This battery can not hold the power for more than six hours when in power saving mode while the screen is turned off without any use nor any application in use to make matters worse it a new phone which i bought in September 2015.

        Hi,

        I had raised a complaint for my LCD TV on 15/0. The Service Engineer had not visited my place but just updated the Status as Part Not Available. I had called up Samsung Service Center multiple times but still I have not got the service.

        The Service Engineer behaves in such a bad manner when called him up directly.

        Service Ticket # [protected].

        BEing such a branded company if the service is so bad, we would definetly not recommend Samsung going forward. I need this ticket to be resolved ASAP

          I have a simple problem. My remote is not working. For this I have been contacting the customer care for the last 15 days. They gave me some numbers in Chennai and no one picks the phone. One number when called comes up with'Number doesnt exist) .In another number number they say most discourteously that they cant help me.
          What kind of customer care is this?

            Sir,

            I would like to bring it to your notice that the refrigerator in question when purchased on
            02.02. 2012 carrying manufacturing defect as it exhibited complaint in its performance in its first year of its purchase. Couple of times it was brought to the notice of the Samsung and each time the refrigerator was repaired by the local service Centre with the assurance that it will not occur again. When finally I lodged complaint in June 2015 to customer care, the service station engineer inspected and carried the refrigerator with him, with the assuring us that the defect will be removed within 2-3 days.

            In first week of July 2015, I got the message from local service centre that the refrigerator is not repairable and whatever depreciated value company decide can be given.
            The Samsung company offered such a small amount in lieu of that, that I refused to accept the amount with the protest and tendered ethical logic that the new refrigerator delivered was of not standard quality as it exhibited defects in its first year of performance. In July 2015 I was again contacted by customer care department and offered to enhance the amount a little more. This shows that the Samsung company was agreed with my logic and accepted their fault.
            I shown my dissatisfaction over the matter and informed the Samsung that in order to protect my right, I will protest before consumer court. Samsung Executive assured me to reconsider the case and whatever will be the final decision will be informed to me. I asked several times the customer care centre in between but every time it was informed that the matter is under consideration.


            Now, I received a letter from M/s Shri Shyam Refrigerator Faridabad (enclosed herewith) SAMSUNG service centre Faridabad, informing me if I do not collect my un-repaired refrigerator before 15th Jan, 2016 It will be authorize to scrap or disposed it off.
            Sir, It is simply a case of breach of trust, black mailing and constitute to fraud under the consumer right protection.
            I once again request you to accord justice in this case otherwise I will be compelled to approach consumer court for my rights.

              Its been 15 days that we have been waiting from someone to come and repair our TV which was bought from Samsung in warranty. They say every single time and it will be done but nothing is done about it.

              Pity is that such a big company like Samsung has issues like these to ensure that the brand should not even be touched upon.

                Sir, i have purchase a tv in viveks at vadapalani. due to some issue in my tv i have complaint it to customer care. but the customer care department has not given me the proper explanation. the waranty as been over. it is only 2 years from the purchasing of my tv. now for the repair they are saying that it will cost around 15 thousand. for 2 yrs its very exensive. it is not the small thing to change that part for just 2 years. so kindly do the need full. as soon as possible. pls telll some senior person to speak with me about my complaints.

                  We have purchased the Samsung Split Air Conditioner on April 2014 at Rathna Fan House, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600017. Continuously we had a problem in the cooling system.

                  So we requested the serviceman from Samsung, clearly mentioned to send the senior technician, but they sent the junior level person, He made our AC has burned, Luckily no human physical damage (thank god) but the AC almost burned and our brand new Peps bed got burned slightly.

                  It has happened on Dec 20, 2015. Till now we are requesting them for the refund but no proper response, they mentioning silly reasons like got spelling error in cheque payee name.

                  I wanted to mention two things:
                  1. “The Samsung company make sure to do double — Quality Check —based on this accident”.
                  2. “The Samsung company should give importance both pre and post consumers”.

                      I have purchased a SAMSUNG_32 3D FHD LED TV - 32EH6030 from Reliance Showroom at Kilkattalai, Chennai a year back.
                      The TV was working normally until 29.9.2015 as there was a vertical line appearing on the screen. On making a complaint to ResQ cited above (Complaint No.[protected]) the same was attended by TVS Electronics Limited, Chennai 34. They have reported the ResQ people that the panel has to be changed. Subsequently I have received a Commercial Solution Request ResQ Call No [protected] dated 15/12/15 wherein it was stated that the spare is not available and that an amount of depreciation 33% less the bill value will be payable on production of certain documents. Accordingly I submitted all the required documents in this regard. This is also well konwn to Team Leader Sri.Sahiju and Sri.Boopesh Asst Service Manager.
                      Now the Reliance ResQ people has informed that the spare is available. But I new require only the settlement as I am shifting my residence to NewDelhi on transfer.

                        I have bought samsung s6 mobile in poorvika show room along with samsung clear view cover. The mobile cost 35000, and clear view cover cost 3000 total 38000 spent for the worthless product.

                        I have used 2 days after i found some small scratches on mobile display due to mobile cover I was really shocked because the mobile display made up of gorilla glass 4 . As per their statement its very strong but in real its wrong.
                        Once I found scratches on display I have stick scratch card but the beauty is with a week the scratch card completely get damaged. I have changed 5 scratch card within 2 months .
                        Finally, I have handed over my mobile and cover along with bills in TVS electronics kodampakkam for replace the display on 26-Dec-2015. After 2 days I have asked me to submit samsung clear view cover's box to warranty . I don't understand because scratches on mobile display then why asked me to submit flip cover box.
                        I said I don't have box and I have through it out.
                        To replace the mobile display bill copy is enough but to replace the flip cover box is required but I am not asking to replace the cover I am asking to replace the mobile display.
                        Service center provided acknowledgement copy with bill no and phone to check status Bill No is [protected] and phone no is[protected]. I have called 1000 thousand times to this no but none them answered .
                        Last week 23-Jan-2016 I visited service center they told my request was cancelled and we can not replace the warranty . I didn't collect mobile still its in service center only. Meanwhile I have called samsung customer care[protected],[protected] and mailed "Email Executive Team", "Email to CEO's Office"n number of time
                        See how samsung treats Indian customers. They are selling worst quality product with high price. Can samsung behave like this in USA.
                        Samsung can copy the Apple's design but can not keep the quality and standard like Apple.

                        I request to Indian customer please Don't buy Samsung S**t.
                        Will meet in consumer court soon.

                              This is to bring into your notice about the worst quality of products and
                              service SAMSUNG company provides.

                              I had bought a refrigerator but to my surprise i recently found a hole in
                              it done by a rodent who enter the refrigerator through it, even after
                              raising a complaint samsung team has not provided proper solution and claim
                              its product is best, how can it be best when a rat can enter it, its such
                              a insane thing any one can think a rodent digs a hole into a frdige .
                              Apart from product quality samsung service is also worst, samsung service
                              team is full of incompetent executives and also liars and
                              spineless, shameful candidate, who dont even have guts to reply from
                              official ids and cant even mention the problem.

                                  I bought Samsung Galaxy J1 mobile on 04/07/2015 and it was gone out of order within 60 days from purchase of the same. My phone was damaged by the internal Hardware problems. I did not broke the phone or felt to ground. The Service Centre Executive refuge to repaired under warranty and the gave me demand of Rs. 4400/-.

                                  I contacted thrice to Customer care Service they again refuge to consider my complaints.

                                  I request all to kindly suggest me the way to get justice. I am waiting for valuable suggestion.

Main service center gaya or kaha ki mera mobile ka display check karo to unhone kaha ki mobile khulne ke bad hi pata chalega to maine kaha mere mobile ka insurance hai. To unhone kaha ki ghar jake syska customer care pe call karna or claim registered karna or registerd claim ka number mujhe de dena. Main ghar aya or call kiya or claim number unhe de diya jaisa unhone kaha tha..Tomorrow I went to customer service center and handover the mobile and an ID to him. Or maine unse pucha ki kya mujhe paise pay karne padenge to unhone kaha ki sab hum kar denge or 4 days bad ake mobile le jana. Unhone mere mobile ki display badla jo karib RS 8, 500 ka hai or baki ka parts bilkul sahi tha. Or iske bad unhone ek estimation letter syska gadget secure company ko bheja jo RS 23, 971ka tha. Mujhe unhone is bare me kuch nahi bataya or kaha ki tumhara insurance kahtm ho gaya iske bad tumhara mobile thik nahi hoga. Main mobile leke ghar pahucha or kuch din mobile chalane ke bad display automatically upper aa jati thi to phir se main customer service center gaya or iske bare me bataya to pehle unhone kaha ki isse kuch nahi hota...to main ghar chala aya bad me mujhe mobile chalane me problem hoti thi. Iske bad main dubara customer service center gaya or iske bare me bataya to unhone kaha ki display thik se nahi laga or unhone ek display tape order karne ke liye mera mobile number likha or kaha ki 6th jan ke bad ana.. Main mobile leke 18th January ko gaya to unhone kaha ki tape abhi tak order nahi hua hain tum 22nd January ko ana.. Phir main 22nd January ko gaya to unhone kaha ki display ka tape nahi ata or ab display thik nahi hoga.. To unhone kaha ki ghar jake syska customer care pe call karna or claim registered karna or registerd claim ka number mujhe de dena. Main ghar aya or call kiya or claim number unhe de diya jaisa unhone kaha tha. Dusre din main care gaya or movbile or ID unhe dia Or maine unse pucha ki kya mujhe paise pay karne padenge to unhone kaha ki sab hum kar denge or 4 days bad ake mobile le jana. Unhone mere mobile ki display badla jo karib RS 8, 500 ka hai or baki ka parts bilkul sahi tha. Or iske bad unhone ek estimation letter syska gadget secure company ko bheja jo RS 23, 971ka tha. Mujhe unhone is bare me kuch nahi bataya or kaha ki tumhara insurance kahtm ho gaya iske bad tumhara mobile thik nahi hoga.
