Dear Concern,

With all due respect, I wish to bring to your notice that I purchased a Mobile A700 Galaxy A-7 Samsung from your authorized vendor on 06.05.2015. I was fully confident about the quality and customer service reputation of highly esteemed brand like Samsung and I am a regular use of your brand.
Further, I regret to say that the experiences I had in recent days were so shocking to me that brand like yours how could have so careless, irresponsible and unsupported service centers. My bitter experiences are as follows:

1. Suddenly second slot of SIM stopped supporting in my phone. I took it to your authorized service centre on 03.02.2016, they opened it in my absence and told me that the slot is broken and this will not be covered in the warranty.

2. When I again approach them to get the problem resolved as my set was in under warranty & I have even not even done any wrong or right practice with the slot section, this time they told that slot pin is not in shape & returned the handset without any acknowledgement. This statement was entirely different then the first one.

3. The way technicians were handling the phone was extremely uncomfortable & objectionable as it was showing that they are incompetent professionals to handle such expensive gadgets. By the time I reached my home the screen of the phone also get dislocated and touch features have stopped working which has happened due to complete negligence and incompetency of the technicians during reassembling of the phone.

4. On 08.02.2016 again, I went to them with my problem this time that service centre head told me to come some other day as his technician was not available. In this process neither they have registered my complained nor given me any kind of receiving.

5. As told by the service centre Head, I visited once again to their venue on 11.02.2016 and similar inconvenience faced over there. In the absence of any technical professional again my gadget got mishandled by him and without any assurance / solution get returned back to me with a piece of paper as an acknowledgement. In this period the touches screen not working properly.

In the context of above mentioned points you are being requested to take necessary action to get the discrepancy resolved by replacing the gadget to avoid inconvenience to one of your esteemed regular customer.


Your stand / revert on the same will be anticipated at the earliest for further plan action.

    I have purchased Samsung galaxy 3neo, IMEI. [protected] on 24/04/2015 but chip reader not working due to manufacturing fault. I want to replace my mobile. But at present your service centre at Contai location deny to provide me service. Pls confirm me to availability at contai service centre.

      I had orderded a 16gb class10 branded samsung microsd card but it was not working properly...the card is not able to receive or store any data...
      i had complaint about this before also but i had not got any proper response from ur side...
      m really dissatisfied from ur book my offer site...
      i am in a great need for this...so please exchange or return my money back as early as possible...

      Samsung microSD cards always fail. I also faced that issue. My samsung EVO microSDHC 32GB UHS1 card started failing within 6 months of purchase from Reliance Digital. I had purchased that product on the go without ever wondering that memory cards could fail. And when it failed, I contacted samsung and they told me to go to a samsung memory card service station (not the mobile service station), and they where at Ahmadabad and Surat in Gujarat. Both places are far away from where I live.
      Afterwards, I read the reviews of the product on the samsung India website and other forums, I was able to figure out that it was a failure product, always failing within an year. I wonder why the Government allows such products to even enter the market!
      And it is also not worth to get it replaced under warranty because the replacement would also fail, leaving behind the agony of corrupted files and/or lost data; apart from risking into unknown hands, the stuck data (the data which gets permanently undeletable, after write operations to the card memory stop; as a result of the protective feature of the SD processor built in the card).

        Sir,
        On 10th June 2014 I purchased a Samsung TV, LED VA46F5100 S/N MOWN3PBF 100269 from M/s TV House, Alappuzha. @ Rs. 70, 900/=.
        On this 6th Feb.2016, while watching TV, video from the screen got disappeared but the voice was there. That means I could hear the audio but not able to see anything on the screen.
        Immediately I have contacted M/s TV house, Alappuzha and explained my experience. They told me that the warranty period is over and advised to contact the service center.
        Accordingly, on 8th Feb. Mr. Nibin, the Service Engineer inspected the TV and told me that the repairs will cost Rs. 33, 127/50. It was really shocking to me. I could use the Samsung LED 46 TV only for 19 months and 27 days. It was quite unfortunate for me.
        Though I am a fan of Samsung products, at present I am not in a position to spare such a huge amount for the repairs.
        I am a senior citizen of 75, pensioner
        Considering my grievances I request you to kindly extend the warranty period suitably to get my TV repaired.

          have bought a led in the month of DEC 2015 & the installation of that led has not been done... after taking followup with on toll free no by registering the complain 3 time still my led has no been installed. i have taking the followup from last 2 months & executive is responding that due to some technical issue we are unable to connect samsung service center. is this the service which they provide t customer.. once the led is been bought after the that there is no value of customer.

          pathetic service provided by samsung. in future will not refer any one to buys any samsung products.

          I know still there will be no action taken on this complaint. as there is no value of customer after the product have been sold.

              I got a Samsung mobil on august 2 2015 it's brand new mobil I purchased in poorvika mobile shop in pondicherry the mobil was good for three months after that I faced issue in camera while taking pics in night times grains and lines and the image was worst I took it to nearby service centre in pondicherry at rediyarpalayam and they said server issue whenever I go at last they took the mobil and said motherboard and camera is complaint they said they changed it by evening and after I reached home I faced the dialler light pad is not working and the touch is slow I checked wit samsung tutor and they said again to visit service centre beca use there is no display light in call settings iam fed up with samsung products now I never face a issue like this ever in my life pls rectify my complaints and do the necessary actions hope u will reply me and do it it's a Samsung brand service centre in pondicherry at rediyarpalayam

                    I made a request through phone call on the customer care number on[protected] evening time. The request was that No volume coming from the Samsung TV model no SLIM DNIE Jr. Request number is generated as [protected]. Customer care representative assures to resolve the issue on next day i.e[protected] by sending service engineer by morning 8:00 AM but i have not recieved any call till mid noon. I again requested to customer care again he assure same that service engineer will visit shortly by today but no visit till 3:00 PM. Again i requested to customer care for the same then he told that this request is on high priority so it will be resolve soonly. Then finally i recieved a call from [protected] but he replied that today it will not be possible at any cost and he told that he will visit tomorrow.
                    These type of responces are not good for any customer and i can say its very bad customer support from the customer care representative.

                      I bought a front load Washing machine in Oct'2014.Nearly one month before the machine got defunct and some cut wires were found below the machine, I suspected due to invasion of rats inside the machine. I found four holes behind the machine not protected for rats.When I lodged a complaint to the toll free no., the customer care executive told me with irritating language that we should keep the machine in such a place where there would be no rats.I got astonished with such answers.Any how, service engineer came to my house.They informed me that the personnel who installed the machine have not put the rat protection in the holes, which is not my fault as I am lay man unaware of the fact that they have not put the rat protection. The service engineer told me to inform me about the repairing procedure over phone. In the mean time I got shocked to find that a message has been sent to me on the very next day of their visit, which I chanced to see today, that service order[protected] for my SAMSUNG Washing machine has been cancelled due to estimate not approved.Now I am undone. The machine is left idle and the purpose of my investing nearly Rs 23000/- is vain and in spite of SPINAL problem me and my wife are washing clothes by hands.
                      I request that the personnel who were involved be given a lesson and steps be taken for a quick repair of my machine .If my request is not listened to, then I would take the shelter of COURT OF LAW.

                        Please refer my permanent account number [protected]. on registration of my call, your mechanic Mr Kaleem came to my house along with other 2 mechanics on 30.01.2016 to do servicing my AC. Instead of cleaning, he opened every thing and with an extension wire brought with him, kept in the plug and kept other end on PCB resulting a spark came. then he closed the AC without cleaning AC left the house. before leaving the house, he told me that PCB is not working . it is to be changed. And further he told me that after replacing PCB still AC not works, any other item also may be needed.

                        I want to tell you that, till Kallem, entered into my house, my AC was in good condition and I was using daily without interruption. Instead of calling outsider for cleaning I called your service center unnecessary.

                        Yesterday your mechanic Mr Kaleem came to my house along with PCB and asked to pay the cost. I said your supervisors responded over phone to change PCB at the cost of Company. Then he left the house without fixing PCB and servicing. And he advised me to talk to Sampath reddy local in charge of Warangal. Why should i talk to him while he hesitating to talk to me.

                        I contacted your people over phone on 29.1.16, 31.01.16, 02.02.16, 03.02.16, 06.02.16, 07.02.16 and on 09.02.16. You can refer my mail dated 02.02.16.

                        I request your company to replace the PCB at your cost . I will pay the service charges for cleaning only,

                        with regards.

                            I have submitted my handset on 28.11.2015 for repair. Its not repairable . They are not refunding my money and still after more than 80 days the handset is at service center. None of the surety is given by the company. I am very frustrated from samsung mobile.

                                I Saroj Kanti Samanta, Mobile No. [protected] brought One samsung Galaxy J2 4G mobile phone
                                from M/s MAA DURGA TELECOM, Contai, West bengal, pin-721401 with bill No. 2142 dated 03/10/2015.

                                Yesterday evening on 07.02.2016 when I was scrolling through my mobile, 3/4th of the screen suddenly
                                went blank. Today on 08.02.2016 I had given it to the authorised samsung service centre for repairing.

                                They examined the phone over 30 minutes and told me that lcd of the phone has broken although it is
                                not visible. I repeatedly try to convince them that there is no sign of scratch or anything visible
                                and I am using the mobile when it has happened yerterday. how could you say lcd has broken by pressure.

                                Ultimately I was being asked to pay about 50% of my phone cost i.e. Rs. 4, 200.00 as repair
                                charges although it is within warranty period.

                                I came back with the handset unrepaired.

                                I had saved my earning for 09 months to buy this phone but all went in vain.

                                I mean how can they ask for this absurd amount of money, its been just 04 month and it is
                                still in warranty. How can they blame me and put everything on my shoulders.

                                Now, I feel cheted and dejected.

                                Can i take this case to consumer court ?


                                Kindly help me out.

                                  I was specifically told at the time of purchase and by installation engineer that the washing machine I had purchased could be fitted with a hot water connection later at an extra cost. Hoever now I am told by the so called service engineers that there is no provision for a hot water connection on this model. I find this horribe and cheating on the part of samsung to sell their product. its a 6.2 kg wa62h3h5qrp samsung top loading washing machine

                                    Heating problem charging problem within 2 days after perches but they, 1st i visited hotspot where i brought that product on 6-2-2016, my perches date is 1-2-2016, they told me to visit samsung service center net day is sunday for that reason i visited 8-2-2016 for replaced my ph because of handset, but they could not replace my ph because they said to me it was 8 days there replacement policy is within 7 days with working days, how is it possible...I m very disappoinetd to buy this samsung product of rs 25999/-, its not a matter of joke, so please help me.I want a fresh product

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I would kindly like to highlight the issue with SAMSUNG E5 bought by my mother Neelam Prasad on 5-Nov-15 (scan attached)

                                        "The mobile phone was facing issues with data connectivity in December 2015.
                                        After consulting with network provider, she was supposed to send a sms to get the issue corrected. But the phone got Switched Off and did not start up.
                                        She contacted the store from where she bought the mobile and they instructed her to contact the service center "S-Care" in Ballygunje Phari in Kolkata.
                                        The phone when accepted by the service center had no physical damages. Also the mobile cannot be opened at home. After few days the service centered reverted saying there is a breakage in the screen at one of the corners, which was never there when the phone was sent to service center.
                                        My mother informed them that we have also taken an Insurance for the phone (Scan attached).

                                        The service center convinced my mother that her phone will get changed in this case and asked her to submit in writing that the phone got damaged due to falling. Now the Insurance providers have registered a wrong date of birth even though the submitted documents show the correct dates.

                                        So the situation now stands: My Mother bought a new samsung phone along with paying for warranty. I, her son stays in Gurgaon and cannot help her physically. I am really sorry to see kind of Customer Service you provide where you go an extra mile for harassing an old lady. For no mistake of hers' she is being harassed continuously with no obvious solution.

                                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Briefly someone called Anuj, got in contact with us (only on call) saying that we will get a refund of the paid amount. But never took the bank account details to process the same. And when we try to reach his number [protected], he never responds.

                                        The Samsung Customer Service team when contacted there is no refund promised from their side.
                                        In the meantime, the manager of Bubbly Media Center, Mr. Manav had called and blatantly abused on the phone.

                                        I hope there still exists some faith in Samsung and they will provide some solution to this entire mess.
