought note 5 platinum gold phone on may 10 2016, from day one i had the problem of network in it. sometimes i don't receive messages and calls and sometimes i do. my WiFi is very slow. its a long time to download a video file and even a simple window takes a long time to open. Initially i thought it is sim problem and ive been contacting particular sim customer care. But by the time i realised that the problem is with my new note 5, it was tenth day. According to policy if i return new phone within 7 days i would get my phone replaced. Im not a professional to identify problem in phone, i took my phone to samsung care on 10th day. When i took it there they updated it and said to check. later i revisited and stated the same problem they identified that mother board has to be changed. then i contacted customer care toll free number with the reference number [protected] and Ashwathi Nair was handling my case. Ive been trying to tell them that this problem is from day one and i blamed the sim services and was resolving the problem with them. I later realised that the problem is with the brand new galaxy note 5. i didnt buy it to get it replaced or repaired in just 10 days. This problem persisted from day one and i want them to replace my phone. Ashwathi has closed my case and sent me the message that case has been resolved. NOOOOOOOOOO, they are lying that my problem is resolved. i just want reaplacement.. i cannot think of getting my brand new phone with a MAJOR repair. Samsung claims for best services...why is my case unresolved and yet closed...is it best service..does Samsung still claim for best services. i trusted Samsung but now i wont even recommend it to ANYONE. im frustrated. I repeat that i faced network problem from day one...i never ever wanted to accuse samsung company..i was happy about owning it...but im wrong. Problem has been identified my samsung technical engineer. its Job sheet number is [protected]. Higher authority look into this matter. i want replacement only.
