I bought Samsung Galaxy J1 mobile on 04/07/2015 and it was gone out of order within 60 days from purchase of the same. My phone was damaged by the internal Hardware problems. I did not broke the phone or felt to ground. The Service Centre Executive refuge to repaired under warranty and the gave me demand of Rs. 4400/-.

I contacted thrice to Customer care Service they again refuge to consider my complaints.

I request all to kindly suggest me the way to get justice. I am waiting for valuable suggestion.

Main service center gaya or kaha ki mera mobile ka display check karo to unhone kaha ki mobile khulne ke bad hi pata chalega to maine kaha mere mobile ka insurance hai. To unhone kaha ki ghar jake syska customer care pe call karna or claim registered karna or registerd claim ka number mujhe de dena. Main ghar aya or call kiya or claim number unhe de diya jaisa unhone kaha tha..Tomorrow I went to customer service center and handover the mobile and an ID to him. Or maine unse pucha ki kya mujhe paise pay karne padenge to unhone kaha ki sab hum kar denge or 4 days bad ake mobile le jana. Unhone mere mobile ki display badla jo karib RS 8, 500 ka hai or baki ka parts bilkul sahi tha. Or iske bad unhone ek estimation letter syska gadget secure company ko bheja jo RS 23, 971ka tha. Mujhe unhone is bare me kuch nahi bataya or kaha ki tumhara insurance kahtm ho gaya iske bad tumhara mobile thik nahi hoga. Main mobile leke 18th January ko gaya to unhone kaha ki tape abhi tak order nahi hua hain tum 22nd January ko ana.. Phir main 22nd January ko gaya to unhone kaha ki display ka tape nahi ata or ab display thik nahi hoga.. Iske bad main ghar pahucha or syska customer care pe call kiya or pucha ki main 1 year me mera mobile kitni bar thik hoga to unhone mujhe inverse value ke bare me bataya ki jitne price ka tumhara mobile hai wo hoti hai or unhone ye bhi kaha ki tum itne ki price ka claim kar sakte ho...To maine apne remaining inverse value pucha to unhone jo kaha use sunkar hairan ho gya unhone kaha ki pichla jo claim kiya tha wo RS 23, 971ka tha par maine unse kaha tha ki mera mobile ka to sirf display badla tha or kuch nhi... or ab mere pas or koi rasta nhi hai or service center walo ko kuch kah bhi nahi sakta kyuki mere pas koi saboot bhi nahi hai.. unhone mere insurance ke sare paise le liye jo mujhe bilkul bhi pata nahi tha..

            The people working at Samsung cafe, Bolpur, Burbhum, West Bengal are racist. They pass racial discriminatory comment against Hindi speakers in low voices. I was astonished to see such people working in such a prestigious company. Samsung is not expected to hire such people in their fraternity. It's a shame. Well, I went to buy a galaxy s6 edge there and they passed the comment and I immediately restricted myself from buying in that store.

              Samsung always maintain its worst quality of their products . Now they start to maintain the same quality in their service also.

              My 3 years old front loading washing machine stop working when water was not coming inside the machine . The authorised technician came and told me a part of Rs. 700/- need to be replaced. The next day he came and replace that part and asked for money . I requested him to check it . But he was failure. After replacement of this part the machine is not working. Again he open the washing machine and told me the another part need to be replaced worth Rs. 7000/- .

              Why Samsung send this untrained technician, who damage this product . Who will bear the cost of this part .

              I conacted customer care . They told me they are processing this matter for last 5 days.

              Please help me.

                One of the worst brand is samsung as far as fridge is concerned. i advised public not to buy the samsung fridge. i purchased a samsung fridge rt 35 bdpr350lt double door fridge from shah'si anna nagar, chennai - 40 for rs.22500/- on 13.1.2011 vide bill no.an 6669 since then the fridge is not working. i was totally disappointed that a reputed company fridge was not working properly within the guarantee period also and i had frequent complaint on it. i demand for replacement for new fridge. but they have not done it and they promised me that they will rectify the fridge and assured that it will not give any problem in future but latter i understand that they had cheated me totally. i get one or the other problems within a span of 3 to 6 months time and paid frequently which is almost 50% cost of the fridge.

                recently samsung company announced a concession on 50%cost of the spare with no service charges for their samsung products which was affected due flood in chennai, i paid rs.752/- for my fridge on 19.12.2015. i do not understand how samsung company has given their agency to thirumala agency for madipakkam area who do not obey the instructions/directions of samsung electronics india limited and troubling the customer for charging fully for flood affected fridge inspite of the advice of samsung electronics india ltd and cheating the customer that this concession is not applicable for this type of fridge etc., i told the service engineer that is there any guarantee this type of fridge will not be affected in flood?. secondly they are not doing proper timely service to the customer.

                my fridge again had a cooling problem and i complined right from 16.1 .16 to samsung electorics & also i lost rs.1000/- value items kept in the fridge. i explained the entire seniario and made mr manunath supervisor of samsung electronics to under the issue and to advice the tirumala agency to repair fridge at free of cost since the repair was carriedout on 19.12.15. the tirumala agency in turn allotted the work to three service engineer and for the past two days and one service engineer mr.chandru came and totally dismandelled frige. the another engineer mr siddiq not turned up. the third engineer mr akbar is demanding to pay for their repair. i contacted so far samsung electronics more than 20 times from 16.1.2016 to 23.1.16 and spoke to their executies smt/miss sraddha, jayanthi, bhanu, indu, mr. shyam kumar and mr.senthil either they are not escalating pending issue to their manager/supervisor or they are also not contacting the customer for their settlement of problems to their satisfaction. my permanent account number for samsung is [protected]. my complaint nos.[protected] 16/1/16, [protected]- 17/1/16, [protected]- 18/1/16 & [protected] dt 20/1/16
                in view above it is requested to take necessary action to settle the issue and to publish the same in leading news papers for public information.

                      This is very urgent. My name is Anubhav Sharma and we were your satisfied customer till few days back. But now the inconvenience which we are facing that is terrible and we are very frustrated with customer support which you are serving to us now and we are in contact with customer support since more then a month now but its all use less. They kept on telling us to wait and issue has not resolves till now. Being such a big brand and delivering such a pathetic support its not good at all for company. I bought a 43 cm Plasma TV and after few months it started creating problems and we have repaired it from your support till here it was fine and then it happens again and looking at all this we thought to increase the warranty period and we did it and paid 3700 rupees for that and it was next 4 years and now in the month of November it was not working again and when this time we contact your staff said '' we haven't increased the warranty period '' after making hard efforts we were able to justify that so that is my first issue and secondly Please fix this issue as soon as possible as because it has not been fixed till now and no one listening to us because of all this we are facing big problems and need big help from you.                             I have complain about it befor also on 20th Janyary 2016, but I am writing it again as Samsung is cheating on me. On 19th January2016 when my phone suddenly got blank after finishing my call, I called on customer service and they guide me to hold power and volume down button for 40 seconds and to restart the phone, but when it didn't work, they asked me to take it to the service centre. So, the other day i.e.on 20th January 2016, I took it to the service centre and there the executive before checking it at first, saying me that there must be physical damage so, this problem occur and he removed the tempered glass in front of me, and while checking he can't see anything on it, so he took the phone inside where other staffs were also working, and when he came out he showed me a line on the corner of the phone and said that the glass is broken inside, so it needs replacement and it is chargeable which is under warranty period as it isa physical damage. But I am telling him that the phone was not fallen anywhere, it didn't got stuck with anything, then how come it is possible that the glass will break, but then he was telling me that phone is used by you, so you will know the fact. But when I am telling him the fact, he is not believing it. Even at night when I called customer service number when the problem started, they have not asked a single time that whether your phone fallen somewhere, or got stuck with any hard thing. They just guide me and I did that, and this executive was telling me that it got physical damage which is caused by me. So, I complain on samsung site and Consumer complaint site on the same day, so I received a call 2-3 times and they were just saying me about their policy that the physical damage does not come under warranty, but that physical damage was not there before. So Yesterday, again I got a call from their head office and asked me to take the phone to the customer sevice centre again, and said that the executive will click the photographs and will be sent to them, so they will check and will let me know. I told him the same thing which happened and I said that you will also say the same policy as now the physical damage can be seen, but it was not there before and it was not caused by me. But still the person forced me to go so that they can say that they have done their job. But I am telling you, there was not any physical damage before and the phone was not fallen by me nor it stuck with any thing. The executive who was attending me and there was another customer attended by other executive, he was telling her also that tell the customer that physical damage doesn't come under warranty, he was telling about the problem which he was not aware about. That means they already know what to tell customer at the first sight and without checking the problem, even in my case also without checking only he was telling me there must be physical damage. So, it is my request to please look into this matter seriously and bring resolution to it, as it is not only with me that samsung has done, the same kind of problem so many samsung users faced and facing and most of them they didn't get any help. So, please take a serious action, so In future common people like us should not get cheated in the name of brand.

                                Sir my phone I bought it on April 4 2015 the problem in my phone was it got automatically switched off when I showed the customer care they told me that a liquid has gone in the charging point so the motherboard and display has gone and they r charging me 9, 000 rs when I have the warnity period then why should I pay sir I had done alot of call and even send email to the forum but no reply so if I don't get any response I surely go to the court and file a complaint so pls help me out

                                  I have purchased Samsung washing machine two and a half years back.

                                  Samsung washing machine bearing model no - WF550B0BKWQ/TL and serial number W0145PCD602584R.

                                  After using washing machine for one year, I started facing lot of problems; water leakage from the bottom of the washing machine, drum got broken, and now getting LE 1 error message.

                                  Since last one month the behavior of this product is so unpredictable, that sometimes it works and sometime it doesn't.

                                  I listed down below few complaints that I have raised with the Samsung customer service.

                                  Now, since the product is out of warranty, I am being asked to pay to replace the display board. The cost will be approximately Rs 6200/.

                                  I have had so much problem using this unit, I have no confidence that even after resolving my current problem, the washing machine will work fine in future.

                                  I would request to have some senior person in Samsung to check my issue and provide a permanent solution.

                                  When I bought this product from Samsung, I had some expectation that I am not only buying a product, but also a brand value.

                                  Now, after using this product on and off for two and a half years, I have completely lost my faith here.

                                    Hello team,
                                    I had bought Samsung LED last year in November and then I requested Samsung customer care to arrange someone for its installation.

                                    I registered my request on 17 November but till now even after repeated calls no one is coming. Yesterday also we had a discussion with them and they promised to get this issue close by yesterday, but no one is visited us yet.

                                    I think this is completely threaten of customer and unprofessional behavior by such a big foreign MNC.

                                    I personally request you to look after this.

                                      above problem was there in the phn from the day i purchased it...once i have already shown to customer care bareiily...after that few days my tab worked well.they said it is due to some software..so they formatted my tab...but now again the same problem is occuring and increasing day by day..i invested 30, 000/- on this tab..but highly disappointed.request the team to resolve my problem...

                                        I had purchased a samsung front loading 5.5 kg washing machine 3 years ago . Recently the product is not working as the water is not coming inside the machine . The technician came and told me it needs to be repaired and it will cost of Rs.- 700/- + service charge . The technician came on scheduled date and open the machine and reassembled the same . Then the technician ask for Rs. 700/- + Service charge . I told him to show me that the the washing machine is woeking . But when he started to check, the machine is not working . Again he ( Mr. Raju ) open the machine and told me the another part has been damaged and it will cost of Rs.- 7000/- .
                                        My question is the technician should check all the parts and the should confirm me the total repairing cost .

                                        Why they send an untrained technician who damage more parts to generate more revinew for samsung .

                                        Please help me .
