Dear Team,

I would kindly like to highlight the issue with SAMSUNG E5 bought by my mother Neelam Prasad on 5-Nov-15 (scan attached)

"The mobile phone was facing issues with data connectivity in December 2015.
After consulting with network provider, she was supposed to send a sms to get the issue corrected. But the phone got Switched Off and did not start up.
She contacted the store from where she bought the mobile and they instructed her to contact the service center "S-Care" in Ballygunje Phari in Kolkata.
The phone when accepted by the service center had no physical damages. Also the mobile cannot be opened at home. After few days the service centered reverted saying there is a breakage in the screen at one of the corners, which was never there when the phone was sent to service center.
My mother informed them that we have also taken an Insurance for the phone (Scan attached).

The service center convinced my mother that her phone will get changed in this case and asked her to submit in writing that the phone got damaged due to falling. Now the Insurance providers have registered a wrong date of birth even though the submitted documents show the correct dates.

So the situation now stands: My Mother bought a new samsung phone along with paying for warranty. I, her son stays in Gurgaon and cannot help her physically. I am really sorry to see kind of Customer Service you provide where you go an extra mile for harassing an old lady. For no mistake of hers' she is being harassed continuously with no obvious solution.

It would be great if you can help us get the issue resolved because I have no other choice than seeking help from Consumer Forum.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Briefly someone called Anuj, got in contact with us (only on call) saying that we will get a refund of the paid amount. But never took the bank account details to process the same. And when we try to reach his number [protected], he never responds.

The Samsung Customer Service team when contacted there is no refund promised from their side.
In the meantime, the manager of Bubbly Media Center, Mr. Manav had called and blatantly abused on the phone.

I hope there still exists some faith in Samsung and they will provide some solution to this entire mess.

    I had purchased Samsung Galaxy ON5 mobile through online shopping flipkart, this mobile having software issues when I am doing browsing by using WiFi, mobile instantly getting hanging and switch Off.

    I purchased Samsung Galaxy ON5 mobile through online shopping from flipkart on Dec'15. I had very bad experience with Samsung Customer Care center, Kukatpally branch, Hyderabad. I am having issue my mobile display, it intermittently goeers blank in middle of any work even during incoming call. it started just 11 months after date of purchased. Customer support person did time pass during warranty period like software update, reassembling etc. once warranty over then they told me to go to Head office which is in Madhapur, Hyderabad (R-Logic) then i went R-Logic there Support engineer told be since warranty has been expired then it would be very costly to you around[protected] because problem is intermittent and we don't know where is problem either LCD or Motherboard. its better to purchase new mobile.
    This was mine very bad experience with Samsung Mobile and customer care due to this i am facing huge cost.

      I had purched the LED TV from Reliance digital for Rs 100000/- and the TV last for 1.5 years only .

      I called Samsung team for the repair they are asking me Rs 30000/- and when i told about the insurance then they are asking Rs 45000/- .

      Insurance people deny for the calm .

      TV which is for 100000/- which is lasting for 1.5 years only . more over this product was not flourished in the market and in the website it's dosen't exist.

      Samsung product is not good. they should stop cheating people. They need to stop selling the defective product in India.

        Very irresponsible and careless towards customer service. I have visited the service centre more than 10 times in last 6 months for samsung fridge repair but still the company is not able to figure out the problem. I have raised 3 complaint id's and they are closed without my concern and without any solution.
        My fridge was working properly except the cooling issue but now it is not working at all. Service engineers did gas charging and cut the pipes which are still in same condition.

        I have to wait for more than half hour everytime to talk to the concerned person in service center.
        More than 5 times service engineers had promised to come but they did not came. I was told that fridge will be taken for observation/problem analysis but they did not came.
        I have wasted more than Rs100 in calling the service engineers and raising complaints. I have wasted more than Rs300 in petrol to visit service center more than 10 times.

              We lodged a service request with tollfree no on 21st jan 2016 but till date the service has not been attended even after repeated reminders. False promises are made daily just to be broken the next day with some excuse or the other.
              The refrigerator is totally out of order and this was last repaired by them on 6th jan for rs 2200.
              We have another samsung refrigerator and that too is out of order and not attended to inspite of complaints.
              In 16 days nothing has been done.

                Just bought a Samsung A5 cost nearly about 18K. I was using it last night, Suddenly the back buttons didnt work. I went to the Samsung Service centre to claim my warranty but the agent over there didnt help me saying its accidental. But he didnt open it, just saw from the outside and told me it will cost 8K. I need help as it is not accidental.

                  SUB : POOR QUALITY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS_DUE TO POOR VENDERS.
                  REF : Purchase of Samsung Refrigerator Model - FF RT-49H567 ESL.
                  Invoice # SPV-05155 Dt 30/12/2014 .

                  Sir,
                  In the double door Fridge purchased under above reference, below the freezer, there is a Chiller tray . In front of the chiller tray there is a free moving plastic flap over which is written Fresh Room . This flap has in built moulded pins on the two ends inserted into the recess holes in the body for free movement .

                  2. When the chiller tray is moved out, flap lifts up of its own and again goes down of its own when the tray is pushed in . While moving tray in and out, user need not touch the flap and no pressure is applied on the flap . This should usually last life time without any hitch .

                  3. Dear Sir, you will be surprised to know that in the subject fridge, the flap has sheared right in the middle in matter of one year of operation, something which is unheard of in Fridges across the world .

                  4. When the matter was reported to your call centre, reply was blunt "PAY FOR REPLACEMENT INCLUDING HEFTY VISITING CHARGE OF TECHNICIAN (More than the part cost)EVEN THOUGH CUSTOMER IS NOT AT FAULT".

                  5. Since Samsung procures some parts from Vendors, this is explicitly a case of poor vendor quality . Such cases are eye opener for the company and a matter of investigation for corrective steps to wean out rogue vendors for future reliable quality and durability of your products .

                  6. Kindly instruct your officers to collect such parts, investigate failure, pin down responsibility and wean out the corrupt vendor . It is in your interest which I would have done, have I be in your position .

                    Hi, I purchased a Samung LED Smart TV J5300 48" inch on 6 Nov 2015 from Army Canteen delivered on 20 Nov 2015 and after 2 weeks i saw there was a scratch on the screen i called the dealer 3 A Electronics authorised dealer of CSD Lucknow they said to call Samsung ... Now Samsung is saying that why the complain was not within 2 weeks now nothing can be done... Then i emailed my complained to CEO office and i got a call from CEO office i was sure enough that atleast they will do something but despitebeing so assured i got very dissappointed with the same answer that why i didnt complained within 2 weeks. This is very easy for a company which spends millions in their advertisements but when it comes to credibility and sattisfaction to the customer they never pay attention this is so ridiculous companies like Samsung are ditching and delivering defected piece then where the customer should go ... Hale Samsung... Keep it up

                      I have purchased RT36JSRFESL Top Mount Freezer with Digital Inverter 345L Real Stainless Refrigerator in November-2015. suddenly it stop working from 30-0 1-16 morning, then put up a complaint to customer support number[protected] and got the complaint number [protected] but no one visited then again i called on monday they have raise new request [protected] got many sms but failed to support till now struggling to get the proper response from samsung. daily 8-10 times calling customer care every time they are saying this is the first time im calling and every time committing engineer will come today/tomorrow and providing fake engineer numbers.

                      can any one help on this or can send service delivery head/COO/CEO contact details.

                        I had recently purchased a Teewe hdmi Screencast dongle and connected to my TV. The screen used to go black at times for a second or two but the audio will be still available. Now the screen has completely gone black and there is no display. I had tried changing input source, still no luck. Audio comes in. Remote and menu options work. Except for display.

                          I purchased a samsung refrigerator (model no. RT36JSRFESL/TL, serial no. 03724PAG200529) FROM Jaipur on 3.04.2015. However, a week ago, the vegetable baskets front panel got detached from the basket for which I lodged a complaint with the company. I also emailed to the company. Company responded that it is a ''forced damage'' and I will need to purchase a new basket. I contended that the basket broke down just in 8 months in its NORMAL USE for which I can to be held responsible. The company should replace the basket free of cost. However, the company reused to do so. It appears that the basket is of faulty design having two different parts, front panel and remaining basket.Further, the basket is quite big. Due to repeated use, the front panel gave away. the basket should have been in one piece. However, the company refuses to accept its mistake.

                                    My Family is pure Samsung Fan and Everyone has Samsung mobile phones .we also have Samsung appliances at our home.
                                    Recently we purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy phones. s6 Edge and s6 Gold.

                                    Of which one of the phone LCD display cracked due to phone overheating and not external damage. The USB cable of the phone is bad.

                                    I had been to Service center and explained the whole issue but the service center people are not confident about replacement within warranty.
                                    They tried to forge the report by mentioning scratches at the back of the phone, while the phone is untouched and brand new.

                                    I want it to get replaced within warranty as it was charger fault and not external damage.

                                    I really hope someone from Samsung is seeing the forum and taking strict action and solving my problem on priority OR else they will loose many other customers like me.

                                    Well i am pretty much impressed by SAMSUNG Care they have taken a note of my issue and they are arranging callback, hopefully i am expecting my issue to get fixed.

                                    Still Struggling to get issue fixed. Call Care guys thrice they were humble enough to answer my call. But not receiving the call from concerned department for which calls were logged.
                                    Unhappy with SAMSUNG, was planning for S7 but now have to rethink after seeing the services.
                                    Still counting!!
                                    SAMSUNG seems like worst service provider of all i have came across, they have great product range!! But Poor Customer Service.
                                    Playing with Service center, Call Centers and Email Team. Worst of all

                                    Claims Team from Delhi, They are proactive and they want to help me, they have assured that i will get replacement soon. They have also asked me to update the Head-Office team that they are taking over this case now. They will help me with the resolution earliest.

                                    Hope this is true and special thanks to the forums for escalating my words
                                    Final update :

                                    Case has been closed by SAMSUNG, they have lost its premium customer now.
                                    They were genuinely not interested in solving my problems. As usual BAD Customer Experience being a part of SAMSUNG.
                                    Well getting rid of my EDGE and S6 Gold now.


                                    Also forgot to mention that Replacement Team (Claims Team) is fraudulent, . IThey have hacked SAMSUNG servers as well. As i received official email from SAMSUNG and i researched on Google about them and found that they are frauds
                                    I informed this SAMSUNG Management team and they were as usual lame not interested on my compalints raised against fraud.
                                    Well none of my Business though.

                                    Unhappy with SAMSUNG as case was closed not resolved. Poor Services

                                        11th January, 2016.
                                        Samsung Service Cente Technicaly Damage My Device & want money from me though My Device Is in warranty, Irfan Patel throw me out of SVC and said If you face Issue in future I will not repaired it unless you give Me Money.
                                        In Samsung Head Office Gurgaon also proofed that SVC is faulty, but no action is taken against them or Make Replace My Device.
                                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
