I purchased mobile phone no g530h gold in the month of april 2015.Suddenly it was out of order a few days ago i contact the service center and i was informed that there is some hardware problem and mother board is to be replaced wherein they placed the order no gh82-10206a on 12th instant and as such i was informed that we will get the part next day. Now after a lapse of three days i have been informed that they have not received the component part till now which is, very unfortunate you being the leading mobile company and there days as you know life is difficult to be with out mobile phone i being senior citizen feel harassed the way you are rendering the services to the customers i hope you will do the needful immediately and get my my problem redressed at an earliest regards doora raina

    We had purchased SAMSUNG LED (item code : UA32F5100) 1.5 years back and now the screen keeps flashing repeatedly on and off, and only can hear voice, not able to view video. We had opened complaint with customer care, they told us to replace LED screen with 16000 Rs. It is very sad to see such a response from them without considering the money we spent to buy this product. 35000 we spent for buy this and spending another 16000 for repairing it within this 1.5 years.

    Someone, please take care this issue for me either by refunding 50 % of money we spend or finding a solution for me.

        Samsung !!! USELESS+WORST=SAMSUNG I mistake..oops... Serious mistake... brought Samsung Device. It is my big one mistake of my life. Beyond the "SAMSUNG BRAND" Samsung cheated to customers. I brought J-series device. All Samsung latest devices are very Worst. I am very very disappointed to waste money with Samsung Device. I am an unsatisfied customer want to return/refund my Samsung device and I had many times tried to contact to Samsung customer Care but there isn't, at least, one solution Samsung haven't for return/refund. I highly suggest to everyone, my friends don't buy even never go with Samsung latest device. These all worst and useless.

              In respect of my complaint, You pick washing machine for servicing purpose from my home to your service center on Thursday. Yesterday I received it back. Today when I use it to wash my clothes same issue arise again and I am fully unsatisfied with your service and product. It is my humble request to you kindly replace my product, so that I may use your service in future also or It will be last option to me to knock the consumer court's door. It will be totally your responsibility and if I ll not get satisfactory solution from you I ll be compel to use social, electronic or print media also. I have the pictures of faulty washed clothes right now. If you want I can send it to you.There is no contact number of head office or regional head available on net or on your site. Finally I would like to say that Kindly take it seriously as I am facing this problem from last 8 months. And till now I used only the procedural way to resolve my issue.               I bought a samsung washing machine in the year 2014. But from last 7 months machine is not washing properly. There is some whiteness on clothes after washing. Regarding this many times i logged complaint to your call center. Your engineers also visited to my home 5 times, but they are unable to resolve problem . Even they are unable to find out the reason and when I asked them reason they are not answering me clearly. When i talked to concern team leader, he misbehaved with me. I am totally unsatisfied from your service. Kindly change my product or give me the exact solution. Otherwise I ll be compel to complain in consumer forum against your company or product. I hope you ll understand my problem and ll satisfied me.

                Egistered a complaint on(2.1.2016) our washing machine which was got repair by rat bite.. Still today there is no response from ur company.. Kindly sir/mam i dont have a proper health condition.. So I request you to pls sent some service engineer immediately.. This is tooooo irritating sir/mam.. We got feed up by calling the Samsung service center again nd again.. Nearly 10 days passed.. Still now no response from ur side.. I hope that ull take some serious action on our complaint..                   I brought the samsung LED 32inch LED TV on 20.11.2010. ( Model Number UA32C4000P ) with in 2months there was fault in the LED screen in RED lines . Samusung service centre has replaced with new TV . Again with in 2 years there was same fault when i checked they told to change the LED panel costing Rs 18000. Since it was small line i managed without changing it . Recently the lines have increased and we are not able to see any thing . I have raised a request to Samsung replace the LED panel . Now service centre is saying the they have stopped producing the LED panel . They have given the offer of refund of 18% of the total sale value . now if i have to buy new TV with same features it will cost around Rs 45, 000 This was the faulty product produced and they have not recalled which i am not expecting from Samsung . They should replace with new TV or they should provide me reasonable refund

In service center they have told me that even if we keep mobile in our pant pocket this issue may happen. Why that display quality was that much worst?                       Locked call for repairs of refrigerator for ice formation in refrigerator and noise. The engineers do not cooperate for working people.They do not come even on Sundays. The customer care people ask to take leave for attending complaint. They strictly adhere to their official time. Very very pathetic response . Feels like dealing with bureaucrats.

                        See How Samsung making Fool to their customers by their attractive offer to increase the sales of Handsets.. These offer mention on outer carton of Samsung Handset. Offer 1. From Vodafone "Get 1GB data free per month for 2 months." Offer 2. From idea "Get 500MB data free per month for 2 month." For both the offers validity is till 31' Dec-2013. And the sticker which is pasted on the handset outer packing carton with given Manufacturing details of handset, the month and year of manufacture is Feb'14. My Simple question is how it is possible that the product which is mfg. in the month of Feb''14 is clubbed with the offer which is already expired two months before. Strange to see that such a no. 1 brand Samsung is doing this type of nonsense with the customer. As we prefer Samsung for Quality of Product, Services and also because of brand loyalty in every aspects. Beware before purchase any product of Samsung & their Attractive offers...

                            Sir your Mandi Gobindgarh dist. Fatehgarh sahib punjab centre do not repair mobile under warranty, saying that online purchase has no wawarranty. When we contact them to samsung customer care, they assure us to repair online mobile in the future. But after 2 month when my mobile got some problem regarding charging the refused to repair saying that mobile is wet. But when i go to your khanna (ludhiana) centre, they reapired same device. Plz take action mandi gobindgarh centre about this.my mob.[protected]

                                As I would like to inform you that as per me I am still getting mentally harassment by the company behavior as I have received a call from Mr. Jitendra a company officials he is asking me to move to service center for my complaints but I let them know that I not feeling well from past 5 days and I am also a businessman I its not possible for me to move aforesaid place as service center is to far from my business place and its not possible for me to get visit as its not my fault but it's a manufacturing defect...

                                Sir, hereby I request you to ask the company to get return my mo ey without wasting my time and without making me mentally harassment...

I refused to receive handset as same was not working.while submitting handset there was only screen lock problem but same was working properly, as i was recived incoming calls/sms .                                         Fact of the Case: 1. I Purchased Samsung 32” LED TV F5100 from Sales India Private Limited on 29 June 2014. 2. LED TV was duly installed by Samsung on time. LED was running very well till May 2015. 3. Display of LED TV stopped working suddenly in May-2015 so I communicated this issue with Samsung customer service and a. They arranged a mechanic and he found that complete screen need to be replaced. b. LED TV was under warranty at that time hence Samsung replaced said screen in May 2015 without any charges. 4. After that LED TV was running well till 04th Jan 2016 but display screen stopped working again on 05th Jan, 2016 within period of 7 months. 5. I communicated this with Service center and they arranged a mechanic. He found that it was the same problem as before and display screen need to be replaced again. But as warranty period has expired hence we need to incur Rs. 15084/-as replacement charges. Issues: 1. LED TV you sold through Sales India Private limited had manufacturing defect and/or product is not as per the quality standard hence display screen was not working properly. 2. There is defect or problem in LED TV which cause the damage to display screen again and again and as per my understanding that defect was not removed during previous repair hence Samsung is responsible for all damage. 3. Samsung is a highly reputed brand, we expect standard and high quality product but it seems that Samsung are not maintaining that quality hence display screen was not working more than10 months.
                                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
