Dear sir/madam My self Amol vishnu pagar living in Nasik(maharashtra) .I was given my samsung mobile handset model No.GTI9001 EMI No.[protected].to nasik samsung service centre Name-[protected], ALPHABETICS BUSINESS MACHINES P.L. Address-kamal appt.Canada corner, Apposite TE.Nashi-422002.Mobile was given on dated 04/01/2016 afternoon 2.44pm for only to attained screen lock problem.(there was only screen lock problem all other function was found working properly.)on same day 4.30pm there was call from samsung service centre for to received handset. i reached there and checked handset it was found not working.same thing was discussed with service centre representative and he told me that handset is not working and also told that you have to replace mother board of handset. I refused to receive handset as same was not working.while submitting handset there was only screen lock problem but same was working properly, as i was recived incoming calls/sms . Now at present handset is at samsung service centre only.I want recovery/new handset from samsung mobile at earliest as i facing lot of problem.so please help me to overcome this problem. thaking you.       Fact of the Case: 1. I Purchased Samsung 32” LED TV F5100 from Sales India Private Limited on 29 June 2014. 2. LED TV was duly installed by Samsung on time. LED was running very well till May 2015. 3. Display of LED TV stopped working suddenly in May-2015 so I communicated this issue with Samsung customer service and a. They arranged a mechanic and he found that complete screen need to be replaced. b. LED TV was under warranty at that time hence Samsung replaced said screen in May 2015 without any charges. 4. After that LED TV was running well till 04th Jan 2016 but display screen stopped working again on 05th Jan, 2016 within period of 7 months. 5. I communicated this with Service center and they arranged a mechanic. He found that it was the same problem as before and display screen need to be replaced again. But as warranty period has expired hence we need to incur Rs. 15084/-as replacement charges. Issues: 1. LED TV you sold through Sales India Private limited had manufacturing defect and/or product is not as per the quality standard hence display screen was not working properly. 2. There is defect or problem in LED TV which cause the damage to display screen again and again and as per my understanding that defect was not removed during previous repair hence Samsung is responsible for all damage. 3. Samsung is a highly reputed brand, we expect standard and high quality product but it seems that Samsung are not maintaining that quality hence display screen was not working more than10 months.

        I took my phone to naraina samsung service center for charging issue. They replaced the jack and didnt give me any quality check they claimed they did it themself. I took phone home and switched it on. I saw screen not functioning correctly. Next day I went to service center they told me that screen is damaged without opening and checking it. I blame this to naraiyna center they didnt check quality and probably damaged the phone while in service. I am taking this issue to consumer court.

          Dear sir/madam i had purchased Samsung J2 Mobile on 13th December 2016 from sangeetha outlet.it is not even a month on 9th of january 2016 on the display screen blueish dot started to appear later it has spread to complete screen. we have taken this issue to the Samsung customer service, they are unnecessarily claiming faulty on us we have damaged physically but the mobile phone is still in the very good condition without any dent nor scratch on it. customer service people had informed us that they will place the phone inside the oven and heat it to the temperature and they open the mobile if any damage they are not responsible and i need to pay the charges even though it is completely covered under warranty.we claim it is manufacturing defect. we hope you will address our complaint and support us in this regard. let the company understand that each penny of customer is valuable and they should not be supported when they are faulty

            I bought a Samsung refrigerator on Feb 2011 which they offer 5 year compressor warrantee. And on 2015 it started showing issues and I reported Samsung toll free and their service person came to us What he report is . this is a compressor issue for sure where internal gas leak is happening inside the device, which is not serviceable I bought this fraud product for 16000 Rs. And now for the the reason its not servicable Samsung is going to refund me Rs.1000 ie. 10% of what I paid them. I disagreed and called their senior level managers, no one helped. I asked them to return products and went to a local service station and services the issue for Rs.4000. Ie. I have to spent money for a refrigerator which is in warentee. Don't ever trust Samsung products Case is almost same for my LCD TV, panel dead after 2.5 years Washing machine only is working right now Samsung, you are loosing a hard core Samsung customer .

            Bought a Samsung fridge for $2, 500 5 years ago now have to replace it I was told by our repair person it was worst fridge ever then went to my sons camp and the counselor said Same thing had fridge for 3 years and having problems!!! Do not buy!

They represent me not like a customer and make a mock on me.I was really disappointed for this.they didn't solve my issue.After few days from your department senior lady she called me regarding this issue.she took me on conference to WE CARE service centre theres was lady her last name was aurora she again misbehave with me I am really disappointed and literally mentally harassment.why i choosed Samsung.I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.                     Dear Sir / Madam I have purchased the Samsung Galaxy Grand Max Mobile on 25th September 2015 through Snap deal Suborder ID : [protected]. but in the month of December while using the mobile some issue in display and shows blank . immdetalty we have contacted the Samsung service center at Bhayandar east. I am not very satisfy the response which I have received from service center, they have told me that might be I have pressed the screen with the pressure that would be the reason of blank screen. now I have to pay Rs 6000 approx. to repairer the screen. I have clear told them don't go by assumption, i have not done any think to the screen. They are not ready to listen anything and giving the wrong answer. this was my second experience with Snapdeal. Earlier even i have bought the phone from Snapdeal and faced similar problem that time they have replaced my mobile after complaint.                     Past 20 days I am waiting for reply of my mail but neither Snapdeal nor Samsung reply on my issue. Sir my phone screen is not working I am not able to use the phone past 2 months. Visited Samsung gallery at Bhayander they are asking Rs 7000 for display replacement. I have purchased new phone nor my screen is damaged neither my phone. Why should I pay extra money.

                      I purchased a note 3 neo on[protected] from the samsung smart cafe store at PVR saket Delhi. My daughter who is currently doing MBBS was using the phone. one day accidentally the screen of the phone began to blurr. On the very next day I rushed to samsung service centre at Okhla, because the warranty was not over and. Instrument was examined by front staff then second staff and finally by the floor head, Mr. Maksood, everyone was of the opinion of hairline but not due to any water or fallen damage. They told me to talk to the customer care. The complaint was made on[protected] vide no. [protected], where I was asked to wait for 2 working days and on[protected] evening I was told that go to service centre & get a job card open and cancelled( ref. no. [protected]), we will do the needful. on[protected], I rushed to service centre which is almost 15 kms from my residence, first they told that on[protected] warranty is over but telling about call to do the desired thing ref no.[protected] & told to wait for another 2 days. it has been over 10 days that I have been working to get the screen of my phone repaired but seeing the reckless attitude and irresponsibility of the satff at samsung, it seems to me that i might not be able to get it done ever. Poor staff and customer care must be one of the major reason why everybody prefers to buy APPLE OVER SAMSUNG.

                        Sir, i have a samsung grand neo set which i purchased last year. its screen got broke by slipping from my hands. I got my screen changed from samsung authorized service center in patran in district patiala having pin code 147105 . sir when i asked for bill they didn't give any bill and rather insured me that touch is genuine and he has used some fraud to change it without issuing any bill. when i checked it from other service center it found duplicate, when i contact the service center, they refused to change it. Sir they are using deceptive means to fraud with company and its valuable customers. My touch is not working and am feeling very inconvenience communicating with family and friends. please take strict action against such fraudsters and please resolve my problem as soon as possible. thanks your sincerely gulshan kumar M.no [protected], [protected]

                            FRAUD ACTIVITES IN SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER Hello my self prithvi chaudhary My Number:- [protected] Alternate Num:- [protected] Handset:- Samsung Grand Prime 4G Model:- SM-G531F/DD SSN:- G531F/DDGSMH IMEI:- 352302/07/583838/7 IMEI:- 352302/07/583838/5 S/N:- RZ8G80G900Y I have purchase a Samsung Grand Prime 02/09/15 And this is my worst decision of my life, because after few days of purchase my handset is showing some abnormal behaviors which I have never seen on any set and also not expected from the brand like samsung. In my set signals anre full but when any one try to contact me my number is shown not reachable. First I approach the vodafone service providers, then change the sim but result is same. Then I approach the Samsung service centre in Ashok Vihar and they make me fool by just change a mobile network setting which I have already do it. But Still the problem is same. Complaint :- 1 (17-Dec-15) Then I again visit to samsung and force them to do better action then only they receive my handset on 17-Dec-2015, and return my set after 2 days by just saying that they have change the Motherboard. The executive name Abhishek from Ashok Vihar Samsung Branch Delhi, is making me fool by saying that they have change the motherboard, But can anyone tell me that if motherboard is change then how it is possible that my previous mails and data is still in the handset when I first open it. Abhishek after service replay:- We Have change the motherboard, now your problem is completely resolved And also I am gifted with a new problem of Charging in which my handset is slowly charge and completely switchoff after 30% of battery This act is not expected by the brand like samsung Still my problem is same but due to cristmas and new year I am not able to approach the branch again, But in this time many of my friends & bussiness associates are compaling me that most of time my number is not reachable. Because of this poor Samsung service my client tale is effecting Complaint:- 2 (4-Jan-16) Then I again visit the Ashok vihar store on 4 Jan 2016 (on token number 38). I again meet the super engineer Mr. Abhishek and said that I am loosing my credebility in business because of this set, and said that take this handset and resolve the problem and note the complaint. At that time I heard an unexpected response which shows that ashok vihar center is working like thiefs, Mr. Abhishek said that I will take your set but not give you the reciept or register the Re-Complain, I will give you after 2 days without register the compalin. Then I ask him what happen when you forgot me after 2 days or not give my handset, then he said then you can take back your handset we are not resolve this problem, After my insist he gave me a hand written note of accepting of my handset, Because I have No Option so I accept it SUCH A FRAUD LIKE ACTIVITY FROM THE WORLD FAMOUS BRAND THIS PROOF THAT SAMSUNG IS A BIG FRAUD COMPANY AND COMPANIES WHOLE STAFF IS A FRAUDSTRES Complaint:- 3 (6-Jan-16) When I come back to Ashok Vihar service Center and ask for my handset they at one time Abhishek forgot my face when I show the hand written reciept then he remember me and said that my handset is not ready. After realizing my fault of not taking the origional reciept and this act I force him to make the reciept and give me a additional Handset for regular use then after my long fight they give me the reciept Then on 7-Jan-16 they call me that my handset is ready, then I visit the service center and collect my handset, But when I open my handset after a long time my network is showing blank, I show the problem to Abhishek on the spot and He said that, this is the first time after service you are opening the handset that’s why network is not visible. He advise me to restart the handset, and when I restart the handset problem is same. After 3 restart my network is visible. When I left the service center after little spam my networks are completely vanish every time I have to restart the handset. Abhishek after service replay:- We Have change the motherboard, now your problem is completely resolved SO MY QUESTIONS IS VERY SIMPLE IS IT FAIR TO EXPECT A GENUINE SERVICE FROM THE BRAND LIKE YOU WHICH HAVE FRAUDSTERS EMPLOYEES WHO ARE GIVING HAND WRITTEN NOTE ON AS A RECEIVING A TOTAL FRAUD ACTS ARE GOING IN SAMSUNG WHAT I DO WITH MY HANDSET SHOULD I THROUGH IT OR EXPECT THAT MY PROBLEM CAN RESOLVE With fraud employees and fraud service centers, I don’t know how you reach on top rank, But one thing I am sure you cant retain no 1 position for long time You can cross examine all this act by CCTV footage of the service center HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM

                              I have purchase a Samsung Grand Prime 02/09/15 And this is my worst decision of my life, because after few days of purchase my handset is showing some abnormal behaviors which I have never seen on any set and also not expected from the brand like samsung. In my set signals anre full but when any one try to contact me my number is shown not reachable.
                              First I approach the vodafone service providers, then change the sim but result is same. Then I approach the Samsung service centre in Ashok Vihar and they make me fool by just change a mobile network setting which I have already do it. But Still the problem is same.

                              Complaint :- 1 (17-Dec-15)
                              Then I again visit to samsung and force them to do better action then only they receive my handset on 17-Dec-2015, and return my set after 2 days by just saying that they have change the Motherboard. The executive name Abhishek from Ashok Vihar Samsung Branch Delhi, is making me fool by saying that they have change the motherboard, But can anyone tell me that if motherboard is change then how it is possible that my previous mails and data is still in the handset when I first open it.
                              Abhishek after service replay:- We Have change the motherboard, now your problem is completely resolved
                              And also I am gifted with a new problem of Charging in which my handset is slowly charge and completely switchoff after 30% of battery

                              This act is not expected by the brand like samsung
                              Still my problem is same but due to cristmas and new year I am not able to approach the branch again,
                              But in this time many of my friends & bussiness associates are compaling me that most of time my number is not reachable.
                              Because of this poor Samsung service my client tale is effecting


                              Complaint:- 2 (4-Jan-16)
                              Then I again visit the Ashok vihar store on 4 Jan 2016 (on token number 38). I again meet the super engineer Mr. Abhishek and said that I am loosing my credebility in business because of this set, and said that take this handset and resolve the problem and note the complaint.
                              At that time I heard an unexpected response which shows that ashok vihar center is working like thiefs, Mr. Abhishek said that I will take your set but not give you the reciept or register the Re-Complain, I will give you after 2 days without register the compalin.
                              Then I ask him what happen when you forgot me after 2 days or not give my handset, then he said then you can take back your handset we are not resolve this problem,
                              After my insist he gave me a hand written note of accepting of my handset, Because I have No Option so I accept it
                              SUCH A FRAUD LIKE ACTIVITY FROM THE WORLD FAMOUS BRAND
                              THIS PROOF THAT SAMSUNG IS A BIG FRAUD COMPANY AND COMPANIES WHOLE STAFF IS A FRAUDSTRES

                              Complaint:- 3 (6-Jan-16)
                              When I come back to Ashok Vihar service Center and ask for my handset they at one time Abhishek forgot my face when I show the hand written reciept then he remember me and said that my handset is not ready. After realizing my fault of not taking the origional reciept and this act I force him to make the reciept and give me a additional Handset for regular use then after my long fight they give me the reciept
                              Then on 7-Jan-16 they call me that my handset is ready, then I visit the service center and collect my handset, But when I open my handset after a long time my network is showing blank, I show the problem to Abhishek on the spot and He said that, this is the first time after service you are opening the handset that’s why network is not visible.
                              He advise me to restart the handset, and when I restart the handset problem is same. After 3 restart my network is visible. When I left the service center after little spam my networks are completely vanish every time I have to restart the handset.
                              Abhishek after service replay:- We Have change the motherboard, now your problem is completely resolved


                              SO MY QUESTIONS IS VERY SIMPLE
                              IS IT FAIR TO EXPECT A GENUINE SERVICE FROM THE BRAND LIKE YOU WHICH HAVE FRAUDSTERS EMPLOYEES WHO ARE GIVING HAND WRITTEN NOTE ON AS A RECEIVING

                              A TOTAL FRAUD ACTS ARE GOING IN SAMSUNG
                              WHAT I DO WITH MY HANDSET SHOULD I THROUGH IT OR EXPECT THAT MY PROBLEM CAN RESOLVE

                              With fraud employees and fraud service centers, I don’t know how you reach on top rank, But one thing I am sure you cant retain no 1 position for long time

                              You can cross examine all this act by CCTV footage of the service center


                              HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM

                                I am Sanjay from Bangalore, India. I had purchased a 32 inches TV, model no. 32F5100, somewhere in mid December 2013. Considering the fact that it's a well established and recognised brand worldwide. Even the refrigerator we use is from Samsung. But within a span of around 20 months the TV's display got damaged all of a sudden. We then asked for assistance from the Samsung service centre. The engineer who visited our house to fix this problem said that the display is damaged and a new display would charge around 15600 rs. I just request you to fix this problem as I cannot afford to pay this much when the TV is not really old to get damaged. We buy your products thinking that they will last long. But if this is the kind of quality used then I believe it's an embarrassment for you people as well. People will loose faith in your products and also see to it that you give a warranty/guarantee of atleast 3 years like videocon TV.                                   I bought 32" Samsung Smart TV F5500 two years ago. There was no problem during the warranty period of 1 year . But after the first year, the TV screen go off intermittently. The frequency of this problem become high recently. We called the customer service centre and after a one week, they sent a representative. He came and noticed the problem (just externally) . He said that panel has gone and will cost 17000 Rs. to replaced it. I was taken by surprise to hear the cost of repair. Samsung is charging high cost for its spares and services that are not reliable after 1 years. I have purchased that TV for 47000 and now I had to pay another 17000 for unreliability.

                                    Samsung dc fridge rr19h1725pz/tl purchased 07/10/2015 from vasanth & co bill no. [protected] - as no cooling effect i complained to samsung service centre, attended but refused on warranty free service as they blamed us for damaging some portion in the freezer compartment and insist payment of rs. 4000 for service and replacement.
