Sir/Madam, Re: Complaint against supply of defective Mobile Phone & deficiency in services This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a Mobile handset ( Samsung NOTE 3 NEO) in May, 2015 worth Rs. 18, 500/-. But I regret to inform you that the said mobile phone was not working properly the day one. I also visited the service center at Okhla, Delhi many times to get the said mobile handset repaired but despite repairing of the said mobile two times & replacement of major parts, it is still not functioning. It is getting hanged & voice is also not cleared. The problem has not been sorted out till now & it is still persisting. It seems that defective mobile handset was supplied to me, more so, no proper services were provided to me by your service center which tantamount to deficiency in services on your part. Hence, I request you to arrange reverse pick up & provide me the refund of Rs. 18, 500/- i.e cost of mobile handset along with Rs. 5, 000/- towards mental harassment & interest @ 9% from the date of purchase of handset at the earliest otherwise I shall be forced to knock the door of consumer forum to get the justice in the matter entirely at your risk & cost.
